Firstly,the traditional data architecture of telecom operators was analyzed and the problems such as low quality,lack of real-time,lack of flexibility and mutual constraints of storage and application were identified.Then,the feasibility of introducing data lake technology was discussed,the storage scale and low cost of data lake,the originality of data and ease of use,and the application of on-demand modeling were clarified,which could provide great benefits for telecom operators’ data architecture optimization.Finally,the data lake construction plan of unified storage,unified standards,near-source acquisition,and application separation was proposed,and key points such as data lake data partitioning,deployment,lake entry and application data dynamic loading,and unified data management were clearly stated.

Firstly,the challenges of operation support system for SDN / NFV were described,such as agile efficient processes,real-time on-demand service,and hybrid network.Secondly,the industry trends of international operators and standard organizations were introduced,and the current situation of operation support system was analyzed,inluding the capability,the interconnection and the automation.Lastly,the new generation of intelligent,efficient,flexible and open operation support system implementation blue print,boundary division and evolution strategy were proposed.

Based on current situation that PON network faults are mainly processed around the user account password and terminal problems,and all the complex phenomena and network issues involved are sent to the operation and maintenance department,leading to low failure processing efficiency and high treatment pressure,an end-to-end fault diagnosis and repair method was proposed based on the customer resource tree.Through adopting big data analysis technology and service capability opening technology,an end-to-end fault detection system from service platform to client terminals was built and fault phenomena,conclusions and treatment methods of the nodes in the resource tree were combed,and fault processing scenarios were listed to verify the accuracy of fault detection and fast recovery.The result shows that the failure interception efficiency is improved by 34%.

The business and technical challenges of provisioning and activation of optical network were elaborated.Design idea of centralized，cloud-enabled and extraction of IOE was proposed.The architecture of“platform+application”provisioning and activation of optical network was constructed.The key technical points like unified data model，distributed data storage，services，open architecture，interactive “message+data”interfaces，distributed process engine，explicited rules management，centralized configuration management under architecture of optical network were given.

Firstly, the bondage of the unified resource model were researched, which were hard modeling and using physical and logical class as the top class. Secondly, the methods were put forward that are major class modeling and meta data driving and using geometric shape as the top class. Lastly, the over view of the unified resource model was designed and the sticking points were given, that were unified ware model and unified link model and restored physical object and logical object and compatible with the entire network.

The problem which the difference between resource data and existing network data,resources data and network management data hinder the telecom operator to develop FTTH users and broadband services were discussed.Combined with PON,intelligent ODN and the mobile internet technology,a resource-automatic discovery engine architecture system was built and the automatic matching check of resource data with existing network data consistency was achieved,the efficiency and quality of resource management were enhanced.
