3. Upconversion Luminescence and Temperature Sensing Properties of High Thermal Stabilized CaGdAlO4:Er3+/Yb3+ Phosphors.

Obtaining non-contact optical temperature sensing materials with good thermal stability and luminescent properties is one of the current research hotspots. In this work, Er3+/Yb3+ co doped CaGdAlO4:Erx,Yb0.10 (x = 0.006, 0.008, 0.010, 0.012, 0.014) single-phase phosphors were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method. For CaGdAlO4 : Erx, Yb0.10 powders with different Er3+ doping concentrations, the particle sizes range from 0.6 μm to 4.2 μm. When the samples are under 980 nm laser excitation, there exists two emission bands in the 500 * 575 nm range and one emission band in the 630 * 690 nm. The two stronger green emission bands located at 528 and 550 nm, and they could be attributed to ² H11/2→4 I15/2 and 4S3/2 →4 I15/2 transitions, while the weaker red emission band at 663 nm could be attributed to 4F9/2 →4 I15/2 transition of Er3+. The optimal upconversion luminescence intensity was obtained from CaGdAlO4 :Er0.010,Yb0.0. In the temperature range of 300 * 573 K, based on fluorescence intensity ratio FIR528/550 parameters, the absolute sensitivity SA increases from 44.4 x10-4 K-1 (@300 K) to 52.0 x 10-4 K-1 (@ 445 K), and then decreases to 49.0 x 10-4 K-1 (@ 573 K). The relative sensitivity SR decreases monotonically from 0.95 x 10-2 K-1 (@ 300 K) to 0.27 x 10-2 K-1 (@ 573 K). Furthermore, the heating-cooling cycling experiment shows that the thermal repeatability of temperature sensing for the phosphor is better than 98%. The results demonstrate that CaGdAlO4 :Er0. 010, Yb0.10 phosphors have potential applications in the field of optical temperature sensing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

4. 利用 STM 单片机的自动温度感知与控制系统.

- Abstract
Aiming at the problem of poor control accuracy in the existing automatic temperature control system, an automatic temperature sensing and control system based on STM single chip microcomputer was designed. The system framework was divided into four layers: temperature perception layer, information communication layer, control adjustment layer and human-computer interaction layer. The STM32 L4 microcomputer was used as the hardware core of the system, and the temperature information perceived by the temperature sensor was transmitted to the controller through the ZigBee wireless communication network. In the control process, the fuzzy neural network control program was run to obtain the temperature control amount and generate the control instruction, and the instruction set was transmitted to the on-site temperature adjustment equipment to realize the automatic temperature adjustment. The experimental results show that compared with PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control methods, the overshoot between the temperature control system based on STM32 L4 single-chip microcomputer and the expected temperature is relatively small, and the temperature control is closer to the expected value. 6. Ho3+/Yb3+ 共掺杂ZnS上转换发光及其温度传感性能.

- Abstract
Pure hexagonal ZnS matrix phosphors with different mole ratio (Ho3+/Yb3+=1:3, 1:6,1:9, 1:12, 1:15, 1:19) were successfully synthesized by using high temperature solid method. The phase structure of the phosphors was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The shape and size of the phosphors were revealed by scanning electron microscope, and the presence of Zn, S, Ho and Yb elements in the phosphors was revealed by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Under the excitation of 980 nm laser, Ho3+/Yb3+ co-doped ZnS phosphors emit bright green light visible to naked eyes, showing excellent green up-conversion characteristics. In addition, the temperature sensing characteristics of ZnS: Ho3+/Yb3+ phosphor were studied in the temperature range of 303~623 K, and the maximum absolute sensitivity was calculated to be 1.26% K-1. The change of luminescence color with temperature was reflected in the color coordinate. The results of this work indicate that rare earth doped ZnS matrix materials have great potential in the application of temperature sensing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

10. Y2Mo4O15:Ho3+/Yb3+ 上转换材料的合成.

- Abstract
Up-conversion luminescent materials have unique advantages in biological imaging and temperature sensing due to their narrow emission band, tunable of emission band, and excellent physical and chemical stability. Molybdate as a typical up-conversion matrix, it possesses good chemical stability, high quantum yield, and unique tetragonal phase structure, making it qualified as an efficient up-conversion matrix. In this paper, Y2Mo4O15:Ho3+/Yb3+ nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by sol-gel route. Using Ho3+ as activator and Yb3+ as sensitizer, the up-conversion luminescence and temperature sensing properties of Y2Mo4O15:Ho3+/Yb3+ were investigated. Under 980 nm excitation, red up-conversion luminescence of Y2Mo4O15:Ho3+/Yb3+ was realized, showing the characteristic emission of Ho3+ ions. The up-conversion emission of Y2Mo4O15:Ho3+/Yb3+ have regular response to the applied temperature in the range of 298~498 K. Based on the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) technique, we employed two non-thermal coupled energy levels of 5S2 and 5F5 to obtain the maximum relative sensitivity of 2. 72%K-1 at 498 K. The results show that Y2Mo4O15:Ho3+/Yb3+ has great potential for non-contact temperature sensing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to make full use of power cable allowance, and to ensure the safe operation of the power cable at the same time, this paper discusses the principle of power cable based on embedded fiber,and carries out the test to verify the result of calculation of a 66 k V 1 × 1200 mm2 XLPE cable. The experimental results shows that it is confirmed that errors of cable and fiber are within 2. 5 ℃, the finite element model is accurate and it enjoys the advantages of the embedded fiber temperature sensing, such as small error, high accuracy and high reliability.
