The vibration characteristics of the rotor of the self-made rotating machinery fault simulation test bench were studied by combining software simulation and experimental analysis. The rotor was modeled in 3D using Solidworks software and meshed in Altair Hyper Mesh software for import into ANSYS Workbench software for post-processing analysis. Firstly, the deformation and stress distribution of the double-disc rotor were obtained by static analysis. Considering the influence of gyroscopic effect, the natural frequency and mode shape cloud map were obtained by modal analysis. The Campbell diagram was generated to analyze the variation characteristics of the vibration component of the rotor in the set speed range. The harmonic response analysis was used to obtain the dynamic response in a specific frequency domain. Finally, the experimental mode analysis was carried out and compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the finite element model. The results show that there is a certain degree of stress concentration at the shaft shoulder position. The critical speed is much greater than the working speed, which can effectively avoid resonance. The dynamic stiffness of the structure is good and meets the design requirements. In engineering problems, a test bench is often built based on the simplified dynamic model of the entire machine for research. The research results can provide a reference for the vibration characteristic analysis of this type of rotor, and play a certain guiding role for the simulation experiment of rotating machinery failure. To improve the low efficiency and cumbersome clamping process in the surface processing of optical domes, a vacuum adsorption clamping structure for optical domes was designed. The " two rotations + one swing + micro-feed" processing technology was used to grind and polish the inner and outer surfaces of the optical dome, and a hollow turntable structure was designed. The vacuum negative pressure required for clamping the dome was analyzed and verified, and it was confirmed that the dome would not slip during the processing under this vacuum negative pressure. Workbench software was used to simulate the deformation of the dome-clamping chuck model during the processing. The simulation results show that the deformation of the inner clamping chuck model is larger than that of the outer clamping chuck model under the same parameters. As a chuck material, the deformation resistance of 45 steel is better than that of aluminum alloy. The deformation of the model increases with the increase of grinding pressure, while the vacuum negative pressure and the size of the grinding wheel haveless effect on the model deformation. In view of the compound adding requirement of a hard cigarette filter rod, a kind of loading and unloading mechanism of cigarette filter rods was designed. ANSYS WorkBench software was used to simulate the transient dynamics of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism by using the method of transient dynamics analysis, and the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism were studied from the perspective of structural dynamics. The analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism is 112.54 MPa, which is less than the allowable stress of the material. The rationality and stability of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism were verified by setting up an experimental platform for testing. The results show that the structure design of the filter rod loading and unloading mechanism is reasonable, and the success rate of loading rods reaches 100%, which can meet the work requirements. Taking single stage double suction centrifugal pump ASP150-355R as the research object,the rotor structure and accessory parts were modeled by Pro/Engineer. Through the static analysis and fatigue life analysis of the rotor structure by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,the maximum damage location and the minimum number of fatigue life cycles are obtained,which correspond to the results of static analysis and verify the correctness of fatigue analysis. The ANSYS APDL command flow is used to parameterize the modeling of the rotating shaft and generate the probability analysis file. The reliability of the rotating shaft is analyzed by ANSYS PDS module. The result shows that the reliability of the pump shaft under certain confidence is 0. 936 when the confidence is 95%,the reliability of the rotating shaft structure is 0. 936. The pump group is stable under the design condition,and the working performance of the rotor meets the design requirements. The research results have certain reference value for the performance of similar pumps under design conditions.

In the operation of the gate, the hinge plays an important role as the main bearing and supporting parts. Taking the triangle gate in the project "Yin Jiang Ji Huai" as an example, the nonlinear finite element analysis on the top pintle based on Workbench was carried out, and the results are compared with the theoretical calculation results of material mechanics. Results show that the theoretical calculation results are higher than the finite element results because the whole coordination of the structure and the nonlinear contact behavior between components can't be taken into account, which highlights that the theoretical calculation is suitable for the design of top pintle structure paying attention to safety, and the finite element method has more guiding significance for its application in engineering practice, which provides a reference for the choice of theoretical calculation and finite element method in production practice. The firing pin of chain demolition equipment are prone to fatigue damage under repeated loads， threaten the quality of chain products. In order to study the rule of firing pin fatigue damage， using the workbench software to perform the finite element analysis of the firing pin. Firstly， through the static strength analysis， the weak parts of the firing pin are determined， on this basis， the fatigue life is calculated， and the fatigue life of the firing pin is obtained. Comparing the data with the actual verification， the results show that the effect of the two methods is consistent and the validity of the finite element analysis is verified， it also provides some technical reference for the following equipment maintenance and structure optimization.

Due to the current situation of Chinese high-speed motor train unit（EMU） gearbox monopolized by foreign for a long time,and facing the gearbox body cracking problems frequently,the aluminum alloy box body of high-speed EMU is redesigned.By using the three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works,the box body model is created,and the load calculation of the designed box body under two conditions of short circuit and startup is carried out separately.By using the finite element analysis software Workbench,the strength is analyzed,then the simulation test results verify the designed box body won’t appear plastic deformation and crack in both working conditions.According to the analysis results evaluated by TJ / JW064-2015 in startup conditions,to testify that the designed housing meet the requirement of train operation.The research has important reference value to the independent research and development of the high speed Emu gearbox.

Althought Simple jack-up type intelligence stereo parking space to ease the parking problem in public,its bedplate frame occurred deformation in the process of rising. reduced stereo parking space stability,shorten the working life of the stereo parking space. Deformation of the frame belongs to the nonlinear structure problem. First established the mechanical model framework to solve the deformation of frame,and caculated the overturning moment,bearing force,the strength of the frame.Second using finite element analysis software ANSYS-workbench module to the rotary column in the 0°and 90°two condition of the framework for the calculation of mechanical property simulation,in order to obtained the deformation amount,the deformation direction the principal stress and the maximum stress position under the two conditions. Finally,the deformation test of the sample machine with software of test system. According to the test result validates the mechanical model,according to the analysis result showed the problems,and proposed frame suggestions for improvement,provided an important reference value to improve the stereo parking space stability.

Using the flat container to extrude thin wall sheet of width is an effective method,but the stress condition is very complex,and the fracture easily takes place on the risk section. In order to improve the flat container lifeservice, Workbench is used to simulate the maximum equivalent stress and strain under different relative interference magnitude and different outer wall thickness.The results show that the best relative interference magnitude is 2.50‰～2.75‰ of 5 MN flat container; under the same conditions,the working stress decreases by 7.05% when inner diameter of outer wall is 232 mm. So,the method is feasible which reduces the flat container maximum equivalent stress by changing outer wall thickness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
