The DSQ water tube tiltmeter at Yunnan Yanziyan observation station frequently records high-frequency disturbances in various components, manifested in the form of thickened observation curve pulsation, and the replacement of amplification boxes, coils, lines, data acquisition, etc. failed to eliminate this high-frequency disturbance. After comparing with actual meteorological observation data, it was found that there was a certain degree of synchronization between tidal disturbances and atmospheric pressure fluctuations. After further diagnosis, investigation, and analysis, it had been determined that the cause of high-frequency disturbance was that the bowl cover of the DSQ water tube tiltmeter lacked air pipes, resulting in independent cavities above the liquid levels at both ends of the tiltmeter. The pressure balance at both ends of the liquid level was disrupted, causing high-frequency disturbances. After punching the bowl cover, high-frequency disturbances were eliminated. The process and method of diagnosing and eliminating high-frequency disturbances are of great significance for improving the quality of solid tide observation using the DSQ water tube tiltmeter, and have reference value for improving and managing similar instruments.

Using larch as raw material, taxifolin was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol hot leaching. Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used as typical test bacteria respectively, and the bacterial inhibitory effects of taxifolin was analyzed by observing the morphological structure of bacteria and measuring the changes in bacterial growth, cell membrane leakage and antioxidant enzyme system activities. The final product was obtained with 90% purity and 0.35% extraction rate of taxifolin. The minimum inhibitory concentration of taxifolin was 1.2 mg/mL for both strains, and the inhibition rate was 81.12% and 83.95%, respectively. After the electron microscopy analysis, the surface of the bacteria cells was disrupted and the contents inside the cells were leaked. In E. coli, the OD260 test values of 1/2 MIC, 1 MIC and 2 MIC were 1.18, 1.52 and 1.88 times higher than those of the control group after 24 h incubation. The relative activities of extracellular β-galactosidase were 79.15% and 70.1%, respectively, and the growth rate calculated by the the Bliss independent model was 0.0142. S. aureus showed a synergistic inhibition effect. Under the conditions of drug combination, the bacterial cell membrane disruption extent was significantly enhanced by the low concentration and the inhibition effect was more significant. The β-galactosidase activity in the culture supernatant was 87.01% higher than that of 2 MIC group alone for S. aureus by 16.91%, and the 24 h CAT, SOD and POD enzyme activities were higher than that of 1 MIC group alone for S. aureus, which were 1.28, 1.25 and 1.11 times higher, respectively. The study could lay the theoretical foundation for the development and application of taxifolin as a food preservation and preservative.

The plant milk market has a promising future and flavor is a critical quality attribute of plant milk. The good flavors of plant milk such as milky, fruity, nutty, and cereal-like aromas are well-liked by consumers, while the undesirable flavors such as bitterness, bean-like odor, green odor, and mushroom-like odor severely limit the development of the plant milk industry. Based on the current state of development and future trends in raw material screening and processing technology for plant milk production and research on the flavor composition of plant milk, this paper summarizes the methods used for the extraction and identification of volatile substances from plant milk and the material basis of its flavor composition, highlighting the formation pathways of aroma and off-odor, the interaction between macromolecules and small molecules in plant milk, and the influential factors of and the regulatory strategies for the formation of aroma and off-odor in plant milk. This review is expected to provide scientific research ideas and strategies for maximizing the preservation of the good flavor of plant milk and avoiding the generation of undesirable flavors.

Objective To investigate the resource allocation status of blood testing laboratories in 14 blood stations in Gansu Province, explore the impact of differences in basic conditions on the comprehensive testing ability of laboratories, so as to promote the homogenization and standardization of blood screening capacity in blood stations in Gansu and improve blood safety and effectivenes. Methods An evaluation index system of laboratory resource allocation was constructed and a question-naire was designed. The data of human resources, infrastructure and key equipment of 14 blood stations were collected. The entropy weight -TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and rank the resource allocation of 14 blood stations. Results In the comprehensive evaluation of blood testing laboratory resource allocation in 14 blood stations in Gansu, the top three were laboratories A, B and I, and the last three were laboratories G, M and J. On the whole, the main issue was unreasonable structure of human resources: most laboratories had unreasonable age structure; except for Laboratory A, there was no personnel with bachelor's degree or above in laboratories; most laboratories had not established a team with intermediate professional titles. In terms of infrastructure, the size of seven laboratories could not meet the needs of modern laboratory testing, and all eight blood stations had no spare nucleic acid laboratories nor a mutual spare laboratory with other blood stations As for the key equipment, 5 laboratories had no automatic blood grouping diagnostic instrument, 5 laboratories only had one set of enzyme immunoassay detection system, 3 laboratories had no spare equipment for the key equipment, which means if the equipment failure could not be repaired in time, the release of results would be affected. Conclusion There were significant differences in human resources, infrastructure and key equipment of blood testing laboratories in 14 blood stations in Gansu, which had a great impact on laboratory testing capacity and subsequent development. It is suggested that governments at all levels and health administrative departments optimize the input of laboratory resource allocation according to the blood collection volume of blood stations to gradually narrow the differences in resource distribution between different regions, improve the degree of laboratory automation and optimize the personnel structure, so as to build high-quality and efficient blood testing laboratories and ensure the safety of clinical blood use.

Objective To optimize the existing spin-EB method and promote human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) differentiate into megakaryocytes (MKs). Methods In this study, the initial inoculation amount of hiPSCs was increased from 3 500 cells/well to 8 000 cells/well, and the size of EB was increased. By observing the generation time of EB- hematopoietic cells during differentiation, and detecting the proliferation of CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells and CD41+ MKs in different stages, it was studied whether the optimized scheme could promote the differentiation of hiPSCs into hematopoietic progenitor cells(HPCs) and MKs. Results By increasing the initial inoculation amount of hiPSCs and the size of EB, the differentiation of hiPSCs into HPCs and MKs and the cell production efficiency can be promoted. Conclusion Our research describes an optimized and repeatable differentiation method, which can produce hematopoietic progenitor cells and mature MKs from hiPSCs in a relatively short time with higher yield. It is of great clinical significance and broad scientific research prospect to continuously optimize the culture scheme of hiPSCs differentiation to produce MKs and platelets in vitro, and to promote large-scale platelet generation in vitro in transfusion medicine.

Soil displacement caused by frost heave and thawing settlement will pose a great threat to the structural safety of buried pipelines. Herein, a numerical solution model for parameterization of pipeline stress-strain response under the action of displacement caused by thawing settlement was established with the nonlinear finite element program ABAQUS and the INP programming language. The accuracy of model was verified with the test results. Meanwhile, the distribution characteristics of pipeline strain were studied through the analysis of influencing factors. The results show that: for X65 pipeline passing through the ice-rich permafrost area where the thawing settlement area is in small width, the maximum axial strain is located in the center of the thawing settlement area, and the tensile strain of the pipeline is greater than the compressive strain, so that the entire pipeline is in the state of tension. However, when the thawing settlement area is wider than 60 m, the pipeline is subjected to thawing settlement together with the ground, with bending strain as the maximum strain, which is located at the edge of the thawing settlement area. Besides, the widening of thawing settlement area will not affect the pipeline strain significantly. Therefore, attention should be paid to the identification of the range of thawing settlement areas in the geohazard monitoring. Generally, for the thawing settlement areas with small width, pipeline strain in the center and edge of thawing settlement areas should be monitored, while for those thawing settlement areas with width larger than 60 m, the pipeline strain at the edge of thawing settlement areas should be monitored.

In order to evaluate the influence of the strength of base material, root welding material and filler material on the strain capacity of girth welds in X80 pipeline, the passivation behavior of crack tips during cracking was accurately simulated with the Key Hole model by the nonlinear finite element method based on the China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline with a diameter of 1 422 mm and a wall thickness of 21.4 mm. Here, consideration was given to the complete geometrical morphology of welded joints and the partition of four materials with different properties. In addition, the crack initiation behavior of circumferential cracks in the root inner surface under the action of tensile load was researched. According to the results, the strength of root welding material has little impact on the overall strain capacity of double V-groove welded joint, which can be ignored. The overmatching of filler material with the base material is the most important to guarantee the strain capacity in the weld zone. Moreover, in the case that it is difficult to enhance the strength of filler material, limiting the strength indicator of base material is an effective way to improve the strain capacity of welded joints in high-grade steel pipelines.

The actual strength under-matching of pipeline girth welds is a principal cause for the fracture failure of welds. The current Failure Assessment Diagram (FAD) method for the applicability assessment of pipeline welds cannot accurately consider the influence of weld strength matching. Thus, accurate inclusion of strength matching becomes critical to broaden the FAD method to apply to the crack defect assessment for the girth welds of high-grade steel pipelines. Based on the nonlinear finite element method, a numerical simulation model of the crack driving forces for the girth welds of high-grade steel pipelines was established, and the general failure assessment curve of girth weld cracks was plotted with the equivalent stress-strain relationship method. Then, a series of finite element assessment points under different load levels were determined with the finite element calculation results of the crack driving forces in combination with the recommended methods in Guide to methods for assessing the acceptability of flaws in metallic structures (BS 7910-2019). Further, the assessment accuracy of BS 7910-2019 to the crack defects of girth welds was determined, and the critical causes affecting the accuracy of the assessment results were investigated. On this basis, the optimized ultimate load calculation model of the pipeline girth welds and the improved FAD method were put forward with the crack depth, the crack length and the weld strength matching coefficient considered, and the weld strength matching was accurately included into the FAD method. Thereby, the assessment accuracy of the girth weld crack defects of the high-grade steel pipelines was further enhanced. Generally, the method could provide reference for the applicability assessment of the girth weld cracks of in-service high-grade steel pipelines.

Background and objective Bronchopleural fistula (BPF) is one of the most serious and rare postoperative complications, especially the bronchial stump fistula after lobectomy/pneumonectomy. Common treatment options include conservative medical treatment combined with surgery. However, due to the delayed healing of the fistula, the chest cavity continues to communicate with the outside world, and the patient is prone to complicated with severe thoracic infection and respiratory failure, so that the physical condition can hardly tolerate the second surgical procedure. Endoscopic treatment provides a new option for the treatment of this complication. Methods A case of right pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma was admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery II, Peking University Cancer Hospital in June 2016. The diagnosis and treatment was retrospectively analyzed, and the literature was reviewed. Results A 65 year old male patient was admitted to hospital because of "cough with blood in sputum for 3 months". Chest computed tomography (CT) showed soft tissue density mass shadow in the right lower lobe. A tumor could be seen in the opening of the right middle lobe and basal segment of lower lobe. Biopsy confirmed squamous cell carcinoma. Diagnosis consideration: squamous cell carcinoma of the middle and lower lobe of the right lung (cT2aN2, IIIa). Patients received gemcitabine plus cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy for 2 cycles, and the effect of chemotherapy showed stable disease (SD). Four weeks after chemotherapy, the patient underwent video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) assisted right middle and lower lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection. On the 5th day after operation, the patient developed acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and was transferred to intensive care unit (ICU) again after endotracheal intubation. On the 7th day after operation, the patient developed a right intermediate trunk bronchial stump fistula, but due to ARDS, the patient's physical condition could not tolerate the second operation. Under the support of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), a membrane covered, expandable, hinged stent was inserted into the intermediate trunk bronchial stump through rigid bronchoscope, and was successfully blocked. Due to no improvement in ARDS and irreversible pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, the patient received double lung transplantation successfully after systemic anti-infection treatment. Conclusion Endoscopic implantation of covered stent is a simple, safe and effective method for closure of bronchial stump fistula. When the patient's clinical situation is not suitable for immediate surgery, endoscopic stent implantation can be used as a preferred treatment method to create opportunities for follow-up treatment.

Background and objective Perioperative treatment has become an increasingly important aspect of the management of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Small-scale clinical studies performed in recent years have shown improvements in the major pathological remission rate after neoadjuvant therapy, suggesting that it will soon become an important part of NSCLC treatment. Nevertheless, neoadjuvant immunotherapy may be accompanied by serious adverse reactions that lead to delay or cancelation of surgery, additional illness, and even death, and have therefore attracted much attention. The purpose of the clinical recommendations is to form a diagnosis and treatment plan suitable for the current domestic medical situation for the immune-related adverse event (irAE). Methods This recommendation is composed of experts in thoracic surgery, oncologists, thoracic medicine and irAE related departments (gastroenterology, respirology, cardiology, infectious medicine, hematology, endocrinology, rheumatology, neurology, dermatology, emergency section) to jointly complete the formulation. Experts make full reference to the irAE guidelines, large-scale clinical research data published by thoracic surgery, and the clinical experience of domestic doctors and publicly published cases, and repeated discussions in multiple disciplines to form this recommendation for perioperative irAE. Results This clinical recommendation covers the whole process of prevention, evaluation, examination, treatment and monitoring related to irAE, so as to guide the clinical work comprehensively and effectively. Conclusion Perioperative irAE management is an important part of immune perioperative treatment of lung cancer. With the continuous development of immune perioperative treatment, more research is needed in the future to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of perioperative irAE.

In consideration of the structural characteristics of high-grade steel pipes and the great influence of weld failure on the safety of pipelines, the bearing capacity of girth welds of pipelines has become a research hotspot in the pipeline industry. The full-automatic joint in the China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline was taken as the research object, and the differences of material constitutive relations in the four zones of root welding, heat affected zone, base metal and fill welding in girth welding joint were accurately considered. The numerical simulation model based on finite element method was established for analyzing the strain capacity of pipeline girth welding joints. Quantitative analysis was made on the influence of the matching ratio of toughness and other factors on the driving force of crack growth in pipeline girth welds under combined operating conditions of base metal yield ratio, operating internal pressure and load type. The failure determination method of static crack initiation was adopted. The apparent fracture toughness value was taken as the critical criterion. In combination with the actual variation range of the material characteristic parameters of pipes and girth welding joints of the China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline, the strain capacity of the China–Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline girth welding joints under the most unfavorable conditions within the design operating conditions was calculated. The results show that improving the strength matching of weld zone is conducive to reduce the driving force of crack growth in the joint effectively. Increasing the internal pressure of the pipeline or raising the yield ratio of the base metal will cause the driving force of crack growth larger under the same strength matching condition, and the driving force of crack growth under tensile load is greater than that under bending load. This method can be used not only to guide the determination of welding parameters according to the performance requirements of welded joints, but also for the applicability assessment of defective welded joints in service pipelines.

Active fault is a major geological hazard threat to submarine pipelines, which may subject to excessive axial deformation and fail from the faulting. Thus an improved analytical method for strain of submarine pipeline under strike-slip faulting was proposed in this paper. The nonlinear constitutive relation of pipeline materials was considered based on the linear strengthening model, and the influence of soil nonlinear constraint on the response of the pipe structure was accurately calculated through the nonlinear soil spring model with ideal elastic-plastic constitutive relation. From the differential control equation of the pipeline stress, analytical results of the axial strain in the pipeline were derived and the expression of the pipe elongation was obtained. Based on the equilibrium equation and iterative calculation, the stress and strain of the pipeline can finally be accurately calculated. Compared with the finite element calculation results, the improved analytical method for pipe strain has higher calculation accuracy than the existing recommended method (i.e. Newmark method).

Background and objective IIIa-N2 non-small cell lung cancer was significant different in survival, although N stage of lung cancer based on anatomic location of metastasis lymph node. Lymph node ratio considered of prognostic factor might be the evaluation index for IIIa-N2 non-small cell lung cancer prognosis. Therefore, the aim of the study was to evaluate the correlation between lymph node ratio and clinicopathological features and prognosis of IIIa-N2 non-small cell lung cancer prognosis. Methods A total of 288 cases of pathological IIIa-N2 non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled who received radical resection at the Department of Thoracic Surgery II, Peking University Cancer Hospital from January 2006 to December 2016. The univariate analysis between clinicopathological variables and lymph node ratio used Pearson’s chi-squared test. Cox regression was conducted to identify the independent prognosis factors for IIIa-N2 non-small cell lung cancer. Results There were 139 cases in the lower lymph node ratio group, another 149 cases in the higher lymph node ratio group. Background and objective MiR-148b-3p is an important microRNA that has been reported to be significantly related to various types of cancer, but its role in lung adenocarcinoma remains elusive. The purpose of this study is to detect the expression level of miR-148b-3p in lung adenocarcinoma specimens, and to analyze its correlation with the clinicopathological features as well as the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Methods A total of 123 tumor specimens from lung adenocarcinoma patients who underwent surgical resection in our department from January 2011 to December 2012 were collected. The expression of miR-148b-3p was detected by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR), and its correlation with clinicopathological features of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard models were used to analyze independent predictors of overall survival in patients with lung adenocarcinoma. The overall survival (OS) of patients in miR-148b-3p high expression group and miR-148b-3p low expression group were estimated by means of the Kaplan-Meier method and were compared using the Log-rank test method. Results Of the 123 patients with lung adenocarcinoma, 71 were in miR-148b-3p high expression group and 52 in low expression group. MiR-148b-3p was significantly associated with tumor grade (P=0.001) and tumor size (P=0.007), but not with age, gender, smoking history, history of alcohol, tumor thrombus, pleural invasion, node status or metastasis status. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard model analysis showed that tumor size (P=0.032), node status (P=0.005) and miR-148b-3p expression level (P=0.047) were significant independent predictors of overall survival of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival of patients with high expression of miR-148b-3p was significantly better than that of patients with low expression (P=0.010). Conclusion MiR-148b-3p was significantly associated with tumor grade and tumor size in lung adenocarcinoma, and served as an independent predictor of overall survival of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. The overall survival of patients with high expression level of miR-148b-3p was significantly better than that of patients with low expression.

Background and objective Recently, there is no effective targeted drug for to the lung squamous carcinoma, the targeted drug for the adenocarcinoma does not benefit for the patients with squamous lung cancer, and researchers have known less targets for this type of patients. The main study herein is to screen and identify the specific key genes for the lung squamous carcinoma that will provide potential novel targets to describe pathogenesis of lung cancer. Methods Transcript sequence was used to detect the five pairs lung squamous carcinoma and normal lung tissues and bioinformatics was performed to investigate the differential coding genes between them and quantitative PCR was done to validate the key genes expression in lung cancer cell lines. Results The results of transcriptome sequence showed that 534 genes were up-regulated in the tumor tissues compared with the corresponding normal tissues. The top ten increased genes in the tumors were GAGE12J, SPRR3, PRAME, SPRR1A, SPRR2E, MAGEA3, SPRR1B, IL36G and TMPRSS11D. Next, we identified expression of SPRR family in lung cancer cell lines H520, GLC82, A549, H1299 and PC9. And we found higher expression of SPRR family genes in H1299 cells which metastasized to the lymph node. Conclusion SPRR family genes are identified to be highly expressed in the lung squamous carcinoma by high throughput transcript sequencing. This SPRR family genes are associated with lymph node metastasis that provide novel idea for lung cancer therapy.

Background and objective Lung cancer is the leading form of cancer in terms of both incidence and cancer-related deaths. For patients with resectable IIIa/N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), guidelines in and abroad recommend multidisciplinary team treatment, including surgery and chemotherapy, radiotherapy or other comprehensive treatment. Newly published evidences prove that neoadjuvant therapy can improve outcomes of NSCLC patients significantly, with advangtages in tolerability and compliance medication. Neoadjuvant therapy has been adopted mainly in locally advanced NSCLC, especially in stages IIIa/N2 patients, and chemotherapy of 2-4 cycles has become the basic pattern. Neoadjuvant therapy does not increase the concomitant complications of chemotherapy and surgery. However, challenges still exist in determining subsequent surgical timing, approach and extent of resection.

Based on the results from rock thin section observation, casting thin section identification, high-pressure mercury injection, rate-controlled porosimetry, X-ray diffraction, and high resolution field emission CMOS scanning election microscope observation and analysis, influences of feldspar minerals on the storage and permeability conditions in Chang-6 oil layer group in the Yanchang Formation of the Ordos Basin were studied from crystallography and mineralogy perspectives. Due to the differences of crystal structure and chemical composition, the brittleness and solubility of feldspar minerals vary greatly. The results indicate that basic plagioclase such as anorthite tend to split along the cleavage to form new flow channel in formation conditions. Alkaline feldspar rich in potassium such as orthoclase tend to corrode along the cleavage to form secondary porosity. The brittleness and solubility of acid plagioclase, such as albite, are between anorthite and orthoclase. The dominant pore type in Chang-6 oil layer group of Ordos Basin is residual inter-granular pore, the secondary pores generated by corrosion and fracture of feldspar have little contribution to porosity. In the area with higher content of anorthite, the micro-cracks resulted from breaking in cleavage effectively improve the permeability. The contribution of feldspar minerals to permeability is ranked from great to small as anorthite, orthoclase and albite. Key words: Ordos Basin, Chang-6 oil layer group, tight oil, feldspar

Glioma is often recurred after standard treatment due to its complex biological characteristics and the presence of glioma stem cells (GSCs). High-mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) can regulate the malignant progression of glioma through a variety of ways as an oncogene. This article reviews the relationship between HMGB1 gene and the prognosis of glioma patients, tumor pathological grading, GSCs, and the ways including non coding RNA pathway, autophagy pathway, tumor microenvironment, etc., in which HMGB1 gene regulates glioma, so as to provide the reference for the treatment of glioma. The commercial sesame oil was selected as the research subject and its volatile flavor components was extracted through solvent-assisted flavor evaporation (SAFE). Then, the aroma substances of the sesame oil were semi-quantitatively analyzed based on triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Finally, the relative odor activity values (ROAV) were combined to analyze the terms of volatile flavor contributions. The results showed that a total of 107 volatile flavor components were identified in sesame oil, of which 35 substances were seem as contributed flavor (ROAV≥0. 01), including 4 sulfides, 5 phenols, 10 pyrazines, 4 furans, 3 aldehydes, 4 thiazoles, 2 pyrroles, 2 thiophenes, and 1 indole. They provided "cabbage" "fishy" "sulfur" "smoky" "popcorn" "oil" and "roasted sesame". In particular, compounds 14 flavor components with ROAV≥0. 10 were determined as key flavor components, such as acetyl pyrazine, 2-furanmethanol, 2,3-dimethyl-pyrazine, 2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine, dimethyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulphide, methyl furfuryl disulfide, methyl thiolacetate, 4-vinyl-2- methoxyphenol, 2-methoxyphenol, hexanal, 2-ethyl-6-methyl-pyrazine, 2-methyl-3-furanothiol and 3-ethyl-2,5- dimethyl-pyrazine. Using this method to determine the key volatile flavor components of sesame oil, not only could expand the flavor database of sesame oil, but also could provide an important material basis for evaluating and regulating the flavor quality of sesame oil. Halobenzoquinones (HBQs) are a new unregulated and potentially toxicologically relevant disinfection byproducts (DBPs) discovered in recent years. While their concentrations in water were all at the level of ng/L, HBQs exhibited higher toxicity compared to regulated DBPs such as trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs). At present, HBQs have been considered as the preferred DBPs in water, which are attracting active attention. However, the research on their precursors and environmental pollution levels is still rare. Based on the study on the formation precursor of HBQs and the pollution characteristics of HBQs in different water bodies in recent years were reviewed, and the existing problems and solutions of HBQs in the current research were proposed, in order to provide the research basis for the objective evaluation and pollution control of HBQs in environmental water bodies. The treatment of brain tumors, especially the malignant brain tumors, has entered in the bottleneck period at present. It is difficult for traditional molecular biology, cell and animal experiments to make a major breakthrough in the treatment of brain tumors, so researchers have turned their attention to the anatomy and pathology of human whole brain tissue. However, the human whole brain tissue which is available for research is extremely deficient. It is of great significance to encourage brain tumors patients to donate organs and establish a standard human brain tissue resource bank of brain tumors (shortened to brain bank) for the research of brain science and providing new treatment ideas for brain tumors, while the construction of brain bank in China started late, with a relatively small scale and relatively slow development. This paper intends to provide guidance for the construction and improvement of brain bank and specific brain tumors related brain bank in China by drawing on the relevant experience of the construction of brain bank in other countries. Since the efficiency of the lace retrieval method based on image texture features is low, and in order to extract the effective texture features for lace identification, we propose a lace retrieval algorithm containing multiple features fusion through hierarchical matching. Firstly, we process the texture image by the Canny operator and obtain the Canny color image and the gray level-gradient co-occurrence matrix (GGCM). Secondly, energy, average gradient, average grayscale, correlation and other statistical characteristics are used for texture description. Finally, the extracted texture features are matched with geometry features and speeded up robust features (SURF) hierarchically, so the fusion of multiple features under hierarchical matching is realized to compensate for the deficiency of any single matching method and verify the correct rate of the retieval method used in the lace library. Experimental results indicate that the performance of the proposed method is better than other methods, which has a stronger ability of texture identification, and can achieve lace retrieval effectively and improve the reliability and accuracy of image retrieval. In the complex wireless network environment, in order to separate binary data frames for subsequent reverse protocol analysis, this paper proposed a frame cluster system designed for binary frames using complex protocol stacks. It first used AC algorithm to get the frequent set characteristics of the binary frames, then creatively used the Apriori algorihm to explore the relationship between these characteristics and the 4-step pruning process to choose the most important characteristics, and finally used the selected characteristics and their relationships, in the K-means algorithm to cluster the frames. As the delay of interconnects might exceed the delay of the devices in very deep submicron realm, a novel on-chip bus structure model is proposed and designed. Multiple-valued logic (MVL) technique was used for communication between modules. Address-presetting was employed to improve the transmission efficiency. The designed structure was evaluated by ADMS simulation in a 0. 18 µm CMOS technology. The results show that, corresponding to address -- presetting binary bus, the number of bus is reduced significantly. As a kind of material made by special molding process, PET + PP Bi-component Fiber has been applied to acoustic treatment for the vehicle. This paper compared the PET + PP Bi-component Fiber and other commonly used sound-absorbing materials in heat insulation performance, durability and recovery capability after compression. The acoustic properties of PET+PP fiber in different specifications, and the improvement effects on interior idle noise and uniform noise of vehicle by acoustic treatment using different materials are also studied. Presents a high speed adaptive multi-carrier underwater acoustic (UWA) communication system based on digital signal processing (DSP) real-time processing. Multi-channel freguency shift keying (MFSK) modulation, exact data synchronization and low-noise programmable gain amplifier(PGA) are used to decrease the error rate. With experiments on a condition of 1.5 m depth, and 2 km length, the system showed that the technique is effective in matching the real-time and voice recovery request, the transmission distance reached at least 2 km, and bit-error rate(BER) below 10-3. An optical sensor data fusing system using 0.8 µm standard CMOS processing is presented. The design and components of the analog sub-system is discussed. "Firstly, Eucommia ulmoides gum (EUG) was epoxidized to obtain epoxidized EUG (EEUG). Then, EEUG grafted silicon dioxide (SiO2) composite (EEUG-g-SiO2) was prepared by wet graf-ting SiO2 onto EEUG. The structure and properties of EEUG-g-SiO2 composite were studied. The results showed that compared with EUG/SiO2 and EEUG/SiO2 mechanical blends, the dispersion of nano SiO2 in EEUG-g-SiO2 vulcanizate was significantly improved and the mechanical properties were greatly improved. Compared with EUG/SiO2 vulcanizates, the tear strength of EEUG-g-SiO2 vulcanizate increased by 30.9%, fatigue resistance increased by 575%, and abrasion decreased by 94%. Compared with EEUG/SiO2 vulcanizate, the tear strength of EEUG-g-SiO2 vulcanizate increased by 10.5%, fatigue resistance increased by 68.6%, abrasion decreased by 72%, and the compression heat build-up decreased significantly."

Objective To analyze the clinical distribution of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates, screen for the multidrug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae strains to commonly used antimicrobial drugs, and provide reference for the prevention and control of hospital-acquired infections and rational clinical use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Various clinical specimens collected from January 2018 to December 2022 at the Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University were cultured to isolate bacteria. The VITEK automated microbial analyzer was used to identify the bacterial species. A total of 3 342 non-repetitive Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were obtained during this period. Each Klebsiella pneumoniae strain was subjected to drug susceptibility testing using automated antimicrobial systems, disk diffusion methods, or standard broth microdilution methods to determine the antibiotic resistance profiles of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The detection rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae in clinical specimens and its association with specimen sources or department categories were analyzed. Results Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates were obtained from sputum (42.07%), urine (14.81%), and blood (10.29%). The departments with higher detection rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae were Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (35.19%), Neurosurgery (6.28%), and Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (5.42%). The resistance identification results showed the highest resistance rate to ampicillin (100.00%) and the lowest resistance rate to amikacin (4.22%). Annual analysis of resistance rates to carbapenems in Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from 2018 to 2021 revealed an increasing trend: 2.94%, 4.66%, 7.90%, and 15.35%, respectively. However, in 2022, the resistance rate started to decrease (5.38%). Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae strains were predominantly of the KPC type, and there was a statistically significant difference in the resistance rates to commonly used antimicrobial drugs between carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae and carbapenem-sensitive Klebsiella pneumoniae(P＜0.01). Conclusion Klebsiella pneumoniae maintains a high level of clinical isolation rate, along with high resistance rates. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of hospital-acquired bacterial infections and surveillance of drug resistance. Rational selection of antimicrobial drugs should be employed for the treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae infections.

[Objective] Climate change directly affects global wind speed changes and the efficiency of wind energy resource utilization. Analyzing wind speed historical changes is one of the important topics for climate change response, efficient resource utilization, ecological security management, and sustainable social development. [Methods] Using the ERA5-Land grid reanalysis wind speed dataset at the 0.1° resolution from the European Center for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) and methods such as least squares, Theil-Sen slope estimation, and MK trend test to study the annual, seasonal, and monthly average wind speed trends and the evolution of suitable wind power areas over the past 72 years from 1950 to 2021 worldwide. [Results] (1) The global mean land surface wind speed increases slightly at an overall rate of 0.020 m/(s·10a) from 1950 to 2021. (2) The surface wind speed changes on a global scale exhibit significant spatial differences, especially remarkable in Africa and Antarctica in comparison with other continents. (3) As the seasonal changes, the land surface wind speed in winter season shows the significant changes, with a changing rate of 0.033 m/(s·10a). As the months changes, December, January and June exhibit particularly noticeable variations of surface wind speed. The global mean land surface wind speed has a mean rate of change of 0.073 m/(s·10a) and -0.066 m/(s·10a) for significant increases and decreases, respectively, in the regions passing the 95% significance test; and it has the mean rate of change of 0.080 m/(s·10a) and -0.071 m/(s·10a) for extremely significant increases and decreases, respectively, for the region passing the 99% highly significant test. The monthly average wind speed change rate and range in Antarctica are relatively large, affecting significantly the global average wind speed change rate and area assessment. (4) The global wind power energy density has slightly increased, with an average growth rate of 3.017 W/(m2·10a). The increase was most significant in January and December of the year, reaching 7.086 W/(m2·10a) and 6.660 W/(m2·10a), respectively. Antarctica and Africa lead in increasing wind power density for electricity generation, at 14.107 W/(m2·10a) and 4.652 W/(m2·10a) respectively. Asia stands out as the only continent with an overall decrease, while the remaining four continents show minor changes. [Conclusion] There were significant regional, seasonal, and monthly differences in global land surface wind speed changes. In order to accurately support climate change response, resources and ecological protection, and efficient development, dynamic monitoring and detailed analysis of changes in land surface wind speed and wind energy density in each region is still needed.

Objective To investigate the methylation status of the NOX5 gene in peripheral blood of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and its association with GDM. Methods A total of 67 pregnant women who were diagnosed with GDM at the outpatient service of Department of Obstetrics in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were enrolled as case group, and 87 healthy pregnant women with normal oral glucose tolerance test results during the same period of time were enrolled as control group. Methylation-specific PCR was used to determine the methylation status of the NOX5 gene, and according to the methylation status of the NOX5 gene, the pregnant women in the case group were further divided into positive subgroup with 44 women and negative subgroup with 23 women. According to the presence or absence of fetal distress or fetal macrosomia, 154 neonates were divided into distress group with 6 neonates and non-distress group with 148 neonates, as well as fetal macrosomia group with 11 neonates and non-fetal macrosomia group with 143 neonates. The methylation status of the NOX5 gene was analyzed in terms of its association with the general information and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with GDM. Results There was a significant difference in the constituent ratio of positive NOX5 gene methylation between the case group and the control group (65.67% vs 40.23%,χ2=9.807,P0.05). There was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of positive NOX5 gene methylation between the distress group and the non-distress group and between the fetal macrosomia group and the non-fetal macrosomia group (P>0.05). Conclusion NOX5 gene methylation is often observed in pregnant women with GDM, but the methylation status of the NOX5 gene is not associated with the age, pre-pregnancy BMI, blood pressure, and fasting blood glucose of pregnant women with GDM, and it is also not associated with fetal distress and fetal macrosomia.
