Flow spinning is an advantageous technology in forming thin-walled cylindrical parts, but for cylindrical parts with inner ribs,the height of the inner ribs that can be formed is limited. Aimed at the problem that the inner ribs are difficult to fill in such components, a numerical simulation model of staggered spinning of thin-walled cylindrical parts with cross inner ribs is established based on Abaqus, and the influence of the number of rollers on the filling of inner ribs is analyzed. The process test of the cylinder part with orthogonal inner ribs is conducted. The results show that in the staggered spinning process, increasing the number of rollers will reduce the diameter expansion of the aluminum alloy cylindrical part with inner ribs, and inhibit the axial flow of materials, leading to a higher geometric accuracy of the inner ribs. The comparison of the simulation results and the test results shows that the average error of the inner rib filling fullness of simulation result is 11.3%, and the simulation model has a good reliability.

Satellite platform jitter is a flutter response caused by the internal and external factors during the flight. With the improvement of spatial resolution, platform jitter has become the key factor in high resolution satellite image high-accuracy processing. In this paper, the current situation of remote sensing satellite image platform jitter analysis and processing is firstly summarized. The ground jitter processing framework for high resolution optical satellite is further presented, and the key techniques of jitter attitude determination, jitter error detection and modeling, and correction of jitter distortion are expounded. This paper systematically analyzes and demonstrates the geometric accuracy of the domestic push-broom mapping satellite images. It is of great positive significance to the satellite mapping application and design of the follow-up surveying and mapping satellite. According to the geometric imaging mechanism of mapping satellite, this paper systematically analyzes how orbit errors, attitude errors, time errors, camera internal errors and space-borne equipment installation errors can influence the satellite image plane and elevation geometric positioning errors, and quantitatively analyzes and deduces the impacts on image geometric precision caused by these error sources. Then, geometric accuracy evaluation model and method for the domestic push-broom mapping satellite image are proposed. Experiment on the stereo images of Ziyuan-3 satellite shows that the theoretical accuracy obtained by the evaluation model and method we raised has a great consistent with the experimental value, which proves the reasonableness and scientificity of the model proposed.
