To solve the problems in the traditional railway engineering surveying process, including unsound project management system, difficulty in resource allocation between projects, lack of the number of person and equipment in the project, and lack of intuitive overall data for production projects and outdated information technology means. This paper developed a railway surveying production management system based on J2EE business construction mode and Vue front-end and back-end separation technology, making the use of the open-source WebGIS framework Leaflet as the basis for visualizing maps. Combining with images, maps, vector features and other data, the system realized the locating, information querying, and whole-process management of person, equipment, and vehicles in the production projects. It utilized spatial analysis functions to assist in decision-making for the scheduling of person and equipment near project areas, fully utilizing production elements. The application testing was conducted on the refined measurement network resurvey project of the Xi'an - Yan'an high-speed railway Tongchuan section to verify the integrity and usability of the system throughout the process of starting, planning, allocating. The research indicates that the system effectively enhances the management efficiency of surveying production projects by standardizing the production system process and realize the information management of production projects. Mine ecological environment monitoring and governance is a critical requirement for national ecological civilization construction and the dual carbon goal. The informatization and intelligent construction of the mine ecological environment have become an important part of Digital China driven by the new generation of information technology, and it is also an inevitable trend in the development of the current era. However, existing mine ecological environment monitoring systems are still in the primary stage with a single theme, incomplete elements, basic measurement, and local management, and they cannot meet the demand for multi-element, long-term, high-frequency monitoring and analysis of the mine ecological environment. To address this problem, the quantitative remote sensing monitoring and intelligent analysis system for the mine ecological environment under B/S architecture is proposed, called Mine Ecology Remote Eyes. The development requirements, technical framework, key technologies, and core functions of the system are further described in detail. The system utilizes satellite remote sensing technology and other monitoring methods to obtain and aggregate mine ecological big data from different sources, forming a map of mine distribution and data resource services. Using quantitative remote sensing to invert ecological parameters of mine environments, a set of long-term and multi-element monitoring products can be generated. These products cover various ecological elements such as human activities, natural geographical conditions, and “vegetation-soil-water-atmosphere” parameters. The system provides a range of tools for GIS spatial and temporal analysis, statistical analysis, and comprehensive quantitative evaluation. With these tools, users can monitor spatial changes in ecological parameters such as land use and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) in mining areas along with mining activities, as well as query and visualize historical statistical values of ecological elements such as soil water content and suspended solids concentration in water under different spatiotemporal locations or regions. Additionally, the system enables comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the quality of the mine ecological environment taking into account multiple ecological elements. Finally, the system generates a monitoring report on ecological disturbance and governance of the mine. The application of Mine Ecology Remote Eyes will facilitate the change monitoring, data management, intelligent analysis, and decision-making applications of the mine ecological environment. This system has the potential to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of monitoring and governance of the mine ecological environment, and provides a reference for promoting the informatization of ecological civilization.

In order to improve the efficiency of submarine pipeline inspection, and manage inspection data more reasonably and effectively, so as to analyze and predict pipeline health status more scientifically, an efficient and intelligent submarine pipeline inspection management platform was constructed by using WebGIS and 3D visualization technology. The platform has functions such as automatic management of job flow, visual monitoring of job site, intelligent analysis and visual display of inspection data. The results of applications show that the platform is advanced and reliable, and can enable the submarine pipeline inspection system to be automated, visualized and intelligent. The improvement and promotion of the platform will be of great significance to ensure the high efficiency and low fault operation of China′s submarine pipelines.

In order to adapt to the in-depth application of information management under the current normal disaster reduction and abnormal disaster relief scenarios, this paper proposes a design scheme of business platform for natural disaster emergency response process. Data exchange method was adopted to realize information sharing among multiple departments; the comprehensive natural disaster database was established to realize unified data source management and real-time update; intelligent mobile terminals was used to push natural disaster information to realize government society public multi-dimensional coordination; based on the network geographic information system, the natural disaster risk status was displayed in real time to realize the application of natural disaster risk monitoring and early warning, comprehensive research and judgment and emergency command. The platform effectively improves the management level of natural disaster risk control and the efficiency of emergency management, and truly achieve the goal of cross domain, multi-disaster and whole process closed-loop management and accurate control of natural disaster risk.

With the continuous improvement of user needs and the continuous enrichment of spatial data, the same geospatial scope includes different types of spatial data such as terrain, remote sensing images, and 3D models of oblique photogrammetry. 3D WebGIS cannot effectively load different types of spatial da⁃ ta in the same scene . This paper proposes a spatial data loading optimization method for 3D WebGIS to op⁃ timize the efficient loading of multiple types of spatial data. First, using the structural features of 3D Tiles with regular enclosing volume shapes and overlapping regions, a fast growth algorithm based on binary tree is proposed to locate and extract the outer boundary of 3D model. Then, there were jagged protrusions on the outer boundary of the roughly extracted polygon. In order to solve the problem, a polygon simplification method based on two neighboring points was proposed to optimize the outer boundary of the polygon to achieve accurate extraction of the outer boundary of the 3D model. Finally, by judging the inclusion of map tile and terrain tile data relationship to achieve selective loading of tile data. Experiments show that when the viewpoint height is below 300 meters, the total load of map tile data can be reduced by about 40%, indi⁃ cating that the optimization method in this paper can significantly improve the data loading efficiency of the system without affecting the visualization of 3D WebGIS . In view of the requirements of coal mine safety monitoring system upgrade and reconstruction fusion linkage, the application architecture of multi-system fusion linkage and “one picture” mode based on WebGIS technology is proposed. On the unified GIS platform, the data interaction and correlation alarm process between the systems are designed, and the centralized display platform including environmental monitoring, personnel positioning, video image and other systems is developed. On the two-dimensional GIS map, the deep data integration and the overall application of functions of various systems are realized, which improves the efficiency of coal mine safety monitoring and the speed of emergency treatment.

To meet the demand of soil moisture content monitoring on a national scale, at the level of data acquisition, a soil moisture content data acquisition and perception technology system based on in-situ monitoring of automatic soil moisture content monitoring station and multi-source heterogeneous thematic data was constructed in this study, which realized the online monitoring of soil moisture content and multi-source data fusion. Further in terms of data quality control in the soil moisture data quality control strategy was proposed for data cleaning and established the soil moisture content data correction and interpolation model, in the cloud background received by the TCP/IP protocol of the Internet of things device came back after the packet data parsing and quality judgment. For abnormal or missing data, through the calibration data interpolation model to predict, avoided the interruption problem caused by the missing data, ensured data accuracy, integrity, and availability. Moreover, the soil moisture content data correction and interpolation model adopted the deep learning algorithm and the Stacking strategy to merge the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) networks. The soil moisture content monitoring system facing the national scale had the characteristics of a large number of automatic station devices, massive user visits, and vast amounts of data computation, and had the characteristics of high frequency, high concurrency, and continuous growth. The ordinary web architecture could not ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system. Therefore, the system adopted the cloud-native technology system suitable for the cloud computing characteristics, used the micro-service architecture and the container technology to construct a flexible development model, and improved the efficiency of computing resource utilization. The system architecture design was based on the cloud-native technology, the module of the system was flexibly developed and deployed in the form of micro-services, the independent instance of packaging and running container technology was used to solve the problem of environmental configuration and resource utilization efficiency, and the container was dynamically scheduled to optimize the utilization of cloud computing resources. The core modules such as soil moisture content data reporting collection, soil moisture content data visualization analysis, and soil moisture content data mining application were arranged in the system. Based on GIS (Geographic Information System) spatial analysis and WebGL technology, the front-end 3D WebGIS data analysis function module was developed, and the collaborative Kriging interpolation method was used to realize the online analysis and visual mapping of collaborative soil moisture content, land use types, altitude, and other multi-source data. The system mined the data value deeply and utilized the deep learning algorithm to realize the soil moisture content prediction service which used the data of the past 8 days to predict the data of the next day. Based on the principle of water balance, the application service of irrigation decision was realized. By selecting the crop coefficient recommended by FAO and the growth stage of the corresponding planting crops, the water demand of crops was calculated, and the water balance analysis was realized and the reference irrigation water quantity was recommended. Since its application, the system had been deeply applied in more than 21 provinces, 970 automatic monitoring stations had been established, and more than 60 million automatic moisture monitoring stations had been collected. The system provided reliable data sources and technical support for decision-making departments, agricultural technicians, researchers, and other users to master the current situation of soil moisture content, guide agricultural water-saving irrigation, and obtain accurate and continuous soil moisture content scientific research data. In order to solve the contradiction between the extensive demand of WebGIS and the high development cost, the SAAS mode is proposed for WebGIS scheme. The scheme can satisfy user customization, ease of use, and guarantee the performance of the server. The key technology is to use service-oriented architecture to modularized services that are commonly used, and distribute them reasonably in server and browser side. The user customizes the user interface and business logic through the configurator, and stores the corresponding files into the metadata. The process control engine on the browser side creates instances and completes customized implementations by reading the business rules files in XML format. 为了加强基层地质灾害管理部门的质灾害防治工作，有效进行地质灾害应急指挥和开展全民群测群防工作，基于WebGIS技术、分布式海量数据管理技术以及移动互联网技术，设计了面向服务的县级地质灾害管理系统，能够满足面向基层地质灾害管理部门和社会公众的不同需求.该系统采用内外网物理隔离的拓扑结构，既能保证数据更新的便捷性，又能保证数据存储的安全性；同时可为基层地质灾害管理部门、地质灾害调查人员及社会公众等应用对象提供地质灾害动态信息管理、灾害发生应急指挥、灾害调查自动化办公、灾害信息查询及预警发布等多元服务；既满足了基层地质灾害管理与防治工作的需求，又能引导社会公众参与地质灾害群测群防体系.该系统已在浙江省文成县成功应用.

政府部门对气象防灾减灾越来越重视，对气象短时临近预报的准确性和时效性要求也越来越高.宁波市气象局开发了气象短时临近预报和预警发布系统.该系统采用了 WebGIS软件ArcGIS Srever和Oracle数据库，结合J2EE平台、Struts架构和Adobe的FLEX技术进行开发，把地理信息与各种气象数据结合起来直观显示，方便预报员在短时间内对灾害性天气进行分析预报，发布预警信号.

Monitoring the dynamic changes information of water, nutrient and salinity, analyzing and diagnosing, and putting forward regulation and control plan, are the basement of improving the production management level of saline alkali farmland. This paper developed a monitoring and regulation management system of water-nutrient-salt in saline alkali farmland based on WebGIS platform, Silverlight 5 and WCF (windows communication foundation) technology. And the technologies of point data monitoring, spatial analysis, and visualization were fused in the system. A series of models that included 15 models (3 kinds) for characteristics analysis, diagnosis and early warning, and control decision of farmland soil water, fertilizer, saline and alkali were set up. And the models were constructed based on the principle of statistics, the principle of water, fertilizer, salt and alkali balance of crop, and the stress response principle of crop to soil water, nutrient, salt and alkali. The system and the models were integrated and applied. The results showed that a whole process optimization management system of “integration of six aspects” was formed, providing an effective assistant decision-making tool for the production management of saline alkali farmland. The system integrated data collection, data management, statistical analysis, diagnosis and early warning, control and decision-making technology and implementation management measures. The results of data processing and analysis of the models were proved to be scientific and effective, and the system application decision was proved to be realistic. The system was applied in Wudi County, Shandong Province, China. The application results showed that the management plan proposed by the system effectively alleviated the salt and water restriction, and the desalination rate of soil salt reached 12.86% in 3 years. The scheme promoted the role of nutrient regulation and fertilizer reduction decision-making measures, and soil nutrient tended to be stable and balanced in space in general. The input-output benefits and production decision efficiency of agricultural production had been significantly improved. The comprehensive water saving rate in the years of 2014-2016 was up to 31.02%, and the nutrient saving rates of N (nitrogen), P (phosphorus) and K (potassium) were 28.69%-63.14%, 10.07%-67.98%, and 97.98%-100% respectively. Wheat and corn yield increased respectively by 10.60% and 16.36% annually, which were close to the expected. The study also found that soil salinity and pH value showed a phenomenon of “salt lowering and alkali rising”. Soil moisture had a negative correlation with pH value, but it was not a simple functional relationship. The organic matter increased under the effect of applying organic manure, especially the double-season crop straw returning to field, but its later growth rate was slowed down rapidly, which was related to the raising of corn silage and the decrease of organic matter returning to field. The effective nutrient was affected by the amount of fertilizer, the way of fertilization and the absorption and loss of crops, and the fluctuation was large. So regulatory intention in short term was difficult to be realized. All these phenomena need to be further studied and discussed. In addition, due to the low reliability of the Yellow River’s water sources, the role of the system was limited. It is suggested that reservoirs or river interception should be used to store water. The research is helpful to explore the dynamic rule of water, nutrient and salinity in saline alkali soil by means of information technology and improve the precision management in the field. In order to solve the problems that data are difficult to save, planting structure map is difficult to draw manually, and the existing management system does not match the demand in the present stage of farm management, an agricultural production management information system is designed and developed based on WebGIS technology, aimed at meeting the request of agricultural production management for large or medium-sized farms with the mode of “farm + production team”. The system is developed with Browser/Server software architecture by using Java as development language. The database is designed as attribute database and spatial database thinking about the multilevel and spatiotemporal characteristics of farm data. The attribute database is created by MySQL database management system. ArcGIS platform is used to construct spatial database, and publish maps as services to ArcGIS Server sites. The development environment integrates Spring MVC (model-view-controller), JPA (Java persistence API), and Hibernate, so as to achieve the effect of layered development. WebGIS front-end development is implemented by ArcGIS API for JavaScript. Bootstrap response design is adopted to support user access to the system through mobile terminals such as smartphones, and tablets. The implementation of the system is divided into 2 steps. Firstly, we give structural expression and management for the factors such as the general situation of the farm, the establishment of the organization, the production resources, the planting structure and the field management process. Secondly, the farm on the ground is managed and displayed on the Internet. The goal is to realize the whole process information management of crop production. The process is from pre-sowing to the field management and then to the harvest, and so on. Farm managers can report and examine this information at any time and anywhere. The main functional modules include farm organization management, production material management, production datum reporting, thematic analysis, information service publication and system management. Production materials include farmer, agricultural machinery and arable land. The production datum consists of planting plan, farming activity, farming progress, disease and insect, and disaster situations. Based on the datum of the production datum reporting module, farm planting structure map (pie chart), production team planting structure map (histogram), and field planting distribution map can be dynamically generated. System management includes user management, crop management and module management. Three types of users named system administrator, farm user and production team user, are designed in the system. Each type of user has different functional rights and is set up through the user management module. Crop management module provides a way for farm user to manage the crops grown on their own farm, including the setting of the display attributes of different crops on the map. Module management allows different users to customize the functional modules they need. At present, the system has been successfully applied in some farms or agricultural bases, such as Longkang Farm in Anhui Province, Xeltala Farm and Tenihe Farm in Hulunbuir City, academician workstation, and so on. Practical applications show that the system has the advantages of being easy to use, strong universality and good extensibility. For example, data flows and thematic maps are independent, so the information management function is not affected when some farms fail to customize the farm space database. The system is also applicable for those farms such as agricultural research stations, cooperatives, and family farms, in which farmers manage the field directly. The system can assist the farm managers to work scientifically, conveniently and efficiently, so as to improve the informatization and modernization level of farm production management, also enhance leaders’ macro decision-making ability. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of underground pipelines in Shanghai, and develops the underground pipeline life cycle geo-information system in combination with the underground pipeline life cycle planning management institution and pipeline comprehensive database, based on the industry-leading WebGIS technology. Direct at the characteristics and drawbacks of existing load balancing scheduling strategy under WebGIS cluster environment, we propose client active load balancing strategy under the WebGIS cluster environment, the research is mainly focused on the architecture of WebGIS cluster without central dispatching center (load balancer) and the active task decomposition method on client-side, finally realizes the load balancing between each service node under WebGIS cluster environment, solves the performance bottleneck problem for transmitting requests in traditional WebGIS model which has a load balancing scheduling center node and the problem of response delay. Finally, we use different number of concurrent users to do simulation experiment, the results show that, compared with the traditional load balancing strategies under WebGIS cluster environment, the client active load balancing strategy designed in this paper can effectively shorten the average response time, improve the concurrent processing capability of WebGIS cluster, the greater the number of concurrent users, the effect is more obvious. Underground coal mining leads to ground subsidence that adversely impacts the environment. So it is significant to develop a three-dimensional WebGIS in the coal mining subsidence area to provide visualisation of geospatial information which helps multiple stakeholders to contribute to a more collaborative ecological environment govern and recover planning process of coal mining subsidence area. The Google Earth API enables developers to embed Google Earth applications into Web pages. With JavaScript code, the API can display place marks, lines, polygons, overlays, and 3D models on the imagery, just as the standalone versions as Google Earth can. According to WebGIS theory, this study developed a three-dimensional visualization platform of Huainan coal mining subsidence area based on Google Earth API and Javascript technology. The platform contains spatial data, attributes, thematic analysis and provides multi-source data management, information inquiry, flight simulation in order to assist managers in taking a long-term holistic approach to integrated subsidence area managements decisions. In order to solve the efficiency problem in vector map visualization with the traditional vector map visualization model, and to improve the capability of parallel processing for vector maps, a new approach for parallel visualization of vector maps is proposed, based on vector data spatial distribution information. This research focuses on the principles related to the collection, retrieval and analysis of vector data spatial distribution information. A workflow for decomposition and parallel processing are elaborated in this paper. Eventually, when all of the computing resources in a server cluster are sufficiently utilized, the parallel visualization of vector data can be realized. This article elaborates design and implementation of laboratory information sharing system, simply describes the technologies and software used in the process of system development. At the beginning of system development, by using extensive laboratory information management system development cases for reference, combining with existing software and hardware conditions, a solution of information sharing platform was designed aiming at the actual demand of Key Laboratory of Oasis Ecology under Ministry of Education in Xinjiang University. Based on the Java language, this system has adopted B/S architecture, obeyed MVC design pattern and realized some functions like the publication of spatial data and the management of information, such as personnel, material, and data. The system has the features of cross-platform and cross-browser for some open source software used in the system, like MapServer, PostgreSQL, OpenLayers, GeoExt. The operation of information sharing system has practical significances of improving administrative level of laboratories, raising work efficiency and facilitating information sharing.
