With the help of SECAP guidelines, which define the methodology of data collection and reporting, a baseline emission inventory for Adriatic sea marinas are showed, which contain data on the current state of energy consumption and consequent CO2 emissions. The study involved 8 marinas in which data was obtained on electricity consumption, travel of passengers to and around marinas, and travel with boats. On two of them; Marina Porat and Marina Martinis Marchi, solutions for e-mobile service are developed using multi-criteria analysis and TOPSIS method. Options for boat and automotive electric chargers, micro-grid systems, and e-mobility and sharing services are analyzed. Thus, we observe the concepts of improving the management of e-mobile marina services that can be applied to reduce CO2 emissions.
