Instant rice is a kind of convenient food, which is easy to eat, simple and quick. Instant rice not only conform to ours people’s habits of eating rice, but also meets the needs of the current fast-paced life, which has developed rapidly in recent years. With the further improvement of domestic fresh rice technology and equipment, the wet instant rice industry, such as frozen instant rice, aseptic instant rice, and short-shelf-life instant rice, will be further developed. This paper summarized the main factors affecting the quality of dry instant rice, including raw material varieties, processing precision, processing technology and conditions, and focused on the key technologies of industrial processing of fresh rice, including aseptic processing, high temperature sterilization, ultra-high pressure treatment, etc. The latest research progress of extrusion and recombination instant rice was also reviewed, and the existing problems and future development direction of instant rice were discussed.

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKHS) combing with meningitis/encephalitis patients. Methods and Results The clinical data of the inpatients of Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2009 to December 2022 with VKHS combing with meningitis/encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 23 patients were included in the study, of which 20 patients (86.96%) had neurological symptoms, with headache being the most common (19 cases, 82.61%), 11 patients (47.83%) had increased cerebrospinal fluid (CBF) pressure, 14 patients (60.87%) had increased CBF white blood cells, and 11 patients (47.83%) had increased CBF protein. The brain MRI mainly showed white matter demyelination (8/14 cases). Optic nerve MRI showed inflammatory lesions of optic nerve and optic papilla (12/14 cases). The visual evoked potential (VEP) mainly showed prolonged latency (10/16 cases). The optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed retinal exudation (8/15 cases) and retinal neurocortical detachment (7/15 cases). The main results of fundus photography were disc edema (17/18 cases). The main manifestation of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was uveitis (9/15 cases). After intravenous hormone and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) treatment, 14 patients were followed up, and neurological symptoms were completely relieved, 11 patients had good visual prognosis, and 3 patients had no obvious visual improvement. Conclusions VKHS might present with meningitis/encephalitis symptoms, and the CSF characteristics of these patients were similar to those of viral meningitis. For those with early suspicions of VKHS, CBF examination and imaging examination might assist in early diagnosis and treatment.

In order to investigate the quality of whole wheat bread flour in Chinese market, the physicochemical quality, rheological properties, processing quality and baking quality of 10 representative whole-wheat bread flour(WWBF) were analyzed. The results showed that the moisture content of WWBF ranged from 8.30 g/100 g to 13.39 g/100 g. The ash content of WWBF ranged from 0.6 g/100 to 2.5 g/100 g, with an average of 1.5 g/100 g. The protein contents of WWBF were between 13.92 g/100 g and 15.86 g/100 g. The content of wet gluten ranged from 30.20% to 47.10%. The average dietary fiber was 10.25 g/100 g, and the dietary fiber of 9 samples were between 8.65 g/100 g and 14.31 g/100 g. The content of alkylresorcinol of WWBF in 9 samples ranged from 234.72 μg/g to 508.48 μg/g. There were 7 samples with stabilization time longer than 7 min and 9 samples with stabilization time longer than 5 min. The maximum fermentation height Hm of dough were between 23.8 mm and 42.9 mm. The whole wheat bread with 60% WWBF had a good appearance, bread structure, soft taste and rich flavor. The sensory scores of whole-wheat bread ranged from 77.8 to 102.0. Whole wheat breads were all qualified. In short, WWBF products in China were relatively lack. The dietary fiber content and alkyl resorcinol content of WWBF were higher, and the processing quality and baking quality were good.

ObjectiveTo explore the predictive value of predialysis plasma osmolality for frequent intradialytic hypotension (IDH) in elders on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).MethodsAccording to whether or not there was frequent IDH, 301 MHD elders were assigned into two groups of control (n=257) and frequent IDH (n=44). General profiles, laboratory parameters and cardiac B-ultrasound examinations were recorded. The risk factors for frequent IDH were identified by multivariate Logistic regression. By analyzing the deterioration reasons of gluten protein, starch, fermentation properties, Rheology properties, etc. in the whole wheat frozen dough during freezing and cold storage, the theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the quality of whole wheat frozen dough were provided.

Existing studies have clearly demonstrated that people eating more whole grains have reduced risks of many chronic metabolic diseases compared to those eating less. In the past 20 years, the whole grain industry has developed so rapidly in major developed countries and regions. In recent years, whole grains have also attracted extensive attention in our country. The research and development efforts of the whole grain standards in China have been strengthened. This paper introduced the progress of the global definition consensus of whole grain and whole grain food, summarized the international development status of whole grain raw materials and whole grain food related standards in many countries and institutions, such as the Working Group of ISO Whole Grain, the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Codex Alimentarius Commission, and so on. This paper also reviewed the present situation of definition of the whole grain and whole grain food related standards in China. More than 20 relevant raw materials, food related standards and production technical regulations and the publishment situation of other whole grain standards in China, including national standards and industry standards and local standards and group standards, were summarized, and some whole grain related standards under formulation were also introduced. Finally, the paper puts forward the development direction and suggestions for the construction of whole grain standard system in China, including fully combining with the actual production situation of China’s whole grain food industry, integrating with international standards, and combining standard testing and certification. On the whole, the gradual improvement of the standard system of the whole grain food industry will help guide and regulate the high-quality and healthy development of the whole grain industry in China, and promote the creation of a diversified and healthy grain food ecology, and provide a technical basis for the development of the whole grain industry.

Whole grains have gained great attention due to their important roles in nutrition and health. Fresh brown rice noodles, which have been considered as a nutritious and healthy whole grain staple food, are more prone to be spoiling, aging, hardening and easy broken with high cooking loss rate. The factors affecting the quality of fresh brown rice noodles were systematically described, and the changes in water content, pH value, cooking quality, water migration, texture and microstructure of fresh brown rice noodles during storage were also summarized. The mechanism of quality deterioration of fresh brown rice noodles was elaborated and analyzed. Furthermore, the latest research progress (from the year 2016 to 2023) on the quality control technology of fresh brown rice noodles was reviewed, including the selection of raw materials for brown rice, the addition of exogenous additives, the whole grain grinding of brown rice, and the backfilling method of rice bran for preparing brown rice noodles. This review could provide the references for the quality control and improvement of fresh brown rice noodles.

The root of Aster tataricus L. f. has been widely used in the clinic for moistening lung, dispelling phlegm and relieving cough because of its significant therapeutic effects on respiratory diseases. The modern pharmacological research shows that the characteristic peptide components of Aster tataricus have anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, immunosuppression and other effects. So far, a total of 24 peptide components including cyclic pentapeptides (Astin A-I, K-P), cyclic tetrapeptides (Tataricins A-B), linear pentapeptides (Asterinin A-F) and linear dipeptide (Aurantiamide acetate) were isolated from Aster tataricus. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically and comprehensively explore more potential peptides in Aster tataricus, lays a foundation for later separation. At present, the molecular network technology based on LC-MS/MS has been widely used in qualitative characterization of chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine and efficient discovery of natural bioactive molecules, which can identify known compounds, analogues and new compounds. In this study, the method of ultra high-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) combined with molecular network was developed for systematically and rapidly analyzing peptides in 75% ethanol extract of Aster tataricus. Chromatographic separation was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC® HSS T3 column (100 mm×2.1 mm×1.8 μm). Acetonitrile and water solution were used as the mobile phase for gradient elution with the flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. The MS/MS analysis was carried out by the electrospray ionization (ESI) source at positive ion mode with scanning range of m/z 50-800, and then the data files were converted to the mzXML format by using MsConvert tools. The MS/MS data of 75% ethanol extract of Aster tataricus was converted on the platform of Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking (GNPS), and the clusters were established according to the similarity of fragment ions, thus obtaining a molecular network. The network was exported and visualized using Cytoscape v3.8.0. Through the visual display of fragment ions, the aggregation and distribution of fragment ions were clearly displayed, and the interaction between molecules was intuitively searched. Thus, through the similarity of MS/MS data, the peptide components were related to form a network. The peptides in Aster tataricus were further identified according to the MS/MS fragmentation information of standard substances, accurate molecular weight and characteristic fragment ions. Finally, a total of 43 peptides from Aster tataricus were identified, including 31 cyclic peptides and 12 linear peptides, of which 16 may be potential new cyclic peptides and 8 may be potential new linear peptides. In general, the peptides in the Aster tataricus can be quickly, accurately and comprehensively identified by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS combined with molecular network, which provides a scientific basis for further research on the separation and purification of peptide components from Aster tataricus and elucidating its pharmacodynamic substances.

Objective To estimate postmortem interval （PMI） by analyzing the protein changes in skeletal muscle tissues with the protein chip technology combined with multivariate analysis methods. Methods Rats were sacrificed for cervical dislocation and placed at 16 ℃. Water-soluble proteins in skeletal muscles were extracted at 10 time points （0 d, 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 4 d, 5 d, 6 d, 7 d, 8 d and 9 d） after death. Protein expression profile data with relative molecular mass of 14 000-230 000 were obtained. Principal component analysis （PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares （OPLS） were used for data analysis. Fisher discriminant model and back propagation （BP） neural network model were constructed to classify and preliminarily estimate the PMI. In addition, the protein expression profiles data of human skeletal muscles at different time points after death were collected, and the relationship between them and PMI was analyzed by heat map and cluster analysis. Objective： Optimized the drying process of jujube slices and improved the product quality. Methods： Taking jujube slices as the research object, the correlation between conversion moisture content, infrared temperature and slice thickness and drying time and drying rate was studied, and the change rule of effective moisture diffusion coefficient of jujube slices in FD-IRD with conversion moisture content, infrared temperature and slice thickness was calculated, and the drying activation energy of jujube slices in FD-IRD was calculated according to the test data. Results： The lower the conversion moisture content is, the shorter the infrared drying time was. But the lower the conversion moisture content would greatly increase the freeze drying time. Proper increase of infrared drying temperature was beneficial to increase the effective diffusion coefficient of water. The thinner the slice is, the higher the drying rate was. Reducing the slice thickness can improve the effective water diffusion coefficient and shorten the drying time. The front and rear two stages were both speeds reducing drying processes. The effective moisture diffusion coefficients of freeze-drying and infrared drying under different drying conditions by solving Fick's second law were 3.39×10-9~9.47×10-9 and 3.34×10-9~2.01×10-8 m2/s, respectively; The drying activation energy of the infrared drying stage was 59.03 kJ/mol calculated by Anius formula. Conclusion： The conversion moisture content is 30%, and the infrared temperature is 60 ℃. Under the condition of slice thickness of 6 mm, the freeze infrared combined drying technology has short drying time and high efficiency.

Guangdong Province is actively building a national marine ecological civilization construction demonstration area, and it is crucial to conduct research and assessment on the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the coastal zones. Under the guidance of the "double evaluation" of the territorial space planning, this study takes the coastal areas of Guangdong Province, namely the 45 coastal counties and the sea areas within the scope of the marine functional areas of Guangdong Province as the research scope It proceeded from the functional orientation of ecological protection, agricultural production, and urban construction to construct the evaluation index system of the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the coastal zone of Guangdong Province. In 2019, based on the evaluation index system, a comprehensive evaluation of the resources and environmental carrying capacity of the coastal zone of Guangdong Province was performed using integrate and integrate multi-scale spatial data, remote sensing, geographic information system, and other technical means and its resource and environmental carrying status were quantitatively revealed. The results showed that approximately 84% of the land area in the coastal zone and more than 1/2 of the sea areas (cities, districts) have overall good comprehensive bearing status of the resources and environmental carrying capacity, which is mainly characterized by loadability. The scale of human socio-economic activities in most regions is within the range of the resources and environmental carrying capacity; however, in some regions it exceeds the threshold, particularly in regions distributed in the Pearl River Delta. Specifically, under the guidance of the ecological protection function, 60.05% of the land area and 14 counties (cities, districts) of the sea area are in a loadable state, mainly distributed in the east and west wings of the urban agglomeration in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. Under the guidance of the agricultural production function, the carrying capacity of land agriculture is relatively severe, mainly critical overload, while the number of counties (cities, districts) that can be carried by sea agricultural production is relatively small. Compared with the functions of ecological protection and agricultural production, the area of the loadable area under the urban construction function is the highest, with 86.93% of the land area and 29 counties (cities, districts) of the sea area in the loadable state, and only 3.01% of the land area and 10 counties (cities, districts) of the sea area in the overloaded state. Guangdong Province is a major province of marine economy. As an important place for economic activities in the coastal zone, the ocean is a strategic place to promote the high-quality development of Guangdong Province.. Under the mode of sustainable development, there is still a large scope for the development of resources and environmental carrying capacity in the coastal zone of Guangdong Province. On the premise of ensuring the stability of resources and environment, the loadable area can be further developed and utilized selectively, the allocation of resource elements can be optimized, and a new management mode of high-level protection and efficient utilization of resources can be built. Thus the research results provide a basis for the compilation of territorial space planning and the optimization of territorial space development and protection pattern in Guangdong Province.

In order to aovid peri-implantitis，Ti-ZnO nanocomposite coatings were prepared on the surface of pure Ti slices by reactive magnetron sputtering.The effects of nano-ZnO content on the microstructure and antibacterial performance of the coatings were studied by means of changing the splicing ratio of Ti target and ZnO target.The microstructure，roughness and wettability of the samples were characterized and measured by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)，X-ray diffraction (XRD)，atomic force microscopy (AFM) and JC2000C1 interfacial tension tester.In addition，the release of Zn ions from the coatings was measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)，the cytotoxicity of the coatings was tested by CCK-8 method，and the antibacterial performance of the coatings was evaluated by plate colony counting method.Results showed that when the ratio of Ti target to ZnO target was 95 ∶5，the nano-ZnO content in Ti-ZnO coating was the highest，the roughness and contact angle with liquid phase of the coating reached the maximum values of 0.547 nm and 101.25° respectively，the coating had no cytotoxicity and met the standards for biosafety materials，and the antibacterial performance of the coating was the best with an antibacterial rate up to 91.05%.

In view of the low efficiency and low recognition accuracy of sorghum unsound kerneld etection in wine-making enterprises at the present stage, the sorghum unsound kernel detection instrument with image recognition, which was combined with the existing cereal unsound kernel detection instruments in the market, was developed. A series of research was focus on the image collection, key hardware, machine vision and deep learning. In this study, single feature analysis technology, machine-learning based image classification technology, deep-learning based image classification technology and fine-grained image classification technology were used to classify and identify sorghum images, respectively. By contrast, tensorrt deployment technology was used to deploy fine-grained image classification network into the device. The results showed that the recognition accuracy of the developed rapid sorghum imperfect grain detector was less than 1% of the average error of manual detection. The detection time of 50 g sorghum sample was controlled within 5 minutes. Compared with the traditional manual detection, the detection time was greatly shortened, and the subjective deviation of manual detection was also avoided. It is of great significance for the detection and identification of sorghum imperfection rate in wine-making enterprises.

With the popularization of the concepts of whole grain health cognition and scientific diet, consumers are paying more and more attention to different forms of whole grain food. Whole grain drink is one of the important products made from whole grain, and the physical stability of whole grain drink is a major challenge in the process of research and development. Since whole grain drink is a thermodynamically unstable system of multiphase turbidite liquid with water as the continuous phase and starch, dietary fiber, protein as the dispersed phase, the separation speed of whole grain drink is fast, which seriously affected the acceptability of consumers. Based on literature review, the multiscale characterization methods of macroscopic, mesoscopic, microscopic and nano-scale for the stability of whole grain drink and characterization methods of the characteristic chemical components were summarized. This paper summarized the stability of whole grain drink characterized with multiscale methods, which could provide methodological guidance for the development of whole grain drink and facilitate the rapid development of whole grain foods.

This paper summarized the nursing measures of a patient with furuncle of the nose treated with Tradition Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains. The nursing assessment, application method and cautions of collapse stains, compostion of Chinese herbs, dietary guidance and psychological intervention were reviewed. Through the active intervention of the external treatment of Tradition Chinese Medicine, the level of nasal boils decreased, pain was relieved, and good results were achieved. Objective: To study and optimize the extraction technology of bacteriostatic extract from Indocalamus leaves. Methods: The extracts were drawn from Indocalamus leaves by ultrasound-assisted, refluxing and immersing method with extraction solvents: water, ethyl acetate, pH 4 of hydrochloric acid solution, pH 4 of acetic acid solution, pH 10 of ammonia solution and different volume ratio ethyl alcohol. The tests were carried out to analyze the antimicrobial effects with indicator bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella Dysenteriae and Salmonella typhi and the total bacteriostatic circle was as inspection indicator, to find out the best extraction solvent and the best extraction method. Using water as extraction solvent, ultrasonic extraction method as method, an orthogonal test L9（33） was carried out by adjusting three impact factors. The impact factors were liquid-solid ratio, sonication period and sonication frequency. The orthogonal test found the optimal extraction process parameters and obtained the best extract. At the same time, the antimicrobial effect of the extract obtained under the optimized conditions was investigated according to the standard series of reference substances. Results: The results showed that water was the best solvent, and ultrasound-assisted method was the best method. The best extraction process parameters were as follows: the ratio of liquid to solid was 16∶1 （mL/g）, ultrasonic frequency was 4 times, ultrasonic period was 55 minutes. The inhibitory effect of the best extract on Bacillus Subtilis and Salmonella Typhi was equivalent to the effect of 0.01 and 0.03 mg/mL gentamicin, respectively. The bacteriostatic effects on Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Shigella Dysenteriae were greater than that of 0.05 mg/mL gentamicin. Conclusion: The water ultrasonic method is an effective method for extracting antibacterial substances from Indocalamus leaves, and the inhibitive effect of the extract on Bacillus Subtilis, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Shigella Dysenteriae and Salmonella Typhi is remarkable.

Objective To screen the valuable core(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs) from the tissue of ovarian cancer (OC) through expression profiling chip, and carry out expression verification and analysis. Methods Thirty-six tissue samples of ovarian cancer and of 22 normal ovaries were collected from January 2018 to June 2019 in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and then expression profile chips were used to detect differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs molecules, while real-time PCR was to verify the expression of lncRNAs. The expression of key core lncRNAs were measured by in situ hybridization, and the potential functions of lncRNAs were evaluated by bioinformatics. Results Compared with normal tissues, 4 982 different lncRNAs fragments were found in cancer tissues. The high expression of zinc finger E-box binding homeobox protein 2-AS1 (ZEB2-AS1) was the most significant one (P＜0.05); ZEB2-AS1 was over-expressed in multiple cancer tissues including liver cancer, colon cancer and kidney cancer;The expression level was correlated with tumor size, pathological grade, pathological type and clinical stage (P＜0.05).The high expression led to a decrease in overall survival and disease-free survival rate(P＜0.05). ZEB2-AS1 had microRNA binding sites, which was in agreement with the expression of the corresponding neighboring gene ZEB2. Conclusions The abnormal expression of ZEB2-AS1 in OC suggests potential research value in future.

Objective: Exploring the microwave drying characteristics of pork and optimizing the microwave drying process of meat. Methods: microwave drying equipment with microwave frequency of 2 450 MHz and microwave output power of 70, 140, 210, 280, 350, 420 W were used for microwave drying of pork with dry mass of 20, 25, 30 g in this paper; Five classical thin-layer drying models were selected for non-linear fitting of drying data, R2 （coefficient of determination） and RMSE （root mean square error） were used as evaluation indexes to screen the best drying model. Results: The Logarithmic model was the best model for microwave drying of pork. The average energy consumption per unit of pork microwave drying was 10.89 MJ/kg, and the microwave drying efficiency was 20.72%. Conclusion: The best model for microwave drying of pork is the Logarithmic model, pork mass of 25 g, microwave power of 210 W, can significantly reduce the average unit microwave energy consumption, and improve the efficiency of microwave drying.

The development of food infrared heating theories were discussed in this review, and the advancement of infrared heating in food processing were summarized. Moreover, the principle of food processing and process optimum method in various food infrared thermal treatment technologies, including sterilizing, thawing, blanching, baking, peeling and drying processes were also discussed.

Objective Nursing intern students are important observers in the clinical environment. Comprehensive data about palliative care in medical environment can come from a survey that asked nursing intern students about the behaviors of faculty. Methods This survey included a total of 126 third-year nursing intern students from Peking Union Medical College. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the extent to which the students were satisfied about faculty's behaviors related to palliative care, including communication, symptom control and difficult conversations. The students aged 20 to 21. Results There were 63.5%(80/126) students satisfied with the pain management, 34.1%(43/126) and 35.7%(45/126) students were satisfied with the daily communication and conversations to overcome barriers between faculty and patients. Only 33.3%(42/126) were satisfied with the care to the family members after patient'deaths. Nursing intern students who recently experienced the death of patients had significantly lower satisfaction with clinical environment dealing with decedent's family members than those without this experience(25.21 vs 28.41, P＜0.01). Students who received training of palliative care had shown significantly lower satisfaction with clinical environment than those without the training (26.18 vs 31.90, P＜0.001). Conclusions Nursing intern students are unsatisfied with the clinical environment for the training of palliative care indicating some weakness in the performance of palliative care in hospital and the need to improve clinical teaching of palliative care.

Cereals and cereal-based products are easily polluted by mycotoxins in all aspects of production, storage and transportation, and mycotoxins are difficult to prevent due to their variety, low concentration, strong toxicity andlarge difference in nature. This paper summarizes the new development of the pretreatment technologies （liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction, QuEChERS, immunoaffinity chromatography） and detection technologies （immunochromatography technology, optical spectrum technology, liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry） of mycotoxins in cereals and products. The development trend of mycotoxin detection technologies was also prospected.

Objective: To improve the comprehensive performance of starter press machine. Methods: Based on the finite element analysis method for die box component modal and harmonic response analysis, and based on the finite element model by using variable density method was carried out on the die box component topology optimization, and the topology structure was also improved, which will improved the quality of the die box components and 1 order natural frequency as the optimization goal. The multi-objective optimization design was carried out based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm. Results: In the fourth mode, large torsional deformation appeared on the overall edge of the die box components, which did not meet the requirements of stiffness performance. The highest speed of the servo motor was close to the first-order critical speed, and the probability of low-frequency coupling resonance was very large. At the same time, the region where the response peak occurs was basically the same as the region where the deformation occurs in the modal analysis, which verified the accuracy of the dynamic characteristic results. After optimization, the mass of the die box component decreased by 15.13%, and the first four natural frequencies increasd by 14.09%, 14.14%, 3.54% and 10.37%, respectively. Conclusion: The dynamic characteristics of the starter press machine mainly affect its production efficiency and starter press quality. Under the optimized die box component, the starter press machine has good dynamic performance and achieves the goal of lightweight design.

An inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP - AES) method was developed for the determination of 12 impurity elements (Cd, Mn, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ca, Zn, Al, Co, Nd, Pr and Ce) in nickel plating solution for Nd - Fe - B. The optimum working parameters of the instrument and the analytical spectral lines of each element were determined. By using matrix matching and simple bath dilution, the spectral interference to the elements to be detected caused by a large number of matrix substances in the bath was eliminated. Results showed that the linear relationship of these 12 elements was good, the linear correlation coefficient R > 0.999, the detection limit was 0.005～0.690 μg/mL, the results of experiments of precision and recovery showed that this method had the advantages of simple, rapid and accurate, meeting the requirements of daily detection of impurity elements in Nd - Fe - B nickel plating solution.

Circulating cell-free DNA(cf DNA) detection in peripheral blood is becoming increasingly convenient and inexpensive with the development of genetic testing technology. It provides a new option for diagnosis, prognosis prediction, post-treatment evaluation and disease surveillance of lymphoma patients. Especially in targeted therapy, lymphoma typing and diagnosis tend to be based on genetic characteristics, and the advantages of cf DNA detection from peripheral blood sample increasingly prominent.

“Learning” is a complex event.Individual's learning effect is affected by many factors.Moreover, different individuals have different learning habits.Therefore, it is challenging for students to plan their learning schedule reasonably according to their own characteristics.Although some general theoretical strategies for task management have been proposed, the differences among individuals are usually neglected.Furthermore, existing research cannot provide a calculation method to form a specific task mana-gement schedule.To this end, this paper tries to explore students'learning characteristics by deeply studying the relation between learning efficiency and time factor through data analysis.Based on this, it quantifies personalized learning efficiency.Furthermore, it exploits the bipartite graph method to construct the learning task assignment scenario, and designs adaptive utility function according to different learning goals.Then, a dynamic allocation algorithm TLTA based on transfer learning is proposed to formulate a reasonable schedule for students.Finally, a large number of experiments are carried out on real learning datasets, and the results validate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed work.

In order to explore the quality changes of instant brown rice porridge rice during storage, gas chromatographic ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) and dynamic principal component analysis (PCA) were used to study the changes of the composition and content of characteristic volatile organic compounds during the storage of instant brown rice porridge rice, the difference of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) between samples was evaluated by the flavor information fingerprint. The results showed that GC-IMS combined technology can quickly and qualitatively identify the monomers and dimers of volatile substances of instant brown rice porridge rice in different storage environments and storage times, and a total of 59 VOCs have been identified. The VOCs of fresh instant brown rice porridge rice mainly include aldehydes, ketones and esters, with relative contents of 24.44%, 20.40% and 43.59% respectively. When stored at room temperature, the relative contents of alcohols, aldehydes, pyrazines and furans in instant brown rice porridge increased, while the contents of ketones and esters decreased with the extension of storage time. Vacuum condition had little effect on flavor quality of instant brown rice porridge. In high humidity environment, with the extension of storage time, organic acids were gradually produced, aldehydes and alcohols increased greatly, ketones and esters decreased, and volatile substances changed significantly with the increase of storage temperature.

Due to the complicated tectonic and sedimentary history and the lack of effective paleo-thermal indicators, the Meso-Neoproterozoic thermal history of the Yanliao rift zone in the northern margin of the North China Craton is ambiguous, which causes the maturation evolution of ancient source rocks controversial. In this study, zircon (U-Th)/He dating is used to study the tectono-thermal evolution of the Yanliao rift zone since the Mesoproterozoic, and we also analyzed the maturation evolution stages of two sets of Mesoproterozoic source rocks. The single-grain zircon (U-Th)/He ages from the Meso-Neoproterozoic strata in the Yanliao rift zone are all younger than the corresponding stratigraphic ages and therefore recorded the thermal information in the past. Moreover, the single-grain zircon (U-Th)/He ages of the Neoproterozoic Longshan formation show a negative correlation with the effective uranium concentration. The forward and inverse coupling simulation revealed that the Yanliao rift zone experienced two rapid cooling events of 440~320 Ma and 220~0 Ma, probably related to the collision between the Bainaimiao island arc and the northern margin of the North China Craton and the subduction of Mongolia Okhotsk oceanic crust below the eastern North China Craton, respectively. In addition, the formation temperature variations at the end of Ordovician and the end of Triassic had an important influence on the maturation evolution of Mesoproterozoic source rock.

Objective To investigate the application value of prognostic nutritional index and urea/creatinine ratio in nutritional status assessment for patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods A total of 138 patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy were screened. NRS 2002 nutritional screening was used as the standard. Prognostic nutritional index (PNI) and urea/creatinine ratio (UCR) were used to evaluate the malnutrition of patients with esophageal cancer. ROC curve was used to evaluate and compare the diagnostic efficacy of different nutritional screening tools. Results The biochemical and hematological indexes of patients with esophageal cancer showed certain characteristics, in which the levels of urea, creatinine, UCR, ALB, PALB, TP, TC, TG, HDL and LDL all fluctuated within the normal range. In terms of nutritional risk screening, the NRS 2002 score identified nutritional risk in 57.97% of patients, while the PNI and UCR predicted nutritional risk in 31.16% and 40.58% of patients, respectively. Consistency test showed that the Kappa value of PNI and NRS 2002 scores was 0.460 (P < 0.05), and the Kappa value of UCR and NRS 2002 scores was 0.522 (P < 0.05), indicating that there was a certain correlation between them and NRS 2002 scores in nutritional risk screening. Correlation analysis showed that NRS 2002 score was significantly correlated with UCR, ALB, PALB, PBL, Cr, HDL and TP (P < 0.05), while PNI was significantly correlated with ALB, PALB, PBL, Cr, HDL, TP and UREA (P < 0.05) . There were significant correlations between UCR and PALB, UREA and Cr (P < 0.05) . Logistic univariate regression analysis further confirmed these correlations and revealed that malnutrition was negatively correlated with albumin, prealbumin, total protein, lymphocytes, creatinine and BMI, and positively correlated with urea. However, multivariate regression analysis did not find any statistical difference between these related factors and the two objective evaluation measures. The results of diagnostic efficacy evaluation showed that the area under ROC curve of PNI and UCR evaluation to predict esophageal cancer malnutrition was 0.779 and 0.736, respectively, with statistical significance (P < 0.001) . Among them, UCR showed higher sensitivity and PNI showed higher specificity, but there was no significant difference in diagnostic value between them. Conclusion PNI and UCR as nutritional assessment tools have certain application value in the nutritional risk screening of patients with esophageal cancer, but their consistency with NRS 2002 score needs to be improved. Twelve endophytic fungus strain from artemisia sacrorum ledeb were isolated and purified with the method of surface disinfection and tip mycelium selection. The activity of eight strains of endophytic fermentation broth against wheat scab were studied by mycelial growth rate method. Most active strain were identified as Fusarium Redolens by the combination of morphology and ITS rDNA gene sequence. A mass spectrometry method was established to analyze the main metabolites. The results showed that the endophytic fungus (No: 20202707) from artemisia sacrorum ledeb demonstrated the strongest inhibitory effect on Fusarium graminearum, and the inhibitory rate was 65.27%. Its main metabolites were 3, 4-dihydrocoumarin, 5′deoxyribonuc leoside, Harmala alkaloid, benzofuran and benzothiazole.

Objective: A multiplex fluorescence PCR method based on TaqMan probe was developed for simultaneous detection of soybean and wheat allergens in food. Methods: TaqMan probe dual PCR was designed and established based on wheat gliadin gene and soybean lectin gene, respectively. The soybean Lectin gene was detected with FAM marker, and the wheat gliadin gene was detected with HEX marker. Moreover, the eukaryotic 18S rRNA was used as internal reference gene to ensure the effectiveness of the detection system. Results: The multiplex fluorescence PCR method for detection of soybean and wheat allergens created in this study had no cross-reaction to ingredients other organisms showing strong specificity. The detection limit of soybean and wheat mixture was up to 0.01%（mass ratio）, and the detection sensitivity was high. Conclusion: The established TaqMan probe real-time multiplex detection system for soybean and wheat allergens has the characteristics of good specificity and high sensitivity, which can be used for simultaneous and rapid detection of soybean and wheat allergens in food.

This paper aims to comprehensively analyze quality features of commercial whole grain dried noodles and provide data reference for the formulation standards of whole grain dried noodles. 41 commercial whole grain dried noodles collected in 2019 and 2020 are analyzed and evaluated in this research.The moisture content is from 9.77% to 13.06%, while the acidity value between 0.00 to 4.46 mL per10 g,with a naturally broken ratio from 0.04% to 4.05%. The cooked broken ratio is from 0.00% to 3.33%. The cooked broken ratio of 90% whole grain noodle samples is 0%, with the cooking loss ratio between 2.46%and 11.36%. Taking the limits of the above indexes in LS/T 3212—2014 as the reference, except the acidity of 2 samples and the cooking loss rate of 4 samples which are beyond the limit values, all indexes of other samples meet the requirements. The total dietary fiber content is between 2.22 to 12.37 g per 100 g and the alkylresorcinols content is between 10.08 μg/g and 218.52 μg/g. The integral level of moisture content,acidity and alkylresorcinols content of samples in 2020 is higher than that in 2019, and the cooking loss rate is the lower, while there is no significant difference between two years’ samples in other indexes. The results show that the quality of commercial whole grain dried noodles varies greatly.

Objective To retrospectively analyze metabolism associated risk factors of hypocitrateuria in kidney stone patients. Methods Totally 92 kidney stone patients with qualified data from metabolic evaluation database of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from May 2020 to January 2021 were included in this retrospective analysis . With hypocitrateuria as dependent variable, and gender, age and metabolic factors, including body mass index, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia, as independent variables,binary Logistic regression was used to analyze metabolism associated risk factors of hypocitraturia. Results In kidney stone patients, hypertension was risk factors of hypocitrateuria (OR=4.48,95% CI:1.58～12.70,P＜0.05), and other factors were not found to be associated with hypocitrateuria. Conclusions In kidney stone patients, hypertension is a risk factor of hypocitrateuria.

Forty-two buckwheat noodle products were collected from the market and their quality indexes were analyzed to provide data support for the establishment of buckwheat noodle standard.The results showed that among the 42 samples,the moisture content was 9.07% ～ 13.53%,the cooking loss rate of 73.8% samples was ≤10.0%,the weight gain rate of cooking was 93.2% ～ 241.7%,the cooked broken ratio was 0% ～ 3.3%,all ≤5.0%,the naturally broken ratio was 0% ～ 7.1%,the naturally broken ratio of 95%samples was ≤5.0%.The total flavonoids content in Tartary buckwheat noodles was 0.15% ～ 1.94%,the total flavonoids content in other buckwheat noodles was 0.10% ～ 0.55%.The L* value,a* value and b*value of buckwheat noodles were 32.35～86.12,0.85 ～ 7.25 and 11.95 ～ 38.15 respectively.The acidity value of 100% buckwheat noodles were less than 4.0 mL/10g,and the storage quality was good.

Objective: The Polygonatum cyrtonema was processed to investigated its effects on material and energy metabolism in CUMS depressed model mice. Methods: 80 KM/SPF mice were randomly divided into model group, positive group, processed P. cyrtonema group and compatible group, with male and female were equally divided. CUMS depressed mice model were established by unpredictable mild stress for 28 days. The levels of ICD, α-KGDHC, ATPs and Na+-K+ ATPase in brain, cerebellum, liver, kidney and spleen were detected by ELISA. Results: Processed P. cyrtonema and its compatibility had different effects on the enzyme levels of material and energy metabolism in both male and female mice. Compared to the positive group, each treatment group was affected significantly (P＜0.05). P. cyrtonema could significantly increase the α-KGDHC content in brain, cerebellum, liver, kidney and spleen of female mice (P＜0.01), and complex differences in levels of ICD α-KGDHC, ATPs and Na+-K+ ATPase in different organs of male and female mice were observed. Conclusion: Processed P. cyrtonema and its compatibility had different effects on the enzyme levels of marerial and energy metabolism in both male and female mice. P cyrtonema group had the strongest effect on depressed mice.

Objective: In order to explore the effect of step-down relative humidity drying strategy on the drying characteristics of agricultural products. Methods: Yam slices were selected as the object. The effects of constant humidity drying （relative humidity 15%, 25%, 35%, 45%） and step-down relative humidity drying （relative humidity 45% in the first stage for different times of 10, 20, 30, 60 min and relative humidity 20% in the second stage） on the drying characteristics of yam slices were studied at 60 ℃; The multi-field coupling model was constructed for the simulation of heat and mass transfer; The rehydration ratio and microstructure of the dried product were also measured. Results: ① During constant humidity drying, the drying rate decreased with the increase of relative humidity; However, the drying time of step-down relative humidity drying （45% relative humidity maintained for 20 min and then decreased to 15%） was 8.3% shorter than that of constant humidity drying （relative humidity 15%）. ② The drying rate of yam slices generally increased first and then decreased, The fitting results of drying model showed that it was accurate to describe the changing process of moisture and mass transfer. ③ The rehydration ratio increased first and then decreased with the increase of relative humidity; Under special drying condition of step-down relative humidity drying strategy （relative humidity 45% kept for 20 min and then decreased to 15%）, the yam slices showed honeycomb porous structure, which was good for the mass transfer. Under this condition, the maximum rehydration ratio was 6.85 ± 0.05; Under the drying condition of constant humidity strategy （relative humidity is 20%）, the microstructure of yam sllices begin to shrink and collapse, which led to a lower rehydration rate. Conclusion: During the process of hot air drying, the multi-field coupling model can significantly shorten the drying time, effectively improve the microstructure of materials and improve the rehydration rate of products; The multi-field coupling model can precisely simulate the heat and mass transfer process in yam slices during hot air drying; The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the application and optimization of step-down relative humidity drying strategy.

Atherosclerosis is a kind of chronic inflammatory disease involving imbalance of lipid metabolism and immune disorders. The disintegrin metalloprotease 17(ADAM17) is a classic membrane protein shedding enzyme, which promotes atherosclerosis by participating in the process of inflammatory response, angiogenesis and plaque instability. In a few cases, ADAM17 also exhibits anti-atherosclerotic effects. Therefore, paying attention to the mechanism of ADAM17 in atherosclerosis will help to provide new insights into the diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerosis.

In recent years, diabetes has become a public health problem troubling all mankind.Studies have shown that diabetes has a significant correlation with the Glycemic Index (GI).Grain is the main dietary source of Chinese and is closely related to human health.The glycemic index of cereals is influenced by a number of factors, including its basic components and processing methods.In this review, factors,mechanisms affecting the glycemic index of cereals as well as the national and international studies on advances in low GI cereals in recent years were introduced, so as to provide reference and assistance for the dietary choices of patients with high glucose and the research and development of low-GI foods.

Porous alumina ceramics were prepared by using calcined α-Al2O3 as raw material,nano silica sol as high temperature binder and carboxymethy cellulose as molding binder with processes of mixing,aging,molding and sintering.The effect of silica sol addition on sintering properties was investigated by test method of SEM and XRD. The linear shrinkage,volume density,porosity and flexural strength were also tested.The results show that the quartz silicon dioxide which is pyrolysed product from silica sol could bond the alumina particles together to form porous ceramics and improve the mechanical properties.The essence of silica sol bonding is physical bonding.The silicon dioxide in the sol begins to react with alumina to form mullite when the sintering temperature reaches 1500 ℃,and the porous ceramics tend to be compact with excellence mechanical properties.The flexural strength is about (105.5±8.0) MPa.The content of mullite phase increases with sintering temperature.However,with much higher content of mullite generation,the porosity increases and the mechanical performance degrades.The porous alumina ceramics with excellence performance can be obtained when the sintering temperature is between 1400 ℃ and 1500 ℃.

In recent years,with the increasing attention to whole grain health,whole grain food is developing rapidly.Sprouted whole grain,as an important ingredient of whole grain foods,also received a great attention.Germination treatment could further increase the nutritional value and bio-availability of whole grain products,improve the sensory quality of baked products,and have a positive effect on the prevention and control of chronic metabolic syndrome.The research achievements on the definition of sprouted whole grain,molecular mechanisms,bio-active compounds,beneficial functions,anti-nutritional factors and processing of sprouted whole grains were summarized in the paper,the problems in sprouted grain industry and the suggestions for future development of sprouted grain were further put forward.It is expected to provide some references for the preparation,processing,product creation and policy formulation of sprouted whole grain.

Objective To investigate the test situation of pulmonary nodules among health examination population in a certain area and analyze its relationship with lifestyle and dietary habits. Methods A study was conducted on 10 580 individuals who underwent health examinations at the health management center of The Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023, regardless of occupation. All health examines underwent low-dose spiral computed tomography (LDCT) lung examination to screen for pulmonary nodule patients, the detection rate and imaging characteristics of pulmonary nodules were analyzed, and a questionnaire survey on their lifestyle and dietary habits was conducted, the relationship between the detection rate of pulmonary nodules and lifestyle and dietary habits were analyzed. Results A total of 2 054 positive cases of pulmonary nodules were detected among 10 580 healthy individuals, with a detection rate of 19.41%. Among them, 320 cases were of type 1 nodules (3.02%), 1 425 cases were of type 2 nodules (13.47%), 218 cases were of type 3 nodules (2.06%), and 91 cases were of type 4 nodules (0.86%). There was a statistically significant difference in the classification of Lung RANDS for positive pulmonary nodules of different densities and sizes (P < 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of pulmonary nodules among healthy individuals of different ages, genders, occupational environments, smoking habits, participation in physical exercise, and dietary habits (whether you have the habit of eating breakfast, whether you eat a high-oil diet, whether you eat fried products and the combination of meat and vegetables) . Multivariate logistic regression results showed that males (OR = 2.143, 95% CI: 1.151-3. 9880), smokers (OR = 2.234, 95% CI: 1.435-3.480), aged over 40 years old (OR = 1.451, 95% CI: 1.031-2.040), not participating in physical exercise (OR = 1.582, 95% CI: 1.157-2.165), and no habit of eating breakfast (OR = 1.404, 95% CI: 1.036-1.902), high oil diet (OR = 1.409, 95% CI: 1.073-1.850) and eat fried products (OR = 1.795, 95% CI: 1.269-2.539) were independent risk factors for pulmonary nodules in healthy individuals in this region (P < 0.05) . Conclusion The detection rate of pulmonary nodules in the health examination population in Luzhou region is relatively high, and related lifestyle and dietary habits may affect the occurrence of pulmonary nodules. It is recommended to actively carry out LDCT for people over 40 years old in this area, focusing on high-risk groups who smoke, do not participate in physical exercise, have habits of not eating breakfast, high oil diet and eating fried products. Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKHS) combing with meningitis/encephalitis patients. Methods and Results The clinical data of the inpatients of Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2009 to December 2022 with VKHS combing with meningitis/encephalitis were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 23 patients were included in the study, of which 20 patients (86.96%) had neurological symptoms, with headache being the most common (19 cases, 82.61%), 11 patients (47.83%) had increased cerebrospinal fluid (CBF) pressure, 14 patients (60.87%) had increased CBF white blood cells, and 11 patients (47.83%) had increased CBF protein. The brain MRI mainly showed white matter demyelination (8/14 cases). Optic nerve MRI showed inflammatory lesions of optic nerve and optic papilla (12/14 cases). The visual evoked potential (VEP) mainly showed prolonged latency (10/16 cases). The optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed retinal exudation (8/15 cases) and retinal neurocortical detachment (7/15 cases). The main results of fundus photography were disc edema (17/18 cases). The main manifestation of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was uveitis (9/15 cases). After intravenous hormone and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg) treatment, 14 patients were followed up, and neurological symptoms were completely relieved, 11 patients had good visual prognosis, and 3 patients had no obvious visual improvement. Conclusions VKHS might present with meningitis/encephalitis symptoms, and the CSF characteristics of these patients were similar to those of viral meningitis. Objective To analyze the transmission of HIV-1 infections newly found in Luzhou city, Sichuan Province in 2021, and to investigate the risk factors and characteristics of HIV-1 transmission network, so as to provide data for the prevention and control of AIDS epidemic in Luzhou. Methods The blood samples and demographic information of 363 newly reported HIV-1 infections in Luzhou in 2021 were collected. The HIV-1 pol gene sequence was amplified by nested PCR, and the virus subtype and transmissible drug resistance were analyzed according to the pol gene sequence. The molecular network was constructed based on the optimal gene distance (d=1.5%) and the characteristics of molecular transmission network and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results A total of 346 valid sequences were obtained, including 113 cases of CRF07_BC subtype (32.66%), 107 cases of CRF01_AE subtype (30.92%), 99 cases of CRF08_BC subtype (28.61%), 18 cases of CRF105_0108 subtype (5.20%), and 9 cases of other subtypes (2.60%). The rate of transmitted drug resistance of HIV-1 was 15.03% (52/346), and dual drug resistance was detected in 4 samples. A total of 34 molecular clusters were formed, and the number of cases in the clusters ranged from 2 to 25, with 148 individuals (42.77%) included in the transmission network under the optimal genetic distance threshold (1.5%). There were significant differences in age, education level, infection route, genotype, and registered residence registration (P<0.05). Logistic regression found that education level and registered residence were the influencing factors of network access. Conclusion The newly reported HIV -1 infection in Luzhou city shows diversity of virus genes. CRF01_AE, CRF07_BC, and CRF08_ BC subtype have become the main subtype of epidemic virus strains, and molecular transmission network should be established for long-term monitoring in this region to take targeted measures to block its further transmission. Objective To investigate the effect of hemeregulated nuclear receptor(Rev-erb) agonist SR9009 on the proliferation and potential mechanism of human colon cancer cell line HCT116. Methods HCT116 cells were cultured and treated with Rev-erb agonist SR9009 with proper dosagee and treatment time. The cell proliferation was observed with a phase contrast microscopve. The cell viability was tested using a CCK-8 kit. The mRNA transcription of Rev-erb α, Rev-erb β and autophagy genes Beclin1, LC3 and p62 were detected by real-time PCR. The protein expression of Rev-erb α, Rev-erb β, Beclin1, LC3 and p62 were detected by Western blot. Results 1)Rev-erb agonist SR9009 inhibited the HCT116 cell proliferation as compared with control group (P＜0.05), and the right dose of SR9009 was 20 μmol/L and the treatment time was 24 hours. 2)SR9009 significantly increased Rev-erb α and Rev-erb β mRNA transcription (P＜0.01) and protein expression (P＜0.05) in HCT116 cells. 3)R9009 significantly reduced the expression of autophagy genes Beclin1 and LC3 in HCT116 cells (P＜0.05), causing autophagy protein p62 accumulation. 4)HCT116 cell viability was further decreased with an autophagy inhibitor 3-methyladenine (3-MA) after SR9009 treatment (P＜0.05), the cell viability was restored by an autophagy activator rapamycin (P＜0.05). Conclusions Rev-erb agonist SR9009 inhibits proliferation and cell viability of colon cancer cell line HCT116 by reducing autophagy.

Black TiO2 (b-TiO2) was synthesized by hydrothermal and chemical reduction methods. Taking advantage of the adhesion effect of poly-dopamine (PDA), CB/b-TiO2 composite material was prepared by modifying b-TiO2 with carbon black (CB). The crystal structure, chemical composition and micro-morphology of the composites were characterized by XRD, XPS, SEM and TEM. The effect of mass ratio of CB to b-TiO2 on morphology and properties of CB/b-TiO2 was studied. The effect of the amount of CB/b-TiO2on photocatalysis degradation properties was also studied and the amount of CB/b-TiO2 was optimized. The results show that when the mass ratio of CB to b-TiO2 is 1:2, the obtained CB/ b-TiO2 has high light absorption performance in the wide spectrum range, CB/b-TiO2exhibits excellent photocatalytic performance. Besides, when the amount of CB/b-TiO2 is 0.5 g/L, the target pollutant malachite green solution MG (10 mg/L) can be degraded by 99.5% after 3 min. Besides, a high degradation rate of 89.2% can still be maintained after 5 cycles, showing good regeneration and utilization performance.

Objective To evaluate the correlation of age of onset, course of stone with renal function among urinary stone patients. Methods Totally 183 patients' history data were reviewed, including age of onset for stone, course of stone and eGFR. We evaluated correlation of age of onset, course of stone with eGFR by multivariate linear regression, to find potential relationship of urinary stone with renal function damage. Results With higher level of renal function, mean course of stone was longer among urinary stone patients. Meanwhile, among patients with renal function at 1-3 level, mean age of onset also increased as level of renal function increasing. Furthermore, multivariate linear regression revealed that age of onset, course of stone and eGFR were in linear correlation. Conclusions With older age of onset for stone and/or longer course of stone, patients' renal function is impaired more seriously with lower eGFR among urinary stone patients.

With the completion of the human genome project and the advancement of sequencing technology, the ethical issues involved in medical genetics have become increasingly prominent. This requires the integration of ethical and other ideological elements into classroom teaching of medical genetics, and cultivation of the ethical qualities of medical undergraduates. This paper systematically discusses the reform of medical genetics curriculum focusing on ethical issues from the aspects of syllabus construction, ethical issues, and classroom practice and effect. Strengthening the ethical literacy of medical undergraduates is an inevitable trend in the development of medical genetics, and it is a realistic need for comprehensive education. Besides, the teaching reform based on the ethical problems, is also possible to improve the curriculum construction as a pilot project with a step-by-step remodeling strategy, and comprehensively promote the reformation of education of medical genetics.
