In order to test the accuracy of the weapon hitting the target, it is very important to locate and measure the spatial coordinates of the falling point target. Aiming at the needs of space coordinate positioning and measurement of targets falling into the sea/ground plane, this paper studies a positioning method of UAV camera combined with target, and uses the principle of homography transformation to calculate the space coordinates of targets. The influence of pixel error on the positioning method is simulated by Monte Carlo method, and the shooting attitude range meeting the measurement requirements is determined by simulation. The results show that the positioning method of UAV camera combined with target has high accuracy, which can meet the needs of landing target positioning and measurement.

The inflammasome is large molecule and multiprotein complex existing in immune active cells, which can feel external pathogens such as bacteria and viruses to activate cysteinyl aspartatespecific protease 1 (caspase-1),and promote the precursors of interleukin 1 β(IL-1β) and IL-18 to process and mature, involve in the body's inflammatory response and immune response, induce a special type of cell death called pyroptosis. Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death which is different from apoptosis and necrosis, its characteristics is that osmotic collapse occurs during the process of cells death and releases large amounts of inflammatory cytokines, produces proinflammatory effects on adjacent cells, starts innate immune quickly and fights against tumor formation. With the aim of addressing the difficult problem of biodegradable organic nitrogen in biochemical effluent of a printing and dyeing industrial park, the combined ozonation-sequencing batch biofilm reactor (O 3 -SBBR) process was used for advanced treatment. The influencing factors and degradation kinetics were analyzed; quenching experiments were carried out; and the types of free radicals, succinate dehydrogenase activity, and denitrification function genes were determined. The results showed that the suitable ozonation condition was pH 8.0-8.5, O 3 concentration was approximately 35.0 mg·L -1 , O 3 dosage was approximately 100.0 mg·L -1 , and reaction time was 90.0-120.0 min. Organic nitrogen in the biochemical effluent by ozonation conformed to the pseudo first-order kinetic model, and the maximum rate constant k was 0.01035 min -1 (experimental conditions:pH 8.0, ozone dosage 150.0 mg·L -1 , and ozone concentration 35.0 mg·L -1 ). Ozonation significantly improved the denitrification performance of the sequencing biofilm batch reactor (SBBR), and the denitrification efficiency increased from 19.8% (SBBR) to 32.9% (O 3 -SBBR). Ozonation could convert organic nitrogen and organic substances with strong toxicity and difficult biological utilization into small molecular substances with low toxicity and biodegradability. The abundance of functional genes ( nirS, nirK , and nor ) in the O 3 -SBBR combined process was significantly higher than that in the single SBBR, which further confirmed that ozonation could improve the nitrogen removal performance of SBBR. The operation cost of the combined process was 0.74-1.07 yuan·m -3 , with good technical economy. This study provided a basis for the application of the O 3 -SBBR combined process in the advanced treatment of biochemical effluent in printing and dyeing industrial parks.

Endothelial cells that form the inner layers of both blood and lymphatic vessels are important components of the vascular system and are involved in the pathogenesis of vascular and lymphatic diseases. Angiopoietin (Ang)-Tie axis in endothelial cells is the second endothelium-specific ligand-receptor signaling system necessary for embryonic cardiovascular and lymphatic development in addition to the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor pathway. The Ang-Tie axis also maintains vascular homeostasis by regulating postnatal angiogenesis, vessel remodeling, vascular permeability, and inflammation. Therefore, the dysfunction of this system leads to many vascular and lymphatic diseases. In light of the recent advances on the role of the Ang-Tie axis in vascular and lymphatic system-related diseases, this review summarizes the functions of the Ang-Tie axis in inflammation-induced vascular permeability, vascular remodeling, ocular angiogenesis, shear stress response, atherosclerosis, tumor angiogenesis, and metastasis. Moreover, this review summarizes the relevant therapeutic antibodies, recombinant proteins, and small molecular drugs associated with the Ang-Tie axis.

Ischemic stroke is a major health crisis causing high mortality and morbidity. The key treatment relies on the rapid intervention to dissolve thrombus, to reduce bleeding side effect and re-canalize clotted blood vessels using clot lysis drugs. Tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) is the only FDA-approved drug for ischemic stroke, but it has many limitations in clinical use. In recent years, the development of thrombolytic drugs and treatment strategies based on tPA has been progressed rapidly. Here we review the recent progress in this field, including the contributions from us and others, to promote the future development of novel thrombolytic drugs.

With three panicle types of rice varieties and hybrids in Liaoning as entries, the effects of spacing of Japonica rice on light interception capacity, population light distribution, light conversion efficiency at full heading stage and yield were studied. The results showed that the leaf area indices at full heading stage, closely related to light interception, increased first and then decreased with the decrease of transplanting density. The extinction coefficient in one day increased first and then decreased, and the K value increased with the increase of planting density. Yield was positively correlated with canopy extinction coefficient and inclinations of the upper three leaves. In terms of energy efficiency, the yields were positively correlated to flag leaf stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate. At the configuration of high (15 cm x 25 cm) and low (20 cm x 30 cm and 20 cm x 35 cm) densities, Japonica rice could increase light interception capability and optical conversion efficiency, but could not obtain high and stable yields due to limitation by lodging and panicles of per unit area, respectively. At the configurations of 15 cm x 30 cm and 20 cm x 25 cm, it was easy to get adequate panicles, optimize the structure of the canopy, reduce lodging risk, and obtain high yield.

This study aimed to examine whether ophiopogonin D (OP-D) is capable of protecting cardiomyocytes against DOX-induced injury and the mechanisms involved. H9c2 cells were cultured. MTT assay was used to evaluate cell viability and toxicity. Mito-tracker as fluorescence probe was used to measure ROS content raised from mitochondria. The mRNA and protein expression of ATF6alpha, GRP78 and CHOP were analyzed using real-time PCR and Western blotting, respectively. The results showed that a significant endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) was induced upon exposure of H9c2 cells to DOX as indicated by the increase in the expression of ERS related proteins, which was paralleled with the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and decrease in the viability of H9c2 cells. Whereas, DOX-induced ROS accumulation and up-regulation of ERS related proteins were partially abolished by pretreatment with OP-D. Consequently, a DOX-induced ERS was mitigated by application of OP-D. Similarly, DOX-induced decrease in cell viability was partially attenuated by either inhibiting CHOP or pretreatment with N-acetylcysteine (NAC), an antioxidant. Moreover, cardiac ultrastructural abnormalities seen in mouse receiving DOX injections were obviously ameliorated by pretreatment of OP-D. Taken together, the present study proved that OP-D protects cardiomyocytes against DOX-induced injury, at least in part, through reducing ROS accumulation and alleviating ERS.

Objective: To investigate the heparitinase (HPA) expression and cell invasiveness in human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 during hypoxia, and explore their relationship with hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha (HIF-1alpha)., Methods: SKOV3 cells were incubated with normoxia, hypoxia, and hypoxia plus rapamycin, respectively. SKOV3 cells of hypoxia group were incubated in 5% CO2 + 1% O2. Cells in hypoxia plus rapamycin group were incubated with 10 ng/ml of rapamycin before cultured under hypoxic condition. Cells in each group were collected for analysis after incubated with hypoxia for 12, 24, and 36 hours, respectively. Western blotting and RT-PCR were performed to detect the expressions of HIF-1alpha and HPA. Cell invasiveness was measured by matrigel invasion assay., Results: Western blotting showed that the expression of HIF-1alpha significantly increased compared with normoxic group (P < 0.05). However, hypoxia had no obvious impact on HIF-1alpha mRNA expression. The expressions of HPA protein and mRNA of SKOV3 cells of hypoxia group were significantly higher than normoxic group (P < 0.05). The up-regulation of HPA expression in hypoxic group decreased after the utilization of rapamycin. The cell invasion of hypoxic group was significantly higher than that of normoxic group (P < 0.05); meanwhile, the expression of HPA was positively correlated with the invasiveness of SKOV3 cells (r = 0.9863, P < 0.05)., Conclusion: Hypoxia may promote the expression of HPA and the invasiveness of SKOV3 cells through the HIF-1alpha pathway, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer.

The alkaline lipase gene of Penicillium expansum (PEL) was coloned into the yeast integrative plasmid pPIC3.5K, which was then transformed into His4 mutant yeast GS115. Recombinant Pichia strains were obtained by minimal olive oil-methanol plates screening and confirmed by PCR. The expression producus of PEL gene was analysis by SDS-PAGE and olive oil plate, the result indicated that PEL gene was functionally overexpressed in Pichia pastoris and up to 95% of the secreted protein. Recombinant lipase had a molecular mass of 28kD, showing a range similar to that of PEL, could hydrolyze olive oil and formed clear halos in the olive oil plates. Four different strategies (different media, pH, glycerol and methanol concentration) were applied to optimize the cultivation conditions, the activity of lipase was up to 260 u/mL under the optimal cultivation conditions. It is pointed out that the absence of the expensive biotin and yeast nitrogen base in the medium increased the lipase production. The possible reason of this result is absence of yeast nitrogen base increased the medium pH during cultivation, and PEL shows a higher stability at this condition. The lipase activity of the supernatant from the culture grown at pH 7 was higher than the one from the culture in the same medium at pH 6.0 is due to the pH stability of PEL too. The results also showed that the methanol and glycerol concentration had a marked effect on the production of lipase.

Caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside are active components of Chinese herbs and have diverse biological activities. As the similar compounds, they all include 3, 4-dihydroxy-phenyl in their structures. In this paper, the fluorescence and UV spectra of the caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside were studied in different pH. The spectra properties of fluorescence and UV were further discussed in view of the phenol hydroxyl states, free, dissociative and protonated. It is found that the luminescence intensity, the peak shape and peak wavelength change with pH. Experimental results also indicate that caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid and forsythiaside can emit fluorescence in wide range of pH (2-12), and fluorescent intensity is enhanced as the dissociation of 4-phenol hydroxyl. On the other hand, fluorescent intensity may be quenched as the dissociation of 3-phenol hydroxyl. Furthermore, in strong acidic or in strong basic media, the fluorescence is quenched partly, and the shape of UV spectra changed greatly in strong basic media, meaning that their molecular structures are changed considerable.
