Završni rad sadržava kratki teorijski uvod o tome što je to programirljivi logički kontroler (PLC), čemu služi te koje su njegove mogućnosti po pitanju upravljanja te komunikacije s ostalim uređajima. Za realizaciju sustava automatizacije koristi se programirljivi logički kontroler Siemens S7-1500 i programski alat TIA Portal koji sadržava alate STEP 7 za izradu programa te WinCC za izradu sučelja čovjek-stroj (HMI). Glavni dio rada sastoji se od izrade algoritma upravljanja modelom peći s pneumatskim kliznim vratima koji se programira upotrebom programskog jezika FBD (funkcijski blokovski dijagram). Programski kod je strukturiran u funkcije (FC) koje se bezuvjetno izvode u organizacijskom bloku 1 (OB1) s cikličkim neprestanim ponavljanjem. Upravljanje modelom peći izvršava se pomoću načinjenog HMIom. Bachelor thesis contains a brief theoretical introduction to the programmable logic controller (PLC), its use and what are its capabilities in terms of management and communication with other devices. Automation system is programmed using the programmable logic controller Siemens S7-1500 and the programming tool TIA Portal, which contains the STEP 7 tools for programming and WinCC for the creation of the human machine interface (HMI). The main part of the work consists of the production of an management algorithm of furnace model with a pneumatic sliding door programmed using the programming language FBD (function block diagram). The programming code is structured in functions (FC) that are unconditionally performed in organization block 1 (OB1) with cyclic continuous repetition. The furnace model automation is performed using a built-in HMI.
