U ovom diplomskom radu na idejnoj razini su izrađeni projekti dizalice topline, solarne elektrane na krovu i električnog punjača te je za pet različitih scenarija izvršena ekonomska analiza isplativosti. Dizalica topline je dimenzionirana za potrebe grijanja, hlađenja i pripreme PTV-a, te je uključen i električni grijač od 4 kW koji dogrijava PTV u svrhu zaštite od legionele. Odabrana dizalice topline je zrak-voda ecoAIR+ 3-12 PRO uz koju je predviđen i električni grijač od 3 kW kako bi se osigurala mogućnost pokrivanja vršnih potreba za toplinskim učinom. Proračun satnih potreba za grijanje i hlađenje se radio normom HRN EN ISO 13790 te je utvrđeno da je potreban godišnji toplinski učin 59,16 kWh/m2, godišnji rashladni učin 45,37 kWh/m2 te je godišnji toplinski učin potreban za zagrijavanje PTV-a 15073,44 kWh. Također je predviđena akumulacija toplinske energije generirane viškom električne energije od solarne elektrane snage 8,1 kWp. Akumulirana energija se koristi za grijanje i pripremu PTV-a. Solarna elektrana je projektirana tako da pokriva potrebe za električnom energijom kućanstva, dizalice topline i električnog punjača. U proračunu solarne elektrane je korišten „Renewables.ninja“, a tehnički crtež dispozicije fotonaponskih panela na krovu je izveden u AutoCAD-u. Električni punjač snage 3,7 kW puni električni automobil te je u proračunu pretpostavljeno da se puni isključivo kad je automobil kod kućnog električnog punjača. Projekt svih navedenih tehnologija napravljen je za stvarni objekt u općini Čepin, pored grada Osijeka. Kuća je jednoetažna te ima ravan krov. Sva potrebna dokumentacija sa potrebnim podacima za dimenzioniranje dizalice topline te solarne elektrane je dobivena od strane vlasnika. Dokumentacija uključuje energetski certifikat, energetski pregled, mapu projekta sustava grijanja na plin te račune za električnu energiju kroz dvanaest mjeseci. Ekonomska analiza je rađena za pet scenarija. U prvom se pretpostavlja uključivanje svih gore navedenih tehnologija, u drugom je uključena dizalica topline i solarna elektrana, treći obuhvaća dizalicu topline, četvrti solarnu elektranu i peti električni punjač i električni automobil. Svrha ekonomske analize je uvid u ekonomsku isplativost svakog scenarija te njihove usporedbe te je zaključeno da je ekonomski najisplativiji scenarij dizalice topline i solarne elektrane sa vrijednosti IRR-a od 38% i NPV-a od 14871,56 €. Na kraju se cijeli sustav koji je predočen preko digitalnog blizanca primijenio skupa sa postojećim poticajima obnovljivih izvora energije na kućanstava Panonske Hrvatske. Svi navedeni tehno-ekonomski proračuni odrađeni su u Excelu. In this thesis, projects of a heat pump, a ground-mounted solar power plant and an electric charging station were created at the conceptual level, and an economic analysis of profitability was made for five different scenarios. The heat pump is designed for needs of heating, cooling, and preparation of DHW, and a 4 kW electric heater is included, which heats DHW for the purpose of protection against legionella. The chosen heat pump is the air-water ecoAIR+ 3-12 PRO, with a 3 kW electric heater to ensure the ability to cover peak load for thermal performance. The calculation of the hourly needs for heating and cooling was carried out according to the HRN EN ISO 13790 norm, and it was determined that the required annual thermal output is 59,16 kWh/m2, the annual cooling output is 45,37 kWh/m2, and the annual thermal output for heating the DHW is 15073,44 kWh. Accumulation of thermal energy generated by excess electricity from a solar power plant with a capacity of 8.1 kWp is also planned. Accumulated energy is used for heating and preparation of DHW. The solar power plant is designed to cover the electricity needs of the household, the heat pump, and the electric charging station. "Renewables.ninja" was used in the calculation of the solar power plant, and the technical drawing of the layout of roof-mounted photovoltaic panels was made in AutoCAD. The electric charging station with a power of 3,7 kW charges the electric car and it is assumed that it is charged only when the car is at home. The project of all the mentioned technologies was made for a real facility in the municipality of Čepin, next to the city of Osijek. The house is one-story with a flat roof. All the necessary documentation with the necessary data for the designs of the heat pump and the solar power plant was obtained by the owner. The documentation includes an energy certificate, an energy audit, a map of the gas heating system project and electricity bills for twelve months. Economic analyzes were made for five scenarios. In the first, the inclusion of all the technologies mentioned above is assumed, in the second, a heat pump and a solar power plant are included, the third includes a heat pump, the fourth a solar power plant, and the fifth an electric charger and an electric car. The purpose of the economic analysis is an insight into the economic profitability of each scenario and their comparison, and it was concluded that the most economically profitable scenario is the heat pump and solar power plant with an IRR value of 38% and an NPV of €14871,56. In the end, the entire system, which was presented through the digital twin, was applied together with the existing incentives of renewable energy sources to the households of Pannonian Croatia. All the mentioned techno-economic calculations were done in Excel.

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je pojam solarne elektrane od fotonaponske ćelije do postupka priključka solarne elektrane na distribucijsku mrežu. Zbog sve većih energetskih potreba svjetskog stanovništva dolazi do globalnog zagrijavanja Zemlje i sve većih cijena električne energije pa se naglasak stavlja na iskorištavanje obnovljivih izvora energije, posebno energije Sunca. Potencijal energije Sunca je nedovoljno iskorišten, a osobito u Hrvatskoj koja ima vrlo povoljan geografski položaj u odnosu na broj sunčanih sati na godišnjoj razini. Unutar ovoga rada napravljena je hipotetska analiza postavljanja solarne elektrane na vlastito kućanstvo u Dalmatinskoj zagori. Na temelju potrošnje električne energije u kućanstvu i samoj lokaciji dana je ponuda za ugradnju solarne elektrane te je ispitana ukupna isplativost investicije kao i period povrata uloženih sredstava., This thesis describes the concept of a solar power plant, from the photovoltaic cell to the process of connecting the solar power plant to the distribution network. Due to the ever-increasing energy needs of the world's population, there is global warming of the Earth and ever-increasing prices of electricity, so the emphasis is placed on the use of renewable energy sources, especially the energy of the Sun. The potential of the Sun's energy is insufficiently used, especially in Croatia, which has a very favorable geographical position in relation to the number of hours of sunshine on an annual basis. Within this work, a hypothetical analysis of installing a solar power plant on one's own household in Dalmatinska zagora was made. Based on the consumption of electricity in the household and the location itself, an offer was made for the installation of a solar power plant, and the overall profitability of the investment was examined, as well as the period of return of the invested funds.

Ovaj diplomski rad prije svega će definirati pojam projekta i projektnog menadžmenta. Potom će obraditi korištenje znanja prilikom upravljanja pojedinim projektom. Životni ciklus upravljanja projektom i njegove faze također će biti obrađene u prvom dijelu rada. Centralni dio rada su faze upravljanja projektom na primjeru Sunčane elektrane PERT d.o.o. Naime, navedeni je projekt realiziran tijekom 2020. godine uz pomoć sredstava iz Europskog poljoprivrednog fonda za ruralni razvoj, Program ruralnog razvoja 2014. – 2020. i to gotovo 40%. Navedene sunčana elektrana je najveća na području Primorsko – goranske županije a da se nalazi u vlasništvu subjekta iz privatnog sektora. Rad će opisati cjelokupni tijek projekta, od ranije faze sastanaka, preko predaje zahtjeva te same provedbe postupka i izvođenja radova., This thesis will first of all define the concept of project and project management. Then they will process the use of knowledge when managing a particular project. The project management life cycle and its phases will also be covered in the first part of the paper. The central part of the work is the phases of project management on the example of Solar power plant PERT d.o.o. Namely, the mentioned project was realized during 2020 with the help of funds from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, the Rural Development Program 2014- 2020, and up to almost 40%. The aforementioned solar power plant is the largest in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar region and is owned by an entity from the private sector. The paper will describe the entire course of the project, from the earlier stage of the meetings, through the submission of requests and the actual implementation of the procedure and execution of works.

Ovaj rad podijeljen je na pet cjelina koje su predstavljene poglavljima Elektroenergetski sustav, Priključenje obnovljivih izvora energije na niskonaponsku distribucijsku mrežu, Sunčane elektrane, Utjecaj sunčane elektrane na pogon niskonaponske distribucijske mreže i Utjecaj priključenja sunčane elektrane na primjeru stvarne niskonaponske mreže u računalnom programu NEPLAN. U prvom poglavlju opisan je elektroenergetski sustav, glavne podjele elektroenergetskih mreža, opisane su prijenosne i distribucijske mreže kao i vrste niskonaponskih distribucijskih mreža. U drugoj cjelini predstavljeni su i opisani koraci priključenja obnovljivih izvora energije na niskonaponsku distribucijsku mrežu, opisana su mrežna pravila, redoslijed ispitivanja sunčane elektrane prije puštanja u pogon te pokusni rad. Navedene su naponske i strujne zaštite te proračun. U trećem poglavlju opisane su sunčane elektrane sa svim dijelovima koji su potrebni za pravilan rad elektrane. Detaljno je opisan princip rada fotonaponske ćelije te su navedeni i opisani fotonaponski sustavi. Navedene su i opisane pogonske karakteristike fotonaponskoga modula i izmjenjivača sunčane elektrane „SOLEKTRA IX“ snage 999 kW. U četvrtoj cjelini detaljno je opisan princip rada sunčane elektrane „SOLARNI KROV ŠPANSKO ZAGREB“ te su opisana izvršena mjerenja kvalitete napona, vrijednosti napona, THD napona i nesimetrije napona, kao i mjerenja struje, radne i jalove snage i faktora snage. U zadnjem poglavlju pomoću računalnog programa NEPLAN simulirana je realna niskonaponska distribucijska mreža sa priključenim sunčanim elektranama, ispitan je utjecaj priključenja sunčane elektrane na naponski profil, razinu struje kratkog spoja i prikazani su tokovi snaga u mreži., This work is divided into five units, which are presented in the chapters Electric power system, Connection of renewable energy sources to the low-voltage distribution network, Solar power plants, Influence of the solar power plant on the operation of the low-voltage distribution network, and Influence of the connection of the solar power plant on the example of a real lowvoltage network in the computer program NEPLAN. In the first chapter, the power system is described, the main divisions of power networks, transmission and distribution networks as well as types of low-voltage distribution networks described. In the second part, the steps of connecting renewable energy sources to the low-voltage distribution network are presented and described, network rules are described, the order of testing the solar power plant before commissioning, and experimental work. Voltage and current protections and calculation are listed. In the third chapter, solar power plants are described with all the parts that are necessary for the proper operation of the power plant. The principle of operation of the photovoltaic cell is described in detail, and photovoltaic systems are listed and described. The operational characteristics of the photovoltaic module and inverter of the solar power plant "SOLEKTRA IX" with a power of 999 kW are listed and described. In the fourth part, the principle of operation of the solar power plant "SOLARNI KROV SPANSKO ZAGREB" is described in detail, and the measurements of voltage quality, voltage value, THD voltage and voltage asymmetry, as well as measurements of current, active and reactive power and power factor are described. In the last chapter, using the computer program NEPLAN, a realistic low-voltage distribution network with connected solar power plants was simulated, the influence of the connection of the solar power plant on the voltage profile, the short-circuit current level and the power flows in the network was examined.

Poljoprivreda je jako ovisna o energiji koja čini veliki dio troška same proizvodnje. Stoga korištenje solarne energije može pomoći u smanjenju troškova proizvodnje. Implementacijom solarne energije poljoprivredna gospodarstva mogu ostvariti velike uštede, bilo da ju koriste za pokretanje pumpi za dovod vode na farmama, za napon električne ograde, sušare, za grijanje farme ili za ostale potrebe za električnom energijom. Republika Hrvatska se, kao članica Europske unije, obavezala na prihvaćanje europskog klimatsko-energetskog paketa koji podrazumijeva primjenu Direktive 2009/28/EZ o poticanju uporabe energije iz obnovljivih izvora. Prihvaćanjem ove Direktive od Republike Hrvatske se očekuje da do 2030. godine poveća udio obnovljivih izvora energije u odnosu na potrošnju na barem 32%, dok bi 2050. godine udio trebao biti 65%. Zbog svoga geografskog položaja Republika Hrvatska ima visoku prosječnu osunčanost te je među europskim zemljama s najvećim solarnim potencijalom koji još uvijek nije dovoljno iskorišten. U diplomskom radu napravljen je intervju sa jednim od prijavitelja na Mjeru 4, Operaciju 4.1.3. koja omogućava investiciju u solarne elektrane, te je kao problem identificirano dugo vrijeme čekanja na odobrenje projekta te opsežna administrativna prijava za koju većina poduzeća nema kompetentnu osobu već angažira vanjske konzultante. Financijska analiza investicije u solarnu elektranu malog kapaciteta napravljena je primjenom prodajnih cijena električne energije iz 2020. i 2021. godine, koje su u trenutku pisanja rada bile dostupne. Pri tome su zanemareni potresi na tržištu električnom energijom izazvani ratom u Ukrajini koji su doveli do znatnog povišenja cijena 2022. godine. Prema ekonomskom toku investicija je isplativa u 2028. godini uz pomoć potpore iz fondova Europske unije (9. godina projekta), dok je bez navedene potpore isplativa u 2031. godini (12. godina projekta), zanemarujući krizu izazvanu Ukrajinskim ratom i njen utjecaj na povećanje cijena električne energije. U toku cijelog projekta koeficijent ekonomičnosti ukupnog poslovanja te pokazatelji rentabilnosti, odnosno neto i bruto marža profita bilježe zadovoljavajuće vrijednosti. Projekt izgradnje solarne elektrane ispunio je svoju svrhu zadovoljenja potreba mjernog mjesta pokrivajući cjelokupnu potrošnju istog te prodajući viškove. Agriculture is highly dependent on energy, which is responsible for a large share of the production cost. Therefore, the use of solar energy can help reduce production costs. By implementing solar energy, agricultural farms can achieve great savings, whether they use it to start water pumps on farms, to power electric fences, dryers, to heat farms or for other electricity needs. The Republic of Croatia, as a member of the European Union, has obligation to accept the European climate and energy package, which includes the application of Directive 2009/28/EC on encouraging the use of energy from renewable sources. By accepting this Directive, the Republic of Croatia is expected to increase the share of renewable energy sources in relation to consumption to at least 32% by 2030, while in 2050 the share should be 65%. Due to its geographical position, the Republic of Croatia has a high average amount of sunshine and is among the European countries with the greatest solar potential that is still not sufficiently utilized. In the thesis, an interview was conducted with one of the applicants for Measure 4, Operation 4.1.3. which enables investment in solar power plants. The main problem identified in this research was the long waiting time for project approval and the extensive administrative application for which most companies do not have a competent person so have to hire external consultants. The financial analysis of the investment in a small-capacity solar power plant was made using the sales prices of electricity from 2020 and 2021, which were available at the time of writing. During this research it was not possible to predict the earthquakes on the electricity market caused by the war in Ukraine, which led to a significant increase in prices in 2022, so this was ignored. According to the economic flow, the investment is profitable in 2028 with the help of support from the European Union funds (9th year of the project), while without mentioned support it is profitable in 2031 (12th year of the project), ignoring the crisis caused by the Ukrainian war and its impact on increase in electricity prices. During the entire project, the efficiency coefficient of the overall business and profitability indicators, i.e. net and gross profit margin, recorded satisfactory values. The solar power plant construction project fulfilled its purpose of satisfying the needs of the metering point by covering its entire consumption and selling the surplus.

U radu su opisani osnovni dijelovi sunčane (fotonaponske) elektrane s baterijskim spremnikom, od teorijskih principa rada do konkretne opreme ugrađene u SE TMT Lepoglava. Prikazani su rezultati simulacije proizvodnje iz programa PVSyst te uspoređeni sa stvarnom proizvodnjom nakon izgradnje elektrane. Opisana je problematika ugrađenog baterijskog spremnika te je pomoću MATLAB programa pronađen optimum postavki. U programu NEPLAN analiziran je utjecaj elektrane na distribucijsku mrežu. Mjerenjima 7 dana bez elektrane i 7 dana s elektranom analiziran je utjecaj elektrane parametre napona prema HRN EN 50160, a pomoću mjerenja HEP-ovog brojila analiziran je utjecaj elektrane na preuzetu vršnu snagu i opisana je problematika ugradnje sunčane elektrane s baterijskim spremnikom u kontekstu dnevnih krivulja opterećenja industrijskog postrojenja. In this thesis, the basic parts of solar (photovoltaic) power plant with a battery system have been described, from theoretical working principles to the specific equipment used in Solar power plant TMT Lepoglava. The results of PVSyst simulations have been shown and compared with the actual power production of the power plant after it was built. The issue of installed battery pack has been described and the optimal settings have been found using MATLAB program. Influence of the power plant on the distribution power grid has been analysed in NEPLAN software. Measurements were conducted in duration of 7 days without the power plant and 7 days with the power plant and the influence of the power plant on voltage parameters according to HRN EN 50160 has been analysed. Using measurements from national power company's on-site electricity counter, the influence of the power plant on the peak power drain has been analysed, and the issue of installed solar power plant with a battery pack has been described in the context of daily consumption diagrams of industrial facility.

Ovim radom uspješno se prikazao način povezivanja i upravljanja sustavom centralnog grijanja koristeći internet stvari. Sa dizalicom topline uz korištenje obnovljivih izvora energije kao dodatan izvor za dogrijavanje vode ili dodatno hlađenje, omogućena je neovisnost o fosilnim gorivima uz smanjene troškova grijanja i hlađenja prostorija. Povezivanjem svih uređaja u lokalnu mrežu internet stvari omogućilo se jednostavno upravljanje i pregled sustava s računala ili pametnih uređaja. Opisani način upravljanja centralnim sustavom i proizvodnjom električne energije primjenjiv je ne samo na sve vrste centralnog sustava nego svojom fleksibilnošću i jednostavnošću korištenja primjenjiv je i na razne druge procese od punjenja električnih automobila do poboljšanja života osoba s invaliditetom., This paper has successfully demonstrated how to connect and manage a central heating system using the Internet of Things. With a heat pump using renewable energy sources as an additional source for water heating or additional cooling, we acieved independence from fossil fuels while reducing heating and cooling costs. Connecting all devices to a local area network of Internet of Things made it easy to manage and view the system from a computer or smart device. The described method of managing the central system and electricity production is applicable not only to all types of central heating systems but with its flexibility and ease of use is also applicable to various other processes from charging electric cars to improving the lives of people with disabilities.

U ovom radu opisani su modeli svih elemenata elektroenergetske mreže pri čemu je ponajviše opisan model energetskih transformatora te u zasebnom poglavlju i model četveronamotnog transformatora. Zatim je matematički opisana Newton-Raphson metoda proračuna tokova snaga te su navedeni koraci metode proračuna za elektroenergetsku mrežu. U posljednjem poglavlju dodan je jedan četveronamotni transformator koji spaja jednu realnu prijenosnu mrežu s distribucijskom mrežom na kojem su dodani jedna solarna elektrana, dva tereta te dva kabela i u ovakvoj mreži su izvršeni proračuni tokova snaga po Newton-Raphson metodi. Proračuni tokova snaga su izvršeni pri promjeni proizvodnje solarne elektrane te pri promjeni potrošnje tereta u distribucijskoj mreži na kojem je četveronamotni transformator priključen. Za svaku promjenu stanja mreže su uspoređeni rezultati u odnosu na prethodna stanja mreže te su opisani tokovi snaga unutar četveronamotnog transformatora. In this thesis the model of all elements of power grid were described, mostly the model on power transformers and in separate chapter the model of four-winding transformer. Then, the Newton-Raphson method of power flow calculation were mathematically described and the steps of this calculation method for the power grid are given. In the final chapter, a four-winding transformer was added that connects one real transmission grid with a distribution grid to which one solar power plant, two loads and two cables were added, and in that grid the Newton-Raphson power flow calculations were performed. Power flow calculations were performed when changing the production of the solar power plant and when changing the load consumption in the distribution network to which the four-winding transformer is connected. For each change in the state of the grid, the results are compared in relation to the previous states of the grid, and power flows within the four-winding transformer are described.

Sunčeva energija je neiscrpan izvor energije koji se može iskoristiti za proizvodnju električne energije. Fotonaponski sustavi sadrže puno različitih komponenata. Ovisno o vrsti razlikujemo tri glavne vrste fotonaponskih sustava: autonomni, mrežni i hibridni. Razumijevanje rada pojedinih komponenata fotonaponskih sustava kao što su: solarna ćelija, fotonaponski modul i pretvarač ključno je za uspješno projektiranje sunčane elektrane. U elektrotehničkom smislu projektnu dokumentaciju možemo podijeliti na: projektni zadatak, idejno rješenje, idejni projekt, investicijski elaborat, glavni projekt, izvedbeni projekt i dokumentacija za pogon i održavanje. Pri projektiranju sunčane elektrane potrebno je provesti niz tehničkih proračuna kao što su: procjena proizvodnje električne energije, proračun prilika na istosmjernom i izmjeničnom razvodu, proračun istosmjernih kabela na ulaznoj strani pretvarača, proračun gubitaka na izmjeničnoj strani elektrane i proračun struje kratkog spoja na izlaznoj strani elektrane. Prije puštanja sunčane elektrane u pogon potrebno je obaviti razna ispitivanja kako bi se utvrdilo da je elektrana sigurna za pogon sa mrežom. Zbog toga se izrađuju elaborati utjecaja elektrane na mrežu i podešenja zaštite, te se propisuje operativni plan i program ispitivanja u pokusnom radu., Solar energy is an unused source of energy that can be used to produce electricity. Photovoltaic systems contain many different components. Depending on the type, we distinguish between three main types of photovoltaic systems: autonomous, grid and hybrid. Understanding the operation of individual components of photovoltaic systems such as: solar cell, photovoltaic module and converter is essential for the successful design of a solar power plant. In the electrotechnical sense, the project documentation can be divided into: project assignment, conceptual solution, conceptual project, investment study, main project, executive project and documentation for operation and maintenance. When designing a solar power plant, it is necessary to carry out a series of technical calculations such as: estimation of electricity production, calculation of conditions on the DC and AC distribution, calculation of DC cables on the input side of the converter, calculation of losses on the AC side of the power plant and calculation of short-circuit current on the output side of the power plant. Before putting the solar power plant into operation, it is necessary to carry out various tests in order to determine that the power plant is safe for operation with the grid. For this reason, studies of the impact of the power plant on the network and protection settings are being prepared, and an operational plan and program of testing in experimental work are being prescribed.

U ovom radu će se objasniti važnost proizvodnje električne energije iz obnovljivih izvora energije. Detaljnije će biti opisan princip rada solarne elektrane sa paraboličnim tanjurom i Stirlingovim motorom. Objasnit će se modeli izbora lokacije i parametri koje treba promatrati prilikom izbora lokacije. Izbor lokacije je bitan korak zbog ulaznih podataka za proračun proizvedene električne energije. U proračunu će biti prikazani podatci o izabranoj lokaciji, postupak dizajniranja solarne elektrane sa paraboličnim tanjurom i Stirlingovim motorom i proračun solarne elektrane. Izabran je modul EuroDish koji se koristi od 2000. godine. Modelom ekonomske isplativosti utvrditi će se rok povrata investicije, odnosno isplativosti izgradnje solarne elektrane sa paraboličnim tanjurom i Stirlingovim motorom u Hrvatskoj., This paper will explain the importance of electricity production from renewable energy sources. The principle of operation of a solar power plant with a parabolic dish and a Stirling engine will be described in more detail. Location selection models and parameters to be observed when selecting a location will be explained. The choice of location is an important step due to the data inputs for the calculation of the produced electricity. The calculation will show data on the selected location, the process of designing a solar power plant with a parabolic plate and a Stirling engine, and a calculation of the solar power plant. The EuroDish module, which has been in use since 2000, was chosen. The economic profitability model will determine the return on investment, ie the profitability of building a solar power plant with a parabolic dish and a Stirling engine in Croatia.

U ovom završnom radu opisuje se projektiranje solarnih panela na obiteljskoj kući. Državno sufinanciranje fotonaponskih modula iskorištava sve više ljudi jer se investicija vraća u kratkom roku. U prvom djelu završnoga rada biti će opisani obnovljivi izvori, a nadalje problematika postavljanja fotonaponski modul na krov kuće, te koje sve dozvole i kriterije kuća mora zadovoljavati za ugradnju takvih modul. Opisan će biti i postupak odabira fotonaponskih modula, izmjenjivača, te njihova ugradnja. U drugom djelu analizira se isplativost samog projekta, kao i potrošnja i održavanje fotonaponskog sustava. In this final work, it will be described projecting solar panel on the family house. State funding of photovoltaic module is used by more and more people because the investment returns in a short period of time. In the first part of final work there will be description of renewable energy, then the problems of constructing photovoltaic module on the rooftop of the house, and all the permits and criteria house has to satisfy to construct this panel. It will also be described selection of photovoltaic module, inverters and their installation. In the second part there will be analyse of cost-effectiveness of the project, as well as consumption and maintenance of solar systems.

U ovom je radu provedena ekonomska analiza integracije fotonaponskog (FN) sustava priključenog na mrežu instaliranoga na obiteljskoj kući u Zagrebu. U prvom dijelu rada prikazan je značaj sunca kao izvora energije i njegov potencijal. Također, opisana je teorijska osnova rada FN članaka i sustava. U drugom dijelu rada prikazana uobičajena godišnja potrošnja analiziranog kućanstva, zatim je u PVGIS servisu analizirana ozračenost na lokaciji kuće, te je izračunata snaga sunčane elektrane potrebna da pokrije godišnju potrošnju električne energije kućanstva. Sukladno potrebnoj snazi sunčane elektrane dimenzionirane su komponente sustava. Odabrani su FN moduli i izmjenjivač te je izračunata ukupna cijena postavljanja sunčane elektrane sa svim komponentama uključujući i nosače, naknadu za priključenje i okvirnu cijenu montaže. Nakon toga provedene su dvije analize isplativosti projekta. U prvoj analizi razmatran je postupak u kojemu se 30% proizvedene električne energije odmah potroši za zadovoljavanje potrošnje kućanstva, dok se višak prodaje u mrežu. U drugoj analizi razmatran je postupak neto mjerenja u kojemu se višak proizvedene električne energije prividno pohranjuje u mrežu te se iskorištava u vrijeme kada FN moduli ne mogu pokriti potrošnju električne energije kućanstva. Na samom kraju prikazan je zakonski postupak koji je potrebno proći kako bi se instalirala sunčana elektrana. In this work it was presented an economic analysis of the installation of the photovoltaic (PV) system installed the roof of the family house in Zagreb. In the first part of the work, the Sun is presented as an energy source and its potential is analyzed. Furthermore, the theoretical basis of PV cells and systems was explained. In the second part it was analyzed the yearly electric consumption of a given household, then in PVGIS service it was calculated solar irradiance as well as the power of the solar power plant needed to meet the yearly demands of a given household. According to the required power of the solar power plant, the components of the system were chosen. The PV modules and inverter have been selected, and the price of the whole system was calculated including parts needed for installation as well as the installation itself. After that, two cost-effectiveness analysis were conducted. In the first analysis, it was taken that 30% of the generated electrical energy is used for self-consumption while the rest is sold to the grid. In the second analysis it was used net metering. Meaning that the surplus of generated energy is stored in the grid and that electricity is used when PV system cannot meet household demands. In the end, there are listed all legal requirements one must meet in order to install a solar power plant.

Otočni pogon distribuiranog izvora može se javiti u slučaju podudaranja proizvodnje distribuiranog izvora i potrošnje konzuma lokalne mreže u trenutku odvajanja takvog lokalnog sustava od ostatka mreže. Apsolutno pouzdane metode zaštite od pojave takvog pogona jedino su neekonomične komunikacijske metode temeljene na sustavu daljinskog vođenja. U ovom radu obrađuje se vjerojatnosno kvantificiranje pojave takvog neželjenog otočnog pogona s naglaskom na određeni tip elektrana - fotonaponske elektrane sastavljene od više izmjenjivača koja se priključuje na mrežu srednjeg napona. Ovaj specifičan tip elektrana ima nekoliko osobina koje ga čine različitim od drugih klasičnih tipova izvora na temelju čega se i pristup istraživanju otočnog rada ovog tipa elektrana mora razlikovati. U radu se prvo analizira struktura tipične fotonaponske elektrane sastavljene od više izmjenjivača koja se priključuje na mrežu srednjeg napona. Teoretski su određeni doprinosi ukupnoj radnoj i jalovoj snazi svih elemenata od kojih je elektrana sastavljena. Definiran je P-Q dijagram svih mogućih radnih točaka elektrane na mjestu priključka na mrežu te provedena usporedba mjerenja izvršenih na stvarnoj elektrani s izračunatim vrijednostima, analiza i korekcija modela. Zatim je predložena metodologija za izračun vjerojatnosti pojave otočnog rada. Pri proračunu vjerojatnosti definiranom metodom koriste se prije definirani P-Q dijagram elektrane, podaci o konfiguraciji mreže, statistički pogonski parametri mreže i potrošača te definirane krivulje gustoće vjerojatnosti snaga proizvodnje fotonaponske elektrane i potrošnje lokalne mreže modelirane trokutastom razdiobom koja je predložena analizom literature i dostupnih podataka iz mjerenja u mreži operatora distributivnog sustava. Metoda je primjenjiva na najčešće korištene pasivne metode zaštite od otočnog rada, za koje je u radu potom analizirana zona neprepoznavanja. Proračun vjerojatnosti u ovisnosti o primjenjenoj funkciji zaštite je proveden na primjeru stvarne elektrane i lokalne mreže, na temelju čega su izvedeni zaključci. Island operation of distributed generation sources is encountered when there is a balance of generation and load power in local grid in the moment of disconnection from the main grid. Absolutely reliable protection methods in such case are only remote operation system based communication methods which are non-economical. This dissertation deals with probability quantification for the occurrence of such unwanted island operation, with emphasis on a particular type of power plant - a photovoltaic power plant consisting of multiple inverter units connected to the medium voltage power grid. This particular type of power plant has several characteristics which make it different from other classic types of energy sources, for which reasons also the approach to the research of island operation of this type of power plants has to differ from classical approach. First topic of research is the analysis of the structure of a typical photovoltaic power plant consisting of multiple inverter units connected to the medium voltage power grid. Theoretical contributions of all power plant elements to the total active and reactive power are determined. P-Q diagram of all possible operation points of the power plant, at the point of connection to the grid, is determined, then a comparison of calculated values with the actual measurements carried out on the case study power plant is performed, followed by analysis and correction of the model. Following that, the methodology is proposed for calculating the probability of island operation. For the probability calculation the following data is used: predetermined P-Q diagram of the power plant, network configuration data, statistical operating parameters of the grid and of the consumers, and the probability density curves for photovoltaic power plant generation power and load power of the local grid consumers, modeled with triangular probability distribution proposed from literature analysis and available data from measurements in the distribution system operator grid. The method is applicable to the most commonly used passive methods of island protection, for which the non-detection zone was then analyzed. The probability calculation for the applied protection functions was performed on the case study power plant and the local grid, on the basis of which conclusions were drawn.

PVGIS (Photovoltaic Geographical Information System) je besplatni web servis koji omogućava korisniku pristup informacijama o sunčevom zračenju za gotovo bilo koje područje na Zemlji, kao i izračun proizvodnje električne energije solarnih elektrana. Nakon upoznavanja sa sustavom, proračune smo zatražili za dvije elektrane, lokaciju Jug i Istok, te dobili proračun od predviđenih 201 - 207 MWh za Jug, odnosno 345- 379 MWh proizvedene električne energije kroz godinu za Istok. Nakon dobivenih proračuna, iste smo usporedili sa stvarnim podacima o proizvodnji elektrana za 2016. i 2017. godinu, te zaključili da se radi o odstupanju između 3,86 do čak 14,38% od stvarne količine proizvedene energije. Zaključujemo kako je na zadanom području ipak pouzdanija Climate PVGIS metoda jer je za naše podatke dala manja odstupanja u procjeni. PVGIS (Photovoltaic Geographical Information System) is a free web service that allows the user access to solar radiation information for virtually any area of the Earth as well as the calculation of the power generation of solar power plants. After getting acquainted with the system, we asked for the calculations for two power plants, Jug and Istok, and got a of 201-207 MWh (for Jug) and 345-379 MWh (for Istok) of electricity produced over the year. After the approximations were made by the PVGIS system, we compared the same with actual data on power generation for 2016 and concluded that it is a deviation of between 3,86 and 14,38% of the actual amount of energy produced. Although the deviation can be quite significant, we are able to conclude that for this geographical area, Climate PVGIS estimation gives better results, since the deviation percantage is lower than with the Classic PVGIS one.

Značajan porast primjene solarne energije doveo je do razvoja moderne tehnologije za iskorištavanje energije Sunca. Ljudi su kroz davninu naučili kako primjenjivati Sunčevu energiju da bi je pretvorili u toplinsku ili neki drugi oblik. Tek nešto kasnije, u novije doba, pojavom fotonaponskih ćelija, Sunčeva energija pretvarala se u električnu. Sunčeva energija uz hidroenergiju i energiju vjetra predstavlja najčišći izvor energije u budućnosti, osobito sada kada je Zemlja zagađena i onečišćena. Direktna pretvorba Sunčeve energije u električnu zasad je neisplativ i neučinkovit način iskorištavanja energije Sunca. Da bi se podignula efikasnost potrebno je povećati stupanj iskoristivosti solarnih panela, a jedan od načina je montiranje solarnih panela na tzv. solarne trackere, tj. sustave za praćenje položaja Sunca. Solarni trackeri fokusiraju solarne panele okomito prema Suncu. Solarni panel koji je montiran na solarni tracker može značajno povećati proizvodnju električne energije u odnosu na fiksno postavljeni solarni panel, od 20% pa do 40% ovisno gdje se nalazi na Zemlji. Osnovna ideja ovog završnog rada je osmišljavanje, opis i izrada makete sa mogućnošću praćenja položaja Sunca pomoću Arduino Uno razvojne platforme. Razmatranjem ideje završnog rada izrađena je maketa na kojoj se nalazi solarni panel, fotootpornici i dva servo motora. Izrađena maketa je umanjeni prikaz sustava za praćenje položaja Sunca. Fotootpornici su glavni senzori na maketi za praćenje položaja Sunca, njihova glavna uloga je davanje informacija servo motorima kako da pravilno zakreću maketu prema najvećem izvoru svjetlosti. U posljednjem poglavlju završnog rada razrađena je analiza na temelju dobivenih rezultata mjerenja sa i bez praćenja položaja Sunca i na temelju toga izrađeni su grafovi za bolji uvid u efikasnost sustava za praćenje položaja Sunca. A significant increase in using solar energy has brought upon development of modern technologies for using the energy of the Sun. Throughout history, people have found ways how to exploit the Sun, transforming its energy into thermal or other forms. Only in the recent times, with the appearance of photovoltaic cells, have people been able to transform solar energy into electricity. Solar energy, along with hydro and wind energy, represents clean energy sources of the future, especially now, when planet Earth is polluted and contaminated. Direct transformation of solar energy into electricity is momentarily a very inefficient and unprofitable way of using the energy of the Sun. To increase the efficiency, it's necessary to increase the level of useability of the solar cells – one of the ways being the usage of the so-called solar trackers, i.e. systems which track the position of the Sun. Solar trackers focus the solar panels vertically towards the Sun. A solar panel mounted on a solar tracker can significantly increase the production of electricity in comparison to a fixed solar panel, ranging between 20% to 40%, depending on its position on Earth. The general idea of this final work was devising, describing and making a model which has the possibility to track the position of the Sun, with the help of Arduino UNO development platform. With respect to the idea of the final work, a model was built, which consists of a solar panel, photoresistor and two servo motors. The built model is a scaled down representation of a solar tracking system. Photoresistors are the main sensors on the model, which track the position of the Sun – their main goal is giving information to the servo motors on how to properly rotate the model toward the strongest source of light. In the last chapter of the final work, an analysis was worked out on the basis of measuring results collected with and without using a solar tracking system. Based on the results, graphs were created for a better insight into the efficiency of a solar tracking system.

S obzirom da fotonaponske elektrane predstavljaju najveći porast u proizvodnji električne energije u odnosu na bilo koje druge obnovljive izvore, potrebno je pratiti promjene koje one uzrokuju. Svaku promjenu napona i frekvencije koja bi mogla uzrokovati promjenu stabilnosti i funkcioniranja mreže potrebno je predvidjeti i spriječiti. SMA Grid Gate sustav pokazao se kao brzo, sigurno i efikasno rješenje za detektiranje takvih promjena i stvaranja ne ometanog funkcioniranja tržišta električne energije Sma Grid Gate photovoltaic monitoring system in interconnection with the nework. Since photovoltaic plants represent the largest increase in electricity prosuction compared to any other renewable sources, it is necessary to monitor the changes they cause. Any change in the voltage and frequences that could cause a change in stability and functioning of the network must be anticipated and prevented. The SMA Grid Gate system has shown it self to be a quick, safe and efficient solution for detecting such changes and creating a disrupted functioning of electricity market

U ovom radu obrađeni su problemi vezani uz prijelazne pojave u elektroenergetskom sustavu na primjeru mreže s priključenom solarnom elektranom. Gotov model solarne elektrane, s priključnom mrežom i pripadnim elementima, koji je konstruiran u programu za proračun prijelaznih elektromagnetskih pojava EMTP-RV, detaljno je opisan te su provedene simulacije utjecaja prijelaznih pojava na mrežu. Također, opisane su glavne karakteristike solarne ćelije te ovisnosti njezine I-U karakteristike o raznim parametrima (temperatura, ozračenje, paralelni i serijski otpor…). This graduation thesis analyzed the problems associated with power system transients in the case of power grid with connected solar power plant. Finished model of a solar power plant, with connection power grid and associated elements, which was constructed in the software for power system transients EMTP-RV, has been described in detail along with the implementation of simulations regarding impact of power system transients on the power grid. Main characteristics of solar cell and dependence of its I-U characteristics on various parameters (temperature, irradiation, parallel and serial resistance ...) have also been described.

Ovaj rad, u prvom dijelu, daje pregled zakonskih akata u Republici Hrvatskoj koji su vezani uz osnove tehničkih uvjeta za priključenje proizvođača na elektroenergetsku mrežu. Prikazana je osnovna varijanta priključka ovisno o naponskoj razini, snazi i mogućnostima pogona elektrane. Drugi dio rada daje pregled uvijeta koje mora zadovoljavati solarna elektrana u pogledu strujno – naponskih prilika u mreži. Na primjeru konkretne solarne elektrane napravljena je analiza utjecaja elektrane na mrežu. Treći dio rada daje način određivanja selektivnog podešenja zaštitnih uređaja za solarnu elektranu snage 299 kW priključene na niskonaponsku mrežu. Preduvjet za primjereni paralelni pogon elektrane s mrežom je selektivno podešenje zaštite u elektrani, ali i samoj mreži s kojom elektrana radi paralelno. First part of the paper gives an overview of laws and regulations in Republic of Croatia that treat electric energy generation from renewable energy sources. There are basic options for connection of production unit to the distribution network, depending on: voltage leve, connection power or operation capabilities of production unit. Second part of the paper gives a comparative analysis results of the impact of the power plants on the grid. The conclusion offers the proofs of the importance of the network analysis in prevent future disturbances caused by real solar power plant. Third part of the paper provides the method for determining the selective settings for protection devices in real solar power plant connected on 0,4 kV network. Selective settings of protection devices in the network and in the solar power plant are necessity for their correct parallel operation.

S obzirom na velik utjecaj kvalitete električne energije na kvalitetu života potrošača, mjerenje parametara kvalitete i njihovo tumačenje u skladu s određenim normama od presudne je važnosti kako bi se zadržala prihvatljiva razina kvalitete u opskrbi električnom energijom. Najvažnija norma na tom području je europska norma EN 50160 koja sadrži opis bitnih karakteristika opskrbnog napona na mjestu predaje potrošaču u javnim niskonaponskim i srednjenaponskim električnim mrežama pri normalnim pogonskim uvjetima, kao i dati karakter značajkama napona napajanja u odnosu na valni oblik, visinu, frekvenciju i simetriju kod trofazne mreže na mjestu predaje potrošaču. Postoje najvažniji parametri kvalitete napona koji se mjere nekim od suvremenih uređaja za analizu električne energije, kao što je PSL PQube, nakon čega se provjerava odgovaraju li ti parametri propisanim vrijednostima prema normi EN 50160. U prikazanim mjerenjima koristili smo uređaj PQube tvrtke PSL koji pripada A klasi točnosti. Tijekom jednotjednog perioda snimali smo parametre kvalitete napona na sunčanoj elektrani Solvis i došli do zaključka kako svi mjereni parametri kvalitete zadovoljavaju mrežna pravila i normu EN 50160. To nam je omogućilo kreiranje izvješća o sukladnosti koje sažeto, jasno i pregledno daje uvid u bitne činjenice vezane uz parametre kvalitete i služi kao pokazatelj kvalitete napona naručitelju mjerenja. Considering big impact that voltage quality has on life quality of their customers, monitoring of voltage quality parameters became essential in keeping voltage quality high. Most important standard in this area is european standard EN 50160 which contains descriptions of all essential voltage parameters in low and mid voltage electrical grids. It also contains desirable voltage characteristics such as wave shape, amplitude, frequency and simetry. Most important voltage quality parameters are measured and monitored with quality control products such as PSL PQube. After collecting all data, we compare them with EN 50160 standard to see if they comply to predefined values. During one week period we measured voltage quality parameters in solar plant Solvis and all of them comply with grid rules and EN 50160 standard. Those values enabled us to create compliance report which gives us brief view of all important voltage quality parameters and their compliance with EN 50160 standard.

U ovom Završnom radu opisani su sastavni dijelovi eksperimentalne sunčane elektrane koja se nalazi na trećem katu D zgrade Fakulteta elektrotehnike i računarstva u Zagrebu. U sklopu rada napravljena je shema spajanja cijele elektrane. Također u radu je napravljen proračun optimalnog kuta elevacije kako bi se optimizirala proizvodnja električne energije. Svi tehnički podaci preuzeti su sa službenih web stranica pojedinih proizvođača. This paper describes all the main parts of an experimental solar power plant. The plant is located on the third floor of the D-building of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. A junction scheme of the entire plant was made in addition to the paper. Furthermore, an estimation of the optimal elevation angle to increase the production of electricity is presented. All technical data was taken from the official website of the particular manufacturer.

Člankom je dan pregled tijeka izgradnje i puštanja u rad sunčane elektrane postavljene na krov studenskog restorana u Varaždinu. Opisane su postavljene solarne ćelije, pretvarači, elektro razvod sa komponentama, te odabir smještaja i način montaže. Objašnjeno je povezivanje sustava i puštanje u pogon, uz sve preduvjete koje postavlja distribucijsko područje, u ovom slučaju HEP ODS Varaždin, kao i problematika koja se javlja na terenu tijekom izgradnje., The article reviews the course of construction and commissioning of solar power plant installed on the roof of the student restaurant in Varaždin. Mounted solar panels, inverters, power distribution components and their placement and method of assembly are described. Connecting the system and its start-up are explained, with all the conditions imposed by the distribution area, in this case HEP ODS Varaždin, as well as the problems occurring in the field during construction.
