Taking the preparation of electrode materials of supercapacitors, the study of properties and the performance of assembled asymmetric supercapacitors as the core contents, and improving the electrochemical performance of supercapacitors as the main purpose, the in-situ polymerization method was used to prepare carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (PI-MWCNTs) grafted polyimide solution, which is used as the precursor of nitrogen-doped carbon to realize the growth of composites on the surface of carbon cloth and as electrode material.Manganese dioxide-carbon cloth (MnO2-CC) as the positive electrode, Polyimide-carbon cloth grafted with multi-walled carbon nanotubes as negative electrode (PI-MWCNTs-CC), build asymmetric supercapacitors. The structure and electrochemical properties of the electrode materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, raman spectroscopy, surface area and pore size testing, X line photoelectron spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. According to the study, when the scan rate is 20 mV/s, asymmetric capacitor potential window can be increased to 1.3 V and its volume specific capacity is 1.80 F/cm3.When the power density is 14.08 mW/cm3, the energy density can reach up to 0.423 mWh/cm3.

According to the principle that the oxidation chemical reaction between metal calcium film and water vapor makes calcium film transparent, this experiment measures the corrosion area of calcium film to characterize the quality of water vapor passing through high barrier plastic film, so as to measure the water vapor transmission rate of high barrier plastic film. The effects of corrosion time, thickness of calcium film and barrier property of samples on the determination of water vapor permeability were analyzed with vacuum evaporation calcium film as pretreatment method and regular monitoring of calcium corrosion area as detection method. The results show that at 40 °C and 90% RH, the high barrier and ultra-high barrier plastic films with a thickness of 200 nm and a nominal water vapor permeability of 10-6~10-3 g/(m2·24 h) at the initial stage of calcium corrosion show a good linear relationship between the calcium corrosion area and the water vapor permeability. The water vapor permeability is 1.2x10-3 g/(m2·24 h) and 9.3x10-7 g/(m2·24 h), respectively, with RSD of 11.6% and 16.5%. The results of water vapor transmission of high barrier and ultra-high barrier plastic films by calcium etching method are good, and this method has a high application prospect in the measurement of water vapor transmission of high barrier and ultra-high barrier packaging materials in electronic components, solar cells and organic light emitting diodes. Polymethacrylimide foams were prepared by free radical bulk polymerization with butyl methacrylate (BMA), acrylamide (AM) as the reactive monomer, acrylic acid (AA) as the third monomer and crosslinker at different heat treatment time. The structure and properties were characterized by FTIR, SEM, TGA and DSC. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment time of BMA/AM/AA copolymer, the rearrangement reaction between molecular chains produces a six-membered imide ring. After cross-linking and solidification, PMI foam is obtained. The characteristic absorption peaks are in good agreement with the literature values. After heat treatment for 5 h, a dense closed cell foam with a pore diameter of 100-200 μm is obtained, which has good mechanical properties, compressive strength of 8.160 MPa and tensile strength of 12.95 MPa. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the foam is 255℃, the thermal decomposition temperature Td10 is as high as 280℃ when the thermal mass loss is 10%, and the foam still retains more than 80% at 345℃, and the thermal conductivity is 0.05424 W/(m·K). It is indicated that the foam with excellent high temperature resistance and thermal insulation properties is obtained after heat treatment of the copolymer for 5 h.

Brassica napus is a dominant field crop for repairing and utilizing saline-alkali land. In order to dissect the genetic basis of salt tolerance during germination and obtain germplasm resources in Brassica napus, different concentrations of NaCl solution (200, 250 and 300 mmol/L) were used to seeds of a previously constructed recombinant inbred line population (RIL), and the germination rates on the 3rd day and 7th day were counted for QTL mapping and candidate gene analysis. The results showed that the germination rate of RIL population showed continuous distribution under different salt concentrations. A total of 17 QTLs were detected under 6 treatments in this study, with the phenotypic variation range from 3.75% to 17.57% explained by a single QTL. Among them, 4 QTLs (cqST.C3-1, cqST.C3-2, cqST. C3-3 and cqST. C3-4) on chromosome C3, which explained more than 10% phenotypic variation in single or multiple treatments, were considered as the main QTLs. Combined with the re-sequencing results of the two parents and the functional annotation of Arabidopsis homologous genes, 5 candidate genes related to salt tolerance were identified under the 4 major QTLs confidence intervals, which could be stably expressed under different treatment conditions. In addition, according to the above results, it was considered that the germination rate under 250 mmol/L NaCl solution on the 7th day could be used as an index for the identification of salt tolerance at germination stage, and 5 excellent salt-tolerant germplasm with a germination rate of 82.22%-100% were obtained using this method. During the interaction between Brassica napus and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, the expression of JA (jasmonic acid) synthesis-related genes increases, while JA signal transduction is inhibited. It is speculated that the effector proteins secreted by S. sclerotiorum may directly or indirectly interact with JAR1 protein, reducing its activity and thus inhibiting the defense system of B. napus dependent on JA pathway. The full-length sequence of the differentially expressed gene BnJarl was obtained by transcriptome sequencing in the early stage of this research. In order to further reveal the mechanism of BnJarl gene involved in the interaction between B. napus and S. sclerotiorum, this study analyzed and predicted the bioinformatics of BnJAR1 protein, constructed a yeast expression gene cDNA library of B. napus-S. sclerotiorum interaction, and used BnJar1 as bait protein to screen the library by yeast two-hybrid. Through the study, 5 interacting proteins from B. napus were obtained: BnAOC2, BnCOP9, BnDcoH, BnNIT2, and BnTSJT1; and 2 interacting proteins from S. sclerotiorum: SsMFS and SsRho3. The relevant results contributed to our research on the interaction between B. napus and S. sclerotiorum, exploration of pathogenic or resistance-related genes, and on further elucidation of their mechanisms. In view of problems of complex control and multi-harmonic of traditional inverter control strategy of grid-connected photovoltaic system, the paper proposed a direct current control method of grid-connected photovoltaic inverter system based on grid voltage orientation and gave design of hardware and software of three-phase grid-connected photovoltaic inverter system taking TMS320F2812 as main controller. The direct current control method uses zero cross detection circuit to measure zero cross time of grid voltage to gain rotation angle of grid voltage at zero cross time, so as to get amplitude and phase of output voltage of inverter, and uses SVPWM to control on-off of IPM to make inverter output voltage with above amplitude and phase, so as to realize grid-connected generation function with unity power factor. The experiment result showed that the direct current control method is simple, output current of inverter keeps same frequency and phase with grid voltage, and grid-connected power factor is close to 1.

Taking a special switch part as an example, the characteristics of its shape and structure were analyzed. The gating system and cooling system of mold with four cavities were designed and the injection process was analyzed based on Moldflow software. The filling time, warpage deformation, welding line and flow front temperature were analyzed in the injection process. The parting surface, core, cavity and ejection mechanism of the mold were designed in detail by UG software, and the working process of the mold was introduced. A split-type half structure was adopted for in the parting design to solve the interference characteristics of side core-pulling demoulding and parts. According to the characteristics of the narrow inner space of the parts, which was impossible to install the inclined ejector and the ejector pin, the stripper plate mechanism was applied, and supplied a solution for the ejection of this type of parts. Branch angle is important in plant-type traits of rapeseed. For better understand molecular regulation of moderately compact branch angle for high yield and mechanized harvesting, a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population was constructed from Holly and APL01 with significantly different branch angles. Their phenotype of branch angle was investigated in 2 environments. Results showed that branch angles of the RIL population showed continuous variation and normal distribution. QTL mapping analysis was performed using high-density SNP genetic linkage map constructed in previous study. As a result, 8 branch angle QTLs were mapped on chromosomes A9, C3, C4 and C7 respectively. The phenotypic variation explained by a single QTL ranged from 4.05% to 9.60%. Compared with previous studies, 2 new QTLs cqBA. C4-2 and cqBA. C4-3 were stably expressed in the 2 environments, and explained 5.13%-6.80% and 4.60%-7.21% of the phenotypic variation respectively. According to resequencing results of Holly and APL01, a total of 7226 SNPs and 829 InDels were found within cqBA.C4-2 confidence interval (10.32-14.3 Mb), of which 7226 SNPs contained 220 non-synonymous mutations and 5 stop-gain mutations, 15 out of 829 InDels caused frameshift mutations. These mutation sites corresponded to 55 genes. A total of 416 SNPs and 65 InDels were found within cqBA. C4-3 confidence interval (44.39-44.46 Mb), of which 416 SNPs contained 50 non-synonymous mutations, 1 out of 65 InDels caused frameshift mutations. And these mutation sites corresponded to a total of 15 genes. According to Arabidopsis homologous genes function annotation, 4 candidate genes related to branching angles were found as BnaC04g13100D, BnaC04g15900D, BnaC04g16280D, and BnaC04g44330D. The above results were expected to provide valuable information for revealing regulation of rape-seed branching and cultivating compact rapeseed varieties through molecular design methods. In order to study the difference of protein content in rice from different varieties and places of origin, the collected rice was classified according to varieties and places of origin. Combining the extracted spectral information of the region of interest with the protein content determined by the chemical method, a full - wavelength prediction model was established, and the optimal model was determined as partial least-squares regression (PLSR) by comparison. Successive projection algorithm (SPA) was used to select characteristic bands and build the characteristic wavelength model of PLSR, which has similar performance to the full wavelength model. The hyper-spectral image at characteristic wavelength was extracted, and the spectral data of all the pixels on the extracted feature image was imported into the established SPA-PLSR model. Then the protein content of each pixel was predicted, and the hyper -spectral gray -scale image was pseudo -color processed to obtain the protein content distribution maps of rice from different varieties. The results showed that it was feasible to visualize the protein content distribution in rice by hyper-spectral imaging, which provides a basis for screening varieties and origins of rice in the later stage. To determine the influence of high temperature shock on the survival characteristics and population development of N. californicus, the hatching rate, survival rate and developmental duration were investigated after the eggs, larvae and adults of N. californicus were exposed to high temperatures (35, 38, 42, 45 °C) for 1-8 h. The results showed that with higher temperature and longer time, the survival rate of eggs and larvae would be lower, and their developmental duration declined firstly and then increased. The hatching rate of eggs treated at 42 °C for 8 h was significantly lower than that at 35 °C for 8 h. The developmental duration of egg (4.1 d) was shortest when treated at 38 °C for 8 h. The egg couldn't hatch when treated at 45 °C for 2 h. The survival rate of larvae which was treated at 45 °C for 4 h was significantly lower than that at 35 °C for 4 h, and the larvae wouldn't survive when treated at 45 °C for 8 h. The spawning period and total eggs of female adults increased firstly and then decreased. The egg-laying amount of a female N. californicus was 38.9, 36.7 and 14.5 at 35, 38 and 45 °C, respectively. High temperature exposure had significant effects on the egg hatching rate, survival rate and development duration of N. californicus, but had little effect on the pre-oviposition and survival rate of the adults. TLD algorithm combines tracking, learning and detection simultaneously, so its computation is high. This paper adopted Mean-Shift algorithm to substitute the optical flow tracker of TLD. Considering optical flow tracking has high computation, this optimized algorithm made use of less computation of Mean-Shift to replace optical flow in original TLD. Compared the Bhattacharyya coefficient between target model and target candidate model with the given threshold, it decided whether track failed. Measured similarity between the bounding box returned by Mean-Shift and the bounding box returned by TLD last time, it decided the confidence of the track. If it was failure, the detector would re-initialize the tracker. The experiments show that the optimized algorithm can acquire high robustness and accuracy in long term tracking in video, and it obtains a more rapid tracking speed than original TLD algorithm. To estimate the distortion accurately for the stereo video transmission, combining with the spatial and temporal correlation and the error concealment method of copying between frames, this paper proposed a frame-level distortion estimation model. It mainly used the method of reference between viewpoints in the model, reducing the dependencies between different views and leading to low complexity. For different packet loss and slowly moving stereo video sequences, the experiment shows that, the model can estimate the error propagation between intra-view or inter-view points, and then it can estimate the distortion fast for the stereo video transmission. Accurately and efficiently contour extraction for the liver CT image sequence is one of the key problems of the abdominal soft-tissue model reconstruction and visualization. This paper proposed a contour extraction method based on a priori knowledge model. Firstly, it employed the Laplace transformation algorithm for image enhancement, and then proposed lasso model based on a priori knowledge of edges for semi-automatic initialization. Finally, it extracted contours of the liver accurately by an improved Snake algorithm. Furthermore, after the first image extraction, it proposed to initialize other CT images automatically according to the correlation between sequence, i. e. extraction result of previous image was employed as the initialization points of the next image, and so on. In this way, it preformed the whole extraction in a very elegant batch fashion. The experimental results on both liver images and lung images show that the proposed algorithm greatly reduces the dependence on initializing accuracy while effectively solve the problem of the liver contour extraction. Due to off-normal images, the number of alignment iterations will be increased and the collimation efficiency will be decreased. To overcome this difficulty, by analyzing the characteristics of off-normal images, a Bayesian classifier is designed to achieve image classification, and the distortion images are detected by the shape factor of beam image. Experimental results show that: by setting reasonable class condition and shape determination standard, the off-normal image classification and examination filtration can be effectively realized. As a consequence, the collimation cycle-index and alignment defeat's probability due to the off-normal images is decreased, i.e. the total alignment efficiency is dramatically increased. The diagnosis of composite fault occurred in mechanism is a difficult challenge at present. It is hard to diagnose the composite fault exactly and comprehensively due to the diversity and influence of faults. Multiwavelet has two or more base functions and many excellent properties. It might match two or more features of composite fault. The theory of multiwavelet supplies a reference for the solution of composite fault. The paper proposes an adaptive construction of multiwavelet using symmetric lifting. The kurtosis is selected to be the object of optimization. A new multiwavelet is constructed for the signal and used to decompose it redundantly. The distribution of relative energy for the characteristic frequency is computed. The composite fault is diagnosed by the sensitive frequency bands selected. Taking the composite faults of rolling bearing as examples, the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved. A three-dimensional, two-phase transient model was developed to analyze the transient characteristics of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells with parallel and interdigitated flow fields. The effects of voltage load changes and channel to rib width ratios on the transient response were examined for both flow fields. The predictions show that the current overshoot and undershoot are mainly resulted from deviations of the oxygen concentration on the cathode diffusion layer-catalyst layer interface from steady-state distributions. The time for the water content in the membrane to reach a steady-state distribution determines the transient response time. As the voltage decrease rate is reduced, the overshoot peak is weakened and the response time is shortened. Since the interdigitated flow field has higher oxygen concentrations on the cathode diffusion layer-catalyst layer interface due to forced convection, the overshoot peaks and the undershoot valleys are all higher than those in the parallel flow field. Larger channel to width ratio causes longer response time and more overshoot for both flow fields, with less undershoot for the parallel flow field and more undershoot for the interdigitated flow field. In order to verify the rationality of formulas in literatures, which were used for calculating the ultimate stress increment in unbonded tendons in prestressed concrete beams, simulations on 380 simple supported beams and continuous beams Were completed, and the results of 35 simple supported beams obtained by China Academy of Building Research were collected. Then the results of the calculation formulas at home and abroad were compared with the test results.,of these 415 beams and slabs. Fourier transform, short time Fourier transform, wavelet transform and second generation wavelet transform are widely used for mechanical fault diagnosis. In this paper, it is revealed that the essence of these transforms is inner product transform for signals with various basis functions, from which fault feature being the most similar to basis function can be extracted from dynamic signals. A lot of basis functions such as trigonometric basis, Gabor basis, discrete basis, harmonic basis; Laplace basis, Hermitian basis, second generation wavelet basis, etc. have been adopted for fault feature extraction. Looseness fault feature of a turbo-generator, impulse friction symptom of gearbox, failure feature of high-pressure turbine excited by steam, and bearing defect of electric locomotive were extracted successfully. Provided that adopt reasonable basis functions or multi-bases (multiwavelet) for inner product transform of dynamic signals, effective fault features and correct fault diagnosis can be obtained. Element-Free Galerkin (EFG) method is intensive computation due to the requirement of background cells quadrature, and may appear non-physical oscillations in solving convection dominated problems. To solve these problems, a local Taylor expansion integration Element-Free Galerkin (LTEI-EFG) method is proposed in this paper, which based on the idea of integration for local Taylor expansion. This method can not only save computation cost but also eliminate non-physical oscillation in solving convection dominated problem. Numerical examples of one-dimensional convection diffusion equation and two-dimensional Burgers' equation show that the LTEI-EFG method is accurate and much more efficient than EFG method. Effective treatment of pesticide residue-induced pollution in the aqueous environment is the key to improving the water quality of rivers and lakes. Modified biomass material (Fe-Al-PS) was successfully prepared by impregnating Fe and Al bimetallic compounds to peanut shell powder for adsorption of glyphosate isopropylamine salt herbicide residues in aqueous environments. Fe-Al-PS reached adsorption equilibrium for 10 mg·L -1 of glyphosate isopropylamine salt at the adsorbent dosage and adsorption time of 0.14 g and 10 min, respectively, and the removal rates were stabilized at 99.9 % and 99.6 %, respectively. The adsorption process followed the pseudo-secondary kinetic and Freundlich adsorption isotherm models and belonged to multi-molecular layer chemisorption. The removal of glyphosate isopropylamine salt by Fe-Al-PS was greater than 95 % in a wide range of pH (2-11). The thermodynamic results indicated that the adsorption was a spontaneous exothermic process. Fe-Al-PS materials were easy to access and involved simple synthesis and low energy consumption, had high anti-interference ability, were reusable, and could be used not only for the effective removal of glyphosate isopropylamine salt herbicide in real water bodies but also for the removal of inorganic phosphorus.

Objective: To analyze the causes of skin necrosis after penis lengthening surgery and corresponding treatment measures, and observe the clinical effect of free skin graft repair in the treatment of penile skin defects., Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data on 12 cases of extensive penile skin necrosis and defect after penis lengthening surgery performed in our department from January 2017 to January 2022. The patients underwent free skin graft repair with medium- or full-thickness skin grafts from the thigh after wound preparation., Results: The skin grafts survived well in all the 12 patients and the incisions healed in the first stage without any complications. At 6 months after surgery, skin sensation was mostly recovered in the area of penis skin grafting, no obvious skin ulceration or edema was observed, and the appearance of the penis was satisfactory. The IIEF-5 scores, Erectile Hardness Scale (EHS) scores, and the results of penile hardness tests of the patients all indicated normal erectile function., Conclusion: Free skin graft repair with autologous medium- or full-thickness skin grafts is a safe and effective surgical option for extensive penile skin necrosis after penis lengthening surgery.

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP) between Lingnan Chen 's needling technique and calcitriol soft capsules and investigate the effect mechanism in view of serum growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1)., Methods: Seventy patients of PMOP were randomized into an observation group (35 cases, 4 cases dropped off ) and a control group (35 cases, 3 cases dropped off ). The patients of both groups were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets orally (600 mg each time, once daily). In the observation group, acupuncture was delivered at Shenshu (BL 23), Pishu (BL 20), Guanyuan (CV 4), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), etc. with the specific reinforcing-reducing technique and qi -conducting technique of Lingnan Chen 's acupuncture, once every two days, three times a week. In the control group, calcitriol soft capsules were taken orally, 0.25 μg each time, twice a day. The intervention measures of two groups all lasted 12 weeks. Before and after treatment, the bone mineral density (BMD), the levels of serum GH and IGF-1 were assessed in two groups. Before treatment and 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment, TCM symptoms score and the MOS item short form health survey (SF-36) score were evaluated and the therapeutic effects were compared between groups., Results: In both within-group and between-group comparisons, the difference in BMD was not significant before and after treatment ( P >0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum GH and IGF-1 were increased in the observation group ( P <0.05), and higher than the control group ( P <0.05). After 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms were reduced in both groups compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05), and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). After 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment, except the score of general health 4 weeks after treatment in the control group, the scores of the other domains in SF-36 were increased in both groups compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, except the score for the general health and social functions, the scores of the other domains of SF-36 in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The total effective rate was 83.9% (26/31) in the observation group, higher than 59.4% (19/32) in the control group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: Lingnan Chen 's needling technique is effective on postmenopausal osteoporosis. This therapy may relieve the symptoms of osteoporosis and improve the quality of life, better than calcitriol soft capsules, and the effect mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of serum GH and IGF-1 in the patients.

Objective: To investigate the effects of dasatinib on the maturation of monocyte-derived dendritic cells (moDCs) derived from healthy donors (HDs) and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients., Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from HDs (n=10) and CML patients (n=10) who had got the remission of MR4.5 with imatinib treatment. The generation of moDCs from PBMCs was completed after 7 days of incubation in DC I culture medium, and another 3 days of incubation in DC II culture medium with or without 25 nmol/L dasatinib. On the 10th day, cells were harvested and expression of molecules of maturation related marker were assessed by flow cytometry. The CD80 + CD86 + cell population in total cells was gated as DCs in the fluorescence-activated cell storting (FACS) analyzing system, then the expression of CD83, CD40 or HLA-DR in this population was analyzed respectively., Results: The proportion of CD80 + CD86 + cells in total cells didn't show a statistical difference between HD group and patient group (89.46%±9.70% vs 87.39%±9.34%, P=0.690). Dasatinib significantly enhanced the expression of the surface marker CD40 (P=0.008) and HLA-DR (P=0.028) on moDCs derived from HDs compared with the control group, while the expression of CD83 on moDCs didn't show a significant difference between dasatinib group and the control group (P=0.428). Meanwhile, dasatinib significantly enhanced the expression of the surface marker CD40 (P=0.023), CD83 (P=0.038) and HLA-DR (P=0.001) on moDCs derived from patients compared with the control group., Conclusion: For CML patients, the same high proportion of moDCs as HDs can be induced in vitro, which provides a basis for the application of DC-based immunotherapy strategy. Dasatinib at the concentration of 25 nmol/L can efficiently promote the maturation of moDCs derived from HDs and CML patients in vitro. Dasatinib shows potential as a DC adjuvant to be applied in DC-based immunotherapy strategies, such as DC vaccine and DC cell-therapy.

To explore the distribution characteristics of metal elements in groundwater and evaluate the health risks they pose to the population in the Ningxia region of China, a total of 210 groundwater samples were collected, and eight metal elements (As, Cr, Al, Cu, Pb, Mn, Fe, and Sr) in the water samples were analyzed. The pollution characteristics, distribution, and health risks of the metals in the groundwater were revealed by a comprehensive pollution assessment, multivariate statistical analysis, and health risk assessment model, respectively. The results revealed that the mean mass concentrations of metal elements in groundwater from the study area were in the following order: ρ (Sr) > ρ (Al) > ρ (Mn) > ρ (Cu) > ρ (Pb) > ρ (Cr) > ρ (As) > ρ (Fe). The ρ (Sr) content of 75.24% of the samples exceeded that from drinking natural mineral water[0.2 mg·L -1 of ρ (Sr)] as per China's standard. The maximum ρ (As) 76.60 μg·L -1 , ρ (Cr) 145.01 μg·L -1 , ρ (Pb) 59.93 μg·L -1 , and ρ (Mn) 734.67 μg·L -1 exceeded the corresponding standard limits. Compared with the natural control, the As and Pb pollution in the study area was more serious, showing a planar distribution. Mn and Cr pollution were relatively concentrated, mainly distributed in the northern Yellow River and southeast, respectively. Other metals were lightly polluted. The results of the multivariate statistical analysis showed that the concentrations of As and Pb pollution may be caused by natural factors, industrial activities, and the use of pesticides. Mn pollution may be caused by irrigation with the Yellow River. Cr pollution may be caused by mining for oil. The health risk assessment showed that the health risk to children was higher than that to adults, and the risk of drinking water exposure was higher than that of skin infiltration exposure. The non-carcinogenic health risk (HI) was mainly caused by As through the drinking water pathway. Due to the pollution of As and Cr, the carcinogenic risk through the drinking water and skin penetration pathways to children and adults in the study area was higher than the safety level (5.0×10 -5 ). The contribution rate of Cr to the carcinogenic risk through the two pathways was greater than 80%. For drinking water safety, the concentrations of As and Cr should be controlled before drinking.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of dual mobility total hip prosthesis in treating femoral neck fracture patients with hemiplegia., Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 18 patients with femoral neck fracture combined with hemiplegia who underwent dual mobility total hip prosthesis replacement from March 2014 to December 2016. The follow up data of these patients was complete. There were 5 males and 13 females, aged 65 to 70 years old with an average of (66.50±1.38) years. The left side was involved in 12 cases, while the right side in 6 cases. There were 4 cases with Garden Ⅲ type and 14 cases with type Ⅳ. Limb muscle strength of hemiplegia were in grade Ⅳ. The posterior-lateral approach of hip joint was used in surgery for all patients. The implant position, dislocation and loosening of the prosthesis were evaluated by X-ray examination. Harris hip score and the Merle D'aubigne score were used to assess the hip function in the follow up., Results: The operation duration was for 70-90 (81.56±7.48) min and the blood loss during the operation was for 160-200 (170.32± 12.56) ml. No blood was transfused during the operation. Postoperative incisions were healed at the first stage. The follow-up time was for 28-60(36.0±3.5) months. Harris hip score increased from 16.94±0.73 preoperatively to 96.19±1.27 at the final follow-up( P <0.05). Merle D 'Aubigne score increased from 3.96±0.06 preoperatively to 16.81±0.63 at the final follow-up( P < 0.05). No fracture or nerve or vascular injury were found during the operation. The postoperative X-ray showed that the prosthesis was in good position. No complications such as joint dislocation, dislocation of prosthesis, loosening of prosthesis, fracture around the prosthesis, pain in the front of thethigh, fracture of the self tapping screw in the ilium, and delayed infection occurred in the patients after operation., Conclusion: Dual mobility total hip prosthesis has the advantages of both good initial stability and low dislocation rate of the prosthesis, and the clinical application of total hip replacement in hemiplegic femoral neck fracture is satisfactory.

An experiment with four treatments of control (CK), N addition (100 kg N·hm -2 ·a -1 ), P addition (50 kg P·hm -2 ·a -1 ) and N + P (100 kg N·hm -2 ·a -1 + 50 kg P·hm -2 ·a -1 ) were conducted to examine the responses of plant height, ground diameter, crown width, specific leaf area, and mortality of seedlings to N and P addition. Under P addition, growth rates of plant height and ground diameter of seedlings decreased significantly by 45.1% and 30.3%, respectively. Fertilization affected the mortality of main constructive tree species. N addition significantly increased seedling mortality of Castanopsis carlesii to 25.1%. Fertilization treatment significantly increased mortality of Castanopsis fargesii to 25.1%-31.3%, while N addition and P addition signi-ficantly reduced mortality of Schima superba and Machilus nanmu . Fertilization significantly decreased the importance value of S. superba and C. fargesii in the seedling community. N addition and P addition significantly increased the importance value of M. nanmu seedling. The combined N and P addition significantly decreased Shannon index and Simpson index of the seedling community. Seedling growth was mainly affected by soil ammonium, available phosphorus, total nitrogen, canopy openness, and specific leaf area. Seedling mortality was mainly affected by soil ammonium, available phosphorus and canopy openness. Synthetically, N and P addition affected seedling growth mainly by regulating soil nitrogen and phosphorus availability and changing leaf functional trait. It accelerated the death of ectomycorrhizal tree species ( C. carlesii and C. fargesii ), changed the importance value of constructive species in seedling community, reduced species diversity, and ultimately changed community structure of adult trees in subtropical secondary broad-leaved forest.

Synaptic cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) are a type of membrane surface glycoproteins that mediate the structural and functional interactions between pre- and post-synaptic sites. Synaptic CAMs dynamically regulate synaptic activity and plasticity, and their expression and function are modulated by environmental factors. Synaptic CAMs are also important effector molecules of stress response, and mediate the adverse impact of stress on cognition and emotion. In this review, we will summarize the recent progress on the role of synaptic CAMs in stress, and aim to provide insight into the molecular mechanisms and drug development of stress-related disorders.
