Digital intelligent networked manufacturing technology and equipment are important foundations for the construction of manufacturing power and Internet power.They are important tools for the construction of digital workshop and intelligent factory, enabling the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.Combined with the characteristics of multiple varieties and variable batches of products in the aerospace field, it was studied how to better conduct digital intelligent networked manufacturing, how to better build digital manufacturing workshops and flexible intelligent manufacturing factories.For single piece and small batch flexible manufacturing, the construction principle, implementation path and technical architecture of digital intelligent flexible manufacturing production line and workshop/factory were proposed, which could be used to guide the construction of digital intelligent workshop/factory for future flexible manufacturing standardization.Through the exploration and application practice of typical intelligent factory construction in the aerospace field, the innovative scenario applications were explored, such as flexible intelligent production equipment, automatic flexible precision measurement equipment, measurement feedback-based adaptive processing and industrial internet-based digital twin system.

The intelligent manufacturing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) solid preparations is an important direction in the current development of the TCM industry. TCM enterprises are fervently pursuing intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation, and new equipment and technologies are empowering the development of this industry. With the rapid development of the global pharmaceutical market, the manufacturing level of large-scale drugs represents the advancement in the pharmaceutical industry of a country. Solid preparations, being a main dosage form of TCM, have complex and diverse manufacturing processes and stringent quality control requirements. A number of enterprises are seizing the opportunity to reshape their original drug manufacturing processes, making lean improvement in drug quality and achieving key breakthroughs in drug sensory perception, quality recognition, value transfer, and intelligent control. They are moving towards goals of energy saving, equipment synergy, and simultaneous improvement in quality and efficiency. Promoting the intelligent manufacturing of TCM solid preparations can not only improve the production efficiency and drug quality but also solve control challenges, being of significant practical importance and offering broad development prospects. By reviewing the recent policies and studies on TCM manufacturing in China, this paper analyzes the challenges, current status, and development trends in the intelligent manufacturing of TCM solid preparations, providing a reference for subsequent research in this field.

Based on processing characteristics of GSK robot and 980T CNC lathe, ibis paper plans and constructs a flexible manufacturing system which can complete automatic feeding, automatic clamping, automatic processing of. By the system, the training mode is explored to guide students using industrial robots in CNC lathe programming and processing. The students are required to complete the automatic handling, automatic loading and unloading, automatic processing, so that they can learn GSK robot and CNC lathe method, plan the robot, cut the trajectory. Through this learning process, the students have a more in-depth understanding of CNC machining intelligent technology, and reach the Industrial 4.0 intelligent NC teaching objectives. The paper takes China Manufacturing 2025 as the background and reviews that intelligent manufacturing talents cultivation is a necessary requirement for increasing capability of independent innovation，promoting China e economic transformation and upgrading and enhancing national competitiveness，hence， the intelligent manufacturing talents cultivation is of great significance. The Engineering and Technical College of fully relies on the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center， namely the engineering construct flexible manufacturing production lines' laboratory for exploring and practicing intelligent manufacturing talents cultivation. And the paper elaborates how to organize and implement engineering training teaching and to acquire the fruitful results in practice teaching， and points that the engineering training teaching is feasible for intelligent manufacturing personnel training.
