A closed-loop control simulation model of variable frequency drive hydraulic winch system was built using AMESim, and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic winch system under different load mutations were simulated and analyzed using the model. The simulation results show that the variable frequency drive hydraulic winch system can realize accurate control of drum speed. In the process of no-load and on-load start-up, the lifting speed of the drum can reach the target speed after short-term fluctuation, and the final deviation between the actual displacement of the drum and the target displacement in two cases is not more than 0.1 m. Under the start-up with load, the variable frequency drive hydraulic winch system has good response and tracking characteristics to speed step and sinusoidal changes, and the drum speed of winch is insensitive to the change of load, and the speed stability with load is good.

Main problems of mine-used frequency converter were analyzed that input of research and development is insufficient, value exploration is inadequate, pollution to power net is heavy, and use and maintenance is relatively difficult. Development trends of the mine-used frequency converter were expounded in term of explosion-proof technology, variable frequency drive technology and application technology, namely explosion-proof and intrinsically safe is still mainstream of explosion-proof type for the mine-used frequency converter in the future, explosion-proof research of the mine-used frequency converter will focused on optimization design of shell, internal environment control of shell, innovation of heat dissipation technology. Research focuses of the mine-used frequency converter are application of middle and high pressure and high-power inverter, new technologies and devices in the future, clean utilization and energy saving of frequency converter.

According to motor power imbalance issue during the operating process of belt conveyors, a novel control mode was proposed, the master machine adopted close-loop frequency control, and the torque reference of the slave was provided by the master based on power tracking strategy. Both of master and slave adopted the control mode combining direct torque control without speed sensor and space vector modulation control based on the torque distribution given, which could directly control the torque and ensure power balance, while improving motor performance by optimizing magnetic flux. It was verified through MATLAB simulation and field tests that the proposed method could effectively allocate the output torque and realize power balance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper introduces a new design of the CT rotation motion control system. The system is controlled by a variable frequency drive as a controller and a general induction motor as an actuator. In addition, this paper also introduced the model selection of CT rotating control device and the parameters setup for variable frequency drive. Meanwhile, a test method of the rotor position servo control system is also introduced at the end of the paper. The new system has lowcost, high-performance features, fully meets the requirement of CT rotation motion control.
