In this paper, an integrated device of unifying photovoltaic generation and thermoelectric power generation was designed. Based on the photovoltaic and Seebeck effect, this integrated device uses both photovoltaicity and thermoelectricity. This device overcomes the defect of low solar energy flow density by using concentrating lens, and adopts red copper sheet to conduct heat transfer for photovoltaic cell. The waste heat energy can realize secondary generation through temperature difference power generation device, so as to improve the conversion efficiency of solar cell. In order to test the influence of the temperature difference power generation on the device, the start and non-start temperature difference system tests were carried out, respectively, the output current was basically equal under the combined power generation state, and the output voltage was significantly increased by about 0.5 V. The experimental results show that when the load of the thermoelectric power generation chip and the concentrating photovoltaic cell are selected, the output power of the device is increased by 5.26%, and the solar energy conversion efficiency can be increased by 5.45 % .
