Phosphoric acid, as a vital chemical raw material, holds an important position in the chemical industry. Its applications span across various sectors, determined largely by its purity. Low-purity phosphoric acid can be used in industrial and agricultural sectors, while high-purity phosphoric acid is essential for pharmaceuticals, food, electronics and other industries. The rising demand for batteries and semiconductors in recent years has led to increased requirements for phosphoric acid purity. There are two main methods for manufacturing phosphoric acid. The thermal method, while effective, is energy-intensive and environmentally unfriendly, conflicting with China’s green chemistry development goals. On the other hand, the phosphoric acid process, characterized by lower energy consumption, is more adept at handling China’s low-grade phosphate rock despite resulting in bulk and complex product impurities. Among various purification technologies, such as chemical precipitation, crystallization, electrodialysis, and ion exchange resin, the extraction method stands out. It offers environmental benefits, simple operation, and the capacity for large-scale production, marking it as a promising technique for phosphoric acid purification. This article summarizes in detail the research status of various extraction methods in recent years. It focuses on solvent extraction, aqueous two-phase extraction, reverse micelle extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and supercritical fluid extraction. It sorts out the solvent extraction method along with various extractants. The research on single extractants such as tri-n-butyl phosphate (TBP), methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK), and n-octanol (NOA) has been primarily focused on identifying the optimal extraction conditions, including the O/A phase ratio, temperature, and air pressure. However, these single extractants typically target a single impurity, which limits their effectiveness in purifying phosphoric acid when multiple impurities are present. This limitation underscores the significant advantages of composite extractants in the purification process. Current research on composite extractants emphasizes determining the ideal proportion of extractants, often based on volume ratio, and establishing the optimal conditions for effective extraction. In addition to composite extractants, the development of new extractants offers promising solutions to the challenges posed by the low extraction efficiency of single extractants. Looking forward, the future of phosphoric acid extraction technology is poised for exciting developments: (1) The development of green composite extractants, alongside new extractants and materials combined with extractants, aims to achieve more efficient separation of impurities from phosphoric acid; (2) There is a growing interest in expanding research into the application of aqueous two-phase extraction and reverse micelle extraction for ion extraction, including the exploration of new aqueous phase systems; (3) The use of ultrasonic technology to accelerate the extraction process, coupled with studies on how supercritical fluids can improve the solubility and extraction efficiency of ions, represents another avenue for innovation. These advancements seek to reduce costs and explore specific application areas.

Objective When urban rail transit line adopts the continuous co-phase power supply mode, a fault in the traction network may cause extended power outage due to the complexity and non-backup structure of the traction network. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the segmental power supply scheme for the traction network. Method A segmental power supply scheme for the traction network applicable to the continuous co-phase power supply mode is proposed. Based on the topological characteristics of the segmental power supply of traction network, and combined with the coupling characteristics of vehicle-traction network, the identification methods of segmental short-circuit and neutral section short-circuit are proposed. The control schemes for these two fault scenarios are analyzed, and the self-healing process of the traction network under the above two fault scenarios is described, corresponding circuit breaker control schemes are formulated. In the case study of Guangzhou Metro Line 18, the correctness and reliability of the proposed segmental power supply scheme and the fault identification methods are verified by MATLAB/Simulink software simulation. Result & Conclusion The proposed method can effectively identify faulty segments. The circuit breaker control scheme for the traction network fault can provide reliable main protection for the segments and neutral sections, ensuring stable and efficient operation of the traction power supply system of Guangzhou Metro Line 18.

Background and objective Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor of the lung. To explore the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of lung cancer is a hot topic in current research. Cyclic RNA D1 (CircCCND1) is highly expressed in lung cancer and may be a potential target for the treatment of lung cancer. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of CircCCND1 on the malignant biological behaviors of lung cancer cells by regulating the miR-340-5p/transforming growth factor β-induced factor homeobox 1 (TGIF1) axis. Methods The expression of CircCCND1, miR-340-5p, and TGIF1 mRNA in human normal lung epithelial cells BEAS-2B and human lung cancer H446 cells were detected. H446 cells cultured in vitro were randomly divided into control group, CircCCND1 siRNA group, miR-340-5p mimics group, negative control group, and CircCCND1 siRNA+miR-340-5p inhibitor group. Cell proliferation, mitochondrial membrane potential, apoptosis, migration, and invasion were detected, and the expressions of CircCCND1, miR-340-5p, TGIF1 mRNA, BCL2-associated X protein (Bax), cleaved Caspase-3, N-cadherin, E-cadherin, and TGIF1 proteins in each group were detected. The targeting relationship of miR-340-5p with CircCCND1 and TGIF1 was verified. The field data acquisition of transient electromagnetic method is prone to jump due to various random disturbances. Wavelet denoising realizes data denoising by multi-scale decomposition, threshold setting and reconstruction of signal. In order to improve the data quality of TEM after wavelet denoising, a new wavelet denoising method based on the optimal threshold reference is proposed to improve the threshold selection method. Combined with the application of transient electromagnetic method in water-rich engineering, the noise reduction results of data under different threshold conditions are compared and analyzed, and the practical application effect of the proposed algorithm is discussed. The results show that the proposed method can further reduce the value of the induced electromotive force curve in the range of 1-4 ms, and make the whole period attenuation characteristics of the data more obvious. The smoke ring inversion results of the denoised data were analyzed, and three locations with relatively large electrical differences were explained, and the inversion results of the denoised data based on the optimal threshold reference were verified to be more accurate.

In order to provide theoretical basis for developing and utilizing new varieties of hot peppers, five new varieties of pod peppers (Capsicum annum var. Conoides) hybridized with different combinations by three lines cultivation were selected and numbered as Sample 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, and their agronomic traits and quality characteristics with an emphasis on capsaicinoids and volatile components were evaluated. The results showed that the peppers had different agronomic traits with their ranges of fruit length, fruit mass, seed number ratio and pulp ratio being 6.7~9.3 cm, 2.40~6.26 g, 15.3~28.1 grain/g, and 71.10%~83.93%, respectively. All the samples possessed high nutritional values but their contents of major nutrients were not the same. Sample 1 contained the highest carbohydrates, crude fats and ash. Sample 2 had the highest water content. Sample 3 contained the highest vitamin C. Sample 5 had the highest protein content. All the samples possessed higher capsaicinoids content and pungency degree, of which Sample 5 had the highest content of capsaicinoids (1.128 g/kg), Scoville index (17399 SHU) and pungency degree (116) while Sample 2 showed the lowest content of capsaicinoids (0.464 g/kg), Scoville index (7157 SHU) and pungency degree (48). A total of 100 volatile components were detected in the five samples, among which olefins were the most abundant component, ranging from 39.20% to 61.73%. Olefins, esters and alcohols were the common aromatic substances of the samples, but their types and contents were different. Aiming at the problem that most of the teeth root of straight bevel gears adopt fixed radius fillet transition with 0.3 times of modulus， which tends to to cause large bending stress on the tooth root and reduce the service life of bevel gears， a design method of variable radius tooth root fillet bevel gears is proposed. The general equation of the variable radius tooth root fillet under the standard tooth root bevel is established. Based on the fixed-radius non-standard planetary gear of an electric vehicle differential， the general equation of tooth root variable-radius fillet under different tooth root cones is derived， and the variable-radius non-standard planetary gear is optimally designed. Through finite element dynamics and fatigue life simulation analysis， it is concluded that the average tooth root bending stress of the bevel gear is reduced by 10.8% and the fatigue damage is reduced by 6.6% for the variable radius tooth root fillet compared with the fixed radius fillet with the largest radius. Therefore， the proposed design method improves the mechanical performance and fatigue life of the bevel gear.

In this paper, the rabbit meat was salted for 48 h with 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 15% of NaCl, respectively. Then the effects of NaCl added in different amounts on the processing quality and lipid oxidation of rabbit meat were investigated. Results showed that, with the increase of NaCl addition, pH value, cooking loss rate, brightness value (L*), redness value (a*) and yellowness value (b*) of salted rabbit meat decreased. On the contrary, the hardness, cohesiveness, adhesiveness and chewiness of salted rabbit meat increased in turn. The elasticity of salted rabbit meat increased firstly and then decreased, and reached the maximum at 3% of NaCl addition. Meanwhile, the addition of NaCl also had an impact on lipid oxidation in salted rabbit meat. Both peroxide value (POV) and thiobarbituric acid reactant value (TBARS) in salted rabbit meat showed an upward trend with the increase of NaCl addition, and had a maximum value at 9%, then decreased slightly with the increase of NaCl addition. After curing, the nutritional value of fatty acids decreased, and the content of saturated fatty acids (SFA) increased on the whole. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) decreased, while the content of monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) changed little, and the ratio of n-6/n-3 and PUFA/SFA decreased. In general, proper addition of NaCl (0%~6%) can improve the texture characteristics of rabbit meat, enhance the water retention ability, but accelerate lipid oxidation.

The change trend of the microbial community structure and diversity, in the air around new and old Daqu production factories used for 2 and 25 years, respectively, with the seasons were investigated by both culture-dependent and culture-independent methods. The results showed that the constituents and diversities significantly shifted with seasons, and the number of species and α-diversity indexes were the highest in spring, respectively, and both of them increased first and then decreased with seasons. 301 isolates were obtained by culture-dependent method, which belonged to the same category as that obtained by the culture-independent method, the bacterial flora was composed of five phyla, such as Acfinobacteria, etc., in which Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, Bacillus, were dominant. The fungal flora was composed of three phyla, including Ascomycota., Phialemoniopsis and Aspergillus, etc. were dominant. Among these dominant species, Pseudomonas et al. 8 bacterial genera of Proteobacteria and Saccharomycopsis et al. 10 fungi genera of Ascomycota in the strong-flavor Daqu might be originated from the air. Compared with facilities used for 2 years, the quantity and diversity indexes in the air around the facilities used for 25 years were richer and more stable. Correlation analysis showed that the temperature and humidity of the air were the key factors affecting the quantity of microorganisms, while the change of the intensity of air pollution resulted in the community structure became unstabitily. These results revealed the spatiotemporal feature of the microbial community in the Daqu manufacturing niche and laid a methodological foundation for the study of the relationship and traceability between Daqu and environmental microorganisms.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has led to numerous technical innovations in medicine and revolutionized the conventional mode of medicine. AI in medicine mainly consists of machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), expert systems (ES), intelligent robots (IR), and the internet of medical things (IoMT) and other emerging AI technology approaches. Intelligent screening, intelligent diagnosis, risk prediction, and adjuvant therapy are major applications of AI in medicine. Currently, AI in medicine has made a significant breakthrough, and quality governance of big data, innovation of new technology, integration of multi domain knowledge and personalized medicine decision-making will show a more promising development in the clinical field.

In order to reduce vibration and noise， the modification of the tooth profile of the planetary gear and the eccentric helix are studied. The influence of tooth profile modification，helix modification， helix modification factorⅠand helix modification factorⅡon transmission error peak difference， tooth surface maximum contact stress， tooth root bending stress of planetary gear and tooth root bending stress of half-shaft gear are analyzed respectively by KISSSoft. The regression equations of four response quantities are established by Minitab， and the optimal modification scheme is obtained under the condition of minimum transmission error peak difference， minimum contact stress on the tooth surface and the bending stress at the tooth root of the planetary gear is no more than 1 100 MPa. After modification， the peak difference of transmission error is reduced by 11.39%， the maximum contact stress of tooth surface is reduced by 3.89% and the bending stress of tooth root of planetary gear and half-shaft gear is reduced by 4.40% and 5.62% respectively. Finally， finite element simulation analysis is used to verify that the fatigue life of the modified differential gear meets the requirement， and the bench experiment is carried out to verify.

To improve traffic scheduling capabilities in network provider data centers,both network structure and network traffic flow were considered at the same time.The analysis prediction and online scheduling mechanism was proposed in data center based on software defined networking (SDN).Aiming at the multi-dimensional,multi-constrained and multi-modal problems of traffic flow scheduling in data centers,the traffic flow scheduling strategy based on Fibonacci tree optimization (FTO) algorithm was proposed.FTO algorithm was embedded into two stages of analysis prediction and online scheduling,took it advantage of global local alternating and multi-model optimization characteristics,the optimal solution and suboptimal solutions of traffic scheduling had been got at one time.The emulator result shows that,the FTO traffic scheduling strategy can schedule traffic in data centers reasonably,which improves the load balancing capability of network providers' data centers effectively.

In order to cope with the traffic management for multi-service differentiated in cloud data centers,improving network performance and service experience,the multi-service differentiated (MSD) traffic management model was designed that can suit operational requirements in cloud data center.Fibonacci tree optimization (FTO) algorithm was improved according to the MSD model.MSD-FTO traffic management strategy was proposed in SDN cloud data center.Simulation results show that the strategy takes advantage of FTO global optimization ability and multi-modal adaptive performance.Through the global local alternating optimization of the algorithm,differentiation traffic management schemes are obtained as needed,the problem of multi-services differentiated traffic management is solved in operator cloud data center that improve network performance and service experience in cloud data center effectively.

Radiation induced lung injury (RILI) is a serious complication in patients received thoracic radiotherapy. The main clinical symptom of RILI includes short of breath, low fever and cough, seriously affect the survival of patients. How to better prevent and treat RILI is an urgent problem. Target theory, cytokine theory, free radical theory, and vascular endothelial cell damage theory are the main mechanisms of RILI. Among them, reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced during radiotherapy can induce tissue damage throughout the course of RILI, and have a direct effect on both radiation pneumonitis and radiation-induced lung fibrosis. Anti-oxygen therapy including thiol compounds, antioxidant enzymes, and plant antioxidants have been applied in the prevention and treatment of RILI. This article reviews the research and application of antioxidant therapy in RILI.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the etiology of sphenoid sinusitis secondary to endoscopic transnasal skull base surgery, summarize the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment, and evaluate the prognosis. Methods Clinical data of 24 cases of sphenoid sinusitis secondary to endoscopic transnasal skull base surgery from June 2005 to December 2017 were collected. Endoscpic extended sphenoidectomy was performed to remove the lesion. Nasal CT, MRI, nasal endoscope, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Lund-Kennedy score were used to evaluate the prognosis of patients. Results Clinical symptoms of those patients included headache (21 cases, 87.50%), nasal obstruction (11 cases, 45.83%) and runny nose (9 cases, 37.50% ). Preoperative nasal sinus imaging examinations showed extensive hyperosteogenesis of sphenoid sinus walls and/or discontinuous bone substance of sella turcica, and moderate enhancement of mucosa of sphenoid sinus walls. Intraoperative endoscopic display showed edema, polyp and scar formation of mucosa in posterior ethmoidal sinus and sphenoid sinus. There were significant differences between preoperative and postoperative VAS scores, such as headache (F = 118.961, P = 0.000), nasal obstruction (F = 3.519, P = 0.035) and runny nose (F = 30.563, P = 0.000), and Lund-Kennedy score (F = 26.064, P = 0.000). VAS scores in headache (P = 0.000, for all) and runny nose (P = 0.000, for all) and Lund-Kennedy score (P = 0.000, for all) 3 months and one year after surgery decreased significantly in comparison with before surgery. Conclusions Insufficient surgical field for endoscopic transnasal skull base surgery, inappropriate and unreasonable use of artificial materials can lead to severe sphenoid sinus inflammation and more severe symptoms such as headache, nasal obstruction and runny nose. An extended sphenoidectomy should be adopted under endoscope and the lesions and artificial repair materials must be cleaned, so as to improve the symptoms and achieve mucosal epithelization. Objective To investigate the prevalence of depression in the elderly and identify the contributing factors by fitting the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) scores using a linear mixed effect (LME) model. Methods The data were obtained from a longitudinal study by the United States National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center (NACC). Starting from 2011, this study investigated the prevalence of depression using Short GDS initially among 1 345 elderly subjects, from whom 230 were followed up continuously for 4 years. According to the minimization principle of the values of Akaike information criterion (AIC) and Bayesian Information Criteria (BIC), a variance-covariance structure was chosen to fit the data and estimate the model, and the MIXED module in SAS software was used to model and analyze the longitudinal data. Results Analysis of the LME model showed that a longer education time was associated with a lower GDS score (β=-0.103, P=0.016). The elderly who divorced (β=0.742, P=0.025) and those who lived alone (β=1.495, P=0.024) were more likely to have a higher GDS score than those in marriage. The elderly who required assistance for complex activities had higher GDS scores than those who were completely independent (β=0.420, P=0.036). The elderly reporting frequent depressive feelings in the past 2 years had higher GDS scores (β=1.176, P < 0.000 1). The elderly patients with dementia (β=1.068, P=0.003) and those with mild cognitive impairment (β=1.020, P=0.001) had higher GDS scores than the elderly with normal cognitive function. Conclusion The LME model allows efficient analysis of the longitudinal data from this elderly cohort. A lower level of education, a lowered self-care ability, cognitive impairment and divorce are all important factors contributing to depression in the elderly

To improve the dynamic performance of the hydroelectric unit regulation system (HURS), a method for optimizing the parameters of the HURS is proposed, which integrates Q-learning and gradient search JAYA algorithm (QJAYA). The equivalent circuit theory is introduced to derive the equivalent model of the pressure pipeline circuit. A hydroelectric turbine neural network model, reflecting the nonlinear characteristics of turbine flow and torque adequately, is established using BP neural networks. Subsequently, combining with the governor and generator models, a refined nonlinear model of the HURS as a whole is constructed. The QJAYA algorithm is utilized to optimize the PID control parameters of the HURS, and through simulation experiments, it is verified that the proposed method can effectively improve the dynamic performance of the HURS. In response to the lack of fault diagnosis methods for bulb tubular hydroelectric units, this study utilizes a rotor fault simulation platform to simulate typical faults within these units as the basis. This research combines the Subtraction-Average-Based Optimizer (SABO) with Chaotic Mapping, to enhance Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD) for decomposing raw data. The components obtained are then analyzed using multiscale sample entropy, with the results fed into a BP neural network optimized by a multi-strategy improved Butterfly Optimization Algorithm (BOA) for fault diagnosis and classification identification. The results demonstrate a diagnostic accuracy of 98.75%, significantly superior to non-optimized models. This research provides a valuable addition to the existing fault diagnosis methods for bulb tubular hydroelectric units. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper proposes a novel fault diagnosis method for hydroelectric units to address the challenge of achieving high-precision fault diagnosis due to the non-stationarity and non-linearity of vibration signals, which makes it difficult to extract single features. The method utilizes convolutional neural networks to extract vibration signal features, and employs empirical mode decomposition and approximate entropy to construct signal feature vectors, which are used to create a fusion feature vector. Furthermore, a BP neural network is trained with the fusion feature vector as input and the fault category as output to obtain a hydroelectric unit fault recognizer that can identify the unit's operating state as normal or with a specific fault type. Aiming at the requirements of high passenger flow and high reliability of urban railways, the combined co-phase power supply+bilateral power supply scheme of substations in the mode of continuous co-phase power supply are studied for suburban railways. Mathematical modeling is carried out according to the topology of the scheme. Short-circuit fault analysis is conducted at different locations. With reference to a city line, the simulation analysis of short-circuits on busbars at different locations in the system is performed, and the conclusion is drawn: when the traction power supply system goes wrong, the scheme of the traction power supply system needs to be configured; when the power system fails, the action of the power system relay protection device will not be affected, so there is no need to adjust the relay protection configuration of the power system, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis. According to the fault analysis results, the traditional relay protection scheme is improved, and a new relay protection scheme is configured to ensure the safety and stability of the continuous co-phase power supply of suburban railways. Objective To explore the relationship between atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) and childhood asthma. Methods This retrospective study included 86 children with asthma admitted to the Changzhou Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2020 to August 2022 as the asthma group and 149 healthy children undergoing physical examination during the same period as the control group. Metabolic parameters including total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and blood glucose, as well as general information of the children such as height, weight, body mass index, presence of specific dermatitis, history of inhalant allergen hypersensitivity, family history of asthma, and feeding history, were collected. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to study the relationship between AIP, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and asthma. The value of AIP, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol for predicting asthma was assessed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Results The AIP and triglyceride levels in the asthma group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower (P<0.05). Howcvcr, there was no significant difference in total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups (P>0.05). Before and after adjusting for height, weight, presence of specific dermatitis, history of inhalant allergen hypersensitivity, family history of asthma, feeding method, and blood glucose, multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that AIP, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were associated with asthma (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the optimal cutoff value for predicting asthma with AIP was -0.333, with a sensitivity of 80.2%, specificity of 55.0%, positive predictive value of 50.71%, and negative predictive value of 82.85%. The area under the curve (AUC) for AIP in predicting asthma was significantly higher than that for triglycerides (P=0.009), but there was no significant difference in AUC between AIP and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (P=0.686). Conclusions AIP, triglycerides, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol are all associated with asthma. AIP has a higher value for predicting asthma than triglycerides and comparable value to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To evaluate the prognosis and immunotherapy response of patients with bladder cancer by constructing a risk-score model of cellular senescence-related signature (SRS), as well as to explore the clinical application value of SRS in bladder cancer. Methods Senescence genes were screened from TCGA-BLCA, and cellular SRS genes were screened according to LASSO regression. A bladder cancer risk-score model was constructed based on the SRS genes to analyze the survival difference and model-fit degree of TCGA-BLCA high- and low-risk groups. Univariable and multivariable Cox regression was used to analyze the prognostic risk factors of bladder cancer. Overall survival differences of high- and low-risk groups in GEO-BLCA database were verified, and variations in immunotherapy responses were analyzed in IMvigor210 databases. According to the result of β-gal chromogenic reaction in bladder cancer and normal paracancer tissues, the existence of cell senescence was determined. Results Eight marker genes were screened, and patients were divided into high- and low-risk groups according to the median risk score constructed by the marker genes. The 5-year survival rate of high risk group was lower than that of low risk group (training and validation sets P < 0.05). The area under the ROC curve of TCGA-BLCA in 1-, 3-, and 5-year were 0.657, 0.660, and 0.688, and those for GSE13507 were 0.665, 0.665, and 0.613, respectively. SRS risk score can be used as an independent risk factor for the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer. The SRS risk score in the response group was lower than that in the non-response group during bladder cancer immunotherapy (P < 0.05). The β-gal staining of bladder cancer tissue was positive, but the β-gal staining of adjacent normal tissue was negative. Conclusion Cell senescence occurs in bladder cancer tissues. SRS risk score can predict the clinical prognosis of patients with bladder cancer, and patients with low score can benefit from immunotherapy. SRS is a reliable biomarker for the prognosis and immunotherapy response of bladder cancer.

With the continuous development of YQ2 Wellblock, it is estimated that there will be about 65.42% of gas wells whose wellhead pressure cannot reach the required inlet pressure within two years, and then, the wellblock cannot be maintained at stable production. Thus, it is urgent to conduct the research on optimization of supercharged gathering scheme. Herein, 5 supercharged gathering schemes were developed based on the different locations and quantity of supercharging equipment, which were determined according to the Benedict-Webb-Rubin-Starling(BWRS) Equation and the Fourth Order Runge-Kutta Method, through the analysis on change laws of oil/casing pressure in 309 wells and the prediction of supercharging time. Then, comparison was made among the 5 supercharged gathering schemes through fuzzy evaluation using the two primary evaluation indicators of technical economy and safety, refining the seven secondary evaluation indicators, such as the wellhead abandonment pressure, pressure loss of pipeline network and total investment,and determining their weights with the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. Finally, it was determined to adopt the scheme of centralized supercharging at the terminal station + regional supercharging at 12 stations. In general, the research results are of great significance to the efficient development of gas field, cost reducing and benefit increasing, effective reduction of wellhead abandonment pressure, and the maximization of effectiveness of supercharging equipment for stable production.

The present thesis, studying the technic and characterstics of the digital printing of wool fabrics, concludes that compared with traditional printing, the digital printing presents a higher performance in accuracy, sharpness of gradual changing colors, hierarchy, 3-D graphic design, rate of reaction, short cycle time of production as well as low energy consumption and pollution. It has become increasingly popular in wool knitting fabric. Then further, studying classification and features of digital printing pattern and its application to wool fabric design, it concludes that the application of digital printing to wool knitting fabrics enriches the changes of wool knitting fabric design, enhances the quality, status, added value, individuality and fashion, and therefore meets the increasing aesthetic expectation of of modern consumers. The goal of wireless sensor network is to obtain the useful information, but the quantity of the useful information is up to the coverage of the monitor area. One of the most important problems is the algorithm of the coverage. Most of existing algorithms are based on the assumption that the sensor can provide the location and relative orientation. Proposes an algorithm based on the algebra homology for detecting coverage, it can detect the condition of the coverage quickly only on the topology of the network, and there is no need to know the accurate location of the sensor. Hence, the complexity of sensor design can be reduced. Finally, the simulation results show that the algorithm can efficiently and quickly detect the blind zone of the wireless sensor network. The aqueous extract of globe flower was dyeing of wool fabric using FeSO4 , ZnSO4 ·7 H2O and Al2 (SO4)3 as mordants. It discussed the dyeability of globe flower on wool fabric by dyeing temperature, time, the dosage of mordants and acetic acid, determined the color fastness of the dyed fabrics. The result showed that the exhaust dyeing process with globe flower aqueous and direct addition of ZnSO4·7H2O ,Al2 (SO4) and FeSO4 stock solution as metamordant process showed good shade and satisfying dyeing fastness of the dyed material. The color depth on wool fabrics was increased with the increase in dyeing temperature or time, the addition of acetic acid had no evidence effect. The color depth on wool fabrics was increased with the increase of mordants ZnSO4·7H2O, Al2 (SO4)3 and FeSO4 to 0.4, 0. 8 and 1. 2g/L respectively, then farther addition of mordants the color depth of dyed fabrics was decreased. Extraction of 10 mL globe flower aqueous was found sufficient to dye 2 g wool fabric to the darkest color possible. The results showed that the optimal process was dyeing at 70∼ 90°C for 60 min. After a period of rapid development, the rural society has become complex. The farmers' needs of public goods, such as social security, education, infrastructures, are increasingly emerging. Rural social security system is distempered. The numbers of no-land farmers and surplus labor force are increasing. How can farmers vindicate their benefit as ebb-colony? A cooperative group is an autonomous league with people coming together out of their own will, satisfying their collective economic and social demands by having and managing their own corporations. It is a cooperative economic organization built-up by farmers for their own benefit. It is different from general organizations that are in pursuit of profit only. Cooperative groups return all incomes to the members. The chief purpose is to supply special assistance to the members. This paper looks back on the development of cooperative theories. It focuses on the Chinese rural institutional change. (1) It discusses the usefulness of family scale management, and emphasizes that it is necessary to keep family work independent. Scale management is not helpful in improving agricultural productivity, as agriculture is not a scale benefit industry. (2) In the incomplete market, we can only analyze farmer's behavior by hypothesis of avail maximization and exact risk minimization. This hypothesis finds a new explanation to solve problems that puzzle cooperation theories, such as "pick-up", "lack of encouragement". The paper compares the pattern of firms combined with farmers with the pattern of cooperative groups combined with farmers. It analyzes the non-cooperation caused by the pattern of firms combined with farmers. Farmers, for the sake of balance in the market, equal political and economic benefits, and changes in their positions, demand cooperative groups urgently. This emphasizes the need to let the farmers "make their own decisions" and establish community cooperative groups that may enhance their social consciousness and political abilities. Cooperative groups as a social economic organization based on unconstraint and mutual benefit are intended for farmers to improve their living and working conditions. Self-defense, self-help, interdependence are its functions. Besides the economic function, cooperative groups also have social and cultural functions. Background Knee joint injury is a common military training injury, which seriously affects the combat effectiveness of soldiers. In recent years, the prevention and treatment of military training injury becomes more and more important. Ultrasound therapy and Qingpeng ointment are commonly used to treat sports training injuries. However, the protective effectiveness of ultrasound combined with the external use of Qingpeng ointment for knee injury in sports training injury patients is less reported. Objective To comprehensively assess the clinical efficacy of Qingpeng ointment combined with ultrasound therapy in the treatment of knee injuries caused by military training. Methods Fifty-six patients with knee injury who were treated in the Fifth Pentry Outpatient Clinic, the General Hospital of the Western Theater Command PLA from May to July 2022 were selected and randomly grouped into control group (4 cases fell off during the study, n=24) and treatment group (n=28) using IBM-SPSS 25.0 statistical software to generate random numbers. The control group was given ordinary coupling agent ultrasonic therapy, and the treatment group was given Qingpeng ointment ultrasonic therapy, once a day, 10 times a course, a total of 2 courses. The Lysholm knee joint score, VAS score, Hamilton Depression Scale-17 (HAMD-17), and knee range of motion were compared between the two groups after a twenty-minute intervention. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Lysholm knee joint score, VAS score, HAMD-17 score and knee joint motion between the two groups (P>0.05). Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) loaded by metal atom has been applied as an effective single atom catalyst. In the work, the complexation behaviors of g-C3N4(CN) with metal ions have been examined by relativistic density functional theory. The formed ［M(CN)］z+(M=Sc, Y, La, Ac and U; z=2 and 3) have been explored for their structures, metal-ligand interactions and redox properties. It is found that the metal ion has been rendered by six M-N dative bonds, each of which has the bonding strength ranging from -0.79 to -0.47 eV. Regarding Sc complexes, one-electron reduction mainly occurs around the metal center, while La and U complexes have metal-modified ligand reduction mechanism; both metal and ligand in Y complex are approximately equally reduced; in contrast, the ligand of Ac complex gets the reducing electron, and the metal is redox-innocent. This agrees with the fact that there are no experimental reports on Ac(Ⅱ) complexes. Electronic-structure analyses indicate that ［U(CN)］3+ bears three high-lying single U(5f) occupied orbitals, suggesting the trivalent uranium center. However, despite having four single U(5f) occupied orbitals, ［U(CN)］2+ still possesses considerable ligand contribution, leading to the uranium oxidation state mediating between Ⅱ and Ⅲ.

Objective To investigate the impact of trainer experience and the types of trainees on quantitative teaching score for surgical education. Methods The present study adopted two-way repeated measures design. The quantitative teaching scores were collected between September 2018 and January 2020. The impact factors were trainer experience and student category. Repeated measure was performed by recording teaching score each month. Results The average of overall teaching score was 0.98±1.58/Teacher/Month. Both teacher experience(P＜0.001) and student category (P＜0.001) had significant impact on teaching score, and these two factors had interaction effect. Teacher experience had remarkable influence on resident and graduate subgroup compared to the other student category. In resident and graduate subgroup, trainer experience had a positive correlation with teaching score (All the between-subgroup comparisons had P＜0.001). However, this effect diminished in the other student category. Conclusions The present teaching system puts in great effort to surgical education for resident and graduate students. And trainer experience is positively correlated with quantitative teaching score.

The integrity and durability of metal coatings have a great influence on the medium corrosion resistance of steel structures. When the anti-corrosive coating was partially damaged or microcracked, the micro-nano capsule filler could produce a stress response to the changes in the micro-environment under the coating, release corrosion-inhibiting substances or polymer monomers, and realize the self-healing of the coating, filling the voids, and thereby significantly improving the medium corrosion resistance of coating. In this work, the principle of micro-nano self-healing coating was introduced firstly. Taking several new micro-nano fillers such as mesoporous SiO2, layered double hydroxide, halloysite nanotubes and metal organic framework compounds as representatives, their application, advantages and disadvantages in self-healing high corrosion resistant coatings were summarized and forecasted briefly, which could provide several ideas for the development of high corrosion resistant and long-lasting coatings.

Objective To investigate the genetic etiology of a patient with primary infertility and oocyte maturation defect. Methods Whole exome sequencing (WES) was carried out on patient's DNA to detect potential pathologic variants. The positive sites detected by WES were verified by Sanger sequencing, and the bioinformatics analysis of the mutation was analyzed. Results The patient was found to harbor compound heterozygous variants of the PATL2 in exon 14 and 13 c.1 374A＞G (p.Ile458Met) and c.1 289_1 291delTCC (p.Leu430del), which were respectively inherited from her father and mother. Conclusions The compound heterozygous variation of PATL2 may be the genetic mechanism to explain infertility resulted from the disturbance of oocyte maturation.

Objective To study the impact of comprehensive teaching mode and trainer experience on teaching effect of surgical basic technique training. Methods The present study adopted 2×2 factorial design. Seventy surgical interns were randomly assigned to the control group adapting lecture-based learning and the experimental group was trained with the comprehensive teaching mode integrating lecture-based, problem-based and case-based learning. Each study group was further randomly divided into two subgroups with either resident or attending surgeon as trainers. Results The comprehensive teaching mode was superior to the control group in terms of quantitative subjectobject assessment and operation time consumption, especially for “willingness to pursue a career in surgery” “clinical reasoning” and “direction of future development”. Furthermore, except for “clinical reasoning”, the teaching effect of resident didn't show statistically significant difference with attending surgeon. Conclusions The comprehensive teaching mode exhibits better teaching effect as compared with the classoc lecture-based learning. The surgical resident is fully competent to serve as the trainer for surgical basic technique training program.

Objective To evaluate the application value of multidetector computed tomography angiography (MDCTA) in the diagnosis of aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA). Methods Retrospective analysis were applied on 5800 patients who underwent MDCTA on head and neck, and then the ARSA and other accompanied variations of branches of aortic arch were observed on using original images, maximum intensity projection (MIP), curved planar reformation (CPR) and volume rendering (VR). Results ARSA combined with left aortic arch was found in 52 cases, among which simple ARSA was seen in 21 cases (40.38%), ARSA with bilateral common carotid trunk (CCT) in 19 patients (36.54%), ARSA and anomalous origin of unilateral vertebral artery in 9 patients (17.31%), ARSA, CCT and left vertebral artery (LVA) originating from aortic arch in 3 cases (5.77%). Among the 52 ARSA cases, Kommerell diverticulum was found in 10 cases (19.23% ), and no aneurysmal change was seen in Kommerell diverticulums. Conclusion MDCTA can accurately reflect ARSA and other accompanied variations of branches of aortic arch, and is significant for clinical practice.

For problems of signal diffraction and bad penetrating ability when using antenna as coverage equipment of CDMA wireless communication system, no way to ensure coverage distance and signal quality of wireless signal in entry with large bending degree and ups and downs, no way to freely improve emitting power of mine-used CDMA base station to meet requirement of wireless signal coverage, a solution of underground CDMA wireless signal coverage with leakage cable was proposed. RF signal output by underground CDMA base station can be connected to leakage cable through two-way power divider and realize coverage of wireless signal of entry. The practical application showed that the signal coverage is stable and communication effect is good by use of the scheme.

In view of problem that life of lithium battery in miner lamp with lithium battery is closely related to charging and discharging method, the paper proposed a design scheme of an intelligent charging cabinet for miner lamp with lithium battery. It introduced hardware design of unit of charging and management of miner lamp and middle computer of the charging cabinet. Actual application shows that the charging cabinet can accurately control charging voltage and current of lithium battery of miner lamp, and can collect information of whether on shelf and charging state of miner lamp, which improves information level of management of miner lamp.

The positioning Precision testing methods of CORS were introduced in detail.Based on the testing method of static fixed point and the method of comparing with the post-processing positioning result,the paper put forward land regular geometrical track kinematic testing method and fixed baseline length relative testing method.The testing resulted of a CORS system obtained with the former three methods show that the proposed method are valid and fit to the general precision testing of most CORS system.

In view of problems that equipments carried by underground miner increase because of individual design and power supply of identification card, and sometimes positioning would fail because that charging or change of battery of identification card are not in time, a type of intrinsic safety miner lamp integrated lamp and identification card together was designed, and design of two-way identification card, charging and discharging management unit of lithium ion battery and intrinsic safety protection unit were introduced. The design decreases equipments carried by underground miner. Meantime, the identification card powered by battery of the miner lamp, it avoids trouble of change of battery and undetected of identification card because of electricity shortage of its battery.

The paper introduced a mine-used CDMA wireless communication system based on the Telecom Public Network. The system introduces the Telecom Public Network CDMA signals into coal mine underground and makes integration of the Telecom Public Network CDMA signals and underground CDMA signals, which can ensure covering wireless signals in mine area and meanwhile the mobile phone users can freely roam in whole country. The system can also expand functions of PTT talkback, data and video communication, remote monitoring and management of hidden danger with mobile phone on CDMA network platform.

Current mine-used CDMA wireless communication systems go against large-scale application because of higher overall cost, and it is difficult to realize seamless coverage of whole mine for wireless signal of the systems because of complex underground roadway. To solve the problems, the paper proposed a design scheme of new type of mine-used CDMA wireless communication system which taking FEMTO base station as underground coverage device and taking underground industry Ethernet as main transmission channel. It gave overall structure of the system and introduced composition and main technical parameters of FEMTO base station in details. The test result showed that the system has characteristics of wide coverage of wireless signal and good communication effect.
