Tema završnog rada je urbanističko i arhitektonsko rješenje poslovne zone Gacka koja se nalazi u južnom dijelu grada Osijeka. Urbanističkim se rješenjem odredio položaj zgrada turističke, trgovačke i poslovne namjene. Također, urbanizom se definirao položaj markica poslovnih zgrada koje će se nalaziti na jednoj parceli, a čije će podzemne etaže biti povezane jednom zajedničkom garažom, a nadzemna etaža platformom. Arhitektonsko rješenje bavi se projektom jedne od poslovnih zgrada. Koncept arhitektonskog rješenja nastavlja se na prvotno postavljene ciljeve urbanističkog rješenja, a koji se, pak, uvelike, odnose na zatečeno stanje. Prohodnost, naglašavanje kvalitetnih oblikovnih elemenata prostora, vrlo jasna podjela namjena, stvaranje pročelja različitih karaktera samo su neki od ciljeva. Poslovna zona Gacka nalazi se u južnom dijelu grada Osijeka, na križanju Gacke ulice i Ulice kneza Trpimira, a obje ulice predstavljaju dvije važne prometne osi grada. Obzirom da se uz Gacku ulicu pretpostavlja najveći kontigent ljudi, na istoj su smještene tržnica i hotel kao vertikalni reper u prostoru. Sama poslovna zgrada koja je predmet arhitektonskog rješenja smještena je na istočnom dijelu obuhvata i kao takva stvara vrlo važno pročelje ne samo poslovne zone, već i cijelog grada, obzirom na već spomenutu važnost Trpimirove ulice. Od oblikovnih elemenata prostora najbliža je dvorana Gradski vrt, a koju se ovim rješenjem željelo naglasiti. Koncept je odgovor na kontekst. Rješenje zgrade počiva na već spomenutim ciljevima, ali se pri projektiranju pažnja posvetila i sadržajima koji će biti važni za daljnji razvoj tvrtke. Pravilo jasne podjele namjena sada je preslikano i u unutraršnjost kako bi krajnji korisnik mogao intuitivno koristiti prostor. Početni je volumen u konačnom rješenju podijeljen u dva zasebna volumena koji gradacijom naglašavaju arhitekturu urbanizma, a povezani su transparentim mostom koji simbolično ukazuje na iskrenu politiku tvrtke., The topic of the final paper is the urban and architectural solution of the business zone Gacka, which is located in the southern part of the city of Osijek. The urban solution determined the position of buildings for tourist, commercial and business purposes. Also, urban planning has defined the position of stamps of office buildings that will be located on one plot, and whose underground floors will be connected by a common garage, and the above-ground floor by a platform. The architectural solution deals with the project of one of the office buildings. The concept of the architectural solution continues the originally set goals of the urban solution, which, in turn, are largely related to the current situation. Passability, emphasizing the quality design elements of the space, a very clear division of purposes, the creation of facades of different characters are just some of the goals. The Gacka business zone is located in the southern part of the city of Osijek, at the intersection of Gacka Street and Kneza Trpimira Street, and both streets represent two important traffic axes of the city. Since Gacka Street is supposed to be the largest contingent of people, a market and a hotel are located on it as a vertical benchmark in space. The business building itself, which is the subject of the architectural solution, is located in the eastern part of the scope and as such creates a very important facade not only of the business zone, but also of the entire city, given the already mentioned importance of Trpimirova Street. Of the design elements of the space, the closest is the Gradski vrt hall, which we wanted to emphasize with this solution. The concept is the answer to te context. The final solution of the building is based on the already mentioned goals, but when designing, attention was also paid to the contents that will be important for the further development of the company. The rule of clear division of purposes has now been copied to the interior so that the end user can use the space intuitively. The initial volume in the final solution is divided into two separate volumes that gradation emphasizes the architecture of urbanism, and are connected by a transparent bridge that symbolically indicates the sincere policy of the company.
