Pandemija korona virusa utjecala je na mnoge promjene u poslovanju, od logističkih i organizacijskih pa do kulturnih. Potreba za promjenom mjesta rada od ureda iz tvrtke do rada od kuće za mnoge radnike predstavlja izazov. Rad od kuće ima mnoge prednosti ali i nedostatke za zaposlenike. Prednosti rada od kuće očituju se u fleksibilnosti, uštedi goriva, uštedi vremena putovanja do i od posla, manjim stresom, boljim životnim balansom, povećanoj produktivnosti, razvijanju novih tehničkih vještina te razvijanje komunikacijskih vještina. Nedostaci mogu biti veća ometanja tijekom rada, povećana izolacija, socijalna odvojenost, troškovi kućnog ureda, mogući prekovremeni rad, manjak samodiscipline, tehnička ne pripremljenost (neznanje, nemogućnost opreme i sl.) te neusklađenost privatnog i poslovnog života. Primarno istraživanje pokazalo je da većina ispitanika smatra da im je više vremena potrebno kako bi obavili određeni posao ako rade od kuće. To ne ide u prilog istraživanjima koja pokazuju veću produktivnost radnika od kuće u drugim dijelovima svijeta i Europe. Svakako, tu se može osvrnuti na tehničke poteškoće, smetnje, neadekvatno radno okruženje, i slično. Mnogi zaposlenici nikad prije nisu radili od kuće te možda nemaju najbolje mogućnost za obavljanje istog, nisu navikli na nove načine komunikacije, itd, te su zato sporiji u svom radu. Moguće je i da nemaju pristup svojim materijalima potrebnim za posao te radno mjesto nije onako namješteno kako su navikli. Tome u prilog ide i rezultat da većini radnika poslodavac ne osigurava sve što im je potrebno za rad od kuće, tako da to dovodi do nedostataka u radu. Predanost poslu također je manja kada rade od kuće, a tu se može povući poveznica s time da je radno okuženje kod kuće loše i da je teško odvojiti privatno od poslovnog. Mnogi socijalni, ekonomski, organizacijski, kulturni i drugi čimbenici utječu na to kako se zaposlenici nose s radom od kuće. Kako je svega mali postotak zaposlenika prije pandemije radio od kuće, možemo zaključiti kako Republika Hrvatska nije bila baš najspremnija na rad od kuće. S obzirom na sve prednosti rada od kuće, potrebno je raditi na sustavnim politikama na razini države i poduzeća kako bi se razvila bolja kultura rada od kuće. The corona virus pandemic affected many changes in business, from logistical and organizational to cultural. The need to change the place of work from an office in a company to working from many homes is a challenge for workers. Working from home has many advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantages of working from home are manifested in flexibility, saving fuel, saving travel time to and from work, less stress, better life balance, increased productivity, developing new technical skills and developing communication skills. Disadvantages can be greater distractions during work, increased isolation, social isolation, home office costs, possible overtime, less self-discipline, technical unpreparedness (ignorance, inability to use equipment, etc.) and mismatch between private and business life. The primary survey showed that the majority feel that they need more time to complete a certain job if the respondents work from home. This does not support research that shows higher productivity of home workers in other parts of the world and Europe. Certainly, there can be referred to technical difficulties, disturbances, inadequate working environment, and the like. Many employees have never worked from home before and may not have the best opportunity to do so, are not used to new ways of communication, etc., and are therefore slower in their work. It is also possible that they do not have access to their materials necessary for work and the workplace is not furnished as they are used to. This is supported by the result that the employer of most workers does not provide everything they need to work from home, so this leads to deficiencies in work. Commitment to work is also lower when they work from home, and this can be linked to the time when the work environment at home is bad and it is difficult to separate private from business. Many social, economic, organizational, cultural and other factors influence how employees cope with working from home. As an increasingly small percentage of employees worked from home before the pandemic, we can conclude that the Republic of Croatia was not the most ready to work from home. Considering all the advantages of working from home, it is necessary to work on systematic policies at the level of the state and companies in order to develop a better culture of working from home.

Kibernetička sigurnost danas predstavlja sve češći pojam kada se govori o digitalnoj transformaciji i hibridnom načinu rada. Razvoj znanja koja su potrebna za svladavanje izazova budućnosti i prilagodbe zaposlenika na nove tehnologije ključni su za poslovanje svake poslovne organizacije. Ovaj rad u teorijskom dijelu daje prikaz povijesnog razvoja kibernetičkih prijetnji, vrste napada i načine zaštite od istih, definira što je znanje te koji su suvremeni oblici pismenosti. Glavno istraživanje koje je provedeno kroz anketu fokusirano je na utjecaj znanja na kibernetičku sigurnost poslovne organizacije te utjecaj COVID-19 pandemije na prelazak na udaljeni način rada (rad od kuće) koji je omogućio veći broj kibernetičkih napada. Kroz anketu su testirane dvije hipoteze kao i odgovor na istraživačko pitanje. Nadalje, ista je provedena na 168 ispitanika te kroz istraživanje dostupnih materijala koji su usmjereni na kibernetičku sigurnost u doba COVID-19 pandemije. Dobivenim rezultatima potvrđena je povezanost znanja i kibernetičke sigurnosti poslovne organizacije je utjecaj COVID-19 pandemije na povećani broj kibernetičkih napada radi promjene načina rada (rad od kuće). Radi specifičnosti teme u radu su korišteni izrazi iz engleskog govornog područja. Cybersecurity today is a hot topic when discussing digital transformation and hybrid whey of work. Developing knowledge necessary to manage future challenges and adjusting employees to new technologies is critical for any business organization. This document has a theoretical part that shows the development of cybersecurity threats through history, the most common cybersecurity attacks, the ways we can protect ourselves from them, and what knowledge and modern types of literacy are. The primary research has been done through questionnaires focused on how the knowledge of people that work in an organization affects the cybersecurity of that organization and how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted work from home that has allowed cybercriminals to attack more. Testing of two hypotheses and the answer to the main question was given thru questionnaires that 168 persons answered and thru materials that were focused on cybersecurity in COVID times. The results confirmed that the knowledge of employees has a direct impact on the cybersecurity of business organizations and that COVID- 19 pandemic has impacted on a high number of cyberattack!

Razvoj tehnologije već je donio, te i dalje sa sobom donosi velike promjene u životu i poslovanju. Nekad nezamisliva tehnološka rješenja su danas sasvim uobičajena te se koriste bez puno razmišljanja. Ipak, tek je relativno nedavno razvoj Interneta i ostalih digitalnih tehnologija učinio mogućim rad od kuće, gdje dotadašnji isključivo uredski zaposlenici koji su svaki dan morali putovati od kuće na svoje radno mjesto mogu svoj posao obavljati od kuće. Umjesto da oni dođu na posao, posao dolazi njima. Ovaj trend je ubrzan nastankom epidemije Covid-19 virusa, te su mnogi zaposlenici u državnom i privatnom sektoru, htjeli ili ne, morali odrađivati svoje radne zadatke iz svojih domova. Rad od kuće sa sobom povlači razne probleme, od potencijalnih poteškoća u komunikaciji, otuđenosti od kolega ili klijenata, pa sve do manjeg zadovoljstva zaposlenika. Upravo ovu posljednju pojavu, između ostaloga, proučava interni marketing. U ovom diplomskom radu se je pomoću istraživanja provedenog online anonimnim upitnikom na uzorku od 110 ispitanika koji žive i rade (od kuće) u Primorsko-goranskoj županiji pokušalo otkriti ako rad od kuće negativno utječe na zadovoljstvo ispitanika. Utvrđeno je kako rad od kuće blago do umjereno doprinosi nezadovoljstvu zaposlenika, te se predlažu daljnja istraživanja koja bi dala bolje uvide u to kako se određene demografske kategorije zaposlenika snalaze sa radom od kuće., The development of technology has already brought, and continues to bring with it great changes in life and business. Once unimaginable technological solutions are nowadays quite common and are used without much thought. However, only relatively recently has the development of the Internet and other digital technologies made it possible to work from home, where formerly exclusively office employees who had to travel from home to their workplace every day can do their work from home. Instead of them coming to work, work comes to them. This trend has been accelerated by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, and many public and private sector employees, whether they like it or not, have had to do their homework. Working from home entails a variety of problems, from potential communication difficulties, alienation from colleagues or clients, to reduced employee satisfaction. It is this latter phenomenon that, among other things, is studied by internal marketing. In this graduate thesis, a survey was conducted via an online anonymous questionnaire on a sample of 110 respondents living and working (from home) in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in an attempt to find out if working from home negatively affects the satisfaction of respondents. Its findings were that working from home contributes slightly to moderately to employee dissatisfaction, and further research is suggested that would provide better insights into how certain demographic categories of employees cope with working from home.

Pandemija COVID-19 suočila je svijet s globalnom krizom i brojnim promjenama. Za milijune ljudi diljem svijeta rad od kuće je preko noći postao svakodnevica. Cilj našeg istraživanja bio je doprinijeti istraživačkim spoznajama povezanosti rada od kuće i psihičke dobrobiti, odnosno ispitati teoriju Latentne deprivacije Marie Jahode (1984) u kontekstu trenutno aktualnih uvjeta rada i utvrditi postoji li razlika u ostvarenju latentnih funkcija zaposlenja (vremenska struktura dana, socijalni kontakti, kolektivni smisao, razina aktivnosti i društveni identitet) i psihičkoj dobrobiti između zaposlenih osoba koje rade od kuće i zaposlenih osoba koje rade na uobičajenom radnom mjestu te ispitati predstavljaju li latentne funkcije zaposlenja mehanizam u podlozi pretpostavljene povezanosti uvjeta rada i psihičke dobrobiti. U istraživanju su sudjelovale 442 zaposlene osobe (120 radi od kuće, 322 radi na uobičajenom radnom mjestu). Kao mjera psihičke dobrobiti korišten je Upitnik općeg zdravlja (GHQ-12), a kao mjera ostvarenosti latentnih funkcija korištena je Skala latentnih i manifestnih dobrobiti (LAMB). Rezultati su pokazali da sudionici koji rade od kuće iskazuju slabiju psihičku dobrobit, manje socijalnih kontakata te manji doživljaj kolektivnog smisla i društvenog identiteta u odnosu na sudionike koji rade na uobičajenom radnom mjestu, dok se navedene skupine ne razlikuju u vremenskoj strukturi dana i razini aktivnosti. Nadalje, socijalni kontakti i kolektivni smisao predstavljaju medijatore povezanosti uvjeta rada i psihičke dobrobiti, dok vremenska struktura dana, razina aktivnosti i društveni identitet nisu značajni medijatori navedene povezanosti. Također, utvrđena je i pozitivna povezanost sa psihičkom dobrobiti svih latentnih funkcija, osim razine aktivnosti. Ovakvi rezultati ukazuju na važnost latentnih funkcija zaposlenja za psihičku dobrobit zaposlenika te kako ostvarenost latentnih funkcija može patiti u okolnostima rada od kuće pa naši nalazi predstavljaju i temelj za prilagodbu rada od kuće na način koji može pogodovati psihičkoj dobrobiti zaposlenika. The COVID-19 pandemic has faced the world with a global crisis and numerous changes. For millions of people around the world, working from home has overnight become an everyday occurrence. The aim of our research was to contribute to the research knowledge of the relation between work from home and psychological well-being, i.e. to examine the Latent Deprivation theory by Maria Jahoda (1984) in the current context and to determine whether there is a difference in access to the latent benefits of employment (time structure, social contacts, collective purpose, activity level and social identity/status) and mental well-being, between participants working at the usual workplace and participants working from home; and to determine whether latent benefits are the underlying mechanism of the assumed relation between working conditions and psychological well-being. The survey involved 442 employees (120 working from home, 322 working at the usual workplace). The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) was used as a measure of psychological well-being and the Latent and Manifest Benefits Scale (LAMB) was used as a measure of access to the latent benefits of employment. The results showed that participants working from home show poorer psychological well-being, less social contacts and less experience of collective purpose and social identity compared to participants working at the usual workplace, while these groups do not differ in the time structure of the day and level of activity. Furthermore, social contacts and collective purpose represent mediators of the relation between working conditions and psychological well-being, while time structure of the day, social identity and level of activity didn’t prove to be significant mediators of this connection. Also, a positive correlation was found between the psychological well-being and all of the latent benefits, except the level of activity. These results indicate the importance of latent employment benefits for the psychological well-being of employees and how access to the latent functions may suffer in the circumstances of work from home, so our findings can be used as the basis for adjusting work from home in a way that is conducive to employee's mental well-being.

Cilj ovog istraživanja jest razumjeti odrednice i ishode prilagodbe rada od kuće za vrijeme pandemije koronavirusa. Glavne analize istraživanja provedene su na ukupnom uzorku od 339 zaposlenika, od kojih je 128 zaposlenika tijekom pandemije radilo od kuće. Ispitanici su ispunjavali elektroničku formu Upitnika o demografskim i radnim karakteristikama, Skale općeg zadovoljstva poslom, Skale ukupne produktivnosti, Mini IPIP upitnika ličnosti, Percipirane organizacijske podrške, Skale autonomije na poslu te Skale pripremljenosti za rad od kuće. Glavni nalazi istraživanja pokazuju kako je zadovoljstvo poslom zaposlenika koji tijekom pandemije koronavirusa rade od kuće pozitivno povezano s duljinom radnog staža, savjesnosti, pripremljenosti za rad od kuće, autonomijom na poslu te percipiranom organizacijskom podrškom (N=128). Percipirana produktivnost posla zaposlenika koji rade od kuće statistički je značajno povezana s ekstraverzijom, ugodnošću, pripremljenosti za rad od kuće, autonomijom na poslu te percipiranom organizacijskom podrškom (N=128). Zaposlenici se značajno ne razlikuju prema zadovoljstvu poslom i percipiranoj produktivnosti posla u odnosu na lokaciju rada tijekom pandemije (N=339). Goal of this research is to understand the determinants and outcomes of work from home during a coronavirus pandemic. The main analyses of the research were conducted on a total sample of 339 employees, of whom 128 employees worked from home during the pandemic. Respondents have fulfilled electronic form of Questionnare about demographic and work characteristics, Index of Job Satisfaction, Overall Productivity Scale, The Mini IPIP, Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, Scale of job autonomy and Scale of readiness for work from home. Main findings of the research are showing that job satisfaction of employees who are working from home during a coronavirus pandemic is positively related to length of work experience, conscientiousness, readiness for work from home, job autonomy and perceived organizational support (N=128). Perceived job productivity of employees who are working from home is brought into a statistically significant, positive relationship with extraversion, agreeableness, readiness for work from home, job autonomy and perceived organizational support (N=128). Employees do not differ significantly according to job satisfaction and perceived productivity regarding the workplace during pandemic (N=339).

Predmet sociološkog istraživanja su prednosti i nedostaci rada od kuće. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom ankete tijekom svibnja 2018. godine na uzorku od 209 punoljetnih stanovnika grada Splita. Prema dobivenim rezultatima, najviše ispitanika iz privatnog sektora radi od kuće. Uz pozitivna iskustva poput veće fleksibilnosti rada te lakšeg usklađivanja radnih i ostalih obveza, ispitanici su istaknuli i negativna iskustva kao što su nedostatak motivacije, nedostatak socijalne interakcije i nemogućnost napredovanja. Mlađi ispitanici češće ističu negativne aspekte rada od kuće. Smatraju kako je slaba komunikacija s kolegama, obveze se izbjegavaju te dolazi do zagušenja poslom. Ispitanici ne mogu procijeniti je li prema zakonodavstvu Republike Hrvatske rad od kuće jasno definiran. Što se tiče ugovora o radu, ispitanici smatraju kako nisu definirane stavke rada od kuće koje se odnose na broj radnih sati, vrijeme rada od kuće te komunikaciju s poslodavcem. Oni koji od kuće rade prekovremene sate uglavnom nisu za to plaćeni., The subject of the sociological research is the advantages and disadvantages of working from home. The survey is conducted in May 2018 on the sample of 209 adults in the city of Split. According to the results, most respondents that occasionally work from home are employed in the private sector. Along with positive experiences such as greater flexibility of work and easier alignment of work and other responsibilities, respondents also highlight negative experiences such as lack of motivation, lack of social interaction and inability to make career progress. Younger respondents more often point out negative aspects of work from home. They stress that communication with colleagues is poor while obligations are being avoided. In contrast, such work can sometimes be exhausting without a clear shift schedule. Respondents cannot assess whether the working from home is clearly defined according to the legislation of the Republic of Croatia. As far as their employment contract is concerned, they consider that there are no clear work-at-home related items such as working hours or communication modalities with the employer. Those who work overtime are generally not paid for it.
