The individual factors of miners are of great significance to promote the safe development of coal mining enterprises and reduce unsafe behaviors. In order to explore the mechanism of miners’ mindfulness level on unsafe behavior, a conceptual model including mindfulness, role overload, role width self-efficacy, and unsafe behavior was constructed. Questionnaires were distributed to the knowledge-based miners of an intelligent demonstration coal mine to collect data, and AMOS was used to establish a structural equation model for empirical research. Research shows that: mindfulness and role width self-efficacy have a negative impact on miners’ unsafe behavior, role overload positively affects unsafe behavior, role width self-efficacy level negatively affects role overload, and mindfulness has a negative impact on unsafe behavior through role width self-efficacy and role overload. Safety behaviors play a partial mediating role; through mindfulness training, miners can improve their self-confidence, relieve work pressure, overcome the negative emotions caused by role overload, participate in operations legally and compliantly, and reduce unsafe behaviors.

In order to clarify the fracture propagation track and the variation rule of deflection distance in the course of directional perforation turning fracturing in low permeability coal seam, based on ABAQUS platform, the deflection process of the hydraulic fracture in coal seam is simulated by extended finite element. Taking the coal seam of Shizhuang block in the south of Qinshui Basin as an example, the effects of horizontal in situ stress difference, perforation parameters, injection parameters on formation fracture pressure and deflection distance in the process of oriented perforation steering fracturing are studied. The results show that, the formation fracture pressure increases linearly with the increase of perforation azimuth and horizontal in-situ stress difference, and logarithmically with the increase of fracturing fluid displacement. The viscosity of fracturing fluid has little effect on formation fracture pressure. The fracture deflection distance increases linearly with the increase of perforation azimuth and fracturing fluid displacement, and decreases linearly with the increase of horizontal in-situ stress difference and fracturing fluid viscosity.

Based on the new leadership style, this study explores the path to influence the safety behavior of coal mine employees, and constructs the theoretical model of the relationship between coaching leadership, employee happiness and safety behavior. Firstly, define two variables, coaching leadership and safety behavior, and make it clear that employee happiness includes three dimensions: life happiness, work happiness and psychological happiness. Then, we collected data through questionnaire survey, analyzed data using structural equation model and Bootstrap test, and empirically tested the relationship between coaching leadership and safety behavior in coal mining enterprises and the mediating role of employee happiness. The results show that coached leadership of coal mine enterprises has significant positive influence on the three dimensions of safety behavior and employee happiness, and employee happiness plays an intermediary role in the influence of coached leadership on safety behavior, and the mediating effect of job happiness is the most significant. Specifically, the higher the role level of coaching leadership behavior in coal mine enterprises is, the higher the happiness of employees will be induced, and the better the safety behavior performance of employees will be.

To explore the nature of metal-metal bonds, the carbonyl complex Os2 Cp * 2 (CO)4 was carried out one-electron oxidation, and a radical cation of dinuclear osmium complex was isolated and structurally characterized. The EPR spectrum and theoretical calculation indicate that the spin density mainly resides on ligands. The X-ray structure shows the change of metal-metal bond length is negligible upon one-electron oxidation, sp³ C--H bond activation was observed during the reaction of parent molecule with the tritylcation, which possibly occurs via an oxidative electrochemical-chemical (EC) mechanism. The frequent occurrence of food safety incidents is not only to be hazardous to the health of consumers, but also impacts the market of food consumption. Integrating the consumers' willingness to pay for traceability and the difference between suppliers' traceability, this paper provides four sourcing strategies for the retailer. Then, we investigate the sourcing decision of the retailer considering consumers' willingness to pay for traceability, the portion of consumers with traceability consciousness, probability of food safety incident, and additional penalty incurred by food safety incident. We find that increasing consumers' willingness to pay for traceability or expanding the portion of consumers with traceability consciousness may incur unintended consequence, such as an increase in sourcing quantity of non-traceable food product, while efforts on strengthening inspection and penalizing the retailer always lead to more supply of traceable food in the market. Objective: To observe the variations of intracellular localization and expression of importin 8 (IPO8) during osteoblast differentiation., Methods: Alizarin red staining, immunocytochemistry and real-time PCR were employed to examine the changes in the intracellular localization and expression of IPO8 mRNA during induced osteogenic differentiation of human osteoblast-like SaOS-2 cells., Results: Numerous red mineralized nodules were observed on day 10 in the induced cells with alizarin red staining. Immunocytochemical staining showed that IPO8 immunoreactivity was the strongest in the perinuclear cytoplasm of the cells. On day 3 of osteoblast differentiation, IPO8 immunoreactivity in the cell nuclei became stronger. On day 7, IPO8 was located mainly in the nuclei, and on day 10 the cells were osteocyte-like and IPO8 was distributed in the cytoplasm. Real-time PCR showed a significantly increased expression of OPN mRNA during osteoblast differentiation, and the expression level of IPO8 mRNA was the highest on day 3 and declined on days 7 and 10., Conclusion: The intracellular localization and expression level of IPO8 undergo significant changes during osteogenesis, indicating its role in regulating osteoblast differentiation.

Crude oils from different sources have quite different polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) distributions. Also, many PAH compounds are more resistant to weathering than their saturated counterparts (n-alkanes and isoprenoids) and volatile alkylbenzene compounds, thus PAils become one of the most valuable classes of hydrocarbons for oil identification using fingerprinting. A reliable, effective, and accurate gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method for the differentiation and source identification of crude oils by the use of PAH compounds is described. PAll components of 6 crude oil samples from 5 different platforms in 4 different oil fields in Bohal Sea were analyzed by GC/MS. Using different methods, such as the comparisons of original fingerprinting, characteristic information, and diagnostic ratios of PAHs, 6 crude oil samples were identified completely, which showed distinctive characteristics of the same platform oils. Although distinction was diminutive, it can still be identified by GC/MS. PAHs could be used in weathering check of spilled oils in identification and to ensure the correctness of the identification.
