U radu je obrađena potrošnja energije, gubitci energije, dobici energije te mjere energetske učinkovitosti za privatni stan u starijoj jednokatnoj kući u Osijeku. Prikupljeni su ulazni podaci o zgradi i trenutnoj energetskoj potrošnji kućanstva. Energijski sustavi i značajke zgrada obrađeni su u programu Thorium A+. Pri tome su korišteni principi navedeni u Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD direktiva). Napravljen je model zgrade i analiziran je čitav sustav Thorium A+. Proveden je niz izračuna koji pokazuju karakteristike građevine, energetsko stanje građevine i potrošnju energenata. Nakon izračuna toplinskih gubitaka, predložen je niz mjera za poboljšanje energetskih svojstva zgrade i prijedloga za smanjenje ukupne potrošnje energije u kućanstvu, uz procjenu financijske isplativosti pojedinih mjera. Prema postojećem stanju energetski razred zgrade je E po energiji potrebnoj za grijanje (Q''H,nd), odnosno D po ukupnoj primarnoj energiji (Eprim). Primjenom predloženih mjera za poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti razred se može promijeniti u C po Q''H,nd, odnosno čak u A - A+ po Eprim. In this work the consumption of energy and energy efficiency were processed for a private flat in an older one-story building in Osijek. Energy systems and characteristics of buildings are processed in a program called Thorium A+. During this, certain principles were used that are set forth in the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD directive). A private dwelling in Osijek was used as an example. In the program Thorium A+ the model of the building and analysis of systems were done. A series of calculations were done that show the characteristics of the building, the energy state of the building and consumption of energy. After calculating the thermal losses, a series of steps toward improving the energy characteristics of the building and suggestions for reducing the total energy consumption in the household, as well as cost-effectiveness of the measures were analysed. In the existing state the energy class of the building is E by energy required for heating (Q''H,nd) or D by total energy before transformation (Eprim). After the suggested steps for improvement the energy class of the building can be changed to C, or even to A - A+ according to Q’’H,nd, or Eprim respectively.
