Cilj: Usporediti subjektivnu procjenu kvalitete spavanja OSA pacijenata s objektivnim pokazateljima cjelonoćne polisomnografije. Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanju je sudjelovalo ukupno 370 ispitanika (226 muškaraca i 144 žene) u dobi od 20 do 82 godine. Svi ispitanici su pacijenti Centra za medicinu spavanja KBC-a Split i Medicinskog fakulteta u Splitu, registrirani u periodu od 2013. do 2021. godine. Pacijenti su ispunili PSQI, ESS i STOP upitnike te im je snimljena cjelonoćna polisomnografija. Iz istraživanja su isključeni poligrafski snimani pacijenti, pacijenti mlađi od 18 godina ili oni bez cjelovitih podataka. Analizirana je subjektivna procjena kvalitete spavanja mjerena PSQI upitnikom temeljem koje su ispitanici podijeljeni u dvije skupine: dobri i loši spavači. Subjektivni i objektivni parametri uspoređeni su u muškaraca i žena, te u skupinama dobrih i loših spavača. Rezultati: Od ukupno 370 ispitanika, njih 202 (54,59) svrstano je u kategoriju „dobri spavači“ dok preostalih 168 (45,41) pripada kategoriji „loši spavači“. U skupini dobrih spavača ima znatno više muškaraca u odnosu na žene (133 prema 69, P=0,039). Također, žene su ostvarile veći ukupni PSQI rezultat u usporedbi s muškarcima (9,213,89 prema 8,043,43, P=0,003). Nadalje, žene imaju veću latenciju spavanja, češće smetnje spavanja i češće koriste farmakoterapiju za spavanje. Prosječna AHI vrijednost znatno je veća u muškaraca nego u žena (24,2 (10,1-47,6) prema 12,55 (4,18-33,25), P0,001). Muškarci su manji dio noći proveli u stadiju N3 u usporedbi sa ženama (6,75% (1,53-11,9) prema 8,65% (4,33-14,75), P=0,002). Pacijenti iz skupine dobrih spavača imali su kraću latenciju spavanja (15 min (7-30) prema 20 min (10-45), P0,001), duže su spavali (6 h (6-7) prema 5 h (4-7), P0,001) i ranije ustajali (6 h (6-7) prema 7 h (6-7), P=0,046) u odnosu na loše spavače. Objektivni PSG parametri kao što su apneja-hipopneja indeks, trajanje spavanja, latencija spavanja te udjeli pojedinih stadija spavanja ne razlikuju se značajno u skupinama dobrih i loših spavača. Zaključak: Ovo istraživanje je pokazalo kako žene subjektivno svoju kvalitetu spavanja procjenjuju lošijom, imaju dužu latenciju spavanja, učestalije smetnje spavanja te češće koriste lijekove za spavanje u odnosu na muškarce. Nadalje, muškarci imaju značajno veći AHI i značajno manji udio stadija N3 u usporedbi sa ženama, iako je udio smanjen u oba spola. Dobri spavači procijenili su kako brže zaspu, duže spavaju i ranije ustaju za razliku od loših. U istraživanju nismo pronašli značajnu razliku u AHI vrijednosti i polisomnografskim parametrima trajanja, latencije i arhitekture spavanja između dobrih i loših spavača.među dobrih i loših spavača., Objective: Comparison of subjective assessment of sleep quality of OSA patients and objective indicators of whole-night polysomnography. Subjects and methods: A total of 370 subjects, aged 20 to 82 years, participated in the study, of which 226 men and 144 women. The group of good sleepers contains significantly more men than women (133 vs. 69, P=0.039). Women obtained a higher PSQI score compared to men (9.213.89 vs. 8.043.43, P=0.003), and had longer sleep latency, more frequent sleep disturbances, and were taking sleep pharmacotherapy more often. Infekcije povezane sa zdravstvenom skrbi pogađaju veliki dio populacije. One predstavljaju veliku prijetnju sigurnosti bolesnika i financijski problem za zdravstvo. Jedna od najvažnijih mjera prevencije infekcija povezanih sa zdravstvenom skrbi je higijena ruku. Ona se sastoji od higijenskog pranja ruku tekućim sapunom i vodom te higijenskog utrljavanja na ruke dezinficijensa na bazi alkohola. Postoje specifični znakovi koji ukazuju na trenutke kada se provodi higijena ruku, a oni su sadržani u konceptu „5 trenutaka za higijenu ruku“. Smatra se da je najveći problem u vezi higijene ruku niska razina pridržavanja smjernica za higijenu ruku zdravstvenih djelatnika. Od mjeseca siječnja do ožujka 2023. godine provedeno je presječno istraživanje među medicinskim sestrama i tehničarima koji su zaposleni u zdravstvenim ustanovama. Istraživanje se provodilo putem online ankete, a cilj je bio ispitati znanje, stavove i praksu medicinskih sestara i tehničara o higijenskim navikama pranja ruku u zdravstvenim ustanovama. KAP anketa sastojala se od 4 dijela; sociodemografski podaci ispitanika, znanje o higijenskim navikama pranja ruku, stavovi i provođenje higijene ruku. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 115 ispitanika u dobi od 18 do 55 i više godina. Veći postotak ispitanika bio je ženskog spola (87,8%) i završenog preddiplomskog studija sestrinstva (37,4%). Prema odgovorima može se vidjeti kako medicinske sestre i tehničari sudionici u većem postotku imaju pozitivne stavove u vezi higijene ruku. Većina ispitanika (83,5%) više voli pranje ruku tekućim sapunom i vodom, nego koristiti sredstva za dezinfekciju na bazi alkohola. Oko trećine ispitanika (33,9%) navelo je kako uvijek nakon pranja ruku tekućim sapunom i vodom na ruke utrljavaju dezinfekcijsko sredstvo na bazi alkohola. Kontinuirana edukacija je ključna kod medicinskih sestara i tehničara u prevenciji bolesti povezanih s pružanjem zdravstvene skrbi utječući na njihovo znanje, stavove i praksu u vezi s higijenom ruku. Healthcare associated infections affect a large part of the population. They represent a major threat to patient safety and a financial problem for healthcare. One of the most important measures to prevent healthcare associated infections is a hand hygiene. It includes hygienic washing of hands with liquid soap and water and hygienic rubbing of alcohol-based hand rub. There are specific signs that indicate the moments when hand hygiene is performed, and they are contained in the concept of "5 moments for hand hygiene". The biggest problem with hand hygiene is thought to be the low level of adherence to hand hygiene guidelines by healthcare workers. From January to March 2023, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among nurses and technicians employed in healthcare institutions. The research was conducted through an online survey, and the aim was to examine the knowledge, attitudes and practice of nurses and technicians about the hygienic habits of hand washing in healthcare institutions. The KAP survey consisted of 4 parts; sociodemographic data of respondents, knowledge about hygienic hand washing habits, attitudes and implementation of hand hygiene. A total of 115 respondents, between the ages of 18 and 55 and older, took part in the research. A higher percentage of respondents was female (87,8%) and having completed undergraduate studies in nursing (37,4%). From the answers it can be seen that the participating nurses and technicians have positive attitudes regarding hand hygiene in a higher percentage. The majority of respondents (83.5%) prefer to wash their hands with liquid soap and water rather than use alcohol-based disinfectants. About a third of respondents (33.9%) stated that they always rub an alcohol-based disinfectant on their hands after washing their hands with liquid soap and water. Continuous education is essential for nurses and technicians in the prevention of diseases related to the provision of health care by influencing their knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding hand hygiene.

Kulturna baština je u današnjem društvu zauzela veliku ulogu u otkrivanju, promociji i osnaživanju identiteta zajednice. Ona je prvenstveno prisutna zbog čovjeka i samo joj on može pridodati značenje, a koje se potom komunicira i interpretira prema drugim zajednicama i ostatku svijeta. No, kada predmeti baštine nisu više dio podeblja i zajednice iz koje su proizašli, već budu izmješteni u druge kontekste i zajednice, nastaje pomutnja oko identiteta i autentičnosti baštine. Jedan takav primjer je i Pergamski muzej u Berlinu u kojemu se primarno nalaze predmeti Jugozapadne Azije poput vrijednih Ištarinih dveri iz drevnoga Babilona. Donesene su u Berlin, uz mnoge druge vrijedne predmete kulturne baštine, iskapanjem njemačkih istraživača krajem 19. stoljeća i od 30-tih godina čine dio stalnog postava Pergamskog muzeja. Ovakav postupak oduzimanja nečije kulturne baštine dovodi do gubitka nacionalnih vrijednosti i sjećanja na prošlost. Tim povodom države poput Iraka i Turske traže povrat svojega nacionalnoga blaga. Muzeji kao baštinske ustanove u srži su procesa povratka i imaju veliku ulogu koja će biti istražena u ovome radu. In today's society, cultural heritage has played a major role in discovering, promoting and strengthening the identity of a community. It is primarily present because of people and only they can add meaning to it, which is then communicated and interpreted towards other communities and the rest of the world. However, when heritage objects are no longer part of the community and community from which they originated, but are moved to other contexts and communities, confusion arises regarding the identity and authenticity of the heritage. One such example is the Pergamon Museum in Berlin, which primarily houses objects from Southwest Asia, such as the valuable Ishtar Gate from ancient Babylon. They were brought to Berlin, along with many other valuable items of cultural heritage by excavations by German researchers at the end of the 19th century, and since the 1930s they have been part of the permanent exhibition of the Pergamon Museum. This procedure of confiscating one's cultural heritage leads to the loss of national values and memories of the past. On this occasion, countries such as Iraq and Turkey demand the return of their national treasures. Museums as heritage institutions are at the core of the return process and have a major role that will be explored in this paper.

Polazeći od pretpostavke da se radi o fantastičnom romanu, podrazumijeva se da će i fantastični elementi biti dio stilskoga inventara autorice J. K. Rowling pa će se metodama interpretacije i analize pokušati potvrditi postavljena hipoteza. Istraživački korpus činit će roman o Harryju Potteru, s posebnim naglaskom na posljednjem romanu „Darovi smrtiˮ., The aim of the paper is to find fantastic elements in the novel in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", which contribute to the atmosphere of magic, adventure and adventure. Also, they help create a rich and imaginative world where characters face challenges, reveal secrets and fight evil. Starting from the assumption that it is a fantasy novel, it is understood that fantastic elements will also be part of the stylistic inventory of the author J. K. Rowling, so the methods of interpretation and analysis will try to confirm the hypothesis. The research will consist of a Harry Potter novel, with special emphasis on the latest novel, "The Deathly Hallows."

Cilj istraživanja je dobiti uvid u perspektivu starijih osoba glede njihovog iskustva sudjelovanja u grupi za aerobik starijih osoba. U kvalitativnom istraživanju sudjelovalo je 10 sudionica, članica jedne grupe za aerobik, koje su odabrane namjernim uzorkom. Podaci su prikupljeni polustrukturiranim intervjuom, a potom obrađeni postupkom tematske analize. Prema dobivenim rezultatima, starije osobe svoja iskustva sudjelovanja u aerobnom vježbanju opisuju kroz motive za bavljenje aerobikom, značaj aerobika u svakodnevnom životu, obilježja grupe za aerobik, teškoće vezane uz bavljenje aerobikom, odnose među članicama grupe za aerobik, doprinos voditeljice grupe osobnom iskustvu, iskustvo bavljenja aerobikom za vrijeme Covid-19 pandemije, reakcije okoline na bavljenje aerobikom te navode određene preporuke na temelju iskustva sudjelovanja u grupi za aerobik. Doprinos aerobika unaprjeđenju kvalitete života starijih osoba očituje se kao doprinos sudjelovanja u aerobiku fizičkom i mentalnom zdravlju, kognitivnom funkcioniranju, društvenom životu te kvaliteti slobodnog vremena. Može se zaključiti kako aerobik predstavlja poželjan i vrlo koristan oblik tjelesne aktivnosti u starosti, kojeg je potrebno razvijati i promovirati u društvu kroz povećanje njegove dostupnosti za stariju populaciju te osvještavanje društva o važnosti aerobika za zdravo i aktivno starenje., The goal of the research is to gain insight into the perspective of the elderly regarding their experience of participating in an aerobics group for the elderly. 10 participants, members of an aerobics group, participated in the qualitative research and were selected using purposive sampling. The data were collected through a semi-structured interview, and then processed through thematic analysis. According to the results obtained, elderly people describe their experiences of participating in aerobic exercise through the motives for doing aerobics, the importance of aerobics in everyday life, the characteristics of the aerobics group, difficulties related to doing aerobics, relationships between the members of the aerobics group, the contribution of the group leader to personal experience, experience of doing aerobics during the Covid-19 pandemic, environmental reactions to participation in aerobics and their certain recommendations based on the experience of participating in an aerobics group. The contribution of aerobics to the improvement of the quality of life in old age is manifested as the contribution of participation in aerobics to physical and mental health, cognitive functioning, social life and the quality of free time. It can be concluded that aerobics is a desirable and very useful form of physical activity in old age, which needs to be developed and promoted in society by increasing its availability for the elderly population and making society aware of the importance of aerobics for healthy and active ageing.

U programskom okruženju PLECS ostvaren je model sustava napajanja električnog vozila. Sustav se sastoji od baterijskog paketa s tri modula, višeulaznog jednoizlaznog DC/DC pretvarača i strujnog izvora koji predstavlja teret. Napravljena je regulacija struja prema stanjima napunjenosti pojedinih modula i regulacija napona istosmjernog međukruga. Prikazane su ulazne i izlazne vrijednosti u režimima rada terećenja i kočenja. Zbog programskih ograničenja, prvo je napravljen prikaz rezultata na modelu s dvije grane, a u drugom dijelu simulacije rezultati na modelu s tri grane. Za potrebe povećanja kapaciteta tako bi se teoretski mogao dodati još proizvoljan broj grana, tj. modula. Osnovni princip rada ovakvog sustava je već implementiran, no nije u širokoj upotrebi. Daljnji razvoj ove ideje riješio bi jedan od problema nedovoljno razvijene infrastrukture električnih punionica omogućivši udaljeno punjenje modula baterijskog paketa. In the PLECS programming environment, a model of the power supply system of an electric vehicle was achieved. The system consists of a battery pack with three modules, a multiple-input single-output DC/DC converter and a current source representing the load. The regulation of currents according to the states of charge of individual modules and the regulation of the voltage of the DC link have been adjusted. The input and output values in the loading and braking modes are shown. Due to program limitations, first the results were presented on the model with two branches, and in the second part of the simulation the results on the model with three branches. In order to increase the capacity, an arbitrary number of branches, i.e. modules, could theoretically be added. The basic operating principle of such a system has already been implemented, but it is not widely used. Further development of this idea would solve one of the problems of an underdeveloped infrastructure of electric charging stations by enabling remote charging of battery pack modules.

U današnje vrijeme vrlo su popularni softveri za prepoznavanje glazbenog djela i njenog autora. Tehnologije za takav tip problema koriste baze podataka koje sadrže goleme količine podataka. Cilj je ovog rada testirati je li moguće predvidjeti autora neke skladbe kojoj algoritam nema pristup te je li takvo predviđanje moguće ako koristimo MIDI format glazbenog zapisa. Odabrani pristup rada za ostvarenje tog cilja je strojno učenje. Koristeći tri različite metode strojnog učenja te tri različite metode odabira značajki klasificirala sam skladbe prema skladateljima. Dobiveni rezultati navode na zaključak da je predviđanje autora skladbe uistinu moguće na osnovi MIDI formata skladbe, što potiče muzikološka istraživanja o uzorcima u djelima najpoznatijih skladatelja te razvoj novih tehnologija kojima nisu potrebni veliki izvori kako bi mogli prepoznati autora glazbenog djela. In today’s time, software for music recognition and identifying the author of a musical piece is very popular. Technologies for such problems utilize databases that contain vast amounts of data. The goal of this study is to test whether it is possible to predict the author of a composition to which the algorithm does not have access, and whether such prediction is possible when using the MIDI format of a music recording. The chosen approach for achieving this goal is machine learning. By using three different machine learning methods and three different feature selection methods, I classified compositions according to their composers. The obtained results lead to the conclusion that predicting the author of a composition is indeed possible based on the MIDI format of the composition. This encourages musicological research on patterns in the works of the most famous composers and the development of new technologies that do not require extensive resources to identify the author of a musical piece.

Završni rad je web aplikacija koju koriste treneri i korisnici za evidenciju treninga i pregled napretka na treninzima. Treneri evidentiraju vrstu treninga, vrste vježbi i pravila treniranja. Pravila su definirana kao maksimalan broj dnevnih i tjednih ponavljanja te međusobni odnos s drugim vježbama. Trener dodaje korisnike u grupe i radi raspored treninga. Stvaranje rasporeda treninga podrazumijeva odabir vremena održavanja treninga te vježbi koje se izvode i definiranja njihovih ponavljanja nakon čega aplikacija provjerava unaprijed evidentirana pravila među vježbama. Korisnicima je vidljiv raspored treninga koje pohađaju gdje mogu evidentirati dolaske na trening i grafički pratiti vlastiti napredak na treninzima. Trener također prati napredak pojedinaca unutar grupe te mu je omogućen odabir korisnika čije rezultate želi prikazati. Na taj način trener može uočiti prednosti i nedostatke pojedinaca ili grupe. Aplikacija je izrađena u programskom jeziku JavaScript koristeći radne okvire Vue.js i Quasar te Firebase kao spremište podataka. The thesis is a web application used by trainers and users. Coaches record the environment in which groups train such as sport, type of training, types of exercises and training rules. The rules are defined as the maximum number of daily and weekly repetitions and the mutual relationship with other exercises. The trainer adds users to groups and makes a training schedule. Creating a training schedule implies choosing the time of the training and the exercises to be performed and defining their repetitions, after which the application checks the pre-recorded rules between the exercises. Users can see the schedule of the trainings they attend where they can note their arrivals at trainings and graphically monitor their own progress during trainings. The trainer also monitors the progress of individuals within the group and is able to select users whose results he wants to display. In this way, the coach can see the strengths and weaknesses of individuals or groups. Application is written in programming language JavaScript using frameworks Vue.ja and Quasar. Firebase is used for storing data.

U današnje vrijeme teškoće u učenju postale su jedne od najzastupljenijih teškoća u obrazovanju. Sve je više učenika kojima se dijagnosticira jedna od teškoća već u nižim razredima osnovne škole. Učitelji imaju veliku ulogu tijekom procesa otkrivanja, ali i u daljnjem procesu kako bi učenik što bolje svladao svoje prepreke. Takvim učenicima, motoričke sposobnosti mogu biti smanjene te su skloniji većem stresu i strahu od neuspjeha od druge djece. Važno je da se s učenicima koji imaju teškoće u učenju radi na razvijanju motoričkih sposobnosti kako bi s veseljem sudjelovali u svim aktivnostima. Primarni cilj ovog istraživanja je procijeniti motoričke sposobnosti učenika sa specifičnim teškoćama u učenju i bez teškoća u učenju, te ih usporediti s normativnim vrijednostima. Sekundarni cilj istraživanja je utvrditi značajnost razlika u pojedinim motoričkim sposobnostima s obzirom na postojanje ili ne postojanje pojedine teškoće u učenju. Istraživanje je provedeno na ukupno 101 učenika (47 učenika trećih razreda i 54 učenika četvrtih razreda). Učenici su u vremenskom okviru od dva školska sata provodili sljedeće motoričke testove: podizanje trupa iz ležećeg položaja, poligon natraške, taping rukom, skok u dalj s mjesta, prenošenje pretrčavanjem, pretklon raznožno i stajanje na jednoj nozi. Izračunati su deskriptivni parametri te su motoričke sposobnosti učenika procijenjene odgovarajućim motoričkim testovima, uzimajući u obzir njihovu dob, spol i sposobnosti. Rezultati ukazuju na postojanje statistički značajne razlike u testovima poligona natraške, tapinga rukom, skoka u dalj s mjesta te testa stajanje na jednoj nozi. Testovi podizanja trupa iz ležećeg položaja, prenošenja pretrčavanjem i pretklon raznožno učenika sa specifičnim teškoćama u učenju i učenika urednog razvoja se nisu pokazali kao statistički značajni. Dobivenim rezultatima dobili smo uvid u motoričke testove na koje bi se trebala usmjeriti veća pozornost te po potrebi prilagodba sadržaja. Nowadays, learning disabilities have become one of the most prevalent difficulties in education. There are more and more students who are diagnosed with one of the difficulties as early as lower grades of elementary school. Teachers have a big role in the discovery process, as well as in the further process of helping students overcome their obstacles as best as possible. For such students, their motor skills may be reduced and they could be more prone to stress and fear of failure compared to other children. It is important to work with students who have learning difficulties to develop their motor skills so that they can happily participate in all activities. The primary goal of this research is to assess the motor skills of students with specific learning disabilities and without learning disabilities, and to compare them with normative values. The secondary goal of the research is to determine the significance of differences in individual motor skills with regard to the existence or non-existence of a particular learning difficulty. The research was conducted on a total of 101 students (47 third graders and 54 fourth graders). During the two school hours, the students performed the following motor tests: lifting the trunk from a lying position, backbend polygon, hand tapping, long jump from a standing position, running over, various forward bends and standing on one leg. Descriptive parameters were calculated, and students' motor abilities were assessed with appropriate motor tests, taking into account their age, gender and abilities. The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference in the tests of the backflip polygon, hand tapping, long jump from a place and standing on one leg between students with and without specific learning disabilities. The tests of raising the trunk from a lying position, transferring by running and bending over between students with specific learning difficulties and students with normal development, weren't statistically significant. The obtained results gave us an insight into the motor tests that should be given more attention and, if necessary, adaptation of the content.

Ovaj rad bavi se institutom izmjene ili raskida ugovora zbog promijenjenih okolnosti tj. klauzulom rebus sic stantibus. Institut pozivanja na promijenjene okolnosti značajan je dio ugovornog prava te sve više dobija na važnosti. U radu se ukratko prikazuju teorijska osnova i povijesni razvoj, a zatim se prikazuje uređenje ovog pravnog instituta u hrvatskom pravu, engleskom pravu te u Konvenciji Ujedinjenih naroda o ugovorima o međunarodnoj prodaji robe (1980.) („Bečka konvencija“). S obzirom da se engleski pravni sustav kao Common Law sustav značajno razlikuje od hrvatskog, za potrebe ovog rada obrađeno je uređenje instituta i u engleskom pravu kako bi se prikazale razlike u povijesnom razvoju, a u konačnici i uređenju instituta. Na kraju su opisana i rješenja iz Bečke konvencije, koja ne sadržava izričitu odredbu o promijenjenim okolnostima, zbog čega je pitanje primjenjuje li se ista na slučajeve promjena okolnosti, dugo vremena bilo predmetom brojnih rasprava. Međutim, prikazano je kako se tumačenjem čl. 79. Konvencije može doći do odgovarajućih rješenja., This paper deals with the concept of modification or termination of the contract due to changed circumstances, i.e., clausula rebus sic stantibus. The concept of invoking changed circumstances is a significant part of contract law, gaining more and more importance. The paper briefly presents the theoretical basis and historical development and then analyses the regulation of this concept in Croatian law, English law, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980) (CISG). Given that the English legal system as a Common Law system significantly differs from the Croatian one, for the purposes of this paper, the regulation of this concept in English law is presented as well, to show the differences in historical development, and ultimately in the regulation of the concept. Finally, the solutions from the CISG are described, even though the CISG does not contain a specific provision on changed circumstances, which is why the question of whether it applies to cases of changed circumstances has been the subject of numerous discussions for a long time. However, it is shown that with the interpretation of Art. 79 of the CISG, suitable results can be reached.

U ovo diplomskom radu prikazani su organizacijski izazovi gradilišta, vanjski i unutanji čimbenici koji utječu na svakodnevnu realizaciju dinamičkog plana te je analiziran stvarni projekt aglomeracije Cetinske krajine. Do optimalnog rješenja došlo se koristeći Monte Carlo simulacijske metode čija je svrha sagledati sve ulazne parametre i donijeti najpogodniju odluku., This thesis presents the organizational challenges of the construction site, external and internal factors that affect the daily implementation of the dynamics plan, and the actual project of the agglomeration of Cetinska Krajina was analyzed. The optimal solution was established using Monte Carlo simulation methods, whose purpose is to review all input parameters and make the most suitable decision.

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je proces obrade odabrane medicinske pločice po svim procesima. Medicinska pločica primjenjuje se u veterini i ugrađuje se u tijelo životinja. U uvodnom dijelu opisan je materijal titan i njegove legure od kojeg se medicinska pločica izrađuje, opisana je mikrostruktura materijala i primjena materijala. U nastavku su detaljno prikazani svi proizvodni procesi izabranog implantata od isporuke materijala u skladište potrebnog za samu izradu, strojne obrade, završne obrade, kontrole kvalitete, pakiranje gotovog proizvoda te isporuka. Prikazana su stezanja proizvoda, specifikacije i alati kojima se obrađuje, glavne značajke obradnog centra HAAS VF-2SSYT, laser Trumark Station 7000, oprema za kontrolu proizvoda te postupci završne obrade, matiranje i anodiziranje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu prikazan je postupak i rezultati početnog odobrenja proizvoda, završne kontrole i vizualne završne kontrole proizvoda. This thesis describes the process of processing the selected medical plate by all processes. The medical plate is used in veterinary medicine and is implanted in the animal's body. In the introductory part, the material titanium and its alloys, from which the medical plate is made, is described, the microstructure of the material and the application of the material are described. All the production processes of the selected implant are presented in detail below, from the delivery of materials to the warehouse necessary for the production itself, machining, finishing, quality control, packaging of the finished product and delivery. Product clamps, specifications and machining tools, main features of HAAS VF-2SSYT machining center, Trumark Station 7000 laser, product control equipment and finishing processes, matting and anodizing are shown. In the experimental part, the procedure and results of initial product approval, final control and visual final control of the product are presented.

Ovaj završni rad bavi se nefinancijskim izvještavanjem o aspektima održivosti okoliša i društvene pravednosti u poslovanju poduzeća i neprofitnih organizacija. U ovom radu definirat će se pojam i sadržaj nefinancijskog izvještavanja, problematika financijskih varijabli održivog razvoja, zakonodavni okvir nefinancijskog izvještavanja u Republici Hrvatskoj i Europskoj uniji. Cilj je rada prikaz standarda nefinancijskog izvještavanja u praksi i analiza primjene standarda nefinancijskog izvještavanja u Republici Hrvatskoj. Naglasak je na istraživanju kombinacija i sadržaja koji poduzeća objavljuju kada predstavljaju vlastite okolišne i društvene dimenzije vlastitoga poslovanja, a prema utvrđenim smjernicama nefinancijskog izvještavanja.

Pandemija COVID-19 promijenila je funkcioniranje društva u cjelini i svih njegovih aspekata. Virus se brzo prenosio bliskim kontaktom te su uvedene restrikcije u cijelom svijetu zbog potrebe obuzdavanja širenja virusa. To je značilo restrikcije u susretima s drugim ljudima, zatvaranje dućana, odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova, te zabrana napuštanja mjesta prebivališta ili boravišta bez valjanog razloga. Niti Republiku Hrvatsku nisu zaobišle restrikcije i nov način funkcioniranja društva. Najveća promjena za sve bio je prelazak nastave na daljinu 2020. godine. Prelazak na nastavu na daljinu povećao je radno opterećenje svih sudionika odgojno-obrazovnog sustava, pa tako i stručnih suradnika pedagoga, a ovaj rad bavi se upravo time. Cilj istraživanja ovog rada bio je ispitati i utvrditi stavove stručnih suradnika pedagoga u osnovnim školama o nastavi na daljinu i njihovom opterećenju tijekom tog perioda. Istraživao se stupanj potpore, opterećenja stručnih suradnika pedagoga i uspješnosti komunikacije s ostalim sudionicima odgojno-obrazovnog procesa te pripremljenost uvjeta za rad od kuće. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da su stručni suradnici pedagozi bili značajno opterećeni nastavom na daljinu te da je rad od kuće zahtijevao cjelodnevnu dostupnost svih sudionika odgojno-obrazovnog procesa bez obzira na radno vrijeme. Ispitanici su svjesni kako je nastava na daljinu bila nužna, ali zbog brojnih nedostataka i nemogućnosti ispunjavanja obrazovnih i odgojnih mogućnosti nastave ne vide je kao dobru opciju za učenike. COVID-19 pandemic has changed the functioning the society as a whole and the functioning of all its aspects. The virus is quickly transmitted through close contact and restrictons were introduced all over the world due to the need to contain the spread of the virus. That meant restrictions on meeting other people, closing shops, educational institutuions, and teh ban on leaving the place of residence without a valid reason. Restrictions and the new way of functioning of society did not bypass the Republic of Croatia. The biggest change for everyone was the transition to distance learning in 2020. The transition to distance learning has increased the workload of all participant sin the educational system, including pedagogues, and this paper deals with exactly that. The aim of the research of this paper was to examine and determine the views of pedagogues in primary schools about distance learnig and their workload during that period. The reserch examined the level of support, the workload of pedagogues and the success of communication with other participant sin the educational process, as well as the preparation of conditions for working from home. The results showed that pedagogues were significantly burdened by remote teaching and that working from home required all-day availability for all participant sin the educational process, regardless of working hours. Most believe that distance learning was necessary, but due to numerous shortcomings and the impossibility of meeting the educational possibilities, they do not see it as a good option for students.

Morski plodovi čine važnu sastavnicu uravnotežene ljudske prehrane, ali njihovom konzumacijom može doći do intoksikacije ukoliko su kontaminirani fitoplanktonskim toksinima. Proizvode ih fitoplanktonske alge, a nakupljaju se u morskim organizmima koji se hrane fitoplanktonom. Fitoplanktonski toksini su skupina kompleksnih organskih spojeva, a podijeljeni su u šest skupina s obzirom na simptome trovanja koje izazivaju. Pored negativnih utjecaja na ljudsko zdravlje kao bioaktivne molekule imaju i potencijala u razvoju novih lijekova. Zabrinjavajuća činjenica je što s porastom temperatura mora i oceana dolazi do povećane produkcije ovih toksina koji se pojavljuju i na mjestima gdje ih do sad nije bilo. Analiza uzorka školjkaša provedena je s ciljem detekcije i identifikacije poznatih i novih vrsta toksina na području Jadranskog mora. Kao metoda se koristila tekućinska kromatografija uparena s masenom spektrometrijom visoke rezolucije., Seafood is an important component of a balanced diet, but their consumption can lead to intoxication if they are contaminated with phytoplankton toxins. They are produced by phytoplankton algae and accumulate in marine organisms that feed on phytoplankton. Phytoplankton toxins are a group of complex organic compounds divided into six groups according to the symptoms they cause. In addition to negative effects on human health, as bioactive molecules they also have potential in the development of new drugs. The worrying fact is that the rise in sea and ocean temperatures leads to an increased production of these toxins, which appear in places where they were not detected before. The analysis of the shellfish sample was carried out with the aim of detecting and identifying known and new types of toxins in the Adriatic Sea. The method used was liquid chromatography coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry.

U ovom radu približen je pojam, te važnost i uloga rekreacije. Doprinosi tjelesne aktivnosti primjetni su, kako u svakodnevnom životu, tako i u osjetljivijim periodima kao što je trudnoća. Tjelesne, ali i psihološke promjene neizbježan su faktor drugog stanja te se iz tog razloga trenažni procesi modificiraju, ne samo prema trudnicama, već i prema stadiju trudnoće u kojem se žena nalazi. Smjernice vježbanja započinju osnovnim uputama koje su popraćene tehnikama disanja i vježbama relaksacije. U nastavku rada opisane su i vizualno prikazane preporučene vježbe za rekreacijsko vježbanje u trudnoći raspoređene po tromjesečjima, kao i promjene koje se događaju tijekom trudnoće. Zbog svoje važnosti kroz trudnoću, ali i kroz oporavak nakon poroda, Kegelove vježbe su pojašnjene u zasebnom odlomku. Uz pozitivan učinak fizičke aktivnosti za trudnice napomenuta je i važnost konzultacije s liječnikom., In this paper, the concept, importance and role of recreation are explained. The contributions of physical activity are noticeable, both in everyday life and in more sensitive periods such as pregnancy. Physical and psychological changes are an inevitable factor of pregnancy, and because of that training processes are modified, not only according to pregnant women, but also according to the stage of woman's pregnancy. The exercise guidelines begin with basic instructions that are accompanied by breathing techniques and relaxation exercises. In continuation, the recommended exercises for recreational exercise during pregnancy are described and visually presented, distributed by trimester, as well as the changes that accompany period of pregnancy. Due to their importance throughout pregnancy, but also during recovery after childbirth, Kegel exercises are explained in a separate paragraph. In addition to the positive effect of physical activity for pregnant women, the importance of consulting a doctor was also noted.

Ovaj diplomski rad nastao je iz ljubavi prema suvremenoj umjetnosti i modi bazirajući se na velikom interesu za određene dizajnere – umjetnike – performere. Dio rada bavit će se usporednim slučajevima Marine Abramović i Alexandera McQueena zahtjevajući analizu koja spaja filozofske, psihoanalitičke i antropološke elemente u bit stvaralačke promjene svijeta. Također, bit će razmatrana uloga tehnologije u konstrukciji estetskog načina posthumane egzistencije na primjerima australskog kibernetičkog umjetnika Stelarca i francuske performativne umjetnice Orlan. Ovaj diplomski rad ima zadatak izvesti genezu estetskih stajališta u 20. stoljeću spram tijela, tehnologije i spoznajne refleksije u razmatranju složenih odnosa suvremene umjetnosti i mode.

Karcinom pločastih stanica kože (engl. cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma - cSCC) nemelanomski je tumor kože koji nastaje malignom alteracijom keratinocita. Predstavlja jedan od najčešćih tumora u bijeloj populaciji s rastućom incidencijom. Među najznačajnijim čimbenicima rizika za razvoj cSCC nalaze se izloženost ultraljubičastom zračenju, starija životna dob, svijetla put i imunosupresija. Jedan dio cSCC pokazuje agresivniji tijek bolesti sa sklonošću recidiviranja i metastaziranja. Uznapredovali cSCC obuhvaća lokalno uznapredovali cSCC i metastatski cSCC s regionalnim ili udaljenim metastazama. Stratifikacija cSCC u skupinu niskog ili visokog rizika za lošijim kliničkim ishodom preporuča se na temelju čimbenika visokog rizika. Danas korišteni klasifikacijski sustavi za određivanje stadija cSCC uključuju sustav 8. izdanja priručnika Američkog društva za rak, sustav 8. izdanja priručnika Unije za međunarodnu kontrolu raka i „Brigham and Women’s Hospital“ klasifikacijski sustav. Kirurška ekscizija prvi je terapijski izbor za liječenje cSCC. Bolje razumijevanje molekularne patogeneze u nastanku cSCC dovelo je do otkrića novih terapijskih opcija za sustavno liječenje uznapredovalog karcinoma. Ono uključuje ciljanu terapiju inhibitorima receptora epidermalnog faktora rasta i imunoterapiju inhibitorima proteina programirane stanične smrti-1. Cemiplimab, prvi registrirani lijek za liječenje uznapredovalog cSCC, promijenio je terapijske ishode oboljelih te pokrenuo novi val istraživanja u liječenju uznapredovalog oblika bolesti., Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is a nonmelanoma skin cancer caused by malignant alteration of keratinocytes. It represents one of the most common tumors in the white population with a growing incidence. The most common factors implicated in cSCC etiopathogenesis include ultraviolet radiation exposure, older age, fair skin and immunosuppression. A subset of cSCC shows a more aggressive course with a tendency to recur and metastasize. Advanced cSCC is classified as locally advanced cSCC and metastatic cSCC including regional or distant metastases. Stratification of cSCC into a low risk or high risk group for a poor clinical outcome is recommended based on high risk factors. Current systems used for staging include the American Joint Committee on Cancer 8th edition, the Union for International Cancer Control 8th edition and Brigham and Women’s Hospital system. Surgical excision is the first-line treatment for cSCC. A better understanding of the molecular pathogenesis in the development of cSCC has led to the discovery of new therapeutic options for the systemic treatment of advanced cSCC. Epidermal growth factor receptor targeted treatments and programmed cell death-1 protein immune checkpoint inhibitors have been added in the therapeutic landscape of advanced cSCC. Cemiplimab, the first registered drug for the treatment of advanced cSCC, has altered the therapeutic outcomes of cSCC patients and launched a new wave of research in the treatment of advanced disease.

Akutna mijeloična leukemija (AML) je kompleksna heterogena skupina bolesti koja uglavnom pogađa osobe starije životne dobi. U tih je pacijenata učestalija pojava bolesti rezistentne na standardnu terapiju uz znatno veći mortalitet vezan uz nju. Stope izlječenja od 30-40% primjenom standardne terapije te kratko ukupno preživljenje stvorilo je potrebu za pronalaskom novih strategija liječenja. Napreci napravljeni u razumijevanju patogeneze AML-a omogućili su razvoj novih ciljanih terapija koje zahvaljujući svojoj specifičnosti i dobrom sigurnosnom profilu sve više pronalaze svoje mjesto u kliničkoj praksi kako u starijih tako i u mlađih pacijenata. Niz novih lijekova pokazao je kliničku učinkovitost u izazivanju odgovora te produljenju ukupnog preživljenja u pacijenata s novodijagnosticiranom AML, ali i relapsom te refraktornim oblikom bolesti. U tijeku su brojna klinička ispitivanja koja procjenjuju ishode liječenja novim lijekovima primjenjivanih u obliku monoterapije, u kombinaciji sa standardnim indukcijskim/konsolidacijskim te spasonosnim protokolima, kao i nakon alogene transplantacije krvotvornih matičnih stanica. Ovaj rad donosi pregled dosadašnjih saznanja o trima skupinama novih lijekova, FLT3 inhibitorima, BCL-2 inhibitorima te IDH inhibitorima, te njihovim utjecajima na ishode liječenja., Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a complex heterogeneous disease that mainly occurs in elderly patients. This patient group frequently has a disease resistant to standard therapy and therapy-related mortality is common. Cure rates of 30-40% using standard therapy and short overall survival resulted in the need to create new treatment strategies. Advances in the understanding of the pathogenesis of AML have enabled the development of new targeted therapies, that thanks to their specificity and good safety profile, are increasingly finding their place in clinical practice in both older and younger patients. Several new drugs have shown clinical effectiveness in inducing responses and prolonging overall survival in patients with newly diagnosed AML, as well as relapsed and refractory forms of the disease. Numerous clinical trials are underway that evaluate the outcomes of treatment with new drugs applied as monotherapy, in combination with standard induction/consolidation and salvage protocols, as well as after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. This paper provides an overview of the current knowledge about three groups of new drugs, FLT3 inhibitors, BCL-2 inhibitors and IDH inhibitors, and their impact on treatment outcomes.

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is broadly used to treat different tumors, and it is a rapidly developing approach to inactivating or inhibiting the replication of fungi, bacteria, and viruses. Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) is an important human pathogen and a frequently used model to study the effects of PDT on enveloped viruses. Although many photosensitizers (PSs) have been tested for their antiviral properties, analyses are usually limited to assessing the reduction in viral yield, and thus the molecular mechanisms of photodynamic inactivation (PDI) remain poorly understood. In this study, we investigated the antiviral properties of TMPyP3-C17H35, a tricationic amphiphilic porphyrin-based PS with a long alkyl chain. We show that light-activated TMPyP3-C17H35 can efficiently block virus replication at certain nM concentrations without exerting obvious cytotoxicity. Moreover, we show that the levels of viral proteins (immediate-early, early, and late genes) were greatly reduced in cells treated with subtoxic concentrations of TMPyP3-C17H35, resulting in markedly decreased viral replication. Interestingly, we observed a strong inhibitory effect of TMPyP3-C17H35 on the virus yield only when cells were treated before or shortly after infection. In addition to the antiviral activity of the internalized compound, we show that the compound dramatically reduces the infectivity of free virus in the supernatant. Overall, our results demonstrate that activated TMPyP3-C17H35 effectively inhibits HSV-1 replication and that it can be further developed as a potential novel treatment and used as a model to study photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy.

Silver nanoparticles represent a threat to biota and have been shown to cause harm through a number of mechanisms, using a wide range of bioassay endpoints. While nanoparticle concentration has been primarily considered, comparison of studies that have used differently sized nanoparticles indicate that nanoparticle diameter may be an important factor that impacts negative outcomes. In considering this, the aim of the present study was to determine if different sizes of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs; 10, 20, 40, 60 and 100 nm) give rise to similar effects during embryogenesis of Mediterranean sea urchins Arbacia lixula and Paracentrotus lividus, or if nanoparticle size is a parameter that can modulate embryotoxicity and spermiotoxicity in these species. Fertilised embryos were exposed to a range of AgNP concentrations (1–1000 µg L−1) and after 48 h larvae were scored. Embryos exposed to 1 and 10 µg L−1 AgNPs (for all tested sizes) showed no negative effect in both sea urchins. The smaller AgNPs (size 10 and 20 nm) caused a decrease in the percentage of normally developed A. lixula larvae at concentrations ≥50 µg L−1 (EC50: 49 and 75 μg L−1, respectively) and at ≥100 µg L−1 (EC50: 67 and 91 μg L−1, respectively) for P. lividus. AgNPs of 40 nm diameter was less harmful in both species ((EC50: 322 and 486 μg L−1, for P. lividus and A. lixula, respectively)). The largest AgNPs (60 and 100 nm) showed a dose-dependent response, with little effect at lower concentrations, while more than 50% of larvae were developmentally delayed at the highest tested concentrations of 500 and 1000 µg L−1 (EC50(100 nm); 662 and 529 μg L−1, for P. lividus and A. lixula, respectively. While AgNPs showed no effect on the fertilisation success of treated sperm, an increase in offspring developmental defects and arrested development was observed in A. lixula larvae for 10 nm AgNPs at concentrations ≥50 μg L−1, and for 20 and 40 nm AgNPs at concentrations >100 μg L−1. Overall, toxicity was mostly ascribed to more rapid oxidative dissolution of smaller nanoparticles, although, in cases, Ag+ ion concentrations alone could not explain high toxicity, indicating a nanoparticle-size effect.

Nogomet je najrasprostranjeniji i jedan od najpopularnijih sportova današnjice. Veliki napori sa sobom nose i određeni rizik od ozljeda kod nogometaša. Prethodna ozljeda predstavlja značajan rizični faktor za ozljeđivanje sportaša. Temeljni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi postoji li utjecaj prethodnih ozljeda donjih ekstremiteta na maksimalnu jakost mišića natkoljenice te izvedbu propadajućeg skoka nogometaša. Ručnim dinamometrom testirana je maksimalna jakost mišića natkoljenice. Također je izmjerena izvedba unilateralnog propadajućeg skoka kod 23 nogometaša Prve hrvatske nogometne lige, od kojih je 13 imalo ozljedu donjeg ekstremiteta u posljednjoj sezoni. Provedena je usporedba rezultata prethodno ozlijeđene noge sa zdravom nogom ispitanika. Niti u jednome testu nije utvrđena statistički značajna razlika, dok je Cohenov indeks veličine učinka ukazao na malu razliku u dva pokazatelja maksimalne jakosti (dinamička abdukcija natkoljenice i dinamička fleksija potkoljenice) te na veliku razliku u jednoj varijabli dobivenoj iz izvedbe testa propadajućeg skoka (vrijeme kontakta s podlogom). U oba slučaja razlika je bila u korist prethodno ozlijeđene noge. Pretpostavka je da asimetrije zabilježene u ovome istraživanju nisu posljedica dominantnosti noge jer je broj prethodno ozlijeđene dominantne i nedominantne noge gotovo jednak (6 dominantnih i 7 nedominantnih). Dobiveni rezultati mogu se protumačiti tako da, ukoliko je ozljeda u potpunosti rehabilitirana te nije bilo preuranjenog povratka treninzima i utakmicama, nema statistički značajnog dugoročnog utjecaja na maksimalnu jakost i eksplozivnu jakost tipa skočnosti vrhunskih nogometaša, barem kada je riječ o ozljedama koje su proučavane u okviru ovog istraživanja. Ipak, obzirom na zabilježene vrijednosti Cohenovog indeksa, potrebno je dodatno istražiti eventualne asimetrije u maksimalnoj i eksplozivnoj jakosti donjih ekstremiteta prethodno ozlijeđenih nogometaša.

Ovim se istraživanjem ispituju razlike u stavovima studenata nastavničkog smjera i pomagačkih struka prema inkluziji i njihovoj kompetentnosti za inkluziju djece s teškoćama u razvoju u odgojno-obrazovne ustanove. Dosadašnja istraživanja o stavovima prema inkluziji i vlastitoj kompetentnosti usmjerena su na osobe nastavničke i pomagačke struke; važno je istaknuti da u tim istraživanjima nije bila uključena studentska populacija. Stavovi studenata mogu ukazati na što se usmjeriti pri budućim planiranjima, zagovaranjima i provođenjima inkluzivne prakse te što promijeniti u postojećim studijskim programima kako bi nakon završetka studija mladi nastavnici imali kompetencije potrebne za inkluzivan pristup djeci s teškoćama u razvoju. Sudionici za ovo istraživanje angažirani su preko društvenih mreža, pri čemu su korišteni neprobabilistički prigodni uzorak i metoda tzv. snježne grude. Istraživanje je provedeno online anketom koja sadrži tri validirana upitnika domaćih autora. Obrada dobivenih podataka t-testom pokazala je kako studenti pomagačkih struka imaju pozitivnije stavove o inkluziji i vlastitoj kompetentnosti za rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju od studenata nastavničkog smjera. Korelacijskom analizom potvrđeno je kako studenti s većom količinom teorijske i praktične nastave s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju imaju pozitivnije stavove prema njihovoj inkluziji u odnosu na studente bez teorijske i praktične nastave tijekom studija. Rezultati istraživanja upućuju na statistički bitne razlike u stavovima studenata nastavničkog smjera i pomagačkih struka te na povezanost količine teorijske i praktične nastave te stavova o inkluziji djece s teškoćama u razvoju. S obzirom na navedeno, potrebno je nastaviti razvijati pozitivne stavove o inkluziji te znatno proširiti opseg teorijske i praktične nastave radi stjecanja kompetencija studenata za budući rad s djecom s teškoćama u razvoju., This research examines whether there are differences in the attitudes of teacher education students and students of helping professions towards inclusion and their competence for the inclusion of children with developmental disabilities in educational institutions and whether there is a connection between the amount of theoretical and practical teaching during studies and attitudes about inclusion. 187 students majoring in teacher education and helping professions students participated in the research. The research was conducted online using four questionnaires. The results of the research show that there are differences between the attitudes of teacher education students and students of helping professions. Helping professions students expressed more positive attitudes about inclusion and their own competence to work with children with developmental disabilities compared to teacher education students. Correlation analysis established a statistically significant relationship between the amount of theoretical and practical classes at the study and attitudes about inclusion, and it was determined that students with a greater amount of theoretical and practical classes with children with developmental disabilities have more positive attitudes towards their inclusion compared to students without theoretical and practical lessons during their studies.

This thesis presents the organizational challenges of the construction site, external and internal factors that affect the daily implementation of the dynamics plan, and the actual project of the agglomeration of Cetinska Krajina was analyzed. The optimal solution was established using Monte Carlo simulation methods, whose purpose is to review all input parameters and make the most suitable decision.
