The reform of test and evaluation is a critical component of the US defense acquisition system reform and the digital transformation of the US military. Facing the challenges of test and evaluation brought by the development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and autonomy, as well as the systematic operational requirements like multi-domain warfare and all-domain warfare, to the delivery of weapon equipment capabilities, the US Department of Defense is actively promoting digital transformation in the field of test and evaluation. One of the crucial measures is to put forward the concept of test and evaluation as a continuum, aiming to continuously optimize test strategies and evaluation processes with the help of digital engineering concepts, and further enhance the efficiency and qua-lity of acquiring weapon equipment. This article briefly outlines the development of test and evaluation as a continuum, analyzes its framework content and conceptual implications, discusses the specific capability elements required for implementation, and provides insights into the digital transformation of test and evaluation for weapon equipment.

Objective: Hot air coupled with ultrasound and infrared irradiation were used for the drying of curdlan. The drying mechanism and quality change of curdlan were explored under the multi-physical fields, so as to developing the green drying technology of curdlan. Methods: Forced convective hot air alone, ultrasound-coupled forced convective hot air, infrared irradiation alone, and infrared-coupled forced convective hot air were used to dry curdlan. A mass transfer model considering temeprature change was constructed and the quality of the dried curdlan was comprehensively assessed. Results: Under the studied forced convective hot air drying conditions, it took around 40 min to dry the curdlan, and the required drying time was reduced to 36, 26 and 22 min for ultrasound-coupled hot air drying, infrared irradiation alone drying, and infrared-coupled hot air drying, respectively. The moisture transfer model coupled with the temperature change was able to accurately predict the change of the moisture content throughout drying. Under infrared drying coupled with convective hot air, the range of moisture effective diffusivity inside curdlan was 9.79×10−9 to 9.81×10−9 m2/s, and the surface mass transfer coefficient was 4.69×10−2 kg water/(m2·s), which were higher than those of the other treatment groups, followed by those under infrared irradiation alone drying, ultrasonic-coupled hot air drying, and hot air drying alone. Moreover, the gel strength, glucose content, the distribution of chemical functional groups on surface, crystal structure and thermal stability of curdlan samples dried by different methods were all similar. Conclusion: Taking all these results into consideration, infrared drying was regarded as an efficient method for drying curdlan compared to hot air drying and ultrasound-coupled hot air drying.

This study aimed to select suit glutinous rice varieties for the production of sweet rice wine. The wine was prepared by using 25 glutinous rice varieties harvest in Huaiyuan as raw materials. The basic components of glutinous rice, and the physicochemical properties the wine were compared. The sensory characteristics were investigated by using electronic tongue, electronic nose, sensory evaluation, the relationship among the basic components of glutinous rice, physicochemical properties, and sensory qualities of rice wine was established by correlation analysis. The results showed that the total starch content of 25 kinds of glutinous rice was 59.0~81.0 g/100 g, the amylose content was 1.0~3.5 g/100 g, and the protein content was 6.6~8.5 g/100 g. The alcohol content of 25 kinds of sweet rice wine was 0.8%vol~2.8%vol, the reducing sugar content was 15.5~31.8 g/100 g, and the total acid content was 0.29~0.66 g/100 g, which met the requirements of clear-juice type rice wine stipulated by industry standard. All rice wine presented antioxidant activity to some extent, while this made from 'Funuo 628' showed the best antioxidant activity, with DPPH free radical clearance and iron ion reducing ability reaching 71.3% and 15.7 μg VC/mL, respectively. The sensory of 25 kinds of rice wine had significant differences. 13 kinds of rice wine were significantly better than the commercial Xiaogan rice wine among them, while the others were similar to the commercial one. The reducing sugar and total acid contents dominated in determining the sensory scores. 'Funuo 628' exhibited the advantages of both high sensory quality and good antioxidant activity, which therefore was potential to develop sweet rice wine with unique flavors and functional properties.

"Objective To explore the correlation between triglyceride glucose (TyG) index and arteriosclerosis in natural population, and whether TyG index could be used as a predictor of poor prognosis of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 4 355 adults recruited from the natural population in the community of Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province from 2009 to 2010. According to the TyG index quartiles, they were divided into Q1 group (TyG≤8.19,n=1 100), Q2 group (8.19＜TyG≤8.55,n=1 080), Q3 group (8.55＜TyG≤8.99,n=1 103), Q4 group (TyG＞8.99,n=1 072). Taking brachial-ankle pulse wave conduction velocity (baPWV) as the observation index of arteriosclerosis, the correlation between TyG index and baPWV was analyzed by univariate and multivariate linear regression. A restricted cubic spline function diagram with multivariate correction was performed to explore whether there was a nonlinear correlation between TyG index and baPWV. Results After adjusting for confounding factors, compared with Q1 group, the regression coefficient and its 95%CI of TyG index affecting baPWV among Q2, Q3 and Q4 groups were 0.11 (-0.07-0.29), 0.41 (0.23-0.59) and 0.97 (0.78-1.16), respectively (trend testP＜0.01). Restricted cubic spline analysis showed a linear positive correlation between TyG index and baPWV. The mediator effect analysis also showed that TyG index partially mediated the impact on baPWV through inflammation. Conclusion TyG index is linearly and positively correlated with atherosclerosis."

"Objective To investigate the correlation between skeletal muscle mass and islet function, skeletal muscle mass and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and to elaborate on the clinical significance of skeletal muscle mass in the maintenance of blood glucose homeostasis. Methods A total of 274 adult T2DM patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from August 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The basic information of patients was collected, the grip strength of patients was measured, and the blood and urine samples were taken for biochemical detection. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) was used to measure the skeletal muscle content of the upper and lower limbs, visceral fat area (VFA) and waist circumference fat weight. The skeletal muscle mass index (SMI) and appendicular skeletal muscle mass index (ASMI) were calculated, respectively. Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation of grip strength, SMI and ASMI levels with blood glucose, insulin and C-peptide levels, islet β cell function indicators ［islet β cell function (HOMA-β), corrected insulin reactivity (CIR), insulinogenic index (IGI)］, and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) and insulin sensitivity index(ISI). Multirariable linear regression was further used to analyze the correlation between skeletal muscle mass and islet function in T2DM patients with different VFA and BMI. Results In T2DM patients, fasting blood glucose and insulin, 120-minute postprandial blood glucose, and HOMA-IR were negatively correlated with grip strength levels (P＜0.05), while 120-minte postprandial insulin was positively correlated with grip strength levels (P＜0.05). SMI and ASMI were negatively correlated with blood glucose levels at different time points of glucose tolerance in T2DM patients (P＜0.01), and positively correlated with serum C-peptide levels, HOMA-β, CIR, and IGI, respectively (P＜0.05). The level of SMI in lower limbs was negatively correlated with blood glucose, at different time points of glucose tolerance (P＜0.01), and positively correlated with insulin, C-peptide at different time points, as well as HOMA-β, IGI and CIR in T2DM patients (P＜0.05); However, except for the negative correlation between SMI level of upper limbs and 120 min blood glucose (P=0.019), there was no correlation between SMI level and other indicators mentioned above (P ＞0.05). After adjusting for gender and age, BMI stratified analysis showed that the correlations of SMI level with HOMA-β, IGI and CIR were significant in the normal BMI subgroup (P**＜0.05), while the correlations of SMI level with HOMA-IR , ISI were not significant in the normal BMI subgroup (P*>0.05), but significant in the overweight and obese subgroups (P*>0.05). Conclusion Skeletal muscle mass is closely associated with blood glucose, islet function and insulin resistance in patients with T2DM. Increasing skeletal muscle mass of the whole body, especially that of the lower limbs and reducing the fat content accordingly play critical roles in the maintenance of glycemic homeostasis and improving islet function in patients with T2DM."

Radiation environments such as galactic cosmic rays，solar cosmic rays and radiation belts produce various space radiation effects on the components and astronauts，threaten the normal operation of spacecraft and life and health of astronauts. Material shielding is currently one of the most effective radiation protection measures and plays an important role in ensuring the smooth progress of aerospace missions. The research progress of space radiation shielding materials in different scenarios for three typical objects：components，astronauts，and aircraft platform protection is reviewed in this paper. Also the development direction of space radiation shielding materials such as metal composite materials and polymer materials is explored.

Objective To identify the causative variants in 5 Chinese families with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) to provide genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis. Methods Genetic counseling and clinical diagnosis were performed in 8 patients from five unrelated TSC families by teleconsultation. With informed consent obtained from the participants, 3 to 5 mL peripheral blood samples were collected from the probands and their family members for the extraction of genomic DNA. Candidate pathogenic variants were screened by panel sequencing (PS). The candidate pathogenic variants found in TSC1 and TSC2 by PS were validated by PCR-Sanger sequencing and bioinformatics analysis. Results All the pathogenic mutations were identified in the probands and their available family members. Causative variants in TSC1 or TSC2 were detected in all patients, including three reported variants and two novel variants. The two novel variants, TSC2:c.245G＞ A and TSC2: c.235delG, which were predicted to cause the nonsense variant p.(Trp82*) and the frameshift variant p.(Val79Lysfs27*) respectively was believed to introduce premature stop codons. The analysis of family co-segregation and bioinformatics were identified as very positive factors for pathogenicity. Conclusions This result provides more evidences for the genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis in these families and expand the spectrum of TSC2 pathogenic variants.

ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the HIV genotypic subtypes and molecular transmission clusters among men who have sex with men （MSM） with newly reported HIV infections in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture （Dehong Prefecture）， Yunnan Province， China， between 2010 and 2019. The study aimed to identify potential high-risk transmitters and provide reference data for screening， management， and intervention of infection sources.MethodsPlasma samples from newly reported HIV-positive MSM individuals in Dehong Prefecture between 2010 and 2019 were collected. The viral pol gene fragments were amplified， sequenced， and genotyped. Genetic distances （GD） between pairwise sequences were analyzed and calculated. MEGA 7.0 and Gephi were used for phylogenetic and molecular transmission network analysis.ResultsA total of 159 newly reported HIV infections among MSM were included in the study， with successful genotyping of 100 cases. Nine HIV-1 subtypes were identified， with the most prevalent being CRF01_AE subtype （52%）， followed by CRF07_BC subtype （31%）， CRF55_01B subtype （10%）， and others （7%）. Cluster analysis revealed a total network access rate of 67%， forming three transmission clusters. CRF01_AE subtype formed two transmission clusters with 38 and 3 infected individuals， while CRF07_BC subtypes formed one transmission cluster with 26 infected individuals. The transmission network within the CRF01_AE clusters exhibited a more complex relationship. Significant differences in educational level were observed between the two main transmission clusters.ConclusionThe predominant HIV subtypes among newly reported MSM cases in Dehong Prefecture between 2010 and 2019 were CRF01_AE and CRF07_BC. Significant cultural differences are observed between the main transmission clusters. Continued monitoring of genotypic subtypes and targeted interventions within transmission clusters are warranted.

Objective To explore the possibility of using human skin and oral microorganisms to estimate the geographic origin of an individual through the sequencing analysis of bacterial 16S rRNA gene. Methods Microbial DNA was extracted from the palm and oral microorganisms of the Han population in Shanghai and Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, and the composition and diversity of the microbiota were analyzed by full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Then, differential species were screened and a geographic location prediction model was constructed. Results The compositions of palm and oral microorganisms between Shanghai and Chifeng samples were both different. The abundance and uniformity of palm side skin microorganisms were higher in Chifeng samples than in Shanghai samples, while there was no significant difference in oral microorganisms. Permutational multivariate analysis of variance （PERMANOVA） confirmed that the β-diversity between the samples from the two places were statistically significant, and the coefficients of determination （R2） for skin and oral samples were 0.129 and 0.102, respectively. Through principal co-ordinates analysis （PCoA）, the samples from the two places could be preliminarily distinguished. The predictive model had the accuracies of 0.90 and 0.83 for the geographic origin using the skin and oral samples, respectively. Conclusion There are differences in the compositions of palm and oral microbiota between Han populations in Shanghai and Chifeng. The prediction model constructed by the random forest algorithm can trace the unknown individuals from the above two places.

Objective This study aims to reveal the distribution patterns and characteristics of co-seismic geological hazards in earthquake swarms, clarify the differences in induced geological hazards by different types of earthquakes, further understand the seismic risks around and within the Bayan Har Block, and provide efficient guidance for the prediction and prevention of secondary geological hazards induced by earthquakes. Methods We take the co-seismic geological hazards of the Maerkang MS 6.0 earthquake swarm in 2022 as the research focus. Through systematic data and results analysis on earthquake swarm sequence, regional tectonic environment, regional crustal deformation, and post-earthquake short-term geological hazard, the regional and deep structural environment of the Maerkang MS 6.0 earthquake swarm and the main controlling factors of co-seismic geological hazards are revealed. Results The results show that the Maerkang MS 6.0 earthquake swarm is a deep-seated sticky-slip earthquake that occurred on a secondary fault in the active strong earthquake zone within the Bayan Har block, a region with extremely strong peripheral boundary activity. The earthquakes with similar magnitudes may be the result of ruptures of secondary faults of the Songgang fault and the successive ruptures of the barriers between them. The earthquake has resulted in 83 newly discovered geological hazard risks, exacerbating deformation in 106 existing hazard spots and triggering multiple high-altitude landslides and a series of fractured mountain slopes. The areas of extreme, high, and medium geological hazard risk in Caodeng Town, the epicenter area after the earthquake, account for 1.62%, 4.80%, and 12.37%, respectively. The occurrence of secondary geological hazards following earthquakes exhibits a positive correlation with the earthquake magnitude, with the number increasing linearly as the magnitude rises. Conclusion The significant differences in the GPS horizontal velocity field and vertical velocity field on both sides of the Darlag–Songgang–Fubianhe fault zone are key factors contributing to the activity of this fault and triggering the recent earthquake.The main controlling factors of co-seismic geological hazards induced by earthquakes are, from primary to secondary, the ruptured fault and its associated faults, seismic magnitude and energy attenuation, terrain slope and altitude difference, and rock mass structure and density of structural surfaces. Significance This study predicts a high risk of future strong earthquakes in the intersection area of the Songgang fault, which triggered this earthquake, and the Longriba active fault. The surrounding area of the seismogenic fault and its associated faults are at a high risk of geological hazards during earthquakes. The findings provides a reference for predicting and controlling the risk of co-seismic geological hazards in this area.

Objective To explore the feasibility of genetic marker detection of semen-specific coding region single nucleotide polymorphism （cSNP） based on SNaPshot technology in semen stains and mixed body fluid identification. Methods Genomic DNA （gDNA） and total RNA were extracted from 16 semen stains and 11 mixtures composed of semen and venous blood, and the total RNA was reverse transcribed into complementary DNA （cDNA）. The cSNP genetic markers were screened on the validated semen-specific mRNA coding genes. The cSNP multiplex detection system based on SNaPshot technology was established, and samples were genotyped by capillary electrophoresis （CE）. Results A multiplex detection system containing 5 semen-specific cSNPs was successfully established. In 16 semen samples, except the cSNP located in the TGM4 gene showed allele loss in cDNA detection results, the gDNA and cDNA typing results of other cSNPs were highly consistent. When detecting semen-venous blood mixtures, the results of cSNP typing detected were consistent with the genotype of semen donor and were not interfered by the genotype of venous blood donor. Conclusion The method of semen-specific cSNPs detection by SNaPshot technology method can be applied to the genotyping of semen （stains） and provide information for determining the origin of semen in mixed body fluids （stains）.

The finite element method （FEM） is a mathematical method for obtaining approximate solutions to a wide variety of engineering problems. With the development of computer technology， it is gradually applied to the study of biomechanics of human body. The application of the combination of FEM and biomechanics in exploring the relationship between vascular injury and disease， and pathological mechanisms will be a technological innovation for traditional forensic medicine. This paper reviews the construction and development of human vascular FEM modeling， and its research progress on the vascular biomechanics. This paper also looks to the application prospects of FEM modeling in forensic pathology.

Silicide coatings are the most commonly used high-temperature protective coating for niobium alloy high-temperature structural components used in aerospace and aviation.In order to improve the performance of silicide coating and meet the increasingly stringent service conditions of niobium alloy high-temperature structural components， silicide coatings were prepared on the surface of NbW alloy by slurry fusion sintering method.By changing the sintering temperature of the coating (1 350，1 400，1 450，1 500 ℃)， the effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating was studied.Results showed that the main components of the dense layer of the 4 kinds of sintering temperature coating were (Nb， X) Si2(X was Zr， Cr and Ti)， and the transition layer was stable Nb5Si3.The coating was oxidized at a high temperature of 1 600 ℃for 2 h，the oxidation reaction mainly occurred in the loose layer on the surface，and the elements such as Si， Zr， Ti， Cr were selectively oxidized.ZrO2 was dispersed in the SiO2 glass film as "oxide nails"，and the coating exhibited good high temperature oxidation resistance.The high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating at the sintering temperature of 1 350 ℃was the best.

为了促进天然抗氧化剂的开发，以过氧化值为指标，以硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸、亚硒酸钠和老鹰茶黄酮（HTTF）为研究对象，采用Schaal烘箱法对比单独和复配使用对山茶油的抗氧化效果。结果表明：硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸和亚硒酸钠对山茶油均有抗氧化效果，且加入量越高，抗氧化效果越好；硒代蛋氨酸和亚硒酸钠与HTTF复配对山茶油的抗氧化效果均优于各单一组分，而甲基硒代半胱氨酸与HTTF复配对山茶油的抗氧化效果优于HTTF，但逊于甲基硒代半胱氨酸；硒代蛋氨酸、甲基硒代半胱氨酸、亚硒酸钠和HTTF单独使用和复配使用对山茶油的抗氧化效果均弱于TBHQ。综上，不同的硒与HTTF复配对山茶油的抗氧化效果不同。 In order to promote the development of natural antioxidants, the peroxide value was used as an indicator, the antioxidant effects on oil-tea camellia seed oil of single selenium antioxidant (selenomethionine, methylselenocysteine, sodium selenite) and hawk tea total flavonoids (HTTF) and their combination were determined by Schaal oven method. The results showed that selenomethionine, methylselenocysteine and sodium selenite all had antioxidant effects on oil-tea camellia seed oil, and the higher the amount added, the better the antioxidant effect. The antioxidant effects of selenomethionine and sodium selenite in combination with HTTF on oil-tea camellia seed oil were better than those of the individual components, whereas the antioxidant effect of methylselenocysteine and HTTF in combination was better than that of HTTF but inferior to those of methylselenocysteine. The antioxidant effects of selenomethionine, methyl selenocysteine, sodium selenite and HTTF on oil-tea camellia seed oil were weaker than those of TBHQ when used alone or in combination. In conclusion, the antioxidant effects of different selenium combined with HTTF on oil-tea camellia seed oil are different.

ObjectiveTo compare the differences in thyroid hormone levels between adolescents with and without suicidal ideation， and to explore the association between thyroid hormone/suicidal ideation and the antidepressant treatment.MethodsA total of 100 patients were divided into non-suicidal ideation group and suicidal ideation group according to the SIOSS. The levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone （TSH）， triiodothyronine （T3）， thyroxine （T4）， free triiodothyronine （FT3） and free thyroxine （FT4） were compared between the two groups as well as their changes after 6 weeks of antidepressant treatment.ResultsThe levels of FT3， FT4 and T4 in the non-suicidal ideation group were higher than those in the suicidal ideation group. After 6 weeks of antidepressant treatment， the levels of FT3， FT4 and T4 in the suicide ideation group were higher than those before the treatment. The FT3 level in the male non-suicidal ideation group was higher than that in the suicidal ideation group. Objective To explore the demographic and commonly-used laboratory indicators influencing the occurrence of sarcopenia in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A cross-sectional trial was conducted on 69 T2DM patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022. They were divided into case group and control group according to whether they complicated with sarcopenia or not. Their demographic data and laboratory indicators commonly used clinically were collected and compared. The variables with statistically significant differences in the univariate analysis were further included in multivariate logistic regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of the occurrence of sarcopenia in the T2DM patients. Results Analysis of demographic and common laboratory indicators showed that in the T2DM patients, the older the age, the higher risk of sarcopenia was (OR=1.091, 95%CI: 1.02-1.168, P=0.011); the lower the body mass index (BMI) value, the higher the risk of sarcopenia was (OR=0.691, 95%CI: 0.538-0.889, P=0.004); the higher the systolic blood pressure (SBP), the higher the risk of sarcopenia was (OR=1.066, 95%CI: 1.014-1.121, P=0.012). White blood cell count, fasting glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, albumin, uric acid, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, serum calcium, and serum phosphorus had no predictive value for sarcopenia in T2DM patients. Conclusion In T2DM patients, the demographic factors older age, low BMI and high SBP are associated with occurrence of sarcopenia. But, there has been no evidence of commonly used clinical laboratory indicators having such predictive value.

For the problem of ATC speaker recognition, a method based on voiceprint feature aggregation is proposed, which could distinguish different speakers from an audio stream. First, we develop the ResNet spectrogram feature extractor and the NetVLAD feature fusion module, both of which seldom used in speaker recognition. Second, we insert two modules above and develop a novel end-to-end speaker recognition framework deriving from classic X-VECTORS method. Finally, the accuracy of the proposed method and the baseline method is compared and analyzed under a real ATC voice dataset. The results show that, compared with X-VECTORS network, the voiceprint aggregation method has superior recognition accuracy.

In air traffic management, the controller uses the control instruction to adjust the aircraft status, and the pilot confirms by repeating the control instruction. The correct understanding of control instruction is of great significance to flight safety. This paper proposes a new method of air traffic control information extraction, which is based on pre-training and fine tuning of the pre-training language model. It uses transfer learning to extract regulatory information under the condition of small samples. This method can not only reduce the cost of training data annotation, but also improve the accuracy of information extraction. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the new model is not less than 98%, and the key information in the control instructions can be extracted effectively. This method can improve the intelligence of air traffic control system, assist controllers to understand the contents of control instructions, support flight conflict detection, and ensure air transport safety.

The combination of high-precision indoor positioning technology and small cell communication network can effectively reduce the cost of deployment and operation and maintenance, and provide important solutions for various positioning application scenarios. Firstly, the common positioning technologies were summarized and compared, and the feasibility of different positioning technologies in small cells was further analyzed. Then, an indoor positioning scheme based on small cells was proposed, and its architecture was described in detail. The scheme had the advantages of easy expansion of transmission network, flexible transmission path and open positioning interface. Finally, the application scenarios and positioning processes of the two positioning technologies selected based on this scheme were presented. The results show that the indoor positioning scheme based on small cells can meet the positioning needs of the consumers and a wider range of vertical industries, which has great significance and application prospects.

In order to study the regularity of floor heave deformation and instability of soft rock roadway under different horizontal stress boundary conditions, the return air roadway of 50213 working face of Guantun Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background. According to the failure characteristics of floor in soft rock roadway, the mechanical model of floor structure in soft rock roadway is established by using the pressure bar theory. Through mechanical analysis, the distinguishing conditions of floor instability and the calculation method of critical stress are determined, and the calculation formula of floor heave is derived by using the deflection equation of floor rock deformation. The failure mechanism of floor and the dynamic evolution process of cracks under different stress states were determined by similarity simulation, and the floor heave control method of rock-concrete composite structure was put forward and applied in field practice. It can be concluded that when the loading is 3.13 MPa, the stress concentration zone is formed on both sides of the roadway and transferred to the floor through the two sides. The shear fracture develops from the interior of the wall rock along the roadway wall to the interior of the floor. Background As an important treatment for chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNSLBP) , the effect of acupuncture on CNSLBP has been studied by numerous randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with the development of research on acupuncture. However, there are some problems in the selection of outcome indicators, which severely hinder the generation of high-quality clinical evidence. Objective To describe the outcome measures used in RCTs of acupuncture for CNSLBP, providing a basis for the carrying out of relevant research. Methods Four Chinese databases (CNKI, VIP, Wanfang Data and SinoMed) and three English databases (PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library) were systematically searched for literature on CNSLBP treated with acupuncture published from January 1, 2017 to March 15, 2022, and the NSLBP core outcome set (COS) used in studies published from database inception to March 15, 2022. According to the enrolment criteria to analyze the following aspects: basic characteristics, classification of clinical outcome indicators, use of composite indicators, and the application of TCM Criteria for Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases & Syndromes (hereinafter referred to as TCMCDTDS) . In addition, 11 studies published from database inception to March 15, 2022 were enrolled to analyze their basic characteristics and use of COSs of NSLBP. In addition, to analyze the studies' basic characteristics and use of NSLBP COS. The similarities and differences between COSs of NSLBP and outcome measures in the RCTs in recent five years were compared. Results Of the included 49 RCTs, four are in English and the other 45 are in Chinese, involving 4 272 cases aged from 18 to 69 years (2 049 in the treatment group, and 2 223 in the control group) . The course of CNSLBP was reported in 38 RCTs. A total of 33 outcome indicators were used in all the RCTs, divided into assessing pain, dysfunction, quality of life, activities of daily living, treatment safety, patient satisfaction, disease recognition, psychological status indicators, and other indicators. The outcome indicator number in one RCT were from 1 to 8. The outcomes were measured twice in 42 RCTs, namely before and after treatment. Safety was reported in only two RCTs. The indicator of "effective rate" in the TCMCDTDS was used in 77.55% (38/49) of the RCTs. The COSs of NSLBP in the aforementioned 11 studies include indicators assessing pain, dysfunction, quality of life, psychological status, social functioning and patient satisfaction. Three of the studies graded the domains of outcome measures in terms of importance, four covered patient satisfaction indicators, five covered psychological assessment indicators, nine used different measurement tools for different outcomes, and one used COSs of NSLBP treated with TCM. Conclusion The COSs of NSLBP used in studies and outcome measures in the included RCTs have similarities in the contents involving pain level, dysfunction, quality of life, psychological status and patient satisfaction, and differences in the selection of the type of outcome domain, direction of attention, and measurement tools. The RCTs used both primary and secondary outcome measures, had unclear measurement time points, great heterogeneity in the number of used outcome measures, and non-standard application of outcome measures, and valued efficacy outcomes but undervalued safety indicators. In view of this, we put forward the recommendation on the use of outcome measures for future relevant studies: according to the research characteristics, choosing the recognized outcome measures with reference to available COSs of NSLBP and common measurement tools.

Background Many randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about motion style acupuncture in the treatment of acute nonspecific low back pain (ANSLBP) have been published recently, but there is no new systematic evaluation for effectiveness and safety of this treatment in ANSLBP. Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of motion style acupuncture in treating ANSLBP by meta-analysis. Methods RCTs, crossover studies or cohort studies about effectiveness and safety of motion style acupuncture in treating ANSLBP were retrieved in electronic databases of CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed, the National Library of Medicine, Embase and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials from inception to March 25th, 2021. Revman 5.3 was used to complete the Meta-analysis. Results All the finally enrolled 17 articles used a design of RCT, including 1 226 patients, and 610 of them were treated with motion style acupuncture (observation group) , and other 616 patients were treated with positive control, blank control, placebo acupuncture or dummy acupuncture (control group) . Nonspecific low back pain, a common clinical disease, is with high morbidity and prone to recurrent attacks. Clinical practice has proven that acupuncture and moxibustion therapies have positive effects on nonspecific low back pain, and the therapies are various, yet there is a lack of scientific and normative clinical practice guidelines. Identifying clinical questions is the most important step in developing clinical practice guidelines. This paper summarized the process and experience of the successful identification of clinical questions in the development of Clinical Practice Guideline on Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Nonspecific Low Back Pain by the guideline expert panel using the modified Delphi method, hoping to provide a reference for developing acupuncture and moxibustion-related clinical practice guidelines.

Objective·To explore the hearing phenotype of Timm8a-/- mice and the function of translocase of inner mitochondrial membrane 8A (Timm8a) gene in inner ear by constructing Timm8a gene knockout mice.Methods·Timm8a-/- mice were designed and constructed. PCR and Western blotting were used to verify whether the construction was successful. The body size and weight of Timm8a-/- mice and wild type (WT) mice aged one-month were observed and compared. Immunofluorescence staining was used to observe the expression and distribution of TIMM8A protein in the cochlea of WT mice. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) was used to compare the hearing threshold of Timm8a-/- mice and WT mice. Toluidine blue staining was performed to observe the morphology of organ of Corti (OC), spiral ganglion neuron (SGN) and stria vascularis (SV) in the inner ear of the two kinds of mice. Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of mitochondria in inner ear hair cells (HCs), SGN cells and SV cells of the two kinds of mice, and the proportion of abnormal mitochondria was counted.Results·The results of PCR showed that Timm8a gene had been successfully knocked out, and the results of Western blotting showed that there was no TIMM8A proteins in the cochlea, brain, heart and skeletal muscle tissues. The both results indicated that Timm8a-/- mice were successfully constructed. The results of immunofluorescence staining showed that TIMM8A was abundantly expressed in the cochlea of WT mice, and was highly expressed in the OC, SGN and SV. This study aimed to improve the water absorption rate of adzuki bean at room temperature by producing cracks in adzuki bean epidermis via microwave pretreatment. Adzuki bean was pretreated by microwave at 80~800 W for 10~50 s, and then the changes in its appearance, starch properties and water absorption characteristics in water and pectinase solution were monitored. When the microwave power and treatment time increased, some cracks appeared on the epidermis, the volume increased, the starch was partially gelatinized, and thus the water absorption rate of adzuki bean in both water and 0.20 mg/mL pectinase solution at 25 ℃ was significantly increased. After microwave pretreatment at 800 W for 30 s, some cracks appeared on the surface, the bean remained as compact particles, and the volume was slightly increased; partial starch granules were destroyed and gelatinized, accompanying by the vanish of polarized cross; the rate of water absorption (6 h) increased by 28.78% and 30.89% in water and pectinase solution, while the saturated water absorption in water decreased by 10.64%, and showed no significant decrease in pectinase solution. Overall, microwave pretreatment could improve the water absorption rate of adzuki bean and the improvement was related to the formation of cracks on epidermis and the partial gelatinization of starch. The results could provide a theoretical guide for the applications of microwave in coarse grain processing.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of lung cancer patients complicated with pulmonary infection after thoracoscopic surgery and establish a predictive nomogram model. Methods A total of 315 patients with primary lung cancer who had undergone thoracoscopic surgery from January 2018 to October 2021 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the incidence of pulmonary infection. Two groups of clinical data were collected for single-factor and regression analyses, and independent predictors were obtained. On this basis, a risk model was constructed and its predictive effectiveness was evaluated. Results The independent risk factors of lung cancer patients complicated with pulmonary infection after thoracoscopic radical operation were as follows: age≥62.5 years, smoking index≥100, PEF≤72.1 ml/s, TNM stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ, and operation time≥188.5 min (P < 0.05). Based on the above factors, the risk model of the column chart was established. Model-verification results showed that the C-index of the model was 0.909, and the correction curve showed that the column chart model had good differentiation and consistency. Conclusion Lung cancer patients' age, smoking index, TNM stage, PEF, and operation time are closely related to pulmonary infection after thoracoscopic radical operation. The nomogram model is useful for identifying high-risk patients and reducing postoperative complications.

The economic belt of the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains (NSTM) has important social, economic and ecological effects in Xinjiang. Thus, it is critical to improve the prediction ability of sub-seasonal to seasonal rainfall in this region. Focusing on the large terrain of Tianshan Mountains, the global high-resolution climate prediction operational system version 3 developed by China Meteorological Administration (CMA-CPSv3) is applied. The sub-seasonal to seasonal rainfall over the NSTM is predicted by using the control run, the traditional ensemble mean, and the improved optimal deterministic ensemble forecast using a probabilistic threshold (DEFPT), respectively. The DEFPT method is not intended to predict the probability of rainfall, but to forecast the occurrence (yes or no) of rainfall event in any model grid box by judging whether it exceeds a certain probabilistic threshold, and the spatial-temporal distribution characteristic is analyzed. All the predictions are evaluated by the frequency bias, equitable threat score (ETS), Hanssen and Kuipers score (HK) and anomaly correlation coefficient (ACC). The evaluation results show that the improved DEFPT method can improve the sub-seasonal to seasonal predictions of the 1-5 mm rainfall locations and persistence over the NSTM and is superior to the traditional ensemble mean and the control run. These results also indicate that it is necessary to combine numerical model prediction with proper objective ensemble prediction method, especially in regions with large terrain background and significant climatology difference. Based upon the analyses of three rainfall events (during 29 July-2 August of 2016, 7-11 June of 2017, and 8-12 July of 2020, respectively), the DEFPT method performs better in western and southern NSTM from the perspectives of rainfall locations, anomalies and persistence. However, the prediction ability is relatively low in the eastern and northern parts of NSTM, which is possibly related to the low skill of humidity prediction from each ensemble member in corresponding regions. In addition, this method can also be used in other regions by tuning the related empirical coefficients in the formula to limit forecasting biases.

Background The new electrocardiogram (ECG) criteria have higher accuracy in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in general population with hypertension than traditional ECG voltage criteria. However, the diagnostic efficacy of new ECG criteria for LVH in overweight and obese patients with hypertension has been rarely reported. Objective To explore the diagnostic value of new ECG indicators for LVH in overweight and obese patients with hypertension. Methods A retrospective design was used. A total of 368 overweight and obese patients with hypertension were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from December 2017 to December 2020, and divided into LVH (+) group (including males with LVH>115 g/m2 and females with LVH >95 g/m2) and LVH (-) group (including males with LVH≤115 g/m2 and females with LVH≤95 g/m2) . General data were collected and compared between two groups. Intergroup comparison was also performed in terms of ultrasonic cardiography (UCG) indicators〔diastolic interventricular septal thickness (IVST) , left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT) , left ventricular mass (LVM) , left ventricular mass index (LVMI) , left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) 〕and ECG indicators〔QRS duration (QRSd) , corrected QT interval (QTc) , Sokolow-Lyon voltage criteria, Cornell voltage criteria, Peguero Lo-Presti voltage criteria, Cornell product〕with the accuracy of UCG indicators as the gold standard. Binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of LVH in hypertension with overweight or obesity. BACKGROUND Multi-collector inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (MC-ICP-MS) has been widely applied to accurate and precise measurements of isotope ratios due to its high sample throughput, strong ionization ability of ICP sources and high mass resolution. For decades, the standard-sample bracketing (SSB) method has been used to correct for instrumental mass bias during the measurement to achieve accurate results. When the content of the target isotope in samples is low, the measurement results are easily influenced by the background signals. "On Peak Zero" correction deducts the background signal from the total signal, which is an effective method to eliminate the background interference and has been widely used, but no research has been conducted to systematically explore the mathematical principles behind this correction. OBJECTIVES To establish a mathematical model for the "On Peak Zero" correction, and verify its confidence by applying it to isotope measurements of different concentrations of Li, S, Fe, Sr, Nd and Pb standard solutions. METHODS In this study, a mathematical model of the influence by the background signal on isotopic composition was established by mathematical reasoning and approximate substitution. Standard solutions of different concentrations of Li, S, Fe, Sr, Nd and Pb were prepared for the application of the "On Peak Zero" method through experimental analysis. Two types of blank signals were subtracted separately from the aggregate signals to simulate isotope measurements without and with "On Peak Zero" correction. RESULTS The results indicate that the lower the concentration of the target element, the greater is the blank solution signal influence on the accuracy of the sample to be tested, and the "On Peak Zero" method can better eliminate the influence of the blank solution on the sample measurements. The simulation results based on this model were consistent with the real experimental results in this study. CONCLUSIONS The mathematical model and the data explain well the effect of background concentration on the experimental isotope values, and are useful for understanding the application of the "On Peak Zero" method in MC-ICP-MS isotope analysis.

Objective: This study aimed to research and develop puffed blueberry dregs indica rice and fruit snack food. Methods: Using indica rice flour and blueberry residue powder as raw materials, three experimental factors including moisture content, extrusion temperature and screw speed were selected, and the expansion degree, anthocyanin content and sensory score were taken as comprehensive indexes. The expansion process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test, and the antioxidant activity of the expanded products was studied. Results: The optimum process parameters were as follows: the moisture content of the material was 16%, the temperature of the four extrusion zones were 50—80—110—130 ℃ and the screw speed was 160 r/min. The indica rice fruit with blueberry residue obtained under this process has the highest comprehensive score of 62.30±0.51. The results of antioxidant test in vitro showed that compared with puffed indica rice fruit, the scavenging rates of DPPH and ABTS by blueberry residue indica rice fruit increased by 60.19% and 73.67% respectively. Conclusion: the optimal processing parameters of indica rice fruit with blueberry residue were obtained, and the product also showed good antioxidant properties.

Objective: Provide data support for the source tracing and pollution prevention of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water in Hunan Province. Methods: According to the national food safety standards of GB 8538—2016, the bottled water was tested randomly collected from partial cities and counties in Hunan Province, and the whole genome sequencing and molecular traceability of the 18 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected. The carrying of virulence genes and drug resistance genes was detected. Results: It was confirmed that four strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed consistency in terms of geographical distance, genetic distance, pathogenic and drug-resistant genotypes, and it was presumed that there was the same source. Conclusion: The traceability analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water and the analysis of virulence and drug resistance genes in drinking water can be realized by whole gene sequencing based on 16S rRNA and single-copy orthologous genes.

In order to solve the problem of high noise and insufficient feature extraction of Retinex-Net in low-light image enhancement processing, this paper proposes a new network structure. First, the Retinex-Net network was used as the basic model to decompose the input image, and a residual shrinkage network was introduced in the convolutional layer to remove the noise generated during the decomposition process. Then, in order to preserve the details of the image and suppress noise while enhancing the brightness, the enhancement network was divided into three small sub-networks for processing respectively. Finally, the adjusted images were fused to obtain an enhanced image. Compared with the SIRE、LIME、GLADNet、Retinex-Net algorithm, experiments show that the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the images processed by the algorithm in this paper has an avevage increase of 3.48 dB, the mean square error has an avevage increase of 0.082 7, the structural similarity has an avevage increase of 0.146, and the lightness order error has an avevage increase of 271.6.

ObjectiveTo determine the trend and influencing factors of HIV subtypes in newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture （Dehong Prefecture） from 2017 to 2019.MethodsRNA extraction was conducted among newly reported HIV/AIDS cases in Dehong Prefecture from 2017 to 2019 whose plasma volume was more than 200 μL. Objective: This study aimed to optimize the determination conditions of pantothenic acid content in infant milk powder by microbiological method and provide test data for the subsequent revision of the national standard method for pantothenic acid detection. Methods: The issues covering the determination of pantothenic acid by the national standard method were analyzed, and the key steps in the detection process, including bacterial solution preparation, pretreatment, and absorbance determination, were emphatically studied. Results: Lactobacillus plantarum from ATCC and CICC can be used to determine pantothenic acid. The best results were obtained by directly inoculating 80% bacterial solution concentration into the test tube, or adding 5 mL bacterial solution to 400 mL sterilization test medium. The results of direct extraction were higher than that of hydrolysis. The relative deviation of enzymole-plate and UV spectrophotometry was less than 5%. The recovery rate was 96.9%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.95%. Conclusion: The optimization of the key steps in the determination of pantothenic acid by microbiological method can simplify the operation process and improve the accuracy of the samples, and the optimized conditions can be used as a reference for the subsequent revision of the National standard method for pantothenic acid determination.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of enzyme extrusion on the structural and physicochemical properties of wheat starch. The mixture of α-amylase (0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1% and 2%) and wheat starch were prepared and then extruded. After extrusion, the structural and physiochemical properties of wheat starch were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and rapid viscosity analyzer (RVA). The results showed that no significant difference in bulk density were observed among all treatments (P>0.05). With the increase of enzyme concentration, the water absorption index was decreased, and the hydration index was gradually increased. The gelatinization degree of starch was largely increased after extrusion, which indicated that the starch was almost completely gelatinized. SEM images suggested that the structure of starch granules was completely destroyed and the more extensive destruction was observed with the addition of enzyme. XRD patterns indicated that the relative crystallinity decreased from 17.52% of the native starch to 10.29% of the extruded sample with 2% enzyme. A higher proportion of new energy generation will make the power grid show the characteristics of high impedance, low inertia, weak damping and low short circuit ratio. However, traditional double-fed wind power converter usually adopts current source control mode, which is difficult to adapt to the increasingly harsh operating environment of power grid. Therefore, this paper studies a voltage source control mode of double-fed wind power converter, compares its performance with current source converter control mode, and proposes a switching method between voltage source converter control mode and current source converter control mode in the case of high voltage ride-through and low voltage ride-through. Through real-time network voltage monitoring, the converter control modes of voltage source and current source can be smoothly switched. Simulation results show that the proposed control scheme has good steady-state and dynamic performance, and can adapt to the requirements of new energy grid-connection.

The rise of the 6G wireless communication provides a broader prospect for the development of virtual reality panoramic video.The tile-based panoramic video coding scheme can improve the viewing experience of 360° video under the same condition of network bandwidth.Tile partition affects the video transmission performance.Compared with small tiles,using large tiles can effectively improve coding efficiency,but it will cause more pixel overhead by transmitting a larger area to cover the viewport.The existing tile partition work is mainly designed for the rectangular viewport,but the projection of spherical video to a two-dimensional plane will stretch different areas of the viewport to varying degrees in practice.Deriving the pixel overhead associated with covering irregular viewport areas with rectangular tiles is more complicated.To address this challenge,a tile partitioning algorithm for the user's real viewport has been proposed in this paper.Firstly,the stretching distortion of the viewport caused by the projection format is analyzed,and the pixel overhead of the irregular viewport with different tile partition sizes is derived.Secondly,by trading off the pixel overhead and the coding efficiency of tiles with different granularity,an optimal tile partition scheme has been proposed for the panoramic video sequence.Finally,the proposed scheme is compared with the exhaustive search method for tile partition in the experiment,and the results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve almost the same transmission efficiency as the exhaustive search method with less computational complexity.

By utilizing four different types of typical compatibilizers and dicumyl peroxide (DCP), toughening modification was performed on the blend system of polylactic acid/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (PLA/ABS). The compatibility and crystallization properties of the blend system were characterized and tested through mechanical property tests, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the addition of compatibilizers could form a better dispersed "sea-island" phase structure in the blend system, with the tensile strength and impact strength increasing by up to 18.23% and 21.98%, respectively, although the crystallization capability decreased. With the addition of both compatibilizers and DCP, the phase structure of the blend system transformed into coexisting "sea-island" and "sea-sea" phases, with the maximum increases in tensile strength and impact strength of 47.99% and 86.64%, respectively. The compatibilizers and DCP synergistically enhanced the toughening effect on the blend system and improved its crystallization capability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this experiment, mung bean protein was enzymolyzed by alkaline protease, neutral protease, pepsin and trypsin, and the antioxidant capacity of the enzymolysis product was determined. The correlation between the enzymolysis product and the structural changes was investigated by combining Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, SDS-PAGE, circular dichromatography and amino acid analyzer, amino acid composition of the hydrolysates and the correlation between antioxidant activity and structure change were analyzed. The results showed that the 4 h neutral protease hydrolysates of mung bean protein had the strongest antioxidant capacity, with DPPH free radical scavenging rate and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate reaching 71.03% and 51.94%, TBARS value reaching 0.4045 mg/L and Fe2+ chelating rate reaching 52.31%. Combined with SDS-PAGE, FTIR and CD, it could be concluded that: The antioxidant capacity of mung bean protease hydrolysates was closely related to its molecular weight, secondary structure conformation and amino acid composition. Compared with mung bean protein, the α-helix structure content of mung bean protease hydrolysates increased by 4.12% and the β-fold structure content decreased by 19.99%. The antioxidant activity was closely related to the increase of α-helix content and the decrease of β-folding content. The hydrophobic amino acids and aromatic amino acids that affected antioxidant activity increased by 0.208 g/100 g and 0.207 g/100 g, respectively. The hydrophobic hydrolysates with lower molecular weight less than 10 kDa had better antioxidant activity. Based on the above results, it was confirmed that the activity of mung bean protease hydrolysate had high relation with α-spiral and β-fold.

The Ⅵ-22080 working face of Pingmei No.8 mine was selected as the research object. Through FLAC3D numerical simulation method, the stress evolution characteristics of the working face were analyzed, and the working face was divided into regions. The results show that the stress distribution of working face has a great difference under the joint influence of large spacing coal pillar of group Ⅳ coal seam and the coal seam mining of group Ⅴ coal seam. Stress concentration phenomenon is distributed in the whole haulage roadway, especially in the range of 150 m to 500 m from the outer entrance of the roadway. The maximum vertical stress of the roadway is 27.5 MPa, increased by 8 MPa. There is a pressure relief zone near the air-return roadway of the working face and the maximum pressure relief degree is 10 MPa. With the increase of stress, the fracture rate and permeability of coal decrease by 29 % and 64% respectively. In the high stress superimposed area, the gas pressure gradient increases, the permeability of coal body decreases, and the outburst risk increases. On the contrary, the permeability of coal seam in the pressure relief zone increases, and the outburst risk is smaller. According to the difference of outburst risk in different areas of working face, the working face can be divided into general outburst risk area, medium outburst risk area and severe outburst risk area.

When the misalignment angle is a large angle in the strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS), it is necessary to establish a nonlinear error model to estimate the error. Hence, an improved initial alignment method based on adaptive robust CKF algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the analysis results, SINS/GPS nonlinear error model is established. Secondly, in the view of observation gross errors and inaccurate noise statistical characteristics, adaptive robust CKF algorithm is designed. Finally, according to simulation analysis and experiment, adaptive robust CKF algorithm can augment the stability, improve filter estimation accuracy and convergence rate, which significantly improves the initial alignment ability of strapdown inertial navigation system at large azimuth misalignment angle.

Objective To detect the gene mutations in patients with Adenocarcinoma at esophagogastric junction(AEG) and to analyze the effect of Involucrin (IVL) mutation on the biological function of tumor cells. Methods Whole exome sequencing was performed on cancerous and paired adjacent normal tissues from 22 AEG patients in Shanxi province. IVL was selected for further investigation of mutation sites. Esophagus cancer data from TCGA were divided into three groups based on IVL mutations. Differentially-expressed genes were screened and proceeded via Gene Ontology (GO) annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis. Cell proliferation and migration assays were performed to evaluate the effect of over-expression of IVL on KYSE 150 cells. Mutant IVL oligopeptides were synthesized and used to evaluate the binding activity with TGase1. Results Five IVL mutation sites were identified in 22 AEG. GO annotation indicated that these mutations were related to the epithelial differentiation and activity of cell differentiation regulation. KEGG analysis demonstrates that IVL mutations are associated with cAMP signaling pathway. IVL over-expression inhibits the proliferation and migration of esophageal cancer cells(P＜0.05). In addition, Q439H mutant IVL oligopeptides shows lower binding affinity to TGase1 than wild-type oligopeptides. Conclusions The seventh amino acid mutation in IVL repeat motif does weaken IVL binding to TGase1. This mutation may affect tumor-related biological processes and signaling pathways.

As a life sensitive device, aluminum electrolytic capacitor degrades its parameters to a certain extent with the passage of time, which will inevitably affect the life of electronic board, so it is very important to study its degradation law and life characteristics. Starting from the structure and degradation mechanism of aluminum electrolytic capacitor, this paper designs an accelerated degradation test with temperature as the accelerated sensitive stress, uses the accelerated degradation data for life prediction, and gives a top-down design direction for extending the life of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. From the perspective of the demand for repair according to condition, a method for predicting the remaining life of aluminum electrolytic capacitors based on BP neural network is proposed. The source of prediction data can be field measured data or accelerated test data. By comparing the degradated capacitance predicted by BP neural network with the measured data of the degradation test and the predicted value of the least squares linear fitting of the experimental data, the results show that the prediction error of capacitance based on the BP neural network is within 3%, while the predicted value of the least squares linear fitting is around 6%, which verifies the superiority of the BP neural network life prediction algorithm, and provides strong support for development and application of the subsequent on-line monitoring technology of board level capacitors.

Objective: This study aimed to the optimize infrared drying process of Hami-melon slices and improve quality and efficiency. Methods: Using ultrasonic treatment as a pretreatment method, the effects of drying temperature, slice thickness and ultrasonic treatment time on drying time, color difference value and vitamin C content were studied, and the drying time, quality and microstructure of the products were compared with those without ultrasonic treatment. Results: The optimal process parameters of ultrasonic pretreatment for infrared drying of Hami-melon slices were drying temperature 61 ℃, slice thickness 6 mm and ultrasonic treatment time 15 min. Under the control of these conditions, the drying time was 115 min, the color difference value was 13.79, and the vitamin C content was 112.1 mg/100 g. Compared with the untreated products, the drying time was shortened by 45.24%, the color difference was reduced by 13.38%, and the vitamin C content was increased by 16.71%. The microstructure showed that ultrasonic waves caused the expansion and contraction of the internal tissue of Hami-melon slices, and the structure was multi-channel. Conclusion: Ultrasonic treatment can be used as a pretreatment method to improve the infrared drying of Hami-melon slices, thereby improve the quality and efficiency of the drying process.

In this paper, a two-step hot air and microwave drying method was used to dry Porphyra, and the drying process was optimized. Taking the total drying time of Porphyra, the contents of protein and total sugar in dried Porphyra as indexes, the optimal drying process was obtained by using central composite design, model fitting by either quadratic polynomial or neural network, and genetic algorithm optimization. The results showed that the total drying time for sequential hot air drying(first) and microwave drying(later) was shorter than that for sequential microwave drying and hot air drying. In the case of sequential hot air drying(first) and microwave drying(later), the total drying time required to reduce the moisture content to 0.1 g/g DM was the shortest (62.5±1.4 min), if the hot air drying temperature and time were 65 ℃ and 1 h, and the subsequent microwave power was 400 W. Comparing the contents of protein and total sugar in dried Porphyra obtained under the optimal process conditions of the two drying methods, the quality of dried Porphyra obtained by sequential hot air drying(first) and microwave drying(later) was better than sequential microwave drying(first) and hot air drying(later). A highest protein content of 68.82±1.46 mg/g DM was obtained, when the hot air drying temperature and time were 48 ℃ and 3 h, and the subsequent microwave power was 240 W. Moreover, if the samples were first air dried at 65 ℃ for 2 h and then microwave processed at 240 W to the end, the total sugar content was the highest (124.72±7.17 mg/g DM). Generally, the sequential hot air drying(first) and microwave drying(later) would be suitable for the dehydration of Porphyra in terms of drying time and product quality.

In order to understand the effect of air-borne ultrasound on the catabolic pathway of glucosinolates in broccoli florets during air drying, the drying property, contents of key components (glucosinolates, sulforaphane, ascorbic acid, Fe2+ and phenolic acids), myrosinase activity and antioxidant capacity in vitro in broccoli florets during air drying at 60 oC coupled with air-borne ultrasound (20 kHz, 125.2 and 180.1 W/dm2) were analyzed. The results showed that air-borne sonication accelerated the drying process. The drying times were shortened by 11.1% and 17.8% under sonication at 125.2 and 180.1 W/dm2, respectively. Meanwhile, glucobrassicin content and myrosinase activity increased during ultrasound-intensified air drying. In the end of drying, the contents of glucobrassicin and sulforaphane as well as myrosinase activity in ultrasound-treated samples at 180.1 W/dm2 were 10.7%, 26.0% and 15.2% higher than those in samples dried without sonication, respectively. Reversely, sonicated samples at 180.1 W/dm2 possessed 8.1% less amount of Fe2+ than only air-dried samples after drying. The results implied that ultrasound treatment alleviated the interference of Fe2+ on the enzymatic degradation of glucosinolates, as well as promoted the degradation of glucoraphanin to sulforaphane. Besides, air-borne sonication had no significant influence on the contents of ascorbic acid and phenolic acids, and antioxidant capacity in vitro of broccoli under air drying. This study demonstrated that air-borne ultrasound assisted-air drying could not only speed up the drying process of broccoli florets, but also promote the conversion of glucoraphanin and preserve the bioactive components in certain aspects.

This study aimed to enhance α-amylase-catalyzed hydrolysis of corn starch via moderate electric field (MEF). The effect of MEF intensity, frequency, buffer concentration, and enzyme-solution ratio on enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency was investigated by using reducing sugar content as index. The structural and thermal properties of hydrolyzed starch were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Results suggested that the hydrolysis efficiency was highly dependent on the electric field intensity, buffer concentration, and enzyme-solution ratio, but showed no significant change with increasing frequency. At MEF intensities lower than 5 V/cm, starch experienced a mild hydrolysis, the hydrolysates remained the granular and crystal structure as native starch, and the thermal stability slightly decreased. As MEF intensity increased, extensive hydrolysis happened, starch granules was broken into pieces, the crystallization peak gradually disappeared, the relative crystallinity decreased, the gelatinization temperature initially increased but then increased, and the thermal stability significantly decreased.

The HI-13 tandem accelerator, located at the Beijing Tandem Accelerator National Laboratory, has been in operation for 35 years. To ensure the continued performance of the accelerator, the operation and maintenance team has prioritized focus on various aspects. The operation team conducted research that involved developing key components, cultivating a high-quality operational team, improving the machine time efficiency, and increasing the participation of users outside the China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE). The primary emphasis has been on developing key components and upgrading subsystems. These efforts have successfully maintained and improved the accelerator's performance, ensuring its safe and stable operation. Finally, the paper alse discusses the challenges faced by tandem accelerators and presents future development plans.
