To provide researchers with a comprehensive understanding of the Psychology and Behavior Investigation of Chinese Residents (PBICR), this paper introduces its background and features from four aspects. In terms of design concepts, PBICR focuses on many aspects of mental health and health behaviours in the Chinese population, takes full account of timeliness and efficiency, adheres to the original intention of data openness and data sharing, builds a high-quality database with a large-sample, multi-centre, repetitive, nationwide cross-sectional design, and promotes data mining and exchange and cooperation; in terms of survey implementation, PBICR adopts a combination of population size-proportional, multistage sampling and quota sampling, and obtains data through face-to-face field surveys with strict quality control to ensure the representativeness and reliability of the samples; in terms of output, PBICR's research content is rich and updated in line with international hotspots, which can satisfy the demand for research on diversified variables and data, and the results of its past research have a higher influence in many fields such as public health, management, communication, and psychology; Looking ahead, PBICR will gradually complete the construction of databases from the general database to sub-databases, pay attention to special populations and a wide range of regions around the world, add tracking surveys and biomedical data research perspectives, and have great research potential to drive research on the mental and behavioural health of Chinese residents through the overall layout of the multi-dimensional.

Background Health literacy is closely associated with health status, most domestic studies tend to use multidimensional and multi-item tools for assessing health literacy, lacking simple and effective assessment methods. Objective To simplify health literacy scale and conduct psychometric test within the Chinese population. Methods Adults aged 18 years and above were selected from the "China Family Health Index Survey (2021) " for this investigation. Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 7 449 participants were selected and randomly divided into two sample sets, including 3 680 cases in sample set 1 and 3 769 cases in sample set 2. The general information questionnaire, Short-form Health Literacy Questionnaire (HLS-SF12), Perception Social Support Scale (PSSS), and Family Health Scale Short-form (FHS-SF) were administered to the respondents. Classical test theory (CTT) and the Mokken model in item response theory (IRT) were used to screen the original items, and validation analyses such as reliability and validity of the simplified scales were also conducted. Results A 9-item version (HLS-SF9) and a 4-item version (HLS-SF4) were simplified by using CTT and the Mokken model, respectively. Both the HLS-SF9 and the HLS-SF4 had no ceiling effect or floor effect, and the Cronbach's α coefficients for both were 0.913 and 0.842, with split-half reliabilities of 0.871 and 0.815, respectively. The exploratory factor analysis of HLS-SF4 revealed one common factor, accounting for 67.813% of the cumulative variance, with factor loadings exceeding 0.81 for each item. The confirmatory factor analysis of HLS-SF9 showed that χ2/df was 10.844, goodness of fit index (GFI) was 0.985, adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) was 0.971, normative fit index (NFI) was 0.986, comparative fit index (CFI) was 0.987, and root mean squared error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.051. This study outlines statistical methods and practical steps for designing and developing valid and reliable questionnaires in primary care. A series of studies on questionnaire development and scale design are reviewed and a standardized process for scale design in the primary care is developed. The process involves key and practical steps in the scale design process as well as statistical methods, which is illustrated with examples of previous relevant studies within the field. The suggested seven-step approach to developing a questionnaire in the primary care is: (1) defining the construction of measurement; (2) generating the pool of items; (3) selecting the scoring system and response format; (4) pre-testing (assessing content validity and face validity, etc.) ; (5) eliminating items by item analysis; (6) evaluating the scale initially, including evaluating the reliability and validity of the scale, and factor analysis or Rasch analysis; (7) re-evaluating the scale to re-examine the nature of the scale, including retesting reliability and constructing validity. In general, the studies on scale design should strictly follow the standardized steps of scale development, and the integrated use of Rasch model and factor analysis can make the measurements more objective.

Background Health education and health promotion are at the top of the list of population health promotion strategies. It is essential to provide community-dwelling residents with health education to improve their health literacy. However, few studies focus on the needs of health education (including the contents, acquisition methods and forms) in community-dwelling residents. Objective To investigate the perceived needs of health education and associated factors in community-dwelling residents, providing a scientific basis for meeting their health education needs and improving their health literacy level. Methods From January 19 to March 12, 2020, 2 846 residents aged >12 years were selected from 10 cities of China using multistage sampling to attend a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire used contains two parts: the first part is socio-demographic characteristics. And the second part is the perceived health education needs of community-dwelling residents, with 5-point Likert scale items belonging to three dimensions (contents, forms, and acquisition methods) . The total score for each dimension was obtained by summing the score of items in the dimension. Residents' needs of the contents, forms or acquisition methods were graded as "low", "moderate", or "high" by the average total score of each dimension. Univariate and multivariate ordinal Logistic regression were used to explore the associated factors of level of health education needs in community-dwelling residents. Results Altogether, 2 679 cases (94.13%) who handed in responsive questionnaires were finally included. The average total score for dimensions of contents, acquisition methods and forms were (21.49±5.91) , (15.11±5.48) and (13.61±4.41) , respectively. Among the content items of health education, the top three relatively strongly needed/strongly needed were food safety〔2 081 (77.68%) 〕, disease prevention and control〔2 020 (75.44%) 〕, and rational medication〔1 963 (73.28%) 〕. Among the acquisition methods of health education, the top two relatively strongly needed/strongly needed were health education columns in the community built using digital media technologies〔1 519 (56.70%) 〕 and interactive health education〔1 518 (56.66%) 〕. In terms of the health education form, the proportions of residents who needed various forms of health education were similar. Specifically, the proportion of residents who relatively strongly needed/strongly needed video-based health education was the highest〔64.91% (1 739/2 679) 〕, while that of residents who relatively strongly needed/strongly needed written health educational materials was the lowest〔50.84% (1 362/2 679) 〕. As one of the core technologies of future autonomous vehicles,Cellular-V2X(C-V2X) faces a series of developing pain points related to network connectivity,such as mobility,coverage and spectrum,while rapidly popularizing its application.The connectivity of C-V2X based cooperative vehicle-infrastructure system directly reflects the overall performance of C-V2X network connected vehicles,which is of great significance to ensure information can achieve long-distance,adaptive,low latency and high reliable transmission.Different from the traditional cellular mobile communication network,C-V2X networking vehicles have the characteristics of high moving speed,short link duration between nodes,strong predictability of wireless communication environment,and mobility model limited by road topology.To make efficient use of spectrum for communication,C-V2X networking vehicles also have the characteristics of no center and self-organization of ad hoc network.Firstly,the advantages and characteristics of C-V2X are briefly introduced,including the progress and structure of C-V2X.On this basis,research on connectivity of C-V2X network are summarized and classified based on transportation scenarios,communication mode selection,road side unit(RSU) location deployment,power control and model driven.Finally,the development trends of connectivity for C-V2X are discussed and its future application is prospected.

Objective To investigate the clinical outcome of the patients with hematologic malignancy recurrence following first allogenetic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) and receiving second transplantation from an alternative haploid-mismatched donor. Methods We retrospectively reported the clinical data of 11 patients with hematologic malignancies who underwent a second HSCT using a new haploidentical related donor (HRD) in our center between October 2013 and June 2021. At the second transplantation, all patients were in complete remission (CR). Six of them received donor lymphocyte infusion (DLI) after the second transplantation. The clinical prognosis of the patients was followed up to primarily explore the effect of secondary transplantation. Results The median follow-up was 9.4 (2.9~94.9) months. Of the 11 relapsed patients, 3 patients died of disease relapse and 1 patient died of lung infection, and the remaining 7 patients survived with CR. The 1-year overall survival (OS) rate was 77.9% (95%CI: 54.6%~ 99.9%), so was 1-year leukemia-free survival (LFS) rate. For the 6 patients receiving DLI, the 1-year OS rate was 83.3% (95%CI: 58.3%~99.9%). The cumulative incidence of relapse was 22.1% in the 11 patients. Conclusion A second HSCT using a new haploid-mismatched donor is a feasible strategy for the patients with hematologic malignancy recurrence after the first transplantation. It has no significant increase in treatment-related death, and shows a certain safety.

In order to measure the transmission error of the robot RV reducer accurately and analyze the influence of the load and input speed during the measurement process, then guide the measurement and application of the robot RV reducer, a robot RV reducer comprehensive test bench consisting of a control module, a measurement module, a software module and a mechanical module is built by selecting key test components, the transmission errors of RV-40E and RV-320E under different conditions are measured, and the transmission error curves are obtained. The relationships of transmission error between load, input speed and different models is fitted based on the experimental data, and the influence of load, input speed and stiffness on the transmission errors is analyzed. The results show that the transmission error of the robot RV reducer increases with the increase of the load and input speed, and decreases with the increase of the rigidity, and find that the influence of the load on the measured transmission error is third order, which has a greater impact.

The output power of the flue gas expander is decreased and the motor power of the main air blower is increased under the low load condition of regenerator in a company's RFCC unit. Through the calculation and analysis of the recovery power of the flue gas expander, the main reason affecting the efficiency of the expander is that the opening of the expander inlet butterfly valve is small and the pressure drop of this valve is high, inlet pressure of flue gas expander is low. Under the condition that the differential pressure between the two reactors remains unchanged, the pressure of the reaction regeneration system is depressed. The regeneration pressure is reduced from 172 kPa to 160 kPa, and the reaction pressure is reduced from 132 kPa to 120 kPa. After optimization, the opening of the butterfly valve at the inlet of the flue gas expander increases by 4.9 percentage points, the pressure drop of the butterfly valve decreases by 20 kPa, the inlet pressure of the flue gas turbine increases by 8 kPa, the efficiency of the flue gas expander of the energy recovery system increases by 1.9 percentage points, and the power consumption of the motor of the main fan unit decreases by 1 002 kW; In the reaction products, the dry gas yield decreases by 0.05 percentage points, the LPG yield increases by 0.06 percentage points, the gasoline yield increases by 0.34 percentage points, and the coke yield decreases by 0.10 percentage points.
