The power industry is a basic industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and has important strategic value.It has obvious characteristics of technology and capital intensiveness.In recent years, there has been fruitful scientific and technological achievements which have won many national science and technology awards in this industry.Three typical areas were selected: the UHV transmission technology, the safety and operation technology of the large power grid and the new energy technologyto elaborate the strong technical vitality, the international influence, the talent cultivation ability and the industrial driving capabilities of the award-winning projects.It was fully verified the National Awards have a strong role in promoting the power industry and the technological innovation can effectively promote the collaborative innovation and development of power grid technology, and it is of great significance to support China to achieve “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” as soon as possible.

Network densification was one of the main ways to deal with the challenge of supporting 1 000 times higher capacity in 5G networks. Wherein, a single node needs to configure and optimize more than 2 000 parameters. Therefore, novel self-organizing network (SON) would be the inevitable technique for wireless networking, where decision makers were enabled with the ability of perceiving the dynamic network situation and meanwhile, autonomously discovering as well as configuring network resources. With the aid of this promising technique, users' demands and network resources could be well matched and furthermore, the capacity of networks could be significantly improved. The trend of dense development in wireless communications was discussed. Then, the potential challenges and required new properties was analyzed when util-izing SON in ultra-dense wireless networks. Meanwhile, two typical use cases were depicted. Finally, for future ultra-densely deployed wireless networks, the possible development prospect and direction of SON were briefly presented.

The measuring method of performance index for activated coke can be developed using the results in this paper. In the C0D adsorption experiment, the potassium hydrogen phthalate was used as standard reference material to measure the C0D-adsorption capacity of activated coke. Referring to the test method of phenol adsorption value of activated carbon, the measuring method of C0D adsorption value with activated coke was developed. The statistics theory was applied to analyze and process the experimental data. Based on rejecting the abnormal value the relation between C0D-adsorption capacity and dosing quantity of active coke was established. Furthermore, optimum sample weight of activated coke should be 1. 000 g considering the coefficient of variation. In this paper statistics method was used to guarantee the result' s reliability. Surrounding rock of deep roadway with intercalated coal seam in roof always generates serious roof deformation and failure,and is difficult to control. Unique 2-partition fracture mode of surrounding rock is found by site detection, that there are two relatively independent serve fractured zones in surrounding rock, which are " roadway peripheral loose fracture zone" and "roof separation fracture zone beside intercalated coal seam interface" respectively. The calculation model was proposed, based on which the laws of roadway key points displacement, plastic zone, and asymmetric deformation influenced by the thickness and location of intercalated coal seam and middle wall width of bifurcation roadway was researched, and the deformation and failure mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the existence and development of "roof separation fracture zone beside intercalated coal seam interface" in the deep roof, leads to the failure of the self-bearing structure and the loss of self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock, fracture zone exceed the range of support system, and finally the overall failure of surrounding rock and support. The "inner repair + outer control" asymmetric controlling measure with mainly grout was proposed based on research results, which was carried out in field test, and achieved good results. The micrometer material of NH4 NiPO4 ⋅ H2O was synthesized by solid state reaction at low temperature using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and nickel acetate as raw materials and PEG-400 as a template as well as adding a few sodium hydroxide. The optimum reaction condition was researched by using XRD and cyclic voltammetry. The reaction product was characterized by using SEM, FT-IR and TG-DTA. It was found that the perfect crystal material could be easily obtained when the reaction time is 4 hour, the reaction temperature is 70 °C and the weight of nickel acetate is 4 times to the weight of sodium hydroxide. The product has been applied to make electric catalytic electrode. The research shows that, compared to the graphite base Pt/C electrode and graphite base Pt/C/NH4NiPO4 electrode, the glassy carbon base Pt/C/ NH4NiPO4 electrode has better electro-catalytic activity. Also, the glassy carbon base Pt/C/ NH4NiPO4 electrode has the potential to replace other electrodes for ethanol electrocatalytic oxidation, as it has the characteristics of large oxidation current in an instant, low oxidation potential and certain electric capacity. Objective To explore lipid signatures of renal tissue in acute kidney injury （AKI） and AKI-to-CKD transition by untargeted lipidomics. Methods Ischemia-reperfusion injury （IRI） mice were subjected to bilateral renal pedicle clamping for 30 min. A murine model was established for longitudinally examining CKD progression after AKI and analyzing renal lipid metabolites by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The levels of serum creatinine （Scr） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） were significantly elevated after IRI and acute tubular injury score rose obviously at Day 2 post-IRI. The levels of Scr and BUN declined at Day 14/28 post-IRI and yet failed to completely return to baseline with severe renal interstitial fibrosis. A total of 1715 lipid metabolites were identified. Marked differences existed in renal lipid metabolic profiles between IRI and sham-operated mice at the corresponding timepoint. And there were also distinct lipids characteristic among IRI groups. In AKI stage, renal neutral lipid accumulation was most pronounced. In AKI-to-CKD transition stage, the most distinguished features of lipid profile were changes of glycerophospholipids and Sphingolipids. At Day 28 post-IRI, the number of decreased glycerophospholipid was more than increased glycerophospholipid. The most pronounced increase of alkenyl （vinyl） ether-phosphatidylethanolamine and the most pronounced decrease of phosphatidylglycerol occurred at Day 28 post-IRI. KEGG pathway enrichment also indicated glycerophospholipid metabolism was a predominant pathway during AKI-to-CKD transition. Conclusion Our study has revealed renal lipid signatures in the whole process of AKI to CKD transition. Glycerophospholipid, especially alkenyl（vinyl） ether-phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylglycerol, might be an important lipid involved in AKI to CKD transition. It may facilitate the future study of pathogenesis and mechanism involved in AKI-to-CKD transition.

In order to solve the problem in deep high-stress rock roadway and roadway with structural fracture zone, a new support system--square-type steel confined concrete (SQCC) was developed. And the important component of it, square-type steel confined concrete arch centering was further studied. The inner force expressions of straight wall semicircle arch was deduced with the force method, and combined with the engineering practice to calculate the inner force distribution of four section arch, which is the field application, under uniformly loads. From the inner force distribution of arch centering, that arch legs and vault is the key position of the arch centering failure is confirmed. Through the strength analysis of the SQCC component to check the key parts of the possible, get that first failure part is arch leg and the ultimate bearing capacity of SQCC arch centering is 1 315 kN. The mechanics experiment of SQCC arch centering are carried out by using designed 1 : 1 mechanics test system of confined concrete arch centering. Meanwhile combined with the results of numerical experiments on SQCC arch centering by using ABAQUS software. Through the analysis on the error rate of ultimate bearing capacity, ... = -7. 1%, ... = - 1. 1%, the key position, the inner force, deformation and stress, research the mechanical properties and faileure mechanism of SQCC arch centering, and verify the conclusion based on the theoretical arithmetic and laboratory experiment is right. To study the surrounding rock stress evolution laws and deformation features of deep roadway with thick top coal, a large-scale geomechanical model test system was newly developed. This test system mainly consists of counter-force device, flexible uniform pressure loading device, digital intelligent hydraulic control system and high precision pluralistic real-time monitoring system. This flexible assembled system has large space for simulating, can provide high and uniform loading which can increase test precision. Taking 3302 working face of Zhaolou Coal Mine as engineering background, according to a large number of similar meterial compounding tests, two kinds of similar materials belong to different series were determined to simulate sandstone and coal respectively. Similar supporting components such as prestressed bolt(cable), box supporting beam, steel strip, and steel tray were designed and manufactured; the large-scale model test research was carried out on pressure relief anchor box beam support system, and the surrounding rock stress evolution and deformation laws in excavating and supporting of deep roadway with thick top coal was obtained. Objective: To determine the oxidative stress level in peripheral blood of vanadium-exposed workers, as an indication of population health effect of vanadium on human neurobehavioral system., Methods: 86 vanadium-exposed workers and 65 non-exposed workers were recruited by cluster sampling. A questionnaire was administered to collect demographic and occupational exposure information. Serum activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and malonaldehyde (MDA) contents were detected by kit assay. The differences in oxidative stress level between vanadium-exposed and non-exposed workers were compared., Results: Vanadium-exposed workers had higher levels of MDA contents than the controls. The total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) activity in vanadium-exposed workers was significantly lower than that in the controls, which was associated with lowered levels of manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) activity. No changes in serum levels of cupro-zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZn-SOD) was found in vanadium-exposed workers. No difference in iNOS activity was found between vanadium-exposed workers and controls., Conclusion: Vanadium exposure increases free radical production in serum and reduces antioxidant capacity. But the relationship between vanadium exposure and iNOS damage remains uncertain.
