This paper focuses on the exploration of the hill section of the Roman road that led from the settlement of Incero (the Požega basin) via Stravianis (around Našice) to Mursa (Osijek), which is mentioned in Roman itineraries as part of a regional road, Siscia – Mursa. Earlier researchers of this road report that the ancient road to the road station of Stravianis was routed through the Krndija Mountains, and is usually thought to be near Bedemgrad, i.e. Gradac Našički, as previous research found the largest concentration of Roman finds in its wider area. In order to investigate the spatial characteristics of that section of the route of the Roman road and why it was routed through this particular hilly area of Krndije, this paper applies the methods and tools used by landscape archaeology – more precisely, the capabilities of the geographic information system; within that system, we georeferenced the data from ancient sources, literature, and field surveys. We used the Least Cost Path algorithm to generate optimal routes between "key" points, which enabled the spatial analysis and prediction of the corridor in question. By applying this methodology, we obtained results based on specific spatial analyses, largely confirming earlier assumptions about the route and the location of the Roman road station of Stravianis, but also bring some new knowledge indicating the possibility that Romans could also use an alternative or more direct route towards Mursa that was not considered before, umjesto and the location of the Roman road station of Stravianis. Rad predstavlja idejni projekt kao podlogu za daljni razvoj projekta te je ujedno i investicijski projekt koji prikazuje analizu troškova poslovanja. Glavni cilj je prikazati poslovni model, tehničko-tehnološku analizu te marketing strategiju pri proizvodnji aronije na OPG-u. Aronija je biljka koju karakteriziraju bogata nutritivna i ljekovita svojstva te je upravo iz tog razloga primjenjiva u različitim djelatnostima. Zahvaljujući nutritivnim i ljekovitim svojstvima koje sadrži, potražnja za proizvodima od aronije svakodnevno bilježi porast. Vrlo je zahvalna i jednostavna za uzgoj te uspjeva u različitim uvjetima. OPG Jelečević bavi se uzgojem crnoplodne aronije sorte „Nero“. Glavni naglasak je na proizvodnji soka i čokolade od aronije. Proizvode karakterizira prepoznatljiva ambalaža te nesvakidašnji nazivi koji bi mogli privući pozornost kupaca. Riječ je o isključivo ekološkoj proizvodnji s naglaskom na „Zero Waste“ koncept. U idućih 5 godina OPG planira proizvodnju obogatiti raznim drugim proizvodima od aronije te privući nove kupce i održati povjerenje već postojećih kupaca., The document presents a conceptual project as a basis for further development of the project and is also an investment project that shows an analysis of business costs. The main goal is to present the business model, tehnical-technological analysis and marketing strategy for chokeberry production at family farm. Chokeberry is a plant characterized by rich nutritional and medical properties it contains, the demand for chokeberry products is increasing every day. It is very grateful and easy to grow and succeeds in different conditions. Family farm Jelečević grows black-fruited chokeberry of the „Nero“ variety. The main emphasis is on the production of chokeberry juice and chocolate. The products are characterized by recognizable packaging and unusual names that could attract the attention of customers. It is an exclusively ecological production with an emphasis on the „Zero Waste“ concept. In the next 5 years, family farm plans to enrich its production with various other chokeberry products and attract new customers and maintain the trust of existing customers

In situ nerazorne metode vrlo su korisne za određivanje stvarnih toplinskih svojstava građevnih dijelova postojećih zgrada, posebice jer vrijednosti utvrđene mjerenjem na terenu u stvarnim uvjetima mogu značajno varirati od teorijskih vrijednosti. Zbog uočenih ograničenja standardiziranih metoda, razvijaju se nove metode s ciljem poboljšanja točnosti i pouzdane procjene in situ mjerenja. Osnovna ideja je pronaći brzu, jednostavnu i jeftinu metodu mjerenja te definirati točnost i uvjete primjene iste. Detaljnim i iscrpnim pregledom stanja područja in situ ispitivanja koeficijenta prolaska topline (U vrijednosti) vanjskih zidova nerazornim metodama, uočene su značajne prednosti temperaturne metode u odnosu na standardizirane metode poput brzine provođenja mjerenja, jednostavnosti obrade podataka i smanjenih troškova ispitivanja. Međutim pokazalo se kako nedostaju smjernice za provođenje ispitivanja te ispitivanja na različitim vrstama građevnih elemenata i u različitim uvjetima kako bi se definirala ograničenja, uklonili mogući negativni utjecaji i donijeli detaljni zaključci o mogućnosti pouzdane procjene U vrijednosti ovom metodom.U doktorskoj disertaciji istražena je mogućnost primjene temperaturne metode za ispitivanje koeficijenta prolaska topline (U vrijednosti) vanjskih zidova in situ. S ciljem proširenja spoznaja o pouzdanosti mjerenja i poboljšanja pouzdanosti mjerenja temperaturnom metodom provedeno je eksperimentalno i numeričko istraživanje. Eksperimentalna ispitivanja provedena su na 18 modela zidova od različitih zidnih elemenata. Na temelju rezultata provedenih eksperimentalnih ispitivanja u različitim temperaturnim uvjetima i numeričkih simulacija prijenosa topline provedena je analiza utjecaja različitih parametara na rezultate ispitivanja i analiza ušteda koje je moguće ostvariti primjenom temperaturne metode za određivanje U vrijednosti na troškovima obnove i tijekom razdoblja uporabe zgrada izborom ekonomski opravdanih tehnologija obnove vanjskih zidova. Također, na temelju prikazanih eksperimentalnih rezultata predloženi su pojednostavljeni matematički modeli za predviđanje U vrijednosti vanjskih zidova temperaturnom metodom. Kako bi se osigurala šira praktična primjena temperaturne metode, na temelju prikazanih rezultata i analize predložene su detaljne smjernice kojih bi se trebalo pridržavati prilikom provođenja ispitivanja temperaturnom metodom., In-situ non-destructive methods are very useful for determining the actual thermal performance of building elements of existing buildings, especially since the values determined in situ in real conditions can significantly vary from theoretical values. Due to the observed limitations of standardized methods, new methods are being developed with the aim of improving the accuracy and reliability of in situ measurements. The basic idea is to find a quick, simple, and inexpensive method and to define the accuracy and conditions of its application. A detailed and comprehensive literature review of current experimental in-situ non-destructive approaches used to determine the thermal transmittance (U-value) of walls, revealed significant advantages of recently proposed Temperature Based Method (TBM) over standardized methods such as measurement duration, simple data processing and reduced measurement costs. However, detailed guidelines for conducting in situ measurement using TBM are still missing as well as further testing on different types of building elements in different conditions to minimise all possible negative impacts and to determine all parameters affecting the accuracy of measurement.In the doctoral dissertation, the possibility of applying the TBM for in situ measurement of U-value of external walls was investigated. To improve the reliability of the TBM for in situ measurement of U-value, experimental and numerical research was conducted. For this purpose, 18 different types of external walls were experimentally investigated. Based on the experimental results performed in different thermal conditions and numeric simulations of the heat transfer, the analysis of the impact of various parameters on the results of the experiment was done. Savings analysis on the reconstruction expenses and for the period of the use of buildings that can be achieved by choosing appropriate and cost-effective building technology for renovation of external walls was done by using U-values determined by temperature based method. To provide a wider practical application of the TBM, detailed guidelines for conducting in situ measurements with TBM have been proposed based on the presented results and analysis.

S obzirom na to da se gotovo sve poslovne odluke na neki način temelje na troškovima, iznimno je važna adekvatna analiza i upravljanje troškovima kako bi poduzeće ostvarilo svoj cilj uspješnog poslovanja. U ovom radu detaljno su razrađeni i objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi vezani za troškove, njihove temeljne vrste i metode upravljanja te predstavljeno poduzeće Grafotisak d.o.o. Grude na čijem je praktičnom primjeru prikazana analiza troškova. Promatrano je poslovanje poduzeća kroz razdoblje od 2016. do 2019. nastojeći analizirati i verificirati postavljene hipoteze. Na koncu istraživanja zaključeno je da su u promatranom razdoblju brže rasli rashodi (u prosjeku godišnjom stopom od 5,97%) u odnosu na prihode (u prosjeku godišnjom stopom od 4,77%). Također, koeficijent elastičnosti pokazuje da su rashodi elastični na promjenu prihoda, što potvrđuje da u strukturi rashoda prevladavaju varijabilni troškovi koji ovise o visini prihoda. Almost all business decisions are in some way based on costs and it is extremely important to adequately analyze and manage costs in order for the company to achieve its goal of successful business. In this paper, the basic concepts related to costs, their basic types and management methods are elaborated and explained, and the company Grafotisak d.o.o.Grude, on whose practical example the cost analysis is shown, is presented. The business operations of the company through the period from 2016. to 2019. were observed, trying to analyze and verify the set hypotheses. At the end of the research, it was concluded that in the observed period, expenditures grew faster (on average at an annual rate of 5.97%) compared to revenues (on average at an annual rate of 4.77%). Also, the coefficient of elasticity shows that expenditures are elastic to the changes in revenues, which confirms that the structure of expenditures is dominated by variable costs that depend on the amount of revenues.

A research has been done in the form of a case study which analyses the situation and possibilities of the solid communal waste management system's assessment on the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The paper analyses a concept of waste disposal strategy through the transport to the central county landfill, and it gives an overview of the cost effectiveness and environmental impact of the possible industrial incineration of Cres and Lošinj's communal waste. A method of local carbon footprint for the environmental load determination has been used. Thus it has been calculated the partial ecological footprint of the possible solid communal waste's incineration. The share of tourism, as the booming and strategically most important industry on the islands, has been isolated within the carbon footprint. The main results has shown that soon after the first major investments in the industrial incineration of the communal waste, the positive characteristics of such waste management would become apparent. The research has shown that specific characteristics of island areas, such as annual trends of tourist activity and waste production, as well as the islands' bioabsorptive capacity, benefit this type of waste management. The communal waste incineration produces atmospheric emissions and solid residue which present unavoidable environmental load, and if the investing into the waste disposal management system is planned according to the high ecological standards, the footprint on the islands' environment would be acceptable and justified. The possible industrial incineration of waste which was analysed would generate thermal and electrical energy for the needs of the local population and economy, especially tourism. It should be noted that the above described system of waste management would increase for the future of the island very important energy self-sufficiency. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

U zadnje vrijeme ljudi su počeli shvaćati kako troškovi izgradnje nisu jedini troškovi o kojima treba voditi računa. Troškovi održavanja i uporabe su se pokazali kao puno veći troškovi te se njima posvećuje sve više pažnje. Djelovanjem u ranoj fazi projektiranja moguće je smanjiti troškove održavanja i uporabe, te ostvariti značajne uštede. U ovome radu napravljen je plan održavanja hotela za razdoblje od 30 godina. Definirane su aktivnosti iz kojih će proizaći troškovi održavanja. Svi troškovi su svedeni na neto sadašnju vrijednost uz diskontnu stopu od 3.0%. Napravljena je i analiza osjetljivosti promjenom vrijednosti diskontne stopa i razdoblja analize. Na kraju rada prikazan je utjecaj toplinske izolacije na troškove uporabe građevine., Lately, people have begun to realize that construction costs are not the only costs to pay attention when analyzing compiting options of investments. Maintenance and operation costs have proven to be much higher costs and are receiving increasing attention, during life span of the constructed facility. By analyzing different options in the early design phase, maintenance and operating costs can be reduced and significant savings can be achieved. In this thesis, the maintenance plan for maintaining the hotel for a period of 30 years is developed. Activities that will result in maintenance and operation costs are defined. All costs are reduced to net present value at a discount rate of 3.0%. A sensitivity analysis was also made by changing the value of the discount rate and the analysis period. The impact of thermal insulation on the cost of operating the building is presented at the end of this thesis.

Cilj je ovoga rada pokazati da se primjenom teorije redova čekanja može odrediti optimalan kapacitet lučkoga kontejnerskoga terminala, odnosno kombinacija broja pristana i dizalica po pristanu s najmanjim troškovima za zadani promet. Kontejnerski terminal je sustav složen od određenog broja međusobno zavisnih podsustava pa se optimalan kapacitet terminala svodi na izračunavanje optimalnog broja pristana, budući da kapacitet pristana determinira potreban kapacitet ostalih podsustava, a time i propusnu moć kontejner-skog terminala u cjelini. Za dobivanje optimalnog rješenja primijenjen je model ukupnih troškova koji se temelji na teoriji redova čekanja. Model se može koristiti za bilo koji kontejnerski terminal te za terminale u sadašnjim ili budućim uvjetima. Dobiveni rezultati su baza za donošenje odgovarajućih poslovnih odluka vezanih za poslovanje terminala. Model je testiran na primjeru kontejnerskog terminala riječke luke Brajdica. U radu su prikazani rezultati provedene simulacije i istraživanja isplativosti ugradnje turbogeneratora na brod. Analiza je provedena primjenom NOR Controlovog simulatora za simulaciju brodskog postrojenja tankera za prijevoz sirove nafte. Simulirana je proizvodnja električne energije s turbogeneratorom ili s di-zelskim generatorom. Analiza početnih investicijskih troškova provedena je anketom s proizvođačem brodskih generatora pare te s dobavljačima turbo i dizelskih generatora pri čemu su se koristile trenutne cijene teškog i lakog dizelskog goriva na svjetskom tržištu. Izračunate su uštede u slučaju kada se za proizvodnju električne energije koristi turbogenerator u paralelnom radu s osovinskim generatorom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju značajne uštede i neupitnost isplativosti ugradnje jednog takvog uređaja na brod, kao i opravdanost njegovog maksimalnog korištenja, ako je na brodu instaliran. U radu je opisana primjena BIM tehnologije, te njeno korištenje u održavanju objekata. Objašnjen je razvoj i važnost BIM tehnologije i analizirane su prednosti i mane BIM-a. Isto tako objašnjene su razine razvoja BIM-a i analizirani studij slučaja na primjeru korištenja BIM-a u održavanja objekata na zgradi kampusa. Također, opisan je i objašnjen sustav održavanja objekata na primjeru izgradnje objekata u Tajvanu u svrhu potvrđivanja BIM tehnologije. Na primjeru sportske dvorane u sklopu Osnovne škole u Velikoj Pisanici prikazan je plan održavanja za predviđeni uporabni rok od 30 godina. Zbog nedostatka podataka o stvarnoj potrošnji korištene su procjenjene vrijednosti. U planu održavanja analizirani su sljedeći troškovi: Zakonom propisani periodički propisi, Troškovi zamjene istrošnih materijala i elemenata, Troškovi periodičnih radova i popravaka, Troškovi reaktivnog održavanja i Troškovi uporabe., This paper describes the application of BIM technology and its use in the maintenance of facilities. It explains the development and importance of BIM technology and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of BIM. Furthermore, it also points out the levels of development of BIM and analyzes the case study of the use of BIM in the facility maintenance of a building in a campus. Moreover, it describes and illustrates facility maintenance system on the example of the construction of facilities in Taiwan in order to confirm BIM technology. Using the example of a sports hall within the elementary school in Velika Pisanic, it is shown a maintenance plan for the anticipated period of 30 years. Due to lack of data on actual consumption, estimated values were used. The maintenance plan analyzes the following costs: Statutory periodic regulations cost of replacing consumable materials and elements, costs of periodic work and repairs, reactive maintenance costs and costs of use.
