In order to meet the market demand for medical devices and improve the accuracy and speed of existing printers, a skin mount printer was designed. Centered around Xilinx’s ZYNQ-7000, the whole printer uses its embedded ARM processor to carry Linux as the main control of the system. What’s more, it realizes three-axis drive, high-precision nozzle and proportional valve control on its editable logic device. Then, the accuracy and stability of the printer are improved by the acceleration and deceleration controller in the three-axis drive. In addition, the hardware circuits of heating and atomization are made according to the design requirements. Finally, compared with the PrototypeSK00 printer, the printer in this work has significant advantages in precision, stability and time when printing the same size of stand.

Aiming at the problems of response time and current ripple caused by the traditional decay modes of stepper motors under the microstepping control, a strategy for the smart regulation of decay mode were proposed. First, the traditional slow decay mode, fast decay mode and fix mixed decay mode were analyzed in detail. Second, a smart regulation scheme of decay mode was designed, which can automatically calculate the optimal decay mode. This scheme can dynamically adjust the fast decay percentage of the total fixed off time within a PWM (pulse width modulation) cycle to improve the performance of the microstepping control. Finally, a test platform was built to compare and analyze the current ripple of the traditional decay modes and the smart regulation in decay mode. This method was successfully applied to SADA of ALNES S7 satellite. Aiming at the problem of turning torque in the large-span and long-stroke linear motion platform driven by one side, a set of dual-channel closed-loop stepper motor motion controller was designed and developed. The hardware architecture of "control + drive" is adopted, with STM32 and FPGA is the control core, the hardware circuit of the motion controller is designed, and the principle of the numerical control system is closely combined to design the controller system software architecture; on the basis of the classic PID closed-loop adjustment architecture, the synchronization deviation adjustment item is introduced to form a dual A new type of closed-loop synchronous motion control algorithm for channel synchronization deviation adjustment; a typical "bilateral drive" experimental platform is built, and the test is carried out at different speeds and displacement commands under no-load conditions, loaded conditions and variable load conditions. Seven-segment acceleration and deceleration S-curve of the stepper motor has inflection points and many segmentation intervals on the acceleration curve, which results in flexible impact in the acceleration process and complicated control algorithm. In view of the above deficiencies, the curve-fitting method was used to optimize the S-curve of the seven-stage acceleration and deceleration of the stepper motor. Under the premise of retaining the excellent characteristics of the original seven-segment curve, the algorithm model was simplified and the inflection point of the original acceleration curve was eliminated. Based on STM32, stepper motor and its driver, the optimized S-curve was adopted for the stepper motor speed control test, the relationship between the discrete points of S curve corresponding to different initial speeds and different growth rates was obtained, so as to realize the efficient and stable dynamic speed regulation. The simulation shows that the three-stage function curve of the original growth rates section can be fited to a function curve and its excellent characteristics can be preserved. The experimental results show that the stepper motor can achieve more stable speed regulation, and the optimized S curve is more concise, easy to adjust, and easy to maintain and modify. In order to improve solar energy utilization efficiency, make greater use of solar energy resources, a solar energy tracking control system based on STC12 C5 A60 S2 single-chip microcomputer is researched and designed. At the same time, the solar angle tracking mode and photoelectric tracking mode are implemented to track the solar elevation angle and azimuth angle, so as to improve the tracking accuracy. The acceleration detection module is added on the basis to realize the horizontal calibration of the device, so that the tracking system can be corrected in time to effectively eliminate the error. A kind of automatic feeding actuator for rubber packing machine is designed to solve the problem of low feeding efficiency in the process of artificial packaging rubber piece. By using the common methods of mechanical design to devise the actuator,first of all,according to the process of rubber feeding,the overall design is determined. Then,the structure requirements is identified and the structure of the actuator that is composed of pushing device,clamping device and the device for rotating rubber pieces is determined. Among them,a clamping device composed of slider-crank mechanism and a turn-over device composed of sprocket chain structure and movable spline are able to clamp and flip the rubber piece in the process of feeding,and make the rubber piece can be smoothly transport to the designated location. The clamping device and flip device installed on a set of vertical layout push device that is composed of guide rail slider mechanism. The push device can make the rubber piece move to any point in the XOY plane. Next,the size of the key parts is determined and checked by the statics analysis method. Finally,the control scheme that the actuator controlled by the PLC,stepper motor and other electrical equipment to realize the continuous operation of the rubber piece in the feeding process is determined. The feeding efficiency of the actuator is two times that of the traditional manual feeding efficiency. The actuator can greatly improve the efficiency of rubber piece packing.

In order to reduce the mechanical jitter as recording by cellphones, a 4-DoF (degree of freedom) handheld cloud platform stabilizer which is capable of active anti-vibration is developed. The principle of closed-loop feedback is employed, and various technologies are adopted: 3D printing, micro controller, MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System), etc. The cloud platform is mechanically realized with one-step forming by 3D printing. Two step motors are utilized to control the motions of roll and pitch, respectively. The cellphone is installed on the stabilizer, 6-axis motion processing sensor acquires the roll and pitch angles of cloud platform. The STM32F407 micro-controller coordinates two step motors by running PID (Proportional-integral-derivative) algorithm. Aiming at calibrating the detection accuracy of gas leak detection equipment, the traditional calibration platform has the problem of complicated process, large measurement error and poor portability, the principle of simulation leakage was studied and analyzed, and the relationship between simulated leakage rate and speed of stepper motor was established, a kind of leakage control system simulation based on embedded Linux was designed. The hardware circuit of the system was designed around the function of the system, and the control program and man-machine interaction interface based on the development environment of Linux + Qt was designed. Through the pulse width modulation on the TOUT0 port of S3 C2440, the stepper motor speed was controlled accurately, and used the external interrupt EINT0 of S3 C2440 count the number of pulse from photoelectric encoder accurately, real-time obtained the measured simulation leakage rate, and its error and stability were analyzed. The experimental results show that the system meets the requirements of simulation leakage accuracy and stability when calibrating gas leak detection equipment, and provides a convenient and reliable calibration platform for gas leak detection equipment. Aiming at the actual running process of the stepping motor in the open loop state, the problem of step loss is caused by inertia, speed mutation or load. The mathematical model of stepping motor and the mathematical model of speed control were analyzed, the control method and the control algorithm of stepping motor were analyzed. A closed-loop control system with photoelectric sensor detection angle was proposed. The fuzzy PID control strategy was adopted to optimize the output characteristics of the stepping motor, the running of the angular displacement was reappeared farthest. At the same time, the speed control method of the index was used to control the stepping motor. In order to facilitate the real-time processing of the microcontroller, its speed control laws were discretized. Aiming at the request of miniaturization and integration of microfluidic chip, a pneumatic microfluidic chip system driven by a stepper motor was presented. A controller signal was sent to the stepper motor, and the valve opening was changed by deforming the PDMS channel. The simulation model was built by using Simulink nonlinear module after analyzing the flow rate of the micro valve and the pressure of the gas container. The pressure dynamic response characteristics of the pneumatic microfluidic chip system on different step signal of the stepper motor were given based on simulation. The pressure characteristic test curves of the gas container were obtained and compared with the simulation results by building a test platform. The results indicate that pressure characteristics of pneumatic microfluidic chip system through experiment are basically the same with the simulation results. Aiming at the problem of the remote control of stepper motor in remote experiments, the driving method, communication ways, position rate calculation, security control and other aspects of stepper motor was researched. According to the induction of remote control program, a remote control system based on AT89C52 microcontroller, THB6128 stepper motor subdivision driver, photoelectric encoder and WEB server was presented. A method that controlled and observed the motor real-timely in remote client was used to test the control response and the position and speed of running motor. The results indicate that the proposed system not only has good security and step-out judgment, but also can achieve the performances, such as the start-stop, adjustable direction and speed and accurate measurement of position and velocity, so it can meet the needs of process control of devices in experiment. In order to simplify the steps of detection soil field heavy metal and improve the precision of the equipment, using LabVIEW we wrote control program for the steady speed magnetic stirring module and automatically adding module and put them into the developed 16-bit high precision electrochemical analysis module of heavy metals ( LabCHEM- 10M). The system realized the function of on-line integrated detection by the control of upper machine, used stepper motor assembly into steady speed magnetic stirring device. It guaranteed the stability of stirring speed. The automatically adding device used 5 mL and 100 mL trace syringes for automatic filling buffer and standard solution,it could improve the accuracy of sample and simplify the operation process. The linear scanning results of Cd, Pb,Bi ions proved the experimental consistency was good. The test linear correlation could reach 0. 999 7 of cadmium in rice sample tests,and the test results met the requirements of general field test stability and accuracy. Aiming at the problem of calibrating detection accuracy of the gas leak detection device, after analysis of the simulation leak principle, the relationship between rotational velocity of the step motor and simulation leak rate was established. A simulation leak system based on change of volume was designed. The S3C2440 was used to be the primary controller and the hardware circuit was built. The stepper motor drive was designed to control the speed of electromotor and the photoelectric encoder drive was designed to exactly measure motor speed. Qt Creater was used to compile the graphical user interface program on the Linux operating environment, which can show real-time simulation leak rate. Finally the experimental platform was set up to test system. The results indicate that the simulation leak system can provide the reliable basis for measuring detection accuracy of the gas leak detection device and have good prospect of application. In order to solve the problems of missing a relatively open environment for college students to learn CNC technology, the embedded technology was applied to a self-built open CNC platform, the machining principle of open architecture CNC machining with embedded technology was analyzed. Based on STM32FZET6 controller and made use of PWM control technology, two two-phase hybrid stepping motor was controlled; based on the feedback information of speed and position were provided by grating ruler and combined with PID control algorithm, a high precision and good stability control loop control system was established. The reliability and stability of the control system are validated by creating the mathematical mode of control system for Simulink simulation. A single-axis motion control teaching platform is designed by using TMS320F2806 digital signal controller (DSC) as a core and the step motor integration driver chip TB6560. Ball screws rotational movement is converted into linear movement through the coupling. Driver circuit, PC serial communication and EEPROM power-off memory circuit are also provided. In addition, Trapezoidal-Curve algorithm is derived and can be simulated on Matlab platform. PC interface is realized in VB6.0 based on RS232 protocol. All the single-axis motion control software is also debugged in CCS compiler environment.
