In this study, the nutrient, amino acid and anthocyanin composition of three varieties (Rose Honey, Cloud Dance, and French Wild) of wine grape pomace from Yunnan were investigated. Subsequently, the in vitro antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities of the free, esterified and bound phenols extracted from each variety of wine grape pomace were evaluated in terms of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) cation radical scavenging activities, ferric reducing power, α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibitory activities. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis of phenolic compounds was conducted using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the three varieties of grape pomace had similar nutrient composition, characterized by high dietary fiber content, low fat content, and abundant content and reasonable composition of essential amino acids. Overall, Rose Honey had the highest nutritional value. Furthermore, two types of anthocyanidins and 34 types of anthocyanins, primarily in the form of 3-O-glucoside, were identified in all the samples. Notably, Cloud Dance showed the highest number and amount of anthocyanidins, followed by Rose Honey. Additionally, among the three varieties of grape pomace, Rose Honey exhibited the highest total phenol content and the strongest antioxidant capacity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, but its α-amylase inhibitory activity was similar to that of French Wild. Regarding the different forms of phenols, the total content and in vitro antioxidant capacity of bound phenols were higher than those of free and esterified phenols, whereas the esterified phenols demonstrated higher α-amylase inhibitory activity. A total of 18 phenolic compounds were detected in the three varieties of grape pomace, with Rose Honey being found to contain a larger number of phenolic compounds (16) than the other two varieties. Moreover, the content of bound phenols was higher than those of free and esterified phenols. In conclusion, these three varieties of grape pomace possess good nutritional value and functional activities, which are suitable to be developed as functional food ingredients due to their high dietary fiber content and low fat content as well as antioxidant and hypoglycemic activity. Among these three varieties, Rose Honey has the greatest development potential. The findings of this study provide important reference for the high-value comprehensive utilization of Yunnan wine grape pomace and even for the development of the highland grape wine industry in Yunnan.

Objective: This study aimed to develop ACE inhibitory peptide of Paramisgurnus dabryanus. Methods: Ultrafiltration, Sephadex G-15 and RP-HPLC were used to isolate and purify ACE inhibitory peptides from the proteolysis products of P. dabryanus, and their structures were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS. The inhibitory mode of purified ACE inhibitory peptide was analyzed by inhibition kinetics. Results: The amino acid sequence of ACE inhibitory peptide was Glu-Gly-HIS, the relative molecular weight was 341.2 Da, the IC50 value was (17.89±3.28) μg/mL, and the purification ratio was 27.47. Conclusion: The inhibitory peptide of P. dabryanus is a competitive ACE inhibitory peptide.

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of the production of ethephon in the freezing thawing and fresh keeping of fresh walnut, and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for fresh walnut freezing thawing and fresh keeping technology system. Methods: The late fruiting walnut variety 'Qingxiang' from Longnan county of Gansu province was used as the experimental material, and then the green walnut was picked by hand and then peeled by Ethephon. Meanwhile, the artificial peeling was used as the control （CK）. The fresh walnut was peeled and stored in a constant temperature freezer with temperature of -7~-5 ℃ and humidity of 85%~95%, the effects of ethephon on sensory quality （seed shell color, seed coat color, seed coat browning index, peeling difficulty and seed kernel flavor）, nutritional quality （water content, total fat content） and oil quality （acid value, iodine value, peroxide value and saponification value） of fresh walnut kernel after freezing thawing were studied. Results: Under the conditions of -7~-5 ℃ frozen storage, Ethrel accelerated the browning rate of peeled fresh kernels in the early stage of frozen storage to a certain extent. After 10 months of frozen storage, the scores of shell color, shell color and kernel flavor were 73.48, 74.56 and 77.26, respectively; The kernel water content, total fat content, acid value, iodine value, peroxide value and saponification value were 22.07%, 49.74%, 0.62 mg/g, 145.31 g/100 g, 3.62 meq/kg and 169.53 mg/g, respectively. There was no significant difference compared with the artificial peeled fresh walnut, which could maintain better flavor and nutritional quality. Conclusion: Ethephon accelerated ripening and peeling had no adverse effect on the quality of fresh walnut after freezing thawing. Ethephon could be used in the pretreatment process of fresh walnut frozen storage.

Abstract:Techniques based on deep learning neural network models are widely used in computer vision, natural language processing, and other fields. However, researchers have found that neural network models have significant security risks, such as vulnerability to adversarial sample attacks. Studying the techniques related to adversarial samples for image classification can help people recognize the vulnerability of neural network models, which in turn can promote the research of security hardening mechanisms for related models. To overcome the challenges of high time overhead and perturbation redundancy of the JSMA method, a fast JSMA adversarial example generation method with low disturbance redundancy called S-JSMA is proposed. The S-JSMA method replaces the iterative operation with a single-step one to simplify the work flow of the JSMA algorithm. Moreover, the proposed method adopts a simple perturbation rule rather than the salient graph based perturbation used in JSMA. Consequently, S-JSMA significantly reduces the time overhead and the disturbance redundancy of generating adversarial examples. The experimental results on the MNIST dataset demonstrate that, compared with the JSMA and the FGSM methods, the proposed S-JSMA achieves considerable attacking effects with a significantly shorter time period. Objective To investigate the relationship between childhood bullying and loneliness of the floating elderly in mega-cities. Methods By using the method of quota sampling, an effective questionnaire survey was conducted among 7 000 migrant elderly people ≤ 60 years old in Qingyundian Town, Daxing District, Beijing in 2022. The information of social demography, loneliness, and childhood bullying were collected. Univariate analysis and ordinary least squares (OLS) regression model were used to analyze the relationship between childhood bullying and loneliness of the floating elderly in mega-cities. Results After adjusting demographic variables, socio-economic status variables, physical health variables, length of stay in Beijing, and proficiency in Mandarin and social integration, the loneliness scores of floating elderly people in mega-cities who suffered childhood bullying increased by an average of 5.616 (4.153-7.079) points. Self-rated health, Mandarin proficiency, marital satisfaction, and social integration played a regulatory role in "childhood bullying-loneliness". Compared with model 1, the 95%CI of models 2, 3, and 4 changed from 8.014 (6.580-9.447) to 7.498 (6.027-8.968), 7.402 (5.961-8.843), and 5.616 (4.153-7.079), respectively. Sub-sample regression showed that the results were stable in different gender, age, household registration, and marriage and spouse mobility (all P < 0.01), but there were differences in education level. Conclusion The floating elderly in mega-cities who suffered childhood bullying have a higher level of loneliness, and self-rated health, proficiency of Mandarin, marital satisfaction, and social integration are helpful to weaken the above-mentioned relationship. Oxygen is an essential factor for the body's metabolism and survival. Hypoxic adaptation refers to a series of local and systemic changes that occur in the body to adapt to the physiological or pathological phenomenon of hypoxia, reducing the impact of hypoxia. Competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) refers to RNA molecules that share the same microRNA response elements (MREs) and competitively bind to microRNAs to regulate gene expression at the post- transcriptional level, thereby influencing the biological functions of cells. ceRNA is a complex network regulation mechanism that plays a role in cell proliferation and apoptosis, inflammatory responses, energy metabolism, muscle development, fat deposition, lipid metabolism, and other aspects. Objective To explore the clinical effect of composite resin inlays in repairing large areas of primary mo⁃ lar defects after root canal treatment to provide a reference for the restoration of carious primary molars. Methods Thirty⁃eight primary molars of 32 children were selected as the research objects. Indirect restoration with composite res⁃ in inlays was performed after root canal therapy. The clinical efficacy was evaluated in terms of five indices, including restoration retention, marginal integrity, gingival status, anatomical morphology and secondary caries, according to the modified USHPS evaluation criteria, at 6, 12 and 18 months after restoration. Results During the 18⁃month follow⁃up period, 36 of the 38 teeth were successfully restored, and all the evaluated items reached grade A or B. Six months after the repair, one prosthesis had fallen off, resulting in a success rate of 97.37% (37/38). The success rate remained 97.37% (37/38) 12 months after the repair; 18 months after the repair, another prosthesis had failed(Marginal integrity and anatomical morphology were grade C), reducing the success rate to 94.74% (36/38). There was no significant differ⁃ ence in the success rate of resin inlay repair at 6, 12 or 18 months (c2＝0.518, P＝0.772). Conclusion Composite res⁃ in inlay restoration is an alternative method for repairing primary molars with large defects after root canal treatment.

In order to obtain the optimal combination of pre-splitting blasting parameters to ensure the safety and stability of open-pit mine slope, the law of crack propagation under rock double-hole blasting was discussed by numerical simulation combined with similar model experiment, and the field pre-splitting blasting experiment was carried out. The results show that the cracks are first generated by the blasthole wall and the original rock near the blasthole is more damaged. As the decoupling coefficient increases from 1.33 to 3.00, the impact pressure on the hole wall decreases significantly, and the radius of the crushing zone decreases gradually. The range analysis method was used to study the influence of different factors on the experiment index, and the optimal combination of experiment factors was determined according to the evaluation index. The results of the model experiment indicate that the pre-splitting effect of the model specimen is the best under the combined conditions of the hole spacing-to-aperture ratio of 9, the decoupling coefficient of 3.00, the initiation delay time of 12 ms, and the maximum charge weight per delayed interval of 5.4 g (three holes and one shot). According to the results of numerical simulation and similar model experiment, combined with theoretical calculation, the pre-splitting blasting parameters with hole spacing of 0.8 m (the spacing-to-aperture ratio of about 9), decoupling coefficient of 3.00, delay time of 12 ms and maximum charge weight per delayed interval of 11.25 kg (three holes and one shot) were selected for field experiment, and good pre-splitting effect was achieved. The research results can provide reference for the design of pre-splitting blasting parameters in open-pit mines, and it is of great significance to realize accurate control blasting and ensure the safety and stability of open-pit mine slopes. In shockwave experiments, the launch velocity of flyer is a crucial parameter for determining the physical quantities in sample under dynamic compression. Magnet velocity induction system is used to determine the velocity of flyer which can work under hypervelocity conditions. Based on finite element method, ANSYS Electromagnetics Suite module was used to establish a three-dimensional model and the launch process of flyer was simulated. The simulated results well reproduce the experimental signals. Comparing to the experimental results, the relative error of simulated amplitude of induced electromotive force (AIEMF) is 1.1%, lower than the system error of 2.0%. The relative error for flyer velocity determined by simulation is less than 0.4%, also lower than the measurement system error of 0.9%. The dependence of AIEMF with the thickness, radius, tilt angle, launch velocity of flyer and the diameter of pick-up coils is analyzed. The experiment was to study the effects of Tremella fuciformis by-product on the growth status, liver function, immune function and endurance of mice. Three kinds of Tremella fuciformis by-product were taken and low-mediumhigh dose groups were set respectively. The growth status indexes of mice in each group were recorded, and the immune functional indexes and liver functional indexes were determined. The animal fatigue model was established by swimming experiment to explore the effects of feed on the endurance of mice. The results showed that the low-dose fungus bran group and low-dose fungus bran group could not damage the liver tissue of mice and promote the growth and development of mice. The average daily gain of mice in low-dose fungus bran group, medium-dose fungus bran group and low-dose fungus bran material group was 14.52%, 11.29% and 14.52% higher than that in control group. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase was extremely increased (P<0.01) and the content of serum urea nitrogen was extremely decreased (P<0.01), and the endurance of mice was increased. The experiment indicates taht using the bran or pedicle of Tremella fuciformis as feed excipients can promote mouse growth performance, improve immunity ability and endurance without affecting liver function. Photocatalytic production of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) has broad application prospects in converting solar energy into chemical energy. However, the traditional powder catalyst is faced with problems such as difficult recovery and secondary pollution. PVC/ZnO composite film for photocatalytic H2O2 generation was prepared by loading ZnO photocatalyst on PVC film, and its photocatalytic performance, catalytic mechanism and stability were studied. The results show that the PVC/ZnO-0.4 composite film exhibites the best photocatalytic performance, and the cumulative concentration of H2O2 reaches 165.15 μmol/L within 60 min. The catalytic mechanism study shows that the two-electron oxygen reduction produces H2O2. The study of cycle stability shows that the PVC/ZnO composite film has excellent cycle performance and stability. Bioinformatics software was used to predict the potential antigenic epitopes of G3 subunit A1b acidic polypeptide chain in glycinin. Three pairs of primers were designed and synthesized according to the overlapping amino acid sequence of A1b polypeptide chain, and the cloning vector of the target fragment was constructed. The target protein was expressed by phage display technology, and the heat-processed antibody was prepared and the destroyed antigenic epitopes were identified by ELISA. The results showed that G3A1b may contain 7 linear epitopes: 27QQN29,39LKPDNRIE46,58NNK60,114PQQKGQSSRP123,134R, 174QMPR177,184NQEQEF189. The size of the target gene matched expectations,the cloning vector was successfully constructed and the phage was successfully assembled. G3A1b-3 fragment had high antigenicity and was most obviously destroyed in the process. The results provide theoretical support for the precise positioning of the key amino acids in glycinin G3A1b. Based on the notification data of EU recall, domestic supervision and spot check, and domestic recall, data statistical analysis and data visualization methods were used to compare and analyze the notification data of melamine and plant fiber tableware from the perspectives of notification times, notification reasons, and non-conformity items. The analysis of EU recall notification data shows that plant fiber is the most frequently reported material of food contact products. Melamine tableware has the risk of formaldehyde migration and melamine migration exceeding the standard. Plant fiber tableware contains unauthorized components, among which bamboo fiber components have the highest frequency of notification. The analysis of domestic supervision and spot check data shows that the average unqualified rate of melamine tableware is low, and the main risk is that the pollution resistance exceeds the standard. The unqualified rate of plant fiber tableware is higher than that of melamine tableware, and the main risks are excessive formaldehyde migration and melamine migration. Domestic recall notification data show that the main risks of melamine tableware are pollution resistance, label identification and structural defects. The main risk of plant fiber tableware is the excessive migration of melamine. Objective To evaluate the treatment effect and drug safety of treating infantile head and neck hemangioma with oral propranolol.Methods Oral propranolol was applied to 68 infants(male 20 cases, female 48 cases, from 1 to9-month-old, with an average age of 4.2 month) with heamngiomas. The daily dose of propranolol was increased from0.5 mg/kg at the first day to 1.0 mg/kg at the second day, and to 2 mg/kg at the third day. The daily dose was given equally every 8 hours. A therapy dose of 2 mg/kg/day was given until 1-year old, and the patients were visited every month. The changes of tumor size, texture, color and adverse effects were monitored .The short-term results were evaluated and adverse effects after medication were observed and managed accordingly by Achauer criterion.Results Although side effects were noted in 23 cases (33.8%), most were mild adverse effects and propranolol therapy was continued after symptomatic treatment. 2 patients (2.9%) were stopped therapy due to hypotension and abnormal liver function after drug administration. The results were evaluated using Achauer system, scale Ⅰ(poor) in 6 patients (8.8%), scale Ⅱ(moderate) in 11 patients(16.2%), scale Ⅲ (good) in 17 patients (25%) and scale Ⅳ (excellent) in 32 patients(47.1%).Conclusion Oral propranolol treatment of infantile hemangioma has elicited high efficacy and tolerance with few expected adverse effects. It might be used as the first-line treatment for infantile head and neck hemangioma.

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of the parotid gland tumor in adolescent for providing clinical evidence for its treatment. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 31 adolescents(10-19 years old) from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2011 were retrospectively studied and compared with 516 adult cases at the same time. Results 38.7%(12/31) of the parotid gland tumors in adolescent were malignant, but only 17%(88/516) in adults. Among the 31 cases, 19 cases were benign tumor(61.3%), 12 cases were malignant tumor(38.7%). Among the benign cases, pleomorphic adenoma was the most common diseases, which accounted for 89.5%(17/19). Mucoepidermoid carcinoma(5/12) was the most common malignancy. All of the 31 cases were treated surgically, and 2 malignant cases were treated combined with postoperative radiotherapy. Conclusion The clinical and pathological features of parotid gland tumors in adolescent are different from those in adults, and more attention should be paid to this phenomenon. Operative treatment is the preferred treatment of parotid gland tumor in adolescent, which should be early and thorough. Thus far, there is great dispute on postoperative radiotherapy.

In-depth identification of crop germplasm resources is the premise and basis for breeding and utilization. The Crop Genebank of Yunnan Province has preserved abundant wheat germplasm resources in Yunnan, but the resistance characteristics of stripe rust are still unclear. In this study, 260 Yunnan landrace wheat germplasm resources preserved in the Crop Genebank were determined by carrying out the identification of stripe rust resistance at adult plant stage in the field and the genotype analysis of three known resistance genes Yr5, Yr10 and Yr15, to clear the resistance level of stripe rust and the distribution of three known resistance genes Yr5, Yr10 and Yr15, which provided a theoretical reference for the screening of excellent resistance resources and the exploration and utilization of resistance genes. The results showed that 38 of 260 Yunnan landrace wheat germplasm resources showed immune and near immune resistance to stripe rust at adult stage in Songming experimental site in 2022, accounting for 14.62 %. There were 93 high resistance materials, accounting for 35.77 %, 46 medium resistance materials, accounting for 17.69 %, and 83 medium and high susceptible materials, accounting for 31.92 %. At the same time, using capillary electrophoresis detection technology, there were 11 materials carrying Yr10 resistance gene in 260 Yunnan landrace wheat germplasm resources, accounting for 4.23 %, and 0 materials carrying Yr5 and Yr15 resistance genes. In summary, 260 Yunnan landrace wheat resources are rich in stripe rust resistance materials. The proportion of immune, near immune and high resistance materials are 50.39 %, and resistance genes Yr5 and Yr15 are undetected. Based on the research and development efforts of satellite-borne lumped solid-state transmitters, the design of a satellite-borne high-power microwave amplifier module is introduced. Focusing on satellite-borne applications, aspects of the high-power density thermal design, multipactor proof design, EMC design and so on, which are critical technologies for a solid-state power amplifier, are discussed. Subsequently, experiments are used to verify the concept.

A novel serial feeding network with Defected Ground Structure (DGS) is proposed in this paper. The stripline feed network uses multilayer board laminated structure and DGS on the surface. The output amplitude can be decided by the dimension of the DGS. According to this characteristic, the dimension of the DGS can be modified to realize output amplitude with high precision.

Due to excessive soil acidification, aluminum in soil has become one of the main factors limiting crop growth and yield. In this study, a high generation of recombinant inbred line (RIL) population constructed from Brassica napus L. varieties Zhong-shuang 11 (ZS11) and 10D130 treated with 2400 µmol L-1 aluminum solution was used as experimental materials. To explore the photosynthetic capacity and chlorophyll fluorescence related traits of rapeseed seedling stage under aluminum toxicity stress, we calculated their relative values (treatment/control) and mapped their QTLs, and screened suitable candidate genes according to the confidence interval of QTLs. The results showed that there was significantly correlation between photosynthetic capacity and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, but there was no significant correlation between photosynthetic capacity and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. Relative Pn, relative Gs, relative Ci, relative ΦPSII, relative Fv/Fo, relative Fv'/Fm', relative qP, relative ETR, relative NPQ, and relative dry weight were investigated and QTLs mapping were analyzed. A total of 16 QTLs related to aluminum stress and photosynthesis were detected. The locus was located on chromosomes A03, A05, A06, A08, A09, A10, C02, and C09, respectively. LOD value was 2.05-3.18, and the phenotypic variation explained was 8.1%-12.3%. The confidence intervals of QTLs for relative Gs and relative Fv'/Fm', relative ΦPSII and relative ETR were found completely overlap at 106.038--109.129 cM of chromosome A03, 145.355-167.417 cM of chromosome A06, respectively. 47 candidate genes that may be related to aluminum stress and photosynthesis were screened, involving organic acid secretion, metal ion transport, hormone regulation, initiation of antioxidant protection, chloroplast self-regulation, and phosphorus uptake regulation. This study lays the foundation for the function research of aluminum resistance and related photosynthetic genes and the breeding of aluminum tolerant and high photosynthetic efficiency rapeseed. Since a lot of pattern matching in the process of dictionary set establishment and three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction, the super dimension algorithm takes a long time and is difficult in practical application. To solve this problem, a super-dimensional reconstruction algorithm based on porosity classification is proposed, which can greatly reduce the time cost of 3D reconstruction. First, the dictionary sets are classified by the porosity of dictionary elements. Then, the porosity classification dictionary is used to search according to porosity during reconstruction, and the corresponding dictionary interval is searched first. Based on the 3D reconstruction of different training images and porosity distribution, an adaptive search range determination method is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed super dimension algorithm is verified by multiple reconstruction of the training images of high, medium and low porosity, a comparative analysis is made on the reconstruction results of the traditional Super dimension algorithm and the proposed algorithm in terms of the statistical characteristic function, pore-throat parameters and reconstruction time. The experiment was to use ultrasonic and compound enzyme method to extract polysaccharide from fresh Portulaca oleracea. Through single factor test and Box Behnken central combination test design, the quadratic regression model of the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea was analyzed by Design Expert 8.0.6 software, and the extraction rate under the technology was compared with that of single ultrasonic method. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of ultrasonic assisted enzymatic extraction of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea were liquid to material ratio of 31 mL/g, ultrasonic power of 160 W, enzyme ratio (cellulase: papain) of 2.2: 1, and enzymatic hydrolysis time of 51 min. Under the condition, the extraction rate of Portulaca oleracea polysaccharide was 21.23 mg/g. The extraction yield of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleraceaby single ultrasonic wave was only 19.72 mg/g, which was significantly lower than that by ultrasonic and compound enzyme method. Recycled carbon fibers (RCFs) were prepared from carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRPs) by pyrolysis with superheated steam. The influence of pyrolysis temperature, time and atmosphere factors on the degradation effect of epoxy resin matrix and the properties of the RCFs were investigated. The surface morphology, mechanical properties and wettability were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis ( TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), monofilament tensile and contact angle test. The results show the CFRPs can be efficiently depolymerized and almost clean RCFs can be obtained under the optimal decomposition conditions at 520-550 °C for 2-3 h. The tensile tests show that the effect of temperature on the tensile strength of recycled CFs was more obvious than time. The tensile strength and modulus retention of RCFs can reach above 90% and 94% compared to those of the virgin fibers, respectively, which indicates that most of the mechanical strength can be retained by superheated steam method. The RCFs were re-used to remanufacture new composites by vacuum assistant resin infusion (VAR1) technology, which showing acceptable mechanical properties in comparison to virgin composites. The retention rate of flexural strength can reach above 85% and the interlaminar shear strength shows no reduction for the reclaimed composites, indicating the reusing possibility of RCFs from CFRPs. In order to understand the quality changes of different varieties of peeled fresh walnut during frozen storage, and provide reference and technical support for fresh walnut storage and preservation, five varieties of walnuts (' Qingxiang', 'Xiangling', 'Yuanlin', 'Liaohe No.7', 'Jinlong No.2') were used as test materials, and the effects of frozen storage (-6 °C) on sensory quality, rancidity quality of oil and antioxidant activity of different varieties of fresh walnuts were investigated. The results showed that frozen storage at -6 °C could be applied to different varieties of fresh peeled walnuts, after 8 months of frozen storage, the moldy index of five varieties of fresh peeled walnuts was below 0.1, and the kernel flavor score was all above 70, the rise of kernel acid value, peroxide value and saponification value could be effectively inhibited, the decline of iodine value, total phenol, total flavonoids and vitamin E contents were slowed down, and kernel quality was maintained better, and the order of differenct varieties of walnut kernel quality from high to low was: 'Qingxiang' >'Xiangling' > 'Yuanlin' > 'Liaohe No.7' > 'Jinlong No.2'. To address the problems that the traditional language model cannot solve the problem of word ambiguity in word vector representation and the existing models of emotion classification cannot capture long distance semantic information, the analysis of text emotions combining BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers) and BiSRU-AT is proposed. Firstly, BERT is used to obtain the word vector representation that integrates text semantics, and then BiSRU (Bidirectional Simple Recurrent Unit) is used to extract context information again. Secondly, the attention mechanism is utilized to assign corresponding weights to the outputs of BiSRU layer to highlight the key information. Finally, softmax regression is used to obtain the sentence level emotional probability distribution. Experiments are carried out on the Twitter dataset and hotel comment dataset. The results show that the analysis of text emotions model combining BERT and BiSRU-AT can achieve higher accuracy, and the BiSRU model and the adoption of attention mechanism can effectively improve the overall performance of the model which is of great pragmatic value. Objective To investigate the risk factors of vestibular schwannoma without facial nerve functional preservation. Methods Total 95 patients with vestibular schwannoma who underwent surgery via the sigmoid sinus approach bewteen December 2018 to January 2020 were included. Tumor diameter and classification, tumor volume and surface area, tumor property were recorded according to MRI. The course of facial nerve, adhesion degree between tumor and facial nerve, extent of tumor resection and facial nerve anatomic preservation were recorded according to intraoperative observation. Facial nerve function after 8 d was evaluated. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to analyze risk factors associated without facial nerve functional preservation. Results Of the 95 patients, 80 patients (84.21%) underwent gross total resection, among which 3 patients had no anatomical preservation of facial nerve. 15 patients (15.79%) underwent near total resection, including 14 cases with thin layer of tumor remaining on the facial nerve, and one case with thin layer of tumor remaining on the brainstem and no anatomical preservation of facial nerve. Logistic regression analysis showed that severe adhesion between tumor and facial nerve was risk factor for functional impairment of facial nerve (OR = 22.349, 95%CI: 1.895-263.599; P = 0.014). Conclusions For severe adhesion, the operation should be more careful. If the tumor might not be completely removed under the premise of preserving the facial nerve function, a small amount of tumor could be left on the facial nerve. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
