ObjectiveConducting research on the recognition of yak meat parts can help avoid confusion and substandard parts during the production and sales of yak meat, improve the transparency and traceability of the yak meat industry, and ensure food safety. To achieve fast and accurate recognition of different parts of yak meat, this study proposed an improved residual network model and developed a smartphone based yak meat part recognition software.MethodsFirstly, the original data set of 1960 yak tenderloin, high rib, shank and brisket were expanded by 8 different data enhancement methods, including horizontal flip, vertical flip, random direction rotation 30°, random direction rotation 120°, random direction rotation 300°, contrast adjustment, saturation adjustment and hue adjustment. After expansion, 17,640 yak meat images of different parts were obtained. The expanded yak meat images of different parts were divided according to the 4:1 ratio, resulting in 14,112 yak meat sample images in the training set and 3528 yak meat sample images in the test set. Secondly, the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) was integrated into each residual block of the original network model to enhance the extraction of key detail features of yak images in different parts. At the same time, introducing this mechanism into the network model could achieve greater accuracy improvement with less computational overhead and fewer parameters. In addition, in the original network model, the full connection layer was directly added after all residual blocks instead of global average pooling and global maximum pooling, which could improve the accuracy of the network model, prevent overfitting, reduce the number of connections in subsequent network layers, accelerate the execution speed of the network model, and reduce the computing time when the mobile phone recognized images. Thirdly, different learning rates, weight attenuation coefficients and optimizers were used to verify the influence of the improved ResNet18_CBAM network model on convergence speed and accuracy. According to the experiments, the stochastic gradient descent (SGD) algorithm was adopted as the optimizer, and when the learning rate was 0.001 and the weight attenuation coefficient was 0, the improved ReaNet18_CBAM network model had the fastest convergence speed and the highest recognition accuracy on different parts of yak data sets. Finally, the PyTorch Mobile module in PyTorch deep learning framework was used to convert the trained ResNet18_CBAM network model into TorchScript model and saved it in *.ptl. Then, the yak part recognition App was developed using the Android Studio development environment, which included two parts: Front-end interface and back-end processing. The front-end of the App uses *.xml for a variety of price control layout, and the back-end used Java language development. Then TorchScript model in *.ptl was used to identify different parts of yak meat.Results and Discussions]In this study, CBAM, SENet, NAM and SKNet, four popular attentional mechanism modules, were integrated into the original ResNet18 network model and compared by ablation experiments. Their recognition accuracy on different parts of yak meat dataset were 96.31%, 94.12%, 92.51% and 93.85%, respectively. The results showed that among CBAM, SENet, NAM and SKNet, the recognition accuracy of ResNet18 CBAM network model was significantly higher than that of the other three attention mechanism modules. Therefore, the CBAM attention mechanism module was chosen as the improvement module of the original network model. The accuracy of the improved ResNet18_CBAM network model in the test set of 4 different parts of yak tenderloin, high rib, shank and brisket was 96.31%, which was 2.88% higher than the original network model. The recognition accuracy of the improved ResNet18_CBAM network model was compared with AlexNet, VGG11, ResNet34 and ResNet18 network models on different parts of yak test set. The improved ResNet18_CBAM network model had the highest accuracy. In order to verify the actual results of the improved ResNet18_CBAM network model on mobile phones, the test conducted in Xining beef and mutton wholesale market. In the actual scenario testing on the mobile end, a total of 54, 59, 51, and 57 yak tenderloin, high rib, shank and brisket samples were collected, respectively. The number of correctly identified samples and the number of incorrectly identified samples were counted respectively. Finally, the recognition accuracy of tenderloin, high rib, shank and brisket of yak reached 96.30%, 94.92%, 98.04% and 96.49%, respectively. The results showed that the improved ResNet18_CBAM network model could be used in practical applications for identifying different parts of yak meat and has achieved good results.ConclusionsThe research results can help ensure the food quality and safety of the yak industry, improve the quality and safety level of the yak industry, improve the yak trade efficiency, reduce the cost, and provide technical support for the intelligent development of the yak industry in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region.

Coal seam fire area is widely distributed in western coal area of China. When there is a strong hydraulic connection between the burned rock aquifer and other aquifers in the coal seam fire area, it will pose a serious threat to the safe mining of coal mine. Taking the 1-2 upper coal concealed burning area in the southeast corner of Ningtiaota Coal Mine as an example, based on various past hydro-geological data, the ancient topography before the deposition of Baode Formation was restored, and the stratum characteristics of the concealed fire area and the geological characteristics of the compensation channel drainage were analyzed. The factor analysis method is used to extract the characteristic factors reflecting the water abundance of burnt rock and weathered bedrock aquifer, and the comprehensive water-rich zone of burnt rock and weathered bedrock aquifer is obtained through GIS superposition method. The results show: the 1-2 upper coal seam burned from the early Cretaceous to the Pliocene, the development of ancient gullies provides favorable conditions for the formation of spontaneous combustion and burning metamorphic rocks in coal seams; the burnt rock aquifer and weathered bedrock aquifer in the concealed burning area are basically connected together to form a unified aquifer; the overburden rock combination relationship on 1-2 upper coal concealed burning area can be divided into three types, namely burnt rock-weathered bedrock combination, coal seam-burnt rock-weathered bedrock combination, coal seam-burnt rock-normal bedrock-weathered bedrock combination. Strong water abundance areas are mainly distributed in a small area in the north and west of the burning area, the medium water abundance areas are distributed in the burning area in a belt along the northwest-southeast direction; the eastern and northern areas of the concealed burning area are relatively weak in water abundance; the weak water abundance areas are distributed outside concealed burning area. Compared with the water inflow of underground water exploration and release boreholes, the evaluation of water abundance is in good agreement with the practice.

ObjectiveTo explore the association between dietary retinol intake and prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.MethodsThe study enrolled 388 cases with primary esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that was pathologically diagnosed in the first affiliated hospital of Fujian medical university and the cancer hospital of Fujian medical university from July 2014 to August 2019. Chi-square test was used to determine the relationship between retinol and patients' characteristics. Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was used to analyze the relationship between retinol and multiple nutrients. Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to explore the association between dietary retinol and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.ResultsPatients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma did not significantly differ in gender， age， TNM stage， tumor length or nutrient intake by different retinol intakes （P>0.05）. Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the high retinol intake group had a better prognosis （overal survial：HR=0.279，95%CI：0.150‒0.520，P

In the paper, N1212 working face was taken as the research object, the law and mechanism of surface cracks in shallow coal seam mining were studied by means of field investigation, dynamic monitoring and numerical simulation. The results show that the development degree of surface cracks in shallow coal seam mining is high, mainly “step” cracks, and the in-plane cracks are distributed at parallel intervals with an interval distance of 8-15 m. The cracks have two kinds of activity characteristics: “opening-closing” and “only opening and disconnecting”; the stress evolution and failure in the overlying strata extend forward in the form of “arch”, and the overlying rock fissures and surface cracks are connected with each other; the advanced generation and activity characteristics of surface cracks are closely related to surface movement and deformation, surface “tension-compression” deformation transformation and slope slip. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of ground collapse in coal mining areas.

The wind flow in underground coal mine is changing all the time. The coal mine ventilation network solution is a static calculation method, which can not solve the dynamic wind flow in real time, and requires wind speed sensor to obtain the dynamic wind flow data. However, the current wind speed sensor has poor stability and incomplete coverage. In order to solve the above problems, a real-time calculation method of mine ventilation network based on ultrasonic full-section wind measurement is proposed. The time difference between downwind and upwind of ultrasonic propagation between two points is used to measure the wind speed of the whole section of the roadway. The wind speed measurement result is independent of the sound speed and is not affected by the parameters such as the sound speed, temperature and humidity and air pressure. The problem that the air duct of the traditional wind speed sensor is easily blocked by mine dust is avoided. The resolution of the wind measuring device reaches 0.03 m /s. By continuously collecting the real-time working conditions of air volume and air pressure of main fans and the real-time air volume of some shafts and roadways, the ventilation network is calculated. And the fixed air volume method is used to integrate the monitored air volume into the ventilation network, and the real-time air volume of the whole ventilation network can be obtained through calculation. The Lagrangian multiplier method is used to correct and calculate the air volume and wind resistance in real time, so as to solve the problems of unbalanced air volume of nodes caused by redundant air volume monitoring branches and unbalanced air pressure of loop caused by fluctuation of the wind resistance. It is verified by an example that the calculation results of the real-time calculation method are highly consistent with the monitoring values. At the same time, the results strictly follow the constraints of the loop air pressure balance and the node flow balance. The real-time calculation of the ventilation network with 1 319 branches and 945 nodes in Ningtiaota Coal Mine is carried out. The time for one calculation is only 0.9 s, the number of iteration convergence is about 105, and the calculation results are continuously updated with time. The results verify the feasibility of the real-time calculation method.

According to the characteristics of phosphorus ore body fracture and joint fracture development in Yichang area, triaxial compression tests are carried out under different confining pressures, and the equivalent coupling damage variable model of triaxial compression is established to study the deformation characteristics and damage laws of fractured rock mass under different confining pressures, and to reveal the mutual influence of joint fracture, confining pressure size, damage characteristics and mechanical strength of fractured rock mass. The results show that the increase of confining pressure can effectively improve the mechanical strength of broken rock mass and reduce the valley value of rock damage variable. Under the action of high confining pressure, the peak value of stress-strain curve of fractured rock mass is approximately "fold line", the peak value is brittle failure, and its strength decays rapidly after failure. Under the action of low confining pressure, the rock sample at the peak presents elastic-plastic failure, and its strength decays slowly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To removal the raw materials of bisphenol A (such as phenol, acetone, and molecules of bisphenol A dissolved in the acetone) and various phenolic compounds, which are hard to be detected, from bisphenol A producing wastewater, the adaptability and treating efficiency of microorganisms to this type of wastewater are tested by static cultivating and acclimating the anaerobic granular sludge. The results of static adaptability tests show that the microorganisms adapt to this type of wastewater well. The COD is decreased by 58% when the contact time is 6 hours. After acclimating the microorganisms for 60 days, the COD removal efficiency can get to 50% with hydraulic retention time of 9 hours. Great diversity of microorganisms both inside and on the surface of the granular sludge can be found when using SEM to observe the granular sludge in the reactor before and after the experiment. Objectives: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become an important public health problem in the world. The occurrence of cardiovascular events is the main cause of death in patients with CKD, and arteriosclerosis is an important pathophysiological basis for cardiovascular diseases. Nowadays, brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and ankle-brachial index (ABI) are clinically important indicators to reflect early atherosclerosis. Cystatin C (Cys C)and homocysteine (Hcy) are related to arteriosclerosis in healthy, hypertensive, and diabetic people, while there are few studies on the correlation among Hcy, CysC and arteriosclerosis in patients with CKD. This study aims to investigate the relationship between Cys C, Hcy and atherosclerosis in patients with CKD., Methods: A total of 611 individuals, who met the diagnostic criteria for CKD and underwent physical examination in the Health Management Center of Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University from June 2019 to June 2020, were selected as the research subjects. Height, weight, systolic blood pressure (SBP), and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were measured and recorded, and body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Blood samples (5 mL) were collected and Cys C, Hcy, fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), serum creatinine (SCr), and other blood indexes were tested. Urine was collected to detect microalbumin and creatinine, and the albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) was calculated. baPWV and ABI were measured by automatic arteriosclerosis detector. The quartiles of Cys C and Hcy were divided into groups, and the proportion of baPWV and ABI abnormalities among groups was compared pairwise. The correlation between Cys C, Hcy, and baPWV was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the effects of Cys C and Hcy on ABI and baPWV., Results: Among 611 patients with CKD, 435 (71.19%) had abnormal baPWV and 48 (7.86%) had abnormal ABI. With the increase of Cys C and Hcy levels, the proportion of baPWV and ABI abnormalities were gradually increased. BaPWV was positively correlated with Cys C ( r =0.32) and Hcy ( r =0.20). After adjusting for confounding factors such as gender, BMI, and FBG, Cys C (OR=6.54, 95% CI 1.93 to 22.14, P <0.01) and Hcy (OR=1.08, 95% CI 1.01 to 1.16, P =0.02) were independent risk factors for abnormal baPWV. Also, after adjusting for confounding factors such as age, sex, BMI, and FBG, Cys C (OR=9.95, 95% CI 2.84 to 34.92, P <0.01) and Hcy (OR=1.06, 95% CI 1.01 to 1.11, P =0.02) were independent risk factors for abnormal ABI., Conclusions: In patients with CKD, baPWV and ABI are significantly correlated with Cys C and Hcy levels. Detection of Cys C and Hcy levels is helpful for the early diagnosis of arteriosclerosis.

A liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) based metabolomic approach for the discrimination of manuka honey from the domestic honey was developed. The results of multivariate data analysis showed significant discrimination of manuka honey from domestic honey. Furthermore, a partial least squares discrimination model was established for honey discrimination, enabling the correct identification of unknown testing samples. A total of 34 highly expressed metabolic markers were obtained from the developed discrimination model, including 3-phenyllactic acid and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid which had both been previously identified as manuka honey markers. The area under the curve of the constructed marker combination reached 0.99. The developed metabolomic approach provides a new method for the quality control of manuka honey.

Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics with different peritoneal transport type in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), and to investigate the factors associated with peritoneal transport function.
 Methods: The clinical data of 158 CAPD patients were analyzed retrospectively. According to peritoneal equilibration test, a method for evaluation of the peritoneal transport function, the patients were divided into 2 groups: a high average and high peritoneal transport group (Group A, n=84) and a low average and low peritoneal transport group (Group B, n=74). The demographics, clinical biochemical indexes and the incidence of cardiovascular complications were compared between the 2 groups. Logistic regression analysis was used to find the factors relevant to peritoneal transport function.
 Results: The level of serum albumin (ALB) in the Group B was significantly higher than that in the Group A (P<0.05). The 4 h dialysate/plasma creatinine (D/Pcr), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), body mass index (BMI), and the rates of cardiovascular complications in the Group A were significantly higher than those in the Group B (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the D/Pcr was positively correlated with the BMI, serum hs-CRP and cardiovascular complications (r=0.179, 0.373 and 0.426, respectively, P<0.05), while it was negatively correlated with ALB (r=-0.393, P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that the high BMI (OR=1.178, P<0.05), cardiovascular complications (OR=5.035, P<0.01), and the low serum ALB (OR=0.852, P<0.01) were the risk factors for high peritoneal transport.
 Conclusion: The serum ALB level, BMI and the cardiovascular complications are associated with high peritoneal transport, which are useful markers for predicting the peritoneal transport function before peritoneal dialysis.

Objective: To compile and evaluate the Chinese version of perioperative nursing quality assessment scale, detect and verify the reliability and validity of evaluation scale, and establish a scientific evaluation system., Methods: We applied Tuija Leinonene and Helena Leino-kilpi scales as the theoretical framework, and established perioperative nursing quality assessment scale by translation, language study, and expert consultation. The questionnaire survey population was 276 patients who had surgery and 200 nurses working in the operating rooms at the 3 Affiliated Hospitals of Central South University. The scale was tested validity and reliability., Results: Perioperative nurse quality evaluation scale consisted of 32 items and 7 dimensions, including body care, receive information, support, respect, medical staff characteristics, environment and nursing process. The test-retest reliability of scale was 0.977 for patients and 0.997 for nurses. The split half reliability of scale was 0.761 for patients and 0.887 for nurses. The Cronbach's α of total scale for the patients was 0.918, and the Cronbach's α of factors was 0.658- 0.838. The Cronbach's α of total scale for the nurses was 0.932, and the Cronbach's α of factors was 0.650-0.836. The correlation coefficient of scale for the patients was 0.363-0.603; the factors and the total correlation coefficient was 0.535-0.788. The correlation coefficient of scale for the nurses was 0.410-0.700; the factors and the total correlation coefficient was 0.743-0.902., Conclusion: The Chinese version of the perioperative nursing quality assessment scale is a measurement instrument with a high level of validity and reliability for Chinese society and can be used to determine the quality of perioperative nursing care in our country.

Objective: To assess the mid-long-term efficacies of orthotopic urinary diversion in women., Methods: From February 2003 to August 2012, 28 female patients with bladder cancer underwent radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder.Open (n = 18) and laparoscopic (n = 9) procedures were performed.Ileal neobladder included 17 T-pouch and 11 modified Studer pouch reconstruction. The continence status, urodynamics, serum electrolyte and renal function were followed up., Results: The mean follow-up period was 55 (8-114) months.Excellent continence was achieved during day-time in 82.1%, 92.3% and 90.5% cases at 6, 12 and 24 months postoperatively and in 53.6%, 88.5% and 90.5% cases at night respectively. The mean capacity of pouch was 282 ± 87, 345 ± 72 and 357 ± 75 ml at 6, 12 and 24 months postoperatively respectively. The mean filling pressure of pouch was 10.8 ± 3.2, 6.7 ± 2.6 and 6.2 ± 2.1 cmH₂O postoperatively respectively.One case of neobladder-vaginal fistula was cured by surgical repair. Another case of urethral stenosis responded well after regular dilation for 6 months.Renal function and electrolyte metabolism were stable in all cases. There was no instance of tumor recurrence or metastasis., Conclusion: Orthotopic urinary diversion in females has excellent long-term results with fewer complications so that it is highly recommended.

Objective: To observe the changes of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 and D-dimer during continuous blood purification (CBP) and related factors., Methods: Sixteen patients who were diagnosed with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) were randomly divided into 2 groups: 8 patients received standard continuous blood purification with heparin anticoagulation, and the other 8 received CBP without anticoagulation. Ten normal blood samples were collected from healthy volunteers as controls. All patients underwent CBP for 8 h. Blood was taken from those patients at 0, 15, 60, 120 and 480 min during the CBP. Plasma plasminogen activator inhibitor-1, D-dimer and serum TNF-α and IL-1β were measured by ELISA., Results: Plasma levels of PAI-1 and D-dimer were increased significantly compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Plasma level of PAI-1 was reduced (P<0.05) and D-dimer was increased (P<0.05) after the CBP. The level of plasma PAI-1 in the heparin group was significant reduced compared with the group of CBP without anticoagulation (P<0.05). There was negative correlation between the level of PAI-1 and the dosage of heparin used during a CBP session in the heparin group (r=-0.746, P<0.001)., Conclusion: The level of PAI-1 and D-dimer is higher in patients with MODS than that in the normal controls. After the CBP treatment, there is significant decrease in PAI-1 and increase in D-dimer in both groups. Heparin used during CBP can reduce PAI-1 which intensifies its function of anticoagulation.

Objective: To investigate the possible role of Danshensu on fibronectin (FN) and collagen-I (Col-I) secretion induced by high glucose in human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMCs)., Methods: HPMCs were treated with high glucose and Danshensu at different concentrations. The mRNA expression of FN, Col-I, endothelin-1 (ET-1), and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) were examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The protein expression of FN, Col-I HO-1 and ET-1 were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay or immunofluorescence method., Results: The expression of protein and mRNA of FN and Col-I were attenuated by Danshensu in both dose-dependent and time-dependent manner. The mRNA and protein levels of ET-1 were decreased, and the mRNA and protein levels of HO-1 increased in the Danshensu groups in a dose-dependent manner compared with the high glucose group. The expression of ET-1 and HO-1 showed little difference in a time gradient of danshensu(P>0.05)., Conclusion: Danshensu can protect HPMCs through inhibiting the expression of FN and Col-I induced by high glucose, which is related to the suppression of oxidative stress.

Concanavalin A (ConA) is immobilized on a pre-activated chitosan microspheres, and then oriented immobilization of urease is carried out based on the strong interaction between ConA and glycoprotein. The optimum immobilization conditions are as follows: glutaraldehyde concentration is 3.5%, ConA concentration 1 mg/mL, ConA pH 7.0 and urease concentration 0.4 mg/mL. For orientedly immobilized urease, the highest activity was allowed at pH 5.0-6.0 and temperature 77 degrees C, and the Michaelis constant (Km) was disclosed to be 11.76 mmol/L by Lineweaver-Burk plot. Compared with the free urease and the randomly immobilized urease, the optimum pH of the orientedly immobilized urease becomes smaller and the pH domain wider. Orientedly immobilized urease presents higher temperature resistance, higher affinity to the substrate, and higher stability of operation.
