ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features and peripheral blood immune cell subsets ofelderly (≥60 years old) onset rheumatoid arthritis (EORA) patients.MethodsThe patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who were hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from March 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. The demographic data, clinical characteristics, extra-articular manifestations and laboratory examination results of the patients were collected. The patients were divided into EORA group and young adult (< 60 years old)onset rheumatoid arthritis (YORA) group, and the clinical features and peripheral blood immunological indexes of the two groups were compared.ResultsA total of 187 RA patients with an average age of (62.1±12.0) years were enrolled, including 89 patients in the EORA group and 98 patients in the YORA group. Compared with YORA group, EORA group had a higher proportion of male patients(39.3% vs. 22.4%, P=0.012), patients with interstitial lung disease (21.4% vs. 3.1%, P < 0.001), and patients with anemia (10.1% vs. 3.1%, P=0.049).The onset of large joint was more common in the EORA group(53.9% vs. 23.5%, P < 0.001). The number of joint swelling [6(2, 11) vs. 3(1, 7), P=0.002], and the number of tenderness [8(4, 13) vs. 5(3, 9), P=0.001] were also higher in the EORA group. Greater inflammation [C-reactive protein(CRP) : 12.3(3.9, 33.2)mg/L vs. 5.5(1.8, 16.9)mg/L, P=0.000; erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) : 30.5(15.0, 63.0)mm/h vs. 19.0(8.0, 41.0)mm/h, P= 0.006], higher DAS28-CRP score [4.0(2.7, 5.0) vs. 3.2(2.4, 4.9), P=0.002] and DAS28-ESR score [4.3 (2.8, 5.3) vs. 3.4 (2.1, 4.7), P=0.001] were also observed. In terms of peripheral blood immune indexes, the proportion of CD4+T cells in EORA group [(44.5±10.6)% vs. (48.8±10.7)%, P=0.045] was lower than that in YORA group, while the proportion of NK cells [(14.8±8.9)% vs. (10.1±3.7)%, P=0.003] and absolute count [(230.2±156.7)PCS/μL vs. (155.9±106.5)PCS/μL, P=0.014] in EORA group were higher than those in YORA group.ConclusionsCompared with YORA, EORA has higher male proportion, joint disease degree and disease activity. EORA is prone to interstitial lung disease, anemia and high inflammation, and the level of peripheral blood NK cells is higher.

In order to improve the performance of dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) in controlling asymmetrical voltage sag fault, a fractional order plus-negative sequence decoupling control strategy based on instantaneous symmetric component method is proposed and applied to three-phase four-bridge inverter DVR system. Firstly, the partial sequence decoupling mathematical model of the DVR system is obtained by using the symmetric component method. Secondly, to solve the problem that the traditional symmetric component method is not suitable for the analysis of the transient process of the system, the positive and negative zero sequence components of the instantaneous value of the asymmetric voltage and current signal are obtained by using the instantaneous symmetric component method. Then, the integer order plus-negative order decoupling control strategy is extended to fractional order, and the frequency domain method is combined with the robustness condition when the gain changes to correct the relevant parameters. Finally, the simulation results verify the feasibility of the fractional order plus-negative sequence decoupling control strategy applied to the DVR system, and the proposed strategy has better dynamic response speed and anti-interference performance than the traditional plus-negative sequence decoupling control startegy.

To enhance the power generation efficiency of Gezhen Reservoir, the unique engineering layout of hydroelectric generating sets of Gezhen Reservoir in multi-tailed river channels was studied. The intricate engineering design and functional constraints of Gezhen Reservoir were considered, and an optimal power generation scheduling model for Gezhen Reservoir that guaranteed output was established. Meanwhile, a two-layer solving strategy for the outer layer of the whole reservoir and the inner layer of the two-unit cooperation was proposed. According to 96 combinations under different inflow and irrigation requirements, a long series of optimal power generation scheduling simulations was carried out for Gezhen Reservoir. The results demonstrate that after optimization, the average annual power generation exhibits a remarkable increase of 18.92% compared to that of conventional scheduling practices over years. It is recommended that maintaining an elevated water level can significantly enhance the power generation efficiency of Gezhen Reservoir.

BackgroundSuicidal behavior in adolescence and early adulthood is a major public health concern， and suicide attempts are found to be associated with reasons for living and self-control， whereas there remains a striking lack of empirical research exploring the association among the three in college students.ObjectiveTo explore the relationship among suicide attempts， reasons for living and self-control， and to inform targeted efforts to prevent the development of suicidal behavior.MethodsFrom April to May 2023， a sample of 775 college students from 10 colleges and universities in Shaanxi province， Sichuan province and Chongqing municipality were selected using random sampling method. All students were subjected to complete Self-Control Scale （SCS）， the Reasons for Living Inventory for Adolescents （RFL-A）， and the self-administered Suicide Attempt Questionnaire. Spearman correlation analysis was utilized to examine the correlation among the above scales in students， and mediation analysis was performed using Mplus 8.3.ResultsA total of 738 college students （95.32%） completed the effective questionnaire survey.Suicide attempts were detected in 99 college students （13.41%）. [Objective] To explore the risk factors of blood transfusion in patients with isolated traumatic brain injury (iTBI) based on multiple machine learning methods, so as to establish a predictive model to provide reasonable guidance for blood transfusion in patients with iTBI. [Methods] A total of 2 273 patients with iTBI from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2021 were included to compare and analyze the differences in variables such as vital signs, clinical indicators and laboratory testing indicators between transfusion and non transfusion patients. Furthermore, six machine learning models were established to compare the performance of different models through cross validation, accuracy, specificity, recall, f1 value and area under the ROC curve. The SHAP plot was used to explain the influencing factors of blood transfusion in iTBI patients. [Objective] To establish a new centrifugal-membrane hybrid plasmapheresis (CMHP) model, and observe its clinical efficacy, safety and advantages in the treatment of hyperlipidemia by comparing with centrifugation therapeutic plasma exchange (cTPE). [Methods] A retrospective analysis was performed on 47 patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our department from August 2021 to September 2023, with a total of 60 treatments. They were divided into two groups: CMHP group with 37 patients and 46 treatments; cTPE group included 10 patients with 14 treatments. In the CMHP group, the plasma was separated by a blood cell separator and the plasma components were separated by a two-stage membrane plasma component separator. In the cTPE group, the plasma was separated by a blood cell separator for therapeutic plasma exchange. The clinical efficacy, safety and advantages of the two groups were compared. [Results] The reduction ratios of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) before and after treatment in CMHP group were 68.56%[59.81%, 73.42%], 65.80%[55.55%, 75.98%] and 46.57%[36.02%, 54.83%] and 66.67%[43.48%, 76.24%] respectively, with statistically significant difference (P0.05). At the same time, the cTPE group required 1 520.00 mL[1 462.50 mL, 2 000.00 mL] plasma input, while the CMHP group achieved zero blood input. The adverse reaction ratio was 6.52%(3/46) in CMHP group and 7.14%(1/14) in cTPE group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with cTPE, CMHP can better reduce blood lipid levels without any blood products, avoid the spread of blood infectious diseases, and have a low incidence of adverse reactions, so it has a good clinical application prospect.

Objective To investigate the effects of a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain 10 (ADAM10) inhibitor on synaptic structure and blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability in rats with autism-like behavior. Methods A total of 50 male offspring rats with prenatal exposure to valproic acid (VPA) to induce autism-like behavior were randomly divided into VPA group and ADAM10 inhibitor, TAT-Pro-ADAM10 (709-729) group (TAT-Pro group), with 25 rats in each group. And another 25 offspring male rats induced by normal saline during pregnancy served as control group (CON group). The TAT-Pro group was given intraperitoneal injection on postnatal day 20 with 3 nmol/g TAT-Pro-ADAM10 (709-729), and equal volumes of normal saline were given to the CON and VPA groups. The changes of body mass and tail length of offspring rats were measured and recorded during modeling. Western blotting was performed to detect the protein levels of ADAM10, vascular endothelial cadherin (VE-Cad), Occludin, zonula occludens-1 (ZO-1), post-synaptic density protein-95 (PSD95), and synaptophysin (SYN) in the hippocampal tissue of the offspring rats in 24 h after administration. The expression of ZO-1 protein was further verified by immunofluorescence assay. Behavioral tests were conducted from postnatal day 24, including open field, grooming, three-chamber social interaction, and water maze tests. The density of dendritic spines in hippocampal tissue in the offspring rats on postnatal day 28 was detected by Golgi staining. Results Compared with the VPA group, the TAT-Pro group showed no significant changes in body weight and tail length, but significantly improved repetitive stereotyped behaviors, social skills and learning memory ability (P < 0.05), reduced protein levels of ADAM10 and PSD95 in hippocampal tissues (P < 0.05), and elevated levels of VE-cad and Occludin (P < 0.05). The density of dendritic spines was significantly reduced (P < 0.05), and the number of immature dendritic spines also decreased in the TAT-Pro group than the VPA group. Conclusion Inhibition of ADAM10 overexpression during the critical period of synaptic development can alleviate learning and memory dysfunctions in VPA-induced rats with autism-like behavior, and has a certain restorative effect on abnormal synaptic structures and blood-brain barrier permeability.

ObjectiveTo explore the understanding degree of medical students, researchers, and medical statistics teachers on P value in statistics and its related factors, so as to provide references for the improvement of medical statistics teaching.MethodsConvenience sampling method was used to distribute 175 questionnaires through the online platform questionnaire star (Wenjuanxing). Based on case study, the questionnaire was designed with 6 true-or-false questions about P values. Accuracy rate of understanding on P value by medical students, researchers and professional teachers was evaluated through questionnaire survey. Descriptive analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the related factors affecting the understanding of P value.ResultsA total of 170 questionnaires were collected, with 50 from the medical students, 98 from the researchers, and 22 from the professional teachers, respectively. The results indicated that the professional teachers had the highest accuracy rate (89.5%), whereas the medical students had a relatively low accuracy rate (31.6%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that individuals with a doctoral degree, compared to those with a bachelor’s degree or below, had a higher accuracy rate (OR=2.10, 95%CI: 1.18‒3.76, P=0.012). Objective To explore the long-term clinical effect of Theracal LC on complicated crown fracture of immature permanent teeth. Methods A total of 33 teeth (13 males,15 teeth; 16 females, 18 teeth) from 29 adolescent patients with complicated crown fracture were collected. In this randomized clinical trial, all the samples were divided into two groups depending on the different pulp capping materials: the experimental group-Theracal LC(n=17) and the control group-MTA(n=16), with the same contralateral or adjacent teeth as blank control group. The treated teeth were evaluated clinically and radiographically at 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 months. Results During the 4-year follow-up, clinical symptoms of all the treated teeth in both groups improved and disappeared. At 6 months, the clinical success rate of both groups was 100%. The clinical success rate was 93.7% at 12 months in the MTA group. The clinical success rates of Theracal LC group at 12 months and 24 months were 94.1% and 88.2%, respectively. There was no statistical difference between the groups in clinical efficacy(P>0.05). The samples of MTA group went black, while Theracal LC group had no discoloration. The formation rate of early-formed dentine bridge in Theracal LC group was relatively faster than that in MTA group. The dentine bridge could be seen in all samples of both groups in the long term. The dentine bridges in Theracal LC group had complex morphology, while the linear uniform was mostly seen in MTA group. Conclusion As a pulp capping agent, Theracal LC has good clinical efficacy and biosafety,and can be used as one of the substitutes for MTA.

Objective To conduct a cross-sectional study on sleep and periodontal conditions, and further analyze the correlation between sleep disorders and the progression of periodontitis. Methods A total of 100 patients who visited the Department of Stomatology at Nanjing First Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 and met the inclusion criteria were selected. According to the 2018 International New Classification of Periodontitis and Implant Periodontitis, patients were divided into stages Ⅰ-Ⅳ of periodontitis. General patient information was recorded. A Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the patient’s sleep status, and routine periodontal examinations were conducted to record probing depth (PD), periodontal attachment level (AL), bleeding index (BI), and blood routine tests were used to measure white blood cell count. The correlation between sleep disorders and periodontitis was statistically analyzed. Results The average PSQI score of all patients was (7.01±3.17) points, with an average PD of (3.52±0.67) mm, an average AL of (3.84±1.58) mm, and an average BI of (3.15±1.26). Among them, patients with stage Ⅳ periodontitis had the highest PSQI score. In this study, high internal phase Pickering emulsions (HIPPEs) were prepared using soybean isolate protein microgel particles, which were prepared by gel disruption, as a stabilizer. Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) showed that the oil droplets were encapsulated within protein particles, and some of them were observed to exhibit a polyhedral morphology due to stacking, which is a typical feature of typical O/W-type HIPPEs. Increasing oil content and protein particle concentration improved the viscosity, storage modulus and gel strength of the system, which endowed the emulsion with 3D printing ability. When the oil content was 75% and the protein particle concentration was 3.0%, the accuracy and stability of the printed model were 93.35% and 98.72%, respectively. The results of this study indicated that HIPPEs can be used as an effective ink for 3D printing of food products, which provide a theoretical basis for expanding the application of 3D printing in the food field.

With the gradual increase of the proportion of renewable energy in the power system, the risk of frequency fluctuation in the power system increases. Flywheel and lithium battery can complement each other as hybrid energy storage applied in the primary frequency regulation of the grid, effectively solving the problem of system frequency fluctuation. In order to give full play to the respective frequency regulation advantages of flywheel and lithium battery, a primary frequency regulation (PFR) strategy for battery-flywheel hybrid energy storage based on adaptive state of charge (SOC) is proposed. Firstly, a weight allocation PFR is proposed, containing three control methods, namely, positive and negative virtual inertia control and virtual droop control. Secondly, the parameters of the PFR are corrected by using the SOC of the doubly-fed flywheel and the Li-ion battery, so as to improve the PFR capability of hybrid energy storage near the threshold of SOC. Finally, the control strategy of the hybrid energy storage with the other control strategies is compared with that of this paper in simulation under the frequency regulation scenarios. The results show that the SOC fluctuation range of the energy storage system of the strategy proposed in this paper is minimum. The battery will not be overcharged and overdischarged, and the system frequency fluctuation is kept no more than ±0.2 Hz, which proves that the proposed strategy can improve the frequency stability of the grid.

ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological characteristics, spatiotemporal clustering, and changing trends of hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) in Fujian province from 2009 to 2022. MethodsData on HFMD cases in Fujian province from 2009 to 2022 were obtained from the Surveillance Reporting Management System of the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Descriptive epidemiology, Joinpoint regression, spatial autocorrelation analysis, and spatiotemporal scanning were used to analyze HFMD in Fujian province. ResultsA total of 927 366 HFMD cases were reported in Fujian province from 2009 to 2022, with an average annual reported incidence rate of 172.15/100 000, severe case rate of 0.62/100 000, mortality rate of 0.018/100 000, and case fatality rate of 10.68/100 000. The reported incidence rate, severe case rate, mortality rate, and case fatality rate of HFMD all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. HFMD incidence exhibited obvious seasonality, with two peaks each year, the main peak in May – June and the secondary peak in September – November. The key population was children aged < 5 years, accounting for 91.33% of all cases. Among 40 637 laboratory-confirmed cases, accounting for 4.38% of all confirmed cases, 28.93% (11 756/40 637) were positive for enterovirus A71 (EV-A71), 20.38% (8 280/40 637) were positive for coxsackievirus A16 (COX-A16), and 50.69% (20 601/40 637) were positive for other enteroviruses. Spatiotemporal clustering of HFMD existed in Fujian province (Moran′s I = 0.15 – 0.56, P < 0.05). Spatiotemporal scanning detected three clusters, one primary cluster and two secondary clusters. ConclusionObvious spatiotemporal clustering of HFMD existed in Fujian province from 2009 to 2022, and the overall epidemic trend first increased and then decreased. Prevention and control of the epidemic should focus on the prefecture-level city unit and strengthen HFMD prevention and control for key populations and before the arrival of epidemic peaks.

The deployable laminated shell has the characteristics of deformable,lightweight,simple molding process,uniform mechanical properties,etc.,and has great application value in intelligent deformable structure.In order to study the ballistic impact characteristics of the deployable laminated shell,the ballistic impact test of the deployable laminated shell of three different layup materials was carried out using a one⁃stage light air gun,and the impact test results at different speeds were obtained,the differences in the failure form of the deployable laminated shell under different layups were analyzed,and the ballistic limit speed of the corresponding substation deployable laminated shell and the total absorption energy in the ballistic impact test were calculated.The ballistic experiment of the deployable laminated shell was simulated,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by compared with the test results.Using the verified simulation model,the effects of different bullet types on the ballistic limit of the deployable laminated shell and its total absorption energy were calculated and analyzed.

Background Complex intracranial aneurysms are one of the most difficult cerebrovascular diseases to treat, and even experienced cerebrovascular surgeons face great challenges. Intracranial - intracranial bypass with interposition graft has its unique surgical indications and technical points, but there is a lack of research reports in the literature at home and abroad. Methods Six patients with complex intracranial aneurysms who were cured by intracranial-intracranial bypass with interposition graft from January 2015 to December 2023 in The First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were enrolled, DSA was used to evaluate the patency of postoperative grafts and aneurysm development, modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used to evaluate the neurological prognosis, and the procedure - related complications such as cerebral infarction, intracranial hemorrhage, scalp nonunion, and forearm nerve dysfunction were recorded. Results All 6 patients successfully completed intracranial-intracranial bypass with interposition graft, with superficial temporal artery (STA) in 5 cases and radial artery (RA) in one case. The grafts were embedded between the proximal and distal parent arteries in 2 cases, and the grafts were bridged between the distal donor and proximal donor in 2 cases, one case was reconstructed in a "Y" shape between the artery and the recipient artery, one case was reconnected proximally to the donor artery, and the distal end was anastomosed with the branch end - to - end. Postoperative DSA showed all aneurysms disappeared and the grafts were unobstructed. The average postoperative follow-up was 23.67 months, and there was no recurrence of aneurysms and grafts occlusion, and the mean mRS score was 0.33 at the last follow - up. There were no surgery - related complications after surgery. Conclusions Intracranial -intracranial bypass with interposition graft is an effective method for the treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms, which has the technical advantages of strong flexibility, abundant variants and wide range of indications, and can provide more abundant, safe and effective individualized treatment strategies for cerebrovascular surgeons.

Various symbiotic/associated oil and gas resources have been found in the exploration area of Shengli Oilfield， and some of them serve as strategic resources for guaranteeing the security of national defense， agriculture， high-tech， and other industries， which are of great value in development and utilization. The current exploration and development status， occurrence characteristics， ore-forming conditions， and comprehensive utilization prospects of helium， brine （potassium salt）， and uranium ore that have been deeply studied and industrially produced in China were analyzed. The results show that ① the high helium anomalies are mainly distributed in more than 10 areas of the Jiyang Depression and Qaidam Basin， as well as in multiple layers of the Proterozoic-Cenozoic， associated with conventional natural gas， non-hydrocarbon gas， and shale gas； ② Jiyang Depression and Qaidam Basin provide the paleoclimate and palaeoenvironment for developing brine （potassium salt） from the Paleogene to the Quaternary. The oilfield water in Dongying Sag contains abundant amounts of bromine， lithium， and potassium， and more potassium and lithium are found in the oilfield water in Qaidam Basin， with the content in some areas reaching industrial grade； ③ the sandstone is the primary type of uranium ore. The multiple wells in Chepaizi Uplift exhibit highly abnormal gamma values in the Cretaceous and Neogene， indicating that this area is the most favorable prospective area of associated uranium ore. In other exploration areas of Shengli Oilfield， such as Tuha Basin， Qaidam Basin， and Jiyang Depression， the forming conditions for uranium ore are observed， including uranium sources， structures， lithofacies， hydrogeology， etc.， and natural gamma logging data from some wells show high abnormal values. Overall， the symbiotic/associated oil and gas resources in the exploration area of Shengli Oilfield show the characteristics of various types， multiple layers， and wide abnormal areas. It is necessary to fully take the natural advantages of Shengli Oilfield in terms of basic exploration data， basic geological achievements， and engineering facilities，to systematically carry out research on the reservoir forming （ore-forming） law of symbiotic/associated oil and gas resources， evaluate resource potential， and innovate extraction technology as soon as possible， to achieve a new business growth pole.

Objective To investigate the effect of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) metagenomic next - generation sequencing (mNGS) in diagnosis and treatment of intracranial infection. Methods A retrospective analysis of 117 patients with intracranial infection were admitted to Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022. Before initiating empirical broad - spectrum antibiotic treatment, CSF samples were collected for microbial culture (conventional culture group, n = 58) and/or mNGS (mNGS group, n = 59). The results were used to adjust the antibiotic treatment plan, and the study compared the pathogen detection rates and result reporting times of the two testing methods, as well as the antibiotic intensity grading, the intensive care unit (ICU) stay, total hospital stay, and mortality rate. Results A total of 65 pathogens were detected from the CSF samples of all the patients through microbial culture and/or mNGS, with viruses being the most prevalent, accounting for 49.23% (32/65), followed by Gram-negative bacteria (24.62%, 16/65), Gram-positive bacteria (18.46%, 12/65) and fungi (7.69%, 5/65). The pathogen detection rate of CSF mNGS was higher than that of CSF microbial culture (χ2 = 22.781, P = 0.000), and the results were reported earlier (t = - 32.588, P = 0.000). Based on the results, 20 cases (33.90%) in the mNGS group adjusted antibiotic treatment plan, with 5 cases downgrading and 15 cases upgrading the intensity of antibiotic application. In the conventional culture group, 30 cases (51.72%) adjusted their antibiotic treatment plan, with 17 cases downgrading and 13 cases upgrading the intensity of antibiotic application. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (Z = - 1.917, P = 0.055). And there was no statistically significant difference in ICU stay (Z = - 0.716, P = 0.474）, total hospital stay (Z = - 0.933, P = 0.351) and mortality rate (Fisher's exact probability: P = 0.496) between the 2 groups. Conclusions The application of mNGS can effectively improve the detection rate of intracranial infection pathogens, which may shorten the duration of antibiotic use and reduce the intensity of broad - spectrum antibiotics, so as to help clinical effective judgment and treatment decision.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of postoperative ileus (POI) complicated after laparoscopic surgery in patients with complicated acute appendicitis (CAA).Methods The clinical data of CAA patients attending Zhengzhou Central Hospital from September 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively collected, and divided into the POI group and the non-POI group according to the postoperative clinical symptoms and imaging. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of CAA complicating POI, and the predictive values of related factors were explored using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Results 153 CAA patients were included, with 15 in the POI group and 138 in the non-POI group. Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of urinary incontinence and its impact on quality of life in women aged 40-60 years in Guizhou Province. Methods From June 2022 to January 2023, women aged 40-60 years who underwent health checkups in 10 hospitals in 7 regions of Guizhou Province were selected as the study subjects. A self-designed general data questionnaire was used to collect the basic data of the study subjects, and International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Female Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (ICIQ-FLUTS) and Incontinence Quality of Life Measure (I-QoL) were used to determine the severity of urinary incontinence and the level of quality of life of the study subjects, respectively. Different types of incontinence, including stress incontinence, urge incontinence, and mixed incontinence, were determined according to the diagnostic criteria established by the International Continence Society (ICS). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of urinary incontinence, and explore the effects of different types and severity levels of urinary incontinence on patients' quality of life. Results A total of 3 000 questionnaires were distributed, and 2 966 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid recovery rate of 98.9%. The prevalence of urinary incontinence among the 2 966 study subjects was 33.4% (991/2 966), including 20.1% (596/2 966) for stress incontinence, 2.0% (58/2 966) for urge incontinence, and 11.4% (337/2 966) for mixed incontinence. BackgroundThe existing tools in China for assessing psychiatric nurses' knowledge， attitude and practice towards the use of protective restraint do not sufficiently consider the specialty in psychiatric practice， and the scale items are somewhat cumbersome to use， which together restrict their further promotion and application. Accordingly， there is an urgent need for developing a more scientific assessment tool.ObjectiveTo construct a scale for assessing psychiatric nurses' knowledge， attitude and practice towards the use of protective restraint and to verify its reliability and validity， so as to provide a generic tool for the assessment.MethodsBased on the theoretical framework of the knowledge-attitude-practice model， the preliminary scale was formed through systematic literature review， qualitative interview and Delphi method. From July to December 2021， a stratified sampling was utilized to select 729 psychiatric nurses from tertiary， secondary and primary （including unclassified medical institutions and grassroots hospitals） psychiatric hospitals in Guangdong Province. The formal scale was developed through item analysis， exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The validity of the scale was evaluated by content validity and structure validity， and the reliability was verified by procedures including Cronbach's α coefficient， test-retest reliability， and split-half reliability.ResultsA total of 12 items of three dimensions （knowledge， attitude， practice） were included in the scale for assessing psychiatric nurses' knowledge， attitude and practice towards the use of protective restraint. The scale-level content validity index （S-CVI） was 0.941， and the item-level content validity index （I-CVI） ranged from 0.812 to 1.000. Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors， and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.948%. The confirmatory factor yielded adequate fit. Cronbach's α coefficient was found to be 0.887 for the scale， 0.819 for knowledge dimension， 0.842 for attitude dimension， and 0.831 for practice dimension. The split-half reliability and test-retest reliability for the scale were 0.712 and 0.922， respectively.ConclusionThe scale shows satisfactory reliability and validity， which can be used to assess psychiatric nurses' knowledge， attitude and practice towards the use of protective restraint. ［Funded by Guangdong Clinical Teaching Base Teaching Reform Research Project （number， 2021JD119）］

Infrared small target detection has been widely used in the military and civil fields. The detection difficulties lie in small target size, few details and complex background interference. Existing classic deep learning detection methods are commonly suitable for generic target detection, but have poor adaptability to infrared small targets. To handle these problems, this article build a new infrared small target detection network based on U-shaped attention block and pixel-wise attention block. Firstly, a residual U-shaped attention block to extract multi-scale features through local U-shaped subnetworks in a single layer level and extract multiscale features to enrich the representation of small-scale target features is designed, so as to enhance the network′s ability to discriminate small-scale targets. Then, small target information is further preserved through dense fusion method to alleviate the semantic gap feature fusion between different layers and reduce the miss detection rate. Finally, the pixel-wise attention in space and channel dimensions is applied to the fused feature map to enhance small targets and suppress complex background interference. The experimental results show that the present network outperforms the latest benchmark method in the intersection over union, detection probability and false alarm rate of two infrared small target data sets NUDT-SIRST and IRSTD-1k. Moreover, the present network also achieves a good balance between the detection accuracy and the efficiency.

【Objective】In response to the needs of Ultra High Voltage (UHV) site infrastructure control and intelligent transportation and inspection, 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology (5G) is applied to the construction phase of UHV converter station for the first time in China.【Methods】On the basis of realizing 5G full coverage of Henan southern converter station, 5G virtual private network of converter station is built and the Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) cloud platform is deployed. Fully considering the needs of early infrastructure and late operation, the intelligent infrastructure site is connected with the intelligent converter station in the later stage. Relying on the advantages of 5G and integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other technologies, various types of data on the construction site of UHV infrastructure can be collected in real-time and unified, providing multi-functional 5G solutions for remote video monitoring of UHV infrastructure, engineering monitoring and early warning, panoramic presentation of infrastructure site, identification of safety hazards, and expert remote assistance guidance. 5G applications such as smart construction site, intelligent inspection and intelligent control are organized and 5G network adaptation test is carried out.【Results】Providing a flexible, large-bandwidth and high-speed communication methods of 5G for the business application of Henan southern converter station. It effectively enables various business requirements in the UHV converter station, verifying the carrying capacity of 5G for UHV construction and inspection services. It also improves the management efficiency, and reduces the operation and maintenance cost.【Conclusion】The successful application of 5G in the Henan southern UHV converter substation provides a typical UHV substation solution of 5G+ energy Internet, which verifies the feasibility of 5G in the power industry and also promotes the application of 5G in power scenarios.

Objective This study aimed to explore the root length of maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth and central incisor crown-root morphology in patients with high-angle skeletal Class Ⅱ open bite, aiming to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee, and informed consent was obtained from the patients. CBCT images of eighty-one untreated patients (40 anterior open bite patients and 41 normal overbite patients) with high-angle skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected before treatment. Dolphin software was used to study the root length of maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth and central incisor crown-root morphology, and the differences between the two groups were analyzed. ObjectiveTo conduct comprehensive assessment of internal and external cadmium exposure and health risks for Shanghai residents.MethodsCadmium levels in food samples were calculated by employing two dietary exposure assessment methods， total diet study （TDS） and food frequency questionnaire （FFQ）， to estimate the daily dietary cadmium exposure of Shanghai residents. The provisional tolerable monthly intake （PTMI） of cadmium set by joint food and agriculture organization/WHO expert committee on food additives （JECFA） was applied to evaluate the health risk. The tumor immune microenvironment plays a crucial role in the initiation and progression of tumors, and is closely related to the long-term effectiveness of treatments. Notably, while being influenced by the microenvironment, treatment can also actively reshape the composition of the microenvironment. In recent years, with the help of emerging technologies such as single-cell sequencing, the interactions between various therapeutic approaches and the immune microenvironment, as well as their impact on therapeutic efficacy, have been revealed in various tumors. This review summarizes the impact of primary tumor immune microenvironments on therapeutic efficacy, introduces the remodeling of microenvironment by different therapeutic approaches, and explores the intricate regulatory mechanisms governing secondary immune microenvironments' interactions with tumors and their implications on treatment outcomes. Clarifying the mechanisms of interactions between the tumor immune microenvironment and treatments has profound implications for monitoring and predicting treatment outcomes, as well as for optimizing cancer therapy.

In response to challenges encountered in the analysis of distribution network investments， such as the difficulty in achieving precise estimations of the total investment and the lack of effective validation for investment allocation ratios， a vertically and horizontally integrated distribution network investment allocation strategy， along with its validation method， is proposed. Firstly， the total investment is determined based on the unit investment effectiveness of historical annual distribution network comprehensive planning. Subsequently， allocation ratios for different project types are determined， and the overall investment amount is allocated to various grids within the power supply network. Following this， project optimization is conducted within each power supply grid. The engineering quantity method is employed to decompose the actual quantities of completed historical projects and determine the comprehensive unit price， allowing for the estimation of the specific investment amounts for selected projects in the target year. Finally， the total investment amount and allocation ratios for the target year are obtained. Through case analysis and comparison with mainstream methods， the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed approach are validated.

To enhance the power generation efficiency of Gezhen Reservoir, the unique engineering layout of hydroelectric generating sets of Gezhen Reservoir in multi-tailed river channels was studied. The intricate engineering design and functional constraints of Gezhen Reservoir were considered, and an optimal power generation scheduling model for Gezhen Reservoir that guaranteed output was established. Meanwhile, a two-layer solving strategy for the outer layer of the whole reservoir and the inner layer of the two-unit cooperation was proposed. According to 96 combinations under different inflow and irrigation requirements, a long series of optimal power generation scheduling simulations was carried out for Gezhen Reservoir. The results demonstrate that after optimization, the average annual power generation exhibits a remarkable increase of 18.92% compared to that of conventional scheduling practices over years. It is recommended that maintaining an elevated water level can significantly enhance the power generation efficiency of Gezhen Reservoir.

Extreme heat events caused by climate change have seriously threatened the sustainable human-environment system development. It has become the frontier of integrated geography to scientifically assess the comprehensive impact of heat waves on the urban system and to provide stakeholders with decision support services to cope with extreme heat. This study constructed an "exposure-susceptibility-adaptive capacity" framework for urban heat vulnerability and an early warning index system based on the perspective of the human-environment system. We then proposed key early warning technologies, including an urban heat index model, multi-subject adaptive capacity coupling technology, and a multi-group vulnerability assessment criteria library. Taking urban diversified groups and urban administrators as the service target, we designed the urban heat vulnerability early warning system. The system mainly comprises a mobile application that provides users with an interactive interface, and a dedicated management backend. The mobile application has four main functions: Urban heat index forecast, Crowd heat vulnerability risk warning service, Outdoor work guidance service, and Public facility-assisted adaptation and decision support menu. The layer data and the warning message are mainly handled by the dedicated management backend. The system provides hourly location-based heat vulnerability warnings and targeted healthy living tips for tourists, the elderly, children, and people with heat-sensitive conditions. Additionally, the system can provide a scientific basis for communities to improve their adaptive capacity to heat waves. As a pilot, the system was deployed in Xiamen City to provide personalized support services for healthy living in hot weather to residents and communities. In September 2021, the "Urban Heat Index" module was officially launched on the "Zhi Tian Qi" public meteorological service platform of the Fujian Province. The research perspective and methodology, based on a multiscale vulnerability framework, provide an effective method to dynamically and finely characterize the impacts of extreme natural hazards. The research results support urban multi-stakeholders in managing production and life during hot weather and help authorities develop targeted disaster prevention and mitigation plans for specific areas. Moreover, the findings provide a scientific reference for planning departments to improve and optimize the spatial allocation of emergency resources.

The study of catalytic reaction mechanism is a critical and extremely challenging project. Online monitoring of reactants, intermediates and products during catalytic reactions can provide key evidence for the in-depth study of complex catalytic reaction networks, reaction pathways and reaction kinetics. As an online mass spectrometry based on soft ionization technique, vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometry (VUV-PIMS) has proven itself as a versatile and powerful analytical technique for online and real-time process monitoring, which has gradually become a highly concerned characterization technique for catalytic reaction processes due to its advantages of high molecular ion yield, simple spectrum interpretation and high sensitivity. Compared with other commonly used synchrotron radiation and laser-based VUV light sources, the low pressure discharge lamps filled with various rare gases are compact, easy to operate, and low cost, such as krypton discharge lamps. However, the relatively low photon intensity of these lamps limits their applications. The efforts have been taken to develop stronger VUV light sources or lamp-based efficient combined ion sources to solve this issue. In this paper, the development of VUV-PIMS technology, especially the research progress of photoionization ion sources based on the VUV lamp, were reviewed, such as high-pressure photoionization (HPPI) source, single photon ionization-photoelectron ionization (SPI-PEI) combined ion source, and single photon ionization-chemical ionization (SPI-CI) combined ion source. By combining capillary sampling technology or molecular beam sampling technology, the applications of VUV-PIMS for real-time and online monitoring of stable products and active intermediates in catalytic processes were introduced, such as ammonia synthesis, methane/ethane catalytic conversion, methanol to olefins. The applications in online monitoring of these catalytic reaction processes exhibited an excellent performance and wide potential applications of VUV-PIMS in process monitoring and reaction mechanism research. Finally, the future development trend of VUV-PIMS was prospected for the application requirements of accurate characterization of catalytic reaction process.

ObjectiveTo investigate the high-risk detection rate and aggregation of cardiovascular diseases（CVD） in 8 districts of Shanghai and influencing factors， and to provide scientific references for prevention and control of CVD.MethodsBased on the Cardiovascular Disease Screening and Management Program in Shanghai from 2016 to 2021， 104 685 participants aged 35 to 75 in 8 districts of Shanghai were selected for analysis. χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression were used for statistical analysis of the influencing factors of CVD and aggregation of CVD.ResultsThe proportion of high-risk CVD individuals in the population was 19.17%， including the high-risk individuals with hypertension （8.65%）， dyslipidemia （6.33%）， CVD history （5.58%）， and WHO assessed risk ≥20% types （2.69%）， respectively. Old age， overweight and obesity， central obesity， smoking， drinking， farmers， unmarried， and low family income were the risk factors of CVD， while high education level was the protective factor. In the participants， 16 323 people （81.34%） were classified as CVD high-risk groups； The number of aggregation of 1， 2 and ≥3 high risk types of CVD were 16 323（81.34%）， 3 236（16.13%）， 509（2.54%）， respectively. Old age， low education level， low annual family income， farmers， unmarried， smoking， drinking， overweight， obesity and central obesity were associated with the risk of aggregation of high risk types of CVD， and the correlation strength increased with the increase of aggregation types.ConclusionThe prevention and control of CVD in Shanghai should focus on the hypertension， elderly， overweight， obesity， central obesity， smoking， drinking， low educated， low family income， farmers and unmarried people， and targeted intervention measures should be taken to reduce the risk of CVD among residents.

The sixth-generation mobile communications (6G) will usher in a new era of information technology that is characterized by “intelligence empowering all things and wisdom being self-generated”. Simultaneously, corresponding technological research has become a new trend in the mobile communication industry. In the context of large-scale commercialization of the fifth-generation mobile communications (5G) in China, it is of great significance to clarify the development needs, understand the development trend, and propose the development layout of 6G for accelerating the development of the digital economy and seizing the international competitive advantage in the future. This study summarizes the problems of 5G development that still need to be addressed by 6G, including insufficient application depth, inadequate demand coverage, and low return on investment. It points out some key application scenarios that urgently need 6G empowerment, and comprehensively reviews the strategic deployment of 6G in developed and major developing countries, clarifying major trends such as optimizing and upgrading traditional industries through 6G commercialization, achieving major breakthroughs in 6G key core technologies, and strengthening 6G network security to modernize the national security system. Currently, China’s development of 6G faces prominent challenges regarding research and development investment,technology standards, open ecology, network security, and privacy protection. Therefore, it is necessary to use the new national system to break through technological innovation barriers, enhance the formulation of 6G standards, deepen international cooperation on 6G to build an open and win-win global industrial ecosystem, and develop core 6G technologies to establish a secure and controllable technical system. This study is expected to provide theoretical inspirations and practical references for the development and innovative application of 6G technology in China.

The comparative experiments of 2A12/AZ31B dissimilar materials friction stir welding (FSW) and ultrasonic vibration assisted FSW (UVaFSW) were carried out. The grain structures of different parts in the weld nugget zone were characterized, and the influence of ultrasonic vibration on the grain structure evolution was analyzed. The results show that compared with the base materials, the grain sizes in the weld nugget zone (WNZ) of 2A12/AZ31B joints are obviously refined. The mode of dynamic recrystallization of grains in 2A12 Al side WNZ is the combined action of continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) and geometric dynamic recrystallization (GDRX) mechanisms. The dynamic recrystallization of grains in AZ31B Mg side WNZ is the combined action of CDRX, GDRX and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) mechanisms. Applying ultrasonic vibration can promote the recrystallization degree of grains, especially in the middle and lower parts of Al side and the bottom of Mg side. The texture evolution results show that the strain of the material in Al side WNZ increases when ultrasonic vibration is applied, which indicates that ultrasonic vibration can promote the material flow in the WNZ. The texture strength of different areas on the Mg side decreases, which is due to the more complete recrystallization behavior of magnesium alloy grains when ultrasonic is applied, thus weakening the grain orientation.

Objective·To assess the effect of veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) treatment on the mortality rate of patients suffering from cardiogenic shock and cardiac arrest in hospital.Methods·A total of 19 patients with cardiogenic shock or cardiac arrest who were treated with VA-ECMO treatment in Suzhou Kowloon Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from September 2017 to March 2022 were included in the retrospective study. Patients were divided into extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR) group (n=9) and VA-ECMO for cardiogenic shock (E-CS) group (n=10) according to whether cardiac arrest had occurred. The general demographic data, clinical data, Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) scores, postoperative complications and prognostic indicators of the two groups of patients were collected. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression analyses were used to evaluate the correlation between each covariate and hospital mortality.Results·Among the included patients, there were 15 males (78.9%), with an average age of 46.5 (34.5, 61.6) years. The incidence of postoperative complications was as follows: bleeding (47.4%), AKI (36.8%), infection (31.6%), limb ischemia (15.8%) and cerebrovascular accident (5.3%). The duration of VA-ECMO was 4.0 (2.0, 6.8) days, and the intensive care duration was 11.5 (5.8, 26.2) days; the ECMO withdrawal success rate was 63.2%, and the hospital mortality was 63.2%. Metal wire mesh porous materials are kinds of porous materials with the controllable pores, high specific surface area, high strength, and low cost, which have been widely used in the filtration separation fields of high temperature flue gas and slurry oil, because of the high permeability and high filtration precision. Furthermore, due to the high specific surface area, open pore structure, high porosity, high strength, and adjustable graded pore size, the metal wire mesh porous materials have been paid attention in the fields of photocatalysis, combustion engine emission abatement systems, efficient heat transfer, and explosion suppression. The structure and preparation methods of metal wire mesh porous materials were briefly introduced in this paper, the application progress on the fields of filtration separation, catalysis, efficient heat transfer, and explosion suppression was emphatically summarized, and the application prospect and development direction were also proposed.

A novel method for optimal design of hydrodynamic performance of bionic propeller with a deformable leading edge is proposed. Based on the bionics principle and method of parameterized modeling, the fore-fin concave-convex structure of humpback whales is applied to the propeller leading edge, the leading edge in the propeller to meet flow region according to the exponential decay curve and the standard sine curve smooth leading edge for similar humpback fins protuberant structure of concave and convex deformation, and the leading edge of concave and convex bionic propeller. The hydrodynamic performance, the cavitation performance, and the noise performance of the exponential decay bionic propeller and the sinusoidal function bionic propeller were simulated respectively. The propeller with a better performance is selected, and the simulation based design (SBD) technology is introduced into the optimization design of the new bionic propeller. The parameters controlling the shape of the exponential attenuation curve of the guide edge deformation are taken as optimization design variables, the torque of the parent propeller is taken as the constraint condition, the open water efficiency is selected as the objective function, and the optimization algorithm of Sobol and T-Search is adopted. A bionic propeller optimization system based on the exponential decay curve is constructed. The results show that the application of the concave and convex structure of the humpback whale fore-fin to the guide edge of the propeller improves the cavitation performance and noise performance of the propeller, but the improvement of the open water performance of the propeller is not particularly significant. It is verified that the hydrodynamic performance optimization design method of the bionic propeller established in this paper is effective and reliable, which provides a certain theoretical basis and technical guidance for the performance numerical calculation and configuration optimization design of the bionic propeller.

The controlled-type soft-switching technology based on critical conduction mode (CRM) is an effective way to achieve zero voltage switching (ZVS) of switches. However, the high reverse inductor current of the conventional constant boundary conduction mode (CBCM) method leads to high conduction losses. In this paper, the single-phase three-level neutral point clamped (3L-NPC) inverter is taken as an example for analysis, and a minimum reverse inductor current control is proposed. Firstly, the requirement for achieving ZVS of switches is quantitatively analyzed, and the model of the equivalent resonance circuit is built. Accordingly, the theoretical minimum reverse inductor current for achieving ZVS in the fundamental period is derived, which lowers the conduction losses of switches. Then, by establishing the power losses analysis model of the 3L-NPC inverter, the power losses of the proposed scheme and the conventional CBCM method are calculated and compared in detail. Finally, a 1 kW single-phase 3L-NPC inverter prototype is built, and experimental results verify that the proposed method features lower conduction losses than that of the CBCM method. The maximum efficiency of the 3L-NPC inverter is increased by 0.5 percentage point.

Traditional object detection algorithms require manual feature extraction when recognizing abnormal behavior of miners queuing, resulting in long detection time and low detection precision. The object detection algorithm based on convolutional neural networks has improved detection speed and precision. But its detection performance is difficult to guarantee in scenarios of obstruction, dimness, and uneven illumination. In order to solve the above problems, an improved YOLOv5s (HPI YOLOv5s) model is proposed. It is used for miner queue detection. The HPI-YOLOv5s model improves the path aggregation network (PANet) on the basis of the YOLOv5s model. By deleting a single input edge node and adding bidirectional crossing paths, a bidirectional cross feature pyramid network (BCrFPN) is constructed for multi-scale feature fusion. Considering the low robustness of label allocation strategies with manually set thresholds, a dynamic label allocation strategy (ATSS-PLUS) is proposed based on adaptive training sample selection (ATSS) to dynamically set thresholds. It can reasonably evaluate the quality of candidate samples and dynamically set thresholds for each real object, resulting in higher detection precision and robustness. The method calculates the intersection area between the face frame and the designated queue area using the half plane intersection method. The method compares the ratio of the intersection area to the face frame area with the set threshold to determine whether the miners are queuing in an orderly manner. The experimental results show that the HPI-YOLOv5s model has an accuracy improvement of 1.9%, a weight reduction of 32%, a parameter reduction of 6.9%, and a detection speed improvement of 7.8% compared to the YOLOv5s model. Moreover, it can more accurately recognize the queuing situation of miners in obstruction, dimness, and uneven illumination mine images.

Objective To analyze the concentration of galactomannan (GM) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and its value in the diagnosis of COVID-19 related invasive pulmonary fungal infection(IPFI). Methods From 2022 to 2023, 41 patients with COVID-19 related IPFI confirmed, clinically diagnosed or to be diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were taken as the experimental group, and 42 patients with simple pneumonia were taken as the control group. Bronchoscopic alveolar lavage was performed in both groups, and the contents of GM in both BALF and serum were detected at the same time. The concentration difference and clinical diagnostic value of GM between the two groups of different specimens were analyzed, and ROC was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher BALF GM concentrations [（2.27±1.78） ng/L vs (0.51±0.28) ng/L, t =6.329, P＜0.01) and serum GM concentrations [(1.57±0.56) ng/L vs (0.32±0.11) ng/L, t =14.190, P＜0.01＝. The optimal cut-off value for diagnosing IPFI with BALF was 1.82 ng/L, with sensitivity and specificity of 77.9% and 89.2%, respectively, and AUC of 0.92 (95%CI: 0.871-0.955). The optimal cut-off value for serum was 0.67 ng/L, with sensitivity and specificity of 64.9% and 92.2%, respectively, and AUC of 0.89 (95%CI: 0.854-0.925). However, the false positive rate of BALF was slightly higher than that of serum (10.8% vs 7.8%). Conclusion GM can be serve of as a good indicator for evaluating IPFI related to COVID-19. The GM detection in BALF has more clinical value in the diagnosis of IPFI than serum.

ObjectiveTo investigate the mortality and years of life lost of pancreatic cancer in Baoshan District of Shanghai，from 2009 to 2021， and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of pancreatic cancer in the future.MethodsThe death surveillance data of Baoshan District from 2009 to 2021 were collected from the Shanghai chronic disease surveillance information management system. Crude mortality， standardized mortality，potential years of life lost （PYLL）， potential years of life lost rate （PYLLR） ， average years of potential life lost （AYLL） ， annual percentage change （APC） were calculated to analyze the trend of mortality and life loss of pancreatic cancer.ResultsFrom 2009 to 2021， a total of 2117 deaths of pancreatic cancer were reported in Baoshan District， accounting for 7.05% of all cancer deaths. Image text recognition and deep learning technology are gradually applied in the field of engineering drawing recognition. The electrical secondary drawing takes the terminal block drawing as an example， which has problems such as small target detection and complex text background. Aiming at the problem of small target detection， a double-layer extraction model of small target area in drawings oriented to electrical effective information is proposed. The upper level model is the extraction of single-connected small target areas based on the adaptive threshold and contour detection， and the lower level model is the extraction of the terminal strip table and the small target sub-area of the connection line text based on the double-layer target detection network. Aiming at the complex text background， the text position detection of terminal row table area based on cell extraction and edge detection of Sobel operator， and the text position detection of terminal row connecting line text area based on the horizontal and vertical projection segmentation algorithm and direction rotation are proposed. The semantic extraction test on 30 marked drawings is conducted by the proposed method， the average F1 value of the test set is 91.25%， and the average intersection over union mean of the test set is 82.61%， which verifies the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm.

Objective To explore the risk factors for moderate and severe respiratory syncytial virus （RSV） infection in infants， and to establish and validate the predictive model. Methods Clinical data of 399 children with RSV infection were retrospectively analyzed， including 299 cases in the model group and 100 cases in the validation group. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to screen the risk factors of moderate and severe RSV infection， and a clinical scoring model was established. Results In the model group （n = 299）， 48 children were classified with moderate to severe RSV infection and 251 cases of mild RSV infection. According to univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses， body weight， feeding history， wheezing， erythrocyte distribution width and hematocrit were the risk factors （all P < 0.05）， which were used to fit the joint diagnosis and establish the clinical scoring model. The area under the ROC curve （AUC） of clinical scoring model was 0.777 （95%CI 0.703-0.853）， the diagnostic cutoff value was 1.365， the sensitivity was 0.829 and the specificity was 0.604， respectively. The internal validation results showed that the model had high consistency. Conclusion A clinical scoring model for predicting moderate and severe RSV infection is established， which has certain accuracy.

It has been found in the recent studies that the CO2 geological storage is one of the efficient methods to achieve a large amount of CO2 reduction, while the understanding of the transport law of CO2 in the rock pore space is fundamental to the flexibility of a safe and long-term CO2 geological storage scheme. The pore network model based on the core micro-structure reconstruction can not only reflect the real core pore and throat distribution law, but also reflect the distribution of pore space and its development characteristics, which is of importance in the field of multi-phase flow research in porous media. The Berea sandstone, which is more common in the reservoir, was selected to obtain two-dimensional CT images based on the micro-focus X-ray computed tomography (micro-CT) technology, and the digital images of core samples were reconstructed in ImageJ software through a series of image processing processes such as size cropping, noise reduction filtering and threshold segmentation, and binarized in the Matlab software via extraction functions. Then, via the maximum sphere algorithm, the pore-throat topological equivalent network in the experimental core samples was extracted through three main steps, including searching the maximum sphere, establishing the maximum sphere connectivity, identification of pores and throats and parameter calculation, and visualized by using Amira software to equate the pores and throats to a spherical rod models. By comparing the structural parameters of core porosity, coordination number, pore and throat geometry and shape factor obtained via different image processing and pore network extraction methods, a digital core reconstruction and pore network model extraction method that can better reflect the spatial characteristics of real core pores was determined, such as model 7: the mean value is set to 1.5 and median value is set to 2 during filtering. The Otsu algorithm was selected for threshold segmentation and the minimum aperture was set to 1 when the digital core was extracted by the maximum sphere method. The pore structure parameters of Berea core were measured as follows: the coordination number was distributed within 30 and the peak value was around 5. The pore radius was distributed within 80 μm and concentrated around 20 μm. The throat radius was distributed within 60 μm and concentrated around 10 μm. The pore shape factor and throat shape factor were distributed within 0.07, the peak of pore shape factor was around 0.03, and the peak of throat shape factor was around 0.035. Finally, based on the pore network two-phase seepage simulation program developed by Imperial College of Technology, the seepage simulation of CO2-replaced brine in porous media was carried out under the reservoir conditions of 50 ℃ and 12.4 MPa by characterizing brine with 0.103 mol/kg NaCl solution. Then, the capillary pressure curve and relative permeability curve during the drainage and imbibition cycle were analyzed in detail. The influence of the pore network extraction method on the multi-phase flow process in porous media was elucidated, and the reliability of the pore network modeling method and the accuracy of the obtained modeling parameters were demonstrated again.

【Objective】 Poyang Lake is one of the largest lakes in southern China but has experienced pollution due to agricultural activities. This paper aims to analyze the changes in nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) loss via surface runoff from cropped lands under different planting practices in the basin. 【Method】 For each crop, we compared three planting practices: upland farming, paddy farming, and alternate upland and paddy farming. The experiment lasted two years, during which we measured precipitation, surface runoff and changes in N and P in the surface runoff. 【Result】 The peak rainfalls occurred in June and July, aligning with the highest flow rates under all three planting practices. In the three planting practices, cabbage and early rice had the highest crop runoff, while pakchoi and late rice had the least, with rape and middle rice between. The runoff coefficient was the largest for cabbage and least for late rice, consistent with the change in rainfall intensity during growth seasons of the crops. The crop runoff of the three planting practices was ranked in the order of upland farming>alternate paddy and upland farming>paddy farming. Compared with paddy farming, upland farming and alternate paddy and upland farming increased the crop runoff by 42.28% and 20.84%, respectively. In all three planting practices, nitrogen and phosphorus loss via the surface runoff occurred from May to July. Water spinach under upland farming lost most total N, total P, and nitrate, while middle rice under alternate paddy and upland farming lost most ammonium nitrogen. The losses of total N, total P, and nitrate N via surface runoff from the three planting practices were consistent with the variations in crop runoff. Nitrogen loss from upland farming is through nitrate leaching, while N loss from the rice fields was mainly ammonium. 【Conclusion】 Upland farming resulted in the highest surface runoff, and N and P losses. These findings have important implications for improving planting practices to improve fertilizer use efficiency and mitigate N and P losses in the Poyang Lake basin.

Objective： This study aimed to provide the basis of quantity traceability for the analysis of amoxicillin residues in milk. At the same time, it can also provide quantity standards for ensuring the effective implementation of amoxicillin monitoring in milk and combating the abuse of amoxicillin in the country and regions. Methods： Two healthy middle-class dairy cows were injected with amoxicillin intramuscularly. After the natural metabolism of the drug for a period of time, the milk containing the target drug amoxicillin was collected and made into milk matrix reference material containing amoxicillin by vacuum freeze-drying technology. The uniformity test, stability test, fixed value and uncertainty evaluation of the prepared milk lyophilized powder matrix reference material were carried out. Results： In the uniformity test, the F value obtained is 0.05, The results showed that the preparation of the standard milk powder was homogeneous; In the stability test, the short-term stability test （25, 4, -20 ℃; 2 weeks） and long-term stability test （4, -20 ℃; 6 months） showed good stability;The reference materials were jointly calibrated by 8 laboratories, and the final calibration result was 4.05 μg/kg, the total uncertainty being 0.2 μg/kg. Conclusion： The prepared amoxicillin matrix reference material in milk freeze-dried powder has good uniformity and stability, which can be used as a carrier to trace the amount of amoxicillin in milk, and can be widely used in the methodology verification and quality control of amoxicillin detection in milk.

Continuous learning aims at continuously learn multiple tasks, and can use the knowledge of previous tasks to help the learning of current task without catastrophic forgetting. Progressive neural network is a parameter-independent continuous learning method, gradually assigning extra networks to each task to improve the performance of continuous learning. However, this method can not directly take advantage of similarity influence between tasks. In the continuous learning process, by comparing the similarity between tasks, the performance of current task may be significantly improved by using this to trim and migrate the parameters of previous task. Therefore, a task-similarity guided progressive deep neural network (TSGPNN) and its learning method are proposed, which include two stages: task-similarity evaluation and progressive learning. In the task-similarity evaluation stage, a reference quantity is defined to measure the similarity between target task domains, and served as a reference for the knowledge transfer between tasks. The progressive process improves the ability to learn new tasks by absorbing the knowledge from previous tasks and relearning. After performing task segmentation on CIFAR-100, MNIST-Permutation and MNIST-Rotation datasets, experimental results show that TSGPNN performance is better and more stable than one-task learning, multi-task learning, and other continuous learning methods.

Objective To evaluate the effect of glandular involvement and persistent human papillomavirus（HPV） infection upon the recurrence of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion（HSIL） of the cervix， aiming to provide evidence for postoperative clinical management. Methods Clinical data of 596 HSIL patients who underwent cold-knife conization were collected， including 240 cases of glandular involvement（glandular involvement group） and 356 cases of non-glandular involvement（non-glandular involvement group）. The recurrence of HSIL at postoperative 2 years was considered as the end point. The differences between recurrent and non-recurrent patients were compared. According to glandular involvement and HPV-16 infection， patients were divided into the glandular involvement+HPV-16 infection， glandular involvement alone， HPV-16 infection alone and non-glandular involvement+non-HPV-16 infection groups， respectively. The differences in the recurrence rate of HSIL were compared among four groups. Results Among 596 HSIL patients， 75 cases recurred（12.6%）. HPV-16 infection rate in the glandular involvement group was 67.9%， significantly higher than 23.0% in the non-glandular involvement group， and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. In univariate analysis， the proportion of≥45 years old， glandular involvement and persistent HPV-16 infection were not significantly correlated with the recurrence of HSIL（all P > 0.05）. The recurrence rates of HSIL were 33.8%， 10.9%， 8.5% and 9.7% in the glandular involvement+HPV-16 infection， glandular involvement alone， HPV-16 infection alone and non-glandular involvement+non-HPV-16 infection groups， respectively. The recurrence rate of HSIL in patients with glandular involvement+HPV-16 infection was significantly higher than that in other three groups， and the difference was statistically significant（all P < 0.017）. Conclusions HSIL patients with glandular involvement and persistent HPV-16 infection are prone to relapse after cervical cold-knife conization. For these patients， active surgical regimen should be adopted and postoperative follow-up should be strengthened.
