U ovom je radu opisan proces integracije beskontaktnog uređaja za digitalizaciju oblika i mjerenje topologije površine, Atos 5X, s robotom ABB IRB4600. Prikazano je programsko rješenje za komunikaciju mjernog uređaja s upravljačkim sustavom robota pomoću računalne mreže temeljene na TCP/IP protokolu. Programski kod koji se izvršava na mjernom uređaju napisan je u programskom jeziku Python, dok je programski kod koji se izvršava na robotu napisan u programskom jeziku RAPID. U drugom dijelu rada prikazano je predloženo rješenje automatizacije procesa kalibracije mjernog uređaja Atos 5X. Predloženo je mjesto za pozicioniranje kalibracijskih ploča različitih veličina unutar postojeće robotske ćelije, a izrađeno je i idejno konstrukcijsko rješenje naprave za prihvat kalibracijskih ploča. Izrađene su simulacije u dvjema aplikacijama, RoboDK i RobotStudio, kojima je izrađena analiza dohvatljivosti robota i testiranje programskog koda. Na kraju rada prokomentirani su dobiveni rezultati programskog rješenja i doneseni zaključci . This paper describes the integration of the GOM Atos 5X measurement device with the ABB IRB 4600 robot. An overview of the software solution developed for communication between the measurment device and the robot using a computer network based on the TCP/IP protocol is given. The program code to be run on the measurement device was written in the Python programming language, while the program code to be run on the robot was written in the RAPID programming language. In the second part of the paper, the proposed solution for automating the calibration process of the Atos 5X measuring device is presented. A place for positioning calibration plates of various sizes within the existing robotic cell is presented, and a conceptual design of a holding device for the calibration plates is proposed. A simulation is performed in two applications, RoboDK and RobotStudio, which were used for a reachabillity analysis and testing of the program code. Finally, the obtained results of the software solution and the conclusions reached are discussed.

Ovaj završni rad istražuje komunikacijske izazove i potencijale djece sa sindromom Down. Cilj rada je razumjeti kako djeca s sindromom Down komuniciraju, identificirati prepreke s kojima se susreću te preglednim radom uočiti koje su strategije za poboljšanje komunikacije kod djece. Djeca sa sindromom Down mogu ostvariti značajan napredak u komunikaciji uz odgovarajuću podršku. Prepreke koje se najčešće javljaju uključuju poteškoće u jezičnom razumijevanju, izražavanju i artikulaciji, kao i uspostavljanju socijalnih veza. Međutim, primjenom različitih strategija kao što su ranije intervencije, korist od vizualnih pomagala, individualizirani pristupi i podrška obitelji, moguće je potaknuti komunikacijski razvoj djece sa sindromom Down. Zaključak ovog rada ističe važnost rane intervencije i podrške u razvoju komunikacijskih vještina djece sa sindromom Down. Individualizirani pristupi, strukturirane metode učenja, upotreba potpomognute komunikacije i suradnja roditelja i stručnjaka ključni su faktori za postizanje uspjeha u komunikaciji s djecom sa sindromom Down. Unaprjeđivanje komunikacijskih vještina kod djece sa sindromom Down ima iznimno pozitivan utjecaj na njihov razvoj, socijalizaciju i kvalitetu života., This final thesis explores the communication challenges and potentials of children with syndrome Down. The focus of the paper is to understand how children with syndrome Down communicate, identify the barriers they encounter, and review strategies for improving communication in children through a comprehensive study. Children with syndrome Down can make significant progress in communication with appropriate support. The most common barriers include difficulties in language comprehension, expression, articulation, and establishing social connections. However, by implementing different strategies such as early interventions, the use of visual aids, individualized approaches, and family support, it is possible to promote the communication development of children with syndrome Down. The conclusion of this paper emphasizes the importance of early intervention and support in the development of communication skills in children with syndrome Down. Individualized approaches, structured learning methods, the use of augmentative and alternative communication, and collaboration between parents and professionals are key factors in achieving success in communicating with children with syndrome Down. Enhancing communication skills in children with syndrome Down has an extremely positive impact on their development, socialization, and quality of life.

Nagli prelazak na nastavu na daljinu 2020. godine zbog pandemije bolesti COVID-19 od nastavnika je zahtijevao proces prilagodbe stvaranjem novih nastavnih rutina, koji je bio popraćen složenim emocionalnim iskustvom, dok su nastavnici istodobno pokušavali živjeti svoj profesionalni i osobni život. Pozivajući se na Giddensovu teoriju strukturacije s fokusom na procese rutinizacija i regionalizacije interakcija te Turnerovu analizu integracijskih procesa i uloge emocija u njima, u radu se ukazuje na važnost održavanja rutina radi ontološke sigurnosti i socijalne integracije te na relevantnost emocija tijekom nastave na daljinu. U radu se ispituje (i) kako su oblikovane i regionalizirane nastavne rutine te (ii) kakve su pozitivne i negativne emocije nastavnici doživjeli tijekom razdoblja provođenja nastave na daljinu u susretima i interakciji s različitim akterima. U analizi su korištene kvalitativne metode, odnosno analizirani su intervjui provedeni 2020. godine s 32 predmetna učitelja i nastavnika, a kao metoda analize korištena je deduktivno-induktivna tematska analiza. Prodiranje javnog u osobni prostor nastavnika, uspostavljanje rutina i emocionalna iskustva teme su konstruirane tijekom analize, pri čemu su identificirane i podteme. U radu se pokazuje da su očuvanje starih i stvaranje novih rutina te (pozitivne) emocije i očekivanja u interakcijama potencijal koji može omogućiti prevladavanje kriznih ili izazovnih situacija poput nastave na daljinu, ponekad tako da se narušava razgraničenje javnog i privatnog. S druge strane pojava negativnih emocija i dugotrajnih negativnih emocionalnih stanja na mikrorazini upućuju na, iz perspektive nastavnika, neadekvatnu valorizaciju njihova rada od viših institucionalnih razina te predstavljaju potencijal za dezintegracijske procese., The sudden transition to distance learning in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic required teachers to adjust by creating new teaching routines. This process was accompanied by complex emotional experiences as they tried to live their professional and personal lives. To point to the importance of maintaining routines for the sake of ontological security and social integration, and the relevance of emotions during distance learning, we utilise Giddens' theory of structuration, focusing on routinisation and regionalisation of interactions, and Turner's analysis of integration processes and the role of emotions in them. We examine (i) how teaching routines were shaped and regionalised and (ii) what positive and negative emotions teachers experienced during distance learning in interactions with various actors. In the paper, the interviews conducted in 2020 with 32 subject teachers were analysed using deductive-inductive thematic analysis. Three themes were constructed; the permeation of the public sphere in teachers' personal space, the establishment of routines and emotional experiences, including sub-themes. This paper indicates that the preservation and creation of new routines and (positive) emotions and expectations in interactions are a potential that can enable overcoming crises or challenging situations such as distance learning, sometimes in such a way that the demarcation between the public and private spheres is violated. On the other hand, the appearance of negative emotions and long-term negative emotional states at the micro level indicate, from teachers' perspective, inadequate valorisation of their work by higher institutional levels and represent a potential for disintegration processes.

Predmet ovog rada je istraživanje mogućnosti integracije projektirane biciklističko-pješačke magistrale Zagreb: od Studentskog centra do Dugog Sela u gradsko tkivo, s ciljem stvaranja kontinuirane biciklističko-pješačke mreže koja će pozitivno utjecati na mogućnost revitalizacije brownfield lokacija u potezu projektirane magistrale. Prijedlog biciklističko-pješačke magistrale nastao je 2016. godine u suradnji studenata Agronomskog fakulteta sa Gradom Zagrebom. S obzirom da je trasa prema tadašnjem projektu projektirana isključivo kao prometna infrastruktura u smjeru istok-zapad, ona bi dijelila prostor grada na sjevernu i južnu zonu kao što to trenutno čini željeznička pruga, ulica grada Vukovara i rijeka Sava, i time još više potencirala svoje djelovanje kao prepreka za povezivanje tih zona. Grad Zagreb, iako pogodan za razvoj biciklizma i biciklističke infrastrukture zbog svog reljefa i klime, nije biciklistički grad i trenutno ne postoji dovoljno razvijena i infrastrukturno opremljena biciklistička mreža kakvu vidimo u susjednim srednjo-europskim metropolama. Glavni cilj rada je predložiti alternativno konceptualno rješenje integracije planiranog prometno-funkcionalnog rješenja uz rekreacijske, kulturno-povijesne, društvene i ekološke sadržaje. Kroz proučavanje relevantne literature, terenski obilazak, prostorne krajobrazne analize postojećeg stanja i važeću prostorno-plansku dokumentaciju ističe se mogućnost nadogradnje linearne mreže koja bi povezivala grad u oba smjera (sjever – jug i istok – zapad). Stoga je u svrhu daljnjih analiza provedena anketa sa 208 ispitanika, a sinteza dobivenih rezultata ankete napravljena je kao kvantitativna analiza, a nakon, s ciljem dublje analize pristupilo se i provedbi dvaju participativnih radionica sa različitim dobnim skupinama. Time je utvrđen smjer istraživanja mogućnosti integracije projektirane infrastrukture sa napuštenim prostorima grada. Implementacija dobivenih zaključaka prezentirana je na pilot projektu dijela projektirane dionice od Studentskog centra do okretišta Borongaj. The subject of this paper is research of the possibility of integrating the designed bicycle-pedestrian highway Zagreb: from the Studentski Centar to Dugo Selo into the urban fabric with the aim of creating a continuous bicycle-pedestrian network that will positively influence the possibility of revitalizing brownfield locations in the immediate vicinity of the designed cycleway. The concrete proposal for the designed bicycle-pedestrian highway was created in 2016 in cooperation between students of the Faculty of Agriculture and the City of Zagreb. Given that the route was designed exclusively as a traffic infrastructure in the east-west direction according to the project at the time, it would divide the city area into northern and southern zones, just as the railway, the street of Vukovar and the Sava river currently does, and thus even more enhancing its effect as an obstacle to connecting these zones. The city of Zagreb, although suitable for the development of cycling and cycling infrastructure due to its relief and climate, it is not a cycling city and currently there isn't a sufficiently developed and infrastructurally equipped cycling network as seen in neighboring Central European metropolises. The main goal of the paper is to propose an alternative conceptual solution for the integration of the planned traffic-functional solution with recreational, cultural-historical, social and ecological contents. Through the study of relevant literature, a field tour, spatial landscape analysis of the existing situation and valid spatial planning documentation, the possibility of upgrading the linear network that would connect the city in both directions (north - south and east - west) is highly emphasized. Therefore, for the purpose of further analysis an online survey with 208 respondents was conducted and the synthesis of survey results were made as a quantitative analysis, and then, with the aim of a deeper analysis, two participatory workshops with different age groups were also implemented. This determined the direction of research into the possibility of integrating the designed infrastructure with the abandoned spaces of the city. The implementation of the obtained conclusions was presented at the pilot project for the section from the Studentski centar to the Borongaj turnpike.

Pandemija COVID-a 19 značajno utječe na čovjekovo fizičko, psihičko i duhovno zdravlje, a posljedice pandemije manifestirat će se dugo vremena i nakon njezina završetka. Prevelik je naglasak na fizičko zdravlje, fizičku i socijalnu distancu, no pandemija je biološki opasna ne samo za tjelesno zdravlje već i za psihičko i duhovno. U pandemiji čovjek posebno osjeća svoju ranjivost na sve tri razine: fizičkoj, psihološkoj i duhovnoj. Ovisno o tome kako čovjek doživljava svoju ranjivost, kako je integrira te koje obrambene kapacitete koristi u suočavanju sa stresnim situacijama, ovisit će i stanje njegova zdravlja. Polazeći od kršćanske antropologije, svrha rada je istražiti i analizirati kako se čovjek skrbi o vlastitoj ranjivosti i otpornosti te identificirati izvore ranjivosti u okviru psihološke i duhovne dimenzije. Nakon analize mentalnog stanja u doba pandemije u radu se obrađuju i konkretni koraci kako integrirati vlastitu ranjivost te na koji način jačati psihološki i duhovni imunitet., The time of the Covid-19 pandemic can be described as a time of unexpected, intense stress due to which human vulnerability and psychological (in)resilience emerged at the top of the iceberg. Prolonged uncertainty, insufficient knowledge of the course, mutations and consequences of the disease combined with emotional, social, spiritual and economic constraints have affected the person's sense of self and the environment, as well as the perception of living in a time of stable instability. Starting from Christian anthropology, the purpose of the paper is to sensibilize and actualize the care of one's own vulnerability and resilience, especially in the postmodern era when man predominantly cares for the cult and aesthetics of the body, and the interiority remains neglected. The appearance of various pandemics and phobias - the pandemic of mental disorders, the phenomenon of coronaphobia - the mass fear of Covid-19, are just some of the significant signs that should be imperatively read as a call to return to oneself and strengthen intrapsychic and interpersonal capacities. In addition to analyzing and diagnosing the mental state at the time of Covid-19, the purpose of this paper is to explore the sources of vulnerability from the psychological and spiritual dimension in order to indicate the path how to accept and integrate one's own vulnerability and strengthen psychological and spiritual resilience. The paper is divided into 4 parts: the first part analyzes the situation during the coronavirus pandemic, the second part explores the dynamics of vulnerability from the psychological-spiritual dimension, the third part deals with resilience, and the final part provides guidelines for strengthening psychological and spiritual resilience.

Temeljni cilj ovog rada bio je usporediti i prikazati socijalnu stvarnost dviju migrantskih skupina u Njemačkoj- „gastarbajtera“ i transmigranata. U radu su ove dvije skupine uspoređene prema motivima odlaska, integraciji u njemačko društvo, transnacionalnoj dimenziji aktivnosti migranata i planu povratka. Korištenjem kvalitativne metode intervjua dobiven je uvid u pojedinačna iskustva hrvatskih migranata u Njemačkoj. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo šest sugovornika od kojih tri pripadaju migrantskoj skupini „gastarbajtera“, a tri sugovornika migrantskoj skupini transmigranata. Analizom i interpretacijom dobivenih odgovora ustanovljeno je da „gastarbajteri“ i transmigranti najviše sličnosti imaju kod motiva odlaska te da su „gastarbajteri“ u usporedbi sa transmigrantima slabije integrirani u njemačko društvo. Isto tako, zaključuje se kako su „gastarbajteri“ održavali intenzivnije transnacionalne veze sa zemljom porijekla u usporedbi sa transmigrantskom migrantskom skupinom. Vrijednost ovog rada je u tome što nije provedeno nijedno istaživanje koje se bavi ovom tematikom. Isto tako, suvremeni migracijski val u Njemačku je znanstveno neistražena tema te bi ovaj rad mogao poslužiti kao polazište daljnjim istraživanjima suvremenog migracijskog vala u Njemačku. The main goal of this study is to compare and show the social reality of two migrant groups in Germany - Gastarbeiter and transmigrants. This paper compares the two groups according to the motives of departure, integration into German society, the transnational dimension of migrant activities and their return plan. An insight into the individual experiences of Croatian migrants in Germany was obtained by using a qualitative interview method. Six interlocutors participated in the research, three of whom belong to the migrant group of Gastarbeiter and three belong to the migrant group of transmigrants. The analysis and interpretation of the obtained answers showed that Gastarbeiter and transmigrants have the most similarities in the motives for leaving and that Gastarbeiter are less integrated into German society compared to transmigrants. Furthermore, it shows that Gastarbeiter maintained more intense transnational ties with their country of origin compared to the transmigrant migrant group. The value of this paper is that no research that deals with this topic has been conducted. Moreover, the contemporary migration wave to Germany is a scientifically unexplored topic, and this paper could serve as a starting point for further research into the contemporary migration wave to Germany.

Sindrom Down je neizlječiv kromosomski poremećaj koji nastaje uslijed pogrešnog prijenosa kromosoma tijekom stanične diobe spolnih stanica te uzrokuje pojavu viška jednog kromosoma ili samo dijela kromosoma. Tako osobe sa sindromom Down na 21. kromosomskom paru imaju tri umjesto dva kromosoma, a od tuda dolazi i naziv trisomija 21. Osobe sa sindromom Down imaju specifičan fizički izgled s karakteristikama: kosi položaj očiju, kratki i široki vrat s previše kože, kratke šake, mišićnu hipotoniju, malena glava, okruglo lice izravnanog profila i kraći prsni koš. Osim zaostatka u tjelesnom razvoju, prisutan je i zaostatak u mentalnom razvoju, ali većina djece ima lake do umjerene intelektualne teškoće. Sindrom Down predstavlja rizik za razna zdravstvena oboljenja, a u zdravstvene teškoće ubrajaju se: srčane greške, problemi s probavnim sustavom, problemi s respiratornim sustavom, s jezikom, s kožom, problemi s hranjenjem, bolesti štitnjače, problemi s imunitetom, otorinolaringološki problemi te mnogi drugi. Dijagnostika sindroma Down provodi se: ultrazvučnim pregledom, analizom hormona, probirom seruma majke, amniocentezom i kariotipizacijom. Cilj ovog rada bio je osvijestiti probleme djece sa sindromom Down te život i rad njihovih roditelja. Uz roditelje, u radu i razvoju djeteta sa sindromom Down pomaže i stručni tim koji se sastoji od logopeda, edukacijskog rehabilitatora, fizioterapeuta i psihologa. Već od ranog djetinjstva, djecu sa sindromom Down trebalo bi uključiti u socijalni život, u ranu intervenciju te što više educirati kako bi postali što više samostalniji. Samim time imaju jednake mogućnosti razvoja svojih spoznajnih, tjelesnih, društvenih i emocionalnih sposobnosti. U ovom radu prikazan je i prikaz slučaja desetogodišnje djevojčice sa sindromom Down te individualni pregled njenog razvoja i učenja, poteškoće sa kojima se susrela, procjene od strane stručnjaka te njena integracija u društvo (dječji vrtić, škola). Dječji vrtić je za djecu sa sindromom Down od velike važnosti jer tamo djeca uče, steknu znanja s područja socijalizacije, discipline, povećavaju samostalnost, finu motoriku te se potiče djetetova komunikacija kroz igru i druženja sa ostalom djecom. Djecu sa sindromom Down potrebno je uključiti i u školski sustav gdje postaju članovi društva, ostvaruju bolju svakodnevnicu i pripremaju se za što samostalniji oblik življenja. Medicinska sestra ima vrlo važnu ulogu u edukaciji i informiranju roditelja i samih osoba sa dijagnozom sindroma Down te i cjelokupne populacije. Vrlo je važno da medicinska sestra svojim znanjem i djelovanjem umanjuje prisutnost predrasuda u svrhu održavanja i unaprjeđenja kvalitete života osoba sa sindromom Down. Syndrome Down is an incurable chromosomal disorder that results from chromosome misfolding during cell division of germ cells and causes the appearance of an excess of one chromosome or only part of the chromosome. Thus, people with syndrome Down have three instead of two chromosomes on the 21st chromosome pair, hence the name trisomy 21. People with syndrome Down have a specific physical appearance with characteristics: oblique eye position, short and wide neck with too much skin, short fists, muscular hypotonia, small head, round face with a flattened profile and shorter chest. Except for a lag in physical development, there is also a mental developmental disability, but most children have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Syndrome Down is a risk for various health conditions, and health problems include: heart defects, digestive problems, respiratory problems, tongue, skin, feeding problems, thyroid disease, immunity problems, otorhinolaryngological problems and many others. Syndrome Down diagnosis is performed by: ultrasound examination, hormone analysis, maternal serum screening, amniocentesis and karyotyping. The aim of this paper was to raise awareness of the problems of children with syndrome Down and the life and work of their parents. Next to the parents, a professional team consisting of speech therapists, educational rehabilitator, physical therapists and psychologists helps in the work and development of the child with syndrome Down. From an early age, children with syndrome Down should be included in social life, early intervention and educated as much as possible to become more independent. Therefore, they have equal opportunities to develop their cognitive, physical, social and emotional abilities. This paper also presents a case report of a 10-year-old girl with syndrome Down and an individual review of her development and learning, the difficulties she encountered, estimates by experts and her integration into society (kindergarten, school). Kindergarten is of great importance for children with syndrome Down because it is there that children learn, acquire knowledge in the field of socialization, discipline, increase their independence, fine motor skills and encourage children's communication through play and socializing with other children. Children with syndrome Down need to be included in the school system where they become members of society, achieve a better everyday life and prepare for the most independent form of living. The nurse has a very important role in educating and informing parents and individuals with a diagnosis of syndrome Down and the entire population. It is very important for the nurse to reduce the presence of prejudice in her knowledge and actions in order to maintain and improve the quality of life of people with syndrome Down.

Dobro je poznato kako je fenomen migracija postao iznimno relevantan u posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća. Migrantska kriza u Europi je posebice od 2015. godine rezultirala brojnim raspravama o migracijama, izbjeglicama, integraciji i sličnim pitanjima, te je stoga jedan od ciljeva ovog rada dati odgovarajući doprinos profesionalnoj i javnoj debati na području integracije migranata u hrvatsko društvo. Rad je koncipiran u pet dijelova. Nakon uvodnog dijela, u drugom dijelu rada izlaže se teorijski okvir koncepta integracije migranata, odnosno prikazuju se pokušaji (još uvijek neuspješnog) iznalaženja jedinstvene definicije pojma integracije migranata. Slijedi treći dio, u kojemu se daje pregled pravnog okvira Republike Hrvatske na području integracije migranata. U tom kontekstu, navode se relevantne odredbe Ustava Republike Hrvatske, relevantni ratificirani međunarodni ugovori, te odgovarajući zakoni i podzakonski propisi, kao i relevantna praksa Ustavnog suda Republike Hrvatske. Imajući u vidu da je Republika Hrvatska harmonizirala svoje zakonodavstvo s acquis communaitaireom Europske unije i članica je Europske unije, u radu se posebna pozornost poklanja prikazu okvira Europske unije za integraciju migranata. Četvrti dio rada bavi se institucionalnim okvirom Republike Hrvatske za integraciju migranata, pri čemu se naglašava kako je područje integracije migranata, na temelju zakonodavnog i regulatornog integracijskog okvira, područje koje je u nadležnosti nekoliko ministarstava (na čelu s Ministarstvom unutarnjih poslova), ureda, povjerenstava, a značajnu ulogu u ovom području svakako imaju i brojne nevladine organizacije. Konačno, u petom i ujedno zaključnom dijelu rada navode se preporuke za daljnji razvoj integracijske politike Republike Hrvatske., It is well known that the phenomena of migrations is becoming increasingly relevant in the last decades. Especially from 2015 the refugess crisis in Europe has prompted numerous discussions about migration, refugees, integration and similar issues, and that is why this paper aims to contribute to professional and public debate on the issue of the integration of migrants into Croatian society. The paper consists of five parts. After the introductory part, in the second part of the paper we give a theoretical framework of the concept of integration of migrants, that is we give an overview of the (still unsuccesful) finding of the unique definition of the term integration of migrants. In the third part of the paper we present an overview of legal framework of the Republic of Croatia regarding integration of migrants. In this context, we analyse the relevant provisions of the Constitutution of the Republic of Croatia, relevant ratified international treaties, relevant national laws and regulations, as well as relevant case-law of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia. Having in mind that the Republic of Croatia has harmonized its legislation with the asquis communaitaire of the European Union and it is a Member States of the European Union, the special attention in this part of the paper is dedicated to the European Union framework for the integration of migrants. The fourth part of the paper deals with the institutional framework of the Republic of Croatia for the integration of migrants, and here we emphasize that the area of the integration of migrants, on the basis of legislative and regulatory framework, is under the jurisdiction of several ministries (headed by the Ministry of the Interior), offices, commissions, while the important role in this area certainly belongs to the numerous non-governmental organizations. Finally, in the fifth and also final part of the paper we make some recommendations for the further development of the integration policy of the Republic of Croatia.

U radu se istražuje iseljavanja Hrvata u Austriju tijekom 1980-ih i 1990-ih godina. Etnološko i kulturnoantropološko istraživanje temeljeno je na kvalitativnoj metodologiji, na polustrukturiranim intevjuima. Kroz intervjue s osam kazivača, istražuju se potisni i privlačni faktori koji su utjecali na iseljavanje iz Hrvatske te odabir Beča i Austrije kao useljeničke zemlje. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na proces prilagodbe austrijskom društvu te dimenzije integracijskog procesa (kulturnu, društvenu, religijsku, ekonomsku i pravno-političku dimenziju integracije). Istraživanje pokazuje da su hrvatski imigranti integrirani u austrijsko društvo i smatraju se dijelom zajednice. Rad završava s prikazom transnacionalnih praksi i povezanosti s drugim Hrvatima, kako onima u Austriji, tako i u Hrvatskoj. The paper presents the emigration of Croats to Austria during the 1980s and 1990s. Ethnological and cultural anthropological research is based on a qualitative methodology, on semi-structured interviews. Through interviews with eight narrators, the paper investigates the push and pull factors that influenced emigration from Croatia and the choice of Vienna and Austria as immigrant countries. Special emphasis was placed on the process of adaptation to Austrian society and the dimensions of the integration process (cultural, social, religious, economic and legal-political dimension of integration). The research shows that Croatian immigrants are integrated into Austrian society and are considered part of the community. The paper concludes with a presentation of transnational practices and connections with other Croats, both in Austria and in Croatia.

Sveopći položaj hrvatskih zemalja na samoj polovici 19. stoljeća bio je iznimno otežan. Prisutnost elemenata koji su proizašli iz Metternichova sustava još je više pospješila razjedinjenost koja se pokušavala dokinuti, između ostalog, razvojem kulture i jezika u okvirima preporodnog razdoblja. U tom se kontekstu javlja hrvatski publicist Ante Kuzmanić kao pokretač prvoga časopisa na hrvatskom jeziku u Dalmaciji – Zore dalmatinske. S tim u vezi ovaj rad proučava oscilacije političke scene u razdoblju neposredno prije pokretanja časopisa, kako bi se lakše shvatile ekonomske i kulturne promjene koje su kao takve imale izravan utjecaj na Zoru. Nadalje, u tekstu se daje pažnja pitanju jezika, odnosno faktoru koji je u temelju odmaknuo razmišljanja preporoditelja kontinentalne Hrvatske i Dalmacije, a isto tako bio ključan lajtmotiv časopisa. Osim pitanja jezika, Zora je preko svojih tekstova plasirala razne ideje koje su se ticale ujedinjenja hrvatskih zemalja, što je neminovno utjecalo na integraciju hrvatske nacije. Kako bi se takvo razmišljanje potvrdilo, u radu je korišten integracijski model češkog povjesničara Miroslava Hrocha, preko kojega je interpretirano značenje Zore dalmatinske., Overall situation in the mid-19th century in Croatia was somewhat difficult. The strong presence of the Metternich System gave impetus to the continuation of the fragmentation of Croatian regions that was hoped to be stopped by further development of culture and language. In that context, it is important to mention the Croatian publisher Ante Kuzmanić as the founder of the first magazine in the Croatian language in the region of Dalmatia – Zora dalmatinska. This paper studies the oscillations of the political scene with the goal to understand the impact that the changes, considering economy and culture, had on Zora dalmatinska. Furthermore, in regard to the language as a rather dividing factor when it comes to reformers from continental Croatia and Dalmatia, this paper also looks into that part bearing in mind that the language is a fundamental leitmotif of the Zora. Ultimately, understanding how big of an effect the magazine had on the idea of unification of the Croatian regions, there is a part dedicated to the integration of the nation. To be more accurate, a model of the national integration presented by the Czech historian Miroslav Hroch was used while interpreting Zora dalmatinska with hopes to display the importance of the magazine considering the integration of the Croatian nation.

U diplomskom radu prikazan je utjecaj integracije elektrana na obnovljive izvore energije na distributivnu mrežu. U teorijskom dijelu opisani su procesi i tehnologije proizvodnje električne energije iz biomase, mrežna pravila distribucijskog sustava, tehnički aspekti mrežnog priključenja i pomoćne usluge. U praktičnom dijelu izvršen je proračun i analiza utjecaja elektrane Antunovac 1 na priključenje u distribucijsku mrežu te su predložene mjere za povećanje razine integracije. The presented Master Thesis deals with the impact of renewable energy power plants the integration into the distribution network. The theoretical part of this paper describes the processes and technologies of electricity production from biomass, the distribution system network rules, the technical aspects of network connection and auxiliary services. The practical part presented in this paper deals with the calculation and analysis related to the connection of the Antunovac 1 power plant to the distribution network. As a conclusion there are measures proposed to increase the level of integration.

Naslov ovog rada je Uloga narodnih knjižnica u obrazovanju i integraciji treće životne dobi u društvo. Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi načine na koje knjižnice pomažu osobama treće životne dobi u obrazovanju, edukaciji, integraciji u društvo i osiguravanju načina za organiziranje različitih kulturnih događanja. Glavna uloga narodne knjižnice je ispunjavanje knjižničnih i informacijskih potreba svojih korisnika. S obzirom da se radi o skupini ljudi koja se često suočava sa stereotipima i predrasudama koje se baziraju samo na krivom shvaćanju i generaliziranju svih pojedinaca te skupine. Takava vrsta diskriminacije naziva se ageizam i postoje zakoni kojima se nastoji spriječiti takva vrsta diskriminacije. Iako postoji mnogo stereotipa prema kojima se starije ljude smatra nesposobnima za učenje, ali to nije istina. Kako bi im se osigurala mogućnost učenja i integracije u društvo organizirani su različiti projekti s tim ciljem. Primjeri toga su suradnje narodnih knjižnica sa staračkim domovima, udruge čiji cilj je poboljšanje kvalitete starijih osoba, ali i različiti projekti u organizaciji knjižnica s istim ciljem. Najvažniji ciljevi su pomoći osobama starije dobi u kreiranju načina za kvalitetni život kroz promoviranje kulture čitanja, i učenja o načinima zdravog života. The title of this paper is the role of public libraries in the education and integration of senior citizens. The aim of this paper is to identify the ways in which libraries assist third-age persons in education, education, integration into society and providing ways to organize different cultural events. The main role of the public library is to fulfill the library and information needs of its users. Given that this is a group of people who often face stereotypes and prejudices based only on the misconception and generalization of all individuals in that group. This type of discrimination is called ageism and there are laws that seek to prevent this type of discrimination. Although there are many stereotypes according to which older people are considered incapable of learning, but this is not true. In order to provide them with the opportunity to learn and integrate into society, various projects have been organized to this end. Examples of this are collaborations between public libraries and nursing homes, associations aimed at improving the quality of the elderly, but also different projects organized by libraries for the same purpose. The overriding goals are to help older people create ways to live a quality life by promoting a reading culture and learning about healthy lifestyles.

Tema rada je integracija djece s motoričkim teškoćama u predškolski sustav odgoja i obrazovanja. Cilj rada je ukazati na višestruke koristi takvog odgoja i obrazovanja, ne samo za djecu s motoričkim teškoćama, već i za njihove vršnjake koji nemaju teškoće. Polazište integracije stoga nije rad na pojedinoj teškoći, već na potrebama pojedinca, razvoju samostalnosti i osnaživanju individue s teškoćama u razvoju, kao i razvoju empatije i tolerancije kod djece bez teškoća. Djeca s teškoćama u razvoju su kroz povijest bila izolirana u posebne ustanove, gdje se promatrala i liječila „bolest“, a ne individua. Danas, mnogi vrtići i škole mogu reći za sebe da provode uspješnu integraciju djece s motoričkim teškoćama u redovnom odgojno-obrazovnom sustavu. Primjeri takvih ustanova su dječji vrtić Siget i Dnevni centar za rehabilitaciju Veruda čija je praksa prikazana u radu. Theme of this paper is the integration of children with motor disabilities into the pre-school system of education. The aim of this paper is to point out the multiple benefits of such education system, not just in favor of children with motor disabilities, but also for those who do not have motor disabilities. The starting point of integration is not work on individual difficulties, but on the needs of individual, development of self-reliance and empowerment of individuals with motor disabilities, as well as development of empathy and tolerance in those without disabilities. Through history, children with disabilities have been isolated in special institutions, where “disease” was observed and treated rather that the individual. Today, many kindergartens and schools can say for themselves that they do successfully integrate children with motor disabilities into regular education system. Examples of such establishments are kindergarten Siget and Rehabilitation day center Veruda whose practice is presented in this paper.

U ovom radu obrađeni su načini integracije toplinski aktivnih jediničnih operacija. Prikazane su osnove sinteze i optimizacije mreže izmjenjivača topline. Metode sinteze mogu se podijeliti na sekvencijalne i simultane. Sekvencijalne metode zasnivaju se na zakonima termodinamike i nekim iskustvenim pravilima te u manjoj mjeri zahtijevaju korištenje računala. Simultane metode temelje se na primjeni računski intenzivnih optimizacijskih algoritama. Uz izmjenjivače topline u radu su obrađeni načini integracije toplinskih strojeva, dizalica topline, destilacijskih kolona i reaktora, te uz njih načini izvedbe kogeneracijskih postrojenja i kriteriji prema kojima se odabiru. This paper describes the integration of thermally active unit operations. Basics of heat exchanger network synthesis and optimization are presented. Synthesis methods can be divided into sequential and simultaneous. Sequential methods are based on the laws of thermodynamics and some empirical rules and require the use of computers to a lesser extent. Simultaneous methods are based on computationally intensive optimization algorithms. Beside considering heat exchangers and use of external utilities only, this paper deals with integration of thermally active unit operation, i.e. those requiring heat for operation or producing it during operation, such as heat engines, heat pumps, distillation columns and reactors. Methods of cogeneration plants integration and criteria for their selection are also presented.

The key question addressed in this paper is that of connecting the institutional setting and planned outcomes of the integration policy with the instruments and types of coordination in the government system. Integration policy may be defined as a “wicked problem”, as it is a cross-sectoral issue that concerns the responsibilities of various actors. Integration is not a policy that can develop serendipitously; it needs to be designed and proper instruments of coordination should be developed. It requires coordination across different sectors and tiers of government, with both formal and informal coordination structures and instruments that can be used to facilitate coordinated implementation of policy goals and measures. Croatia has only rather recently started to develop its integration policy. Due to a relatively small number of migrants, the integration policy is primarily targeted at the refugee population. In practice, integration is an inter-departmental task dealt with by different organisations (ministries, agencies) at different governmental levels (national, local) and includes their cooperation with different non-state actors. This is very challenging in the highly fragmented and pluralistic Croatian public administration system, which lacks integrative government capacity, strategic planning, and prioritisation of developed consultative mechanisms. The paper analyses the recently promoted Croatian integration policy in the light of coordination models and instruments. It provides an overview of the types and instruments of coordination in the government system and presents the development of the Croatian migration and integration policy, its institutional setting, and the implementation of integration in practice. Finally, it provides a classification and evaluation of the coordination instruments in the integration policy.

Cilj je ovog diplomskog rada prikazati rezultate ispitivanja stavova budućih uĉitelja o integraciji gluhoslijepe djece u redovne škole te stavove prema uĉenju znakovnog jezika. Ispitivanje je provedeno anketiranjem, odnosno anketom kao mjernim instrumentom na uzorku od 130 budućih uĉitelja Fakulteta za odgojne i obrazovne znanosti u Osijeku i Slavonskom Brodu. Rezultati su pokazali da se uĉitelji slaţu s integracijom djece oštećena vida i/ili sluha u redovne škole, ali smatraju da nisu dovoljno kompetentni za takav pothvat. Ujedno, spremni su za struĉno usavršavanje tijekom radnog staţa ukoliko će financijske troškove za isto snositi škola u kojoj rade, dok samostalno financiranje smanjuje postotak onih koji se ţele usavršavati putem razliĉitih edukacija. Vjeruju da će kurikularna reforma donijeti promjene unutar obrazovanja koje će pomoći boljoj integraciji uĉenika s poteškoćama, ali i motivirati same uĉitelje za stjecanje dodatnih kompetencija. Rad je podijeljen u nekoliko cjelina. Prva cjelina obuhvaća sadrţaj oštećenja sluha te razlike izmeĊu pojmova gluhoće, nagluhosti i gluhosljepoće. Drugi dio posvećen je naĉinima integracije djece spomenutih oštećenja u redovne škole, dok treći dio obuhvaća informacije o hrvatskom znakovnom jeziku kao jednom od opcija integracije. Sljedeću cjelinu ĉini spomenuto istraţivanje ĉijim će se rezultatima nastojati potaknuti buduće uĉitelje na pozitivan stav prema razvoju kompetencije kljuĉne za komunikaciju s gluhom, nagluhom ili gluhoslijepom djecom unutar razrednog odjela koja će dovesti do uspješnije obrazovne integracije. The main objective of this paper is to present the results of the research about the future teachers' attitudes towards the integration of deaf and blind children into the regular school system as well as their attitudes towards learning a sign language. The results of the research were obtained through questiomuirs filled out by 130 future teachers – students at the Faculty of Education in Osijek and Slavonski Brod. The research showed that the student teachers agree positively with the integration of deaf and a blind children into the regular school system, however they don't think that they are competent for such integration. Furthermove, they are willing to improve their competence in that area by attending additional seminars and/or lectures during their work period if the costs that might ocure would be covered by the schoolin which they teach. On the other hand, the number of student teachers willing to finance such additional education on their own is smaller. Student teachers believe that the curicular reform will bring change for the better when it comes to the integration of children with difficulties and motivate teachers for getting extra education in that area. This paper is divided into several sections. First section is about the hearing impairment and the differences in termes: deafness, hearing impairment and deaf blindness. Second section describes different ways of integration of children with such impairments into the regular school system whereas the third part covers the information about the Croatian sign language as one way of integration. The last section presents the results of the earlier described research in hope that the results will encourage future teachers to create a positive attitudes towards becoming competent for the communication with deaf or deaf blind children in their classroom which will aid farthebetter integration.

U ovom radu prikazano je osnivanje bankarske unije, odnosno integriranog financijskog okvira kao odgovor na gospodarske i financijske probleme. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati proces nastanka bankarske unije te prikazati njenu ulogu u bankarskom sektoru zemalja članica Europske unije, kao i mogućnost Hrvatske da se uklopi u taj sustav. U radu je prikazana struktura bankarske unije koja se sastoji od tri glavna stupa te njihova zakonodavna uporišta. Također, prikazana je uloga EBA-e koja je uz ECB glavno tijelo bankarske unije, a ujedno i tijelo zaduženo za nadzor financijskih institucija. Nadalje, biti će prikazane prednosti i mane integracije hrvatskog bankarskog sustava u navedeni financijski mehanizam. U radu je obrađeno i pitanje ravnopravnosti banaka između onih država koje nisu članice europodručja i onih koje jesu, jer države koje su izvan europodručja ne mogu sudjelovati u odlukama upravnog vijeća ECB-a. Navedeno pitanje je obrađeno kako bi se što bolje mogla prikazati težina odluke o učlanjivanju Hrvatske u bankarsku uniju. Provedena je i statistička analiza koja uspoređuje koeficijent korekcije ukupne neto izloženosti Hrvatske sa ostalim zemljama bankarske unije kako bi se pokazalo u kojoj mjeri Hrvatska odstupa od europskog prosjeka. This paper presents the establishment of a banking union, as an integrated financial framework in response to economic and financial problems. The aim of this graduate thesis is to analyze the process of creating a banking union and to present its role in the EU banking sector, as well as Croatia's ability to integrate into this system. The paper presents the structure of the banking union which consists of three main pillars and their legal bases. Also the role of the EBA is presented which together with the ECB is the main body of the banking community and at the same time the body responsible for overseeing financial institutions. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of integrating the Croatian banking system into the mentioned financial mechanism will be presented. The paper deals with the issue of equality between banks that are not members of the euro area and those that are, and it is because countries outside the European area can not participate in decisions of the ECB Governing Council. The above question was dealt with in order to better illustrate the weight of the decision to join Croatia in the banking union. A statistical analysis was also compiled and it compares the correction coefficient of Croatia's total net exposure with other countries of the banking community to show how much Croatia deviates from the European average.

Tekst predstavlja nalaze istraživanja građana, predstavnika civilnog sektora i predstavnika lokalne samouprave u sedam općina u Srbiji (na jugu i sjeveru), u čijem se fokusu nalaze stavovi prema migrantskoj populaciji i mogućnostima njihove integracije u slučaju trajnog naseljavanja. Pri odabiru općina uključenih u istraživanje, osnovni kriterij je bio da se radi o onim lokalnim sredinama koje su bile pogođene “migrantskom krizom”, odnosno koje su se nalazile na tzv. Balkanskoj migrantskoj ruti. Osnovna istraživačka metoda koja je korištena jest ispitivanje stavova i mišljenja u okviru fokus grupa. Dimenzije koje su nas posebno interesirale bile su: opći stavovi o migrantima, razlike koje se mogu izdvojiti u stavovima prema migrantima s obzirom na specifična obilježja, stavovi o mogućnostima ekonomske, kulturne i socijalne integracije migranata i percepcija razvojnih potencijala koje bi donijelo naseljavanje migranata. U fokusu su bile dvije poredbene dimenzije: južne naspram sjevernih općina i građanstvo naspram predstavnika lokalnih vlasti i administracije., This paper brings the results of the research of the citizens, representatives of civil sector and representatives of local authorities in seven Serbian municipalities (northern and southern), focusing on the statements and attitudes towards migrant population and possibilities of their integration in the case of their permanent settlement in Serbia. The main criterum for choosing respondents from specific municipalities was that they belong to local communities affected by the latest “migration crisis”, i.d. that they were at the so called ‘’Balkan route”. The main research method was group interview within focus groups. In this paper, the focus of the analysis is on the following dimensions: general attitudes towards migrants, differences in perceptions of migrants, perceptions of differences among migrants, cultural, social and economic integration of migrant population and perceptions of development potentials of migrant settlement in Serbia. We were specifically interested to explore differences between respondents on two dimensions: southern vs. northern municipalities and citizens vs. representatives of local authorities and administration.

Volonteri igraju ključnu ulogu u širokom spektru društvenih područja. Njihov doprinos zajednici često je neprocjenjiv, posebno u situacijama krize i hitnosti kao što su prirodne katastrofe, ratovi i druge izvanredne situacije. Istraživanje o njihovom radu pomaže u razumijevanju njihovog doprinosa društvu i identificiranju izazova s kojima se suočavaju. Ovaj rad na temu izazova volontera u radu s ukrajniskim ratnim izbjeglicama ima za cilj istražiti iskustva volontera u radu s izbjeglicama, uključujući organizaciju koja pruža volontiranje te obilježja volonterskog rada s izbjeglicama. Provedeno je kvalitativno istraživanje korištenjem polustrukturiranog intervjua kao metode prikupljanja podataka, a za obradu podataka korištena je tehnika tematske analize. U radu su analizirane kategorije i pojmovi unutar dvije teme: organizacija volontiranja i obilježja volonterskog rada s izbjeglicama. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da postoje brojni izazovi s kojima se volonteri susreću u radu s ukrajinskim ratnim izbjeglicama. Ipak, istraživanje naglašava važnost volonterskog rada u pružanju podrške izbjeglicama te ističe volontere kao ključne aktere u prepoznavanju potreba i rješavanju problema s kojima se izbjeglice suočavaju. Pružanjem informacija i osnaživanjem u ključnim aspektima njihovog životnog konteksta, volonteri pomažu izbjeglicama u procesu prilagodbe u novoj sredini te na taj način osiguravaju bolje uvjete za njihov život., Volunteers play a key role in a wide range of social areas. Their contribution to the community is often invaluable, especially in situations of crisis and emergency such as natural disasters, wars and other emergencies. Researching their work helps in understanding their contribution to society and identifying the challenges they face. The topic of this work is the challenges of volunteers in working with Ukrainian war refugees and its aim is to investigate the experiences of volunteers in working with refugees, including the organization that provides volunteering and the characteristics of volunteer work with refugees. Qualitative research was conducted using a semi-structured interview as a data collection method, and thematic analysis technique was used for data processing. The paper analyzed categories and terms within two topics: organization of volunteering and characteristics of volunteer work with refugees. The results of the research show that there are numerous challenges that volunteers face when working with Ukrainian war refugees. Nevertheless, the research emphasizes the importance of volunteer work in providing support to refugees and highlights volunteers as key actors in identifying the needs and solving the problems refugees face. By providing information and empowerment in key aspects of their life context, volunteers help refugees in the process of adaptation in a new environment and thus ensure better conditions for their life.

Integracija distribuiranih izvora ima niz prednosti, poput smanjenja linijskih gubitaka, poboljšane fleksibilnosti mreže, održivost proizvodnje energije i minimiziranje ulaganja u postojeću mrežu tijekom proširenja kapaciteta. Stabilnost elektroenergetskih mreža ostaje najvažniji čimbenik u integraciji, posebno obnovljivih distribuiranih izvora energije. Tehnologije skladištenja energije smatraju se prihvatljivim i nužnim rješenjem koje jamči glatke prijelaze s energetskih mreža s konvencionalnim strukturama na deregulirane sustave s integriranim velikim brojem obnovljivih i distribuiranih izvora. Vrijednost sustava za pohranu energije dobro je shvaćena iz tehničke perspektive. U ovom radu, odgovarajuća kategorizacija je ilustrirana s obzirom na različite snage i energetske ocjene tehnologija za pohranu energije. Tehnologije pohrane u različitim kategorijama prikladne su za pružanje specifičnih usluga mrežama, u rasponu od dinamičke podrške do upravljanja energijom. Potrebno je angažirati portfelj različitih tehnologija za pohranu kako bi se pružile različite usluge, što je od koristi i za mreže i za vlasnike pohrane. Usluge koje pružaju spremnici električne energije su smanjenje vršnog opterećenja, kompenzacija jalove snage, harmonijska kompenzacija, osiguranje tercijarne pričuve. Potrebna je odgovarajuća integracija, tako da mali skladišni objekti na distribucijskim razinama mogu pomoći u održavanju stabilnosti i pružiti fleksibilnost na vlastitom teritoriju, te ponuditi podršku dinamici i prijenos energije. Skladišni objekti biti će pušteni u rad u blizini velikih distribuiranih obnovljivih elektrana čime se rješavaju pitanja integracije OIE., The integration of distributed sources has a number of advantages, such as reduction of line losses, improved network flexibility, sustainability of energy production and minimization of investment in the existing network during capacity expansion. The stability of power grids remains the most important factor in the integration, especially of renewable distributed energy sources. Energy storage technologies are considered an acceptable and necessary solution that guarantees smooth transitions from energy networks with conventional structures to deregulated systems with an integrated large number of renewable and distributed sources. The value of energy storage systems is well understood from a technical perspective. In this paper, the appropriate categorization is illustrated with respect to different power and energy ratings of energy storage technologies. Storage technologies in different categories are suitable for providing specific services to networks, ranging from dynamic support to energy management. A portfolio of different storage technologies needs to be deployed to provide different services, which benefits both networks and storage owners. The services provided by electricity storage tanks are peak load reduction, reactive power compensation, harmonic compensation, and provision of tertiary reserve. Adequate aggregation is required, so that small storage facilities at the distribution levels can help maintain stability and provide flexibility in their own territory, and offer dynamic support and energy transfer. The storage facilities will be put into operation near large distributed renewable power plants, thus solving the issues of renewable energy integration.

Kvaliteta života pojam je za koji ne postoji općeprihvaćena definicija već je svaka znanost definira na svoj način. Geografski gledano, ona se definira kao prostor koji je pogodan za život te koji ispunjava temeljne ljudske potrebe. Glavni cilj diplomskog rada je ispitati kvalitetu života u tri odabrana hrvatsko-romska naselja Međimurske županije (Pribislavec, Orehovica, Mala Subotica). Za potrebe istraživanja odabrana su ona naselja u kojem je udio Roma u ukupnom stanovništvu najveći. Da bi se ispitala kvaliteta života provedeno je anketnog istraživanje. Tako se većinsko stanovništvo ispitivalo koliko su zadovoljni prirodnim okolišem, socijalnim odnosima, sigurnošću i rizikom izloženosti kriminalu u njihovu mjestu stanovanju. Anketnim istraživanjem došlo se do podataka da je kvaliteta života u hrvatsko-romskim naseljima narušena te da je hrvatsko i romsko stanovništvo u lošim socijalnim odnosima. Jedan od glavnih problema koji se javlja je prostorna odvojenost romske nacionalne manjine ima štetan utjecaj na ekonomske i sociokulturne faktore njihova života. U radu su postavljene četiri hipoteze. H1 (Hrvatsko stanovništvo u hrvatsko-romskim naseljima nezadovoljno je kvalitetom života) i H3 (Hrvatsko stanovništvo se u hrvatsko-romskim naseljima ne osjeća sigurno) nisu potvrđene, dok su H2 (Kvalitetom života najmanje je zadovoljno stanovništvo u naselju Pribislavec) i H4 (Negativan utjecaj Roma na prirodni okoliš najmanje je izražen u naselju Orehovica) potvrđene. Quality of life is a term for which there is no universally accepted definition, but each science defines it in its own way. Geographically, it is defined as a space that is suitable for life and which fulfills basic human needs. The main aim of the thesis is to examine the quality of life in three selected Croat-Roma settlements of Međimurje County (Pribislavec, Orehovica, Mala Subotica). The settlements where the share of the Roma national minority in the total population is the largest were selected for the purposes of the research. In order to examine the quality of life, a survey was conducted. Thus, the major Croatian population was asked how satisfied they were with the natural environment, social relations, safety and the risk of exposure to crime in their place of residence. Survey research revealed that the quality of life in Croat-Roma settlements is impaired and that the Croat and Roma population are in poor social relations. One of the main problems that arises is the spatial separation and marginal position of members of the Roma national minority. Such spatial separation of the Roma national minority has a harmful effect on the economic and sociocultural factors of their lives. Four hypotheses are set in the paper. H1 (Croatian population in Croat-Roma settlements is dissatisfied with the quality of life) and H3 (Croatian population does not feel safe in Croat-Roma settlements) were not confirmed, while H2 (The population in the settlement of Pribislavec is the least satisfied with the quality of life) and H4 (The population in the settlement of Orehovica is the least dissatisfied with the influence of Roma national minority on the natural environment) were confirmed.

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je sustav integracije beskontatnog mjernog uređaja Alicona IF-SensorR25 s industrijskim robotom ABB IRB4600. Dan je uvid i objašnjenje programskog koda razvijenog za realizaciju komunikacije pomoću računalne mreže temeljenje na TCP/IP protokolu između mjernog uređaja i upravljačkog sustava robota. Programska podrška koja se izvršava na mjernom računalu pisana je u programskom jeziku Python, dok je kod na upravljačkoj jedinici robota napisan u programskom jeziku RAPID. Proveden je proces mjerenja te su dobiveni mjereni rezultati prokomentirani u zaključnom dijelu rada. This thesis describes the integration process of 3D optical measurement instrument Alicona IF-SensorR25 with the ABB IRB4600 industrial robot. Thesis also gives an overview and explanation of the program code developed for the communication between measuring system and the robot controller based on the TCP/IP protocol. The software on the measuring computer is written in the Python programming language, while the code on the ABB controller is written in the RAPID programming language. The measurement process was performed, and the obtained results were commented on the final part of the paper.

Ovim radom nastoji se na temelju provedene analize postojeće regulative i postupanja dionika uključenih u prihvat i zbrinjavanje izbjeglih osoba iz Ukrajine dati osvrt na upravni kapacitet hrvatske javne uprave u početnim mjesecima aktivacije instituta privremene zaštite. Uvodno će se dati prikaz suvremenih promišljanja o upravnim kapacitetima te načelima kvalitetne javne uprave u Republici Hrvatskoj. Zatim će se prikazati razvoj instituta privremene zaštite, od povijesnog konteksta u kojem je nastala ideja o potrebi zaštite osoba koje su primorane napustiti svoja mjesta boravka, preko pravne regulacije kojom je uspostavljen okvir privremene zaštite u EU, do samog njezinog oživotvorenja, tj. prve aktivacije instituta. Zaključno će se sumirati je li javna uprava Republike Hrvatske sposobna adekvatno i u razumnom vremenu odgovoriti na potrebe masovnog dolaska raseljenih osoba te im omogućiti prikladnu integraciju., This paper aims to give an overview of the administrative capacity of the Croatian public administration in the initial months of the activation of the temporary protection institute, based on the analysis of existing regulations and actions of stakeholders involved in the reception and care of refugees from Ukraine. Introductory remarks on contemporary reflections on administrative capacities and the principles of quality public administration will be given. Moreover, development of the institute of temporary protection will be presented, from the historical context in which the idea of the need to protect people who are forced to leave their places of residence appeared, through the legal regulation that established the framework of temporary protection in the EU, to its actualization, i.e. the first activation of the institute. Finally, an answer will be given to the question of whether the public administration of the Republic of Croatia is able to respond adequately and in a timely manner to the needs of the mass influx of displaced persons and enable them to integrate appropriately.

Rad se temelji na rezultatima istraživanja koje je bilo potaknuto pretpostavkom da će pristupanjem Europskoj uniji u Hrvatskoj doći do promjene migracijskog obrasca, tj. da će se postupno povećavati priljev stranih radnika, što će nametnuti pitanje njihove integracije u hrvatsko društvo. U prvome dijelu rada naznačuju se obilježja suvremenih migracijskih tokova i migracijskih politika te teorijski pristupi istraživanju stavova prema imigrantima i neki rezultati tih istraživanja. Potom se opisuju obilježja hrvatskoga društva vezana uz očekivane promjene u migracijskom obrascu koja se mogu povezati s oblikovanjem stavova prema potencijalnim stranim radnicima. U središnjem dijelu rada iznose se i analiziraju rezultati istraživanja provedenog s pomoću anketnog upitnika na reprezentativnom uzorku (N = 1300) 2009. godine. Ispitivani su stavovi punoljetnih građana Hrvatske prema stranim radnicima, tj. prema njihovu mogućem ulasku na tržište rada i utjecaju na kulturu i vrijednosti hrvatskog društva, te društvena distanca prema njima. Pokazalo se da, unatoč tomu što se hrvatsko društvo još nije susrelo s izraženijim priljevom imigranata, ispitanici pokazuju visoku razinu otpora prema ulasku imigranata u hrvatsko društvo. Pritom potencijalne strane radnike umnogome percipiraju i kao socioekonomsku i kao sociokulturnu prijetnju te pokazuju nespremnost za prisnije kontakte s njima. Zaključuje se da ako se prihvati shvaćanje integracije imigranata kao dvosmjernoga procesa u kojem postoji obostrana otvorenost prema promjenama, pokazani rezultati istraživanja govore da za to neće biti dovoljna institucionalna i normativna pripremljenost za dolazak stranih radnika, nego i temeljito društveno djelovanje usmjereno na povećanje osjetljivosti domaćega stanovništva za sudjelovanje u tome procesu., The paper is based upon the results of the research initiated under the assumption that joining the European Union will change Croatia's migratory pattern; namely, the inflow of foreign workers will gradually increase, which will raise the question of their integration into Croatian society. The characteristics of the contemporary migration flows and migration policy are indicated in the first part of the paper, along with the theoretical approaches in studying attitudes towards immigrants, and some of the results pertaining to these studies. A description follows of Croatian society's characteristics related to the expected changes within the migration pattern, which can be connected to formation of the attitudes towards potential foreign workers. In the central part of the paper the results of the survey conducted in 2009 on a representative sample (N = 1300) are presented and analysed. The attitudes of adult Croatian citizens towards foreign workers are examined, that is, their stance towards their possible entrance to the (local) labour market and their potential influence upon the culture and the values of Croatian society, and the social distancing towards them. The results revealed that, in spite of the fact that Croatian society has not yet been confronted with any marked inflow of immigrants that the respondents demonstrated a high degree of resistance towards their entry into Croatian society. In this connection, the potential foreign workers are seen to a large extent both as a socioeconomic and as a sociocultural threat, and therefore the respondents, on average, expressed unwillingness for closer contacts with them. This leads to the conclusion that if integration of immigrants is understood as a two-fold process in which a mutual openness towards change should be present, then the obtained research results indicate that mere institutional and normative readiness for the reception of foreign workers will not be sufficient; it will need to be accompanied by a significant social action oriented towards enhancement of the sensitivity of the local population to take an active part in this process.

Dinamičan razvoj financijske industrije u posljednjih desetak godina, koji je s obzirom na vrstu financijskih posrednika još uvijek ostao bankocentričan, predstavlja dovoljan povod da se istraže uzroci koji su doveli do sadašnje strukture bankovnog sustava. Radom je, nakon prikaza teoretskih osnova oblika okrupnjavanja i povezivanja banaka, analiziran utjecaj stranih banaka na razvoj hrvatskoga bankovnog sustava te se, osim saznanja o kvantitativnim promjenama u bankovnom sustavu, istražilo motive banaka za okrupnjavanjem koji su između ostalog doveli do stvaranja učinaka ekonomija obujma i ekonomija obuhvata. Međutim, koncentracije među bankama mogu dovesti do stvaranja negativnih eksternalija koje zatim postaju potenci- jalne opasnosti za bankovni sustav. Dosadašnje spoznaje o razvoju bankovnog sustava iskorištene su izradu projekcija budućeg razvoja bankarstva, a na temelju podataka iz zemalja regije učinjena je usporedna analiza okrupnjavanja banaka u tim zemljama. Zaključuje se da su inozemne banke dosad bile najveći pokretači okrupnjavanja banaka u Republici Hrvatskoj, ali i da su pridonijele kvalitativnom razvoju bankovnog tržišta te produbljivanju spektra financijskog tržišta., Dynamic development of financial industry in some last ten years that, considering the kind of financial agents, remained bank-oriented represents a suficient reason to investigate the causes that brought to the present structure of banking system. After having presented theoretical bases of the integration forms and banks connection, the paper analyzes the influence of foreign banks on the development of Croatian bank system. Thus, beside the knowledge of quantitative changes in the banking system, the paper researched the motivations of the banks regarding integration that, among other things, brought to creating the effects of scale and scope economies. However, the concentrations among banks can lead to creation of negative externalities that later become potential dangers for the banking. Pre-cognitions on development of banking system are used to create projection of future banking development while the data basis of the countries from the region enabled the comparative analysis of banks integration in these countries. The conclusion is that the foreign banks have been the largest promoters of bank integration in the Republic of Croatia contributing also to qualitative development of banking market and to deepening of financial market spectrum.

Tekst je napisan u sklopu rada na projektu »Socijalna integracija i kolektivni identiteti u višeetničkim područjima Hrvatske«, kao prilog u izradi teorijsko-hipotetičnoga okvira istraživanja. Rad je tematski podijeljen na dva dijela. U prvome dijelu autori problematiziraju konceptualizacije različitih teorijskih pristupa društvenoj integraciji, od klasikâ sociologije do novijih rasprava, te se nastoji pokazati na koji je način svaki od njih značajno pridonio konceptualizaciji društvene integracije. U radu autori upozoravaju na »problematičnost«, ali i »neizbježnost« razlikovanja različitih aspekata i dimenzija društvene integracije (društvene u užem smislu i sistemske). Drugi dio rada uključuje analizu nacionalne integracije kao dominantna oblika integracije u modernim društvima. U toj analizi autori zastupaju tezu o kulturi nacionalizma, koja uključuje ideje i vrijednosti društvenoga ekskluzivizma. Bave se i različitim izazovima koji danas stoje pred nacionalnom integracijom, onima poteklima od globalizacijskih i nadnacionalnih procesa, ali i onima koji imaju izvor na lokalnim i regionalnim razinama. U zaključnom su dijelu na temelju provedene analize postavljena pitanja hipotetičnoga karaktera na koja bi valjalo odgovoriti empirijsko istraživanje o proturječjima i dometima integracijskih procesa u hrvatskome društvu., The text has been written as part of the work on the “Social Integration and Collective Identity in Multiethnic Areas of Croatia” project, as a contribution in the setting of the theoretical and hypothetical framework of the research. The paper is divided into two thematic sections. In the first, the authors deal with the issue of the conceptualisation of diverse theoretical approaches to social integration – from the classics of sociology to the most recent discussions – and endeavour to show the manner in which each of them has contributed significantly to the conceptualisation of social integration. The authors draw attention to the “problematic nature”, and also to the “inevitability” of differentiation of the diverse aspects and dimension of integration (social in the narrow sense and also systemic). The second part of the paper includes analysis of national integration as the dominant form of integration in modern societies. In that analysis, the authors support the thesis of a culture of nationalism, which includes the ideas and values of social exclusivism. They also deal with the various challenges confronting national integration today, those that have derived from globalisation and supranational processes, but also those that have their source at local and regional levels. On the basis of the analysis conducted, questions that were hypothetical in nature were posed in the concluding part, which should be answered by empirical research into the contradictions and range of integrational processes in Croatian society.

U radu se istražuju suvremene migracije visokoobrazovanih Međimuraca u Republiku Austriju nakon ulaska Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju 2013. godine. Na temelju kvalitativnog terenskog istraživanja (polustrukturiranim intervjuima s jedanaest kazivača oba spola i različitih obrazovanja), relevantne literature i analize statističkih podataka iz Hrvatske i Austrije istraženi su uzroci i motivi iseljavanja iz Međimurske županije te integracijski i transnacionalni procesi. Pri odluci o preseljenju, samom činu preseljenja i početku života u drugoj zemlji uočava se velika važnost socijalne migrantske mreže. Istraživanje pokazuje da su uzroci migracija ekonomski, često u kombinaciji s ljubavnim motivima, a prisutno je i nezadovoljstvo poslovnim prilikama u Hrvatskoj, nepoštivanjem radnika i neuređenosti državnog sustava na svim razinama. Značajnom se pokazala i tradicija iseljavanja iz Međimurja u Austriju te prostorna blizina Hrvatske i Austrije koja olakšava ne samo iseljavanje već i transnacionalne procese. Migranti su se u austrijsko društvo vrlo dobro integrirali te većina u skorijoj budućnosti ne planira povratak u Hrvatsku. This paper deals with the contemporary migrations of highly educated people of Međimurje to the Republic of Austria after the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union in 2013. Causes and motivation for immigration from Međimurje County, as well as integration and transnational processes, were studied based on the qualitative field research (using semi-structured interviews with 11 participants of both genders and different professions), relevant literature and analysis of statistical data from Croatia and Austria. The data have shown great significance of migrant social networks in decision to move, the moving process, as well as starting a life abroad. Furthermore, the reasons for migration proved to be mostly economic, often combined with love motives, followed by dissatisfaction with employment opportunities, disrespectful behaviour in the workplace and poor organization in all levels of government. Of great influence are also both the tradition of migration from Međimurje to Austria, and spatial proximity of Croatia and Austria which simplifies not only the immigration, but also the transnational processes. Migrants claim to have successfully integrated into the Austrian society and most of them do not plan to return to Croatia in the near future.

U ovo diplomskom radu bit će objašnjen pojam mikromreže, njezini načini rada, te glavni dijelovi. Nakon teorijskog dijela rada bit će odrađena analiza rada mikromreže FERIT 1, te će se odrediti njezin utjecaj na vanjsku mrežu. Cilj rada je analizirati na koji način različite potrošnje fakulteta i proizvodnje iz fotonaponske elektrane i vjetroagregata djeluju na naponske prilike, te da li će posljedice biti pozitivne ili negativne. Osim toga bit će odrađeni i pokusi povećanja razine integracije kako bi se odredilo do koje mjere se može integrirati distribuirana proizvodnja, a da ne dođe do nastanka problema u mreži. In this thesis, the concept of micro-network, methods of work, and its parts will be explained. After the theoretical part, an analysis of the work of the FERIT 1 micronetwork will be performed, and the impact of this work on the external network will be determined. The aim of this paper is to analyze how different consumption and production from photovoltaic power plants and wind turbines affect voltage conditions, and whether the consequences will be positive or negative. In addition, attempts will be made to increase the level of integration in order to determine the extent to which distributed generation can be integrated without causing network problems.

U radu se govori o sve bitnijoj i većoj ulozi školskoga knjižničara u odgojno-obrazovnoj integraciji učenika izbjeglica te o knjižnici kao mjestu koje ne dopušta izdvajanje, mržnju i netoleranciju. Iako prepoznat kao bitan faktor u teoriji, u praksi kompetencije, sposobnosti i znanja školskoga knjižničara teško dolaze do izražaja. U pokazivanju punog potencijala mogu pomoći i dobri odnosi s ostalim odgojno-obrazovnim osobljem koje također sudjeluje u odgojno-obrazovnoj integraciji učenika izbjeglica. Oni su prošli kroz razne nedaće i trebalo bi im se izaći u susret te približiti različite kulture kroz razne radionice za učenike, seminare i predavanja za roditelje i osoblje škole... Provedeno je istraživanje na malom uzorku školskih knjižničara koji rade u školama s učenicima izbjeglicama. Rezultati su pokazali da većina školskih knjižničara ipak nije dovoljno uključena u integraciju učenika izbjeglica te nisu imali prevelik kontakt s njima i njihovim roditeljima, nisu upoznati s radionicama, nisu pohađali stručno usavršavanje za rad s njima i ne uključuju ih u život škole. Kako bi se to promijenilo potrebno je osvijestiti postupke koji se u ovom slučaju ne izvode, a školski knjižničari trebali bi razumjeti da svojim radom mogu pozitivno utjecati na iskustvo učenika izbjeglica. The paper deals with the increasingly important and increasing role of the school librarian in the educational integration of refugee students and the library as a place that does not allow separation, hatred and intolerance. Although recognized as an important factor in theory, in practice its competences, abilities and knowledge hardly come to the expression. Good relations with other educational staff who also participate in the educational integration of refugee students can also help in demonstrating their full potential. They have been through various adversities and different cultures should be brought closer through various workshops for students, seminars and lectures for parents and school staff... A study was conducted on a small sample of school librarians working in schools with refugee students. The results showed that most school librarians were not sufficiently involved in the integration of refugee students and did not have too much contact with them and their parents, were not familiar with the workshops, did not attend professional training to work with them and did not include them in the life of the school. In order to change this, it is necessary to raise awareness of the procedures that are not performed in this case, and school librarians should understand that their work can positively affect the experience of refugee students.
