In order to improve the ability of bad data identification and fault location accuracy in power system risk control, a new risk control method for power systems using embedded technology was designed.S3C2440 chip was used as the central processing unit, the phasor measurement unit (PMU) technology was used to identify bad data in the power system, improving the efficiency of identification.Improved on the basis of traditional multiverse algorithms, fault localization was based on data collected by PMU, effectively improving the accuracy of fault localization.In the simulation experiment, the efficiency of identifying bad data by the proposed method has been improved by at least 33.76%, the accuracy of fault localization has been improved by 26.33%, and the efficiency has been improved by at least 43.4%.The proposed method has good risk control capabilities in the power system.

On the basis of good governance, the new village sages play an important role in “three governance integration” to realize the connection between national rights and villagers. This paper analyzes the embedded logic of the new rural talents by case study and combining with Shangyu District of Shaoxing City, the birthplace of the real rural talents culture. From the angle of embedding: capital embedding, political embedding and cultural embedding to reflect the mechanism of the new rural sages, and from three aspects briefly summarized the role of the new rural sages in rural governance. By making good use of their own advantages, the new rural sages can better integrate into the rural construction, and act as a model to solve many contradictions that difficult to be reconciled by the grassroots government. The concrete inside the embedded rock-socketed steel pipe pile is prefabricated on land. After embedding the steel pipe piles, grouting for pile's sidewalls is carried out, and the grout material generates buoyancy on pile, leading to a risk of floating during the grouting process. Existing preventive measures are high in risk and low in efficiency. To address the issue of grout-induced floating in embedded rock-socketed steel pipe piles, a solution is proposed. It involves analyzing the forces during the grouting process, adding a certain amount of quick-setting agent to the grout material, optimizing the layout of the prefabricated grout pipeline, altering the grouting construction process, and rigorously controlling the construction procedures. This approach enables continuous one-time grouting for the segments along the rock wall and steel casing of the embedded rock-socketed steel pipe piles. Through on-site comparisons and verification of grouting process, as well as engineering applications, this method effectively resolves the problem of floating during grouting for embedded rock-socketed steel pipe piles. In order to actually test whether the onboard relay can meet the requirements of the service life and improve the stability and reliability of the onboard relay products, an embedded onboard relay life test system is designed to test the mechanical and electrical life of the on-board relay. In terms of system structure, it is divided into two parts: the lower computer and the upper computer. Based on the embedded system, the lower computer completes the drive of the onboard relay and the construction of the peripheral logic circuit by way of the main control module, collects the contact state of the relay to be measured in the process of action and codes the fault information, and transmits the coded fault information to the upper computer through RS-232 communication. The upper computer is designed with C# programming language, and has the functions of storing, analyzing and displaying the coded fault information. Glutinous rice glue-plant straw-soil-fly ash brick (GPSF brick) was prepared by using plant straw, ramie fiber, soil, fly ash, glutinous rice glue as raw materials, and the influence of NaOH concentration, soaking straw time, glutinous rice glue dosage ratio, curing days, soil and fly ash mixing ratio on the mechanical properties of GPSF brick was studied by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the ratio of fly ash has a significant impact on the compressive strength of GPSF bricks. The concentration of NaOH, soil content, and fly ash content have a significant impact on the flexural strength of GPSF bricks. The optimal mix ratio for GPSF bricks is: NaOH concentration of 7%, straw soaking time of 36 hours, curing time of 21 days, glutinous rice glue, soil, and fly ash content of 100%, 125%, and 50% of plant straw mass, respectively. The compressive and flexural strength of the prepared GPSF bricks are 10.03 and 6.67 MPa, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Branch prediction is a momentous technology guarantee for processor performance, especially for the widely used superscalar processor. The properties of the branch predictor significantly affect the overall performance, power consumption, and area of the processor. To obtain a more cost-effective branch predictor in the superscalar processor, an attempt is made to use a single TAGE (tagged geometric history length) predictor to predict the branches within the fetch width. The championship branch prediction platform is used to evaluate the performance of the predictor, and its prediction ability is sufficient to meet the prediction conditions. However, in practice, conflicts in both the predictor and branch target buffer affect its performance. To solve the above problem, this paper adds additional prediction paths based on a single TAGE branch predictor and independently saves and predicts additional branch instruction information. This predictor is implemented in the processor using hardware description language and compared with a single TAGE branch predictor to perform standard benchmark programs for embedded processors, dhrystone, coremark and embench. Experimental results show that the performance of the optimized branch predictor is improved by 14.1 percentage points, while the storage overhead is only increased by 9.06%. Finally, through the analysis of the experimental data, it is found that this scheme is not only conducive to the prediction of additional branch instructions, but also can achieve more accurate prediction of single branch instruction through more accurate acquisition of branch history information.

In order to meet the market demand for medical devices and improve the accuracy and speed of existing printers, a skin mount printer was designed. Centered around Xilinx’s ZYNQ-7000, the whole printer uses its embedded ARM processor to carry Linux as the main control of the system. What’s more, it realizes three-axis drive, high-precision nozzle and proportional valve control on its editable logic device. Then, the accuracy and stability of the printer are improved by the acceleration and deceleration controller in the three-axis drive. In addition, the hardware circuits of heating and atomization are made according to the design requirements. Finally, compared with the PrototypeSK00 printer, the printer in this work has significant advantages in precision, stability and time when printing the same size of stand.

Aiming at the phenomenon of spray leakage, re-spray, deficiency of inkjet characters under the background of complex commodities, an inkjet character detection algorithm based on YOLOv5 + CRNN is proposed. The inkjet character positioning algorithm is based on YOLOv5, combined with the attention mechanism to improve its detection accuracy. Then, the number and complexity of model parameters are reduced through sparse training and channel pruning, so that the final detection accuracy is increased by 3.4 percentage points, and the amount of model parameters is reduced by 6.7 MB. After erasing background and perspective transformation, the positioned character area is send to the CRNN network to complete the recognition of inkjet character. Finally, the improved algorithm is deployed to the NVIDIA TX2 embedded platform. Through the actual measurement in the production lines of the food packaging factory, the testing speed of the model reaches 28 frame/s, the accuracy of character-localization is 99.4%, and the recognition rate is 95% with good robustness. The audio and video system of mine search and rescue robot is designed based on the Linux. The system selects a 1/2.7 inch CMOS USB binocular camera, BH1750 light intensity acquisition and 850 nm infrared compensation light as the video acquisition scheme under low illumination environment, the hardware has intrinsically safe power conversion circuit and wired/wireless communication interface, the system realizes the acquisition of two high-definition audio and video in the low illumination environment of coal mine, and carries out compression, storage, display and transmission for the collected audio and video data.

Aiming at the technical defects of the existing helium mass-spectrometry leak detection system, a design and implementation of the helium mass spectrometry leak detection system based on the Internet of Things technology is proposed. The system integrates embedded system, WiFi，ZigBee and consists of main control module, acquisition module and execution module. The main control module can integrate the data information of the helium mass spectrometer leak detector and the acquisition module. The execution module automatically completes the leak detection process, and predicts the stable time of the leak detection signal by gray algorithm, which can improve the leak detection efficiency. The test results show that the implementation scheme is effective.

As the most important safety component of the construction elevators, the periodic detection of anti-falling safety devices is particularly important. The embedded detection system based on the Android platform of the SAJ30/40 gear progressive anti-falling safety device was designed, the angle sensor was used to measure the rotation angle of cone hub of the anti-falling safety device and the speed sensor was used to measure the real-time running speed of the elevator respectively, the data was processed by the upper computer analysis software, the braking distance and the operating speed of the anti-falling safety device were output. The test results of the method of the field test frame show that the detection system can measure the braking distance of the anti-falling safety device and other testing parameters accurately, and the measurement accuracy of the braking distance is ±1 millimeter.

Ground mobile robots and airborne robots have the obvious superiority of complementing each other, which plays an important role in improving the completion of missions. Therefore, more researchers have paid attention to those research in recent years. A typical model of the collaboration of air-ground robot is to provide the ground robot with path guidance information through the wide-range environmental awareness of the air robot. So firstly, a ground-based robot collaboration platform is established and the ground environment is perceived and identified by using airborne visual sensing information. Then, the path planning algorithm is used to plan the path and streamline the instructions. Finally, the ground robot performs machine vision tasks. The success rate of the experimental verification results is more than 80%, which verifies the feasibility of the method.

Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing monitoring methods for mechanical wear, a design is proposed in this paper for oil wear particles online monitoring system based on optical method, which can realize the detection for internal wear of gear box or hydraulic equipment under the complex environments, improve detecting ranges of the wear particles and reduce the cost of on-line wear monitoring. A design for image acquisition processor is proposed to realize the acquisition, processing and transmission for HD plane array camera images. The hardware circuit of the image acquisition processor is designed based on the Freescale I.MX6Q. In the embedded Linux environment, the software of the image acquisition processor is designed based on OpenCV to realize the processing of the images captured by the plane array camera. Experiments show that the image acquisition processor can realize functions of on-line wear particles image acquisition, processing and wireless transmission, and can be used for oil detection, fault prediction and diagnosis in bad working environments.

The conventional Real Time Kinematic(RTK) location technology utilizes radio modem to transmit differential data between base station and mobile station. In this case, the transmission distance is limited and the location precision can be easily affected by external factors. In this paper, a practical RTK location technology which adopts 3G wireless communication technology to establish data link between mobile station and Continusly Operating Reference Station(CORS) center is proposed. The technology is implemented in S5PV210 microprocessor and Linux embedded system. This paper introduces the system architecture and operating principle of the terminal, and elaborates the methods to implement the hardware module and software module. The system has characters of good reliability, high precision and strong practicability. Test results show that the terminal is reliable and robust with centimetre-level location precision.

In existing MWSN(mobile wireless sensor network)， the problem of hot spot allocation was not solved well， and the utilization rate of network was low. It is possible to optimize the network structure by predicting the trajectory of mobile nodes. A trajectory prediction algorithm named MTPA combined with acceleration was proposed. Firstly， modeling the motion state of the node was established. Secondly， a step motion state probability transfer matrix was done. Finally， Markov chain based multi-step probabilistic transfer matrix algorithm was presented. In order to verify the performance of the algorithm， experiments were carried out on the STM32F407 platform， the experimental results show that comparing with traditional uniform prediction algorithms and frequency statistics algorithms， the prediction accuracy of MTPA has certain advantages， and relevant research results can be used in MWSN. To embody the idea of mutual promotion between teaching and scientific research, and to meet the needs of teaching and research for speech signal processing, an integrated experimental platform for embedded speech signal processing is design by using Cortex-A8 microprocessor and WM8960 audio coding and decoding chip as core hardware. Moreover, an integrated experimental teaching and development software is designed on this platform by using QT development software. Then, the system hardware structure and transplant of driver are described. By taking an example of the speech enhancement algorithm based on spectral subtraction, the speech development process based on QT is introduced. Based on this experimental platform, students can master not only the basic knowledge of speech signal processing, but also the development process of embedded software for the speech application. The system had friendly interface and strong functions, can be used for the teaching of speech and signal processing in colleges and universities, and for the research and development of related topics on speech signal processing. To deal with the service reliability of embedded network devices, the redundancy design of dual network cards is widely used in the existing network fault tolerance. We propose a method for network fault tolerance for the situation of single network card and multi network ports, which can effectively utilize the bandwidth resources of the system. It includes a network port state inspection mechanism and a fault network service data migration method, based on which we develop several functional modules. Fault detection module realizes the detection method based on Loopback. Fault tolerant processing module realizes the migration of fault network service loads when it detects any network fault. The proposed method can effectively detect network port state and hold the fault tolerance of load data. The neural stimulator is a core component of animal robots. While the control effect of animal robots is influenced by various factors, the performance of the neural stimulator plays a decisive role in regulating animal robots. In order to optimize animal robots, embedded neural stimulators had been developed using flexible printed circuit board technology. This innovation not only enabled the stimulator to generate parameter-adjustable biphasic current pulses through control signals, but also optimized its carrying mode, material, and size, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional backpack or head-inserted stimulators, which have poor concealment and are prone to infection. Static, in vitro , and in vivo performance tests of the stimulator demonstrated that it not only had precise pulse waveform output capability, but also was lightweight and small in size. It had excellent in vivo performance in both laboratory and outdoor environments. Our study has high practical significance for the application of animal robots.

Since the 20th century, game theory has developed rapidly and been widely used in the study of international relations,and has become a common way of dealing with international relations. For plenty of control mechanism, complex control procedures and requirements of high real-time control of knitting machine, a hardware design of control system based on the ARM9 and double CPLD is presented. Firstly, it de analysed the control requirements of the flat knitter control system, and presented the structure of software systems and the scheme. Secondly, it designed the double CPLD, control switch devices programs and ARM9 control program in which includes ARM9 control program, network protocols, and the network protocols including network protocols and data frames for data transmission. Lastly, test software is designed, and then tests the partial function of software. To improve the method of collecting of forest habitat factors such as forest temperature, humidity and light intensity, an automatic collection system of forest habitat factors was completed with the use of embedded technology and wireless sensor network technology. This system used the LPC2148 embedded chip as main control chip, MySQL as the system database AecGIS Server as GIS platform, to obtain forest temperature, humidity and light intensity by the collection device composed of BH1750FVI light sensor and SHT11 temperature and humidity sensor, to establish communication with the host computer by nRF905 wireless communication module so as to store data and real-time display of the dynamic changes of the forest habitat factors in a web page. The test results showed that the data packet numbering mechanism and time synchronization mechanism used into the communication protocol of sensor nodes could alleviate network congestion and reduce the loss rate of the data packets. When the emission frequency of the wireless communication module was set to 433 MHz, the transmission rate and emission power were set to 9 600 bps and 10 dBm, the error rate of frames could be effectively controlled within the range of less than 50 meters.
