Concave-convex plate heat exchanger is a new type of high efficiency heat transfer equipment, its enhanced heat transfer effect lies in its plate structure. In view of the incorporation of non-condensable gas will also affect the condensing heat transfer effect of steam in the heat exchanger, so the condensation characteristics of steam containing non-condensable gas in concave-convex plate heat exchanger are studied by numerical simulation. The control variable method is used to study the influence of non-condensable gas content, height, spacing and angle of concave-convex plate heat exchanger on condensing heat transfer through numerical simulation. The simulation results show that when the content increases from 0 to 30%, and the mass fraction of steam condensate water decreases by 41.05%. By analyzing the influence of different concave-convex plate parameters on the condensation heat transfer in heat exchanger, it is found that the mass fraction of steam condensate water increases with the distance between concave-convex platforms, and the angle of concave-convex platform decreases, and it increases first and then decreases with the height of concave-convex platforms. When the distance between concave-convex plate is 1.3 mm, the height of concave-convex plate is 4 mm, and the angle between concave-convex plate is 130°, the concave convex plate heat exchanger has the best heat transfer effect.
