During the long-term operation of marine sediment microbial fuel cell (MSMFC) on the ocean floor, the sediment porosity affects the horizontal diffusion coefficient of organic matter near the anode,which finally influences the anodic electrochemical performance and the power output of cells. In this paper, the sediment with different sediment porosities is established in lab by artificially adjusting sediment porosity to investigate its influence on the performance of MSMFC, so as to creatively build the mathematical relationship between the energy production of MSMFC and the horizontal diffusion coefficient. With the increase of sediment porosity, the anode kinetic activity decreases and then increases, the highest kinetic activity is 3.85 times higher than the lowest kinetic activity. When the sediment porosity is 45.2%, the maximum power output reaches 206.8 mW/m2. Horizontal diffusion coefficient of organic increases with an increase in sediment porosity, and it has a linear relationship with the energy production of MSMFC. When the sediment porosity is 45.2%, the horizontal diffusion coefficient is 0.48 m2/s, and the energy production of MSMFC reaches 804.04 J. These results render a technological base for the site choice of MSMFC deploying in different marine sediments, anode design and battery operation for long term.

MYB is a common transcription factors widely involved in the regulation of anthocyanidin biosynthesis. In order to explore the regulatory role of MYB transcription factors in the biosynthesis of common buckwheat anthocyanidins, we screened and cloned a MYB gene associated with anthocyanin biosynthesis from the transcriptomic data of common buckwheat varieties of safflower common buckwheat and Beizaosheng, and named it FeR2R3-MYB, GenBank login number was MT151381.1. The sequence was analyzed by bioinformatics analysis and qRT-PCR was used to analyze the expression characteristics of FeR2R3-MYB gene in Beizaosheng and safflower common buckwheat. The results were as follows: (1) FeR2R3-MYB gene was 831 bp in total length, encoding 276 amino acids. The relative molecular mass of the protein was 30.95 kD, the theoretical isoelectric point (pI) was 8.73, and the instability index of the protein was 69.64, which belonged to the unstable protein. The total hydrophobic value was -0.679, and the whole peptide chain showed hydrophilic characteristics. (2) FeR2R3-MYB had a typical R2R3-MYB domain and belonged to the R2R3-MYB subfamily. (3) FeR2R3-MYB was closely related to common buckwheat and knotweed, belonging to the same family. (4) The promoter sequence of FeR2R3-MYB contained a total of nine light corresponding elements, 12 transcription factor binding sites, four abiotic corresponding elements and two hormone response elements. (5) Subcellular localization found that FeR2R3-MYB was only expressed in the nucleus. (6) The expression of FeR2R3-MYB gene of safflower common buckwheat was higher than that of Beizaosheng in leaves and inflorescences, and it was further speculated that FeR2R3-MYB gene could positively regulate the biosynthesis of common buckwheat anthocyanin. In summary, these results lay a foundation for further deepening the research on the function and expression regulation of FeR2R3-MYB gene in the biosynthetic pathway of common buckwheat anthocyanin.

Objective To analyze differences of eplets between the patient who generated HLA allele-specific antibodies after platelet transfusion with donors. Methods The HLA genotypes of the patient and donors were detected by PCR-SBT, and the Luminex single antigen beads coating was used to screen HLA-Ⅰ antibodies in the patient’s serum. HLA Matchmaker was utilized to analyze different amino acids and eplets. Results The patient carried HLA-A*02∶03 allele, and HLA-A2 antibodies were found in his serum after platelet transfusion (A*02∶01, A*02∶06, and A*02∶07). Sequence alignment showed that the patient′s A*02∶03 has a difference in position 149, which resulted in a different eplet between A*02∶03 and A*02∶01, A*02∶06, A*02∶07 and then induced the production of antibodies. Conclusion HLA antibodies are specific for HLA epitopes that have structural differences due to amino acid differences between HLA alleles, suggesting that high-resolution typing of HLA-A, -B need to be conducted in patients and donors, and the acceptable mismatch of HLA should be determined based on epitopes rather than antigens, so as to reduce alloimmune response and improve platelet count after transfusion.

During a severe accident in nuclear power plant, if passive containment cooling system fails and other pressure relief measures are also useless, the mixed gas in containment can be injected into the spent fuel pool via a injector to reduce the risk of containment overpressure failure and the release of radioactivity to the environment. A aerosol pool scrubbing facility was built to study the factors influencing the effect of aerosol pool scrubbing under the injector. This facility can perform a great variation of experiments using various measurement tools. The aerosol concentration and particle size were monitored by using the spectrometer with a 20% measurement error. TiO2 powder was used as a stimulant for the aerosols in containment, and the mass median diameter ranged from 0.5 to 1.5 μm, the geometric standard deviation ranged from 1.63 to 2.15. Background Female railway workers are a high-risk group for obesity. Information technology is increasingly used in interventions for weight loss in overweight and obese populations. Daily self-weighing is a cognitive-behavioral strategy for self-monitoring of weight, but its effect on weight loss remains still controversial. Objective To investigate the effect of daily self-weighing plus online group interaction on weight loss and development of healthy lifestyle in overweight and obese female workers in Beijing Railway Bureau. Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted. Participants were 72 overweight or obese female workers of Beijing Railway Bureau voluntarily recruited from June 1 to September1, 2019. They were equally randomized into an experimental group and a control group, receiving different weight loss interventions for 3 months (intervention scheme for the experimental group: individualized diet and exercise recommendations, daily self-weighing plus online group-based cognitive-behavioral therapy for weight loss, and that for the control group: individualized diet and exercise recommendations, and self-measurement of body weight with weight management counseling during the telephone or hospital follow-up once a month). Baseline and post-intervention data of both groups were collected, including composition indices (body weight, BMI, body fat percentage, fat content, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio), blood lipid indices〔total cholesterol (TC), triacylglyceride (TG), high-density liptein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density liptein cholesterol (LDL-C) 〕and total score and dimension scores of the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ (HPLP-Ⅱ). Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression was used to explore factors associated with a 5% or more weight loss from baseline. Results Seventy-one participants (35 cases and 36 controls) who completed the study were finally included for analysis. The each body composition index, each blood lipid index, and total score and dimension scores of the HPLP-Ⅱ were similar in both groups at baseline (P>0.05). After the intervention, the experimental group showed a significant decrease in the body composition indices (except the waist-to-hip ratio), blood lipid indices (except the HDL-C), and a significant increase in the total score and dimension scores of the HPLP-Ⅱ (P0.05). We report a case of acquired zinc deficiency in an adult patient. A 55-year-old woman presented with periocular and perioral rash for 1 month and blisters on both hands and feet for more than 10 days. Dermatological examination showed that her hair was sparse and normal in color. Red macules, patches and scales were observed around both eyes and mouth. Blisters and bullous blisters were observed on the basis of erythema of both palms and wrists, soles and toes. The herpes wall was thick, the herpes fluid was clear, the Nikolsky's sign was negative, and some of the blisters were ulcerated and scabbed, red erosion surface after ulceration was observed in perianal and sacral tail. Scattered red macules and brown crusts were observed on the abdomen and extremities, but the oral and genital mucosa was not involved. Laboratory tests showed that serum zinc level was 70.05 μmol/L and alkaline phosphatase level was less than 20 U/L. Histopathology of skin lesions showed mild hyperkeratosis and epidermal hyperplasia, intracellular and intercellular edema could be seen, small blister formation was observed locally, and a small amount of lymphocyte infiltration around vessels in the superficial and middle dermis. Acquired zinc deficiency was diagnosed. After treatment with zinc gluconate oral solution for one week, the patient's skin lesions were significantly relieved. No recurrence was found during the 3-month follow-up.

In this experiment, jujube kernel protein was extracted from defatted jujube kernel residue by alkali solution and acid precipitation, taking the inhibition rate of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and degree of hydrolysis as indicators to screen the compound enzyme species. Using the response surface method, with proportion of neutral protease/alkaline protease, pH, substrate concentration, enzymolysis temperature, digestion time as test factors, the optimum enzymatic hydrolysis parameters of ACE inhibitory peptide from jujube kernel were optimized. The results showed that neutral protease and alkaline protease were selected as complex enzymes, and the optimal amount of enzyme was determined to be 6000 U/g. The order of influence of five factors on the ACE inhibition rate and hydrolysis degree was: Enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, enzymatic hydrolysis time, pH, ratio of neutral protease to alkaline protease, substrate concentration. Through the fitting equation analysis, the optimum conditions of ACE inhibition of peptidyl enzymatic hydrolysis of jujube kernel were as follows: Neutral protease/alkaline protease ratio 2.1:1, hydrolysis temperature 54 ℃, substrate concentration 3.1%, pH7.5, hydrolysis time 62 min. Under these conditions, the actual ACE inhibition rate and hydrolysis degree of the hydrolysate were (79.46%±0.49%) and (31.45%±0.85%), respectively, which were close to the theoretical values. Compared with captopril, the ACE inhibitory rate of the prepared ACE inhibitory peptide was (79.46%±0.49%), and the deviation from captopril was (19.28%±0.12%), which proved that the ACE inhibitory peptide had a significant antihypertensive effect. This study proved that the ACE inhibitory peptide could be effectively obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of jujube kernel protein and optimized the enzymatic hydrolysis process, aiming to provide reference direction and theoretical basis for the reuse of jujube kernel residue.

In this study, the defatted jujube kernel residue was extracted by alkali solubilization and acid seperation method to obtain jujube kernel protein, and the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptide was obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of neutral protease and alkaline protease. Taking jujube kernel as the research object, the physicochemical properties of ACE inhibitory peptide were studied. In this paper, the functional activity and nutritional value of ACE inhibitory peptide in defatted jujube kernel were demonstrated from the aspect of amino acids by analyzing the basic nutrients of defatted jujube kernel and the amino acid composition of ACE inhibitory peptide in enzymolyzed jujube kernel. The enzymatic hydrolysis effect of jujube kernel protein was proved by molecular weight distribution, particle size distribution and microscopic structure observation. Finally, the physical and chemical properties of jujube seed, including solubility, thermal stability, water and oil retention, foaming and foaming stability, emulsification and emulsification stability, and sensory characteristics before and after proteolysis, were compared and analyzed. It was found that the protein content of defatted jujube kernel was (73.40±0.23) g/100 g, and the protein content was higher. The essential amino acid content and hydrophobic amino acid content in ACE inhibitory peptide of jujube kernel were 36.48% and 51.14%, and the content of glutamate was the highest. The molecular weight of ACE inhibitory peptides in Zizyphus jujube kernel was mainly in the range of 1000~3000 Da, accounting for 97.50%, and the polydispersity index was 1.088, indicating a narrow molecular weight distribution. The protein structure of jujube kernel was broken before and after enzymolysis of ACE inhibitory peptides, and the enzymolysis was sufficient. The study of physical and chemical properties showed that compared with the protein before enzymolysis, the thermal stability, solubility, water holding capacity, oil holding capacity and emulsification stability of the ACE inhibitory peptide of jujube kernel were significantly improved, while the foaming, foaming stability and emulsification ability significantly decreased（P

Objective: To evaluate myocardial fibrosis by cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) in the patients with myo-tonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1), and compare the value of CMR and ECG. Methods: A total of 14 patients with genetically conformed DM1 were included, and were performed CMR, electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram. Myocardial fibrosis was defined as presence of late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) in CMR. According to the results of ECG and/or dynamic ECG, the patients with DM1 were divided into normal ECG and abnormal ECG groups, and the CMR results were compared between two groups. Results: CMR examination showed that the detection rate of myocardial fibrosis in DM1 patients was 35.7% (5 out of 14). Compared with those without myocardial fibrosis, the patients with myocardial fibrosis had higher left ventricular mass index [(47.1±5.4) g/m2 vs. (40.2±3.4) g/m2, P=0.012)], left ventricular end-systolic volume index [(31.5±5.5) mL/m2 vs. (25.8±2.8) mL/m2, P=0.024)], and left atrial volume index [(43.8±7.1) mL/m2 vs. (34.3±7.4) mL/m2, P=0.037), while had lower left ventricular ejection fraction [(52.2±11.1)% vs. (63.9±5.3)%, P=0.019]. There was no correlation between the existence of myocardial fibrosis and the abnormal finding of ECG (44.4% vs. 20.0%, P=0.36) in the patients with DM1, while the other abnormal incidence detected by CMR was higher in abnormal ECG group than in normal ECG group (77.8% vs. 20.0%, P=0.036). Conclusions: Myocardial fibrosis occurs in some patients with DM1. For the patients with DM1, ECG screening fails to predict myocardial fibrosis, while CMR is valuable. Routine cardiac assessments for DM1 patients should include both CMR and ECG.

Objective: To investigate the major risk factors for coronary heart disease (CHD) in elderly patients (≥75 years old) using coronary angiography and develop relevant diagnostic model. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conduc-ted on 548 elderly patients with suspected diagnosis of CHD(≥75 years old) underwent coronary angiography (CAG) treatment in Ruijin Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019. According to CAG results, the patients were divided into two groups :CHD group and control group. The risk factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression, and the predictive value of these factors for the occurrence of CHD in the elderly was evaluated by receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC curve). Due to the lack of deep-level information mining and utilization in the existing network representation learning methods,the potential pattern structure similarity was proposed by further exploring the potential information in the network.The similarity score between network structures was defined to measure the similarity between various structures so that nodes could cross irrelevant vertices to obtain high-order similarities on the global structure.In order to achieve the best effect,deep learning was used to fuse multiple information sources to participate in training together to make up for the deficiency of random walks.In the experiment,Lap,DeepWalk,TADW,SDNE and CANE were selected as comparison methods,and three real-world networks were used as data sets to verify the validity of the model,and experiments of node classification and link reconstruction are carried out.In the node classification,the average performance is improved by 1.7 percentage points for different datasets and training proportions.In the link reconstruction experiment,only half the dimension is needed to achieve better performance.Finally,the performance improvement of the model under different network depths was discussed.By increasing the depth of the model,the average performance of node classification increased by 1.1 percentage points.

Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death mediated by the gasdermin protein, including the classical pathway that depends on caspase-1 and the non-classical pathway that depends on caspase-4, -5, and 11, accompanied by the release of a large number of inflammatory factors. Atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases are closely related to inflammatory response. Pyroptosis, as a highly pro-inflammatory cell death, is also widely involved in the occurrence and development of the cardiovascular diseases, and plays an important role in these diseases.

Patch comparison provides support for software vulnerability,and structural comparison has been developed.Based on summarizing binary files comparison and anti-comparison methods,comparison technology was proposed by semantic analysis on function to address the issue that structural comparison cannot carry on semantic analysis.Through traditional structural comparison,syntax differences in function-level were analyzed to find the maximum common subgraph.Then,the path cluster was built between the input and output of the function depend on program dependency analysis.Function output characteristics was established based on symbolic execution.Semantic differences of functions were compared by functional summaries.Based on the maximum isomorphic subgraph,the matched functions which there are possible semantic changes between was further analyzed.Ultimately,the experimental results showed the feasibility and advantages of the proposed method.

The tooth surface of the spur face gear is a kind of complex space curved surface, in order to realize the batch machining of complex space curved surface products with difficult cutting materials, the main technology of electrolytic machining is mainly used at present. Considering that electrolytic machining has some problems such as low efficiency of cathode design and difficult to guarantee the design accuracy in the machining of complex dissimilar surface products, an intelligent design method of cathode profile based on the characteristics of standard cathode is presented. Firstly, based on complex tooth surface grid planning principle, the coordinate of each sampling tooth surface is calculated by section lofting method. Secondly, by analyzing the curvature radius of each tooth surface sampling point, the design scheme of the corresponding cathode tool profile is constructed based on the theory of electrolytic machining equilibrium gap theory. Finally, using the GUI human-computer interface in Matlab, the intelligent cathode profile design system for spur face gear is constructed. Meanwhile the experimental shows that the machining accuracy of the cathode surface designed by the system is up to IT8.

The calculation of the priority of the pixel to be repaired and the determination of the best matching block are based on two basic steps of the texture synthesis image inpainting method.The traditional method is not suitable because it is difficult to determine the confidence in the priority calculation,and it is difficult to search for the best matching block.An image inpainting method based on weighted priority and classification matching was proposed.In the priority model,the exponential function and the normalization function were introduced to optimize the confidence and data items separately,the further benefit of which was a more objective priority of calculation and a more reasonable repair order.Based on the proposed functions,the structure information was used as a measure factor of the search matching block,and the best matching block was selected by the classification and screening method.Experimental results show that the proposed method can shorten the repair time under the condition of obtaining good repair effect.

A face recognition method named WT-CSRC was proposed by using wavelet transform (WT) and a collaboration of double-dictionary's sparse representation-based classification (CSRC). Firstly, the proposed method used principal component analysis (PCA) to achieve the fusion of three high-frequency detail sub-images which were generated by WT, and a integrated high-frequency detail image could be obtained; then, features extracted from the low-frequency images and high-frequency detail images by PCA were used to construct the low-frequency feature space and high-frequency detail space; and low-frequency dictionary and high-frequency dictionary could be constructed by samples' projection on two kinds of feature space. Finally, face images could be classified by a collaborative classification via sparse representation in two dictionaries, and the reliability of the recognition could be enhanced by using the cross correlation coefficient. Experimental results show that, the proposed method has high recognition rate with strong illumination and expression robustness with acceptable time efficiency.

Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine preconditioning on cerebral hypoxia-ischemia injury in rats. Methods Seventy-two adult male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham group (Group S), conventional resuscitation group (Group C) and dexmedetomidine preconditioning group (Group D). Cerebral hypoxia-ischemia injury rat model was produced by mechanical asphyxia. In Group D, 4 μ g/kg dexmedetomidine was injected intravenously 5 min before asphyxia. The Neurological Deficit Scale (NDS) was assessed at 12, 24, 48 and 72 h after return of spontaneous circulation. Six rats were sacrificed in each group and brain tissues were removed for microscopic examination of hippocampal CA1 region and ultrastructure by electron microscope. Results The PaO2 in Group D and C rats was significantly lower after resuscitation (P = 0.000, for all), while the PaCO2 was increased as compared with before asphyxia (P = 0.000, for all). Compared with Group S, NDS at each time point were significantly increased in Group C (P = 0.000, for all). Compared with Group C, NDS were significantly decreased at 24, 48 and 72 h in Group D (P = 0.000, for all). Compared with Group C, hippocampal neurons in Group D revealed alleviative necrosis, karyopyknosis and karyolysis, as well as increased number of survival neurons and relieved edema. Besides, there was good microenvironment of neurovascular unit and no obvious demyelination. A two-scale auto-convolution histogram affine invariant was proposed.A two-scale auto-convolution transformation was established based on the new image generated by two-dimensional linear transform of image coordinates.Then the value of the new image density function is transformed into the histogram intervals partition and the proposed histogram affine invariant is obtained.In addition,the possible parameter ranges of the new invari are analyzed and the detailed deduction is given.By using the classic ＆quot;fish＆quot;and ＆quot;coil-100＆quot;test database,the effectiveness of the proposed invariant is verified by comparing to the multi-scale auto-convolution normalized histogram affine invariants from the perspective of time efficiency,anti-image distortion,and anti-viewing angle changes.

Using the stability theory and the associateci methods of Lyapunov, semistability of discretetime systems is discussed in this paper. Using the definition of semistability of spectrum, a new sufficient condition for semistability of discrete-time systems is proposed based on the Lyapunov equation and a rank condition. Xylans are polysaccharides composed of xylose and include β1,4-xylan, β1,3-xylan, and β1,3/1,4-mixed-linkage xylan (MLX). MLX is widely present in marine red algae and constitutes a significant organic carbon in the ocean. Xylanases are hydrolase enzymes that play an important role in xylan degradation. While a variety of β1,4-xylanases and β1,3- xylanases involved in the degradation of β1,4-xylan and β1,3- xylan have been reported, no specific enzyme has yet been identified that degrades MLX. Herein, we report the characterization of a new MLX-specific xylanase from the marine bacterium Polaribacter sp. Q13 which utilizes MLX for growth. The bacterium secretes xylanases to degrade MLX, among which is Xyn26A, an MLX-specific xylanase that shows low sequence similarities (<27%) to β1,3-xylanases in the glycoside hydrolase family 26 (GH26). We show that Xyn26A attacks MLX precisely at β1,4-linkages, following a β1,3-linkage toward the reducing end. We confirm that Xyn26A and its homologs have the same specificity and mode of action on MLX, and thus represent a new xylanase group which we term as MLXases. We further solved the structure of a representative MLXase, AlXyn26A. Structural and biochemical analyses revealed that the specificity of MLXases depends critically on a precisely positioned β1,3-linkage at the −2/−1 subsite. Compared to the GH26 β1,3-xylanases, we found MLXases have evolved a tunnel-shaped cavity that is fine-tuned to specifically recognize and hydrolyze MLX. Artemisia rupestris is widely used as a folk medicine of Uygur and Kazak with blood and detoxification, deaccumulation stagnation, clearing heat digestion and other effects. Currently, the chemical profile of A. rupestris has not been disclosed, resulting in a great obstacle for the systematic clarification of the efficacy materials and the quality evaluations. In this paper, HPLC-IT-TOF-MS was deployed to characterize the chemical constituents in A. rupestris. As a result, a total of 124 compounds were detected in 75% ethanol extract of A. rupestris. By comparing with the reference compounds, seven chlorogenic acids, and four flavonoids as well as one sesquiterpenoid were definitely identified. Moreover, twenty sesquiterpenes, sixty-five flavonoids and twenty-three chlorogenic acids were preliminarily identified by matching MS/MS spectral information with literature data and applying those empirical mass spectrometric cracking rules. In current study, the chemical composition of A. rupestris was profiled in depth, and the findings are envisioned to provide a theoretical basis for the further studies of this well-known herbal medicine, such as efficacy material characterization and quality assessment.

Objective: To explore the values of total ultrasonic scores of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lesions., Methods: A total of 347 thyroid nodules proved by fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and surgery underwent preoperative conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography. The features on gray scale, color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and elastograms were documented and total ultrasonic scores recorded., Results: Among 347 nodules, 184 nodules were benign and 163 malignant. Significant differences of total ultrasonic scores were found between thyroid carcinoma and benign nodular lesions including the parameters of nodular shape, edge, echoes, sound attenuation, psammous calcifications, internal blood flow and ultrasound elastography score. The higher the total ultrasonic scores, the more possibility of thyroid carcinoma was. By the analysis of receiver operating characteristic curve, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of distinguishing thyroid carcinoma from benign nodular lesions was 84.0%, 89.6% and 84.9% if the cut-off value of total ultrasonic scores was over 4., Conclusion: For the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid lesions, the total ultrasonic scores of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography can offer greater values.

Objective: To study the quality changes in pre- and post-processed pieces of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv., Methods: The changes of the content of pinoresinol diglucoside, extract and fingerprint were studied., Results: Pinoresinol diglucoside contents in post-processed pieces were lower than those in pre-processed and alcohol extract had different changes because of its different habitats. Eucommia ulmoides consists of 11 common peaks, the one processed by salt-water consists of 8 Peaks., Conclusion: Processing can reduce the content of pinoresinol diglucoside. Alcohol extract has different changes. Eucommia ulmoides common peaks of its fingerprint reduce and mostly components descend after processed by salt-water.
