In order to solve the technical problems of the super-diameter slurry shield in the waterinrush, sand-bursting and mud-bursting strata at the entrance of the receiving tunnel in the water-rich silt and sand strata near the sea, the differences between the super-diameter and the small-diameter shield in the underwater reception are analyzed by taking the key receiving technology of the super-diameter slurry shield in the water-rich strata of the Shantou Bay Tunnel Project as an example. Based on the receiving process of super-large diameter shield, this paper expounds the solution methods of super-large diameter slurry shield in the aspects of end reinforcement, receiving shaft plugging wall construction, receiving base construction, single-layer glass fiber reinforced concrete tunnel door breaking, penetration measurement, receiving tunneling and grouting, tunnel door plugging, etc., including shield posture control, tunneling parameter control, grouting control, segment re-tightening The key technologies of the super-large diameter shield receiving are analyzed from several aspects of the temporary plugging of the tunnel portal. The mortar receiving base is set to provide sufficient reaction force for the shield receiving to ensure the safety of the shield tunneling. The synchronous grouting and secondary grouting closing is employed to improve the reinforcement quality, strengthen the segment re-tightening and ensure the stability of the shield tunnel structure strength. For the last five rings, special perforated ring segments are used to improve the grouting effect. Then, the drainage and sand removal is carried out, and the reinforcement framework and shotcrete are constructed from top to bottom to block the tunnel door, reduce the exposure time of the tunnel door without blocking, ensure the construction safety of the tunnel door, and other measures are taken to ensure the safety of the underwater reception.
