When partial discharge occurs within transformers， the pulse current signal propagates along the winding. Detecting this pulse current signal at both ends of the winding enables the identification of partial discharge within the transformer. To this end， a wideband equivalent circuit model for the transformer is established. In high-voltage windings where partial discharges are likely to occur， partial discharge pulses are applied between different wound disks and the ground to simulate the discharge to the ground at different locations of the high-voltage winding. Pulse current signals are then collected at the end screen of the high-voltage casing and at the neutral point to study the propagation rules of the partial discharge pulse current signal at different locations within the transformer windings. Through calculations， it is observed that the energy ratios of pulse current signals in two distinct frequency bands are linearly correlated with the distance ratio of pulse current propagation， and the maximum error observed in this context is 9.80 wound disks. This method facilitates localization of partial discharge within the transformer， and the results of field experiment subsequently validate the effectiveness of this localization technique.

In order to accurately identify the operating condition of the smoothing reactor， a deep learning method based on CNN （convolutional neural network） is introduced. A voiceprint pattern recognition model for reactor windings using Mel spectrogram is developed. The sound signals are collected using dry smoothing reactors as the experimental object. The Mel filter method is used to convert the collected sound signals into a spectrogram with different working conditions used as the labels of the data set. The CNN algorithm is used to identify the working conditions corresponding to the different signals. The results show that CNN can be used to accurately identify dry voiceprint patterns of smoothing reactors. The optimized neural network can achieve an accuracy of 98.4% in recognition of voiceprint signals under sinusoidal excitation， harmonic excitation and DC bias excitation. The research results provide a potential technical solution for realizing intelligent detection of power grid signals.

In order to prevent tipping paper from winding on gluing roller at machine start/stop stage, an air blowing device was designed for ZJ116B cigarette maker. An IPC system was used to control the on/off of air supply, the air jets installed on the upper and lower sides of tipping paper blew the tipping paper at both sides during the start/stop stage to keep the tipping paper at a tensioned state and prevent it from falling on the gluing roller. The modified ZJ116B cigarette maker was tested on slim cigarettes of brand "Mount Tai (White General)" in Qingdao Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the frequency of tipping paper winding on gluing roller reduced from 7.4 times/shift to 0, and the time for artificial gluing roller cleaning decreased by 74 min/shift.
