Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of purse-string suture, Hem-o-lok clip and double thread ligation in the treatment of appendiceal stump. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 237 acute appendicitis patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy at Nanjing Jiangbei Hospital from July 2021 to April 2023. According to the treatment, the patients were divided into purse-string suture group (n=48), Hem-o-lok clip group (n=152) and double thread ligation group (n=37). The baseline data, surgical time, intraoperative bleeding, length of hospital stay, total hospitalization costs, and incidence of postoperative complications among three different treatment methods were compared. Results There was no significant in operation time, blood loss, and hospital stay among three groups (P＞0.05). there was significant difference in total hospitalization cost among three groups (F=5.823, P=0.003), and that in double thread ligation group was (9 809.1±1 199.7) yuan, which was significantly lower than that in the purse-string suture group ［(10 355.0±1 133.7) yuan］ and Hem-o-lok clip group ［(10 541.6±1 179.3) yuan］ (P＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the purse string suture group was 2.1% (1/48), the Hem-o-lok clip group was 2.0% (3/152), and the double thread ligation group was 2.7% (1/37). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications among the three groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The three methods to secure the appendiceal stump are safe and effective, but double thread ligation is cost-saving than purse-string suture and Hem-o-lok clip.

[Introduction] Under the current situation of increasing automation level of distribution network, in order to solve the problem that the influence of distribution automation is not considered in traditional distribution network power supply reliability assessment methods, in this paper, a method for rapid assessment of power supply reliability of urban distribution network is proposed, which takes into account the automatic partitioning of distribution network. [Method] In this paper, based on the node division method of path characteristics, by demarcating automatic partitioning of distribution network, defining large and small segments, a method for evaluating the effect of power supply reliability improvement that was suitable for automatic partitioning of distribution network was proposed. [Result] Compared with the industry standard for reliability evaluation of medium-voltage distribution network, the proposed method fully considers the influence of distribution automation on reducing fault location, isolation and switching operation time, and the evaluation result is reduced by about 22%. [Conclusion] The proposed method can more accurately analyze the power supply reliability of the distribution network with a higher level of distribution automation, and is suitable for urban distribution network areas with a small power outage time base.

In view of problems that existing mine positioning equipment embedded program upgrade method needs to establish physical connection and there’s no programmable wireless upgrade protocol for small embedded devices, a wireless software upgrade method for mine positioning equipments was proposed. The method adopts wireless broadcast transmission mode and one-to-many network mode to implement batch wireless IAP (In-Application Programming) upgrade of mine positioning device, thereby improving convenience and efficiency of upgrade. The experiment results show that the overall upgrade success rate of the method is positively correlated with distance, and the success rate is high within 10 m. The method provides an effective way for upgrading of a large number of mine positioning equipments.

Portable X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (PXRF) is often used in the laboratory and the field because it is a portable, high-efficiency and non-destructive piece of equipment. PXRF can be used to obtain semi-quantitative/quantitative results of multiple elements in geological samples within two minutes. However, there are many factors that can affect the analytical results of geological samples by PXRF, including the surface state, sample heterogeneity, and the measurement time. In order to further understand the effect of sample types and analytical methods on the element contents, the study described here compares the analytical results of rocks by PXRF with those acquired by conventional laboratory analysis. Results of rocks and rock powder samples by PXRF were also compared, and the effect of different detection time on the results of rock powder samples by PXRF was also investigated. A method has been proposed which will reduce the exploration cost and improve work efficiency without a significant loss of analytical precision. The results shows that analytical results of most of the detectable elements is not reliable when analyzing rocks directly by PXRF, especially for the frequently used trace elements (Cu, Pb, Zn, As and Ni). However, PXRF can be used to analyze rock powders and the analytical result is acceptable. There is a difference between the correlation of various elements between rock and rock powder samples by PXRF. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether the rock sample needs to be ground for sample preparation according to the target elements of interest in practical work. The detection time has no obvious effect on the elemental content results. Whether a specific element can be obtained in a relatively short time, further detection time is unnecessary.

The purpose of the experiment was to screen beneficial strains with antibacterial effects from the natural environment and study their growth characteristics. In the experiment, 12 strains of Bacillus were screened with E. coli as indicator bacteria, and six strains of Bacillus with antibacterial activity were screened and identified. Then, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used as indicator bacteria to screen the antibacterial peptide extracts of Bacillus, and hemolytic comparison, drug sensitivity determination, and growth characteristics of the screened strains were studied. The results showed that Bacillus G02 and J12, which had strong antibacterial activity, were identified as Bacillus siamensis. The extracts of two strains of Bacillus had the ability of secreting surface activity, and the ability of secreting surface activity was equal. The sensitivity of two strains of Bacillus to 16 drugs was above medium sensitivity. The extracts of two strains of Bacillus had the ability of secreting surface activity, and the ability of secreting surface activity was equal. The two strains entered the logarithmic growth phase at 6 h, the pH value was maintained between 5 and 8, and the antimicrobial activity reached its peak at 22 h. Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of miR-208b-3p on energy metabolism in mice with heart failure (HF) induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC). Methods Twenty-four mice were randomly divided into sham operation group (Sham group, n=6) and surgery group (n=18).TAC was used to establish an HF model in the surgical group, the sham group received the same surgical procedures as TAC, but no ligation of the transverse aortic arc.At the second week after TAC, the surgery group was randomly divided into Antagomir group (n=6), Antagomir-NC group (n=6) and TAC group (n=6).The mice of the Antagomir group and the Antagomir-NC group were injected with miR-208b-3p antagomir reagent (800 μg) and miR-208b-3p antagomir negative control reagent (800 μg), respectively by tail vein, twice a week, for 4 consecutive weeks.Echocardiography was performed at the 6th week after surgery to evaluate the cardiac function.HE staining and Sirius red staining were used to observe myocardial histopathology in mice.ATP assay was employed to detect the ATP level in myocardial tissues.RT-qPCR was applied to detect the expression of miR-208b-3p, mitochondrial genes (ND1, ND2, ND3, ND4, ND4L, ND5, ND6, CO1, CO2, CO3, CYTB, ATP6 and ATP8), POLRMT and 12S rRNA in myocardial tissues.Double luciferase reporter assay was conducted to detect the interaction between miR-208b-3p and the potential target gene POLRMT.Western blotting was utilized to detect the changes in the protein levels of POLRMT and ND1, CO2, CYTB and ATP8 in myocardial tissues. Results The expression of miR-208b-3p was significantly higher in myocardial tissues of the TAC group than the Sham group (P < 0.05).Echocardiography revealed that the ejection fraction, systolic and diastolic functions were significantly improved in the Antagomir group than the TAC group (P < 0.05).Pathological observation showed significantly improved cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, arrangement disorder and myocardial interstititial cell infiltration in the Antagomir group (P < 0.05).Compared with the TAC group, the ATP level was significantly increased (P < 0.05), the expression levels of POLRMT and mitochondrial gene transcripts (12SrRNA and 13 mitochondrial gene-coding polypeptides) were significantly increased (P < 0.05), but there were no changes in SDHA and SDHB levels in the Antagomir group.Double luciferase reporter assay indicated that miR-208b-3p bound to the CDS region of POLRMT.The protein levels of POLRMT, ND1, CO2, CYTB and ATP8 were significantly increased in the myocardial tissues in the Antagomir group than the TAC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion MiR-208b-3p inhibits the expression of mitochondrial genes by targeting POLRMT, aggravates mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder, and deteriorates cardiac insufficiency and ventricular remodeling in HF mice.

ObjectiveCurrently, pig farming facilities mainly rely on manual counting for tracking slaughtered and stored pigs. This is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also prone to counting errors due to pig movement and potential cheating. As breeding operations expand, the periodic live asset inventories put significant strain on human, material and financial resources. Although methods based on electronic ear tags can assist in pig counting, these ear tags are easy to break and fall off in group housing environments. Most of the existing methods for counting pigs based on computer vision require capturing images from a top-down perspective, necessitating the installation of cameras above each hogpen or even the use of drones, resulting in high installation and maintenance costs. To address the above challenges faced in the group pig counting task, a high-efficiency and low-cost pig counting method was proposed based on improved instance segmentation algorithm and WeChat public platform.MethodsFirstly, a smartphone was used to collect pig image data in the area from a human view perspective, and each pig's outline in the image was annotated to establish a pig count dataset. The training set contains 606 images and the test set contains 65 images. Secondly, an efficient global attention module was proposed by improving convolutional block attention module (CBAM). The efficient global attention module first performed a dimension permutation operation on the input feature map to obtain the interaction between its channels and spatial dimensions. The permuted features were aggregated using global average pooling (GAP). One-dimensional convolution replaced the fully connected operation in CBAM, eliminating dimensionality reduction and significantly reducing the model's parameter number. This module was integrated into the YOLOv8 single-stage instance segmentation network to build the pig counting model YOLOv8x-Ours. By adding an efficient global attention module into each C2f layer of the YOLOv8 backbone network, the dimensional dependencies and feature information in the image could be extracted more effectively, thereby achieving high-accuracy pig counting. Lastly, with a focus on user experience and outreach, a pig counting WeChat mini program was developed based on the WeChat public platform and Django Web framework. The counting model was deployed to count pigs using images captured by smartphones.Results and DiscussionsCompared with existing methods of Mask R-CNN, YOLACT(Real-time Instance Segmentation), PolarMask, SOLO and YOLOv5x, the proposed pig counting model YOLOv8x-Ours exhibited superior performance in terms of accuracy and stability. Notably, YOLOv8x-Ours achieved the highest accuracy in counting, with errors of less than 2 and 3 pigs on the test set. Specifically, 93.8% of the total test images had counting errors of less than 3 pigs. Compared with the two-stage instance segmentation algorithm Mask R-CNN and the YOLOv8x model that applies the CBAM attention mechanism, YOLOv8x-Ours showed performance improvements of 7.6% and 3%, respectively. And due to the single-stage design and anchor-free architecture of the YOLOv8 model, the processing speed of a single image was only 64 ms, 1/8 of Mask R-CNN. By embedding the model into the WeChat mini program platform, pig counting was conducted using smartphone images. In cases where the model incorrectly detected pigs, users were given the option to click on the erroneous location in the result image to adjust the statistical outcomes, thereby enhancing the accuracy of pig counting.ConclusionsThe feasibility of deep learning technology in the task of pig counting was demonstrated. The proposed method eliminates the need for installing hardware equipment in the breeding area of the pig farm, enabling pig counting to be carried out effortlessly using just a smartphone. Users can promptly spot any errors in the counting results through image segmentation visualization and easily rectify any inaccuracies. This collaborative human-machine model not only reduces the need for extensive manpower but also guarantees the precision and user-friendliness of the counting outcomes.

Abstract [Objective] The purpose of this research is to investigate the species diversity of Kunyu Mountain in Shandong Province and further identify its species composition and distribution. [Methods] Morphological, anatomical, chemical characters, and molecular phylogenetic analysis based on ITS sequences were used in this research. [Results] Three lichens species new to China, Lepraria harrisiana Lendemer, Leprocaulon nicholsiae Lendemer & E. Tripp, and Brownliella kobeana (Nyl.) S.Y. Kondr., Kärnefelt, A. Thell, Elix, Jung Kim, A.S. Kondr. & Hur, were discovered during a taxonomical study of lichens from Mount Kunyu in Shandong Province. Descriptions and morphological photographs of these three species were provided. Specimens were deposited in lichen section of botanical herbarium at Shandong Normal University. [Conclusion] This research shows high species diversity of lichens in Kunyu Mountain in Shandong Province.

Carbonate reservoirs are often stimulated by acidizing and acid fracturing techniques， but the microstructure of the rock surface is corroded and destroyed after acid etching， and the mechanical properties of the rock are changed significantly， which further affects the final stimulation effect. The experiment on the mechanical properties， the study on surface morphological characteristics by scanning electron microscopic （SEM）， and the microscopic pore structure characterization by nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） are carried out before and after limestone acid etching to clarify the influence of acid etching on the mechanical properties and microscopic pore structure changes of limestone. The results show that acid etching softening layers with a certain thickness of about 11.61 μm appear on the rock surface after acid etching. Remarkably， the compressive strength， elastic modulus， and surface hardness of limestone are all reduced to about 40% before acid etching due to the acid etching softening layers. Dissolved pores of different sizes are formed inside the rock surface after acid etching and stress concentration is induced around the dissolved pores， changing the stress distribution of the acid etching softening layers. Under high closure stress， the dissolved pores are easier to crush deformation or collapse failure， which is also the main reason for the change of mechanical properties of acid etching softening layers. According to the T2 spectrogram of NMR， it is found that there is the largest change in the number of pores with pore sizes between 1 nm and 1 μm， and the acid dissolution alters the internal pore structures of the acid etching softening layers， hence further affecting the mechanical properties of rock after acid etching.

The tillering angle was an important plant type trait of rice, and the suitable tillering angle was the key factor to achieve the high yield of rice. The specific molecular marker S-TAC1 based on STARP (Semi-thermal asymmetric reverse PCR) technology was designed for the functional site of TAC1, which was the major efficiency gene controlling the tillering angle of rice, and the genotype identification of 56 sequenced conventional rice varieties and 164 hybrid rice varieties were conducted. S-TAC1 accurately identified the genotypes of 56 sequenced conventional varieties, including 36 compact homozygous genotypes tac1/tac1 and 20 incompact homozygous genotypes TAC1/TAC1, which indicated that the S-TAC1 typing results were accurate and reliable. Among 164 hybrid rice varieties, 62 were heterozygous genotypes TAC1/tac1 and 102 were incompact homozygous genotypes TAC1/TAC1. The functional markers developed in this study provided technical support for the cultivation of rice varieties with ideal plant type by molecular marker-assisted selection. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The majority of limestone reservoirs in China are characterized by deep burial， low porosity， and low permeability and are influenced by factors such as elevated temperatures， high closure pressures， and strong heterogeneity. Conventional hydrochloric acid fracturing techniques often fail to achieve non-uniform etching on such reservoirs， resulting in poor transformation effects and hindering the efficient development of such reservoirs. The acid fracturing technology of multi-stage alternating injection was used to facilitate non-uniform etching of fracture wall surfaces by iteratively forming viscous fingering in the prepad. However， the law governing the acid-etching fracturing of multi-stage alternating injection remains unclear， and the acid injection stage boundaries are not determined. At present， acid fracturing design typically relies on empirical approaches. To address these gaps， this study built an acid fracturing model of multi-stage alternating injection for limestone reservoirs by considering the influence of viscosity variation and alternating stages based on a two-scale continuous acidification model. Based on the acid fracturing model of multi-stage alternating injection， the influence of acid viscosity， acid injection rate， and acid injection stages on the acid fracture effects was analyzed by combining the acid rock reaction kinetics， acid-etched fracture experimental data， and numerical simulation results. The acid-etching law of multi-stage alternating injection in limestone reservoirs and the acid injection stage boundaries were determined， and the breakthrough volume of acid fluid was introduced to provide the basis for site optimization. The findings suggest that to enhance the non-uniform etching of fracture wall surfaces and obtain high conductivity of acid-etching fractures， an alternating injection process involving hydrochloric acid and thickened acid should be adopted for pure limestone reservoirs at a formation temperature of 90 °C. 0.4% HPAM-thickened acid should be added when the acid injection rate is 5 m3/min， with an optimal acid injection stage of no more than three. At this time， the breakthrough volume of acid fluid is the smallest， which is suitable for on-site construction.

【Objective】 In view of the lack of integrated facilities for measuring and controlling flow of Doudou (agricultural) channel in irrigation area, an integrated quantity control building-Measurement and Control Integrated Water Distribution Farm Gate was designed to explore its performance on trapezoidal channel. 【Method】 Using the combination of agricultural gate control disc valve and circular pipe to form an integrated water distribution gate (hereinafter referred to as the water distribution gate), the hydraulic characteristics and flow formulas of the water distribution gate under different flow rates and different opening of the agricultural gate control disc valve are studied by model test. 【Result】 ①The flow formula of Water Distribution Farm Gate was fitted and designed. The average error of the flow calculated by the formula was 4.34% compared with the measured flow, and the measurement error of flow was less than ±5%, which met the water accuracy requirements of irrigation area. ②The “optimal water head” of Water Distribution Farm Gate is between 0.475 and 0.575 L in the overall length of the pipeline.③The water distribution gate mainly produces local head loss and head loss along the distance when the water flow passes through the disc valve, and the range of head loss is 29.54% to 38.89%. 【Conclusion】 When the flow rate is in the range of 30 - 65 m3/h, under different flow conditions and disc valve opening degree, the water metering can be carried out in the final channel of the irrigation area. Therefore, Water Distribution Farm Gate has a high prospect of popularization and practical application value in the future.

Activated sludge process is one of the most widely used processes for wastewater biological treatment. As the main by-product of activated sludge process，sludge with the high moisture content easily results in various problems such as the difficult transportation，high cost of resource utilization，and low calorific value. Therefore，it is necessary to conduct the sludge dewatering. Flocculation is widely used in sludge dewatering due to its unique advantages including simple operation，fast reaction rate，extensive application scope and excellent dewatering performance. The composition，advantages and disadvantages，and related flocculation mechanisms of various flocculants are introduced in detail. Subsequently，the preparation strategies of various flocculants and their application in sludge dewatering are systematically summarized. Finally，the outlooks of various flocculants on sludge dewatering are presented in order to provide a reference for future research on the application of flocculation technology on sludge dewatering.

Objective To investigate the change in expression of microRNA-669a-5p (miR-669a-5p) in mice with heart failure (HF) induced by transverse aortic constriction (TAC) and to further explore the role and possible mechanism of miR-669a-5p in HF mice. Methods Twenty-four mice were randomly divided into the sham surgery group (Sham group, n=8) and the surgery group (n=16, TAC induced HF model). In the 4th week after TAC surgery, the mice from the surgery group was randomized into the model group (TAC group, n=8) and miR-669a-5p agomir group (Agomir group, n=8). Normal saline, agomir negative control and agomir reagent were respectively injected via tail vein into the corresponding groups, twice a week for 4 weeks. In the 8th week after TAC, the cardiac function of each group was measured by echocardiography. HE, Sirius red and WGA staining were used to observe the pathological changes in the myocardium tissues. The expression of miR-669a-5p and oxidative phosphorylation related genes (ND1, ND2, NDUFA4 and ATP5O) were detected by RT-qPCR. The ATP content of myocardial tissues in each group was measured by ATP assay kit. The protein levels of AMPK, p-AMPK and PGC-1α were detected by Western blotting. Results The expression of miR-669a-5p was significantly decreased in the TAC group compared with the Sham group (P < 0.05). Compared with those in the TAC group, echocardiography showed that the Agomir group significantly improved cardiac function (P < 0.05), as well as histopathological analysis suggested that the Agomir group significantly improved cardiac remodeling (P < 0.05). The ATP levels in the Agomir group were significantly higher than that in the TAC group (P < 0.05), and the mRNA levels of ND1, ND2, NDUFA4 and ATP5O were dramatically higher (P < 0.05). Western blotting showed that the protein levels of p-AMPK/AMPK and PGC1α were significantly up-regulated in the Agomir group compared with the TAC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion MiR-669a-5p significantly improves cardiac function and cardiac remodeling in mice with TAC-induced HF, and the mechanism may be associated with the up-regulation of AMPK/PGC1α signaling pathway and further improvement of myocardial energy metabolism in mice.

In order to explore the effects of citric acid (CA) and water glass (SS) on the corrosion behavior of steel bars in modified magnesium oxysulfide (MOS) cement-based materials under carbonization,the corrosion rate and degree of embedded steel bars under carbonization in MOS cementitious materials with CA, SS, and CS (CA and SS in a 1:2 mass ratio) added at 0.5% mass percent of magnesium oxide, respectively, were tested using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and steel bar corrosion tester. Results showed that under carbonization, the addition of CA reduced the corrosion rate and degree of passivated and depassivated steel bars in MOS cementitious materials. Among them, the single addition of CA had the best rust inhibition effect on the passivated and depassivated steel bars in MOS cementitious materials. The single addition of SS had no rust inhibition effect on the passivated steel bars in MOS cementitious materials, while the addition of CS had a general rust inhibition effect on the depassivated steel bars in MOS cementitious materials, and no significant rust inhibition effect on the passivated steel bars.

The objectives of this study are to identify and analyze the uncoupling protein (UCPs) gene family members in sweetpotato (Ipopoea batatas (L.) Lam) and to investigate its expression specificity in different tissues of sweetpotato and its response to low temperature (4°C), high salinity (NaCl) and drought (PEG-6000) stresses. The results showed that the UCP (IbUCP) gene family of sweetpotato included five genes, which were named IbUCPl (GenBank accession number: MW753000), IbUCP2 (GenBank accession number: MW753004), IbUCP3 (GenBank accession number: MW753001), IbUCP4 (GenBank accession number: MW753002), and IbUCP5 (GenBank accession number: MW753003), respectively. IbUCP contains 261-375 amino acid residues with the theoretical isoelectric point from 8.53 to 9.86. IbUCP were mainly located in mitochondria. IbUCP was a hydrophilic protein belonging to the superfamily of mitochondrial. The secondary structure of IbUCP was mainly composed of α-helix and random coils, which was consistent with the prediction of tertiary structure. IbUCP did not contain transmembrane helix structure and signal peptide. IbUCP family members were divided into five branches, which were closely related to Ipomoea triloba and Ipomoea nil, and was conserved to a certain extent. Promoter prediction revealed that IbUCPs family genes not only has basic transcription elements, but also some signal response elements, transcription factor recognition binding elements, and stress response cis-acting elements. Expression analysis showed that the IbUCPs gene family were tissue-specific. The IbUCP4 expressed the highest in stem, and the other IbUCPs genes were found expressed the highest in tuberous root. IbUCP1, IbUCP4, and IbUCP5 responded to low temperature stress. All members of the IbUCPs gene family all responded to high salinity stress. Additionally, under drought stress, IbUCP1, IbUCP4, and IbUCP5 all responded and reached the peak at different time, respectively. Various stresses can regulate the expression of IbUCPs, and this study provides a theoretical basis for the function mining of UCP gene in sweetpotato and the selection of sweetpotato stress-resistant varieties. Objective·To translate St Andrew′s Nutrition Screening Instrument (SANSI), and test its reliability and validity.Methods·With the consent of the authors, the SANSI was translated into Chinese in accordance with the "Brislin translation-back translation method" and the Chinese version underwent cross-cultural debugging. Five clinical medical staff were selected to a pre-survey on 10 patients, and the expression and structure of the scale items were fine-tuned according to the feedback. A total of 221 inpatients with mental disorders were selected by convenient sampling method in Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as research objects from January to February 2022, and the general clinical data of these patients were collected. The correlation between the items in Part Ⅲ and the identified risks in that part was evaluated by Spearman correlation analysis, and some items were deleted according to the results. Eight experts in mental disorders or nutrition were selected to evaluate the items of Chinese version of SANSI, and then the content validation indexes (CVIs) were calculated. With the standard of Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002), Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate the calibration validity of Chinese version of SANSI. Cronbach′s α coefficient, split half reliability and inter-rater reliability (κ consistency coefficient) were used to evaluate the reliability of the Part Ⅲ of the scale.Results·Through literal translation, back translation, cross-cultural debugging and pre-investigation, Chinese version of SANSI was formed. Among the 221 patients with mental disorders, 174 (78.73%) were males, the mean age was (64.12±13.87) years, and the duration of diseases was (26.06±17.65) years. There were 128 cases of schizophrenia (57.92%), 75 cases of organic mental disorders (33.94%), 10 cases of mood disorders (4.52%) and 8 cases of other mental disorders (3.62%). According to the results of correlation analysis in Part Ⅲ, the original items 1, 3, and 10 were deleted. The correlation coefficients between the remaining 7 items and the risk degree in this part were 0.391－0.734 (all P0.05).Conclusion·Chinese version of SANSI has good reliability and validity for hospitalized patients with mental disorders.

Objective To investigate the species composition of the main host animals of Leptospira and the infection of Leptospira in the central part of Fujian Province, so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of leptospirosis in this area. Methods The rodents were captured in Minhou, Changle and the other three cities and counties in Fujian, June 2020-May 2021. After identification of rodent species. the kidney tissues were collected. PCR method was used to detect the pathogen of Leptospira. At the same time, the pathogen was isolated and cultured by medium, and the genotype identification of isolated Leptospira strains was conducted by 16SrRNA sequence. Results A total of 150 rodents were captured in this study, and the main species were Rattus losea and Niviventer fulvescens. The two kinds of rodents accounted for 90.0% (135) of the total number of rodents captured and the rodent species were relatively single. Leptospira infection was detected in 36 rodents, with a total infection rate of 24.0%, including 22 Rattus losea, 11 Niviventer fulvescens and 3 Niviventer confucianus. There was no statistically significant difference in the infection rate between Rattus losea and Niviventer fulvescens (P>0.05). In central Fujian, the infection rate of Leptospira in the north was higher than that in the south, and the infection rate of Leptospira was the highest in Changle (52.9%). The Leptospira infection rate of rodents in Fuzhou area (38.6%) was significantly higher than that in Putian area (6.0%) (P<0.01). Five Leptospira strains were isolated and cultured, the pathogen isolation rate was 13.9%, including 3 pathogenic Leptospira and 2 non-pathogenic Leptospira. The genotype identification by 16SrRNA showed that 3 pathogenic Leptospira were 2 Leptospira borgpetersenii and 1 Leptospira interrogans, respectively. Both of the two nonpathogenic strains were Leptospira jelokensis. Conclusions There is pathogenic Leptospira infection in rodents in central Fujian area. Under the context of dual carbon strategic development goal, the petroleum and petrochemical industry is confronting with rigorous challenge from carbon reduction. Especially for the oil & gas exploration with large energy consumption in China, it is of practical importance to study the relation of the development of oil & gas exploitation with carbon emissions and its influencing factors.Herein, a combination of Kaya identity and generalized divisia index method(GDIM) was adopted to decompose various driving factors affecting carbon emissions in the oil & gas exploration industry. Then, the Tapio decoupling index model was established to analyze the decoupling effect of key factors influencing carbon emissions. Besides, the new model was used to analyze the carbon emissions in the oil & gas exploration industry in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2020. On this basis, it is concluded that the investment scale, output scale and energy consumption scale of China's oil and gas exploitation industry are highly positively correlated with carbon emissions, with respective contribution of 61.24%, 20.79% and 17.97% to the emissions. Meanwhile, the investment carbon intensity and output carbon intensity have a strong inhibitory effect on carbon emissions of oil & gas exploitation system, with respective contribution of -58.95% and -20.89% to carbon emission reduction. Moreover, the carbon emissions show the decoupling effect from the investment scale and output scale in most years, but it is still an expansionary negative decoupling at present. Under the new strategy pursuing for energy security, the oil & gas industry is seeking for the increase in reserves and production. Hence, the emphasis on innovation, energy saving and consumption reduction,the optimization of energy consumption structure and the integration of oil & gas and new energy are the most realistic and effective ways to achieve carbon emission reduction in the industry.

ObjectiveThe fruit load estimation of fruit tree is essential for horticulture management. Traditional estimation method by manual sampling is not only labor-intensive and time-consuming but also prone to errors. Most existing models can not apply to edge computing equipment with limited computing resources because of their high model complexity. This study aims to develop a lightweight model for edge computing equipment to estimate fruit load automatically in the orchard.MethodsThe experimental data were captured using the smartphone in the citrus orchard in Jiangnan district, Nanning city, Guangxi province. In the dataset, 30 videos were randomly selected for model training and other 10 for testing. The general idea of the proposed algorithm was divided into two parts: Detecting fruits and extracting ReID features of fruits in each image from the video, then tracking fruit and estimating the fruit load. Specifically, the CSPDarknet53 network was used as the backbone of the model to achieve feature extraction as it consumes less hardware computing resources, which was suitable for edge computing equipment. The path aggregation feature pyramid network PAFPN was introduced as the neck part for the feature fusion via the jump connection between the low-level and high-level features. The fused features from the PAFPN were fed into two parallel branches. One was the fruit detection branch and another was the identity embedding branch. The fruit detection branch consisted of three prediction heads, each of which performed 3×3 convolution and 1×1 convolution on the feature map output by the PAFPN to predict the fruit's keypoint heat map, local offset and bounding box size, respectively. The identity embedding branch distinguished between different fruit identity features. In the fruit tracking stage, the byte mechanism from the ByteTrack algorithm was introduced to improve the data association of the FairMOT method, enhancing the performance of fruit load estimation in the video. The Byte algorithm considered both high-score and low-score detection boxes to associate the fruit motion trajectory, then matches the identity features' similarity of fruits between frames. The number of fruit IDs whose tracking duration longer than five frames was counted as the amount of citrus fruit in the video.Results and DiscussionsAll experiments were conducted on edge computing equipment. The fruit detection experiment was conducted under the same test dataset containing 211 citrus tree images. The experimental results showed that applying CSPDarkNet53+PAFPN structure in the proposed model achieved a precision of 83.6%, recall of 89.2% and F1 score of 86.3%, respectively, which were superior to the same indexes of FairMOT (ResNet34) model, FairMOT (HRNet18) model and Faster RCNN model. The CSPDarkNet53+PAFPN structure adopted in the proposed model could better detect the fruits in the images, laying a foundation for estimating the amount of citrus fruit on trees. The model complexity experimental results showed that the number of parameters, FLOPs (Floating Point Operations) and size of the proposed model were 5.01 M, 36.44 G and 70.2 MB, respectively. The number of parameters for the proposed model was 20.19% of FairMOT (ResNet34) model's and 41.51% of FairMOT (HRNet18) model's. The FLOPs for the proposed model was 78.31% less than FairMOT (ResNet34) model's and 87.63% less than FairMOT (HRNet18) model's. The model size for the proposed model was 23.96% of FairMOT (ResNet34) model's and 45.00% of FairMOT (HRNet18) model's. Compared with the Faster RCNN, the model built in this study showed advantages in the number of parameters, FLOPs and model size. The low complexity proved that the proposed model was more friendly to edge computing equipment. Compared with the lightweight backbone network EfficientNet-Lite, the CSPDarkNet53 applied in the proposed model's backbone performed better fruit detection and model complexity. For fruit load estimation, the improved tracking strategy that integrated the Byte algorithm into the FairMOT positively boosted the estimation accuracy of fruit load. The experimental results on the test videos showed that the AEP (Average Estimating Precision) and FPS (Frames Per Second) of the proposed model reached 91.61% and 14.76 f/s, which indicated that the proposed model could maintain high estimation accuracy while the FPS was 2.4 times and 4.7 times of the comparison models, respectively. The RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) of the proposed model was 4.1713, which was 47.61% less than FairMOT (ResNet34) model's and 22.94% less than FairMOT (HRNet18) model's. The R2 of the determination coefficient between the algorithm-measured value and the manual counted value was 0.9858, which was superior to other comparison models. The proposed model revealed better performance in estimating fruit load and lower model complexity than other comparatives.ConclusionsThe experimental results proved the validity of the proposed model for fruit load estimation on edge computing equipment. This research could provide technical references for the automatic monitoring and analysis of orchard productivity. Future research will continue to enrich the data resources, further improve the model's performance, and explore more efficient methods to serve more fruit tree varieties.

In recent years, β-glucan has been widely researched in various related fields due to its significant physiological activity and health characteristics. β-glucan exists in highland barley, barley, oats, and microorganisms such as yeast, bacteria fungi and other natural plants, and is a kind of renewable polysaccharide with high nutritional values. Different physical properties due to its extensive sources also affect the development and application of β-glucan in various bioactive functional fields. We have reviewed different sources of β-glucan and its structure-activity relationship, and summarized its research status in digestive system, nervous system, immune system and other aspects, indicating that β-glucan has special physiological activities such as regulating glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, improving immunity and brain function, regulating intestinal microenvironment. It can be used as a dietary supplement and functional factor to intervene and regulate body health, and also has broad application value and prospects in the field of health product research and development. This review will provide theoretical reference and scientific basis for the further development and utilization of β-glucan.

During the operation of a thermal power unit’s high-pressure bypass （HPB） system， excessive vibration caused the breakage of the attached pressure-tapping tube. After the vibration reduction modification， it is required to analyze the vibration alternating stress level of the pressure-tapping tube and assess its safety. To this end， the vibration alternating stress level at the cracked location of the pressure-tapping tube is measured by the strain test method under the change of differential pressure and opening degree before and after the high-pressure bypass valve. The relationship between the vibration alternating stress magnitude of the pressure-tapping tube and the differential pressure before and after the high-pressure bypass valve and its opening degree is analyzed. The critical operating parameters for the potential fatigue fracture of the pressure-tapping pipelines are given： when the opening degree of the high-pressure bypass valve is 35%， and its differential pressure exceeds 3.70 MPa， the fatigue fracture of the pressure-tapping tube may occur. Finally， it is concluded through analysis that the high-pressure bypass vibration mainly comprises high-frequency vibration due to the high-frequency acoustic energy， which excites and amplifies the high-frequency vibration on the pipeline wall.

Compared with traditional diesel locomotive and electric locomotive, hydrogen energy dual source locomotive uses hydrogen fuel cell for power supply, which is not only safer and more environmentally friendly, but also has low operating noise, low cost and more convenient maintenance. As a key component of hydrogen energy system, bidirectional DC/DC converter converts fuel cell voltage into working voltage required by the system, but the existing bidirectional DC/DC converter generally adopts non isolated chopper circuit, which has the disadvantages of not realizing online switching of power flow direction, not redundant operation, etc., thus limiting its application in hydrogen energy dual source locomotive. Therefore, this paper designs a bi-directional isolated DC/DC converter, which uses dual active bridge (DAB) circuit, has wide soft switching range, high conversion efficiency, and can realize bidirectional flow of energy and online switching of transmission direction, with electrical isolation and thermal redundancy functions. This paper describes the main circuit design and control strategy of a 440 kW bi-directional isolated DC/DC converter, innovatively proposes a design method of energy storage inductor, which takes the minimum of the peak current of inductor as the optimization objective.The feasibility of the design is verified through principle simulation and test. The converter efficiency can reach 96%, which successfully realizes the loading application of high-power bi-directional isolated converter in hydrogen locomotive.

Objective To investigate the effect of continuity of care based on enhanced self-management for patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Totally 54 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 27 cases in each group. All patients received integrated traditional Chinese and western treatment at outpatient visit. Patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions after discharge from the hospital, and those in the observation group were given continuity of care interventions based on enhanced self-management. The clinical outcome indexes were measured before and 6 months after intervention. Results Better clinical outcomes were observed at 6 months after intervention, and systolic pressure, urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UCAR), uric acid, fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients in the observation were significantly lower than those in the control group, respectively(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Continuity of care based on enhanced self-management is potentially effective to reduce the systolic pressure, UCAR), uric acid, fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. It is reported that software configuration failure has become an important factor causing computer system anomalies and crashes. Configuration failures are caused by users' misconfigurations due to their inability to adequately obtain configuration constraint information. Because users lack software domain knowledge, configuration failures are difficult to avoid. Therefore, how to accurately analyze and extract the constraints of software configuration items to provide a basis for software configuration fault diagnosis and repair has important research significance. Specifically, enumeration is a common type of software systems, and the limitation of its value space often causes the system software configuration failure. This paper systematically investigates the enumeration type configuration constraints of six commonly used C/C++ open source software including Apache Httpd, Nginx, Postfix, MySQL, Redis, and PostgreSQL. Aiming at the problem that the value spaces of enumeration type configuration items are underreported in the previous methods, based on the program analysis method, an automatic configuration constraint extraction method for enumeration type configuration is designed and implemented. This method greatly improves the accuracy of the configuration constraint extraction of the above open source software, and improves the availability of the software configuration, and the diagnosibility of configuration failure. BACKGROUND The food security problem caused by heavy metal pollution in farmland soil has attracted widespread attention. Objective pollution investigation and evaluation work is of great significance for the later pollution prevention and safe utilization of soil. OBJECTIVES To fully understand the heavy metal contamination condition, ecological risk and human health risk of soil and rice in the farmland around the copper-lead-zinc tailing pond in Western Hubei Province. METHODS 50 sites of topsoil and rice were investigated systematically. ICP-MS, ICP-OES and AFS were used to determine the contents of eight heavy metals (As, Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, Hg, Ni, Cr), as well as the pH value of the soil. The potential ecological risk index method and human health risk assessment model were used to evaluate the potential ecological risk and health risk of soil and rice. RESULTS The results indicate that: (1) The contents of As, Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn in the soil exceed the standard, with the maximum exceedance rate of Cd being 20%. Only Cd in rice exceeds the standard with the exceedance rate of 14%. (2) Correlation analysis shows that soil heavy metals have the same pollution source, and leachate leakage is a possible source of pollution. There is a positive correlation between the heavy metals in rice and the surface soil, with the strongest correlation for Cd, which may be related to the strong absorption capacity of rice for soil Cd. (3) The evaluation results of potential ecological risk index show that Cd, Pb, Zn and Cu are significantly enriched in the soil, with the Cd enrichment coefficient of 4.41. The overall ecological risk is moderate, with 6% of the sites having very strong potential ecological risk. (4) The results of the health risk assessment indicate that the total and non-total carcinogenic risks are greater than the acceptable level at almost all sites. There is an overall risk of heavy metal carcinogenicity in the soil, with As and Cd being the major contributors. The total non-carcinogenic risk for rice at almost all sites in the study area is greater than the acceptable level, with Cd being the largest contributor. The total non-carcinogenic risk for rice at all sites is within the acceptable level. CONCLUSIONS The soil and rice in the vicinity of the tailings pond have been contaminated by heavy metals, posing a certain ecological risk, and the risks to the health of the local population should be taken into account.

BackgroundGenerally, pulse truncation events caused by measurement systems often present challenges to pulse height analysis in the field of spectroscopy and radiometry, resulting in spectral distortion.PurposeThis study aims to propose a composite neural network model for accurately estimating the heights of truncated pulses.MethodsFirstly, a long and short-term memory (LSTM) network was embedded into the UNet structure to construct a composite neural network model (LSTM-UNet). Then, the model was trained for height estimation of truncated pulses output by silicon drift detectors using a simulated pulse dataset for which the pulse amplitude matrix superimposed with noise was taken as input signal while the output signal was a set of expanded pulse heights. Finally, the performance of the model using relative error indicators was evaluated by analyses of powder iron ore and powder rock samples.ResultsThe average relative error of the UNet-LSTM model for pulse height estimation analysis on simulated pulse sequences is approximately 2.31%, which is 1.91% lower than the average relative error of traditional trapezoidal shaping algorithms. Verification results of the UNet-LSTM model on measured pulse sequences with different degrees of truncation show that the average relative error obtained during the height estimation of two samples and eight sets of offline pulse sequences is 2.36%.ConclusionsThe results reveal that the proposed model can accurately estimate truncated pulse heights.

Objective: In order to increase the added value of crayfish by-products. Methods: With chromatographic peaks and peak areas as the inspection indicators, the optimization on equilibrium time, addition of sodium chloride, extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized, and the composition of volatile flavor compounds was analyzed. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were equilibrium time 0 min, extraction temperature 75 ℃, extraction time 50 min, addition of sodium chloride 30% with 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS solid phase microextraction head. Under these conditions, a total of 34 volatile flavor compounds, including 5 alcohols, 12 aldehydes, 5 alkanes, 5 aromatic, 5 heterocyclic compounds and 2 esters, were detected in the crayfish boiled liquid. The total peak area was 5.54×108, and the comprehensive score was 95.47. The relative error between the experimental results and the predicted value was 4.53%. Conclusion: The 34 volatile flavor compounds can be extracted from the crayfish boiled liquid by headspace solid phase microextraction.

In order to explore the relationship between glued flange joint damage and the change of dynamic characteristics of composite insulator bushing， the paper takes a ± 800 kV composite insulator as the research object and establishes the finite element model of insulator. Moreover， it presets the damage influence factors in colloid height and angle direction and calculates the dynamic characteristics of composite insulators before and after damage. The results show that the crack and deformation of the adhesive layer interface at the flange joints of composite insulators may reduce the overall structural stiffness. The decrease of the flange joint’s bending stiffness is linear with the flange’s cracking area in colloid height and angle direction. The decreased cracking area of the colloid in the height direction of the flange angle is also approximately linear with the reduced bending stiffness area of the flange joint. The colloid damage in the vibration direction has the most significant impact on the flange stiffness.

Natural gas hydrate has the advantages of large reserves, wide distribution and clean combustion. In recent years, it has attracted a wide spread attention. In order to realize the safe and efficient exploitation of natural gas hydrate, it is necessary to systematically evaluate the mechanical stability of hydrate-bearing sediments. In this paper, the methane hydrate-bearing sediments with 40% porosity were remoulded firstly, and a series of triaxial compression tests were performed based on the laboratory mechanics experimental equipment under the conditions of different confining pressures. The strength and deformation characteristics of the sediments during hydrate dissociation were obtained, and the corresponding stress-strain curves were drawn. The results showed that the decomposition of natural gas hydrate can lead to the reduction of the sediments strength. In addition, based on the experimental data and the Duncan-Chang constitutive model, considering the influence of confining pressure and the dissociation time, a constitutive model of the sediment samples in the process of decomposition was constructed. This model could well simulate the stress-strain relationship of the sediments during the hydrate dissociation, providing the theoretical references to evaluate the stability of gas hydrate reservoirs. ObjectiveTo discuss the relationship between objective sleep quality and cognitive function in remission depression patients with insomnia.MethodsA total of 47 patients with depression in remission in Beijing Huilongguan Hospital were enrolled. Insomnia Severity Index （ISI） and the sleep efficiency calculated by the first four items of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） were defined as insomnia. Among the selected patients， 22 subjects were classified into insomnia group， and 25 subjects in non-insomnia group. The objective sleep status of all subjects was evaluated by polysomnography （PSG）， and the cognitive function was evaluated with the Repeatable Battery for Assessment of Neuropsychological Status （RBANS）. In order to solve the problems of various types, complex system and low resource sharing rate of software and hardware equipment, difficult network upgrading and transformation, and the incapability to meet the requirements of vertical services due to limited uplink and downlink transmission bandwidth and long total service delay, this paper proposes to introduce multi-access edge computing(MEC) technology into mine network to provide support for the realization of intelligent mine. For the intelligent mine service types of video monitoring, delay sensitive and connection, the application mode of MEC is discussed, and the characteristics of MEC supporting multiple protocols and equipment access are analyzed. It is pointed out that MEC is the only choice to provide integrated management and control based on the existing underground multiple protocols and equipment, and is the best solution to provide undifferentiated high-quality end-to-end service for users. The intelligent mine network computing tree model based on business requirements is established, and its evolution is divided into three stages, namely Pre-5G, 5G and Beyond-5G(6G). The main characteristics and symbolic technologies of each stage are analyzed, as well as the business characteristics such as load balance, business mobility, data security, scalability and integration characteristics. It is pointed out that each characteristic is the worst in the first stage and the best in the third stage. However, there is still a gap to achieve the goal of truly universal hardware devices and fully standardized interfaces. Combined with the computing tree model, the intelligent mine network MEC deployment model is proposed. It is pointed out that the model is based on a three-level flat structure with depth of 2, which can give full play to the edge computing capability of nodes at all levels, and dynamically select task unloading strategy while taking into account the load balance of nodes, so as to complete efficient task coordination. Moreover, the functions of nodes can be selected and flexibly deployed according to the actual situation on the ground or underground, which is suitable for all stages of intelligent mine construction.

Background and purpose: Traditional preparation of subcutaneous transplanted tumor of prostate cancer relies on cell suspension injection. However, there are great limitations. The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of developing a new animal model of subcutaneous transplanted prostate cancer with cell sheet technology. Methods: Human prostate cancer DU145 cells were inoculated into a 35 mm temperature sensitive cell culture dish, and the prostate cancer cell sheet was prepared by continuous culture and identified by H-E staining and immunohistochemistry. According to the research purpose, cell suspension group and cell membrane group were set up. DU145 cell suspension was subcutaneously injected into nude mice in cell suspension group, and DU145 cell sheet was subcutaneously injected into BALB/c nude mice in cell sheet group. The BALB/c nude mice were sacrificed 4 weeks after transplantation, and the grafted tumors in both groups were dissected for further histological analysis, including collagen fiber content, local infiltration and angiogenesis. Meanwhile, the common organs of prostate cancer metastasis, such as bone, lung and liver, were dissected to evaluate the systemic metastasis in both groups. Results: DU145 prostate cancer cell sheet could be prepared at 1 week after continuous culture. Histological staining revealed a membrane structure with an average thickness of (32.6±7.5) μm. The DU145 cell sheet was rich in collagen fibrin with high vimentin expression and low E-cadherin expression. H-E staining showed that the tumor structure was dense with obvious infiltration of surrounding muscles in the cell sheet group, while the tumor had more vacuoles and a clear boundary with surrounding tissues in the cell suspension group 4 weeks after subcutaneous transplantation. Moreover, the transplanted tumor volume was significantly higher in the cell sheet group than in the cell suspension group, and the measured tumor volume in the two groups were (0.967±0.129) and (0.437±0.054) cm3 (t = 3.774, P = 0.019 5), respectively. Masson staining showed that the content of blue collagen fiber was significantly higher in the cell sheet group than in the cell suspension group, and the optical densities (D) value of the two groups were 0.023 0±0.001 1 and 0.014 0±0.000 7 (t = 7.022, P = 0.000 1), respectively. Immunohistochemical staining of CD31 showed that the microvascular density per ×200 field in the cell sheet group and the cell suspension group were 53.20±3.56 and 32.40±4.98 (t = 3.392, P = 0.009 5), respectively. Gross anatomy and H-E staining showed no obvious systemic metastasis in the two groups 4 weeks after subcutaneous transplantation. Conclusion: It is feasible and advantageous to develop the animal model of subcutaneous transplanted prostate cancer using cell sheet technology. Compared with traditional cell suspension injection method, the tumor volum was larger, the infiltration degree was deeper with surrounding tissues, the density of new microvessels was higher, and the collagen content was richer, which is more helpful to reveal the real biological characteristics of prostate cancer. It is expected to be applied in the research of molecular genetics of prostate cancer, drug resistance mechanism and drug discovery.

Objective To evaluate the value of procalcitonin （PCT）, neutrophil-to-lymphocytes ratio （NLR）, neutrophil to lymphocyte and platelet ratio （N/LPR） in predicting acute kidney injury （AKI） in patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods A total of 120 SAP patients were retrospectively collected. According to whether AKI occurred within 7-d hospital stay, all SAP patients were divided into the AKI and non-AKI groups. Clinical baseline data and laboratory parameters were compared between two groups. The predictive value of PCT, NLR and N/LPR for AKI in SAP patients was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve. Results In the AKI group, the C-reactive protein （CRP） level, PCT level, NLR, N/LPR and lactic acid level were significantly higher （all P < 0.05）, whereas the albumin level was significantly lower （P < 0.05） compared with those in the non-AKI group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that PCT, NLR and N/LPR were the independent risk factors for SAP complicated with AKI （all P < 0.05）. ROC curve analysis demonstrated that the area under the ROC curve （AUC） of PCT, NLR, N/LPR, NLR+PCT, N/LPR+PCT, N/LPR+ NLR and N/LPR+ NLR+ PCT for predicting AKI were 0.750, 0.773, 0.882, 0.842, 0.884, 0.910 and 0.925, respectively. DeLong test indicated that the AUC of N/LPR for predicting AKI was significantly higher than that of NLR and PCT （both P < 0.05）, whereas no significant difference was observed between NLR and PCT （P > 0.05）.In addition, the AUC of different parameters combined for predicting AKI did not significantly differ from that of N/LPR alone （ all P > 0.05）. BackgroundThe calculation error of the stacked pulse amplitude generated by traditional pulse shaping methods leads to distortion in the X-ray fluorescence spectrum; thus, it is difficult to accurately analyze the spectrum measured in a high-stacking rate background.PurposeThis study aims to propose a transformer model based on deep learning for the pulse amplitude estimation of radiation measurements using high-performance silicon drift detectors.MethodsFirstly, multi-head attention was applied to the transformer model, and an encoder-decoder structure with embedded positional encoding was employed to estimate the amplitude of stacked pulses. Then, a predefined mathematical model was used to simulate the pulse signal output by the detector for model training, and Gaussian noise corresponding to thermal noise and shot noise was added to the signal to simulate real nuclear pulses. Finally, experimental verifications were carried out on powdered iron ore samples and powdered rock samples, and relative error, corresponding to the accuracy of pulse amplitude estimation, was used as a model performance evaluation indicator.Results & ConclusionsExperimental verification results show that the average relative error obtained for eight offline pulse sequences of powdered iron ore samples and powdered rock samples is 0.89%, which means that the model can accurately estimate the amplitude of stacked pulses.

【Objective】 The rhizosphere can become hypoxia as soil water content increases thereby hindering root respiration and hampering crop growth. Bubbling subsurface drip-irrigation water is one remediation to ameliorate root-zone anaerobicity and has been increasingly used in facility agriculture production. Since water content and oxygen concentration in the soil counter each other, this paper is to investigate their optimal combination to sustain greenhouse tomato production in northern and central China. 【Method】 The experiment was conducted in a solar greenhouse with micro-nano air bubble mixed with water before drip-irrigating it to the subsurface. We compared three oxygen concentrations: 3~5 mg/L (O1), 15 mg/L (O2) and 25 mg/L (O3); each aeration had three irrigation treatments with the average soil moisture in the root zone controlled at 50%~70% (W1), 65%~85% (W2) and 80%~100% (W3) of the field capacity, respectively. We measured the change in growth, physiological traits, yield and water use efficiency in each treatment. 【Result】 Increasing soil water content not only increased plant height and stem diameter, but also affected the leaf net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci) and transpiration rate (Tr) of the crop, all at significant levels. ObjectiveTo develop an analytical method for determination of masked fumonisins in cereals by isotope dilution-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.MethodsThe samples were extracted and diluted for determination of parental fumonisins. Another portion of extracted samples were alkaline hydrolyzed and cleaned up using strong anionic exchange adsorbent (MAX) for determination of hydrolyzed fumonisins. The chromatographic separation was performed on a CORTECS C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.6 μm) using 0.2% formic acid aqueous solution and methanol with 0.2% formic acid as the mobile phase under gradient elution. The six fumonisins of FB1, FB2, FB3, HFB1, HFB2 and HFB3 were analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry using multiple reactions monitoring (MRM) mode. The isotope dilution method was applied for quantitative analysis.ResultsThe six fumonisins showed good linearity with relative coefficients above 0.99. Limits of quantitation (LOQs) were in the range of 5.0-10 μg/kg. At the low, medium and high-spiked levels, the recoveries of fumonisins in three types of cereals were from 88.01% to 114.21%, with precision (RSD) of 0.72%-11.5%.ConclusionThis method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible for the determination of masked fumonisins in cereals. It is suitable for the routine test in analytical chemistry laboratories for monitoring masked fumonisins levels in cereals.

Through the seamless connection of participants, the dynamic real-time supervision of the production, collection, transportation, freezing, and treatment of corpses of experimental teaching animals was implemented. In order to effectively promote the standardization of experimental teaching, eliminate the phenomenon of random disposal of experimental animal corpses, and maintain the biological safety of the campus.

In this paper, the isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization and melting behaviors of rice bran oil (RBO) are studied, and the composition of the precipitates under cold temperatures from RBO is analyzed.The results show that the isothermal shear rheology is an effective method to characterize the cold performance of RBO. With the increasing of the cooling rate, the onset crystallization temperature of RBO gradually decreases, and the melting enthalpy gradually decreases before it finally becomes stable. The crystal form of the precipitates from RBO after stored at 4 ℃ for 90 days is mainly β form, and its melting peak temperature is at 21.5 ℃. The two crystallization peak temperatures are 5.6 ℃ and - 43.9 ℃,respectively. Compared with virgin RBO, the relative content of palmitic acid in the precipitates increases significantly, and the relative content of oleic and linoleic acids decreases obviously.

ObjectiveTo explore the related factors of troublemaking behaviors among patients with mental disorders induced by amphetamine-type stimulants （ATS）， and to provide references for the formulation of relevant intervention measures for ATS-induced mental disorders.MethodsA total of 105 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases， tenth edition （ICD-10） for ATS-induced mental disorders were included， and classified into troublemaking group and non-troublemaking group. The general demographic data and clinical data of the selected individuals were collected， and all patients were assessed using Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. ObjectiveTo analysed nutritious and harmful elements found in liquid milk marketed in different regions across China, analyzed the intake of elements from drinking milk, assessed exposure to elements and health risks in adults, and provided basis for relevant standards.MethodsAs many as 110 milk samples were collected in seven geographic regions across China. A total of 15 elements, Mg, Ca, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Cd and Pb, were determined with microwave digestion - inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to analyze regional differences. Recommended Nutrient Intake (RNI) and Adequate Intake (AI) were used to assess nutrition status while Margin of Exposure (MOE) and Provisional Tolerable Monthly Intake (PTMI) were used to assess health risks.ResultsThe result showed that milk generally has high level of Ca (430-939 mg/kg). The levels of 9 elements, namely Fe, Cr, Co, Mn, V, Ni, Pb, As and Cd, varied geographically. The measured concentrations of As, Pb and Cr in liquid milk were all lower than the limits of the Chinese standards. According to the result of exposure assessment, the RNIs of Mg, Ca, Se and Mo were higher than 10%. The MOE of Pb was much higher than 1. The PTMI of Cd was lower than 0.1 μg/kg BW/month, and the MOE of Ni was much higher than 10.ConclusionMilk contains abundant nutritious elements and is an important supplementary to human nutrition. In addition, milk generally contains low levels of harmful elements, which poses low risk to human health.

In the engineering of aerospace and nuclear power engineering, the safety and reliability of small pipe（Outer diameter less than 2-inch, about 50 mm） has become one of the main factors restricting the safe operation. However, in the existing design codes, there is a lack of detailed technical requirements and evaluation criteria for small pipeline. In this paper, based on the experimental and FEA analysis, the fatigue and final fracture of pipeline components are discussed. The results show that the results of the fatigue crack propagation by experimental and FEA method are same, and they account about 3 % of the fatigue life in the study case. The critical failure mode is the plastic collapse, so it is to increase the critical crack size by increasing the tensile strength.

We focus on detecting the efficiency of extreme learning machine (ELM) on action recognition. To overcome the problems of computational complexity and time consumption of online learning and action classification, we propose a new action recognition algorithm (ELM-Cholesky). Firstly, a method based on Cholesky decomposition to seek the calculation of ELM is introduced into the algorithm. Secondly, according to the characteristics of kernel function matrix updates during online learning, we utilize the partitioned Cholesky decomposition algorithm for online solution to ELM, which realizes online updating of the triangular factor matrix. Finally, we can obtain a new online learning algorithm, called ELM-Cholesky. The new algorithm can make full use of historical training data, reduce the complexity of calculation, and improve action identification accuracy. Aiming at problems of low resource sharing efficiency, difficult maintenance and upgrade, and inflexible and inefficient vertical service deployment and configuration caused by multi-source heterogeneous structure of mine communication network, network slice(NS) technology was applied to mine communication network. Mine communication network architecture based on NS was constructed. Deployment of NS in mine communication network is divided into service instance layer, network slice instance(NSI) layer and resource layer, which respectively correspond to application layer, transmission layer and perception layer in mine communication network. The service instance layer is responsible for underground service creation and life cycle maintenance. By abstracting device into independent NS, the NSI layer generates customizable, logically independent and service isolated NSI for customized use by service subscribers with different requirements. The resource layer is responsible for providing computing, storage, forwarding, wireless access and other functions to the NSI layer. By dynamically modifying key performance indicators parameters of each network in NS template, management of NSI life cycle is realized, which meets service requirements of customization and flexible use of NS. Through dynamic configuration and management of NSI isolation attributes and global operation of NSI isolation requirements, NS isolation is realized to achieve purpose of non-interference among services carried by NS. NS was divided according to latency sensitive, bandwidth sensitive and connection quantity sensitive underground services, and NS working state under typical underground services was given, which could meet flexible configuration requirements of mine communication network for differentiated vertical services.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA) HOXA11-AS in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods We included 106 patients with primary liver cancer. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of lncRNA HOXA11-AS in liver cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues, and we analyzed its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis of the patients. Results The expression of lncRNA HOXA11-AS in liver cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues (2.97±0.81 vs. 0.83±0.22, P < 0.05); it was significantly different in the liver cancer tissues with different AJCC staging and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). The 3-year survival rate of the high lncRNA HOXA11-AS expression group was significantly lower than that of the low expression group (22.22% vs. 53.33%, P < 0.05). High lncRNA HOXA11-AS expression and AJCC staging were independent risk factors for the prognosis of primary liver cancer patients (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of lncRNA HOXA11-AS in liver cancer tissues is upregulated. It may be involved in the occurrence and development of liver cancer and may become a new indicator for the prognosis evaluation of liver cancer patients.

Supercapacitors are a new type of energy storage element that has been rapidly developed in recent years. The most important factor that determines the performance of supercapacitors is electrode materials. The development of low-cost, high-performance electrode materials is an important research direction for current supercapacitors. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a class of porous materials. The applications of MOFs in the supercapacitor have attracted more and more researchers due to their diverse composition and structure, large specific surface area, controllable structure and adjustable pore size. Recent researching application progress of pristine MOFs, MOFs-derived(porous carbon, metal oxides, porous carbon/metal oxides) and MOFs-composite materials for supercapacitors was summarized in this paper. The MOFs with different structural characteristics and their specific performance in the field of electrochemical energy storage were discussed. MOFs based supercapacitors are demonstrated to play an important role in the field of new energy storage and conversion. Finally, the current challenges, future trends and prospects of MOFs in the field of ultracapacitors were pointed out.
