The stability of cemented tailing filling body plays a core role in backfill mining as bearing body. In recent years, mineral processing wastewater is reused for filling mining to reduce a series of problems such as environmental pollution in some mines. It is extremely important to find out the impact of mineral processing wastewater which use it to filling on the strength of cemented tailing filling body in the mines. Therefore, cemented tailing filling body specimens (curing ages=7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d) have been prepared with mineral processing wastewater (pH=7, 8, 9) and ordinary tap water (pH=7). The uniaxial compressive strength, microstructure, and the process of failure of acoustic emission (AE) count rate, ib value and energy of cemented tailing filling body were analyzed by using AE, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) test. The results show that: ① At the same age of maintenance, the strength of cemented tailing filling body which mixed mineral processing wastewater is lower than that mixed ordinary tap water, the strength decreases with the increase of pH value， and the grey correlation between \begin{document}$ {\rm{CO}}_3^{2 - }$\end{document} and the uniaxial compressive strength index of the filling body is the best, while the correlation of Ca2+ is the worst, and the correlation for anions is better than for cations overall; ② Under the same curing age, the mass concentration and diffraction peak intensity of C—S—H gel in the filling body mixed with mineral processing wastewater are lower than those of the filling body mixed with ordinary tap water, while the mass concentration and diffraction peak intensity of ettringite are higher than those of the filling body mixed with ordinary tap water; With the increase of pH value of mineral processing wastewater, the mass concentration of C—S—H gel in the filling body decreases and the intensity of diffraction peak decreases, while the mass concentration of ettringite increases and the intensity of diffraction peak increases, which leads to the decrease of filling body strength; ③ AE count rate and ib value show the laws of “rise-drop-sudden increase-peak value” and “fluctant rise-sharp drop-gradual rise” during the failure process of the filling body; AE bi1, bi2, bi3, the cumulative counts rate per 10 s and energy value at the peak stress of the filling body which mixed mineral processing wastewater are less than those of mixed ordinary tap water, moreover, the above AE characteristic indexes gradually decrease with the increase of pH value of mineral processing wastewater.

[Introduction] In order to improve the problem of traditional proportion integration differentiation (PID) controllers overly relying on the mathematical model of the controlled object in the temperature control in hydrogen production by water electrolysis, this paper studies the application of fuzzy internal model control in the temperature control in hydrogen production by water electrolysis, and provides the design process of the fuzzy internal model controller. [Method] Firstly, the importance of temperature in the process of hydrogen production by water electrolysis was analyzed, and some temperature control strategies commonly used in hydrogen production by water electrolysis and their advantages and disadvantages were listed. Then, internal model control theory and fuzzy theory were introduced, and a design method for a fuzzy internal model temperature controller, which was used to achieve precise temperature control in hydrogen production by water electrolysis, was proposed based on these two theories. Finally, simulation verification experiments were conducted. [Result] The results show that the fuzzy internal model control method used in this paper has better control quality in response speed, anti-interference, and robustness compared to the PID control method, solving the problem of traditional PID controller algorithms overly relying on the mathematical model of the controlled object. [Conclusion] The control algorithms used in this paper are correct and effective, and can be applied to the temperature control in hydrogen production by water electrolysis.

Objective: To improve the ability of differential diagnosis of sebaceous carcinoma of eyelid and basal cell carcinoma by investigating their CT and MRI findings. Methods: The clinical data and imaging findings of 14 patients with sebaceous carcinoma of eyelid and 7 patients with basal cell carcinoma confirmed by operation were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results: Among the 14 patients with SC, 6 cases underwent CT examination, 7 cases underwent the MRI examination, and 1 case underwent both CT and MRI. Among the 7 patients with BCC, 1 case underwent CT examination, and 5 cases underwent the MRI plain scan, and 1 case underwent both CT and MRI. 92.9% of SC cases were female (13/14). 50% of SC were located in the upper eyelid，and most of them were in the shape of ring strip and nodule (12/14). Half of the lesions had unclear boundaries (7/14). The arc sign (5/14) and gas sign (4/7) often appeared in the lesions. One case invaded the adjacent orbital tissue. The proportion of male and female patients in BCC cases was similar. The lesions of BCC were all located in the lower eyelid (7/7). Nearly half of the shape of the lesions was nodular (3/7). Most of them had clear boundaries (6/7). Calcification was found in one case, and no invasion of adjacent tissue was found. Conclusion: There are some differences in epidemiology, location and imaging features between sebaceous carcinoma of eyelid and basal cell carcinoma. Mastering the key points of differentiation between sebaceous carcinoma of eyelid and basal cell carcinoma can improve the accuracy of preoperative qualitative diagnosis.

Radio frequency (RF) repeaters have been deployed in 2G, 3G and 4G to improve the coverage of cellular system.While it is treated as a cost effective solution to extend the network coverage, conventional RF repeaters simply perform amplify-and-forward operation based on the set-up without the capability of doing flexible adjustments based on control and scheduling indication from network.An overview on the new study item in 5G-Advanced was given, i.e.network-controlled repeater.As an enhancement over conventional RF repeaters, network-contrdled repeater will enable the repeater to receive and process repeater control information from the network and perform its amplify-and-forward operation in a more efficient manner including the directive forwarding of the signal, dynamic on-/off of transmissions and receptions, and simplified network integration.

In order to improve the applicability of herringbone gear modification results， it is necessary to analyze the sensitivity of gear surface modification parameters. Using Romax software， genetic algorithm is used to carry out the optimal modification of tooth profile， drum shape and topology， and the modification deformation momentum is superimposed on the optimal modification. Then considering the center distance installation error， the bearing transmission error amplitude and the maximum contact stress of the pinion are analyzed respectively. Finally， the sensitivity analysis of the change of modification parameters to transmission error and contact stress is obtained. The results show that the load transmission error amplitude is sensitive to the tooth profile modification parameters， but not to the drum shape modification parameters； after the optimal modification of the tooth profile， the bearing transmission error is not sensitive to the center distance installation error， but the drum shape modification is vice versa； the sensitivity of load-bearing transmission error amplitude to topological modification parameters is between tooth profile and drum shape modification. When the tooth profile modification is much greater than the drum shape modification， the load-bearing transmission error amplitude is not sensitive to the center distance installation error.

For the problem of strong randomness in space-time characteristics of wind speed in complex mountains，in order to improve the accuracy of wind speed data prediction, a neural network wind speed prediction algorithm based on multi prediction model and nonlinear combination was proposed.In the first layer of the algorithm, the grey wolf optimizer (GWO) and the dynamic convergence factor were used to improve the whale optimization algorithm (WOA), and the improved WOA was applied to the updating process of BPNN weights and bias items.At the same time, the improved whale optimiza-tion algorithm of back propagation neural network (IWOABP), ELM and LSTM three complementary single methods were constructed to build a combination prediction method, and on this basis, the ELM mixing mechanism of the second layer of the algorithm was utilized to learn the relationship between the first layer and the final result in a non-linear way.Simulation results show that compared with BPNN, WNN and GWOBP, the proposed algorithm has lower prediction errors.

CO2 geological storage combined with saline recovery (CO2-EWR) is considered to be one of the effective storage methods. Taking the lead in carrying out CO2-EWR technology in the eastern Junggar of Xinjiang can achieve CO2 emission reduction and mean while produce saline water, which can alleviate the local water resources shortage problem to a certain extent, and obtain dual benefits of environment and economy. Previous research mainly focused on generalized models, and the support of engineering practices is lacking. Based on the evaluation results of the suitability of CO2 source - sink matching in the eastern Junggar Basin and the geological data of the first CO2-EWR field pilot test site in China, a 3D heterogeneous model of the Xishanyao Formation of the CO2-EWR test site in the eastern Junggar Basin is constructed to study the potential of the CO2-EWR technology. The results show that the the oretical storage capacity of CO2 at the test site is 1.72 × 106 (P50) tons, and the dynamic storage capacity is 2.14 × 106 tons. When the CO2-EWR technology is adopted, the CO2 dynamic storage capacity can reach 11.18 × 106 tons, which is 5.22 times the CO2 geological storage only, and may increase the production of the saline water resources by 10.17 × 106 tons with a mass ratio of 1 to 0.91 of CO2 sweeping out saline water. Meanwhile, the CO2-EWR technology can effectively slow down the accumulation of reservoir pressure caused by the massive injection of CO2, improve the efficiency of CO2 storage, and increase the saline water production potential. This study can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the implementation of large-scale CO2 geological storage combined with deep saline water production project in the eastern Junggar of Xinjiang.

To solve the problem of deterioration of system performance for the RF front-end distortion and IQ imbalance in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing（OFDM）system，a novel IQ imbalance frequency domain estimation and compensation algorithm was proposed.The effect of channel could be offset，the complexity of algorithm could be reduced and the implemention conld be achieved easily using two different pilot signals on one sub-carrier.The simulation results show that the algorithm not only greatly reduces the computational complexity，but also gets a better estimation and compensation performance，and the performance is better than traditional algorithms.

To solve the effect problem of sentiment classification due to the insufficient use of emotional semantic features and unpromising dimension reduction effects, a novel high-precision sentiment classification method was proposed in this paper for online comments by extending semantic similar emotional words and employing the statistical features between words. Firstly, a neural network skip-gram model was employed to generate word embedding and extend the semantic similar words to emotional feature by the measure of embedding word similarity. Then the feature dimension was reduced by employing the statistical features between words. At last, sentiment classification of online comments was carried out by the Adaboost classification model which was constructed by weighting multiple weak classifiers. Experiment results on hotel reviews and mobile comments show that, the accuracy of sentiment classification with new method can reach 90. 96% and 93. 67% respectively. Expanding semantic similarity emotion words is helpful to enrich the semantic features of emotion. Employing statistical features between words has better feature reduction effect. To investigate the effects of conventional shot peening and micro-particle shot peening on the surface properties of 42CrMo steel，ABAQUS software was employed to identify the primary and secondary influencing factors of these two processes on material surface roughness and the depth of the residual stress layer through orthogonal experiments.Based on the analysis results of the orthogonal experiments，practical experiments were conducted for validation.Considering the characteristics of micro-particle shot peening and conventional shot peening，a single-factor study of the shot peening coverage rate was carried out to examine the impact of these two processes on the residual stress，surface roughness and equivalent plastic strain of 42CrMo steel.Results showed that under the same coverage rate condition，micro-particle shot peening yielded higher residual compressive stress，lower surface roughness and higher equivalent plastic strain compared to conventional shot peening，accompanied by a slightly shallower strengthening layer.The increase in residual compressive stress contributed to improving wear resistance and fatigue performance of the material，while the lower surface roughness contributed to restraining crack initiation.Higher equivalent plastic strain could further refine grains and promote the generation of residual compressive stress.These advantages suggested the broad prospects of micro-particle shot peening in the surface strengthening of mechanical components.

Due to the ineffective separation and removal of actinium during the production process of rare earths, the radioactive of some products in China exceed the exemption values(the total activity of α and β less than 1 Bq/g). Using non-saponified 2-ethylhexyl phosphate mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(P507) as an extractant, diethylenetriamine-N, N, N', N'', N''-pentaacetic acid(DTPA) or N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine-N, N', N'-triacetic acid(HEDTA) as aqueous masking agent, lactic acid as acidity buffer, the extraction and separation of lanthanum-actinium elements was studied respectively in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid media in this work. The results show that the weak acid can effectively buffer the acidity of the aqueous phase and promote the coordination reaction to form organic chelates favorably. The extraction properties of La3+ in the above system is better than in the single saponified P507 system. When pH is 3.0 and the initial La3+ concentration is 0.2 mol/L in hydrochloric acid solution, D(La) can reach 5.0 and SF(La/Ac) value is 3-4. Compared with that，SF(La/Ac) can increase to 5-7 in nitric acid system under the fixed conditions of pH as 2.0-2.5, the DTPA/HEDTA and lactic acid concentrations as 0.02 mol/L and 1.0 mol/L, respectively. In this case, Ac3+ is effectively masked and the maximum D(Ac) is only 0.46. Furthermore, the non-saponification P507 system can also preferentially remove the radioactive Ac3+ from the acidic rare earth wastewater, and SF(Ac/La) value can reach 14 with the increase of lactic acid concentration. The phenomenon can be used to achieve the goal of effective control of radioactive substances in the wastewater of rare earth industry.

Due to various causes, chronic kidney disease（CKD） is characterized by chronic irreversible changes in the structure and function of kidney. The most common pathological manifestation is renal fibrosis. Many studies have demonstrated that injured renal tubular epithelial cells could release a large variety of cytokines to cause extracellular matrix deposition and promote the development of renal fibrosis during CKD. This review summarized the latest studies on the roles of renal tubular epithelial cell injury-related cytokines in CKD. It provided new concepts for clarifying the mechanism and exploring new treatments of CKD.

Exosomes are lipid bilayer membrane vesicles that are widely distributed in peripheral blood， saliva， urine， ascites and other fluids. A variety of tumor-related genes in exosomes are involved in the information exchange between cancer cells and normal cells， as well as the process of tumor cell proliferation and metastasis， play an important role in tumor development， and are potential biomarkers for tumor liquid biopsy. In recent years， surface plasmon resonance （SPR） is considered to have great application potential in the characterization of exosomes due to its high sensitivity， small sample size required for testing， short detection time and low background interference， etc. In this article， the basic principle of SPR and the application prospect of SPR-based biosensing platform in exosomes characterization were mainly illustrated.

Background Overweight/obese women are a growing population with high incidence of depression, anxiety and psychological abnormalities. Due to lack of effective responsive measures to emotions and behaviors, weight loss outcomes are often unsatisfactory in overweight/obese women with anxiety and depression. And less attention has been paid to weight loss outcomes and emotions in this group.Objective To explore the effect of daily self-weighing supported by online supervision on body composition and emotions in overweight/obese women with anxiety and depression.Methods A prospective, randomized, controlled study was conducted with 92 overweight/obese women with mild to moderate anxiety and depression voluntarily recruited from Beijing's Haidian District from October to December 2019. The subjects were randomized into an experimental group (n=46) and a control group (n=46) at a ratio of 1∶1, and treated with weight control interventions for three months: besides eating the appropriate food combinations with scientific and individualized guidance and excising rationally, the experimental group measured their body weight daily with online supervision from the special member of our research group and reported the data to the group, while the control group measured their body weight per month, which was collected by our research group through monthly telephone follow-up. Body composition measurement result, anxiety assessed using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and depression assessed using Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were compared at baseline and three months after the intervention.Results All the participants completed the questionnaire assessment and follow-up. Objective Subcortical ischemic vascular disease (SIVD), characterised by multiple lacunar infarcts and white matter lesion (WML), has been considered as a major cause of subcortical vascular cognitive impairment (SVCI). The objective of the study is to identify the risk factors for SVCI in a group of SIVD patients who were registered in a stroke secondary prevention clinic. Methods Based on the detailed neuropsychological investigation and clinical interview, 61 cases that met the criteria of SIVD were recruited and classified as 3 groups of different cognitive state: no cognitive impairment (NCI), vascular cognitive impairment no dementia (VCI⁃ND) and vascular dementia (VaD). The latter two were further grouped as vascular cognitive impairment (VCI). Their demographic data, vascular risk factors and neuroimaging information were documented. Results 1) The total prevalence of VCI (VCI⁃ND and VaD) was 63.93% (39/61). The prevalence of VCI ⁃ ND and VaD were 36.07% (22/61) and 27.87% (17/61), respectively. 2) There were significant differences of age and educational years among NCI, VCI⁃ND and VaD groups (P = 0.032, 0.019). Paired comparison showed that VaD patients were older and less educated than NCI patients (P = 0.029, 0.022). The age difference between NCI and VCI groups nearly approached statistical significance (t = 3.740, P = 0.058), while the year of education of VCI was significantly lower than that of NCI (t = 7.888, P = 0.007). 3) There were significant differences of diabetes mellitus (DM) cases among NCI, VCI ⁃ ND and VaD groups (P = 0.037). There were more DM cases in VCI group than those in NCI group (P = 0.012), but no significant statistical difference was found among other vascular risk factors. 4) There was no difference of lacunar infarcts in different site of subcortical grey matter among these groups, respectively (P > 0.05, for all). Significant differences of subcortical white matter infarcts, WML scores and medial temporal atrophy (MTA) scores were found in patients in NCI, VCI⁃ND and VaD group (P = 0.020, 0.001, 0.000). The number of lacunar infarcts within white matter in VaD group was higher than that in NCI group (P = 0.027). The WML scores of VaD was much higher than that of VCI⁃ND and NCI (P = 0.001, 0.017). The MTA scores of VaD patients was much higher than that of VCI⁃ND and NCI patients (P = 0.001, 0.000). The number of white matter lacunar infarcts, the WML scores and the MTA scores of VCI was much higher than that of NCI (t = ⁃ 2.661, P = 0.003; t = ⁃ 2.953, P = 0.005; t = ⁃ 4.712, P = 0.000). 5) Logistic regression showed that DM, the number of white matter infarcts and MTA scores were independent risk factors for SVCI. Objective To observe the effect of α-lipoic acid (α-LA) on the expressions of iron regulatory protein 2 (IRP2) and ferroportin1 (FP1) in substantia nigra of rats with Parkinson's disease (PD) and explore the mechanism by which α-LA regulates iron efflux in substantia nigra cells of PD rat models. Methods Sixty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into a sham group (n=15) and a model group (n=45). To establish the PD model, the rats of the model group were injected with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) into their right striatum by the stereotactic technique, and the sham operation group was injected with the same dose of normal saline. Four weeks later, 30 model rats were randomly picked and divided into a PD model group (n=15) and a PD treatment group (n=15). The PD treatment group was intraperitoneally injected with α-LA (50 mg/kg) daily for 2 weeks, and the PD model group was given the same dose of saline. After 14 days of treatment, the left forelimb use rate was tested by cylinder test. The right middle cerebral substantia nigra was taken from each group, and the expression and distribution of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) was detected by immunohistochemical staining; the number of iron positive cells was determined by Prussian blue staining; and the levels of IRP2 and FP1 were examined by Western blotting. Results Compared with the sham operation group, the left forelimb use rate of the PD model group was significantly reduced. The number of TH positive cells significantly decreased, and the number of iron positive cells in the substantia nigra significantly increased. The level of IRP2 significantly increased, and the level of FP1 decreased remarkably. Compared with PD model group, the left forelimb use rate of the PD treatment group was significantly raised. The number of TH positive cells was significantly elevated, and the number of iron positive cells in the substantia nigra was significantly reduced. The IRP2 level decreased and the FP1 level increased. Conclusion By decreasing the IRP2 level and via the IRP2/IRE pathway, α-LA can increase FP1 level, promote the outflow of iron ions from cells, and reduce iron deposition in the substantia nigra of PD model rats, thereby alleviating brain injury in PD rats induced by 6-OHDA.
