Objective·To explore the correlation among perceived social support, rehabilitation self-efficacy and rehabilitation exercise adherence of in-patients after hip/knee arthroplasty, and examine the mediating role of rehabilitation self-efficacy in the correlation between perceived social support and rehabilitation exercise adherence.Methods·A convenience sampling method was used, and 141 post-total hip/knee arthroplasty inpatients in the bone and joint ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University (Shanghai Changhai Hospital) from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The general demographic data, such as age and gender, and the information of disease and operation were assessed by using General Data Questionnaire. The adherence to rehabilitation exercise in patients after hip/knee arthroplasty was assessed by using the Rehabilitation Exercise Adherence Scale (REAS); the self-efficacy of rehabilitation exercise was assessed by using the Self-Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale (SER); the social support level of individual subjective feelings of the patients was assessed by using the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). Pearson's correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between the variables, and Bootstrap method was used to investigate the mediating role of rehabilitation self-efficacy in the correlation between perceived social support and rehabilitation exercise adherence.Results·A total of 167 questionnaires were distributed and 141 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 84.4%. The age range of the 141 patients after hip/knee arthroplasty was 26‒84 years old, and the average age was (64.75±10.74) years old. The total score of SER of the patients after hip/knee arthroplasty was (100.45±21.71), the total score of PSSS was (68.29±10.89), and the total score of REAS was (11.93±2.29). Pearson's correlation analysis results showed that there was a significant correlation between SER score and PSSS score, SER score and REAS score, and PSSS score and REAS score in patients after hip/knee arthroplasty. The mediation effect analysis showed that the indirect effect of perceived social support on rehabilitation exercise adherence was significant (effect value 0.033, 95%CI 0.017‒0.058, P0.05).Conclusion·Perceived social support positively predicts rehabilitation exercise adherence, and rehabilitation self-efficacy fully mediates the correlation. Direct intervention in rehabilitation self-efficacy is superior to moderating the level of perceived social support.

Abstract [Objective] Rosa odorata is an important germplasm resource of Rosa, which has high value of appreciation and utilization. In order to promote the development and utilization of the germplasm resources, the chromosome ploidy, floral synthesis, and characteristics of breeding systems of different R. odorata were studied. [Methods] The chromosome ploidy, pollen vitality, stigma vitality, and flower characteristics of 9 R. odorata were observed and determined by flow cytometer and outcrossing analysis. We also analyzed the breeding systems. [Results] (1) 9 R. odorata were identified as diploid, and their flowers were bisexual with bright colors and mostly double or semi-double petals. Male and female flowers of 5 varieties were matured at different time. (2) 9 R. odorata pollen vitalities were low, with the highest vitality of 35.47%. The outcrossing index (OCI) of all varieties was ≥4, and pollen volume-ovule ratio (P/O) values ranged from 6 709 to 75 521. [Conclusion] The breeding system of 9 R. odorata is mainly outcrossing, and the breeding system is affected by many factors, such as the number of pollen grains and petals.

Objective To study the detection efficiency of trio full sibling with another known full sibling reference added under different number of autosomal STR typing systems. Methods Based on 43 detection systems consisting of 13 to 55 representative autosomal STR loci，10 000 true families （full sibling group） and 10 000 false families （unrelated individual group） were randomly simulated. The full sibling index （FSI） was calculated based on the method of family reconstruction. The cumulative sibling relationship index （CFSI） of 0.000 1 and 10 000 were used as the evaluation thresholds, and the detection efficiency parameters were calculated and compared with the identification of the duo full sibling testing. Results With the increasing number of STR loci， the error rate and inability of judgement rate gradually decreased; the sensitivity， specificity, correct rate of judgment and other parameters gradually increased, and the system efficiency gradually improved. Under the same detection system， trio full sibling testing showed higher sensitivity， specificity， system efficiency and lower inability of judgement rate compared with duo full sibling testing. When the system efficiency was higher than 0.85 and inability of judgement rate was less than 0.01%， at least 20 STRs should be detected for trio full sibling testing， which was less than 29 STRs required by duo full sibling testing. Conclusion The detection efficiency of trio full sibling testing is superior to that of duo full sibling testing with the same detection system， which is an effective identification scheme for laboratories with inadequate detection systems or for materials with limited conditions.

Objective: This study aimed to improve the purity of lutein in Marigold. Methods: Lutein was extracted from marigold by sunflower seed oil microemulsion. The crude extract of lutein was saponified with KOH-C2H5OH solution and further purified with macroporous resin. Results: In the static test, HP-20 macroporous resin had the best adsorption and resolution effect of lutein. 80% ethanol solution was used as the adsorption solvent, and anhydrous ethanol solution was used as the analytical solvent, with the loading mass concentration of 0.01 mg/mL. The optimal static adsorption conditions were 30 ℃ temperature, adsorption for 2.0 h, at pH 7.0; the optimal static analytical conditions were temperature 40 ℃, analytical time 1.0 h, at pH 7.0. In the dynamic test, the optimal loading concentration was 0.01 mg/mL, and the loading flow rate was 0.4 mL/min. The purity of lutein after adsorption by macroporous resin reached 61.72%. Conclusion: The purity of lutein in marigold after macroporous resin purification is obviously improved.

Callicarpa nudiflora can be used as a new green plant feed additive in animal production. The main chemical components of Callicarpa nudiflora are flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, terpenoids, volatile oils, etc. These components play different pharmacological roles in anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, antibacterial, and immune enhancement, which can be used in animal production. In order to promote the further development and citation of Callicarpa nudiflora, the paper summarized the pharmacological activity and mechanism of Callicarpa nudiflora, and summarized its research progress in monogastric animal production, providing a reference for the subsequent development of Callicarpa nudiflora. In order to screen out the high-yield and high-quality Indian pumpkin varieties suitable for being planted in Zhouning area, a comparative experiment was conducted on 27 Cucurbita maxima combinations prepared by the Vegetable Research Laboratory of Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, with Yipin as the control group. The results showed that Cucurbita maxima combinations 2023011 and 2023015 had high yield and vigorous plant growth. All of them were mainly cranberry melons with thick and oblate shape. The skin color of fruits at maturity stage was dark green. The fruit pedicles were slightly convex and flat respectively, while the fruit navels were flat, and the size of the fruits was moderate. The equivalent yields were 33064.1 kg•hm-2 and 31491.9 kg•hm-2, respectively, which was 6.6%-11.9% higher than that of the control Yipin. The commodity indexes such as the yield, melon shape and melon pedicel shape could all meet the market demand. The meat was dense, the taste was powdery, and the comprehensive character was excellent, so it was suitable to be planted in Zhouning area. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The preparation of activated carbon from coffee grounds by activated roasting coffee grounds with NaOH and the adsorption and removal of Cu (II) from wastewater containing copper were studied. The activated carbon of coffee grounds was characterized by SEM and EDS. The effects of initial pH of wastewater, initial mass concentration of Cu (II) > adsorption time and amounts of adsorbent on the adsorption of Cu (II) were investigated. The results show that for the 50 mL simulated copper-containning wastewater with mass concentration of 50 mg/L and pH = 6, under the optimal conditions of activated carbon from coffee grounds amounts of 10 mg,temperature of 25 °C and stirring speed of 150 r/min and adsorption time of 9 h,the Cu(II) adsorption removal rate can reach 94. 12%. Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and quasi-second-order kinetic model can describe the adsorption process well. The adsorption performance of Cu(II) in wastewater is good. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A new balancing strategy was proposed to solve the problems of unbalanced batteries and the complexity of the existing battery balancing system. This balancing strategy combines active and passive balancing techniques, but it is different from the existing methods. This equalization strategy uses passive equalization to equalize the battery unit under battery charging and active equalization to equalize the battery pack under static or discharging conditions. It not only simplifies the equalization circuit, saves cost, but also has significant equalization effect. Based on the battery pack of electric bicycle, the experiment divides the battery pack into two groups. One group simulates the unbalanced battery pack with high current discharge, and the other group is in normal use.The experimental results show that the equalization system is feasible, and the battery voltage after active and passive equalization is basically restored and can be used normally.

The satellite based automatic identification system(AIS) receiver is known to have a narrow signal bandwidth, high Doppler frequency drift and a requirement for low complexity. This paper designs a bandpass sampling AIS noncoherent receiver on FPGA. A two-stage digital down conversion structure is adopted to reduce the FPGA processing pressure and the logic resource consumption. The digital frequency discriminator cascaded by a low pass filter is implemented to achieve non-coherent demodulation of AIS signal. In the AD9246 plus Xilinx xc4vlx80FPGA core board, the AIS signal demodulation is tested to verify our design. The proposed design consumes less resource, and is conducive to the miniaturization of AIS equipment as well as hardware costs reduction.

The recent research progress of metal-organic framework materials (MOFs) and their composites in the field of photocatalytic wastewater treatment is reviewed. The common modification strategies (surface functionalization, loading quantum dots, doping with metal ions and constructing heterojunctions) of this material are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of each modification strategy are analyzed. The applications of modified MOFs photo catalysts in wastewater treatment, including degradation of organic pollutants, reduction of metal ions and inactivation of bacteria, are briefly introduced. Recently. the exploration of two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic materials has become a hot topic in the field of spintronic devices. In this work, Fe3 As, a new two-dimensional material, with Curie temperature ( Tc) of 300 K ( reach room temperature), was designed by means of spin-polarized density generalization theory calculations. The predicted 2D Fe3As has strong in-plane Fe--Fe coupling with large magnetic anisotropy energy (MAE) of approximately 366. 7 μeV, which contributes to maintain a long-range ferromagnetic order. The energy band of Fe3 As has both flat band and Dirac point features. The position of the flat band is positively related to the strength of the magnetic coupling. Furthermore, Tc increases progressively as the distance between the flat band and the Fermi surface continues to decrease under the effect of the biaxial strain. Therefore, Fe3As monolayer is considered to be a promising candidate for 2D room-temperature spintronics devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Headspace solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze and identify the volatile components of rosemary leaves and fresh rosemary leaves with five different drying treatments : natural drying, freeze drying, drying at 40, 60 and 80 °C. The results showed that the main volatile components of dried rosemary leaves included terpinone, 4, 6, 6-trimethyl-bis[3.1.1] hept-3-ene-2-one, cineole, camphor, linalool, α-pinene, α-terpinol, bornyl acetate, pinocarvone, camphene and caryophyllene. Among them, the GC content of 4,6,6-trimethyl-bis[3.1.1] hept-3-ene-2-one and cineole reached 54.94% - 60.09%. The main volatile components of rosemary leaves were alcohols, terpenes, aldehydes, alkanes, benzenes and esters. Freeze drying rosemary leaves had the most volatile components, with 44 identified, accounting for 99.61% of the total volatile substances. By analyzing the differences in the composition and content of volatile substances in rosemary leaves with five different drying methods, it was found that freeze drying could retain volatile components to the greatest extent. In large-scale communication nodes network,there are a large number of network nodes and so many types of equipment.So there are problems of certificate management difficulties and resource waste in the tradi-tional PKI cryptosystem.A mutual node authentication scheme based on identity-based encryption,which solved the problem of the digital certificate management in the PKI system by the identity-based encryption and the key escrow problem in identity based cryptograph by splitting the key as well,was designed.At the same time,the introduction of random factor,timestamp and hash algorithm in the authentication protocol prevented various network attacks.Finally,the security and efficiency of the encryption algorithm and the security of the authentication protocol were analyzed,which proved the security and reliability of the authentication scheme.

Considering that the existing file safe deposit boxes lack online authentication and server authorization,a file safe deposit box based on authentication and authorization was designed and achieved.This system firstly identified the users of the file box online,thus avoiding the illegal users to login.Moreover,the master collected the operation events exerted on the files in the clients,and the master provided a granular authentication for the operation of users,thus avoiding the illegal operation and incorrect operation.The test of this system proved that it can be able to achieve the preset functions and can be widely used in many conditions.

In this paper, the definition and the key features of Software Radar, which is a new concept, are proposed and discussed. We consider the development of modern radar system technology to be divided into three stages: Digital Radar, Software radar and Intelligent Radar, and the second stage is just commencing now. A Software Radar system should be a combination of various modern digital modular components conformed to certain software and hardware standards. Moreover, a software radar system with an open system architecture supporting to decouple application software and low level hardware would be easy to adopt "user requirements-oriented" developing methodology instead of traditional "specific function-oriented" developing methodology. Compared with traditional Digital Radar, Software Radar system can be easily reconfigured and scaled up or down to adapt to the changes of requirements and technologies. A demonstration Software Radar signal processing system, RadarLab 2.0, which has been developed by Tsinghua University, is introduced in this paper and the suggestions for the future development of Software Radar in China are also given in the conclusion.

The OTR scheme is a well-known AE system cipher proposed at the EUROCRYPT 2014. Due to its characteristics of fast and compact operation, OTR has wide applications. At CRYPTO 2016, Kaplan et al. proposed a method of constructing Simon function based on rotation value to implement quantum periodic attacks on cryptographic schemes such as CBC-MAC, PMAC, GMAC, GCM and OCB. This paper modifies the assumptions of random numbers in this method, proposes a Simon construction method based on different functions, and constructs a Simon periodic function on the OTR scheme. Span-based joint extraction models have achieved excellent results in named entity recognition and relation extraction. These models regard text spans as candidate entities and span tuples as candidate relation tuples. span semantic representations are shared in both entity recognition and relation extraction, while existing models cannot well capture semantics of these candidate entities and relations. To address these problems, a span-based joint extraction framework with attention-based semantic presentations is proposed. Specially, attentions are utilized to calculate semantic representations, including span-specific and contextual ones. Nowadays, fatty liver and visceral excessive lipid accumulation are common in cultured fish, which reduces survival rate, growth performance and disease resistance. Yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is widely distributed in rivers, lakes and other fresh waters in China, and cultured in China and several Asian countries. The fish has relatively high economic value because of delicious taste and abundant nutrition. However, due to intensive culture and improper feeding, excessive fat accumulation in abdominal cavity and liver commonly occurs, which seriously affects the taste and health of yellow catfish. Therefore, the research on fat metabolism of yellow catfish has always been the focus. Lysosomal acid lipase (LAL), encoded by LIPA, hydrolyzes cholesterylesters (CEs) and triglycerides (TGs) to cholesterol and free fatty acids (FFAs), which are then used for metabolic purposes in the cells. The studies have been conducted to explore lal structure in mammals, but were scarce in fish. For this reason, it is important to study the molecular characteristics of lal in the regulation of lipid metabolism of yellow catfish. In this study, we analyzed molecular structure, tissue expression, promoter structure and function, and transcriptional regulation of lal. The lal gene was amplified from yellow catfish by RT-PCR and RACE approaches. The cDNAs of lal was 1802 bp, encoding a peptide of 398 amino acid residues, and 5' upstream promoter was 2052 bp in length. The molecular weight of the theoretical protein was 45.42 kDa, the isoelectric point was 7.70, and it had a signal peptide with 23 residues, five glycosylation sites, three cysteines, a catalytic ternary and a "cap" domain and a "lid" region. The amino acid alignment and phylogenetic analysis revealed that lal of P. fulvidraco was closely related to that of Ictalurus punctatus. The lal mRNA was expressed in all tested tissues (heart, liver, brain, spleen, kidney, muscle, fat, intestine, testis and ovary), with the highest expression levels in spleen, intestine and testis. Promoter sequence analysis revealed several transcription factor binding sites in lal promoter, such as Sp1, STAT3, PPARα, FOXO1, PPARγ, and HNF4α. Studies on promoter activity showed that -1507/-1016 region negatively regulated promoter activity, while -1016/+51 region positively regulated promoter activity. The present study indicated that lal mRNA was expressed in multiple high metabolism tissues. The transcription of lal was regulated by multiple transcription factors. This study help us to understand the structure and function of lal, and lay a foundation for further research on the regulatory mechanism of lipid metabolism in fish. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ultrasonic assisted method was used to investigate the exetraction of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides leaves. On the basis of the single factor experiment, the box-benhnken center combination was used to carry out the three-factor and three-level experimental design, and the relationship between the process parameters and the response values was analyzed by regression, and the optimal process conditions were predicted. The chlorogenic acid content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography . The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides Oliver were as follows extraction time 75 min, methanol volume fraction 70 %, ultrasonic power 270 W, extraction temperature 45 °C, and the predicted yield of chlorogenic acid was 2.532 %. Objective To investigate the protective effect of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) on oxidative damage in cardiomyocytes, and to further observe the relationship between this effect and microRNA-1 (miR-1). Methods The optimal concentration of HSYA was firstly screened by cell viability. The cells were divided into blank group, model group and HSYA group. The level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected by using fluorescence microscope; the rate of apoptosis was measured with flow cytometry and the expression of miR-1 was determined by real-time q-PCR, on which the protective effect of HSYA on myocardial cells injured by H2O2 was clarified. Furthermore, the level of miR-1 and ROS in miR-1 mimic-transfecting myocardial cells injured by H2O2 was explored, as well as the effect of HSYA on the injuries. Results Compared with the blank group, the level of ROS, apoptosis rate, and miR-1 expression all increased in model group, and the differences were statistically significant. Compared with model group, the level of ROS, apoptosis rate and miR-1 expression all decreased in HSYA group, and the differences were also statistically significant. After the transfection of H9c2 cells with miR-1 mimics, the level of miR-1 and ROS increased, which was superimposed on the level of miR-1 and ROS induced by H2O2, while HSYA downregulated the level of miR-1 and ROS. Conclusion HSYA can reduce the level of ROS generation and apoptosis induced by H2O2 in H9c2 cells and defend against oxidative dam age in cardiomyocytes. The characteristics of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes in river is important for regional hydrologic cycle research. To uncover water supply sources in subtropical agricultural basin from a perspective of stable isotopes, field measurements were conducted in four reaches (S1, S2, S3 and S4) of Tuojia River from April to August 2017. We analyzed the spatial and temporal variations in hydrogen and oxygen isotopes and deuterium excess parameters and their relationship with precipitation, altitude and water quality. Results showed that hydrogen and oxygen isotopes and deuterium excess values ranged from -43.17‰ to -26.43‰ (-35.50‰±5.44‰), -7.94‰ to -5.70‰ (-6.86‰±0.74‰), and 16.77‰ to 23.49‰ (19.39‰±1.95‰), respectively. Under the influence of monsoon circulation, hydrogen and oxygen isotopes showed substantial seasonal variation, with spring (δD: -29.88‰±3.31‰; δ18O: -6.18‰±0.57‰) > summer (δD: -39.25‰± 2.65‰; δ18O: -7.32‰±0.42‰). The spatial distribution of hydrog en and oxygen isotopes values increased fluctuantly with the position from the sampling site to the river's source, with δD: S1 4 S32, and δ180: S1342. The deuterium excess values had no significant temporal variation, while it spatially increased gradually with the river levels. The slope and intercept of water line in this river were smaller than that of the local meteoric water line, suggesting that precipitation was the primary water source for this river. At the seasonal scale, both δD and δ18O were significantly negatively correlated with water temperature (δD: r = -0.92; δ18O: r =-0.88) and δ18O was negatively correlated with altitude (r =-0.96). At spatial scale, δ18O had a significantly positive correlation with water temperature. The δD and δ18O had negative correlation with precipitation, but being not statistically significant. This study aimed at exploring the key pathway of methane production and clarifying the composition and distribution of carbon (C) isotopes in the Tuojia River waterbody in Hunan Province. We estimated CH4 concentrations and fluxes of four reaches (S1, S2, S3 and S4) by a two- layer diffusion model and gas chromatography. The spatial and temporal distribution of CH4 flux and its relationship with environmental factors were examined. The key pathway of CH4 production was investigated by stable C isotope method to analyze the distribution characteristics of 13C isotope (δ13C) of water dissolved CH4 and seston/benthic organic matter. There was significant seasonal variability in water pH, with mean value of (7.27 ±0.03). The concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO) showed strong seasonal and spatial variations, with the range of 0.43-13.99 mg ⋅ L-1. The maximum value of DO occurred in S1 and differed significantly in summer and autumin. In addition, DO differed significantly in winter and other seasons in S2, S3 and S4. The concentration of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) showed a gradual increasing trend from source to estuary. The highest concentration of DOC (8.32 mg ⋅ L-1) was found in S2, while the lowest was observed in S1(0.34 mg ⋅ L-1). The electrical conductivity (EC) and oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of water ranged from 17 to 436 µS ⋅ cm-1 and from -52.30 to 674.10 mV, respectively, which were significantly different among the four reaches (P <0.05). Water ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N) and nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) concentrations were in the ranges of 0.30-1.35 (averaged 0.90±0.10) mg ⋅ L-1 and 0.82-2.45 (averaged 1.62±0.16) mg ⋅ L-1, respectively. The dissolved concentration and diffusion flux of CH4 ranged from 0 to 5.28 µmol ⋅ L-1 and from -0.34 to 619.72 µg C ⋅ m-2 h-1, respectively, with significant temporal and spatial variations. They showed a similar trend among reaches. Their values were highest in spring, followed by in winter and lowest in summer and autumn. Spatially, the CH4 concentration and flux followed the order of S2>S3>S4>S1. The correlation analysis showed that CH4 flux was positively correlated with NH4+-N and DOC. The pathway of CH4 production of all reaches was dominated by acetic acid fermentation, while there were obvious differences among the four reaches. The contribution of CH4 from acetic acid fermentation was greatest (87%) in S1, followed by S4 (81%), S2 (78%) and S3 (76%). The mean value of the S13C for dissolved CH4, seston organic matter and benthic organic matter was - 41. 64‰ ± 1. 91‰, -14.07‰±1.06‰ and -26.20‰± 1.02%c, respectively. There was a positive correlation between the S13C of dissolved CH4 and benthic organic matter, whereas the S13C value of dissolved CH4 was negatively correlated with CH4 flux. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A major component 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP) in fragrance is one of the important indices of high-quality rice, however, the biosynthetic pathway of 2AP has not been demonstrated clearly. The betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (BADH2) is considered to be closely related to 2AP biosynthesis. In this study, three mutations in Badh2 gene were screened from thirty rice varieties and a new fragrant rice variety Yuhui 2103 was discovered. The new variety has no mutation in the coding region of Badh2 gene and the Badh2 allele of Yuhui 2103 can complement the defect of the badh2-E7 allele in Yixiang 1B. From crosses between Yuhui 2103 and non-fragrant varieties the segregating ratios of F2 fragrant to non-fragrant individuals were 9:7, while from crosses between Yuhui 2103 and fragrant varieties the segregating ratios of F2 fragrant to non-fragrant individuals were 7:9, indicating that fragrance of Yuhui 2103 is not controlled by only one gene. Furthermore, expression patterns of genes involved in 2AP biosynthesis were examined by the quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) in Nipponbare, Yuhui 2103, and Yixiang 1B. There was no significant difference in transcription level of Badh2 in Nipponbare and Yuhui 2103, however, the transcription level of Badh2 in Yixiang 1B was unexpectedly high. The expression levels of most of the genes involved in pro line and glutamatic acid metabolism were significantly higher in Yixiang 1B than that in Nipponbare and Yuhui 2103. It is proposed that 2AP biosynthesis in Yixiang 1B is both influenced by Badh2 and the genes involved in proline and glutamatic acid metabolism, however, there is no necessary relationship between these genes and the fragrance of Yuhui 2103. The accumulation of Cd2+ and Hg2+ mPhascolosoma esculenta and its effects on its growth and main nutrient components were investigated using atomic absorption spectrometer analysis and atomic fluorescence spectrometer examination. The results showed that within the experimental heavy metal concentrations, the amounts of Cd2+ and Hg2+ accumulated in the somatic muscles increased with increasing exposure time and reached their saturated levels at the end of the experiment. Exposure of higher heavy metal concentrations speeded up the accumulation of Cd2+ and Hg2+ and subsequently took less time to reach their saturated levels, which were greater than those of lower concen-tration groups. The rate of mass gain of P. esculenta decreased with increasing the heavy metal exposure concentrations. The combination exposure of Cd2+ and Hg2+ led to a significantly lower mass gain rate compared to those exposed to Cd2+ or Hg2+. The protein content of somatic muscles increased with the increase of exposure concentration and reached the maximum values at 0.05 and 0.02 mg · L-1 for Cd2+ and Hg2+ , respectively. After that, the protein content of somatic muscles began to decrease. The combined exposure of the two heavy metals showed similar effect trends but more significant impacts on the protein content of somatic muscles. The lipid content of somatic muscles decreased with increasing the concentration of Cd or Hg exposure, and the combination of Cd 2+and Hg2+ led to lower lipid content. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Based on the IEEE802.15.3a proposal and ECMA-368 standard, the multi-band orthogonal frequency division multiplexing ultra wideband (MB-OFDM-UWB) baseband system was established including channel coding and decoding, interleaver and deinterleaver, digital modulation and demodulation, frame structure constitution, frequency hopping and dehopping. A technique of digital baseband frequency hopping and dehopping was proposed to realize multi-band modulation for this system. Synchronization technologies for the system were also researched. First the system designed was built in the Matlab simulation platform and verified feasible. On this basis, using FPGA development board, the hardware system was implemented. Testing the performance of this system is the final step. The simulation results indicate that the system designed has a good performance of transmit and receive data. Aiming at the problem that parallel robot exists the lack of movement precision, the zero calibration and performance assessment for a 6-DOF parallel platform used for wave simulation were completed. The inverse kinematics was acquired by using homogeneous coordinates method so as to establish the motion control model of the platform, and the workspace of certain posture was obtained by using boundary search method based on inverse kinematics. The motion control of the platform was realized, the design of control system was done by choosing PC and motion controller as the control mode. The motion performance was improved, vector derivation method was adopted to build the zero point error model,and zero calibration was implemented with the help of laser tracker. Finally, the platform was used to simulate a certain wave spectrum and the tracking performance was analyzed according to the experimental results. FBR0-algebras(fuzzy BR0-algebras),which are built up by weakening the conditions of WBR0-algebras, have the same algebraic structure with FI-algebras(fuzzy implication algebras)which are important and basic logic algebras proposed by professor Wu Wang-ming. FBR0-algebra is studied in detail. Firstly, it is proved that regular FBR0-algebras have the same algebraic structure with RBR0-algebras. A recognition method based on integral quadratic phase function (IQPF) is presented in order to improve the correct recognition rate under low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The preliminary classification is completed according to the different signal frequency modulation slope. To implement the automatic identification, the IQPF peak-power ratio and power spectrum estimation are used. Recognition flow chart and the simulation experiment are given. The results indicate that the correct recognition rate can reach 90% or more when SNR is greater than -3 dB, so the method is feasible and effective. Aiming at the problem of the large weight for the column of gear grinding machine designed by traditional design method, the three-dimensional model of specific grinding machine was established by means of the finite element method, and the column of the machine was analysised by using the ANSYS software. Through the combination of the load path of topological analysis and the new shell model of the column, 7 kinds of column structures were suggested. The results indicate that the ratio of the mass and stiffness for the column structure with an angle of 45 degrees and 1 type is the best. The ratio of the mass and stiffness for the column structure with a angle of 26.25 degrees and 1 type take second place, whereas, the ratio of the mass and stiffness for the original column structure is the worst. The first-order natural frequency increases by 12.86% for the column structure of angle of 26.25 degrees and 1 type and by 9.09% for the column structure of angle of 45 degrees and 1 type, respectively. As a famous economic historian and the first American historian of technology, Abbott P. Usher raised some unique and profound thoughts about the problems of technological invention in the first half of the 20th century, which include criticisms on the invention transcendentalism and the mechanistic process theory. It is Usher who introduces the theory of Gestalt psychology to explain insight learning in the process of invention and argues that invention is a process of cumulative synthesis. Unfortunately, his thoughts have not been echoed and supported. It is of both theoretical and practical significance to reevaluate his thoughts of technological invention under the current situation.
