The article provides information on the institutional organization of executive and administrative power in the European Union (EU) as well as their fundamental tasks. It analyzes the EU's organizational system and presents the institutions, which perform executive power in the EU. It also assesses bodies that bear administrative power in the EU along with its administrative structure, independent and executive agencies, and commitology system.
