IgA nephropathy (IgAN), the most common form of primary glomerulonephritis, is predominant in young adults and children. Corticosteroid therapy has been controversial over several past decades. TESTING (Therapeutic Effects of Steroids in IgA Nephropathy Global) study, initiated in 2012, is an international, multicenter, double-blinded, randomized and placebo-controlled trial for evaluating oral methylprednisolone’s safety and long-term efficacy under conditions of optimized supportive treatment in IgAN patients at an elevated risk of progression. After one decade of efforts, successful completion of TESTING indicated that a 6 to 9 month course of oral methylprednisolone has been an effective regimen of protecting kidney function in high-risk IgAN patients. Some safety concerns persisted. Compared with a full-dose regimen, reduced-dose regimen was beneficial with higher safety. Overall, the TESTING trial provided more robust data regarding the treatment dosage and safety of corticosteroids. It has important implications for IgAN children. With a deeper pathogenetic understanding of IgAN, ongoing studies of novel therapeutic regimens shall further optimize the benefit-risk ratio.

In this work, the coordination chemistry of the uranyl ion(\begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2^{2+} $\end{document}) with N, N-dimethyl-diglycolamic acid(HDMDGA, HLI) and N, N-diethyl-diglycolamic acid(HDEDGA, HLII) has been systematically studied through thermodynamic and structural analysis, by means of both potentiometric and spectroscopic titration, as well as Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry. The protonation constants of L−(L=LI, LII) and the stability constants of the uranyl complexes were determined by potentiometric and spectroscopic titrations in 1.0 mol/L NaClO4, with the molar absorption spectra of all species deconvoluted in the process of the latter titration. Besides, the standard Raman spectra of various complexes were confirmed by Raman spectroscopic titration. Furthermore, the single crystal of compound \begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2{\mathrm{L}}^{{\mathrm{II}}}_2 $\end{document} was obtained by slow evaporation of aqueous solution containing uranyl ion and LII ligands at room temperature. X-ray diffraction analysis shows a monoclinic crystal system in P21/c space group, with lattice parameters: a=15.5096(6) Å（1 Å=0.1 nm）, b=7.7934(3) Å, c=11.3732(4) Å, α=90°, β=97.388(4)°, γ=90° and Z=2. Although both ligands show a similar structure and protonation constant, the different values of stability constant in aqueous solution and the different bond length of U-O in two complexes indicate the distinct coordination ability for two ligands with \begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2^{2+} $\end{document}, where HDEDGA performs better. Like the crystal structure of \begin{document}$ {\mathrm{UO}}_2{\mathrm{L}}^{{\mathrm{I}}}_2$\end{document}, the ligand LII in the \begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2{\mathrm{L}}^{{\mathrm{II}}}_2 $\end{document} complex coordinates with \begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2^{2+} $\end{document} in a tridentate manner, with three oxygen atoms(amide oxygen, ether oxygen and carboxylic acid oxygen) coordinating with the linear \begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2^{2+} $\end{document} at the equatorial plane. In addition, the diffuse reflectance spectra of the \begin{document}${\mathrm{UO}}_2{\mathrm{L}}^{{\mathrm{II}}}_2 $\end{document} crystal show characteristics significantly different from the absorption spectra of the corresponding complex in the aqueous solution. Meanwhile, the Raman shift of the characteristic peak of uranyl ion between hydrated uranyl ion and the 1∶1 complex(U∶ LII) is significantly larger than that between 1∶1 and 1∶2. Therefore, it is speculated that the structure of the 1∶2 complex in aqueous solution is supposed to be different from that in the solid crystal.

Objective: To improve the taste of sea buckthorn juice and remove the bitter substance isorhamnetin glycoside. Methods: Fermentation of sea buckthorn juice with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum to study the growth curves of probiotics, the changes of various indexes such as total phenolic content and antioxidant activity during the fermentation process, as well as the changes of isorhamnetin glycosides and isorhamnetin content. Results: The sea buckthorn juice fermented by Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 67-25-2 fermentation had its bitter flavour improved and the sensory analysis score reached 85, and the total free phenol content and antioxidant activity of the juice were increased, reaching maximum at 62 h, in which the total phenol content was increased to 598.9 mg GAE/L, and the scavenging rate of the ABTS+ free radicals and the DPPH free radicals were reached 67.5% and 61.8%, respectively. Water is the important medium of the tea infusions, which plays a crucial role in the development of tea quality. Tooma sinensis (TS) fermented tea was brewed with tap water, mineral water and purified water. Objective: This study aimed to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of yeast extract and curcumin-yeast extract on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice. Methods: The mouse model of acute alcoholic liver injury was established, and the mice were administered with yeast extract and curcumin-yeast extract. Changes in ALT, AST, T-GSH, GSH-Px, and MDA levels were observed in the serum and liver tissue, respectively. Pathological sections of liver tissue were examined to observe the damage. The intestinal flora of mice was analyzed. Results: Compared with the model group, both yeast extract and curcumin-yeast extract reduced the levels of ALT, AST, MDA, TC, and TG, increased the activities of GSH-Px and T-GSH, and alleviated fatty infiltration and inflammatory infiltration of hepatocytes. Curcumin-yeast extract effectively restored the abundance of Acinetobacter, Prevotella, and Ruminococcus, which had been altered by alcohol. The restorative effect was superior to that of the yeast extract group. Conclusion: Yeast extract and curcumin-yeast extract showed significant protective effects against acute alcoholic liver injury in mice. This mechanism may be associated with the regulation of oxidative stress, lipid metabolism, and intestinal flora.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis and the predictive value of multiple inflammatory indicators in elderly alcoholic liver cirrhosis patients. Methods A total of 276 patients with alcoholic cirrhosis hospitalized in Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis. Seventy-two elderly patients with alcoholic cirrhosis who had spontaneous bacterial peritonitis at admission were included in the observation group, and 204 elderly patients with alcoholic cirrhosis who did not have SBP were included in the control group. The clinical data of patients in the two groups were collected by an electronic medical record system at admission. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between inflammatory factors and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of inflammatory factors for spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. Results Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of combined diabetes, hepatic encephalopathy, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, prothrombin time was longer than that in the control group, neutrolphil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and C-reactive protein to albumin ratio(CAR) were higher than those in the control group, and lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR) was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P

In the field of drilling in coal mine underground, drilling rate (DR) is one of the most effective indicators for assessing drilling operations. Accurate prediction of DR is a prerequisite for the realization of intelligent drilling in coal mines, which is of great significance for optimizing drilling parameters, reducing operational costs, and ensuring safe and efficient drilling. In the present research, the influence of drilling parameters on DR are investigated and the intelligent prediction methods are developed to achieve accurate DR predictions with different machine learning algorithms based on several drilling parameters, including weight on bit, rotation speed, torque, and drilling depth. Initially, micro-drilling experiments are conducted to analyze the impact of coal rock mechanical properties, weight on bit, rotation speed, and drilling depth on torque and drilling rate. The experimental results indicate that during the underground coal mining drilling process, drilling rate gradually rises with the increasing weight on bit. Under higher rotation speed conditions, the influence of weight on bit on drilling speed becomes more pronounced. Increasing the rotational speed is advantageous for improving drilling speed, but the impact of rotational speed on drilling speed is more significant in softer coal seams. Subsequently, three different machine learning algorithms, namely K–Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Support Vector Regression (SVR), and Random Forest Regression (RFR), are used to build drilling rate prediction models based on on-site drilling data from underground coal mining, and the hyperparameters of those models are optimized with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method. Finally, the prediction results of three drilling rate models, PSO–KNN, PSO–SVR, and PSO–RFR, are analyzed comparatively. The results show that PSO–RFR model offers the highest accuracy, with R2 of 0.963, MSE of 29.742. On the other hand, the PSO–SVR model exhibits the best robustness, with minimal changes in evaluation metrics after withstanding adversarial attacks. This study is beneficial for the realization of precise DR prediction, providing theoretical support for the optimization of intelligent drilling parameters in underground coal mining operations.

BackgroundPer- and polyfuoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are categorized as persistent organic pollutants and commonly detected in humans, and their toxicity has attracted widespread attention. However, few studies have reported comparison of PFAS levels and potential factors between women pregnant using assisted reproduction technology (ART) and women pregnant naturally. ObjectiveTo analyze and compare serum concentrations and sociodemographic determinants of PFAS in pregnant women conceiving through ART and conceiving naturally from Shanghai. MethodsBased on the China National Birth Cohort (CNBC) in Shanghai from 2017 to 2019, 333 pregnant women conceiving through ART and 689 pregnant women conceiving naturally were recruited during the same period as study subjects. The concentrations of 32 PFAS were measured in early-pregnancy serum of all pregnant women, and four PFAS with the highest co-exposure levels in both groups were included in the subsequent analysis. Multiple linear regression models were performed to evaluate the associations of sociodemographic factors with serum PFAS concentrations in the two groups respectively. BackgroundPesticide exposure may impact the reproductive health of women undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART). However, data on pesticide exposure levels in women undergoing ART in China are scarce, and current research on influencing factors is limited. ObjectiveTo evaluate the preconceptional pesticide exposure levels and identify potential determinants among women undergoing ART. MethodsThis study was designed as a cross-sectional survey and recruited 508 women undergoing ART from July 2017 to December 2018 at the fertility clinic of the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Gas chromatography/liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the metabolite concentrations of organophosphate pesticides (OPs), pyrethroid pesticides (PYRs), and neonicotinoid pesticides (NEOs) in urine. The sum of molar concentrations of the three pesticide classes (∑2OPs, ∑2PYRs, and ∑2NEOs) were calculated. A questionnaire was used to collect demographic characteristics, dietary habits, and behavioral information. Multiple linear regression was employed to analyze the associations of demographic characteristics, dietary habits, and behavioral variables with the concentrations of pesticide metabolites in urine among the participants. ResultsThe median creatinine-adjusted concentrations of ∑2OPs, ∑2PYRs, and ∑2NEOs in this study were 419.77, 2.95, and 20.36 nmol·g−1, respectively. Sarcopenia in chronic kidney disease （CKD） occurs mainly in patients with end-stage renal disease （ESRD） on hemodialysis. The potential causes are insufficient nutrition intake, protein and energy consumption, inflammatory cytokines, oxidative stress, insulin resistance and uremic toxins. Protein-bound uremic toxin phenol sulfate is an intestinal-derived uremic toxin accumulating in CKD patients. It is difficult to remove through dialysis. It affects the occurrence of sarcopenia through various ways. The review focused upon the mechanisms of sarcopenia caused by indoxyl sulfate.

MOX (mixed oxide) fuel plays a positive role in promoting sustainable development in nuclear energy. The quantitative determination of plutonium in mixed MOX fuel is also essential to nuclear security and safeguards. In this regard，neutron multiplicity measurement methods serve as crucial non-destructive testing techniques and play a vital role in quantitatively detecting plutonium in MOX fuel. In order to study the factors that influence the quantification process of plutonium，enhance measurement accuracy，and streamline the process，this study develops a comprehensive and specific simulation system for the multiplicity-based plutonium quantification method in MOX fuel. Based on the AWCC device as the basic model (simulation model with a detection efficiency of 23.89% and a die-away time of 45.42 μs)，the combination of MCNP and MATLAB software is utilized to recombine the detector capture times of fission neutrons and (α，n) neutrons obtained from MCNP software with the particle emission time series obtained by MATLAB sampling，forming a complete pulse time series. After receiving the multiplicity moments of fission neutrons in MOX fuel (vs1=2.157，vs2=3.808，vs3=5.283，vi1=2.855，vi2=6.953，vi3=13.899)，simulated pulse sequence acquisition，multiplicity analysis，and quantitative calculation are performed on four samples with different shapes and sizes. Each sample is measured for 300 s with a pre-delay time of 3 μs，a gate width of 54 μs，a long delay of 2 ms，and repeated three time’s measurements. Additionally，the simulated quantitative calculation results 240Pu are compared with the set values. The results indicate that the mass of 240Pu and the α-value obtained through simulated pulse analysis meet the requirement of less than 5% relative error compared to the actual input values. This work provides technical support for data interpretation in the quantitative measurement of plutonium in MOX fuel.

Objective: To obtain a comparative analysis of the unqualified situation in the national food safety supervision sampling from 2020 to 2022. Methods: The information of unqualified samples in the national food safety supervision sampling from 2020 to 2022 was summarized and analyzed, including the sampling quantity, proportion of sampling types, food category, unqualified items and their related indicators and products. Results: The total quantity of annual food safety supervision sampling continuously increased from 2020 to 2022. Among which, edible agricultural products and restaurant food reached over half of the overall proportion (52.31%). A total of 34 different types of food were sampled and analyzed. Results showed that the unqualified rates of 3 types of food increased annually. Especially, the unqualified rate of edible agricultural products gradually increased from 2.23% (2020) to 3.63% (2022), while the unqualified rate of restaurant food increased from 5.99% (2020) to 8.07% (2022). Among all the unqualified items, excessive pesticide and veterinary drug residues accounted for the highest proportion, and showed an increasing trend from 35.31% to 41.16% annually. The second highest proportion was attributed to microbial pollution, whose proportion decreased yearly. Conclusion: Over the past three years, the intensity of food safety sampling has been continuously increasing. Overall, the unqualified rate of various types of food remained constant or showed downward trends. However, there was a consistent increase in the unqualified rate of edible agricultural products and restaurant food. Excessive agricultural and veterinary drugs residues were still an urgent problem to be solved. Excessive pesticide residues were mainly found on the surface of cowpeas and leeks, such as cyromazine and procymidone. Additionally, veterinary drugs, particularly enrofloxacin were abused in various products. Microbial pollution was mainly found in grain, pastry and convenience food products, indicating the need for further supervision.

Beef is rich in nutrients and is one of the favored meats among consumers. Market price, consumer willingness to buy and satisfaction are affected by the quality of beef, so it is important to test the quality of beef. At present, traditional beef quality testing methods have the problems of time-consuming, sample damage and complex operation. Recently, non-destructive testing technology has been widely used in beef quality testing because of its advantages of rapidity, high efficiency, non-destructive and environment-friendly. This paper summarises the progress of non-destructive testing technology in beef quality analysis (sensory quality, nutritional quality and other quality), and systematically describes the principles of non-destructive testing techniques such as near-infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, hyperspectral imaging, E-tongue and E-nose. The progress of non-destructive testing techniques in beef quality analysis within the last five years is discussed in detail. The existing problems of non-destructive testing technology in beef quality analysis are put forward, and the future application prospect is prospected. It hopes to provide a reference for the research and application of non-destructive testing technology for beef quality.

To explore the metabolites differences of grilled fish in different packages, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to analyze and compare the metabolite profile of prefabricated grilled fish in tray packaging, vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging through non-targeted metabolomics. The results showed that 318 metabolites were identified under secondary mass spectrometry information in the prefabricated grilled fish with different packaging. Objective To ensure the smooth implementation of urban rail transit station entry/exit pipe jacking construction project, it is essential to study the impact of ground settlement and explore settlement control measures for its engineering through urban roads. Method With reference to the long-distance bus station entry/exit pipe jacking engineering on Jinan Rail Transit R2 Line , and based on the description of project geological conditions and key difficulties, a 3D numerical calculation model for large profile pipe jacking engineering through urban roads with dense underground pipelines is established. Land subsidence curves at different distances from the excavation face and settlement curves at different depths of the soil layer are obtained. A comparison is made between the simulated vertical displacement values of land monitoring points above the pipe central axis and the field-measured values changing with excavation distances. Corresponding construction optimization measures are proposed, and the optimization effects are analyzed and verified based on field-measured data. Result & Conclusion During the jacking process, as the distance from pipe central axis increases, the land subsidence gradually decreases. With increasing depth, the deep layer displacement of the soil layer gradually increases, and the settlement curve gradually transitions from ′stout and short′ to ′slender and tall′. Factors such as significant fluctuations in soil chamber pressure and frictional disturbance between the pipe and the stratum on-site lead to an outcome of the maximum simulated settlement, which is slightly less than the maximum field-measured settlement, posing certain discrepancy. By adopting measures such as controlling excavation speed and rational grouting for reducing friction, the subsequent construction settlement control effect is evident, with a maximum land subsidence of 18.18 mm, and the deformation is within construction allowable range.

BackgroundAnxiety and depression are common perinatal mental health issues that often occur together and can have serious negative effects on both maternal and infant health. ObjectiveTo examine the relationships between lifestyle factors and comorbid anxiety and depression (CAD) among pregnant women in Shanghai. MethodsThe study estimated the prevalence of CAD during the first, second, and third trimesters of pregnancy using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (CES-D) based on data from the China National Birth Cohort (CNBC) embryonic-derived diseases with assisted reproductive technology (ART) sub-cohort. Information on demographics, sleep status, nutritional intake, and exercise during each trimester was collected through self-made questionnaires, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Lifestyle factors (such as sleep status, nutritional intake, and exercise during each trimester) were analyzed using logistic regression and generalized linear mixed models (GLMM) to determine their impacts on the prevalence of CAD (yes or no) among pregnant women. ResultsA total of 2876 pregnant women were included in this study. The prevalence of CAD was 10.6% (305), 3.6% (103), and 5.5% (159) in the first, second, and third trimesters of pregnancy, respectively. The logistic regression analysis revealed that poor sleep quality throughout the entire pregnancy were statistically associated with an increased prevalence of CAD, and the odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) were 2.817 (1.845, 4.301), 2.840 (1.855, 4.347), and 9.316 (5.835, 14.876) for the first, second, and third trimesters, respectively, when compared to good sleep quality. To understand whether there was a drug residue in the rose flower cake, and whether there was a risk of chronic dietary intake. In this paper, the residues of four avermectins in rose flower cake were detected, the residual levels of drug residues were analyzed, and the risk of chronic dietary intake was evaluated. The four drugs were avermectin, doramectin, acetylamineavermectin and ivermectin. A total of 43 rose flower cake samples were collected, and the optimized QuEChERS method was used to pre-treat the samples. The residue levels of the four compounds were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and their chronic dietary intake risk assessment and risk rank were performed. Results show that the four kinds of abamectin drugs line of correlation coefficient were greater than 0.99, the detection limit of the range of 0.1~0.7 µg/kg, recovery range of 94.97%~102.09%. Only avermectin was detected in the 4 target compounds, the detection rate was 79%, and residual range of 1.89~4.58 µg/kg. The food safety index analysis (IFS) of the four drugs was 1.3×10−3 for avermectin, 1.0×10−4 for doramectin, 1.7×10−6 for acetylavermectin, and 1.2×10−5 for ivermectin. This indicated that the residual level of avermectins in rose flower cakes was not high at present, and the risk was low. It was suggested that it should be included in the registration list of pesticides and the corresponding limit standards should be established.

Objective: To elucidate the main components and mechanism of adjuvant prevention of type 2 diabetes of Citrus peel. Methods: The inhibitory activity of Citrus peel of α-glycosidase was determined in vitro. It were used to predict the material basis and potential mechanism of Citrus peel in the treatment of type 2 diabetes by network pharmacology, and verified the results by molecular docking. Results: The α-glucosidase was inhibited by 13 kinds of Citrus peel and showed a dose-effect relationship in the linear range. It was predicted that the active ingredients naringin, tangeretin and lauric acid might inhibit hyperglycemia through oxidative stress by network pharmacology and molecular docking. Citrus peel treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes was related to PI3K-Akt, Ras, HIF-1 signaling pathway in inflammation and vascular related VEGF signaling pathway. Tangeretin was the main component. Conclusion: Citrus peel had an inhibitory effect on α-glycosidase , which might play a role in the prevention of type 2 diabetes.

There are many rich water open-pit mines in China and the water inflow is large, if the mine groundwater or slope is not properly treated, it will face the dilemma of “water disaster, difficult strengthening of slope, and difficult mining of mines”. Open pit mines in China have developed a variety of groundwater control technologies such as vertical hydrophobic holes, horizontal hydrophobic holes, large diameter hydrophobic holes under the pit and well group hydrophobic and other pumping and draining methods, drainage alleys at the bottom of the pit, pit precipitation and radiation well draining, as well as water interception curtains and water curtains such as borehole slurry curtains, concrete diaphragm wall curtains, pile-row curtains and impermeable membrane curtains to solve the flooding and slope instability encountered in open pit mines. The effects of groundwater control techniques on groundwater level, changes in geotechnical properties of end-slope, changes in slope stress and slope stability coefficients in open pit mines were studied, and the effects of groundwater level lifting on slope stability under the action of water curtain were analyzed. The research results show that draining or de-watering the groundwater in the open pit can effectively reduce the depth of the groundwater, reduce the water content of the slope geotechnical body, improve the cohesion and internal friction angle of the slope geotechnical body, reduce the hydrostatic pressure and horizontal thrust of the slope body, and improve the overall stability coefficient of the slope; however, de-watering a large amount of groundwater can cause waste of water resources and pollution. The water cut-off curtain can solve the problems of too large a drop in groundwater level, huge volume of water drainage, waste of water resources and pollution caused by water drainage and precipitation. Under the action of water interception curtain, the water level on the outside of water interception curtain in the open pit mine keeps rising, which causes the water content of geotechnical body on the outside of water interception curtain to increase, the cohesion and internal friction angle to decrease, and the hydrostatic pressure and horizontal thrust of slope body to increase; while the water content of geotechnical body on the inside of water interception curtain decreases, the cohesion and internal friction angle to increase, and the hydrostatic pressure and horizontal thrust of slope body to decrease, which causes the stability coefficient of slope in open pit coal mine to slightly decreased. The slope stability coefficient is still within the safe range, and it also protects the groundwater resources of the open pit mine.

In order to explore the impact of container structure on the motion characteristics of granular media in vertical vibrating grinding equipment, ADAMS-EDEM coupling simulation was used to simulate the motion characteristics of granular media during the vibrating polishing process. Firstly, the influence of container structure on particle motion characteristics is analyzed from the perspective of particle motion trajectory and velocity vector. Secondly, the influence of container structure on particle velocity and particle force is comprehensively judged from the depth direction and radial direction. Finally, the effectiveness of the simulation is verified through dynamic force test experiments. The experimental results show that the island-like structure aids the tumbling movement of particles but hinders circumferential movement. The movement of particles in the container with islands is more violent, and the average force of particles is greater than that of islands. The existence of the island structure does not change the basic law that the particle force gradually increases with depth, but it amplifies the force increase, particularly evident in the island container. However, the existence of the island structure basically does not change the trend of a gradual increase in particle force in the radial direction. The rationality of the simulation is verified by both sets of experiments.

Fixed wing UAV takes off and lands on the ground with high requirements，which limits the application and development of fixed wing aircraft. Therefore，a scheme of four-rocket boosting drone to realize short-range takeoff and landing process is proposed，and the takeoff and landing control algorithm of rocket boosting drone is studied. In the process of research，the control strategy of rocket boosting drone takeoff and landing process is designed；The mathematical models of UAV aerodynamic force，booster rocket force，engine thrust and control law are established；The dynamic equation of the takeoff and landing process of UAV is constructed；A control algorithm based on PID control is designed to control the target UAV to complete the take-off and landing process safely and stably under various interference environments. MATLAB software is used for programming and simulation calculation. The simulation results show that the control algorithm and control law designed meet the control requirements of the target UAV during takeoff and landing.

In order to screen out Bacillus sp. with high production of antimicrobial lipopeptide and determine its optimal fermentation conditions, the study isolated and identified antimicrobial lipopeptide-producing Bacillus sp. strains from traditional fermented soybean paste, and adopted orthogonal test to investigate how lipopeptide production by Bacillus sp was affected by fermentation conditions, such as fermentation inoculum amount, fermentation filling volume, fermentation time and fermentation temperature. The results showed that 27 strains of Bacillus sp. were isolated and screened out from 9 portions traditional fermented soybean paste of the Northeast, among which 6 strains were identified by 16S rDNA as having the genes sfp, fenB and ituA for synthesizing lipopeptide. According to the determination of lipopeptide yield and inhibition effect, Bacillus subtilis SN-20 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SN-46 showed excellent performance with the yield of 106 and 72 mg of lipopeptide per unit, and strong inhibition effect on both gram-positive and negative indicator bacteria. The optimal fermentation process of Bacillus subtilis SN-20 was found to be 3% inoculum, 20% fermentation filler, 36 h fermentation time and 32 ℃. The optimal fermentation process of Bacillus subtilis SN-46 was 2% inoculum, 40% fermentation filler, 24 h fermentation time and 32 ℃. Under these conditions, the unit biomass yields of lipopeptides for the two strains of Bacillus before optimization were 106.11 and 76.23 mg/g, respectively. After optimization, they increased by 21.85% and 23.84%, respectively. The study results effectively increased the production of antimicrobial lipopeptides from Bacillus.

Although Japan constitutes only 1% of the total landmass in the world, it experiences around 10% of global seismicity, particularly the catastrophic great earthquakes. To address the issue, Japan initiated earthquake forecast research programs since the year of 1965, which underwent several stages of planning and revision. In recent years, with the rapid progresses of information science, Japan incorporated information science into earthquake research, and launched “Seismic Research Utilizing Information Science” program aimed at fostering innovative studies in the realm of novel earthquake forecast science. Presently, Japan Meteorological Agency maintains the overall viewpoint that “the occurrence time of interplate earthquakes can be predicted to a certain extent, but available researches show that future earthquake cannot be forecasted. The focus lies in forecasting ground intensity of future earthquakes.” The scientific research philosophy regarding earthquake forecast is shifting from the initial notion of “forecasting the occurrence of disasters” toward “forecasting the developmental process of disasters”.

With the ready-to-heat prepared grilled fish as study subject, the moisture distribution and volatile flavor compounds of grilled fish under different electric grilling conditions were investigated by LF-NMR and HS-SPME-GC-MS detection technology. The results showed that the lowest processing loss and the highest water holding capacity were found in the grilled fish baked at 250 °C for 20 min. The main form of water in grilled fish was non-flowable water, with the lowest relaxation times T22 and T23 for grilled fish at 200 °C, followed by grilled fish at 250 °C. The T2 inversion spectrum shifted to the left overall, indicating that the degree of freedom of water molecules decreased. Grilled fish at 250 °C for 20 min had the highest percentage of peak area of non-flowable water (A22) that up to 94.03%, and had the lowest percentage of peak area of free water (A23) as low as 1.93%, indicating that muscle tissue hold water better. A total of 70 volatile compounds were identified in five groups of grilled fish, including aldehydes, ketones, alcohols and hydrocarbons. The key volatile flavor compounds were screened by their relative odor activity values as 12, 9, 11, 8 and 8, respectively. The flavor compounds that contributed significantly to the five groups of samples were hexanal, 1-octen-3-ol and nonanal, with guaiacol and 4-methylphenol being the key flavor compounds specific to charcoal grilled fish. The key volatile flavor compounds of grilled fish baked under different conditions differed significantly by principal component analysis. Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of the strut geometry on the open water performance of the azimuth thruster with contra-rotating propellers （CRPs ）. Methods The RANS method and k-ω turbulence model are applied to predict the hydrodynamic performance of an azimuth thruster with CRPs and different strut design schemes at model scale and real scale in open water. Meanwhile, the flow field characteristics and wake fraction of the rear propeller are explored, and analysis on the flow separation at the stern of the strut after and before optimization is carried out. Results The results show that the optimization scheme of the struts moving forward and the leading edge thinning increases the propeller open water efficiency by 1.01%. The optimization scheme of the struts adopting a twist design and the strut section introducing cambers increases that value by 1.15%. In addition, the flow separation at the model scale is more serious than that at the real scale. Conclusions It is found that the optimized struts can reduce the flow separation at the stern, improve the rear propeller absorption of the wake vortex energy of the front propeller and increase the inflow of the rear propeller, which has practical engineering significance for improving the propulsion performance of an azimuth thruster with CRPs.

However, bovine red viscera are still not fully developed for use in medicinal and functional foods. The overall processing utilization rate is low. Objective To explore the effect of inspection sheet on improving the quality of apheresis platelet, the satisfaction of blood donors and the cooperation ability of phlebotomists in the process of apheresis platelet collection. Methods Apheresis platelet donors from May to August 2021 in our center were selected as control group(without inspection sheet) and those from September to December 2021 were included in the observation group (with inspection sheet). The incidence of abnormal collection and the causes during collection process were compared between the two groups.And 100 first-time blood donors in each group were randomly selected for satisfaction survey. The questionnaire was made to investigate the phlebotomists’ recognition on the implementation of inspection sheet. Results The number of blood donors in the two groups were 6 673 and 6 559, with 111 and 49 abnormal cases, respectively. The total incidence of abnormal cases during blood collection before and after the implementation of inspection sheet was 1.66% and 0.75%, respectively, with the latter significantly lower than the former(P

Bee products are gaining increasing popularity among consumers for their high nutritional value and various biological activities. However, adulteration is becoming a prominent problem in the production and sale of bee products, and the mechanisms underlying their biological activities have not been fully elucidated. Proteomics and metabolomics can provide complete and comprehensive descriptions on the overall characteristics of proteins and small-molecular metabolites. In recent years, these two omics approaches have been widely used in the field of bee products, and become a powerful means to solve the problem of adulteration in bee products and elucidate the mechanisms underlying their biological activities. This paper reviews the research progress in the application of proteomics and metabolomics in bee products. Based on an overview of the advantages of proteomics and metabolomics in simultaneous identification of whole components and screening of characteristic markers, the paper also summarizes their applications in the identification of components, discrimination and authentication, and elucidation of mechanisms for biological activities of bee products in detail. In addition, the existing problems are analyzed and the future research directions are proposed. The paper is expected to provide a reference for extensive and in-depth application of omics technologies in the research of bee products.

To explore the development value of different freshwater fish productions of prefabricated grilled fish and realize the diversified development of prefabricated grilled fish categories, an analysis was hereby carried out on the nutritional and textural characteristics of prefabricated grilled fish processed from six common freshwater fish. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the moisture and ash content (P>0.05), the protein content ranged from 21.87%~24.28%, and the fat content was low in all six types of grilled fish. Besides, the content of glutamic acid, aspartic acid and lysine was high, and that of the total essential amino acids ranged from 7.71~9.42 g/100 g. Among them, that of common carp and Wuchang fish was higher, followed by tilapia and grass carp, Wuchang fish, common carp and tilapia had a high fresh amino acid content. The ratio of the essential amino acids to the total amino acids of the six grilled fish was about 40%, which was a high-quality animal protein source. According to the amino acid score, the first limiting amino acid of all six grilled fish was methionine+cysteine, common carp had the highest essential amino acid index, followed by tilapia. Besides, a total of 22 fatty acids were detected in the six grilled fish species, which had a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. Tilapia and Wuchang fish contained high functional fatty acids with a high nutritional value, such as eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. Through the principal component analysis, the comprehensive score of nutritional indicators followed the order of tilapia>Wuchang fish>common carp>grass carp>crucian carp>pincer fish, while in terms of textural characteristics, the elasticity and chewiness of tilapia and Wuchang fish were significantly（P

Phylogenetic relationships of Scrophulariaceae s. l.（sensu lato）and the closely related groups were explored with 129 plastid genomes representing 107 genera. Plastome sequences were downloaded from the GenBank. Based on coding sequences (CDS), phylogenetic trees were reconstructed using maximum likelihood（ML）and Bayesian inference（BI）approaches. The ML and BI analyses shared the same topology and the main clades were consistently recovered with high support. Of the 129 total nodes, 123 were supported by ML bootstrap value ≥70%. The result were as follows：（1）Scrophulariaceae s. l. was confirmed as polyphyletic. Fifty-one species with representatives of 37 genera from the Scrophulariaceae s.l. were assigned to seven families. These were Orobanchaceae, Paulowniaceae, Wightiaceae, Mazaceae, Linderniaceae, Scrophulariaceae s. s.（sensu stricto）, and Plantaginaceae.（2）Scrophulariaceae s.s. was a monophyletic group. In addition to the recognition of eight genera（including Bontia, Calamphoreus, Diocirea, Eremophila, Glycocystis, Leucophyllum, Scrophularia and Verbascum）comprised primarily of former members of Scrophulariaceae s.l., Buddleja which was originally placed in Loganiaceae, and Myoporum, traditionally placed in the Myoporaceae had been demonstrated to belong to this clade.（3）The Lamiales was monophyletic. Fourteen well-supported monophyletic clades were obtained corresponding to each family (Wightiaceae and Pedaliaceae for which only one species had been contained were not included). The relationships among the families were well resolved. Oleaceae formed a well-supported clade that was distinct from core Lamiales. Within the core Lamiales, four clades (Gesneriaceae, Plantaginaceae, Scrophulariaceae, and Linderniaceae) diverged before the remaining families grouping in two sister clades. Within one clade, two moderately to highly supported subclades were recovered. Lentibulariaceae was resolved as sister group to Acanthaceae, and Pedaliaceae was sister to Verbenaceae + Bignoniaceae. The other clade contained six families, with Lamiaceae, Mazaceae, Wightiaceae + Phrymaceae, and Paulowniaceae successively sister to Orobanchaceae. The results of our analyses indicate that the traditional Scrophulariaceae are an unnatural assemblage of plants distributed throughout the phylogenentic tree of Lamiales. Phylogenomics analyses based on plastid organelle have shown good potential for phylogenetic inference in Scrophulariaceae, more taxonomic sampling are needed to enhance our understanding of phylogenetic relationships of Scrophulariaceae in future studies.

This paper studied the effect of propylene glycol alginate and pectin stabilization system on the stability and quality of drinking mulberry yoghurt. Based on the centrifugation sedimentation rate, particle size distribution, viscosity, Zeta potential, Lumisizer stability scan, and Turbiscan results of the mulberry yogurt, and combined with appearance and taste comparison of the mulberry yogurt, the pectin and PGA optimum combination that maintain the stability and taste of the mulberry yogurt are determined. The results showed that: Pectin played a major role in the stability of mulberry yoghurt. PGA had a good effect on water separation, whey separation and water retention of mulberry yoghurt. When the addition of pectin was 0.45% and PGA was 0.1%, the sensory evaluation of mulberry yoghurt was good, and the results were the best, the centrifugal sedimentation rate was only 0.12% and the particle size was only 0.731μm, Zeta potential absolute value was up to 34.95 mV, viscosity was 20.28 cP. Moreover, the storage modulus of mulberry yoghurt in this scheme was moderate, and the results of Lumisizer stability scanning and Turbiscan scanning were also the best. It could be seen that: The stable system constructed by the reasonable combination of PGA and pectin had a significant effect on improving the overall stability of drinking mulberry yogurt under UHT sterilization, improving the texture and taste of drinking mulberry yogurt, and improving the overall quality of drinking mulberry yogurt.

In the exploration of coalbed methane, it is of great significance for safe production to master the direction of artificial fractures and adjust the position and orientation of coal mining roadway through micro-seismic monitoring technology. In this paper, a micro-seismic detection method based on a multi-scale convolutional neural network is proposed, which better solves the problem of weak signal recognition in a strong interference environment. The results show that the detection precision and recall rate of the proposed method is better than those of wavelet analysis, BP network, and convolutional neural network under different intensities of noise interference, and have good noise immunity. When the signal-to-noise ratio is greater than 6 dB, the model detection recall rate can reach more than 90%, the accuracy rate can reach more than 92.1%, and the model has good performance through the verification of the actual coal-bed methane micro-seismic monitoring data in a certain area of Heilongjiang Province.

With abundant mineral resources, many types of mining industry and many mines, mining development in China has led to the decline of groundwater level around the mines, waste of water resources, water quality pollution, surface collapse, land degradation, reduction of vegetation cover, and different degrees of impact on groundwater resources and ecological environment. In order to solve the problems of water waste and ecological damage caused by the lateral recharge of water from the strong seepage loose layer to the mine pit, we proposed a vertical curtain water interception technology with flexible magnetic suction membrane to protect the groundwater resources and ecological environment of coal mines. We firstly studied the performance of the suction membrane material, developed the magnetic absorption suction membrane connection process, and carried out indoor tests of different suction membrane connection processes, then we conducted a 1 369 m strong seepage loose layer water interception curtain field test application in the test mine. The research results show that the impermeable membrane has low permeability coefficient, dense structure, high flexibility, resistance to deformation and durability, and is a good material for water cut, pollution control and seepage control, which can meet the requirements of vertical curtain for the strong seepage loose layer of the mine. The self-developed magnetic suction joint material and connection process solved the problems of shallow laying depth, joint leakage and complicated operation of existing connection processes such as overlapping lap, joint lock and joint box, etc. The construction depth of suction membrane curtain connected by magnetic suction joint is not limited by the connection conditions, and the water interception effect of magnetic suction joint connection process is better than that of overlapping lap and joint lock (joint box) connection process. Through the test of making, laying, connecting and backfilling the curtain into a wall with 2 kinds of flexible magnetic absorbent impermeable membranes, the gap at the joint of the impermeable membrane was reduced from 5-20 cm to 0, and the two adjacent impermeable membranes were closely connected as an organic whole, which reduced the water passage of the interception curtain at the joint. Through the mine-field site test, it was found that the water catchment pits below the curtain which had been filled with strong seepage loose layer water leakage for a long time, had dried up, and the water level of strong seepage loose layer outside the curtain had increased by 5.55-9.12 m, and the water level inside the curtain had decreased by 3.21-5.84 m, so the protection of strong seepage loose layer water resources had achieved good results.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the clinical value of thin slice computed tomography (CT) plain scan in the analysis of CT features of vascular abnormalities associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Materials and methods: A total of 73 patients with COVID-19 confirmed by the Department of Infection of Beijing Shijitan Hospital from December 5, 2022 to December 17, 2022, were included in the study. Chest thin CT plain scan images showed that the lesions involved blood vessels were retrospectively collected. All patients had complete chest thin CT plain scan and relatively complete clinical data. According to age (>60 and ≤60 years), the patients were divided into the young and elderly groups. The chest imaging manifestations of all patients were observed and statistically analyzed between different age groups. Results: Among the 73 patients with COVID-19, the imaging indexes with statistical significance between the young and elderly groups were as follows: the distribution of the lesion around the central blood vessel, size of the lesion (10~30 mm), size of the lesion (>30 mm), percentage of the lesion to the volume of the lung lobe (≤30), percentage of the lesion to the volume of the lung lobe (>50) (white lung), shape of the lesion was large, the dominant type of the lesion was acinar, vascular distortion, vascular margin fuzzy, and tree-bud sign thick fiber rope. Conclusion: (1) Chest thin-slice CT plain scan can identify the number, location, involved location, scope, vascular abnormality, and pathological type of COVID-19-related vascular abnormality, which has certain significance for the qualitative and differential diagnosis of COVID-19 vascular abnormality. (2) The chest thin CT plain scan is of great significance for finding elderly patients with COVID-19 involving blood vessels. (3) COVID-19-related "blood vessel thickening" can be caused by either the diameter of the blood vessel itself or the inflammatory edema of the perivascular interstitium.

Objective: To explore the imaging characteristics of patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) combined with different underlying diseases. Materials and methods: COVID-19 was diagnosed in 153 patients at Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University, from November 16, 2022 to December 16, 2022, and data were retrospectively collected. All patients underwent chest CT scan from 1 to 14 days after onset and were divided into two groups based on the presence or absence of underlying diseases. Forty-three patients had underlying diseases, and 110 patients had none. We compared the differences between the two groups. Result: The comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant differences in age, cough, bilateral lung distribution, diffuse distribution, honeycomb-like changes in the lungs, patchy distribution, large patchy distribution, band distribution, crazy-paving sign, air bronchogram sign, traction bronchiectasis, and pleural effusion. Conclusion: Fever and cough are the most common clinical symptoms in patients with COVID-19. Chest CT showed multiple lesions in both lungs. The most common types of lesions were thickening of bronchovascular bundle and GGO. Patients with underlying diseases had more honeycomb-like changes, crazy-paving sign, air bronchogram sign, traction bronchiectasis, and pleural effusion than those without underlying diseases. Chest thin-slice CT scan provides a key reference for the early detection and diagnosis of the disease.

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of thin-section chest computed tomography (CT) in the typing of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 134 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in our hospital’s Department of Infectious Diseases from December 20, 2022, to December 31, 2022. All patients underwent thin-section chest CT scan with complete clinical data. According to clinical classification, patients were divided into the non-severe and severe groups. Clinical data and imaging features of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and statistical analysis was conducted. Results: There was a statistically significant difference with respect to diabetes mellitus between the two groups, and the incidence of diabetes mellitus in the severe group (45.8%) was higher than that in the non-severe group (25.5%); There were no significant differences in sex, age, average course of disease, and clinical symptoms between the two groups; There were significant differences in the number of lesions, symmetrical distribution, predominant peripheral distribution, diffuse distribution, blurred edge, morphology of large flake and band, vascular bundle thickening, paving stone sign, arcade sign, and fried egg sign between the two groups, the number of lesions >10, diffuse distribution, morphology of large flake and band, vascular bundle thickening, paving stone sign, and arcade sign were more common in the severe group than in the non-severe group, while predominant peripheral distribution, blurred edge, and fried egg sign were more common in the non-severe group than in the severe group. Conclusions: Thin-section chest CT scan can identify the abnormal imaging manifestations of the lung in patients with COVID-19 and evaluate the number, distribution range, and morphological characteristics of the lesions. Combined background diseases, number, distribution characteristics, blurred edge, large flake and band morphology, vascular bundle thickening, paving stone sign, arcade sign, and fried egg sign can effectively indicate the classification of patients with COVID-19. This can provide imaging evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.

Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical value of chest plain computed tomography (CT) for the initial diagnosis and dynamic changes of early novel coronavirus pneumonia (2019 novel Coronavirus, 2019-nCoV, referred to as new coronavirus pneumonia). Materials and methods: Fifty-two patients with confirmed new coronavirus pneumonia diagnoses and positive chest CT manifestations from November 12, 2022, to January 6, 2023, in the infection department of our hospital were collected. All patients had two chest thin-section CT examinations within 1 month from the onset of the disease and had complete clinical data. Patients were divided into two groups according to their age (≤60 years and >60 years), and the differences in CT performance characteristics between the two groups were compared. The CT review of all patients was also observed. Results: Among the 52 patients, 52 involved the lungs (100%), 24 involved the airways (46.2%), and 21 involved the bloodways (40.4%). Comparison between age groups showed statistically significant differences in lesion location (single/both lungs, airways), tree-in-bud pattern, large morphology, fibrous striae, interstitial changes, and pleural thickening. Among the 52 patients, review CT showed lesion progression in 18 cases (34.6%), which showed an increase in extent in 18 cases (100%), aggravation of solid changes in 7 (38.9), aggravation of GGO in 14 (77.8%), and increase in pleural effusion in 6 (33.3%); review CT showed lesion remission in 18 cases (34.6%), which showed a decrease in extent in 31 (91.2%), 6 (17.6%) with reduced density, 12 (35.3%) with fibrosis, 2 (5.9%) with complete resorption, and 4 (11.8) with reduced pleural effusion. Conclusion: The CT scan of the chest in neocoronary pneumonia has certain characteristics, and for the first time, it mostly showed multiple patchy signs or large patchy ground glass opacity (GGO) with mainly subpleural distribution in the periphery of both lungs, mostly accompanied by "halo sign," "anti-halo sign," and "paving stone sign." The lung is more susceptible to change following treatment. After treatment, the lung lesions change rapidly, with most patients showing absorption and shrinkage, density fading, or fibrosis and a few patients showing increased extent, solidity or aggravation of GGO, and pleural effusion. Chest plain CT helps clinicians in the early diagnosis and dynamic evaluation of neocoronary pneumonia.

Apricot fruit is highly susceptible to infection by pathogenic fungi. In this study, the pathogenic fungi in the diseased parts of the fruits of ‘Golden Sun’ and ‘Red almond’ apricot (Prunus armeniaca L.) during postharvest storage were isolated and purified, and the purified strains were inoculated back to the healthy fruits of corresponding varieties, showing the same disease symptoms as the diseased fruits. Five fungi isolates were identified based on morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence analysis combined with construction of phylogenetic tree. Three isolates from ‘Golden Sun’ apricot were identified as Diaporthe eres (325#), Botryosphaeria dothidea (327#) and Aureobasidium pullulans (328#). Two isolates from ‘Red almond’ apricot were identified as Botrytis elliptica (326#) and Botrytis cinerea (331#). D. eres, B. dothidea, A. pullulans and B. elliptica were pathogenic fungi that had not been reported in the literature on apricot fruits, whereas B. cinerea had not been reported on the infection of ‘Red almond’ apricot. The present results provided references for the biological control measures of apricot fruits.

In this text, rice bran protein (RBP) was extracted from rice bran using natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES), as well as the extraction processing of parameters were systemically optimized. RBP was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that, the optimization extraction of RBP parameters were carried out as follows: Proline-glycerol (molar ratio 2:5), 4.7% of water in system, solid-liquid ratio of 9:30 g/g for rice bran to NADES, reaction temperature at 65 ℃ for 3.0 h. The maximum extraction efficiency of RBP was 82.69% under the aforementioned conditions. The new chemical compound in the extraction processing of RBP were not able to be observed in terms of FTIR. The micrograph structure of rice bran was effectively damaged as shown in SEM, which might be a reasonable answer for the better extraction efficiency of RBP in NADES. The results in the present work guided for extraction of plant-based proteins with a designed NADES.

Green tides macroalga, Ultra, has negative effects on the ecology, tourism, seawater intake, etc. No green tides were reported in Qinzhou Bay, a nuclear power plant taking seawater for cooling. In this paper, spatial and temporal characteristics of biomass of green tides macroalga in Qinzhou Bay were assessed during December 2020 to February 2022. The results showed the green tides occured from December to February next year, were similar to Xiamen in low latitudes, and different from the sea in middle latitudes. The maximum of the wet weight of green tides macroalgal occured in January. Green tides disappeared in March, with the rising of the sea surface temperature. The key factor of green tides was temperature. Green tides macroalgal was native species, including Ulva clathrate, Ulva intestinalis, and Ulva linza according to growth sequence. No drifting macroalgal from outside was found. For green tides macroalgal, nutrients were positive, human activities were negative. Green tides macroalgal were not found in beach culture area. Green tides posed risk to the water-cooling system of nuclear power plant which took water from Qinzhou Bay.

In order to study the optimal conditions for ultrasonic assisted extraction of polyphenols from Cistanche tubulosa by deep eutectic solvents (DES), the optimal DES (proline:glycerol=2:5) was first selected. Further, response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction processes based on the single factor experiments. The extraction kinetics and antioxidant activity were further studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: Ultrasonic temperature of 40 ℃, liquid to solid ratio of 45 mL/g, water content of 40%, extraction time of 28 min. The extraction rate at this condition was 37.76 mg/g DW. Ultrasonic assisted extraction of polyphenols from Cistanche tubulosa conformed to the second-order reaction kinetics. The IC50 values of polyphenol extracts on DPPH and ABTS+ free radical scavenging rates were 0.875 and 0.501 mg/mL, respectively. The results would provide a theoretical basis for green extraction and application of polyphenols from Cistanche tubulosa in Xinjiang.

As graph neural networks continue to develop, knowledge graph embedding methods based on graph neural networks are receiving increasing attention from researchers. Compared with traditional methods, they can better handle the diversity and complexity of entities, and capture the multiple features and complex relationships of entities, thereby improving the representation ability and application value of knowledge graphs. This paper firstly outlines the development history of knowledge graphs and the basic concepts of knowledge graphs and graph neural networks. Secondly, it focuses on discussing the design ideas and algorithm frameworks of knowledge graph embedding based on graph convolution, graph neural networks, graph attention, and graph autoencoders. Then, it describes the performance of graph neural network knowledge graph embedding in tasks such as link prediction, entity alignment, knowledge graph reasoning, and knowledge graph completion, while supplementing some research on commonsense knowledge graphs with graph neural networks. Finally, this paper makes a comprehensive summary, and future research directions are outlined with respect to some challenges and issues in knowledge graph embedding.

The research of library and information science scholars is precious in this discipline. Apart from promoting the refinement and reflection of the discipline, it helps scholars to examine the humanistic values of the discipline and to achieve the return of humanistic rationality. This paper begins with a review of Qian Ya-xin’s past studies and proposes the general approaches and methods for the investigation of pioneering scholars in library and information science. Firstly, exploring library and information science scholars should place emphasis on the collection and organization of a variety of primary materials. Secondly, scholars should develop their studies step by step. Finally, scholars could achieve self-growth and spiritual inheritance by having “dialogue” across time and space with pioneering scholars in library and information science.

ObjectiveThis study addresses the engineering problem of underwater tracked dredging robots sliding due to insufficient adhesion when dredging caissons in bridge construction. Therefore, a trajectory tracking controller based on the barrier Lyapunov function (BLF) is designed. MethodThe algorithm considers the non-coincidence of the centroid and geometric center, influence of unknown bounded disturbances and system dynamic uncertainty to establish kinematic and dynamic motion models. A terminal sliding mode observer (TSMO) is used to approximate external disturbances and system dynamic uncertainty in finite time. The stability of the control system is verified by time-varying symmetric finite time BLF stability analysis, and control failure is prevented by limiting the velocity state of the system. ResultsThe simulation results show that the robot reaches the desired trajectory smoothly and quickly under the control of the designed controller. ConclusionThe proposed algorithm can limit the velocity state of the robot system to an interval that conforms to the actual engineering practice.

This is a paper in the field of mineral ceramic materials. In order to enhance the mechanical properties of cemental sand materials and improve the utilization rate of mineral resources, the reinforced samples were made by mixing blast furnace slag fiber with river sand, cement and water. The effects of the content and length of furnace slag fibers on the strength characteristics of reinforced specimens were studied by unconfined compression tests. The results show that the unconfined strength of cemental sand samples increases with the increase of the content of furnace slag fiber, but the increase rate decreases obviously when the content of fiber reaches 0.3%. Using 5 mm and 10 mm fiber length to modify the cemented sand, the strengthening effect of the long fiber on the strength of the cemented sand is 1.25~1.55 times that of the short fiber under the condition of the same dosage. Through the microscopic morphology observation, it is found that the addition of furnace slag fibers to the cemental sand can improve the degree of adhesion between particles and agglomeration effect, and then enhance the strength and toughness of the cemented sand.
