ObjectiveTo determine the seasonal fluctuation and population distribution of Aedes albopictus in Jiading District， and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of dengue fever and other Aedes-borne diseases.MethodsIn 2020， the mosq-ovitrap method and mosq-ovitrap index （MOI） were used to monitor and evaluate the density of Aedes albopictus in Jiading District. Spatial and temporal distribution of Aedes albopictus was determined. Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.ResultsIn 2020， the annual average MOI was determined to be 4.10， which was under safety threshold. The seasonal fluctuations showed a unimodal distribution， which peaked in July. The fluctuation trend in urban area was similar to the overall trend， while that in the non-urban area showed a bimodal distribution with peaks in June and August. The density of Aedes albopictus at different monitoring sites varied widely，with the highest MOI （6.64） at Anting town and the lowest MOI （2.09） at Huating town. The distribution of Aedes albopictus in different habitats also varied widely； the highest density was observed in environments as waste collection stations and construction sites， with the highest MOI 33.33 in waste collection stations in peak season. The MOI value of Aedes albopictus in residential areas was significantly higher than that in non-residential areas （χ2 = 6.082， P = 0.014）.ConclusionAedes albopictus is quite common in Jiading District. In certain areas， Aedes density may exceed the safety threshold from May to September. More targeted mosquito control measures should be implemented in waste collection stations， construction sites and residential areas.

In order to improve the energy-saving and emission-reduction effect of urban residential public space, the research on the design of urban residential public space based on the concept of low-carbon was carried out, so as to provide reference for the design of low-carbon cities. The carbon emission prediction model of urban residential public space was established by using the support vector regression mechanism. Taking the carbon emission prediction data as the constraint and reducing the carbon emission of urban residential public space as the premise, the planning model of urban residential public space based on ant colony optimization algorithm was constructed to obtain the optimal design scheme of low-carbon design of urban residential public space and realized the low-carbon design of urban residential public space. The results show that after the application of this method, the daily emission reduction benefit of urban residential public space increases by 5 842 yuan, and the daily water saving benefit increases by 2 114 yuan. In view of Ihe local congestion caused by public parking guidance under the condition of limited parking resources, a personalized sharing parking guidance service model was proposed, with residential parking space joined. Personalized parking guidance strategy was discussed, several sharing parking indexes were defined, and then a bi-level design model of sharing parking guidance with residential joined was established. By controlling the mean value of unoccupied parking difference index in peak time and walking distance, the driver' s parking choice goal could be met and the balance and effective use of parking resources were achieved. The research shows thai by the way of personalized parking guidance, the unoccupied time of residential parking lots can effectively alleviate the attraction of their adjacent buildings and the local parking congestion in peak lime can be reduced. Residential area' s vegetation will become an important component of China's urban vegetation, and the distribution pattern of its diversity will affect urban vegetation diversity. Based on the residential area's vegetation investigation in the urban, suburban, and rural areas of Shanghai, the plant diversity and species composition in the residential areas along the urban-rural gradient were compared in terms of ornamental plants (OP), spontaneously occurring ornamental plants (SOOP), and weeds. There was no significant difference in the species richness of OP and weeds along the gradient, but the richness of SOOP was the highest in suburban area. The species compositions of OP, SOOP, and weeds were similar in the residential areas along the gradient, with 40-50% of all species occurring in more than one location. The main causes inducing the homogenization of plant diversity in Shanghai residential areas were the almost identical residential building styles and greening patterns, which limited the planting of greening plants and the construction of heterogeneous habitats. The soils from residential areas of Xi'an city were selected as a case area. The absolute principal component scores-multivariate linear regression (APCS-MLR) model and the ordinary kriging interpolation were combined to identify and apportion the pollution sources of soil heavy metals (As, Ba, Co, Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr, Zn,V), the percentage of contribution of every source for every element, and the spatial distribution characteristics of contribution rates. Compared with the background values of cinnamon, which is the main soil type in Xi 'an, the accumulation levels of Pb, Cu, Sr, Co, Zn, Ba, Ni, As, Mn, V in soil of urban residential areas in Xi'an city decreased in turn. The standard-exceeding ratios of Ba, Co, Cu, Pb, Sr, Zn were higher than those of other studied elements. Three main pollution sources of soil heavy metals in residential areas were natural source, traffic sources, and fossil fuel combustion source, respectively. Natural source was the main source of As, Mn, Ni, V in studied residential areas. The average contribution rate of natural source for As, Mn, Ni, V was 69.63%, 74.28%, 68.65%, 77.09%, respectively. The fossil fuel combustion was the second largest contributor for their accumulation in these studied residential areas. Its contribution rate for As, Mn, Ni was 23.07%, 19.09%, 23.13%, respectively. The contribution of traffic emissions was lower. Their spatial distribution characteristics tended to be lower in west and higher in east. The average contribution rates of fossil fuel combustion source for Co, Pb, Sr, Zn were 59.84%, 42.22%, 44.50%, 44.44%, respectively. The performance of spatial distribution was increased gradually from the city center to the outside. The sources of Ba were given priority to natural source and fossil fuel combustion source, and the average contribution rates were 41.67% and 48.27%, respectively. The contribution rate of fossil fuel combustion source for Ba gradually decreased from the center of the city. The contribution rates of natural source, traffic source, and fossil fuel combustion source for Cu were 37.00%, 20.47% and 26.50%, respectively.
