In order to ensure the safety, quality and efficiency of computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool processing, a real-time monitoring and visible solution for CNC machine tools based on hyper text markup language (HTML) 5 is proposed. The characteristics of the real-time monitoring technology of CNC machine tools under the traditional Client/Server (C/S) structure are compared and analyze, and the technical drawbacks are proposed. Web real-time communication technology and browser drawing technology are deeply studied. A real-time monitoring and visible system for CNC machine tool data is developed based on Metro platform, combining WebSocket real-time communication technology and Canvas drawing technology. The system architecture is given, and the functions and implementation methods of the system are described in detail. The practical application results show that the WebSocket real-time communication technology can effectively reduce the bandwidth and network delay and save server resources. The numerical control machine data monitoring system can intuitively reflect the machine data, and the visible effect is good. Based on the density functional theory, the elastic and thermodynamic properties of BCC metals have been calculated by using the first-principles method. Firstly, the lattice constants of BCC metals are optimized by using two different exchange correlation functions, general gradient approximate (GGA) and local density approximation (LDA) at 0 K. Compared with the results from LDA, the results from the GGA-PAW are more closer to the experimental results. Therefore, it is important to choose appropriate exchange correlation function. Secondly, based on the density functional theory (DFT) and density-functional perturbation theory (DFPT), calculation shows the elastic constant decreases with the increase of temperature. The temperature-dependence elastic constants indicate that BCC phase Ta, Fe, W, Mo are mechanically stable. In addition, the ratio of bulk modulus to shear modulus (B/G) has been studied. It is indicated that the four metals all show the toughness at the temperature of 0-1 500 K. Last, the thermodynamic properties including the thermal expansion coefficients, heat capacity at constant volume CV, the isobaric heat capacity CP are predicted. It is found that heat capacity at constant volume follows T³ theorem in low temperature (0-300 K), and follows the equipartition theorem in high temperature (1 000-1 500 K), which can prove the rationality of the calculation method. Objectives: To investigate the clinical significance of prognostic nutritional index (PNI) in predicting the efficacy in patients with B-cell lymphoma., Methods: The clinical data from 111 patients with B-cell lymphoma (B-cell lymphoma group), who were newly diagnosed in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from February 2013 to September 2018, were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 93 volunteers selected from the Health Management Center in the Third Xiangya Hospital were set as control, The PNI was compared between the 2 groups. The PNI cut-off value was determined by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. According to the PNI values of patients before chemotherapy, the patients were also divided into a high PNI group (≥43.5) and a low PNI group (<43.5). The correlation of baseline characteristics was evaluated. The correlation between changes in PNI levels and efficacy were evaluated before and after chemotherapy., Results: The PNI value in the B-cell lymphoma group was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group ( P <0.05). Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), presence or absence of B symptoms, international prognostic index (IPI), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status, source of germinal center, and the efficacy between the high PNI group and the low PNI group were significantly different (all P <0.05). The mean PNI in the effective patients in the low PNI group was increased from 38.10 before chemotherapy to 42.66 after chemotherapy, with significant difference ( t =-2.562, P <0.05). The PNI value in the ineffective patients in the high PNI group was decreased from 50.50 before chemotherapy to 41.45 after chemotherapy, with significant difference ( t =3.044, P <0.05)., Conclusions: The level of PNI in patients with B-cell lymphoma is significantly lower than that in healthy people, and it is related to the baseline characteristics of prognosis. The change of PNI level before and after chemotherapy can provide certain basis for efficacy evaluation.

Objective: To observe the effect of birid triple viable on peptic ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection., Methods: A total of 120 peptic ulcer patients with H.pylori infection was randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with the triple therapy including Esomeprazole, Amoxicillin, and Furazolidone. The treatment group was treated with the same triple therapy plus birid triple viable. The pH values of the gastric juice, bacterial culture of the gastric juice, the therapy-related side effects and the healing rate of ulcer and erosive were observed before the treatment and after a 14-day-treatment respectively. The (14)C-urea breath test((14)C-UBT) was used to evaluate the H.pylori eradication rates 4 weeks after the treatment., Results: After the treatment, pH values of the gastric juice in both groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P<0.05). When pH values of the gastric juice ≥4, the positive rate of bacterial culture in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (80.0% and 97.4% respectively, P<0.05). The rate of adverse effects in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (11.7% and 30% respectively, P<0.05).After a 2-week treatment, the healing rate of ulcer and erosion was 80% and 68.7% in the treatment group, and 73.3% and 40.7% in the control group. The healing rate of ulcer had no significant difference in the 2 groups (P>0.05),while the healing rate of erosion in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The H.pylori eradication rates evaluated by per-protocol (PP) analysis in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.4% and 62.4% respectively, P<0.05)., Conclusion: The combined use of birid triple viable and the triple therapy of H.pylori in peptic ulcer patients with H.pylori infection can reduce the bacteria of the gastric juice and therapy-related side effects. It can increase the H.pylori eradication rate and promote the healing of erosion.
