In order to expand the application of silver carp protein hydrolysate in frozen dough, this paper investigated the effects of silver carp protein hydrolysates on the freezable water content, water distribution and migration, microstructure, rheological properties, fermentation properties of frozen dough during frozen storage, and analyzed specific volume, textural properties and sensory score of bread. The DSC and LF-NMR results showed that the addition of silver carp protein hydrolysate inhibited the increase of freezable water content and water fluidity of dough during the frozen storage. The SEM, rheological and fermentation properties results showed that the addition of silver carp protein hydrolysate reduced the mechanical damage of gluten network structure, and increased the proportion of elastic properties and fermentation volume of dough during frozen storage. The results of specific volume and texture showed that the addition of silver carp protein hydrolysate improved the specific volume and elasticity of bread, and reduced its hardness and chewability. Silver carp protein hydrolysate also improved sensory score of bread. In conclusion, it can be seen that silver carp protein hydrolysate can effectively improve the quality of frozen dough and bread.

With advancements in radiology, endoscopic techniques, surgical treatments, cell biology and molecular biology, the understanding of temporomandibular disorders(TMD)has increased. The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a complex structure comprising both soft and hard tissues. Within the TMJ, the temporomandibular disc is a soft tissue structure that connects the mandible to the skull, providing cushioning and stability during joint movement. Different imaging techniques have their own advantages and limitations in the diagnosis and treatment of TMD. Therefore, using image registration technology to assess the condition and position of the articular disc provides new research perspectives for evaluating TMD, which may contribute to the diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the latest advancements in TMJ imaging, explores the applications of various image registration techniques, particularly in the context of TMD diagnosis and treatment, and discusses future prospects. Combining the research results of some scholars at home and abroad with the author’s clinical experience, the article aims to provide valuable insights for clinicians.

【Objective】Fiber Raman Amplifier (FRA) based on multi-pump technology has features of low noise, a wide gain bandwidth, and a controllable gain spectrum shape, which is regarded as an ideal optical relay amplifier for long-haul fiber optic transmission network systems. Intelligent optical amplifiers with adaptive controllable gain are required in dynamic fiber optic transmission network systems. This article introduces a gain control method for FRA based on neural network and numerical solutions of Raman power coupling equations.【Methods】First, the data set containing the signal gains, pump powers and wavelengths in the FRA is collected to train the neural network to establish an approximate mapping relationship between the signal gains and pump parameters. Subsequently, the trained neural network is utilized to determine the initial pump powers and wavelengths of the FRA based on the target gains of the signal. Finally, the pump powers are optimized by solving the numerical solutions of the Raman power coupling equations to improve the accuracy of the FRA output signal gains.【Results】The paper investigates the effect of the flatness of signal gains in each group in the training dataset on the accuracy of FRA output signal gains. When the gain fluctuation of each group signal in the training data is less than 2 dB, the mean and variance of the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of the 1 000 sets of test signal gains output by the FRA are 0.230 and 0.010 dB, respectively. Additionally, the mean and variance of the maximum error of the gains are 0.462 and 0.044 dB, respectively.【Conclusion】The results indicate that the proposed method can achieve high-precision FRA gain control, offering a new idea and method for investigating intelligent optical amplifier gain adaptive control in dynamic fiber optic transmission networks.

ObjectiveThis study analyzes the omics data resources in human-infecting coronavirus animal models collected from various public databases, focusing on data distribution, dataset quantity, data types, species, strains, and research content. It aims to enhance our understanding of biological characteristics and pathogenic mechanisms of coronaviruses, thereby providing a solid foundation for devising effective therapeutic strategies and preventive measures.Methods Query strategies, including specific virus names, time ranges, and inclusion and exclusion criteria, were defined to retrieve data from major public omics databases such as GEO and ArrayExpress. Secondary filtering was performed based on different field types to obtain a more accurate data list. An omics data text database was established for bibliometric analysis. Co-occurrence networks were constructed for the analysis of the correlation strengths between different research themes, technical methods, and involved species. The cell types, organs, and biological pathways involved in studies were examined to further elucidate the pathogenic interplay between pathogens and hosts. Results About twenty public databases containing coronavirus-related omics data were identified, with a primary focus on novel coronavirus infection. Commonly used species include humans, mice, hamsters, and monkeys, while the commonly used virus strains are Wuhan-Hu-1 and USA-WA1/2020. Lung tissues are primarily used in animal models such as mice, macaques, and ferrets, while airway epithelial cells and Calu-3 cells are predominantly employed in human-related studies. Expression profiling data indicate that gene pathways involved in inflammation, cytokine response, complement pathway, cell damage, proliferation, and differentiation are significantly upregulated after infection. Proteomics studies reveal significant changes in phosphoproteome, ubiquitinome, and total proteome of patient samples at different infection stages. Specific protein categories, including viral receptors and proteases, transcription factors, cytokines, proteins associated with coagulation system, angiogenesis-related proteins, and fibrosis markers, show alterations after coronavirus infection. In addition, metabolomics data suggest that phosphocholine, phosphoethanolamine, arachidonic acid, and oleic acid could serve as potential metabolic markers. Epigenomics research indicates m6A methylation plays a role in SARS-CoV-2 replication, infection, and transmission, affecting host cell-virus interactions. Among these, N, S, and non-structural proteins 2 and 3 exhibit the most significant ubiquitination. Trends in microbiomics research suggest that microbial communities in the gut and wastewater are emerging as new research focuses. Conclusion The data types of coronavirus omics are diverse, with a wide variety of models and cell types used. The selection of species and technical methods for modelling varies based on the characteristics of different viruses. Multi-omics data from animal models of coronavirus infection can reveal key interactions between hosts and pathogens, identifying biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets, and provide valuable information for a deeper understanding of biological characteristics and infection mechanisms of coronaviruses.

Objective To prevent water leakage issues in large-diameter shield tunnel, ensure high-speed train operational safety and normal tunnel functionality, it is necessary to carry out analysis and research on tunnel segment joint deformation and waterproof performance under high-speed train vibration. Method Relying on the Zhanjiang Bay Subsea Tunnel project, a soil-tunnel three-dimensional model and a sealing gasket-groove two-dimensional refined model are established using finite element software. First, the dynamics response and deformation characteristics of segment joints under high-speed train vibration in large-diameter shield tunnel are studied, with longitudinal joints as example. Then, the waterproof performance of a sealing gasket is analyzed based on the most adverse joint deformation working condition. Result & Conclusion The research results indicate that under the vibration of a single high-speed train, the displacement response process of segment joints can be divided into three stages: deformation increase, deformation being danger, and deformation decline. During the second stage, significant joint opening and misalignment occur at the upper part and both ends of the segment ring, while adjacent joints experience reduced opening and misalignment due to compression from both adjacent side segments. There is almost no deformation at the joints below the track bed, as the tunnel track bed significantly mitigates the impact of train vibration on segment linings. The contact stress between sealing gaskets follows a U-shaped distribution, decreasing from the central contact area towards both edges between the sealing gasket and the segment groove. Leakage is more likely to occur at the contact surfaces between the sealing gaskets than along the contact path between the sealing gasket and the segment groove. Under the most adverse working condition of this project, a provided triangular perforated sealing gasket is found to meet the tunnel waterproof requirements.

Operating system (OS) security has been considered as a critical layer within the comprehensive security framework of computer information systems. Mandatory access control (MAC) mechanisms such as SELinux and AppArmor have been employed to strengthen OS security. However, significant challenges have been encountered in the application of MAC in practice, primarily involving the complexity of security policy configuration, which has demanded specialized expertise and often resulted in coarse-grained protection measures. Aimed at enhancing the process of generating security policies for AppArmor, an automated access control policy generation method was proposed based on large language models (LLM). The process began with a static analysis of the target application to extract preliminary security policy rules. Subsequently, the application was extensively executed to gather logs that achieved maximum code coverage. Large models, in conjunction with the gathered log information, static analysis outcomes, and few-shot learning, were utilized to autonomously generate security policies for applications. This approach significantly reduced the dependence on security experts, lowered manual labor costs, and diminished the subjectivity and complexity associated with manual security policy configurations. The efficacy of this methodology was demonstrated through a comparative analysis between the AppArmor security policies generated by this framework and the default policies, focusing on the policies’ correctness, completeness, and succinctness. The experimental findings reveal that the generated policies are not only comprehensive and succinct but also do not impede the normal operation of the application. These results underscore the effectiveness of the proposed method in streamlining the security policy generation process and enhancing the quality of the policies.

Objective To investigate associations between three-dimensional(3D) morphology of cervical vertebrae and skeletal maturation by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT) and establish corresponding regression models for quantitatively evaluating cervical vertebral maturation(CVM). Methods The analyzed sample consisted of 358 CBCT images (175 male, 183 female), of which 277 images were randomly selected as the model development group and 81 as the performance test group. Twenty-one 3D morphological parameters were defined and measured, incorporating all parts of the cervical vertebrae, including the cervical vertebral bodies, transverse processes, spinous processes, pedicles, lamina, and articular processes. The cervical vertebral maturation index (CVMI) was determined by experienced orthodontists as reference standard. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient and multivariable stepwise regression analysis were used to identify the associations and build regression models. The performance test group was employed to examine each model’s reliability. Paired-samples Wilcoxon signed-rank test compared the CVMI of the model prediction with the reference standard. Results Three-dimensional morphological changes in various parts of the cervical vertebrae correlated with CVMI (P0.05). Conclusion New associations were found between 3D morphology of cervical vertebrae and skeletal maturation. The 3D-driven morphometric CVM assessment method and corresponding regression models exhibited good credibility and high consistency with experts.

Objective To describe the incidence and mortality of brain tumors in China in 2020 and to predict the disease burden up to 2040. Methods The brain tumor incidence and mortality in 2020 were recorded based on the data from International Agency for Cancer Research(IARC), Cancer Today database. The incidence and mortality were standardized by age using Segi's world standard population. The burden of brain tumors in 2040 was predicted with assuming that national rates remained constant in 2020. Results It was estimated there were approximately 79 600 new brain tumors cases and 65 200 deaths in China in 2020. The age-standardized incidence and mortality rates of brain tumors in China were 4.1/100 000 and 3.2/100 000, respectively, which were lower than the United States of America, most of European countries and Australia. The incidence and mortality were higher than Africa, central America, and the Caribbean. From 2020 to 2040, the brain tumors cases and deaths are predicted to have an increase as 32.1% and 41.5% respectively. Conclusions The disease burden of brain tumors was still heavy in China. Further studies are urgently needed to clarify the epidemic trend of tissue typing and risk factors of brain tumors, which may support the development of effective prevention strategies.

BackgroundSchizophrenia is a common severe mental disorder with complex pathogenesis. There are few studies on the correlation between kynurenine metabolites in peripheral serum and urine in schizophrenia.ObjectiveTo investigate the concentration of tryptophan-kynurenine metabolites and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in serum and urine in patients with schizophrenia， and their correlation with clinical symptoms， so as to explore potential biological characteristics related to schizophrenia.MethodsA total of 38 patients with schizophrenia who met the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders， fifth edition （DSM-5）， and were hospitalized or attended outpatient clinic at Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study. Additionally， 26 healthy individuals were concurrently recruited from the community of Hangzhou to serve as a control group. All participants were requested to complete the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale （PANSS）. The levels of tryptophan （TRP）， kynurenine （KYN）， kynurenic acid （KYNA）， quinolinic acid （QUIN）， picolinic acid （PIC）， xanthurenate and 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） in both serum and urine were measured using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole linear ion trap mass spectrometry. Serum and urine IL-6 were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the correlation between serum and urinary KYN metabolites， as well as the correlation between metabolite levels and clinical symptoms in the patient group.ResultsPatients with schizophrenia had significantly higher level of IL-6 in serum （U=798.500， P

ObjectiveTo provide more basic information of comparative medicine for the study of biological changes and pathogenesis of COVID-19 by systematical sorting and analyzing the transcriptome data. Methods Following a retrieval strategy, using COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 as key words, transcriptome datasets related to COVID-19 from January 2020 to May 2023 were collected from GEO, ArrayExpress and GEN Transcriptome databases. The composition, distribution, and research application of COVID-19 transcriptome data resources were analyzed. Data distribution was visually displayed and correlation analysis was performed. The research applications and limitations of existing COVID-19 transcriptome data were analyzed from the perspectives of clinical medicine and comparative medicine, focusing on clinical-related molecular mechanisms, biomarkers and related immune responses, treatment intervention strategies, etc. The research value and application prospects were discussed. Results A total of 975 sets of COVID-19 transcriptome data were included. Among three databases, datasets from humans accounted for the highest proportion, namely 71.9%, 77.9%, and 90%, respectively. Species other than humans, such as mice, were the main sources of data, with the respiratory and nervous systems having the highest distribution of data. Twenty-seven datasets were associated with clinical significance. Analysis revealed that respiratory tract injury and other related molecular mechanisms were obtained through transcriptome data mining. Biomarkers such as cfDNA could be used as therapeutic targets. The severity of COVID-19 infection was associated with cell changes and disorders represented by M1 macrophages. Comparative medical analysis showed that mice, hamsters, and other animals were susceptible to SARS-CoV-2. Rhesus monkeys and cynomolgus monkeys exhibited infection characteristics highly similar to human. Apart from respiratory symptoms, hamsters also exhibited digestive system symptoms. SARS-CoV-2 can replicate in the respiratory organs of various susceptible animals, the intestines of ferrets and the ears of minks, resulting in interstitial pneumonia, diffuse lung injury and other pathological changes of varying degrees. Based on the differences in immune responses, hamsters can be used for neutralizing antibody reaction research. Conclusion Currently there is a wealth of COVID-19 transcriptome data, but there is a lack of comparative transcriptome research. Transcriptomics can be combined with comparative medicine to further explore the differences in comparative medicine of COVID-19.

Congenital choledochal cyst (CCC) is the most common congenital biliary malformation clinically with a higher risk of malignancy. Multiple factors, including the age of the patient, cyst type, histological finding and localization, have the impacts on the prognosis. Whether in children or in adults, surgery is the first choice for CCC. The preoperative prediction of canceration, the timing and method of surgery, postoperative complications and the monitoring and management of CCC canceration have the important influences on the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the relevant literature with regards to the prediction, treatment and monitoring of malignant transformation of CCC.

Egg yolk is rich in nutrition and complex in structure. Its major components are egg yolk granules (EYGs) and egg yolk plasma (EYP). The physicochemical properties and microstructures of egg yolk and its components are greatly affected by different treatments during processing, and in turn affect their functional properties. Therefore, this paper reviews the effects of different treatments including salting, alkali treatment, heat treatment and enzymatic treatment on the physicochemical properties (surface hydrophobicity, oil exudation, and protein solubility) and microstructure of egg yolk as well as EYGs and EYP. In addition, this paper discusses the functional changes of egg yolk and its components after different treatments. We expect this review to provide theoretical support for future research on the physicochemical properties and microstructure of egg yolk components and on their effects on the functional properties of egg yolk components.

A method of headspace-solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established for simultaneous determination of 10 types of 51 odorous substances in water. The effects of extraction head, extraction temperature, extraction time, salt content, desorption time and split ratio on detection results were investigated with optimized gas chromatography-mass spectrometry parameters using the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode for triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The results showed that the optimized conditions were polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene as extraction head, 55 ℃ as extraction temperature, 20 min as extraction time, 300 g/L NaCl as salt content, desorption time of 0.5 min and the split ratio of 10∶1. The detection limits of 51 odorous substances ranged from 0.4 to 183 ng/L, and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995. The detection limits of indicator substances, such as geosmin, 2-methylisothiol, anisole, dimethyl disulfide, and dimethyl trisulfide were 0.4, 0.9, 1.9, 3.5, 1.7 ng/L, respectively, which met the limit requirement of “Standard for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749—2022)” of China. The spiked recoveries of the low, medium and high concentration levels were 76.2%-118%, 78.9%-119% and 82.0%-119%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.9%-19.4%, 1.8%-13.4% and 0.9%-13.2%, respectively. This method was used to detect the odorous substances in 29 surface waters, in which 12 odorous substances such as methyl mercaptan, dimethyl sulfide, and DL-sec-butyl acetate were detected with the concentration range of 2.2~1 651 ng/L. There were no apparent interferences in the MRM channels for the detected odorous substances. This method has the characteristics of simple pretreatment, good reproducibility and high accuracy, which is suitable for simultaneous and rapid screening of various types of odorous substances in water bodies.

In the field of operation safety control of railway trains, the driving alignment is considered as the reference point for the basic data of the train operation monitoring device (LKJ). At present, trains depart usually after visual check against the preset alignment reference, which is subject to environmental constraints and defects from manual operation such as uncontrollable alignment error. In order to accurately identify the stock track, route and kilometer mark of the train, and realize the precise operation control of the train, this paper proposes an automatic auxiliary alignment design of train based on the high-precision BeiDou positioning technology, which enables automatic setting of initial station parameters and automatic auxiliary driving alignment for train operation by combining the real-time dynamic BeiDou positioning technology and high-precision onboard station/yard map data. The field application results show that after adopting this system,the positioning accuracy of BeiDou reaches 2 cm, the control accuracy of automatic driving alignment is within 1 m, and the success rate of accurate automatic auxiliary alignment is 99.9% under the condition of high confidence, which indicates the proposed design can effectively prevent the safety risks lying in manual alignment, reduce the labor intensity of train drivers and improve the operational efficiency of railroad transport enterprises.

Objective To investigate the methylation status of the NOX5 gene in peripheral blood of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and its association with GDM. Methods A total of 67 pregnant women who were diagnosed with GDM at the outpatient service of Department of Obstetrics in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were enrolled as case group, and 87 healthy pregnant women with normal oral glucose tolerance test results during the same period of time were enrolled as control group. Methylation-specific PCR was used to determine the methylation status of the NOX5 gene, and according to the methylation status of the NOX5 gene, the pregnant women in the case group were further divided into positive subgroup with 44 women and negative subgroup with 23 women. According to the presence or absence of fetal distress or fetal macrosomia, 154 neonates were divided into distress group with 6 neonates and non-distress group with 148 neonates, as well as fetal macrosomia group with 11 neonates and non-fetal macrosomia group with 143 neonates. The methylation status of the NOX5 gene was analyzed in terms of its association with the general information and pregnancy outcome of the pregnant women with GDM. Results There was a significant difference in the constituent ratio of positive NOX5 gene methylation between the case group and the control group (65.67% vs 40.23%,χ2=9.807,P0.05). There was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of positive NOX5 gene methylation between the distress group and the non-distress group and between the fetal macrosomia group and the non-fetal macrosomia group (P>0.05). Conclusion NOX5 gene methylation is often observed in pregnant women with GDM, but the methylation status of the NOX5 gene is not associated with the age, pre-pregnancy BMI, blood pressure, and fasting blood glucose of pregnant women with GDM, and it is also not associated with fetal distress and fetal macrosomia.

Objective To investigate the strategy of internal auditory canal (IAC) management in retrosigmoid approach for vestibular schwannoma after accurate implementation of preoperative individualized assessment. Methods The clinical data of 149 patients with vestibular schwannoma who underwent resection via retrosigmoid approach at The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were retrospectively analyzed from January 2018 to January 2022. The tumors in IAC were conventionally treated by drilling open the posterior wall of the IAC in 95 patients (the drilling open IAC group), and treated by scraping method in 54 patients (the scraping group). Tumor resection rate and postoperative complication rate were recorded, and facial nerve function was evaluated by House⁃Brackmann (H⁃B) grade at 6 months after surgery. Results In the patients who were treated with drilling open the posterior wall of the IAC, gross total resection (GTR) was performed in 37 cases (38.95%), near total resection (NTR) in 30 cases (31.58%), subtotal resection (STR) and majority resection in 28 cases (29.47%). Forty⁃seven cases (49.47%) of H⁃B grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 22 cases (23.16%) of Ⅲ and 23 cases (24.21%) of Ⅳ-Ⅵ were classified at 6 months after surgery. Incidence of complications: cerebrospinal fluid (CBF) leakage in 5 cases (5.26%), intracranial infection in 9 cases (9.47%), pulmonary infection in 13 cases (13.68%), and intermuscular venous thrombosis in 6 cases (6.32%). In patients who were treated with scraping method, GTR was performed in 12 cases (22.22%), NTR in 22 cases (40.74%), while STR and majority resection in 20 cases (37.04%). Twenty⁃one cases (38.89%) of H⁃B grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, 16 cases (29.63%) of Ⅲ and 17 cases (31.48%) of Ⅳ-Ⅵ were classified at 6 months after the surgery. Incidence of complications: CSF leakage in 0 cases, intracranial infection in 4 cases (7.41%), pulmonary infection in 7 cases (12.96%), and intermuscular venous thrombosis in 3 cases (5.56%). Tumor resection rate (χ2=0.902, P=0.342), facial nerve function at 6 months after surgery (χ2=0.282, P=0.594), intracranial infection (χ2=0.185, P=0.667), pulmonary infection (χ2=0.015, P=0.901) and lower limb intermuscular venous thrombosis (χ2=0.035, P=0.851) were not statistically significant in 2 groups. Conclusions Conventionally drilling open the posterior wall of the IAC is the preferred method to deal with the IAC, and scraping can be used as a selective supplement after strict preoperative evaluation.

This paper briefly described the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in disease management and clinical research for diagnosis, prediction, treatment, and basic research of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and analyzed challenges in this field.The review highlighted extensive progress of AI technology application in the diagnosis and prediction of CVDs. For example, AI combined with ECG and cardiovascular imaging achieved an accurate diagnosis. Moreover, AI may integrate imaging data with other clinical data and so supported early screening and predicting of coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease, heart failure, and other CVDs risk. This paper also pointed out that AI-assisted cardiovascular interventional therapy and clinical decision-making are still on the way of development and AI-assisted multi-omics research is far from clinical application, which is the main direction of future research. In this paper, the problems faced by AI in the diagnosis, prediction, treatment, and basic research of CVDs were summarized and the application prospects of AI in the cardiovascular field have been prospected.

Objective To observe the early therapeutic effects of a mitochondrial fission inhibitor, mitochondrial division inhibitor 1 (Mdivi-1), on the traumatic shock rats at high altitude. Methods SD rats were rapidly transported (airlift) from the plain (Chongqing) to the plateau (Lhasa, 3 600 m altitude). After 72 h, the traumatic shock model of rats at high altitude was prepared by free bleeding from splenic artery disconnection until mean arterial pressure (MAP) fell to 40 mmHg. The animals were divided into 5 groups: sham-operation group, shock group, Lactate Ringer's (LR) solution control group, and LR combined with 0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg Mdivi-1 groups. Then the experiments were designed as 2 parts. The rats in the first part were resuscitated with mere LR solution or combined with 0.1 or 0.5 mg/kg Mdivi-1 without hemostatic treatment. With the MAP maintained at 50-60 mmHg, the changes of MAP, bleeding volume, fluid infusion volume and survival rate were observed in each group. In the second part, bleeding control was performed by ligation of the spleen artery after 1 h of low-pressure resuscitation, and definitive resuscitation was continuously given. The changes of blood loss, infusion volume, organ functions, tissue oxygen partial pressure, lung and brain water content and animal survival were subsequently investigated. Results When LR solution was used for low-pressure resuscitation without hemostatic treatment, the MAP of rats was maintained at 50-60 mmHg for about 1 h, and then began to drop gradually rather than rise after increasing the amount of fluid input, with the bleeding volume soared obviously. Whereas Mdivi-1 combination treatment maintained MAP at 50-60 mmHg for about 3 h, and significantly reduced the bleeding volume and fluid infusion. Further studies showed that in the hemostatic resuscitation treatment, the rats of the LR control group still had a rather low level of tissue oxygen partial pressure, with elevated water contents in the lung and brain, and seriously impaired functions of vital organs such as the heart, liver and kidney. However, Mdivi-1 (0.1 or 0.5 mg/kg) treatment remarkably improved the damage, increased the tissue oxygen partial pressure, reduced the water contents in the lung and brain, alleviated the impairment of the heart, liver and kidney, and greatly prolonged the survival time of shock animals. Conclusion Mdivi-1 is suitable for the early treatment of traumatic shock at high altitude, which can improve organ functions and extend the golden time of treatment.

Objective To determine the effects of seawater immersion at 21 ℃ on survival, organ functions, tissue metabolism and homeostasis in rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 128 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (NC), 40% hemorrhagic shock group (HS), normal rats with 21 ℃ seawater immersion (2 h) group (SI), and 40% hemorrhagic shock rats combined with 21 ℃ seawater immersion (2 h) group (HS+SI). The survival rate in each group was observed for 72 h in 2 h after modeling, the changes of cardiac function [cardiac troponin T (cTnT)], liver function [alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels], renal function [blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (SCr) levels], tissue metabolism and internal environment were detected in each group. Results As compared with the NC group, the plasma osmolality (OSM), concentrations of Na+, K+, Cl- and water contents in the lung and brain were increased, while the Na+/K+-ATPase activity in the lung and brain was decreased in the HS and SI groups. With the elevation of the damage indexes in heart, liver and kidney functions, the mortality was increased as well in the HS and SI groups. Combination of 21 ℃ seawater immersion resulted in more severe damages induced by simple 40% hemorrhagic shock, shown as further increases in plasma OSM, Na+, K+ and Cl- concentrations, and water contents of the lung and brain, as well as further declined Na+/K+-ATPase activity in the lung (3.81±0.30 U/mg) and brain (7.17±0.51 U/mg) (P < 0.05). Serious deterioration was observed in the functions of the heart, liver and kidney, with levels of cTnT, ALT, AST, BUN and SCr elevated to 7.25±0.66 μg/L, 118.60±13.29 U/L, 455.95±46.76 U/L, 19.74±2.12 mmol/L and 56.73±4.08 μmol/L, respectively (P < 0.05). The survival rate was reduced to 18.75%, and the median survival time was shortened to 10.50 h in the rats of the HS+SI group. Conclusion Seawater immersion at 21℃ exacerbates disorders of the internal environment and tissue metabolism in 40% hemorrhagic shock rats, leading to aggravated multiple organ injury and thus increased mortality.

Using three varieties of Baccaurea ramiflora as raw material, the nutritional components of pericarp, pulp, and stone were respectively determined. The processing technology of B.ramiflora wine was investigated by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the moisture and flavonoids contents on pericarp of the white pericarp B.ramiflora grown in Thailand the artificial cultivated B.ramiflora and the wild B.ramiflora grown in Kunming-Xishuangbanna were higher than 85% and 13.18 mg/g, respectively. The pericarp polyphenols and pulp polysaccharide of B.ramiflora artificially cultivated in Xishuangbanna were 46.95 mg/g and 743 mg/g, respectively. The Vitamin C content in pulp of Thailand varitywas 5.63 mg/100 g. The best conditions for fermentation were fermentation temperature of 27 ℃, fermentation time of 6 days, initial sugar concentration of 24 % vol, liquid-material ratio of 1∶1 (w/v) and yeast inoculation quantity of 0.2% (w/w). Under the optimum conditions, the alcohol content of B.ramiflora wine was 12.3%vol, sensory score was 86.5, DPPH free radical scavenging rate was 13.84 mg/mL, ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) was 14.32 mg/mL, leading the wine to be intensely fruity with a refreshing aftertaste.

Background It is very difficult to contain persistently high incidence and mortality rates of gastric cancer. Moreover, the age at onset of gastric cancer is becoming earlier. However, there are few studies on the prediction of the age at gastric cancer onset. Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in mitochondrial displacement loop (D-Loop) and age at gastric cancer onset. Methods A total of 150 patients with confirmed gastric cancer by pathologically examination of biopsy samples taken during gastroscopy were recruited from Department of Gastroenterology, the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University between July 2007 and December 2008. PCR was used to amplify the targeted fragment of peripheral blood mitochondrial DNA, and the mitochondrial D-Loop region was sequenced. To inhibit microbial spoilage in fresh and wet vermicelli and explore green and efficient preservatives, this study systematically investigated the antibacterial mechanism of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), a green preservative, against the predominant spoilage bacteria in fresh and wet vermicelli. Firstly, the predominant spoilage bacteria in fresh and wet vermicelli were identified as Bacillus aryabhattai through high-throughput sequencing. Then, the influence of H2O2 on the inhibition zone diameter (IZD), the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) and the growth curve of B. aryabhattai were analyzed through antibacterial activity assays. Simultaneously, the mechanism of antibacterial action experiments was conducted to observe the effects of H2O2 on the disruption of cell membrane and cell wall of B. aryabhattai, as well as the leakage of intracellular functional components. The results showed that increasing the concentration of H2O2 from 250 μg/mL to 1000 μg/mL resulted in an 8 mm increased IZD. Additionally, MIC and MBC of H2O2 were both 250 μg/mL. The growth curve analysis revealed that bacterial growth was completely inhibited within 24 hours when the concentration of H2O2 was higher than 250 μg/mL. The mechanism of antibacterial action experiments indicated that increasing concentrations of H2O2 significantly raised the concentrations of nucleic acids and proteins in the supernatant of the bacterial liquid (P<0.05), while also disrupting the cell wall and membrane structure of B. aryabhattai, leading to the leakage of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and β-galactosidase (β-GAL) outside the cells, and it exhibited a concentration-dependent relationship with H2O2. Therefore, H2O2 at 250 μg/mL effectively inhibited the activity of B. aryabhattai in fresh and wet vermicelli. [Purpose/Significance] Library is a cultural front for reading promotion. Currently, China is vigorously promoting reading for all. As a new way of reading, audio reading has gradually won more and more people's attention and applause. [Method/Process] The article attempts to understand the current situation of audio reading promotion in public libraries through the literature survey method and analyzes the significance and driving force of audio reading promotion. It is proposed that public libraries should first focus on building audio reading resources with their own characteristics and digital audio resource sharing platforms. [Results/Conclusions] Public libraries should conform to the trend of the times, provide reader needs-oriented service and carry out multiple-dimensional audio reading promotional activities.

Objective To clarify whether hemoglobin (Hb) α and β subunits are expressed in rat blood vessels, and whether there are differences in expression levels between different types of vasculatures. Methods RT-PCR, DNA sequencing and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of Hb α and β subunits at mRNA and protein levels in common carotid artery, thoracic aorta, superior mesenteric artery, femoral artery, external jugular vein, superior mesenteric vein and femoral vein in SD rats. Relative expression levels of Hb α and β subunits in these vessels were determined by probe qPCR. The results of immunofluorescence assay for Hb α and β subunits in these vessels was further observed by laser confocal microscopy. Results Specific DNA fragments were amplified from different blood vessels by RT-PCR, and the sequences of these DNA fragments were identical to the mRNA sequences of rattus norvegicus Hb α and β subunits in GenBank database respectively. Protein peptides with correct molecular weights were detected using antibodies against Hb α and β subunits respectively from total protein extracts of these blood vessels by Western blotting. qPCR results indicated that the relative expression levels of Hb α and β subunits varied between different blood vessels, and it was significantly lower in the thoracic aorta (Hb α=0.12, Hb β=0.11) while higher in the femoral vein (Hb α=7.23, Hb β=4.73) (P < 0.01). The results of immunofluorescence laser confocal microscopy indicated that Hb α and β subunits were expressed in vascular endothelial cells. Conclusion Hemoglobin α and β subunits are co-expressed in rat vasculatures, including conduit, resistance and capacitance vessels, and the relative expression level is higher in the resistance and capacitance vessels but lower in the conduit vessels.

Therefore, it is essential to conduct regular interviews with these patients to better evaluate their conditions comprehensively, so as to timely deliver appropriate interventions, thereby improving the level of severe mental disorder management.ObjectiveTo explore the prevalence of receiving regular interviews and associated factors in patients with severe mental disorders in the community, providing information for improving the quality of severe mental disorder management via interviews.MethodsBasic and follow-up management data of Wuxi severe mental disorder patients with files created as of 2019 were collected from Jiangsu Severe Mental Disorder Patients Management System during October to December 2020. China’s science and technology support system has played a significant role in fighting public health emergencies. In this study, we summarize the construction status of China’s science and technology support system for emergencies from the aspects of (1) layout of scientific research bases and platforms, (2) application of big data technology, (3) science and technology investment in public health, and (4) transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Subsequently, we analyze the challenges for the construction of the support system in China in comparison with developed countries that are advanced regarding medical science and technology. To solve the problems of weak foundation of basic medical research and lack of key core technologies, we suggest to strengthen the synergy of universities, medical institutions, and science and technology enterprises. This will improve China’s basic medical research ability and promote the research and development of original pharmaceutical products and diagnostic reagents. In view of the lack of bases and platform facilities in China, we suggest to strengthen the construction of national biological resource sample centers and build self-supported data and information sharing platforms. As for insufficient investment in public health and an imperfect personnel system, we suggest to enhance the leading role of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, increase the input of public health, and improve the personnel evaluation, reserve, and training mechanisms.

In view of the problem that the water gushing problem of deep coal mine roadway seriously affects the safety of coal mine construction, and the common cement grout is difficult to seal up the tiny rock cracks, the micron-grade fly ash is used to replace part of superfine cement, polycarboxylate superplasticizer and nano-CaCO3 admixture are used to improve the performance of composite slurry. The results show that the slurry properties vary with the water-cement ratio, and are negatively correlated with the initial viscosity, hardened rate and strength, while positively correlated with fluidity. The appropriate addition of nano-CaCO3 made the strength slightly improved, but the viscosity, fluidity and hardened rate did not change significantly. The addition of micron-grade fly ash reduces the viscosity, hardened rate and strength, and appropriately improves the fluidity. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer was positively correlated with fluidity and negatively correlated with stone rate, but had little effect on viscosity and strength. The change of slurry viscosity with time can be divided into two stages: stable period and rising period. The viscosity change rate of stable period does not exceed 15.5%.

The rice cooked by IH electromagnetic heating do not normally appear to be pinched and appear to be more uniform, while the rice heated by the electric heating element is easier to pinch and paste pot.Based on gas phase ion mobility spectrometry analysis of the volatile substances produced by IH electromagnetic heating of Japonica rice and Indica rice in pots with stainless steel, enamel, aluminum alloy and cast iron as inner tanks, the changes of flavor substances in the heated rice cooked with pots of different materials and utensils were investigated and the IH electromagnetic optimum is taken as a confirmed material.The results show that the material of the IH electromagnetic heating pot will affect the concentration of rice flavor substances, and the effects on different varieties of rice are distinctive. The concentration of caprylic aldehyde and 1-octene-3-one in the stainless-steel pot heated Japonica rice increases, and the concentration of 3-hydroxy-2-butanone in the rice cooked with the cast iron pot increases. The aluminum alloy pot and the cast iron pot bring up the concentration of the alcohols and ketones in cooked Indica rice. The concentration of similar substances increases too. Both Japonica rice and Indica rice heated with aluminum alloy pots show an increase in the concentration of butyl acetate, and furfural is produced while cooking rice in enamel pots.Through comparative analysis of all flavor substances and their concentrations of IH electromagnetic in heating rice, we conclude that rice cooked in cast iron pot have the best flavor, followed by that in stainless steel pot, while aluminum alloy pot brings down the rice flavor to below average level, and pasting pot is often observed in the enamel pot.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of pericyte (PC)-derived microvesicle (MV) on lung injury in septic rats. Methods PC-MV was harvested by differential centrifugation and identified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and flow cytometry (FCM). Forty SD rats of either sex (12~14 weeks old, about 220 g) were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=10): normal group, PC-MV control group (normal rats with PC-MV injection), sepsis group (cecal ligation puncture, CLP), and PC-MV treatment group(septic rats with PC-MV injection). The effects of PC-MV (1×107 per rat) on pulmonary vascular permeability in septic rats were observed by measuring the wet/dry weight ratio of lung and Evans blue dye exudation in lung tissue, those on pulmonary tissue function were determined by lung pathological sections and arterial blood gas analysis, and those on inflammation were observed by detecting the levels of inflammatory factors. Results Compared with the normal group, the pulmonary function was obviously impaired in the septic rats, which was manifested as destruction of lung tissue structure, exudation of a large number of red blood cells and inflammatory cells, and decrease of oxygen partial pressure (PaO2, 33.6%) and increase of carbon dioxide partial pressure in the arteries (PaCO2, 47.5%). In septic rats, pulmonary vascular permeability was significantly increased, which was manifested as increment of lung wet/dry weight ratio, increment of Evans blue permeability in the lung, and increased levels of TNF-α and IL-6 (P < 0.01). Exogenous PC-MV improved pulmonary structure, restored the arterial blood gas (compared with the normal group, PaO2: decreased by 17.7%; PaCO2: increased by 26.9%), reduced inflammatory factor exfiltration (compared with the sepsis group, TNF-α level: decreased by 10.7%; IL-6 level: decreased by 23.9%) in PC-MV treatment group when compared with the sepsis group), and significantly protected pulmonary function of septic rats. Conclusion PC-MV has a protective effect on lung injury in septic rats.

Objective To observe the protective effect of mdivi-1, a mitochondrial fission inhibitor, on mice after myocardial ischemia. Methods A total of 140 C57 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=35), that is, Sham group, Sham+mdivi-1 group, ischemia group, and mdivi-1 group. Mouse model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligating left anterior descending branch in mice. SOD, MDA, ATP, ROS and markers of myocardial injury were measured, and myocardial and mitochorial morphology was observed to study the protective effect of mdivi-1 on the heart of myocardial ischemia mice. Results The mice in the ischemia group showed damaged myocardial structure, more mitochondrial fragmentation, disordered arrangement, and obviously impaired mitochondrial function. While the treatment of mdivi-1 significantly reduced above damaged mitochondrial structure and function in myocardial cells, restored myocardial ATP (1.587±0.227 μmol/mg) and SOD (0.401±0.138 U/mg) contents (P < 0.05), and decreased the production of ROS (4 276.0±687.5 fluorescent intensity/mg) and content of MDA (3.538±1.110 μmol/mg) (P < 0.05), and thus alleviated the oxidative damages in the myocardium, reduced the levels of blood markers of myocardial injury, protected myocardial function, and finally significantly prolonged the survival time and improved the survival rate of myocardial ischemia mice. Conclusion Mitochondrial fission inhibitor mdivi-1 has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia mice.

The experiment is to solve the problem of shortage of high quality forage varieties and to cultivate new forage varieties with high yield and salt tolerance, the single plant mixed breeding and line mixed breeding of wild forage legumes resources were carried out, a new variety 'Longmucha' forage soybean with high yield and salt tolerance was selected. The results of the production test showed that the average hay yield of 'Longmucha' on multiple years was 14 201.46 kg/hm², compared with the control (Songnen), the hay yield of four experimental sites increased by 17.06%, 15.16%, 16.12%, and 16.45%. It grew well in saline soil with a pH value of 8.2. The research shows that 'Longmucha' forage soybean has high protein content, good palatability, high digestibility and salt-alkali resistance, it is suitable to be planted in Heilongjiang Province. The rare metal and rare earth mineral resources in the eastern section of the north margin of North China Plate are distributed mainly in the plate margin or tectonic junction of different ages, controlled by regional major faults, such as Tancheng-Lujiang fault belt and Suolun-Xilamulun-Changchun-Yanji fault zone, and experienced mainly three stages of tectono-magmatic events including Lyuliangian, Indosinian and Yanshanian. The rare metal-rare earth minerals in the area are closely related to Mesoproterozoic and Mesozoic magmatic rocks. Over 10 rare metal-rare earth deposits or ore occurrences have been found so far, distributed mainly in Liaoning Province and eastern Inner Mongolia, dominated by metallogenesis of alkaline granite-alkali rock type, followed by pegmatite type. The mineralization of rare metal-rare earth elements is related to alkaline magmatism. The geochronology of ore-forming rock mass shows that the mineralization can be divided into three stages:Yanshanian (120-140 Ma), Indosinian (200-230 Ma) and Lyuliangian(2500-2510 Ma). The enrichment and mineralization process of rare metal-rare earth elements is closely related to the advanced evolution of alkaline magma. Under the action of water and volatiles, the magma experienced strong fractional crystallization, resulting in migration and accumulation of ore-forming elements. With the change of mineralization conditions such as temperature and pressure, the ore-bearing fluids were concentrated and mineralized in the late stage of magmatism with the crystallization of major rock-forming minerals. Objective To determine the protective effect of early application of Mdivi-1, an inhibitor of mitochondrial division, on the kidneys of rats with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock after maintaining hypotensive resuscitation. Methods A total of 128 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group (Sham group), uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock group (Shock group), conventional fluid resuscitation group (Ct group), and conventional fluid resuscitation combined with Mdivi-1 treatment group (Mdivi-1 group). The changes of survival rate, survival time, renal function, renal blood flow and mitochondrial function in above groups were observed and compared. Results ① The survival time of the rats was longer in the Ct group than the Shock group. The Mdivi-1 group had significantly longer survival time (51.7 h) and 72-hour improvement (31.25%) when compared with the Ct group (14.4 h, 0%; P < 0.05). ② Though the renal blood flow of rats was improved in the Ct group than the Shock group (P < 0.05), while the improving effect was more obvious in the Mdivi-1 group as compared to the Ct group (128.43±25.55 vs 244.76±57.79 U/min, P < 0.01). ③Mdivi-1 group showed significantly lower levels of serum creatinine (Crea) and urea nitrogen (Urea) than the Shock group (P < 0.01) and the Ct group (P < 0.05); ④Mdivi-1 significantly improved the renal mitochondrial respiratory control rate (RCR), which was statistically higher than those of the Shock group and Ct group (P < 0.05); ⑤Compared with the Shock group and the Ct group, the Mdivi-1 group had significantly decreased contents of renal malondialdehyde (MDA) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) (P < 0.01), indicating its great alleviation to the injury of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock. Conclusion Prior to definitive hemostatic therapy for uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock, the administration of mdivi-1 in combination with routine fluid resuscitation can effectively increase the survival rate, improve renal perfusion and renal function as well as renal mitochondrial function, and consequently reduce oxidative stress injury in rats.

To deal with issue of high hardware cost and energy consumption, beam selection is used in the lens antenna array based millimeter-Wave (mm Wave) massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) system to reduce the required number of radio frequency chains. However, beam selection requires the base station to acquire the accurate channel state information. To solve this problem, we first use the structural characteristics of beamspace and adopt a Support Detection (SD) -based channel estimation scheme to estimate the large channel with lower pilot overhead and computational complexity. Then, inspired by Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm in bionics, an ACO beam selection scheme based on SD channel estimation is proposed. The scheme can not only avoid the interference of beams between users, but also maximize the system sum rate. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed scheme can obtain a near-optimal solution with significantly lower computational complexity, and it is superior to the existing schemes in improving the system sum rate.

BACKGROUND The identification of leptite is usually based on microscopic identification technology, but it is very difficult to distinguish tiny feldspar, quartz, and layered silicate minerals such as chlorite, montmorillonite and mica using a microscope. There could be a large error in the naming of leptite by microscopic identification methods, which will cause errors in geological mapping and original rock recovery, leading to incorrect geological conclusions. The development of X-ray powder diffraction analysis technology has led to its wide use in the study of mineralogy and petrology. OBJECTIVES To identify tiny minerals that are difficult to distinguish under the microscope by using X-ray powder diffraction technology. METHODS A total of 23 leptite samples were selected. The mineral composition of leptite was detected by X-ray powder diffraction analysis and microscopic rock thin section identification technology. Semi-quantitative X-ray powder diffraction was used to verify the accuracy of the rock slice identification results. RESULTS The comparison between the identification results of the microscopic rock slices and the X-ray powder diffraction phase analysis results showed that 10 out of 23 samples had the same name. Analyzing the reasons for the difference, it can be found that the advantage of microscopic rock identification was that it can be used to determine rock texture and structure, as well as common mineral components. The advantage of the X-ray powder diffraction method was that it can be used to detect the relative content of tiny quartz and feldspar particles that were difficult to distinguish under the microscope, and can detect tiny layered silicate minerals such as chlorite, montmorillonite and mica, which was effective for detecting minerals with less content and finer particles. CONCLUSIONS Only by combining the microscopic rock thin identification technology and the X-ray powder diffraction technology can the leptite be named and classified more accurately. The combination of two techniques provides more objective technical data and analytical conclusions for geoscience research.

Objective To investigate the effect of hypothermia induced by cold seawater bath and hemorrhagic shock on lethal triad, vital organ dysfunction and survival time in rats. Methods Male SD rats were subjected to cold (15 ℃) seawater bath for 2 h or blood extraction of 40% of the total blood volume from the right carotid artery, or both treatments. Blood gas, blood coagulation function and vital organ functions were detected at 4 h after successful modeling, and the survival of the rats at 72 h was observed. Results A 40% blood loss caused the core body temperature and pH value to fluctuate mildly within the normal range and partial impairment the organ functions of the rats. Cold seawater bath for 2 h resulted in rapid onset of hypothermia, coagulation dysfunction, organ function damages and a high mortality rate of the rats. Cold seawater bath further exacerbated the detrimental effects of hemorrhagic shock to cause the core body temperature to drop to 33 ℃, which failed to recover the normal temperature even after the bath. Blood gas analysis showed that cold seawater bath and hemorrhagic shock combined lowered the pH value to 7.17 and reduced the other acid and base indexes, indicating the onset of metabolic acidosis; the combined treatment also induced coagulation dysfunctions shown by obviously prolonged prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thrombinplastin time (APTT), significantly decreased fibrinogen(FIB), and significantly increased international normalized ratio(INR). In addition, cold seawater bath significantly increased the blood parameters for the heart, liver and kidney functions in rats with hemorrhagic shock, suggesting severe functional damage of multiple organs. The survival rate was reduced to 3/16 and the survival time was shortened to 21.7 h in the rats exposed to the combined treatment. Conclusion Cold seawater bath causes a high incidence of fatal triad, induces functional impairment of the vital organs and increases the mortality of the rats with hemorrhagic shock.

Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on renal ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury in mice. Methods The mice were divided into sham group, siRNA+sham group, renal I/R group (conventional method), DEX+I/R group (25 μg/kg DEX, intraperitoneal injection), siRNA+I/R group and siRNA+DEX+I/R group; siRNA+sham group, siRNA+I/R group and siRNA+DEX+I/R group were injected 5×109 TU/kg lentivirus-sirtuin3 (SIRT3) siRNA through tail vein 3 days before surgery. Renal function was measured by biochemical analyzer, renal histomorphology was observed by HE staining, renal tissue apoptosis was detected by Tunel staining, and the expression of SIRT3, cyclophilin D (Cyp D) and cytochrome C (Cyt C) were detected by Western blot. Results DEX reduced the renal pathological damage after I/R, up-regulate the expression of SIRT3 and down-regulated the expression of Cyt C and acetylated Cyp D (P＜0.05). Inhibition of SIRT3 attenuated the protective effect of DEX on kidney. Conclusions The role of DEX in alleviating renal I/R injury may be related to the up-regulation of SIRT3.

The problem of water seepage through sandstone micro-fractures in deep well is one of key factors influencing normal production. With the method of single factor sensitivity analysis, this paper is to tell us how to affect the seepage of micro-fractures by roughness, fracture opening, confining pressure and seepage pressure by self-developed micro-fracture triaxial stress seepage mechanism model test system. Simultaneously, numerical simulation is used to study the seepage process of micro-fractures in sandstone, and explain the evolution process of hydraulic fracture under water pressure. The results show that the factors that affect the seepage of micro-fractures from strong to weak are osmotic pressure, roughness, fracture opening and confining pressure; the evolution process of hydraulic fracture propagation under water pressure can be divided into the stress accumulation stage and the stable expansion stage of micro-fractures.

Objective: To study the preservation effect and preservation mechanism of mussels in ice temperature storage with compound preservative combined with low voltage frequency conversion electric field. Methods: The coefficient of variation weighting method was used to calculate the comprehensive score of steamed mussels stored at ice temperature under different preservation methods. The total sulfhydryl content and surface hydrophobicity of the samples, as well as the growth curves of two dominant bacteria of mussels (Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas), the membrane potential, conductivity and nucleic acid leakage of the cell membrane of the bacteria were determined. The morphology of the two strains was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: Compared with the single preservative group and the low voltage variable frequency electric field group, the composite preservative combined electric field group had the highest comprehensive score, that is, the best preservation effect. Compared with the blank group, the total sulfhydryl group content in the combined group had the slowest decline rate, which was 19.46% and 44.92%, respectively, and the protein surface hydrophobicity only increased by 5.67%, indicating the best water holding capacity. The purpose of the study was to screen out alfalfa varieties suitable for planting in arid and semi-arid areas. Five alfalfa varieties were selected as experimental materials and treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG) to simulate drought stress (10%, 15%, and 20%). The germination rate, germination index, simplified vigor index, and drought resistance index of alfalfa seeds were measured, and the drought resistance of the tested alfalfa materials was evaluated by membership function. The results showed that the germination rate, germination index, simplified vigor index, and drought resistance index of alfalfa seeds decreased with the aggravation of PEG stress. Under severe (20% PEG) stress, the germination rate, germination index, and drought resistance index of Longmu 801 were the highest, and significantly higher than those of other varieties (P<0.05). The germination rate, germination index, and drought resistance index of Sitel and Sardi were significantly lower than those of other varieties (P<0.05). The ranking of drought resistance of five alfalfa materials was: Longmu 801 > Caoyuan No.3 > WL168HQ > Sitel > Sardi. The study indicates that Longmu 801 and Caoyuan No.3 have strong drought resistance and were suitable for planting in arid and semi-arid areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Coxsackievirus A10 (CV-A10) is one of the most common pathogens causing hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). The 39 candidate epitope peptides covering the amino acid sequence of the VP1 region of CV-A10 were screened by using the overlapping peptide method and verified by indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and microneutralization inhibition assays. It has been found that candidate epitope P6 (amino acid 39~53 in VP1 region of CV-A10) showed high reactivity with CV-A10 virus serum, and still showed neutralizing inhibition effect at 3.91 μg/mL dilution mass concentration, which was a potential neutralizing epitope. P6 antiserum was prepared by immunizing mice with P6 peptide, and microneutralization test was used to verify its protective effect. The results showed a 1:8.97 geometric mean neutralizing titer for P6 antiserum, which identified P6 as the neutralizing epitope of CV-A10. In order to understand the conservativeness of P6 sequence in CV-A10, the amino acid sequence of the P6 was compared with the representative strains of CV-A10 genotype, and the results showed that P6 was highly conserved in CV-A10. It indicated that P6 is a conserved linear neutralization epitope of CV-A10, which has the potential to resist the infection of various genotypes of CV-A10, and can be used as a target for the development of CV-A10 epitope vaccine. At present，lightweight armour has been fitted in foreign military helicopters for gunships and transport. By contrast，the armor configuration of domestic helicopters is still a big gap compared with Europe and America in the level type，quantity and single aircraft area. With more requirements of new generation military helicopters' projected-retarded survivability are raised，the development of new armor materials has also made great progress at home and abroad. In this paper, the development of composite bulletproof armor for armed helicopters is reviewed, future development needs are summarized, projected-retarded mechanism，selection principle of material and the way of energy absorption in the process of weapons is analyzed, and application prospect in military helicopters of new materials such as functionally graded materials, micro-laminated material，graphene modified ceramic is looked forward. Due to the independent development needs of helicopters in China, it is urgent to develop new advanced lightweight protective materials with excellent performance. Only by developing new armor materials can improve the survivability of our helicopters, meet the requirements of our weapons, and achieve the synchronous development with the world’s advanced helicopter level.

Quasi-static compression experiments on graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composites were carried out by means of microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine, while dynamic behavior of the composites at various high strain rates was determined by split hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). In addition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to examine the morphological feature of aluminum matrix composites reinforced respectively by grapheme and SiC. The results show that at all strain rate, the yield strength of aluminum is improved both with addition of graphene and SiC, by incorporation of graphene, the yield strength of aluminum is improved more significantly, but without affecting the strain hardening rate of the material. In comparison with SiC as reinforcements, use of graphene undermines strain rate sensitivity of the composites, and meanwhile results in a decline in ultimate strength. J-C and Z-A constitutive models were fitted respectively to the experimental results to obtain relative parameters. Comparison between the two models suggests that J-C model is more accurate in terms of describing stress-strain behavior of both composites reinforced respectively by graphene and SiC.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of mitochondria-targeted peptide SS-31 on vascular permeability in septic rats and explore its underlying mechanism. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawley rats (12 weeks old, both genders, weighting about 220 g) were equally and randomly divided into 5 groups, sham operation group (sham group), sepsis group, sepsis+conventional treatment (CT) group, sepsis+early injection of SS-31 group and sepsis+later injection of SS-31 group. Cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) was performed to establish septic rats. Lactated Ringer's solution (containing cefuroxime sodium and dopamine) or the solution containing 3 mg/kg SS-31 were injected through femoral vein to the rats of sepsis+CT group or sepsis+later injection group, and the agent was also given to the rats of the sepsis+early injection group in 30 min before CLP. Fluorescence albumin transmissivity in the tissue homogenate was measured for the vascular permeability of the lungs and kidneys. Intestinal permeability was measured by Evans blue staining. Primarily isolated and cultured pulmonary vein endothelial cells were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS group), and SS-31 followed by LPS addition (LPS+SS-31 group). Then the expression level of zonula occludes-1 (ZO-1), intensity of transmembrane resistance (TER), and generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were detected in the endothelial cells. The cells cultured in serum-free medium for 24 h served as normal control cells. Results ① The sepsis group had significantly more obvious vascular permeability of the lungs, kidneys and intestine, and damaged mitochondrial function when compared with the sham group (P < 0.01). Though conventional treatment reduced the permeability and relieved mitochondrial dysfunction, the effects were not significant than the conditions in the sepsis group (P>0.05). Both early and later injection of SS-31 notably decreased the permeability and improved mitochondrial function than the conventional treatment (P < 0.01), with the effects of early injection more significant. ② Compared with the normal control cells, LPS significantly decreased the expression of ZO-1, leading to disordered cell structure and significantly reduced TER, but increased the generation of ROS. SS-31 pretreatment could enhance ZO-1 expression and TER, and decrease ROS content. Conclusion SS-31 exerts protective effect on vascular permeability of septic rats, which was probably related to the mitochondrial oxidative stress.

The identification and classification of marble depended mainly on the identification of rock slices and the semi-quantitative detection of minerals by X-ray Diffraction (XRD). It was found that the results of identification of rock slices were not always consistent with those of the semi-quantitative detection by XRD. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce other techniques to verify the results of thin section observation and XRD semi-quantitative analysis. 32 marble samples were analyzed by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, the results and finding of which are reported in this paper. Based on the chemical composition of rock, rock impurity, magnesite, and calcareous coefficients are used to classify the marble. The results show that magnesite coefficients of calcite marble, dolomite marble, and magnesite marble are 0.01-0.13, 0.40-0.46 and 0.97-0.98, respectively. Calcareous coefficients are 0.78-0.84, 0.30-0.49 and 0.01-0.02, respectively. Different types of marble have various magnesia and calcareous coefficients, which can be used as the main basis for the division of marble types. Only the contents of SiO2+Al2O3 in rocks are less than 30% (impurity coefficient less than 1.00), then can be classified as marbles. The establishment and application of impurity, magnesia and calcareous coefficients in marble can be used to correct the inconsistent results between thin section observation and X-ray Powder Diffraction mineral semi-quantitative analysis, making marble classification more accurate.

Through the actual production situation of the PSA unit in a large refinery's hydrogen production unit, it was found that the problems that occurred during the operation of the PSA unit were mainly concentrated in two aspects; Adsorbent crushing and program control valve failure. After analysis, it is believed that the main reasons for the crushing of adsorbent are the pressure difference and gas flow rate during the pressure equalization process, the influence of the adsorbent pressure network and pressure plate on the top of the adsorption tower, the presence of water in the feedstock gas, and the failure of the programmable valve, which mainly includes valve inspection alarm, electromagnetic valve failure, damage to the valve core sealing surface, leakage of the packing gland, cracking of the valve plate shaft sleeve, and breakage of the valve pin breakage, etc. Based on long-term practical experience, summarize and list the basis for judging faults, analyze the causes of various faults, and develop effective measures such as refining equipment installation inspections, strengthening daily maintenance, optimizing operating parameter settings, and upgrading relevant accessory materials. Wulanwusu phosphate deposit, one of the important phosphate deposits in western Liaoning Province, has a large-scale resource reserve and associates with beneficial component (magnetite). The phosphate orebodies are occurred in the Neoarchean Xiaotazigou complex, mainly controlled by greenstone-type phosphorus magnetite formation. The ore mineral assemblage includes apatite, magnetite, titanomagnetite, hornblende, biotite and plagioclase. The apatite content is positively correlated with the content of dark components such as iron, titanium and manganese, indicating the siderophile affinity of phosphorus. The multiaxial fatigue behavior of 2A12 aluminum alloy was studied with SDN100/1000 electro-hydraulic servo tension-torsion fatigue tester under different stress amplitude ratios, the fracture morphology and the fatigue loading curve were observed to study the failure mechanism. The results show that, under the one stage loading condition, the fatigue life prolongs with the stress amplitude ratio increasing. Under pure torsion loading, smooth and even area exists in the fracture surface. As the stress amplitude ratio increases, the number of scratch reduces, the fatigue striation and some special morphology such as the fishbone pattern, scale pattern and honeycomb pattern can be observed; under cumulative paths of different stress amplitude ratios, the variation of multiaxial fatigue life changes with first stage loading cycles; under cumulative paths of high-low stress amplitude ratio, the cycle hardening occurs obviously in the axial direction for the first stage high stress amplitude ratio loading and 2A12 alloy shows training effect.

In order to explore the latest sowing date of alfalfa in Qiqihar, Longmu 803 alfalfa was used as experimental material, to study the effect of alfalfa on emergence days, overwintering rate, root growth and grass yield by setting different late sowing periods. The results showed that the number of emergence days of alfalfa sown from July 8 to July 29 was the shortest, which was four days. The diameter of root neck, depth of root neck into soil, diameter of main root, length of main root, number of fibrous roots, number of branches and wintering rate of alfalfa all decreased with the delay of sowing date except T1 sown on July 1. The forage yield of alfalfa sown on July 8 was the highest, which was 11 302.79 kg/hm2 on July 8, and the yield of other treatments decreased with the sowing date. The study indicates that the latest sowing date for alfalfa to survive the winter in Qiqihar should be before July 22. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
