The fatigue life testing of the precision reducer for industrial robots using the reciprocating swing method can better represent the damage of the reducer in actual work. However, during the reciprocating swing testing, the speed and its direction of the reducer are changing. Therefore, it is difficult to locate the fault source of the reducer by performing spectrum analysis on time domain vibration signal to locate the fault point. Thus, an order tracking analysis method is proposed. By re-sampling the non-stationary vibration signals collected during the reciprocating swing fatigue testing of the planetary cycloid reducer for the robot, the stable angle domain signal of the vibration signal is obtained by equal-angle resampling. The order analysis diagram of the vibration signal is obtained by fast Fourier transform of the stationary signal in the angle domain. At the same time, the order characteristics of the planetary gear, cycloid gear, crankshaft, needle roller and crank bearing of the reducer are analyzed. By establishing the relationship between the order analysis result of the vibration signal of the reducer and the characteristic order of each key component, the fault diagnosis of the planetary cycloid reducer under variable speed experimental conditions is realized. The results show that the order tracking analysis method can help locate the faults under time-varying conditions, and provide guidance and assistance for the rapid location of the failure of the swing fatigue experiment.

The paper analyzed WIA-PA communication protocols and conformance testing, and designed conformance testing platform for WIA-PA wireless communication according to WIA-PA communication protocols. It elaborated process of forward testing and reverse testing by a test case. The actual test results indicate that the conformance testing platform can detect whether the device meets WIA-PA standard protocol, and provide reliable assurance for application of WIA-PA equipment in actual industrial field.

[Objective] We aimed to study the evolution of river patterns in the distributive fluvial system, establish a database of corresponding parameters, and provide a data basis for predicting the distribution of sedimentary systems within the forecast basin. [Methods] Using modern geographic information software such as Google Earth and Global Mapper, the channel sinuosity was measured based on a grid of equal proportions, analyzing the variation of the channel sinuosity along the course and establishing the depositional mode of the evolution of the Golmud fluvial fan. [Results] A total of 2 989 channel sinuosity data were measured, and based on the characteristics of the sinuosity of the Golmud fluvial fan, the Golmud fluvial fan can be divided into four sections: "braided river," "braided-meander coexistence," "large high-sinuosity meandering river," and "small low-sinuosity meandering river section": (1) The slope of the braided river section was 0.70%, developing both the straight and braided river with low sinuosity. The braided belt width was large. The channel sinuosity was 1.01-1.43, the average sinuosity was 1.08, and microfacies such as braided river, abandoned river, and flood plain were developed: (2) The slope of the braided-meander coexistence section was 0.63%, developing both braided and meandering river, and the development degree and river sinuosity varied in different positions. The channel sinuosity was 1.08-5.00, and the average sinuosity was 1.52: microfacies such as braided river, meandering river, abandoned river, crevasse splay, sand dunes, and flood plain were developed; (3) The slope of the large high-sinuosity meandering river section was 0.29%, mainly developing a large meandering river. The channel was wide, the river bend swing was large, the channel sinuosity was 1.12-5.00, and the average sinuosity was 1.83; microfacies such as meandering river, abandoned river, sand dunes, and flood plain were developed; (4) The slope of the small low-sinuosity meandering river section was 0.08%, mainly developing a small bifurcated meandering river, narrow channel, and small river bend swing; the channel sinuosity was 1.07-3.13, with an average sinuosity of 1.51, and microfacies such as meandering river, abandoned river, crevasse splay, sand dunes, and flood plain were developed. Conclusions The depositional model of river-type evolution of the Golmud fluvial fan was established, which provided a new knowledge base for the prediction of the distribution of underground sedimentary systems. There are various types of garment pleats and their creative approaches are diverse. The composition parts of the pattern were evaluated by combining three-dimensional and flat composition approaches in order to investigate the design method and pattern variation of pleat form. To compare the correlation between the variation paper pattern of the Donghua prototype and the modeling paper pattern, 11 classic pleat shapes, including natural pleat, regular pleat, and other elements pleat, were chosen to create three-dimensional compositions. These shapes were then expanded on a flat surface. The comparison shows that by making certain geometric changes such as rotation, displacement, scaling, and rotation angle, the modeling paper pattern can be created from the base paper design. The rotation angle, displacement, and proportional relationship of the modeling paper pattern play a significant role to control the modeling characteristic. The fundamental paper pattern can be expanded into other multiple similar design and get its pattern creation methods through geometrical transformations. It's helpful to avoid the challenging three-dimensional composition process, and reduce the difficulty of patterns making with creative pleat modeling. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Based on 2012 Chinese polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) diagnosis criteria, we detect the serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels in PCOS patients, to evaluate the diagnosis value of AMH for PCOS., Methods: Totally 217 PCOS patients were chosen as study group and 204 non-PCOS women were as controls. Their clinical information (body weight, score for acne and hirsutism), ultrasonography for ovarian volume and the number of small follicle, and blood sample detected for hormonal and metabolic parameters were obtained. Spearman's analysis and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) were used to assess relevance and the diagnostic efficiency of AMH in PCOS., Results: Serum AMH level was significantly higher in PCOS group compared with the control group (105.46 versus 26.28 pmol/L, P<0.01). Serum AMH were positively related to Ferriman and Gallwey (F-G) score (r=0.526, P<0.01), global acne grading system (GAGS) score (r=0.359, P<0.01), total testosterone (r=0.514, P<0.01), LH/FSH ratio (r=0.542, P<0.01), fasting plasma glucose (r=0.373, P<0.01), fasting insulin (r=0.168, P=0.008), homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) index (r=0.182, P=0.004), total cholesterol (r=0.247, P<0.01), triglyceride (r=0.235, P<0.01), total ovarian volume (r=0.204, P=0.008), and mean number of small follicle (r=0.693, P<0.01). The area under the ROC curve for PCOS diagnosed by AMH was 0.954 (P<0.01). the threshold of AMH for PCOS diagnosis was 57.76 pmol/L, diagnostic efficiency was high (sensitivity 95.1%, specificity 89.3%)., Conclusion: Based on 2012 Chinese PCOS diagnosis criteria, serum AMH level elevated in PCOS, and correlated with women's hormonal imbalance and abnormal follicular development.

Objective: Using pharmacokinetics to explore the mechanism of honey to enhance the efficacy of acyclovir (ACV) treatment of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK), providing the basis for combination of the prescription of two drugs and dosage regimen designed., Method: Single dosages of 5% honey and 0% honey Meyasu eye ointment are injected into rabbit eyes. The aqueous humor of rabbit eye is measured at different times, specifically the content of ACV in aqueous humor by HPLC. Mathematical models are established, from which pharmacokinetic parameters are extracted and compared by mathematics and statistics methods., Result: Both the 5% and 0% honey Meyasu eye ointment in rabbit eyes are belong to a two-compartment model. The absorption half-life of the 5% Meyasu eye ointment in aqueous humor is as 2.30 times longer, the distribution half-life is 2.12 times longer, the peak concentration is 1.17 times longer, the peak time is 1.36 times longer, AUC is 1.41 times longer when compared to the 0% Meyasu eye ointment., Conclusion: Honey can significantly increase the ACV concentration and bioavailability in the eye, extend the action time of ACV in target cells and increase the retention capacity of ACV in the target tissue; thereby improving treatment success.
