As a universal computational model in quantum computing, the quantum walk is employed in secure communication, quick query, similar calculation, graph mining, etc. At present, researchers have paid limited attention to the design, development, and relationship between models and algorithms of the quantum walk. Further, the theoreticals advantages of the quantum walk on graphs in graph computing are neglected. Aiming at the quantum walk model and algorithms for graph data, firstly, the core design strategy and theoretical advantages of quantum walks are analyzed, the construction form of significant operators and spatial dimension characteristics of relevant algorithms are summarized, and the logical relationship between model and algorithm is clarified. Secondly, according to the classification of discrete-time and continuous-time, the research advances and design difficulties of the quantum walk model are summarized, and the evolutionary trend of quantum walk extending from regular graphs to irregular graphs is concluded. Furthermore, around the similarity calculation of graphs, spatial search, and graph mining, the research progress of quantum walk algorithms is reviewed, and the technical characteristics, advantages and shortcomings of relevant algorithms are analyzed. Finally, from the perspectives of efficiency optimization, accuracy improvement, unitary constraints, and graph reconstruction, the future research directions of the quantum walk models and algorithms are prospected.

The forecast of the global numerical weather prediction model is often used as the background field to drive the regional mesoscale weather models, and its forecast quality has an important impact on the prediction skill of regional models. The mesoscale operational model in Central China uses the Global Forecast Field (NCEP GFS) of the US Center for Environmental Prediction as the background field, and its forecast accuracy needs to be improved. This paper proposes a method to improve the initial field of the model by using the three-dimensional variational method to assimilate the high-quality European Centre for Medium-range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) fine-grid forecast field to improve the short-term forecasting ability of the model. At first, the error characters of the 12 h forecast products of NCEP GFS and ECMWF were analyzed by using sounding observations. The RMSE (root mean square error) of temperature, horizontal wind field and relative humidity of ECMWF 12 h forecast are smaller than those of NCEP GFS forecast. Second, sensitivity experiments of ECMWF forecast field assimilation with different resolutions were conducted. Finally, 1°×1° resolution was selected based on the sensitivity experiments and a series of the data assimilation experiments with 1°×1° resolution was performed for August 2021. The results are as follows. (1) The assimilation forecast of heavy rain from 11 to 13 August 2021 shows that after 12 hours of spin-up, the forecast error of the element field has been significantly improved, especially at the bottom of the model. The TS score of 12-36 h, 36-60 h and 60-84 h cumulative precipitation has a certain improvement, especially the forecast of rainstorm magnitude. (2) ECMWF forecast field assimilation sensitivity experiments with different resolutions show that the forecast effect of ECMWF forecast field with 1°×1° resolution is better than 0.5°×0.5° and 0.25°×0.25°. (3) A series of the data assimilation experiments for August 2021 shows that the assimilation of ECMWF 12 h 1°×1° predicted variables has a lower RMSE of the 12 h, 36 h and 60 h forecasted temperature, humidity and wind field in the vertical direction than the control experiments, and the TS score was significantly improved, especially for 50 mm heavy rain precipitation, with an increase of 13.33%, which can effectively improve the forecast skills of the Wuhan Mesoscale Model.

Single event transient (SET) induced by high energy single particle radiation is the main threat to space application electronic system reliability. The evaluation and measurement of SET is the key to improve the performance of radiation hardened intergrated circuit. In view of the single event transient generated by the combined circuit, an improved circuit-level simulation method combining charge collection sensitive volume (SV) and bipolar diffusion mechanism for SET with heavy ion incidence was presented. The physics based multi-node charge collection model was built by analyzing layout characteristics such as active region geometry and heavy ion incidence angle. As the charge sharing effect and parasitic bipolar amplification effect considered, the established method which was integrated in the developed TREES software was used for evaluating SET in the 65 nm commercial cell library. The results show that the SET cross sections and pulse width distribution can be calculated and compared, which offer reference data for SET filter design.

Objective To investigate associations between three-dimensional(3D) morphology of cervical vertebrae and skeletal maturation by cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT) and establish corresponding regression models for quantitatively evaluating cervical vertebral maturation(CVM). Methods The analyzed sample consisted of 358 CBCT images (175 male, 183 female), of which 277 images were randomly selected as the model development group and 81 as the performance test group. Twenty-one 3D morphological parameters were defined and measured, incorporating all parts of the cervical vertebrae, including the cervical vertebral bodies, transverse processes, spinous processes, pedicles, lamina, and articular processes. The cervical vertebral maturation index (CVMI) was determined by experienced orthodontists as reference standard. Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient and multivariable stepwise regression analysis were used to identify the associations and build regression models. The performance test group was employed to examine each model’s reliability. Paired-samples Wilcoxon signed-rank test compared the CVMI of the model prediction with the reference standard. Results Three-dimensional morphological changes in various parts of the cervical vertebrae correlated with CVMI (P0.05). Conclusion New associations were found between 3D morphology of cervical vertebrae and skeletal maturation. The 3D-driven morphometric CVM assessment method and corresponding regression models exhibited good credibility and high consistency with experts.

In view of the loose, broken and serious deformation of the surrounding rock of the connection roadway in the south of 730 mining area of Xinhe Mining Company, the influence of different grouting parameters on the slurry diffusion was discussed by using Comsol Multiphysics finite element analysis software; on this basis, the influence of different grouting anchor cable arrangement on grouting effect is studied. The results show that the slurry diffusion radius will gradually increase with the increase of grouting pressure and grouting time. The average growth rate of slurry diffusion radius is 30.95% for each increase of 1 MPa grouting pressure and 25.67% for each increase of 1 min grouting time; the layout of the grouting anchor cable determines the scope of the grouting reinforcement circle. When the “hexagon” layout is adopted, the scope of the grouting reinforcement circle is relatively large, and there will be no slurry leakage on both sides of the roof. Based on the numerical simulation results, it is determined that the grouting pressure of the bolt-grouting support of the connection roadway in the south of Xinhe Mining Company is 4 MPa, the grouting time is 8 min, and the grouting anchor cable arrangement scheme is “hexagon” type. The engineering application shows that the optimized grouting parameters effectively control the deformation and damage of the surrounding rock of the roadway, and obtain good engineering results, and also provide an effective basis for the grouting reinforcement of such roadway.

ObjectiveRituximab (RTX) has been widely used for primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) in children of frequent relapse or hormonal dependence. The authors applied RTX for childhood PNS in Ningxia for the first time and examined its efficacy.MethodsFrom January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022, 7 PNS children received 3-year RTX dosing with parental consents after poor outcomes of glucocorticoids alone or glucocorticoids plus other immunosuppressants. There were 4 boys and 3 girls with an age range of (4.4-13.0) year. Urinary routine, urinary protein quantification and infection status were regularly monitored for evaluating the treatment effect, safety and expenses.ResultsAll of them were hormonal sensitive with a frequent recurrence. Two to 5 doses of RTX per child were offered over a follow-up period of (9-35) month. Urinary protein stayed long-term negative. There was only 1 relapsing case. Five cases discontinued glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants. No severe infection occurred. The average monthly expense per child after RTX dosing was significantly lower than that before dosing.ConclusionRTX is a safe, economic and effective treatment for PNS children. Early application of RTX may taper glucocorticoids and/or immunosuppressants and minimize adverse reactions.

Recently mRNA methylation modification has been extensively examined, including N6-methyladenosine (m6A), N5-methylcytidine (m5C) and N1-methyladenosine (m1A). The dynamic reversible biological processes of mRNA methylation modification include the participations of "Writer", "Eraser" and "Reader". Abnormal methylation may lead to the occurrence and development of acute kidney injury (AKI) and chronic kidney disease (CKD). And mRNA methylation modification shall become a practical biomarker for diagnosing and monitoring kidney diseases.

The impact force of debris flow is the main cause of damage and destruction of check dam. In high altitude area, due to high mountains and deep valleys, serious physical weathering of surface materials, a wide range of source materials gradation, high frequency of debris flow occurence and high impact force, the damages induced by debris flow to the check dam are significant. To study the impact characteristics of the wide graded debris flow on check dam in high altitude area, the debris flow developed in Tibet is taking as a prototype. A physical test model of the impact check dam of wide graded debris flow is established. The unit weight of debris flow, the slope of flume and the maximum particle size of debris flow solid are selected as variable factors. 27 groups of flume tests were carried out to study the characteristics of impact force. The results show that: (1) Wide-graded debris flow mainly undergoes three contact evolution stages during the process of impact retaining dam, i.e. impact climbing-rolling return flow-accumulation and silting. The smaller of the debris flow volume weight could lead to a higher climbing distance, and more obvious stage performance of sourcing and sliting process. (2) The impact force in front of the dam decreases with the increase of the bulk weight of wide-graded debris flow. Under the same slope and gradation, a larger the bulk weight of debris flow materials lead to a lower velocity of the debris flow materials and less impact force, because it is more difficult to carry solid material sources. (3) The impact force in front of the dam increases with the increase of the groove gradient. The larger the groove gradient, the greater the flow velocity and flow depth of wide-graded debris flow, the greater the impact force of debris flow. The larger the particle size of solid phase of debris flow, the more significant the impact of slope on impact force. (4) The impact force in front of the sand bar increases with the increase of the maximum particle size of the solid phase of the wide graded debris flow, and the change trend is more significant than when the volume density of the debris flow and the slope conditions of the groove change. The maximum particle size has no obvious regular relationship with the velocity and depth of the debris flow. The research results will provide certain data reference for the prevention and research of wide graded debris flows.

Objective 3D geological modelling is a kind of technology that converts multisource geological data into 3D geological models through computer. It reveals the spatial distribution relationship between various underground geological bodies, which helps geologists understand underground geological structures more intuitively, providing certain support for resource exploration, disaster prediction, engineering construction.However, complex geological environment, scarcity of effective geological data, large amount of calculation and other factors make the construction of large-scale complex geological bodies become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of 3D geological modelling. Methods To address these issue, this paper proposes a large range of complex geological body block modelling methods. Based on the model horizontal distribution scope of bounding box, large range of research area will be divided into several relatively smaller ones to perform modelling. At the same time, virtual borehole and stratum partition automatic tracking algorithm will be introduced for the block model at the bottom, top and middle part for the consistency of boundary constraints.At the same time, when modelling each block, the range of modelling data is extended to ensure that the strata between merged blocks can achieve smooth transition at the boundary of block. Results Each block of model is combined into a complete one with coherent and smooth stara so that a large range of complex three-dimensional geological body modelling can be realized. Conclusion Taking the shallow underground model of the Xiamen Maluan Bay New urban area as an example, this paper constructed corresponding geological model to test the modelling effect. The model is dissected and compared with the real borehole. The feasibility of proposed method is verified in terms of modelling efficiency, continuity and smoothness of strata connection.

Objective To evaluate and analyze the impact of COVID-19 epidemic on inventory of red blood cells (RBCs)in local and municipal blood stations in China, and to provide reference for the management of public health emergencies. Methods Relevant data from 2018 to 2021 were collected, and the differences in the volume of qualified RBCs, the usage efficiency of inventory RBCs, the average daily distribution of RBCs,the blood distribution rate of RBCs prepared by 400 mL whole blood, the difference in the average storage days of RBCs at the time of distribution, the average daily inventory of RBCs and the time of the average daily inventory of RBCs to maintain the distribution in 24 local and municipal blood stations in China during the COVID-19 epidemic and non-epidemic periods were retrospectively analyzed. Results Compared with non-epidemic periods, the volume of qualified RBCs [(117 525.979 ±52 203.175)U] and the average daily distribution of RBCs [( 156. 468 ± 70. 186) U ] increased significantly, but the usage efficiency of inventory RBCs decreased(97.24%±0.51%) significantly (P0.5). Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic, the inventory management of RBCs operated well, the overall inventory remained relatively stable, the stock composition and storage period showed no significant change.

Objective To analyze the basic characteristics of whole blood donors from blood stations before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. Methods After excluding invalid data, data related to the basic characteristics of whole blood donors collected from 26 blood stations in China during 2018 to 2021 were statistically analyzed, including the trend of total whole blood donors, the number of repeated blood donors, the frequency of blood donation, the average age of donors and the recruitment of first-time blood donors. Results Affected by the epidemic, 8 out of 14 indicators were with large variations, accounting for 57%. Background Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) has a high prevalence, and it has been shown to be an independent risk factor for various diseases. Therefore, it is important to strengthen screening for population at highrisk of OSA. OSA patients are prone to combine with lipid metabolism disorders, but it remains unclear whether the atherogenic index of plasma (AIP), visceral adiposity index (VAI), lipid accumulation product (LAP), cardiometabolic index (CMI), and Chinese visceral adiposity index (CVAI), which are used asmetabolic indexes, can be used to predict OSA. Objective To analyze the correlation between metabolic indexes and OSA, and evaluate the predictive efficacy of each metabolic index through a case-control study. Background The recurrence rate of late-life depression is high, however, there is a lack of research on intervention protocol to prevent recurrence of late-life depression at home and abroad.In the early stage, the research group explored the risk factors for recurrence of late-life depression, and the controllable risk factors were poor medication compliance, less physical activity, and less eating. Objective To search, evaluate and summarize the evidence related to the prevention of recurrence of late-life depression based on the above three risk factors. Methods In October 2022, the evidences related to the prevention of recurrence of late-life depression were searched in Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, American Guide Network, British Guidebook, Website of Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), Evidence-based Nursing Center of Fudan University, CNKI and other databases from inception to October 2022, which include guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensuses, evidence summaries, etc. The quality of the included guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensuses and original researches were evaluated by investigators trained in systematic evidence-based medicine using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & EvaluationⅡ (AGREEⅡ) Instrument, AMSTAR, and the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence-based center evaluation standards (2016 version), respectively. Finally, the 2014 Australian JBI evidence-based health care center evidence grading and recommendation level system was used to summary, evaluate and grade the evidence. Results A total of 15 articles were included, including 3 guidelines, 11 systematic reviews and 1 RCT. The qualities of the 3 guidelines were graded as B or above, the qualities of 11 systematic reviews were graded as medium or above, and the quality of 1 RCT was graded as B. A total of 24 best evidence items were summarized from 6 aspects of intervention evaluation, diets and nutrition, exercise and rehabilitation training, psychosocial interventions, medication compliance, and effect evaluation. Conclusion The study summarizes the best evidence for prevention of late-life depression, suggesting that clinical staff should comprehensively evaluate the patients, and develop individualized intervention program focus on evaluation, diets and nutrition, exercise and rehabilitation training, medication compliance guidance, and psychosocial interventions, combining with the characteristics of patients and diseases.

The geochemical characteristics and genesis of Paleozoic natural gas in the Ordos Basin are complex, with some disputes on the gas source of Lower Paleozoic. In order to better grasp the overall geochemical characteristics and variation laws of Paleozoic natural gas in the basin, the geochemical data of more than 700 natural gas samples from the whole basin are comprehensively analyzed based on the systematic collection, collation and analysis of previous data, and the genesis of natural gas is explored by combining the analysis of key elements such as natural gas formation, hydrocarbon formation and reservoir formation. The results show that the main body of Upper Paleozoic natural gas is coal-based gas controlled by maturity, with maturity increasing from northeast to southwest, and the southern part of the basin has a mixture of Upper and Lower Paleozoic gas. The Lower Paleozoic gas is dominated by oil-type gas from marine carbonate formations, of which the upper combination is characterized by a two-source composite reservoir of Upper Paleozoic coal-type gas and Lower Paleozoic oil-type gas; the middle-lower combination is a relatively independent oil-type gas reservoir, subject to different degrees of secondary transformation based on geological conditions and the degree of thermal evolution of organic matter, resulting in significant anomalies in its carbon isotope composition. The research has proved that marine hydrocarbon sources including carbonate rocks exist in the Lower Paleozoic of the basin, and the natural gas in the Upper and Lower Paleozoic has mixed to varying degrees in different locations of the basin.

Geological disasters such as rockfalls and landslides are common in the Tibet region due to its complex topography, strong tectonic movements, and diverse climate conditions. These disasters have an increasingly significant impact on the region's economic construction and social development. In order to assess the susceptibility of rockfalls and landslides in a quantitative manner, this study selected eight factors, including slope, aspect, topographic relief, slope shape, elevation, distance to fault, river density, and engineering geological group, to conduct the sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors by applying GIS and certainty factor analysis methods. The research shows that there is a direct correlation between rockfall, landslide and influencing factors, and the susceptibility of these hazards is high in the areas with: (1) a slope greater than 30°, (2) aspect facing southeast, south, or southwest direction, (3) topographic relief of 200～800 m/km2, (4) concave slope, (5) elevation between 1500 and 4500 m, (6) distance between 0 and 3 km to fault, (7) river density greater than 0.5 km/km2, (8) lithologies identified by the codes of YJ2, TS1, TS2, and BZ1. The susceptibility of the factors is ranked in descending order as slope > engineering geological group > elevation > slope shape > river density > topographic relief > aspect > distance to fault. These results can be used as a reference for assessing the susceptibility of rockfalls and landslides in Tibet.

To study the corrosion behavior of three commonly used steels in associated gas pipelines in the three-gas coexistence system of H2S-CO2-O2 can provide guidance for the corrosion prevention and control of associated gas pipelines in Tahe oilfield.Based on the typical corrosion working conditions in Tahe oilfield and taking 20 steel，L245NS steel and 3Cr steel as the research objects，the corrosion rates and corrosion products of the three steels under typical working conditions in H2S - CO2- O2 coexistence system were studied through high -temperature and high-pressure reactor experiment.Results showed that the corrosion rate of 20＃ steel was the highest，followed by L245NS steel，and the corrosion rate of 3Cr steel was the lowest.The corrosion products of the three pipes were mainly Fe，FeS，FeCO3 and Fe2O3.The corrosion resistance behaviors of four typical internal anti-corrosion coatings in Tahe oilfield were studied through an adhesion test and the weight gain method that involved the measuring of the weight gain before and after corrosion，and the results indicated that coating 2 possessed the optimal corrosion resistance and adhesion.Considering the cost performance，“L245NS+coating 2”was finally selected as the anti-corrosion measure for the associated gas pipelines in Tahe Oilfield.

In order to improve the stable isotope utilization rate, a simple and inexpensive synthesis method was developed. The synthesis of levofloxacin is based on piperazine as the starting material, and the reaction with carbobenzoxy chloride (CBZ-Cl) to get CBZ-piperazine-CD3, and then the reaction with iodomethane-D3 to get CBZ-piperazine-CD3, after the removal of CBZ protection to get methylpiperazine-D3, and finally the reaction with levofloxacin carboxylic acid to get levofloxin-D3. The yield of levofloxacin-D3 was 37.0% based on the amount of iodomethane-D3. The synthesized Levofloxacin-D3 product was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. The chemical purity was 98.5% and the isotope abundance was 99.5atom% D. It can be used as the internal standard for the quantitative determination of levofloxacin residue in animal food.

In order to explore the adsorption characteristics and influencing factors of bongkrekic acid by Lactobacillus plantarum X1. High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the adsorption rate of bongkrekic acid. Factors that affect the ability of the strain to remove bongkrekic acid included time, temperature, pH, bacterial concentration, bongkrekic acid concentration and simulated gastrointestinal environment. Thermodynamic and kinetic equations were used to fit the analysis results. Results showed that the strain adsorbed bongkrekic acid quickly and efficiently and the adsorption reached saturation at 1 h. The increase of temperature, bacterial concentration and bongkrekic acid concentration enhanced the adsorption and desorption was difficult after adsorption. The optimum adsorption conditions were the temperature of 37 ℃, bacterial concentration of 6 g·L−1 and bongkrekic acid concentration of 10 mg·L−1, the adsorption rates were 52.70%, 54.12% and 48.53%, respectively. Acidic environment was favorable for BA adsorption, but the adsorption effect in simulated gastrointestinal environment was reduced due to the action of protease. The adsorption capacity reached the maximum at pH3. The adsorption process conformed to Langmuir equation and Lagergren pseudo-second order equation, and it was monolayer adsorption. The thermodynamic data were analyzed and it was found that both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption existed in the adsorption process. The whole process was spontaneous and exothermic. Therefore, Lactobacillus plantarum X1 should be potential candidates as a biological detoxification agent for the remove of bongkrekic acid via their physical binding.

In the study, pumpkin peel polysaccharide was extracted by hot water extraction, and a novel pumpkin peel polysaccharide chromium (III) [PPP-Cr(III)] complex was synthesized combined with trivalent chromium ions. Using the chelation rate as the evaluation index, the effects of the mass fraction between chromium and polysaccharide, reaction pH, reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of PPP-Cr(III) complex were studied, the extraction conditions of PPP-Cr(III) complex was optimized by the response surface methodology, and the bioaccessibility of trivalent chromium ions in the PPP-Cr(III) complex was determined by in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion. The response surface analysis results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: The mass fraction between chromium and polysaccharide was 0.08:1, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction pH was 6.8, respectively, with the experimental chelation rate was 99.23%±0.12%. In addition, in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion studies showed that the solubility of PPP-Cr(III) complex in synthetic stomach conditions were stable and the dialysis rate of PPP-Cr(III) complex were higher than those of chromium chloride. Therefore, PPP-Cr(III) complex was a new potential type of chelate due to its high bioaccessibility of trivalent chromium ions.

Acrylic powder coating has excellent anti-aging function and often used as an environmentally friendly topcoat coating. In order to understand its anti-corrosion performance and anti-corrosion mechanism for the purpose of expanding its application, the corrosion behavior and mechanism of intact acrylic powder coatings in marine environment and the defect of acrylic powder coating had been investigated using CASS test, immersion test and AC impedance method. Results showed that the transparent acrylic powder coatings with a thickness of 80 μm and 120 μm respectively had a few blisters on the edge of the scratch after treated by a 240 h CASS test. For the powder coating with a thickness of 120 μm, the maximum and minimum widths of corrosion products around the scratch were about 3.5 mm and 0.5 mm respectively, and the adhesion to the surface was level 0, indicating that the coating had good CASS resistance. After an immersion of 30 d, the amount of corrosion products generated around the scratch of 120 μm coating was smaller than that of 80 μm coating, revealing that 120 μm coating had better immersion resistance. Furthermore, the EIS of scratch specimens in 0.6 mol/L NaCl solution showed that the electric double layer capacitance decreased rapidly firstly and then tended to be stable, and the corrosion rate increased with the prolonging of immersion time. The impedance of the intact acrylic powder coating decreased from about 1010～1011Ω·cm2 to 106 Ω·cm2 after an immersion in 0.6 mol/L NaCl solution for 720 h. The barrier effect of these two kinds of coatings was basically the same after a 360 h immersion. Besides, as the aluminum alloy material covered with acrylic powder coating had poor corrosion resistance, the acrylic powder coating was not suitable to be used alone as the coating system for the automobile aluminum wheel hub or the alumimum alloy material. Hence, it is recommended to use composite coating system as the coating scheme for automobile aluminum alloy wheel hub.

Objective To identify the potential prognostic biomarkers of the immune-related genes signature for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Original HCC data were downloaded from TCGA, and the immune activity of each sample was calculated by ssGSEA. HCC samples were divided into high and low immune cell infiltration groups by "GSVA" package and "hclust" package. The ESTIMATE algorithm scored the tumor microenvironment in each HCC sample. The "limma" package and Venn diagram identified effective immune-related genes. Univariate Cox, Lasso regression and multivariate Cox regression analyses were used to explore key genes. The "rms" package was used to create nomograms and draw calibration curves. Results Compared with the high immune cell infiltration group, the tumor purity of the samples in the low immune cell infiltration group was higher, the immune score, ESTIMATE score and stromal score were lower. In the high immune cell infiltration group, the immune components were more abundant, and the expression levels of TIGIT, PD-L1, PD-1, LAG3, TIM-3, CTLA4 and HLA family were higher. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that four immune-related genes (S100A9, HMOX1, IL18RAP and FCER1G) were used to construct the prognosis model. Compared with other clinical features, the risk score of this prognostic model was recognized as an independent prognostic factor. Conclusion This study identified the immune-related core genes which may be used in targeted therapy and immunotherapy of HCC.

The key of vocal pattern recognition technology is to extract the speech feature parameters with representative speaker characteristics from the speech signal.Considering that most of the contemporary determinations are made using the experience of the identifiers,combined with MFCC features,this paper proposes an ARIMA prediction-based vocal identity identification me-thod on the basis of previous study to improve the accuracy of the comparison between the examination materials with year gaps and the samples.This method uses an autoregressive integrated moving average seasonal series based on the Mel inverse spectral coefficient vocalic identity identification method,makes linear least mean square estimation,and improves the resonance peak characteristics containing vowels and loud consonants.It is demonstrated that the prediction results of ARIMA time series are good,and the accuracy of text-independent identity identification based on Mel inverse spectral coefficients using the modified ARIMA is high,with a similarity of more than 60%.

After phosphate treatment, the surface of mechanical parts has color differences of film, roughness and no film, and the properties of phosphating film could not meet the process requirements. Through comparison and analysis of literature, it was found that the physical or chemical changes took place on the surface of parts while forming parts by various processing methods, which meant the surface structure, surface composition, surface stress and other states of the parts were changed; the differences of surface state had different effects on phosphating reaction rate. Therefore, different pretreatment methods should be adopted for various surface states during phosphate treatment of mechanical parts to improve the phosphating film formation condition. In this way, uniform phosphating film could be formed on the surface of parts.

Objective To explore the rate and causes for cancellation of inpatients elective operations on the day of surgical operation in order to develop strategy for optimization of resource utilization. Methods This study retrospectively investigated inpatient elective operation cases in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 1 2019 to July 31 2020 from the hospital electronic information system and analyzed the rate and causes for cancellation of elective operations on the day of surgery. Results Totally 343 cases (0.52%) cancelled operation on the day of surgery among 66 090 inpatient elective operations. Reasons for cancellation involved medical(21.3%), surgical(39.7%), patients(29.2%)and anesthesia(9.9%)factors. Conclusions Most cancellation events can be prevented by improving specific measures like dedicated preoperative anesthesia assessment and the rate of operation cancellation is expected to be reduced significantly.

For the first time, process mineralogy including the chemical composition, mineral composition, main mineral particle morphology and embedded features, mineral dissociation analysis, and the occurrence status of harmful elements of an industrial phosphogypsum from Hubei provence was conducted using the mineral liberation analysis (MLA). The results provides a theoretical basis for the purification of phosphogypsum and impurity removal. It shows that the industrial phosphogypsum is mainly consist of oxygen, calcium, sulfur, and silicon. To improve the whiteness of the phosphogypsum, the coloring impurities elementsincluding iron, titaniumneed to be removed. The mineral composition of this phosphogypsum is relatively simple, and the content of gypsum mineral meets the standard of first-level phosphogypsum (≥85%) in GB/T 23456-2009 "Phosphogypsum", followed by a small amount of quartz, potassium feldspar, chlorite, iron-containing aluminosilicate, limonite and pyrite, etc. The impurity phosphorus in the phosphogypsum is mainly distributed in apatite and phosphorus pentoxide, and deep dephosphorization process requires water washing combined with pickling.

Wall sticking of condensate oil always has influence on the pipeline flow assurance in surface gathering and transportation. Presently, the research methods and adhesion mechanism for wall sticking of condensate oil are not clear.Thus, the systematic investigation was performed for the progress of research on the interfacial behavior and adhesion of crude oil at home and abroad, and the current mature adhesion theories and models were combed and compared. Besides, the influencing factors of the interfacial behavior and adhesion of crude oil were discussed, and the current applicable experimental equipment and test analysis methods for interfacial behavior were summarized. In particular, the research on the interfacial behavior and adhesion of crude oil by molecular dynamics simulation was also discussed. Finally, some thoughts and enlightenment were given for the study on the wall sticking mechanism of crude oil, which will be of great significance to further reveal the wall sticking mechanism of condensate oil in low-temperature gathering and transportation.(2 Figures, 3 Tables, 95 References)

As a product of the development of modern forensic technology,voiceprint plays an important role in modern audio-visual identification.The traditional voiceprint analysis method is based on the sound processing tools for manual analysis.Considering the shortcomings of strict text relevance and conjecture of comparison,its evidential power as evidence appraisal opinion needs to be strengthened.In this paper,a method of identification based on Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient is proposed,which is to extract and quantify the envelope containing the original sound formant and its time axis information as voiceprint features for identity comparison.This method improves the shortcomings of traditional Mel frequency cepstrum coefficient,which extracts the mutation of formant,and adds the transformation characteristics of vowels and consonants into voiceprint features to improve the correctness of recognition.Experiments show that the accuracy of identification is 85% and the variance is about 9% when the test material is independent of the sample text.Therefore,it has good identifiability for the same person identification of voiceprint.In the case of non same person identification of voiceprint,it proves to be far more accurate in combination with traditional manual analysis.

The safety injection (SI) system might be put into use under the loss of coolant accident (LOCA) in nuclear reactor and the thermo-hydraulic phenomena while the subcooled water is mixed with pure steam in high temperature will directly affect the judgement on reflooding of core. For enhancing core competitiveness of nuclear power research and development design, China General Nuclear Power Group (CGN) independently developed and designed a system code of the hydraulic system of two-phase flow analysis named LOCUST, and the current version is LOCUST 1.2. The LOCUST code is written in C language and uses two-fluid model as the conservation equations, treats the gas and liquid phases as separate single phases, and calculates the interphase interactions. This code is generally used for the safety analysis of accident conditions such as LOCA. Nuclear safety regulations require that computer codes used in the safety analysis of nuclear power plants must be fully verified and validated. The use of experimental data is essential for the validation of the safety analysis code for the thermal-hydraulic system. As an important validation for LOCUST, the thermal mixing test of emergency core cooling (ECC) system based on the ECCS-XJTU test facility in Xi’an Jiaotong University was introduced in this paper. Based on this test facility, the ECC thermal mixing tests were conducted, which were mainly focused on the mixing between subcooled water injected from the SI pipe with a range of 25 to 125 kg/h in mass flow and the pure steam in the primary pipe with a range of 100 to 500 kg/h in mass flow. Besides, the modeling, calculations for ECC tests by using LOCUST code and analysis for calculation results and experimental results were performed. The experimental results show that the temperature stratification in the vertical direction is observed in fluid field after mixing, and the main temperature fluctuations concentrated at the lower part in the primary pipe. This is mainly due to the hydraulic jump phenomenon and the effect of gravity. The temperature of the measurement point at the lowest location (point Ⅳ at cross-section with six measurement points, point Ⅱ at cross-section with two measurement points) is much less than the saturated steam temperature, which could be regarded as the fluid temperature and compared with the fluid temperature calculated in LOCUST. The comparison between tests and simulations shows that the maximum relative error of LOCUST in mass flow of liquid is within 13.8%, and that in temperature is within 8%, which validates the reliability and accuracy in simulations of LOCUST for two-phase thermal mixing in LOCA.

Objective To identify the pathogenic variant in a Chinese family with X-linked agammaglobulinemia (XLA). Methods A trio family with suspected X-linked agammaglobulinemia was recruited. The pathogenic variant was detected by the whole exome sequencing, and then confirmed by Sanger sequencing. cDNA sequencing was performed to find the abnormal splicing of the BTK variant. Quantitative real-time PCR was conducted to evaluate the mRNA expression of BTK in the patient. Results A novel hemizygous splicing variant (c.240+3A＞C) was identified in the BTK gene from this patient. The variant co-segregated with the phenotype of the family members was not listed in the public databases, such as dbSNP153,ExAC, gnomAD or the Human Gene Mutation Database. Further Sanger sequencing demonstrated that the BTK c.240+3A＞C variant led to a 106 bp from intron 3 of BTK insertion between exon 3 and exon 4 of the BTK transcript. The mRNA expression of BTK in the patient was significantly reduced as compared to a control individual. Conclusions The novel c.240+3A＞C splicing variant in BTK likely results in X-linked agammaglobulinemia in this family.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreaticobiliary maljunction (PBM). Methods The patients with PBM were diagnosed and treated using ERCP and included from December 2007 to August 2020 in Hangzhou First People's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The clinical manifestations of PBM, ERCP treatment, and post ERCP complications were analyzed. Results A total of 219 patients with PBM were in this study including 95 males and 124 females with an average age of (52.11±23.32) (2-89) years. Abdominal pain (77.93%) was the main clinical manifestations of PBM. The success rate of endoscopy intubation was 98.17% (215/219), and the cases with curative ERCP was 96.80% (212/219). Twenty-three of ERCP(7.93%) had post ERCP complications cured all by conservative treatment. Conclusions PBM is more common in women with main manifestation of abdominal pain. ERCP is effective and safe for biliary and pancreatic diseases induced by PBM.

The planetary mechanism of shearer cutting department operates in harsh environment， suffers heavy impact load and complicated internal lubrication. In order to calculate the dynamic characteristics of planetary mechanism more accurately， a Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics （SPH） method based on Abaqus is put forward. Taking MG400/951WD shearer as the engineering object， the three-dimensional assembly model of shearer is established by three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E， which is imported into Adams for multi-body dynamics simulation and output load file. The fluid-solid coupling model of planetary mechanism is established in Abaqus， and the dynamic analysis of non-linear gear meshing is carried out by using explicit dynamics solver， which verifies that the oil meshless feature has natural advantages over traditional dynamic analysis method and can be widely used in the dynamic study of key structural parts of industrial and mining equipment.

Objective To explore the characteristics of resting⁃state amplitude of low⁃frequency fluctuation (ALFF) and functional connectivity (FC) in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and working memory impairment, and to explore its correlation with cognitive function in order to reveal the abnormal neuronal activity and possibility of brain regions related to working memory impairment neuroimaging mechanism. Methods Thirty⁃nine patients with primary PD from January 2019 to September 2020 were enrolled, using Mini ⁃ Mental State Examination (MMSE), Digital Span Test [DST, including Digit Span Forward Test (DSFT) and Digit Span Backward Test (DSBT)], Clock Drawing Test (CDT) and Animal Verbal Fluency Test (VFT) to evaluate the cognitive function, resting⁃state fMRI (rs⁃fMRI) examination, calculation of ALFF value and FC value between different brain regions and the whole brain. The corrdation between ALFF value and the cognitive function was analysed by Spearman rank correlation. Results According to the DSFT score, 39 patients were divided into PD with working memory impairment group (PD⁃WI group,n = 17) and PD without working memory impairment group (PD⁃normal group, n = 22). MMSE total score (Z = ⁃ 2.149, P = 0.032) and memory (Z = ⁃ 2.465, P = 0.014), attention and calculation (Z = ⁃ 2.239, P = 0.025), language function (Z = ⁃ 2.575, P = 0.010) scores, and DST (Z = ⁃ 5.357, P = 0.000) scores, DSBT (Z = ⁃ 3.967, P = 0.000) and CDT (Z = ⁃ 3.410, P = 0.001) scores in PD⁃WI group were lower than those in PD⁃ normal group. The increased ALFF value was mainly located in the right posterior cingulate gyrus, right thalamus and right precuneus (GRF correction; voxel P < 0.05, cluster P < 0.05). The right posterior cingulate gyrus was the region of interest (ROI). The brain regions with increased FC value were mainly located in the left orbital middle frontal gyrus and the right lingual gyrus (GRF correction; voxel P < 0.05, cluster P < 0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the ALFF value at the right cingulate was negatively correlated with the DSFT score (rs = ⁃ 0.530, P = 0.001). Conclusions PD with working memory impairment patients have different degrees of cognitive dysfunction. The spontaneous neuronal activity in the right posterior cingulate gyrus of the core brain region of the brain default network is enhanced and its correlation with the left orbital middle frontal gyrus and the right lingual gyrus, which is a compensation for early working memory impairment. Objective To observe the role of thioredoxin interacting protein (TXNIP) in the proliferation of islet β cells promoted by Glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1). Methods The mice were divided into db/m group and db/db group; TXNIP over-expression (Ad-TXNIP-GFP) MIN6 cells were constructed by stably transfected with lentivirus, which were divided into control group, Ad-GFP group and Ad-TXNIP-GFP group. Western blot was used to detect the expression of TXNIP and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in pancreatic tissues of db/m and db/db mice. The morphology of the islets, the number of β cells, GLP-1R and Ki67 were observed by HE and immunohistochemistry method. The expression of GLP-1 in serum was detected by ELISA. The level of GLP-1R protein in pancreatic tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Islet structure was destructed, the number of β cells and PCNA expression decreased in pancreatic tissue of db/db mice (P＜0.05). The level of GLP-1 in serum reduced (P＜0.05), and the level of GLP-1 receptor in pancreatic tissue and islet was reduced (P＜0.05). The expression of TXNIP in pancreatic tissues of db/db mice increased (P＜0.05). The TXNIP overexpression cell model was successfully constructed (P＜0.05), and the level of GLP-1 receptor decreased in islet β cells (P＜0.05). The overexpression of TXNIP reduced the proliferative effect of islet β cells to GLP-1 (P＜0.05). Conclusions TXNIP acts on the GLP-1 receptor to reduce the proliferation of islet β cells promoted by GLP-1.

Aiming at the instability disaster of coal mine goaf, based on the disaster type and hazard analysis, the present situation and progress of the research on the prevention and control technology of the mine goaf instability hazards in China are systematically summarized from the three aspects of the mechanism, evaluation method and control technology of the mine goaf instability hazards, and the main problems are discussed. The research shows that the main types of disasters induced by goaf instability are ground collapse and secondary disasters induced by it, mine earthquake disasters induced by sudden instability in large area of goaf, equipment damage caused by underground (roof or overburden, air wave, etc.) and hazards of operators. The research on the theory of complex disaster in goaf instability, such as the chain mechanism of goaf instability, the control theory and method of chain breaking and disaster reduction, and the monitoring and early warning technology during the disaster, will be the focus of future research.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have made remarkable breakthroughs in cancer treatment. However, the widely use of ICIs is associated with a spectrum of immune-related adverse events (irAEs). These adverse events can affect any organ system. In this article, we have made a systemic review about the clinical characteristics of rheumatic irAEs, and also summarized irAEs in patients with pre-exsiting rheumatic disease. We also focus on the management of rheumatic irAEs.

Due to the low measurement precision, small measurement range and low stability of traditional displacement sensors, this paper propose and implement a displacement sensor based on varied line-space grating, with the displacement characteristic test and the error problems in the measurement process are accomplished and analyzed, respectively. In the experiment, the varied line-space grating is placed on the electric displacement platform. The incident position of the light spot is controlled by adjusting the displacement of the platform. Besides, the correlation between the grating displacement and the wavelength of the reflection spectrum first-order diffraction center is established to realize the wavelength coding of the displacement. The platform movement range is 0~20 mm, with step length of 2 mm, and the round trip repeated measurement is made for 6 times. The central wavelength at each shift point is recorded and the displacement characteristics of the sensor are calibrated. Based on the error analysis of the central wavelength data generated by repeated measurements at each shift point, the standard deviation of multiple measurements at each point is analyzed by using Bessel formula combined with the Pieters method. The reliability of the data is further determined by combining with the 3σ criteria. The experimental results show that the sensor system has no systematic error and gross error. Also, the wavelength and displacement of the sensor change linearly, and the linearity of multiple repetitions is better than 0.994 6. The average displacement sensitivity of the sensor's full range is 16.67 nm/mm. The content of this paper can provide a certain research reference for displacement sensing system based on varied line-space grating.

Objective: To compare expression of Bcl-2, CD10, CD34 and CK15 in basal cell carcinoma(BCC) versus trichoepithelioma(TE), and to explore the significance of their expression in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of these two disorders. Methods: Paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 36 cases of BCC and 16 cases of TE were analyzed using immunohistochemistry of Bcl-2, CD10, CD34 and CK15. The expression of these biomarkers in tumor cells and tumor stroma was evaluated. Results: The positive staining rates of Bcl-2 (palisading arrangement) in BCC and TE were 0 and 68.75% respectively (P0.05). Sensitivities were CD10 (Tumour cells+) 72.22%>Bcl-2 (68.75%) >CD10 (Stromal+) 62.50%>CK15 (56.25%); Specificities were Bcl-2 (100%) >CD10 (Stromal+) 97.22%>CK15 (94.44%) >CD10 (Tumour cells+) 87.50%; Accuracies were Bcl-2 (90.38%) >CD10 (Stromal+) 86.54%>CK15 (82.69%) >CD10 (Tumour cells+) 65.38%; Positive predictive values were Bcl-2 (100%) >CD10 (Tumour cells+) 92.86%>CD10 (Stromal+) 90.91%>CK15 (81.82%); Negative predictive values were Bcl-2 (87.80%) >CD10 (Stromal+) 85.37%>CK15 (82.92%) >CD10 (Tumour cells+) 58.33%. Conclusions: Differentiated expression and distribution of Bcl-2, CD10 and CK15, but not CD34, in BCC and TE can benefit the differential diagnosis of these two tumors.

Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging characteristics and to describe the etiology and possible pathophysiological mechanisms of reversible splenial lesion syndrome (RESLES). Methods Clinical, radiological data and etiology of 4 cases with RESLES were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two (Case 1 and Case 2) of the 4 patients were caused by traumatic brain injury (TBI), one (Case 3) presented paroxysmal blurred vision after drinking, and the last one (Case 4) suffered from headache and syncope, intermittent blurred vision and chronic renal failure after cold. Cerebral MRI of all patients revealed solitary round lesions with clear boundary in the splenial of corpus callosum, which had isointensity or slightly low - intensity T1WI signal, high - intensity signal in T2WI, FLAIR and diffusion - weighted imaging (DWI), low-intensity signal of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), without edema and mass effect. Susceptility-weighted imaging (SWI) revealed frontal hemorrhage in one case (Case 2) expect for splenial lesion. After etiological and symptomatic treatment, the patients were all relieved, with duration for 8-15 d. MRI reexamination showed abnormal signals of corpus callosum disappeared in 3 patients, and were improved in the other case (Case 2). Neurologic sequelae was not found. Conclusions RESLES is a kind of clinical imaging syndrome with a wide variety of etiologies. One of the most common causes is epilepsy and related disease. Trauma may also be one of the etiologies. The most common clinical manifestations of RESLES are nonspecific, and the prognosis is good after etiological treatment. DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2018.07.012

Background and objective Previous studies have found the lincRNAs play important roles in the occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma, but their regulated mechanims are still unclear. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between DNA methylation and lincRNA expression, and the effect of prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods The whole genome Illumina Methylation 450 DNA methylatiuon data and RNAseq for lung adenocarcinoma were download from TCGA. DNA methylation around lincRNA and their relationship to gene expression were analyzed. Their contribution to lung adenocarcinoma were further analyzed by comparing DNA methylation and lincRNA expression in tumor and adjacent tissues. Results The methylation level in promoter region was lower than other positions in lincRNA, and was negatively correlated with gene expression. There were 427 lincRNA genes showed differential DNA methylation in their promoter regions in tumor and adjacent tissues. Among these, 15 lincRNA genes showed differential gene expression and negatively correlated with DNA methylation, including FENDRR (a tumor progression and metastasis gene) whose high methylation in its promoter showed poor survival in lung adenocarcinoma. Conclusion The expression of lincRNA can be regulated by DNA methylation in their promoter regions, and the level of DNA methylation is related to patient prognosis in lung adenocarcinoma.

Objective To explore the relation between abnormal functional connectivity of substantia nigra and impairment of movement and cognition in patients with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD). Methods A total of 22 subjects, including 14 patients with RBD and 8 sex, age, education-matched healthy controls, were enrolled in this study according to international diagnostic criteria. Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Ⅲ (UPDRS Ⅲ) and Hoehn-Yahr Stage were used to evaluate motor function. Digit Ordering Test - Attention (DOT - A), Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT), Stroop Color-Word Test (SCWT), Trail Making Test (TMT), Rey-Osterrieth Complex Figure Test (ROCFT), Clock Drawing Test (CDT), Boston Naming Test (BNT) and Auditory Verbal Learning Test (AVLT) were used to evaluate cognitive function. The functional connectivity from left and right substantia nigra to brain region were examined. Results There were no statistical differences of UPDRSⅢ and Hoehn?Yahr Stage between 2 groups (P > 0.05, for all). In comparison with control group, SDMT (P = 0.001), ROCFT-copy (P = 0.013) and AVLT-N2 (P = 0.032) were significantly lower, while TMT-B test was significantly higher (P =0.005) in RBD group. Compared with control group, the functional connectivity of right substantia nigra to left precentral gyrus (P < 0.005) and right angular gyrus (P < 0.005) were all decreased in RBD group. Conclusions The results suggest that cognitive impairment occurs earlier than movement disorders in RBD, and there are abnormal functional connectivity from right substantia nigra to left precentral gyrus and right angular gyrus, proving that abnormal functional connectivity is the base of behavior disorders in RBD. Objective To investigate the structure of corpus striatum and the integrity of white matter fiber in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (iRBD). Methods Twelve patients with iRBD, 12 patients with PD and 10 healthy subjects that were well matched in gender, age and education were enrolled in this study. Head MRI examination was performed to all subjects to observe the changes of corpus striatum structure (the gray matter volume) and the integrity of white matter fiber [fractional anisotropy (FA)] by combining voxel?based morphometry (VBM) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). Results Compared with healthy subjects, the gray matter volume of left caudate nucleus was significantly decreased (P < 0.005), and FA values of left caudate nucleus (P < 0.005), right caudate nucleus (P < 0.001) and right putamen (P < 0.05) were all significantly reduced in iRBD patients; FA value of right putamen was significantly decreased in PD patients (P < 0.05). Compared with PD patients, the gray matter volume of left caudate nucleus of iRBD patients was significantly reduced (P < 0.001), FA values of left caudate nucleus (P < 0.01) and right caudate nucleus (P < 0.005) of iRBD patients were significantly reduced. Conclusions There is atrophy of gray matter volume and extensive white matter fiber impairment in corpus striatum of patients with iRBD, and the white matter fiber impairment was similar to PD, which provides an anatomical evidence for iRBD being presymptom of PD. Lung cancer is a serious threat to human health malignancies upward trend in morbidity and mortality. It is hot topic to investigate the molecular mechanisms of lung cancer development and explore the new therapeutic targets. The underlying mechanism of EZH2 on lung cancer development will demonstrate the new pathway of lung cancer development, invasion and metastasis. The exploration and application of new targeted molecular will improve the survival rate and living quality of lung cancer patients in future.

The study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of young people of different genders with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in recent 5 years. There were 60 male and 28 female patients, and the ratio of men to women was 2.14∶1. During lots of risk factors for ICH, men had more smoking (35% vs 0, P = 0.000) and drinking history (28.33% vs 0, P = 0.002) than women, while women had more hyperlipidemia than men (10.71% vs 0, P = 0.030). For cerebral hemorrhage etiology, male patients who got ICH because of hypertension were more than female patients (40% vs 14.29%, P = 0.016), while female patients who got ICH due to cerebrovascular malformation were more than male patients (50% vs 23.33%, P = 0.012). The bleeding locations of men were mostly located in the basal ganglia (35% vs 14.29%, P = 0.045), while the bleeding locations of women were mostly located in the cerebral lobe (67.86% vs 40%, P = 0.015). The Dina 2 condensate field in Tarim Oilfield is a fractured sandstone gas reservoir with characteristics such as high temperature and high pressure, low porosity and low permeability, and medium- high cementation strength, and the traditional view is that there is no sand production problem for this type of reservoir, but since the start of production in 2009, sand samples have been taken from 21 wells and the sand production is common, which has become a key technical problem affecting the stable production of the gas field. To this end, a porous elastic- plastic 3D sand production fluid-solid coupling model was established, and a numerical simulation method was adopted to carry out a full range of sand production rate prediction for the Dina 2 Gasfield. The study shows that the sand production process in Dina 2 Gasfield can be divided into four stages according to the sand production rate: small amount of sand production, incremental sand production, intensifying sand production and stable sand production; the area of heavy sand production is around Wells X-6, X-7 and X-8, and the amount of sand produc- tion gradually decreases from the middle of the gas field to the surrounding area, and the key sand production layer is located in E1-2 km² Formation of Kumugeliemu Group. It was verified on the basis of the field measurement data that the prediction error of the sand production rate is within 15%, indicating the practicality of the prediction method. Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is an acute autoimmune-mediated inflammatory neuropathy. In this paper, the percentage of Th17 in peripheral blood lymphocyte and the level of IL-23 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with GBS were detected. Twenty-five patients with GBS and 20 controls were analyzed. The percentage of Th17 cells in patients with GBS was (4.86 ± 0.60)%, which was higher than that in controls [(2.71 ± 0.54)%; t = 2.616, P = 0.012]. Serum IL-23 increased in patients with GBS [(111.80 ± 13.84) pg/ml vs (72.55 ± 8.19) pg/ml; t = 2.300, P = 0.026]. The level of IL-23 in serum and CSF from patients with GBS before therapy [(110.50 ± 15.66) and (102.30 ± 7.52) pg/ml] declined to normal after therapy [(74.13 ± 6.18) and (72.92 ± 12.09) pg/ml], and the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.557, P = 0.022; t = 1.422, P = 0.046). Background and objective Lung cancer stem cells are the root causes of lung cancer malignant phenotype and potential therapeutic target, the aim of this study is to isolate and characterize the cancer stem cells in the lung adenoearcinomas cell line A549, so as to provide an experimental basis for further stem cell research. Methods The cancer stem cells were isolated from the lung adenoearcinomas cell line A549 using FACS. And the difference of colony formation, cell proliferation and tumorigenicity in vitro were also tested. The expression of CD133 and ABCG2 were evaluated by RT-PCR and Western blot. Results The percentage of SP cells was 5.93% of A549 and 0.32% of A549 after incubation with verapamil. The results showed that there were significantly higher expression of CD133 and ABCG2 on SP cells than that of non-SP cells. And the ability of colony formation, cell proliferation and tumorigenicity in SP cell group were remarkably higher than that in non-SP cell group. Conclusion Our results suggested that the cancer stem cells with higher expression of CD133 and ABCG2 can be isolated from the lung adenoearcinomas cell line A549 using FACS and be used in the further research experiments.
