Objective: To investigate the relationship between FA, ET-1, Hcy and VEGF in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: Selected 80 cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2016, divided into A group (40 cases), and preeclampsia and preeclampsia B group (40 cases), 60 cases of normal late pregnant women as C group, 60 cases of normal non pregnant women as D group.The plasma levels of FA, ET-1, Hcy and VEGF in each group were detected, and the correlation analysis was performed. Results: The plasma levels of FA and VEGF of group B were lowest in the four groups (P＜0.05), the plasma ET-1 and Hcy levels of group B were highest (P＜0.05). The plasma FA and VEGF levels of women with pregnancy induce hypertension were lower than those of the healthy late pregnant women. The plasma ET-1 and Hcy levels were higher (P＜0.05). The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that FA, ET-1, Hcy and VEGF levels were risk factors for pregnancy induce hypertension. Conclusion: The elevation of plasma Hcy level caused by FA deficiency in pregnancy might be related to the development of the disease and the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, VEGF might be an important factor in the occurrence and development of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. There are complicated immunoregulations in maternal-fetal interface. As a direct maternal-fetal interface, decidua and villi are important positions for immunoreaction. Many kinds of cytokines such as transforming growth factor-beta, tumor necrosis factor-α and vascular endothelial growth factor, are all important trophoblast cell regulators which excert many roles: nutrition, regulating invasion of trophoblasts, immnosuppression, preventing the fetus from maternal rejection. They play important roles in maintaining normal pregnancy. At present, they pay more attention to the role of transforming growth factor-bate 2. OBJECTIVE: To study the efficacy and safety of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. METHODS: 100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted into Shenzhen City Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Bao’ an District from Jan. 2013 to Jun. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via taking computer random grouping method, with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group received magnesium sulfate and nifedipine. The treatment effects and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS: The incidence of pregnancy adverse outcomes in observation group was 10% (5/50), significantly lower than that of control group [ 26% (13/50) ], with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). The Apgar 1 min score and Apgar 5 min score of observation group were respectively (7. 89 ± 1. 25) scores and (8. 45 ± 1. 69) scores, significantly higher than those of control group [ (7. 03 ± 1. 12) scores and (7. 56 ± 1. 55) scores], with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, 24 hour urinary’ protein of two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, and the observation group was better than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P <0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups was relatively low, and there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (P > 0. 05). CONCLUSINS: Magnesium sulfate and nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension have obvious effects of lowering blood pressure and can effectively improve the pregnancy outcomes with high security. Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of serum protein Z (PZ) and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) detection in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods： A total of 120 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension, who were admitted to Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2011 to December 2014, were chosen as experiment group, and 100 contemporaneous healthy pregnancy women, as control group. The levels of serum PZ and hs-CRP in the two groups were detected, and the differences of serum PZ and hs-CRP in different blood pressures and gestation period were compared. Results The serum PZ, hs-CRP levels of different blood pressures were significantly different(P<0.05), the serum PZ level decreased and hs-CRP level increased along with the increase of high blood pressure. The serum PZ level gradually decreased along with the development of gestation in experiment group, and it was lower than control group in each gestation period (P<0.05). The serum hs-CRP level gradually increased along with the development of gestation in experiment group,and it was higher than control group in each gestation period (P<0.05). Conclusion： The decrease of serum PZ and increase of serum hs-CRP can lead to high blood pressure among pregnancy women, which indicates that the serum PZ and hs-CRP detection plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenxiong glucose injection assisted magnesium sulfate treatment for pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods 68 cases of PIH patients were randomly divided into control group (33 cases) and observation group (35 cases) . Control group was given conventional treatment with magnesium, and the observation group was added Shenxiong glucose injection treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The blood pressure, blood rheology, D-dimer and endothelin were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment, there were significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressures , plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation index, D-dimer and endothelin between the observation and control groups (P< 0.05) . In the observation group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were significantly reduced, plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation index were significantly improved, and D-dimer and endothelin were significantly decreased after therapy. Conclusion On the basis of magnesium sulfate therapy, Shenxiong glucose injection could help to improve endothelial function and coagulation and fibrinolysis disorders, playing an important role of adjuvant therapy. Objective: To analyze the correlation between age and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) in pregnant women from Hebei province in 2016. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted by using the clinical data of 64 909 pregnant women, delivering in 22 hospitals in Hebei in 2016. Descriptive statistics was used to describe the general data and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women, and χ (2) test was used to compare the incidence of PIH in different age groups, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for PIH. Results: The incidence of PIH was lowest in 20-29 year old women, and increased obviously in those aged<20 and>35 years ( P <0.05), and the incidence was positively correlated with age. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, times of pregnancy, number of previous cesarean section and fetus number of current pregnancy were the risk factors for PIH ( OR =1.293, 1.153, 1.307, 3.607), while times of deliver and times of prenatal examination were the protective factors ( OR =0.655, 0.951). Conclusion: Advanced age pregnancy and young age pregnancy would significantly increase the incidence of PIH. Prenatal care should be strengthened for pregnant women at risk for PIH.
