"Objective To investigate the correlation between spot sign (SS) on energy computed tomography angiography (CTA) and the risk of hematoma enlargement (HE) in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods A total of 115 patients with HICH admitted to Luzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to September 2022 were included. All patients received conventional treatment for intracerebral hemorrhage, and during hospitalization, they were divided into enlarged group and non-enlarged group according to whether HE occurred. Demographic data, clinical characteristics, and laboratory examination data were analyzed, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors associated with HE. Results Among the 115 patients with HICH, 41 had HE as the enlarged group, while 74 did not have HE as the non-enlarged group. Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in general information between the two groups (P＞0.05); CTA SS score was higher in the enlarged group than that in the non-enlarged group, and the proportion of SS occurring in mixed arterial phase and delayed fusion phase, as well as irregular hematoma shape, was higher than those in the non-enlarged group. The volume of hematoma on initial CT was larger in the enlarged group than that in the non-enlarged group (P＜0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that SS score (OR=23.703, 95%CI: 1.336-420.556), hematoma volume (OR=1.618, 95%CI: 1.090-2.399), occurrence of SS in mixed arterial phase (OR=2.198, 95%CI: 1.164-4.152), and delayed fusion phase (OR=2.553, 95%CI: 1.363-4.781) were independent risk factors for HE (P＜0.05). Conclusion The volume of hematoma on initial CT, CTA SS score, and occurrence of SS in mixed arterial phase and delayed fusion phase are related to the occurrence of HE in patients with HICH."

Objective: To study the application of phase change energy storage in peak-shifting of cold storage electricity, and propose a more effective encapsulation structure for the cold storage plate. Methods: Multiple phase change cold storage plate encapsulation structures were designed for the frozen goods cold storage, and corresponding numerical models were established. Through numerical simulations, the solidification and melting cooling processes of different encapsulated cold storage plates were tested at standard temperatures （-18 ℃）. The similarities and differences between flat and concave-convex cold storage plates were compared, and the impact of different cold storage plates on temperature fluctuations within the storage was analyzed. Results: Among the three special types of cold storage plates, the 30~75 mm size had the best cold storage capacity. It stored 36.23% more cold during an eight-hour energy storage process than the flat type energy storage plate. In addition, the cooling capacity of the concave-convex encapsulated cold storage plate was also better than that of the flat encapsulated cold storage plate, making the temperature inside the cold storage more uniform. Conclusion: The concave-convex encapsulated phase change cold storage board designed in this study can play a more effective role in the peak-shifting of cold storage electricity, stabilize the temperature within the storage, and reduce energy consumption.

Objective: The preventive and therapeutic effects of the aqueous extract of Ficus pumila on COPD model rats were observed and its mechanism was also discussed. Methods: COPD model was established by intratracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide and smoking. Using the pulmonary function test, the level of related inflammatory factors detection in the BALF by ELISA, the blood gas analysis and HE staining for lung pathological observation. Results: The results showed that the indexes of the model rats were consistent with the pathological characteristic of COPD. The model group animals had obvious airflow obstruction, while the high dose of F. pumila aqueous extract group could significantly increase the levels of FVC, Fev0.3, PEF, Fev0.3/FVC （P2 and CO2 in the lungs of the model rats; At the same time, the high dosage of Ficus pumila aqueous extract can significantly improve the pulmonary ventilation function of COPD, and the effect was better than positive drug. This paper introduces the working principle of electronic nose via two key elements including gas sensor array and signal processing. The applications of electronic nose in adulteration identification and quality analysis of edible oil, dairy products, beverage, meat, spices, and other foods are reviewed. The operations and analytical principle of electronic nose for food adulteration are clarified, and the successful applications of electronic nose as well as the shortcomings are discussed.

ObjectiveTo identify whether the relationship between Zhang A, Zhang B, Zhang C and Zhang X is the half-sibling relationship whose mother is sister （hereinafter referred to as the special half-sibling relationship） or the common first cousin relationship and discuss the application of ITO method in discriminating the special kinship.MethodsDNA was extracted from blood stain of four identified individuals, PowerPlex® 21 System and AGCU 21+1 STR kit were used to detect autosomal STR genetic markers. Investigator® Argus X-12 QS kit was used to detect the X chromosome STR genetic markers, the special half-sibling index （SHSI） and first cousin index （FCI） and their likelihood ratio （LR） were calculated by ITO method.ResultsThe LR results of SHSI to FCI, which were calculated based on autosomal STR genotyping and the analysis of X-STR genotyping results suggested that the relationship between Zhang A, Zhang B, Zhang C and Zhang X was inclined to be a special half-sibling relationship.ConclusionFor the identification of special kinship, it is necessary to comprehensively apply various genetic markers according to the case. After the conclusion that shared alleles cannot be excluded from the analysis, ITO method can be further used to establish discriminant assumptions according to the specific case to obtain objective and reliable identification opinions.

BACKGROUND Compared with zircon U-Pb dating, monazite has more advantages in the dating of some metamorphic rocks or highly differentiated rocks. However, the U-Th-Pb isotopic dating of monazite has been limited, because of high Th concentration (commonly>7%), many mineral inclusions, and rare dating standard samples. Previous research on LA-ICP-MS U-Th-Pb dating of monazite mainly focused on laser parameters, and lacked attention on ICP-MS conditions. OBJECTIVES To find suitable experimental LA-ICP-MS monazite dating conditions. METHODS Using 193nm ArF excimer laser ablation system and Agilent 7500a inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer, laser parameters (laser beam spot diameter and laser frequency) and ICP-MS parameters(dwelling time of 232Th) were investigated. The laser beam spot diameter was set to 24μm, 16μm and 10μm, and the laser frequency was set to 3Hz, 4Hz and 5Hz. The dwelling time of 232Th was set to 10ms, 6ms, 3ms and 1ms for U-Th-Pb dating. Finally, the monazite sample RW-1 was used as the standard sample to calibrate the monazite sample Bananeira. RESULTS It was suitable for monazite dating when the beam spot diameter was 16μm, the dwelling time of 232Th was 3ms or 1ms, the energy density was 4J/cm2, the laser frequency was 5Hz, the carrier gas (He) flow rate was 0.35L/min, and the carrier gas (Ar) flow rate was 0.95L/min. Under these conditions, Bananeira's weighted average ages of 207Pb/235U were 510.7±8.6Ma (MSWD=0.87), and 513.8±5.7Ma (MSWD=0.38), which were consistent with the recommended age of 507.7±1.3Ma with respective errors of 0.59% and 1.20%. 208Pb/232Th weighted average ages were 496.9±8.6Ma (MSWD=0.596) and 499.8±5.6Ma (MSWD=0.37), which were consistent with the recommended age of 497.6±1.6Ma, with respective errors of 0.14% and 0.44%. The 207Pb/235U weighted average age of Huangshan sample HS-1 was 128.3±2.4Ma (MSWD=0.73), which were close to the zircon age of 127.0±2.1Ma (MSWD=0.93) in the Huangshan area. CONCLUSIONS The optimal laser and ICP-MS conditions are suitable for monazite U-Th-Pb isotopic age determination.

Artificial intelligence (AI) methods have made great success in predicting chemical properties and bioactivity of drug molecules in the Bioinformatics field.Neural network gains wide applications in the process of drug discovery.However,the shallow neural network (SNN) gives lower accuracy while deep neural networks (DNN) are easy to be overfitting.Model ensembling is expected to further improve the predictive performance of weak learners in traditional machine learning methods.Therefore,it is the first time to apply model ensembling strategy to predict the properties of drug molecules.By encoding molecular structures,the combination strategies,averaging,and stacking methods are adopted to increase predicting accuracy of pKa of drug molecules.Compared with DNN,the stacking strategy presents the best predictive accuracy and the Pearson coefficient reaches to 0.86.Ensembling weak learners of the neural networks can reproduce the accuracy of DNN while keeping the satisfied generalization ability.The results show that ensembling method can increase the predictive accuracy and reliability.

Bio-based gallic acid epoxy resin(GAER)was prepared by gallic acid as main raw material. Nano-ZnO surface modification by KH-550 was used to prepare KH550-nano-ZnO. In addition, it was combined with the bio gallic acid epoxy resin(GAER), GAER/KH550-nano-ZnO composite coating was prepared by using succinic anhydride as curing agent. The changes of microstructure before and after modification of nano-ZnO were characterized. The curing process of succinic anhydride/GAER system was studied by differential scanning calorimeter. The effects of the KH550-nano-ZnO content on the mechanical properties, the thermal properties, dynamic mechanical properties and the antibacterial properties of the coating film were tested. The results show that the addition of proper amount of KH550-nano-ZnO can increase the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the system and improve the impact resistance of coating surface. The hardness and thermal stability of the coating are increased and the adhesion is decreased with the increased content of KH550-nano-ZnO. The initial thermal decomposition temperature (T5%) of the composite coating is higher 12.6-15.4℃ than that of pure GAER. When the content of KH550-nano-ZnO is 2%(mass fraction), the Tg is increased by 30.7℃ compared with pure GAER resin. The anti-bacterial rate of the KH550-nano-ZnO/GAER cured coating to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reaches 99.99%.

Silver clad aluminum composite wire, which combines the high electrical conductivity of silver-coated metal, good welding performance, and low density, has wide application prospects in aerospace and other fields. The preparation of silver clad aluminum bars with high surface quality and good combination of interfaces is an important step in the preparation of silver clad aluminum wire with excellent performance. Continuous casting composite forming is a short, high-efficiency material-forming process, which provides methods for the preparation of silver clad aluminum. The boundary conditions of the vertical continuous casting process of silver clad aluminum composite rod that has a diameter of 20 mm and cladding ratio of 50% were established through finite element numerical simulation using the ProCAST software and corresponding experiments. The effect of each process parameter on continuous composite casting was analyzed, based on which the optimized control method was obtained. A silver clad aluminum composite rod with high surface quality and excellent bonding interface was prepared on the basis of the simulation results. The length of the core tube and the speed of continuous casting are considered to be the most important factors affecting the formation process. The length of the core tube is assumed to affect the contact temperature and time of the aluminum liquid and silver tube at the end of the core tube, and result in the variation of the relative position of the solid-liquid interface of the aluminum. The interface reaction is severe when the core tube is too short. Conversely, significant cold separation occurs in aluminum because of the high cooling intensity when length of the core tube is too large. The actual casting temperature increases with the high continuous casting speed, which can be attributed to the reduction in the distance between solid-liquid interface and the outlet of the core tube for silver and the increase for aluminum. The increase in aluminum casting temperature and reduction in the flow rate of cooling water are found to have a similar effect to that of the increase in continuous casting speed. A series of optimized casting parameters was obtained in this study, i.e., length of the core tube 30 mm, the casting speed is 37-67 mm·min-1, the casting temperature of silver is in the range between 1225℃ and 1325℃, casting temperature of aluminum is 800℃, and the flow rate of cooling water is 300 L·h-1.

Copper-clad aluminum wires are extensively applied in aerospace, telecommunications, national defense industry, and other fields, because of the combined advantages of the excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, and low contact resistance of copper and the low density, corrosion resistance, and low costs of aluminum. In this study, a composite wire with high interfacial bonding quality was obtained by hot rotary swaging, which can be utilized in manufacturing to achieve high efficiency and high quality because of its feature of the large single-pass deformation. The processed wire was then prepared by drawing into micro-wires, and given this, a simple, inexpensive, and highly efficient method for preparing micro-wires was developed in this study. Copper-clad aluminum wires with a diameter of φ65 μm, uniformly thick coating, glossy surface, and good interfacial bonding were prepared by the hot rotary swaging-drawing method. The rotary swaging parameters and the microstructure and interfacial bonding of the composite wire were studied, and the effects of drawing and intermediate annealing on its microstructure and properties were discussed. The results show that the reasonable swaging parameters are 350℃ swaging temperature with 40% single-pass deformation. After the rotary swaging, dynamic recrystallization microstructures and interface diffusion layer with thickness of 0.7 μm are formed. The optimum annealing parameter is 350℃/30 min (350℃ annealing temperature with 30 min annealing time), under which the elongation reaches 35.7%, the thickness of interface diffusion layer is 2.1 μm, and the copper layer and the aluminum core are recrystallized with the formation of equiaxed grains. When the annealing temperature exceeds 350℃, copper and aluminum grains and the interface layer thickness increase, which will lead to a lower wire elongation. A wire of φ0.96 mm is fabricated by a 15%-20% single-pass deformation, and then the φ65 μm diameter wire is manufactured by an 8%-15% single-pass deformation without annealing. In the drawing process, 〈111〉 silk texture appears in the copper layer and the aluminum core.

To improve lubrication during the hot extrusion of titanium alloys, a new type of glass lubricant based on phosphate glass, SiO2, and NaCl was prepared. The viscosity-temperature curve of the lubricant with different composition ratios was determined from an extrusion experiment. Corrosion by the lubricant of a titanium alloy under high temperature was analyzed via scanning electron microscope. The heat transfer characteristics between the titanium alloy and die steel was studied using heat transfer coefficient measurement equipment. The results show that the viscosity of the glass lubricant, with a mass ratio of phosphate, SiO2, and NaCl of 70:20:10, varies slightly between 600℃ and 900℃, ranging from 1.3×105 to 9.4×105 Pa·s. This is beneficial to improvements in the extrusion and lubrication of titanium alloys. When the contact time between the new glass lubricant and the titanium alloy is not more than 3 min at 950℃, the new glass lubricant shows little corrosion on the surface of the titanium alloy, and serves the function of removing the original oxide layer on the alloy surface. High-temperature corrosion of the titanium alloy surface increases gradually with an increase in contact time. When the initial temperatures of the TA15 titanium alloy and H13 die steel are 900 and 400℃ respectively and the final thickness of the new glass lubricant is approximately 0.1 mm, the heat transfer coefficient between the titanium alloy and die steel increases from 185 to 1714 W·m-2·s-1 with an increase in contact time. In a traditional silicate glass lubricant, used in the hot extrusion of titanium alloys, the heat transfer coefficient increases from 286 to 2025 W·m-2·s-1. This demonstrates that the proposed glass lubricant exhibits better thermal barrier properties at high temperatures than the traditional one.

HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 10 flavonoid compounds in different parts of sweet sorghum, and the antioxidant activity of total flavonoid extracts was evaluated. The total flavonoid extracts were prepared from mature seeds, stems, and the whole plant of sweet sorghum cultivar Longtianliang No. 2. HPLC was employed to simultaneously determine the content of catechin, apigenin, quercetin, rutin, kaempferol, hesperidin, naringin, hyperoside, luteolin, and maysin content in different parts of total flavonoid extracts. The results showed that the 10 flavonoid compounds exhibited good linearity with peak area within their respective linear ranges, with R² ranging from 0.998 4 to 0.999 9. The average recovery rates were between 95.0% and 105.8%, and the RSD was in the range of 1.03% to 2.86%. The antioxidant activity assays revealed that the total flavonoid extracts from different parts of sweet sorghum had a certain scavenging capacity against hydroxyl radical, superoxide anions radical, DPPH free radical, and ABTS+ free radical, and the scavenging rate at different concentrations was in the order of seeds > whole plant > stem. At a concentration of 1.00 g/L, where the DPPH free radical scavenging rate of seed total flavonoid extract exceeded that of VC and BHT. Correlation analysis indicated a positive correlation between the content of total flavonoid extracts and the scavenging rates of different free radicals, as well as the FRAP. The study demonstrates that the developed HPLC method is simple and provides accurate results, suitable for the determination of flavonoid content in sweet sorghum. The methyl acryloyloxy propyl silsesquioxane(MAP-POSS) was prepared by hydrolysis condensation of KH-570, and composing free radical-cationic hybrid UV curing system with the unsaturated epoxy resin. The changes of characteristic absorption peak in the curing process was characterized by using infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the influence of MAP-POSS content on the surface water contact angle, silicon elements distribution, mechanical properties and thermal performance of UV-cured film was investigated. The results show that with the addition of MAP-POSS the crosslinking degree, hydrophobicity, thermal stability and glass transition temperature(Tg) of the film are improved. When the content of MAP-POSS is 12% (mass fraction, the same below), Tg is increased by 16.9℃. When the MAP-POSS content is 15%, the water contact angle of film is increased from 58.0° to 94.2°. The impact strength is improved firstly and then decreased with the addition of MAP-POSS.

A copper/titanium bimetallic composite pipe with high interfacial bonding quality was manufactured by the high-temperature rotary swaging forming, and then was processed by the floating-plug drawing process. The forming ability of drawing process and the effect of drawing process on the microstructure and properties of the product were mainly investigated. The results show that the floating plug drawing, especially the wall-reduction drawing, has a great destructive effect on the bonding interface of the pipe, which results in that it is difficult to carry out multi-pass continuous drawing, and single pass drawing volume should not reach over 30%. The annealing at 575℃ for 70 min has little effect on the diffusion of interfacial elements, but it can reduce the work hardening and residual stress. This process makes the pipe's average peel strength increase from 7. 8 N·mm-1 (worked state) to 17. 1 N·mm-1 (annealed state), which considerably improves the subsequent drawing performance of the pipe. A reasonable drawing forming process for the copper/titanium composite pipe was made based on the strict control of drawing wall-reduction, and a capillary size pipe with an excellent bonding property was successfully prepared.

To overcome the defects of the depth estimation of buried structures by the empirical method, a new method to estimate the depth based on the reflected waveform characteristics of buried targets was put forward by extracting few points from the reflected waveform. Accuracy analysis was performed in consideration of waveform distortion. The resuhs show that on ideal undistorted ground penetrating radar (GPR) data, the proposed method is accurate in estimating the depth and the horizontal position of buried targets, as well as the electromagnetic wave speed. An average error of 55.202% occurs in depth estimation based on distorted waveform data even though the estimation result of wave speed is accurate as before. So the method is corrected to confirm the depth of buried targets using the estimated wave speed and the two-way travel time of the reflected wave from the structures when facing distorted GPR data, and the accuracy of estimation satisfies the requirements of the GPR method. This method is more satisfactory and robust compared with the empirical method.

Objective To explore the effect and changes in osteogenesis efficacy of CHA (Coral hydroxyapatite) com⁃ posite grafts with fluoride in guided bone augmentation on rabbit skull. Methods Twenty ⁃ four rabbits were studied. Y500R CHA composite grafts contained fluoride and titanium cylinders were prepared. Two titanium cylinders on the test group's rabbit skull were filled with composite grafts contain fluoride and non⁃fluoride grafts were filled in the control group. Cyclomycin and calcein were injected, After 2, 4 and 6 weeks, the animals were sacrificed to obtain ground sec⁃ tions for histology and histomorphometry. The general observation and area of highly fluorescent band of new bone forma⁃ tion was measured after sample treatment. Results Significantly more neogenesis bone was augmented in the test groups than the control group. The osteoplastic effect in the test group more athletic. The experimental data had statistical signifi⁃ cance (F = 6.36, P = 0.019 3). Conclusion Low concentration (1.0 × 10⁃7 mol/L ～ 5.0 × 10⁃5 mol/L) fluoride can pro⁃ mote bone formation effectively.

Based on the meshing theory of ZC1 worm gear pair,the tooth surface contact parameters are analyzed by using MATLAB.The results show that the axial module,center distance,lead angle,radius of arc tooth profile of grinding wheel have great influence on tooth surface contact parameters.In general,the center distance is selected in the beginning of design,so the axial module,lead angle,radius of arc tooth profile of grinding wheel are selected as design variable.For improving the meshing performance of worm gear pair,taking the induced normal curvature and lubrication angle as objective function,and combining with the constraints of top thickness of worm,top thickness of worm wheel and undercutting,the optimum mathematical model is established.The improved particle swarm algorithm is adopted as optimization algorithm and the results show that the optimized lubrication angle is larger and induced normal curvature is smaller.The meshing performance of worm gear pair is improved effectively.

This paper proposes a novel rotating interferometer-based algorithm for parameter estimation of nearfield source. The algorithm exploits the rotation of a single long baseline interferometer and the integration operation of the phase to unwrap the phase ambiguity. Thus the contradiction between the maximal unambiguous angle and the direction finding accuracy in the single baseline interferometer can be efficiently eliminated in the near-field source scenario. The algorithm can obtain the closed form solutions of the elevation and azimuth angles as well as range estimations for near-field source with two receiving sensors. It avoids the construction of high-order cumulant matrices and multi-dimension search. Simultaneously, it alleviates the requirment for multi-baseline channel consistency. Compared with the conventional double long baselines interferometer method, the proposed algorithm achieves higher parameter estimation accuracy and better performance in ambiguity resolution. Moreover, the proposed algorithm enjoys a simple structure, which is easy to be implemented in engineering application. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed algorithm.

Thickness analysis of tin coating on metal by Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) is affected by the laser pulse energy and its stability. A method has been proposed for quick measurement of thickness of tin coating on metal using a self-made picosecond laser ablation system coupled with Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry. Laser ablation was carried out using pulse energy of 12 μJ and defocus distance of 625 μm. Time resolved spectra (TRS) of 118Sn and measured isotopes of the main elements in substrate were acquired, the time of ablation of zinc coating was gained according to the relationship of these TRS, the ablation rate was calculated by thickness standard sheet, and thickness of tin coating could be measured quickly. Ablation rate of tin coating was 88 nm/pulse and depth solution was 0.40 μm. The thickness standard sheet and practical sample, including tinplate with paint coating and tinned stainless steel strip, were analyzed by this method. The maximum deviation between the found values and the certified values was 0.5 μm. This method avoids the instability of ablation rate which results in the change of ablation amounts of one pulse. This method improves the accuracy and is suitable for the thickness measurement of metal coating of different types, and could be used in fields such as life sciences, archaeology, environment, and judicial expertise.

There are uncertainty information, experience accumulation and reuse in operation plan design, and the trade-off between relativity and diversity in operation plan recommendation. An operational plan recommendation method considering relativity and diversity under uncertain information is proposed. Firstly, the rough set theory is integrated into the best-worst method (BWM) to weight each combat capability attribute. Secondly, the relativity between operational plan and mission requirements under uncertain information and the diversity calculation model between operational plan are given. Then, a determinant point process (DPP) model is proposed to balance relativity and diversity. On this basis, greedy maximum a posterior (MAP) inference algorithm and greedy Trade-off inference algorithm are given to obtain the best recommended subset of operational plan. It analyzes the case of the 03 neighborhood in Shenzhen Qianhai 19th unit based on the grounded theory. The results condense the three-dimensional core connotation of "object-process-organization" of the overall development level of the neighborhood and analyze the key features, namely sharing, coordination, systemic, efficient, people-oriented, and "government-market" duality. The experiment was to study the effect of selenium-enriched biological feed on growth performance and slaughter performance of beef cattle. Thirty healthy beef cattle with an average body weight about 330 kg were randomly divided into two groups, which were control group and test group, with 15 cattle in each group. The control group was not supplemented with selenium-enriched biological feed, while the experimental group was supplemented with selenium-enriched biological feed. The experiment lasted for 22 w. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of beef cattle in test group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The live weight before slaughter, carcass weight, slaughter rate, net meat weight and eye muscle area of beef cattle in test group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The selenium content in beef spine and rump of test group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), which was 0.148 4 and 0.158 2 mg/kg, respectively. The experiment indicates that adding selenium enriched biological feed can improve the growth performance and meat production performance of beef cattle, and can increase the deposition amount of selenium in different muscle tissues. The study aimed to evaluate the production performance and quality of different forage sorghum varieties (lines) in the semi-arid area of Linxia, Gansu Province. The production performance and nutrient content of seven forage sorghum varieties (lines) were compared and their comprehensive performance was evaluated by subordinate function values analysis. The results showed that NX-4264 had the highest plant height and internode number, Longtian Liang No. 2 had the highest stem diameter, manatee had the highest effective tiller number and total plant leaf number, and Longtian Liang No.1 had the highest fresh weight per plant, leaf fresh weight per plant and stem fresh weight per plant. The yield of fresh grass and dry matter was the highest in Longtian Liang No. 1, reaching 164.11 and 32.46 t/hm², respectively. The CP content of manatee was 11.88%, which was extremely higher than that of other varieties (P<0.01). The NDF and ADF of Longtian Liang No. 2 were 56.57% and 31.52%, respectively, which were extremely lower than those of other varieties (P<0.01). The evaluation rank of subordinate function values analysis for the content of CP, NDF, ADF, TDN and the dry matter yield of each variety (line) was Longtianliang No.2>Longtianliang No.1>Monster>Longcao No. 1>Big Kahuna>NX-D-61>NX-4264. The experiment indicates that Longtianliang No. 1, Longtianliang No. 2 and Monster have good adaptability, high forage yield, and high forage value, which can be used as suitable forage sorghum to promote planting in the area. On the basis of the laboratory, the environmental friendly gold leaching process was successfully applied directly to the actual production on site, and further optimized on the basis of the original cyanidation gold leaching process, cancelled cyanide removal process, ensured the safety of surrounding waters and environment. The equipment of adsorption tank for overflow water of thicker was added, and the treatment capacity is increased from 500 t/d to 620 t/d. The dosing point was optimized, and the final process index is : grinding fineness of -74 µm account for 90%-94%, the pulp pH value 11-12, the pulp concentration 40%-42%, dosage of environmental friendly leaching agent 520 g/t and the ore grade 5.76 g/t, the leaching rate reached 93.38% and the production cost is further controlled. The total cost of main material, power and personnel is reduced from 159.04 RMB yuan/t of the original design to 70.92 RMB yuan/t, and the cost is saved by 88.12 RMB yuan/t. The first pod height is a key indicator of soybean varieties suitable for mechanical harvest. Varieties with lower first pod height may cause part of the plant to be cut or missed during mechanical harvesting, resulting in total yield loss. Therefore, the candidate genes related to the first pod high traits in soybean is very important for soybean mechanization breeding. In this study, the Inclusive Composite Interval Mapping (ICIM) method was used to map the QTLs of soybean first pod height traits for 208 chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSL), and obtained 9 QTLs related to soybean first pods height which were distributed on 8 linkage groups. Combined with the BSA resequencing results, QTLs related to soybean first pod height were mapped to 1.1Mb on the C1 linkage group and 0.05Mb on the L linkage group, and gene annotation was performed. Through gene annotation database and informatics analysis, five candidate genes related to soybean first pod height were obtained in two consensus QTL intervals. These results provided theoretical basis for fine QTL mapping of soybean first pod height and selective breeding of mechanized high-quality and high-yield soybean varieties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Productivity is low and unstable in dryland farms of central Gansu, Northwest China. Conservational tillage is an important way for the sustainable development of agriculture. The effects of different tillage measures on soil moisture infiltration, evaporation, crop yield and water use efficiency (WUE) were investigated in this study based on a long-term experiment since 2001 in Long-zhong. There were six treatments, i.e. conventional tillage with no straw (T), no-till with straw cover (NTS), no-till with no straw cover (NT), conventional tillage with straw incorporated (TS), conventional tillage with plastic mulch (TP), and no-till with plastic mulch (NTP), with annual rotation of spring wheat and pea. The results showed that compared with T, soil bulk density of NTS decreased and total porosity of soil increased significantly in wheat and pea land. Compared with conventional tillage, conservation tillage reduced soil infiltration rate in 0-5 cm in the pea field by 56.2%. Conservational tillage significantly increased soil saturated water conductivity in both wheat and pea lands. Compared with T, the saturated water conductivity in NTS was significantly increased by 52.8%-107.1%. Conservational tillage significantly reduced soil evaporation during growing season. Compared with T, the evapotranspiration of NTP, TP and NTS was significantly reduced by 14.4%-50.8%. The soil evaporation after rain was also decreased. Conservational tillage improved crop yield and water use efficiency by 9.5%-62.8% and 0.4%-50.9%, respectively. Com straw, rice straw and wheat straw were chosen as the substrates, and the effect of lime pretreatment time and temperature were comparatively examined by determination of the enzymatic transformation ratio. Results showed the yield of reducing sugar of wheat straw and rice straw could reach 60.38% and 46.77% respectively after lime pretreatment of 2h at the temperature of 90 °C. In contrast, corn straw needed more higher pretreated temperature of 121 °C for 1 h, whose yield of reducing sugar reached 56.82%. Wheat straw was more suitable for the pretreatment using lime. Further microstructural analysis of the straw samples was investigated by infrared spectrum, results showed that lime pretreatment could significantly degrade lignin in wheat straw. The selective degradation of lignin promoted the destruction of the spatial structure barrier of lignocellulosic macromolecules, retained more cellulose for later enzymatic saccharification, and improved straw enzymatic saccharification efficiency. To identify the low nitrogen tolerance of Dongxiang wild rice (DXWR) and its progenies, ten phenotypic traits including plant height ( PH), heading day ( HD), panicle length (PL), number of effective tillers per plant (NETP), number of filled grains per panicle (NFGP), number of grains per panicle (NGP), grain density (GD), spikelet fertility (SF), 1000-grain mass (TGM) and grain yield per plant (GYP) were studied under normal and low nitrogen treatments, using backcross inbred lines (BILs) of Xieqingzao B/ / DXWR/ Xieqingzao B in BC1 F12. Comprehensive evaluation on the low nitrogen tolerance of the BILs population was conducted using principal component analysis and the subordinate function. The evaluation results indicated that the low nitrogen tolerance of the line 116, 143 and 157 was the strongest, which could be served as the intermediate materials for genetic studies on the low nitrogen tolerance of DXWR and breeding for the low nitrogen tolerance in rice. The optimal regression equation of the low nitrogen tolerance in rice was established using stepwise regression analysis. The relative values of five traits including PH, NGP, SF, TGM and GYP were screened out and could be used as comprehensive evaluation indices for the low nitrogen tolerance in the whole growth stage. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the relative values of these five traits, especially for NGP and GYP, in the genetic improvement of the low nitrogen tolerance in rice. According to the deficiency in simulation of water pollution transport, adopting the complexity theory, this paper formed a water quality triangle infinitesimal according to the multi-scale decomposition of watercourse. It built the complex agent model with adsorption behavior, self-purification behavior, settlement behavior, volatilization behavior, plug-flow beha-vior, diffusion behavior and evolution behavior. It optimized the calculation power resource of agent by the high performance computing technology, and implemented the contaminant transportation simulation by taking the emergence of multiple agents as a character, and displayed in the digital earth. In order to promote the safe application of reinforced concrete structure at cryogenic temperatures, experiments on flexural properties of 12 reinforced concrete beams with different reinforcement ratios at 20 °C, - 40°C, - 70°C, - 100°C were carried out, with the help of cryogenic cold storage cooling temperatures and homemade incubator keeping temperatures. The results show that, the cracking load of reinforced concrete beams gradually increases as temperature decreases, the number of cracks reduces when the crack spacing increases; under the same load, the deflection of reinforced concrete beams and reinforcing bar strain decrease gradually with dropping temperature; the yield load and ultimate load have a certain improvement with the increase of reinforcement ratio, and the yield load always increases more; the plane-section assumption is still valid at low temperatures, and the ductility of beams is reduced; considering the temperature effect on material parameters, the ultimate load formulas are still applicable; since the stiffness of beams changes obviously at low temperatures, the deflection formula has some reference value. The sheer lag effect of the steel-concrete composite beam leads to nonuniform distribution of longitudinal stress along the width of flange, thus probably producing disadvantageous transverse cracks. And so, it is necessary to further study the mechanism of shear lag effect of the steel-concrete composite beams with wide flanges, in order to prevent those cracks. The cross-section normal stress differential equation was established for the thin-walled double-room box composite beams, based on the combination of flange micro-unit deformation compatibility condition and equilibrium differential equation; and the analytic stress solution was obtained with the simple-support boundary condition at both ends of the composite beam considered. A nonlinear model for the large hydraulic erecting system is established by redefining the load flux and load pressure of the valve controlled asymmetrical cylinder. A dynamic surface sliding mode control method is proposed to overcome the nonlinearities and uncertainties existing in the erecting process of large erecting system, and the sliding mode control and dynamic surface control are introduced in designing this controller. The control law is presented. Simulation results show that, compared to PID control and conventional sliding mode control, the dynamic surface sliding mode controller has nicer robustness and tracking performance, and the control stability and robustness of erecting system are improved. Aiming at the voltage fluctuations caused by the fault, the unbalanced loads and other uncertainty factors in the wind power system, the mathematical model of grid-connected inverter was analyzed, a kind of disturbance observer was designed to compensate them adaptively, and the adverse effect to power system was suppressed. Based on the theory of vector control, a nonsingular terminal sliding mode controller was designed, which made the quadrature direct axis current of grid-connected follow the given value in finite time. A kind of high-order terminal sliding modes was utilized to eliminate the chattering. The simulation results show that the method combining the disturbance observer with the high-order terminal sliding mode control has strong robustness against the outside disturbance, the tracking precision is improved, and good dynamic performance is got. In order to achieve quick and reliable assessment of finger vein image, the paper proposes an assessment method of vein image quality based on the features of regional column average gradient and texture roughness. In this method, firstly, the feature of regional column average gradient is defined on the basis of which the first quality assessment is made. If the requirement is met, finger registration will be done directly. Otherwise the second assessment is conducted based on the feature of texture roughness. If the requirement is met this time, finger registration will be done. If not, the system prompts the user for another finger to register.
