Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely applied in the treatment of inflammation, fever and for pain relief based on its efficacy in anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, analgesic, antipyretic, and anticoagulation. Moreover, the relationship between NSAIDs and immune cells is quite important since. NSAIDs can negatively regulate B cell proliferation via inhibiting prostaglandin (PG), improve the imbalance of Th1/Th2 and immunologic derangement caused by Th17 differentiation, inhibit release of TNF-α by macrophages and decrease the level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, influence inflammation via controlling other inflammatory cytokines. In addition, the mechanism may be concerned with several signal pathways including PGE2 receptor 2 (PGE2-EP2), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), glucagon-like peptide-2 (GLP-2) and nuclear factor kappa-B-interleukin-6- signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (NF-κB-IL-6-STAT3). Thus, it is necessary to further investigate the regulation and mechanism of NSAIDs on various immunocytes, potentially provide a new strategy to optimize immune funtions under trauma and disease.

ZrO2/Al2O3porous ceramics were prepared by gel-foaming technique. The rheological property of slurry, the effect of solid content on the microstructure and mechanical property of the porous green bodies and the relationship between the MgO sintering additive content with the compressive strength and porosity of porous ceramics were investigated. The results show when the dispersant content is 0.4%(mass fraction), ball milling time is 4 h and the pH value is 4, the low viscosity is conductive to gelcasting. The porosity of green body reduces with the increase of solid content. The excessive solid content makes the slurry hard to flow, and the big pores and cracks form during gelcasting process, then the compressive strength of green body decreases. The mechanical properties of porous ceramics are improved with the phase transformation and micro-crack toughening induced by the ZrO2. The densification of pore supports increases, the porosity reduces and compressive strength increases with the increase of sintering additive content. The highest compressive strength is 30 MPa. The porous ceramics with appropriate porosity and high compressive strength can be prepared by introducing suitable contents of ZrO2 and sintering additive.

Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1 α, PAR-1 and VEGF in breast cancer tissues from patients with type 2 diabetes and the effect of hypoxia microenvironment on the invasion and proliferation of human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7). Methods Thirty-seven specimens of breast cancer from patients with complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus were examined by surgical resection. The expression of HIF-1α, PAR-1, VEGF and microvessel density (MVD) in breast cancer and paracancerous tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry. MCF-7 cells were divided into control group (5.6 mmol/L glucose), high glucose group (30 mmol/L glucose), hypoxia group (1% O2 5% CO2 94% N2) and high glucose plus hypoxia group. The cell morphology was observed by microscoped, the cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8 method, the invasive ability of cells was detected by Transwell chamber test, and the expression of HIF-1α, PAR-1, VEGF mRNA and protein were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot. Results The expression of HIF-1α, PAR-1, VEGF and MVD count in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in periaracancerous tissues(P＜0.05); the number of cells passing through the basement membrane and the cell survival rate of MCF-7 in the high glucose hypoxia group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.01); and the expressions of HIF-1α, PAR-1, VEGF mRNA and protein in the hypoxia group and hypoxia high glucose group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusions Hypoxia and high glucose can promote the proliferation and invasion and the expression of HIF-1α, PAR-1, VEGF of MCF-7 cells, which is a potential target for clinical detection and treatment of breast cancer of patients with type 2 diabetes.

With the gradual expansion of aquaculture industry in China, the frequent occurrence of diseases in aquatic animal aquaculture and the pollution of aquatic water are becoming more and more serious. The long-term use of antibiotics and traditional vaccines in aquaculture has caused water pollution, drug-resistant strains, antibiotic residues, and other problems, which restricts the healthy development of aquaculture industry. Plant polysaccharides play an important role in replacing antibiotics. Plant polysaccharides exist in the leaves, flowers, roots, stems, and fruits of plants. They are macromolecular polymers that connect various monosaccharides by glycosidic bonds. Plant polysaccharides have the advantages of safety, high efficiency, low residue and no drug resistance. Plant polysaccharides have many biological functions, such as regulating immunity, anti-oxidation, lowering blood sugar, anti-tumor, and improving intestinal health. The application of plant polysaccharides in animal production can improve body health, enhance immunity and antioxidant capacity, and improve production performance. Therefore, this paper mainly reviewed the physicochemical properties, biological functions of plant polysaccharides and their application in aquaculture, so as to provide a reference for their further promotion and application in aquaculture. During the outbreak of COVID-19, the pathogenic virus SARS-CoV-2, characterized by highly infectious, lethal and unpredictable outcomes has brought a variety of psychological shocks to the general public including the ordinary people, patients with confirmed diagnosis and suspected cases. Harmful psychological stress often causes panic to the society. For individuals, it can not only lead to the occurrence of psychological stress disorders such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), but also is not conducive to the recovery of patients with COVID-19.Intervention of psychological stress during the pandemic is necessary. This article analyzes the psychological stress disorders of different populations during the COVID-19 pandemic and discusses their intervention strategies, which help to treat individuals in time and avoid the occurrence of psychological stress disorders, facilitate rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19.

Phenology is an important agronomic trait for common wheat, which has a great impact to explore its genetic mechanism and effect for wheat breeding and application. In this study, 240 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from Yangmai 158 and Hiller were used to identify the phenology traits in 2-4 environments. A total of 52 QTL were detected on chromosomes 2A, 2D, 3D, 4B, 4D, 5A, 5B, 5D, 6A, 6B, 7A, 7B, and 7D by using the constructed high-density genetic map. QJS/BS/HS/FS/MS.nau-5D.2, QJS/BS/HS/FS/MS.nau-2D.1, and QJS/BS/HS/FS/MS.nau-7B.1 were detected for several years, which explained 4.56%-46.86%, 1.32%-33.40%, and 2.37%-13.27% of phenotypic variation, respectively. QBS/HS.nau-2A.3, QHS/FS.nau-5B.2, QFS.nau-2A.5, QBS.nau-6A.2, QJS.nau-4D.2, QJS.nau-6A.3, QBS.nau-2A.2, QBS/HS.nau-6A.1, QFS.nau-7A.2, QMS.nau-3D, QMS.nau-4D.1, and QMS.nau-6B.1 were new QTL. Pyramiding of multiple phenology loci with large effects or repeated is an effective approach to shorten the growth period in different degrees, which could be used to cultivate early-maturing and high-yield wheat varieties. A method of ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) was established for the determination of caprylohydroxamic acid (CHA) in cosmetics. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water solution(v/v, 45/55) by ultrasound-assisted liquid-liquid extraction. The CHA in toner and emulsion cosmetics was extracted directly. For cream cosmetics, precipitants were used during the extraction of CHA. The extract was separated with BEH Shield RP18 column and detected by tandem mass spectrometry detector in MRM mode. The results show that the linear range of CHA is 2*100 μg/L and the detection limit is 0.03 μg/g. The standard recovery tests at low, middle and high concentration levels reveal good recovery rate. Objective To determine the expression level of SLC7A11 gene (solute carrier family 7 member 11) in liver cancer and its adjacent tissues, and to understand the relationship between SLC7A11 gene and the clinical characteristics of liver cancer patients. Methods The expression level of SLC7A11 gene in 102 liver cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues was determined by semi-quantitative PCR and real-time PCR, and the relationship between SLC7A11 gene and age, sex, tumor size, HBV infection, lymph node metastasis, survival time and histological grade of liver cancer patients was analyzed. Results Semi-quantitative PCR of SLC7A11 gene in 85.0% (17/20) liver cancer tissues was significantly up-regulated compared with that in paracancerous tissues. Real-time PCR was used to detect SLC7A11 mRNA expression in 102 liver cancer and paracancerous tissues, and SLC7A11 mRNA expression was significantly up-regulated in 72.5% (74/102) liver cancer tissues (P<0.01). The average survival time of the SLC7A11 mRNA high expression group (64 cases) was 16 months, the average survival time of the low expression group was 22 months, and the survival time of the SLC7A11 mRNA high expression group was shorter (P<0.01). SLC7A11 mRNA expression was significantly up-regulated in liver cancer patients with tumors larger than 3 cm, SLC7A11 gene expression level was positively correlated with tumor size (P<0.05), but not with age, sex, HBV infection, lymph node metastasis or histological grade (all P>0.05). Conclusion SLC7A11 expression is up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma, which affects tumor proliferation and survival of patients, suggesting that SLC7A11 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. The hexagonal wurtzite Gallium nitride(GaN) was prepared by calcining β gallium oxide(β-Ga2O3) in flowing ammonia. The XRD, SEM and TEM were employed to investigate the structure and morphology. The photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy was used to collect photoluminescence spectroscopy of GaN perform the luminous property. The measurement results revealed that the obtained GaN had preferred orientation of (002), and the rod shape and grain size of GaN powders were similar to those of raw gallium oxide which were agglomerates of tens nanometers flake crystallites. The near-edge emission at 346 nm(3.584 eV) of Gallium nitride powders had a blue shift of 19 nm(187 meV) than that of bulk GaN material. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Carrying out studies on risk assessment has very important significance to improving the safety level on the civil aviation. Traditional analyzing object of system failure risk assessment is failure mode. In practice, one of the failure modes usually serves as the reason and influence of another failure mode. Failure affect is a gradually changed process. To evaluate the risk of system failure more accurately and objectively, this article describes the process of failure modes' spread as a failure link. The various fault sequence, which the failure modes lead to, is inference based on the SDG model. It regards the failure modes and the other follow-up failure sequences as the grey system, and treats the process of risk assessment as a grey system project. Using the grey clustering decision to evaluate the risk of these sequences solve the problem in the risk assessing process, which is about confirming and quantifying the evaluation index, and lack of systematicness and consistency of risk analysis and assessment. According to application examples, the assessment method based on grey clustering and SDG is able to utilize in fault risk assessment of civil airciaft. For conflict problem on multi-agent collaboration of food quality chain, a method on conflict resolution is proposed based on negotiation. Firstly, essence of quality chain conflict is defined mathematically based on Pareto optimum solution. Secondly, profit models for food manufacturer, food supplier and food quality chain are proposed fully considering characteristic of food quality chain. Thirdly, procedure parameters for bargaining between both sides in conflict are determined as follows: quality level provided by food supplier, and the level of quality testing provided by food manufacturer according to cost and quality level of the other side. Negotiation procedure is constructed according to the goal of maximizing profits for both sides. Finally, an illustrative example for quality chain of dairy products is given. The results indicate that, not only each enterprise member but also the whole quality chain gains the greatest piofits using the proposed negotiation strategy, thereby solving conflict of food quality chain and improving quality level of food quality chain. Soil samples were collected in Jincang Forest Farm, Wangqing Forestry Bureau to study spatial distribution of soil organic carbon (SOC) and nutrients. Geostatistics was used to predict their spatial distribution in the study area, and the prediction results were interpolated using regression-kriging and ordinary kriging. Multiple linear regression was used to study the relationship between SOC and spatial factors. The results showed the SOC density (SOCD) at 0-60 cm was (16.14 ± 4.58) kg . m-2. Soil organic carbon decreased significantly with the soil depth. With the increasing soil depth, total N, total P, total K, available P and readily available K concentrations decreased. Stepwise regression analysis showed that SOC had good correlation with elevation and cosine of aspect, with the determination coefficient of 0.34 and 0.39, respectively (P < 0.01). Soil organic carbon at 0-20 cm and 0-60 cm soil layers conformed to Gaussian model and exponential model. Compared with ordinary kriging, the prediction accuracy was improved by 18%-58% using regression-kriging. Objective To assess and analyze the influencing factors of nursing undergraduates' critical thinking ability before clinical practice, so as to provide references for promoting the development of nursing undergraduates' critical thinking effectively. Method Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) and questionnaire about basic information were used to survey 170 full-time nursing undergraduates before clinical practice. Results The critical thinking score of nursing undergraduates before clinical practice was 276.69 ± 28.81. The ability of critical thinking showed significant correlations with their comprehensive evaluation, leisure reading time and the title of their clinical teachers' post (P < 0.05) . Conclusions Nursing undergraduates before clinical practice are lack of positive critical thinking ability in general, we should better strengthen nursing undergraduates' comprehensive capacity, broaden their scope of knowledge and establish scientific clinical teaching mode to improve their critical thinking ability. To analyze the oxidation kinetics reason that self-ignition tendency of coal with different metamorphic degree are different, based on the basic assumptions of coal adiabatic self-heating process, a oxidation kinetics analysis on the reaction characteristics of the process was made combined with the Arrhenius equation, then this paper studied four feature parameters: adiabatic process apparent activation energy (Ec), the critical temperature ( Tc) and the average heating rates each stages of the adiabatic process, (Rhm,Rjs), finally, the relationship between each characteristic parameter and coal metamorphic level was made by numerical fitting. It is show that the oxidation kinetics characteristics are characterized by the four parameters (Ec, Tc, Rhm and Rjs) in the difficulty degree of coal self-ignition reaction (Ec),the difficulty degree of control ( Tc) and the heating speed (Rhm and Rjs) ;with the increase of coal metamorphic grade, Ec has a logarithmic relation with it, Tc has a linear relation, however, Rhm and Rjs have a negative exponent relation. Due to spontaneous combustion of coal stockpile on surface ground had been a serious problem with the stock quantity and stock time increased, a temperature measuring technology applied to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal stockpile became a necessary means. The paper firstly stated the available direct and indirect coal stockpile temperature measuring methods and principle. Then the paper introduced the common simple temperature measuring device and the composite type temperature measuring equipment of coal stockpile, and analyzed the structural principle, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the application scope. Waste disposal facilities are kinds of typical "semi-desirable facilities". Some incompatible objectives such as cost and obnoxious effect etc. should be considered in the process of location and other related decisions of these facilities. The location-routing problem in waste logistics network in cities is one kind of typical periodic location routing problem (PLRP), for different population centers can be visited by different frequency in certain period, however, the multi-objective optimization of this problem is short of research. A multi-objective PLRP is studied in this paper, which combines the practical situation of waste logistics network in cities. A new method is proposed measuring negative effect based on the concept of dispersion distance; a mixed integer programming model concerning two objectives of average total cost and average negative effect is raised; a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is devised to solve location-allocation problem, visiting scheduling problem and vehicle routing problem simultaneously. The global algorithm strengthens an extension local search deepening the search of feasible collection and transportation plans; a sub-algorithm termed DRECW-LS which strengthens the diversification, randomization and local search based on ECWA solves the periodic location-routing problem. It improves the discriminatory power of traditional DEA (data envelopment analysis) by Gini criteria approach to decrease the risk of influencing the results of performance evaluation, which is influenced by the number of evaluating indicator. Utilizing the data from the urban public transit enterprises of Nanjing in the first half of the year 2011 illustrates how to apply the DEA-Gini approach to evaluate the efficiency of urban public transit enterprises and give an objective performance evaluation result. After establishing a set of evaluating indicator system considering both commonweal and business for urban public transit enterprises, calculating the efficiencies of them under each possible variable subsets. Then obtaining the degrees of importance of all possible variable subsets based on Gini rule, and the comprehensive efficiency scores (CESs) can be gained at last, which can give a much more objective appraisal for urban public transit enterprises. Since demand of emergency materials is usually uncertain and continuous and the emergency rescue proceeding which is consist of more than one period always takes place in multiple epidemic areas at the same time, an optimal multi-period collaborative scheduling of emergency materials for multiple epidemic areas is proposed. Firstly, with the consideration of the delay caused by the latent period of an epidemic and the collaborative strategy based on vertical distribution and transverse transportation, a multi-objective stochastic programming model for an emergency logistics network is constructed based on the epidemic diffusion rules. PURPOSE: To establish a model of Candida albicans biofilms and to examine the effect of matrine on C. albicans biofilms and ultrastructure. METHODS: C. albicans collection strain ATCC76615 was obtained and propagated. Biofilms were formed in 96-well microtiter plates. Antifungal susceptibility testing of C. albicans biofilms were assessed with the tetrazolium salt (XTT)reduction assay. Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) and dead/live fluorescent staining technique were combined to detect the effects of Matrine on preformed C. albican biofilms' composition and ultrastructure. RESULTS: Matrine was active against different growth stages (early, middle, mature) of biofilms; The bioactivity and drug-resistance of C. albican biofilm increased with culturing time. CLSM showed that C. albicans biofilms were inhibited and growth were predominantly composed of yeast cells and pseudohyphae. CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates that Matrine has potent activity against C. albicans biofilms in vitro and potential therapeutic implication for biofilm-associated candidal infections. Objective To evaluate nursing undergraduates' critical thinking disposition and explore the personal influencing factors to provide the guideline for promoting the development of their critical thinking ability. Method Critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version (CTDI-CV) and self-designed questionnaire about basic information were used to investigate 789 full-time nursing undergraduates. Results Nursing undergraduates scored 283.39 ±28.92 in terms of positive critical thinking. Multiple regression analysis showed that with higher autonomy, higher concentration, more leisure reading time, more participation in school activities, students scored higher in critical thinking ability, but nursing undergraduates having more part-time job had lower scores of critical thinking. Conclusions Nursing undergraduates should improve their critical thinking ability through personal autonomy, concentration, taking part-time jobs, leisure reading time and participating in school activities. Objective To evaluate the effect of Case-Based Learning in the course of Nursing Management among nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 106 nursing undergraduates of Kunming Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups: 52 students in the experimental group, using the case method, and 54 students in control group, using the traditional methods. A questionnaire survey was conducted before the start and after the end of the course, and theory test was conducted after the end of the course in two groups. Results Theoretical test scores showed that the average score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Through case study, 98.08% students in the experimental group had varying degrees of improvement. The number of students who understood case teaching characteristics (P<0.001), considered it necessary to carry out case study (P=0.001) and had a willingness to case studies elective courses (P=0.005) was significantly increased. Conclusion The case-based learning method will help to stimulate student interest in learning, improve their analysis, judgment and problem-solving skills and the overall quality improvement "Nursing Management" course teaching effect can be further improved on the basis of my school as the teaching of undergraduate nursing students methods. To investigate the characteristics of adiabatic oxidation phase and build the prediction model of coal spontaneous combustion critical point, the adiabatic oxidation experiment data of eight coal samples are given in this paper, based on the adiabatic oxidation experiment, element analysis experiment and industrial analysis experiment. The phase heating rates of adiabatic oxidation of these samples are also calculated. Then using the thermodynamic parameter calculation method, Tr0.05 and TΔmax are defined and obtained. Furthermore, based on the Levenberg-Marquardt method, the relationship between the coal element content, volatility, the phase heating rate of adiabatic oxidation and Tr0.05 are established. The results show that the content of N or S correlates positively with Tr0.05 Osand that O, C, or H content correlates negatively with Tr0.05. However, the link between these elements and stage-heating rate is the opposite. The law also suggests that stage-heating rate will be much faster and coal spontaneous combustion will be easier when Tr0.05 becomes much lower. The more volatile coal is, the lower Tr0.05, and the more likely it is to spontaneously combust. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For the purpose of higher precision and efficiency, the optimized binary search algorithm was used for the calculation of all-time apparent resistivity. Based on the transient response of loop center in homogeneous full space, the kernel function curve feature of full space was discussed and the expression of late period apparent resistivity was derived. Method for calculating Bz from ∂Bz/∂T by numerical integration in full space was given, and the transition precision was analyzed through simulation. The function monotonicity of Bz and ∂Bz/∂T according to resistivity ρ at certain transient delay T was studied, and the results indicate that Bz is a single value function of ρ and it constantly satisfies the condition of binary search for ρ, hut ∂Bz/∂T is a double value function of ρ and the precondition for binary search is instrumental variable Z constantly meeting the formula Z ≤ l.225 during the value interval of variable ρ, on the basis of systematic study both the initial value interval and detailed flow chart of binary search algorithm were optimized. Model calculation and applied case indicate that the optimized binary search algorithm proposed in this paper has the characteristics of fast calculation speed, high calculation precision and can obtain all-time apparent resistivity ρall and ρ'all at the same time respectively from Bz and ∂Bz/∂T, it has a better practicability and better detection effect in full space transient electromagnetic method. The concentrations of atmospheric pollutants PM 2.5 , O 3 , SO 2 , NO 2 , and CO together with the meteorological factors of temperature （ T ）, relative humidity （RH）, wind speed, and other relevant data in Tangshan from 2015 to 2021 were collected to study the variation characteristics of PM 2.5 and O 3 at different periods in Tangshan City in the past seven years and their influencing factors, to discuss the contributions of air mass transport to PM 2.5 and O 3 pollution, and to reveal the synergistic influence mechanism of PM 2.5 and O 3 on atmospheric compound pollution by using correlation analysis and backward trajectory cluster analysis techniques. The results showed that PM 2.5 concentrations in Tangshan decreased year by year from 2015 to 2021, whereas O 3 concentration showed a unimodal trend, with the peak appearing in 2017. Both PM 2.5 and O 3 concentrations showed obvious seasonal variation trends； PM 2.5 was characterized by the highest concentration in winter and the lowest concentration in summer, whereas O 3 was characterized by the highest concentration in summer and the lowest concentration in winter. In addition, the diurnal variation in PM 2.5 showed a bimodal distribution, with the peak occurring during the morning and evening on weekdays, and O 3 showed a unimodal distribution, with the peak value appearing during the period with strong ultraviolet radiation in the afternoon. PM 2.5 had a significant positive correlation with SO 2 , NO 2 , and CO, whereas O 3 had a significant positive correlation with radiation and temperature. Under the different pollution conditions, PM 2.5 and O 3 were affected by air mass transports from different directions. Being impacted by various factors, the synergistic effect of PM 2.5 and O 3 on atmospheric compound pollution showed an obvious negative effect in winter, whereas there was an obvious positive effect in spring, summer, and autumn. Under the backgrounds of different pollutions, when the concentration of PM 2.5 exceeded 150 μg·m -3 , the synergistic effect of PM 2.5 and O 3 showed an obvious negative effect.
