Visual analysis for soccer match data can help soccer data analysts gain hidden insights in matches clearly and intuitively, which has attracted attention of a number of researchers.Firstly, current works on visual analysis for soccer match data were surveyed.According to data type, the works can be divided as statistic-based analysis, event-based analysis, and trajectory-based analysis.Secondly, the current facing challenges of visual analysis for soccer match data were discussed further.Finally, directions for future development were prospected.

Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) or non-SAGD heavy oil recovery process uses a considerable amount high-pressure steam and produces significant amount of oily wastewater. Conventional water treatment and steam generation process is very complex, producing poor quality water for reuse and low energy efficiency. Using evaporation process to replace those conventional treatment processes first emerged in Albert, North America. This eventually resulted in introducing conventional drum boiler to replace once-through steam generator to produce steam. The paper introduces evaporation technology to treat heavy oil wastewater and produce high-quality boiler feed water. It also provides comparison data between evaporation and conventional process (warm lime softening and weak acid cation ion exchange) from technical and operational aspects. Conclusion is that evaporation provides an alternate approach to produced water treatment, which is simpler, more cost effective and more reliable, and reduces complexity of the steam generation system. Additional steps can be taken to recover all liquid waste streams for reuse in the plant, resulting in zero liquid discharge. Introduction: Shot put throwing techniques are divided into spinning and sliding, and must have certain physical qualities such as speed, explosive power, and coordination. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation intervention training on shot put throwing performance and to explore the shot put throwing technique and kinematic differences at each movement stage. Methods: Fifteen male college students who had not received electrical stimulation previously were the research participants. Two high-speed cameras were used to obtain synchronous images of shot put throwing actions of the participants before and after electrotherapy. Three-dimensional kinematic image analysis was performed using the Kwon 3D motion analysis system. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to test differences in shot put parameters at each action stage before and after electrotherapy. Results: Throwing distance was longer (p < .01) and throwing speed was faster (p < .01) after electrotherapy than before electrotherapy. The ankle joint angle with the lowest center of gravity (p < .05), ankle joint angle of the left foot off the ground (p < .01), and ankle joint angle of the right foot was off the ground (p < .05) were greater after electrotherapy than before electrotherapy. The shoulder-hip separation angle in the throwing stage was smaller (p < .05), shoulder-hip separation angle in the turning stage was larger (p < .05), and left ankle joint angle in the turning stage was smaller (p < .05) after electrotherapy than before electrotherapy. Conclusion: Neuromuscular electrical stimulation has an impact on shot put throwing. Appropriate electrical stimulation can enhance muscle activation, increase muscle contraction force, and improve athletic ability and shot put throwing performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To investigate the effects of interferon-α2b combined with thalidomid(THD) on the proliferation and apoptosis of HEL cells, and expression of JAK2V617F-mutated gene., Methods: The cell survival rates were assayed by CCK-8 after HEL cells were treated by interferon-α2b, thalidomid and thalidomid combined with interferon-α2b for 24, 48 and 72 hours, while the apoptosis and expression of JAK2V617F mutation gene were detected by flow cytometry and fluorescence quantitative PCR respectively after treatmemt for 48 hours., Results: IFN-α2b combined with THD could more obviously inhibit the proliferation of HEL cells than IFN-α2b or THD alone for 24 and 48 and 72 hours, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the apoptosis-inducing effect of IFN-α2b combined with THD on HEL cells was more obvious than that of IFN-α2b used alone, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). Although IFN-α2b combined with THD can decrease the JAK2V617F mutation gene expression more obviously than IFN-α2b alone,but the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05). And the remaining groups showed statistically significance(P<0.05)., Conclusion: IFN-α2b combined with THD can obviously inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of HEL cells more than that of IFN-α2b alone, but the effect of reducing JAK2V617F mutation gene expression is not different.

A method for the separation of derivatized saccharides in tobacco with high performance capillary electrophoresis and ultraviolet spectrophotometry (HPCE-UV) is presented. Five saccharides in tobacco were derivatized with p-aminobenzonitrile, separated at pH 10.5 with 50 mmol/L borate buffer containing 5% (volume fraction, the same in the following percentage concentration) methanol, 5% acetonitrile, 2.5% ethyleneglycol, 2.5% 2-propanol and 1 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate, and detected at 285 nm.
