In response to the current challenge of fixed time-of-use pricing strategies that struggle to incentivize electric vehicles （EVs） to participate in wind power consumption， an optimal scheduling strategy for wind-integrated systems considering the regulatory potential of large-scale electric vehicles. Firstly， based on schedulable time and space， assessment indicators of regulatory potential of EVs are developed to establish a potential assessment model for the large-scale involvement of electric vehicles in grid regulation. Subsequently， EVs are categorized based on the regulatory potential assessment results， and a clustering-based time-of-use pricing model is devised that considers the differences between wind power consumption and EV clusters. Moreover， with the objectives of minimizing the peak-valley difference in total load on grid side and minimizing charging costs for EV users， and charging and discharging states of EV clusters serving as decision variables， a model is established， taking into consideration interests of both grid and EV user. Ultimately， the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through example simulations.

The pupose of this review was to explore the application of machine learning in the realm of flavor molecule research, particularly in the analysis of the flavor of Jasmine tea. The study of flavor molecules is fundamental to understand and optimize the taste and quality of food, especially tea. The introduction of machine learning technology has opened new horizons for the identification and analysis of flavor molecules. This paper firstly outlined the basic concepts and research methods of flavor molecules, and a detailed discussion on the application of machine learning in deciphering the relationships between molecular structures and flavor characteristics, as well as in the analysis, prediction and optimization of the flavor and intelligent processing of Jasmine tea and other applications, put forward the research prospect. Thereby, this review could enhance the quality of Jasmine tea and provide technical support for the further development of the tea industry.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the exposure levels and health risks of aflatoxins （AFT） in dried chili and chili powder sold in Shandong Province.MethodsAFT in chili and chili powder samples were determined using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry， and aflatoxin exposure was calculated using the point evaluation method.ResultsThe detection rate of AFTB1 was the highest in the 120 samples of dried chili and chili powder investigated， at 21.7% （26/120）. The proportion of samples exceeding the national standard limit was 8.3% （10/120）； the qualification rate was 91.7% （110/120）. The detection rate of AFTB2 was 19.2% （23/120）， that of AFTG1 was 5.0% （6/120）， and that of AFTG2 was 0.8% （1/120）. For studying the crevice corrosion behavior and mechanism of Q235 carbon steel under different crevice widths and environmental temperatures, wire beam electrode (WBE) technology and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology were used to study the differences in current density, polarization resistance, and corrosion morphology of wire beam electrodes. Results showed that when the crevice width was greater than 0.1 mm, the corrosion characteristics of the crevice were not obvious. When the crevice width was 0.1 mm, the maximum current density differences of carbon steel during the initial immersion at 25, 40, and 60 ℃ were 1.24, 19.90, and 7.20 μA/cm2, respectively, while the maximum current density differences after 72 h of immersion were only 41.9%, 4.2%, and 11.9% of the initial immersions. In addition, the polarity conversion phenomenon of current occurred both inside and outside the crevice, indicating that Q235 carbon steel gradually transformed from local corrosion to uniform corrosion with the prolongation of immersion time. Moreover, increasing temperature could enhance the trend of crevice corrosion, and the causes of the most serious corrosion outside the crevice were insufficient soaking time and an increase in solution resistance drop. In general, FeOOH participating in the cathodic reaction caused the electrode to change from the anode to the cathode, while the dissolution reaction of the metal caused the electrode properties changing from the cathode to the anode.

Objective To investigate the effects of Quanduzhong Jiaonang(QDZJN) and pinoresinol diglucoside (PDG) on microcirculatory blood perfusion in intestinal wall and its spectral characteristics in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). Methods SHRs were randomly divided into SHR, SHR+QDZJN, SHR+PDG (L), SHR+PDG (M) and SHR+PDG (H) groups with 6 in each group. The control group consisted of 6 WKY rats. All treatment groups were given intragastric administration of QDZJN, PDG, or pure water. After 2 month continuous administration, rats' intestines were exposed by surgery. The wall microcirculatory blood perfusion of was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) and laser Doppler perfusion imaging (LDPI). Wavelet transform analysis was performed, and the amplitudes of NO-independent endothelial and NO-dependent endothelial oscillators were compared among six groups. Results Compared with the control group, blood perfusion level of intestine wall was significantly decreased in SHRs group (P＜0.001). After two months of treatment with QDZJN and PDG, the blood perfusion level of SHRs was significantly elevated (P＜0.001). The amplitudes of NO-dependent and -independent endothelial activity in SHRs group were significantly lower than those in the control group (both P＜0.01). QDZJN and PDG significantly enhanced the amplitude of NO-dependent and -independent endothelial activity of intestine wall perfusion in SHRs (P＜0.0001 and P＜0.01). Conclusions Treatment with QDZJN and PDG for two months may significantly improve the microhemodynamics and endothelial function of intestine wall in SHRs.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia. Methods In this study, 25 elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia were selected as the research objects. The patients were treated with a three-step auricular acupoint therapy, in which auricular acupoint pressing therapy was performed followed by auricular acupoint massage and auricular acupoint scraping therapy. The primary outcomes observed were Tinnitus Effect Questionnaire(TEQ) score, Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). Private set intersection (PSI) is a secure multi-party computation technique that allows several parties,who each hold a set of private items,to compute the intersection of those private sets without revealing additional information.PSI has been widely used in the field of artificial intelligence security and data mining security.With the advent of the multi-source data sharing era,most PSI protocols mainly solve the problem of two-party privacy set intersection,which can not be directly extended to multi-party privacy intersection computing scenarios.This paper designs a multi-party privacy intersection protocol with the help of cloud servers,which can outsource a part of the computation and communication to untrusted cloud server without disclosing any privacy data.This paper makes the protocol more efficient by using the methods of oblivious pseudo-random functions,secret sharing and key-value pair packing.It proves that the PSI protocol can be secure in the semi-honest model and all participants and cloud servers can not obtain the additional data.Compared with the existing scheme,the proposed protocol has the merit of less restricted and more applicable in application scenarios.

Objective To understand the current awareness of hemodialysis access-related knowledge in maintenance hemodialysis patients, summarize the existing problems and health needs, and provide opinions and suggestions for the development of health education plan. Methods The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was used to interview 15 maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the data were analyzed to refine the theme. Results After in-depth analysis, four themes were obtained: Insufficient knowledge of hemodialysis access; One-sided understanding of hemodialysis access protection; Dialysis patients have many doubts about diet knowledge, blood pressure control and thrombosis; Various sources of health education information. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients have a poor knowledge of hemodialysis access, and their awareness of protecting access is not strong. Medical staff should optimize the form of health education to meet the health needs of patients and improve the attention of patients to hemodialysis access. Objective To investigate the effect of short-term complications after D2 radical gastrectomy on long-term survival rate of gastric cancer patients. Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted on 421 patients with gastric cancer who underwent D2 radical gastrectomy. According to the short-term postoperative complications, they were divided into experimental group (complication group, n=76) and control group (without complication group, n=345). In order to reduce the selection bias, the long-term survival rate of the two groups was tested by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis method after balancing the variables by propensity score matching (PSM). Log rank method was used for univariate analysis and Cox multivariate analysis was used for prognostic factors. Results There was no significant difference in long-term survival rate between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). Histological type, lymph node metastasis rate and pTNM stage were independent risk factors for long-term survival. Conclusion The short-term complications after D2 radical gastrectomy have no significant impact on the long-term survival rate of gastric cancer patients, but it has certain clinical significance to actively prevent and control complications.

A pentaerythritol stearate sample with unknown composition was analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy (i.e., 1H NMR, quantitative 13C NMR, DEPT135, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H NOESY, 1H-13C HSQC and 1H-13C HMBC). The results indicated that the sample contained mainly monopentaerythritol tetrastearate, but also had small amounts of monopentaerythritol tristearate, monopentaerythritol distearate, dipentaerythritol stearate and tripentaerythritol stearate, as well as a trace amount of multipentaerythritol stearate.

The common development of graptolite in marine shale of Southern China has a close relationship with the formation of marine shale gas, but whether graptolite has hydrocarbon generating ability of shale gas has not been directly confirmed by relevant experiments. In this study, pure graptolite from black graptolite shale was selected and the graptolite sample was hand-picked for the experimental study on pyrolysis hydrocarbon generation. The results show that the graptolite is a good parent material. The carbon content of the graptolite is high, accounting for most carbon sources of graptolite shale. The main products of pyrolysis hydrocarbon generation are shale gas and light oil, which accounts for more than 94% of the total hydrocarbon generation products, whereas the shale gas accounts for 54%. The pyrolysis product is similar to that between type-Ⅲ organic matter (OM) and type-Ⅱ OM is more similar to that of type-Ⅲ OM, which is mainly gaseous hydrocarbon products. The hydrocarbon generation ability of graptolite may be higher during thermal maturation process, which is closely related to the genesis of widespread shale gas in Southern China at present.

The Dongwodong copper polymetallic deposit is located in the southern margin of Qiangtang terrane, east of the Duolong copper gold ore cluster. The study on the timing of alteration and element migration during the alteration has not yet been conducted. To determine the time of alteration, 40Ar-39Ar isotopic dating was carried out for altered sericites closely related to beresitizate mineralization. The results show that the plateau age is 122.20±0.84 Ma, which is consistent with the age (122 Ma) of ore-bearing porphyry. Thus, there is a close link between the mineralization and granodiorite porphyry. Meanwhile, the geochemical results of weakly-altered and mineralized granodiorite were compared, using the isocon equation and the derivation equation to judge the inclusion or extraction of each element and the element migration during the alteration. Results show that HFSEs are very immobile during the alteration, whereas REEs migrate insignificantly with more obvious migration of LREEs than HREEs. The ore-forming elements (Cu, Pb, Zn) are inclusion elements. The intrusive age of ore-bearing phophyries and the timing of hydrothermal alteration of Dongwodong deposit are consistent with those of other large-superlarge scale copper-gold deposits (Duobuza, Bolong, Tegelongnan) in Duolong copper gold ore cluster, indicating that they were controlled by the same tectonic-magmatic event and thus a great potential of ore-prospecting in Dongwodong mining district can be predicted.

In order to solve the problem of low precision of handfeel detection in traditional vibration wave method for wire rope tension of mine hoister, the paper put forward a scheme that uses sensor in stead of handfeel to detect vibration period and selects the second vibration period as basis of tension calculation. It introduced hardware and software design of detecting system of wire rope tension of multi rope hoister based on sensor and single chip microcomputer in details. The system not only overcomes influence of personal factor and improves accuracy of tension measurement result, but also reserves advantages of convenience of vibration wave method.

The kinetics of hydrocarbon generation of different types of marine source rocks and planktonic algae in South China were analyzed using the Rock-Eval 6 instrument and the Optkin kinetic software. The average activity energy of marine source rocks has the characteristics of EAIΔEII2>ΔEII1>ΔEI, the hydrocarbon generation speed is VmI>VmII1>VmII2>VmIII, while the planktonic algae has a very low activation energy for hydrocarbon generation and can generate a great abundance of heavy oil during the immature –low mature period. According to the results of kinetic experiments on thermal simulation experiments and simulation residue samples, the kinetic hydrocarbon generation process of marine source rocks can be described by four stages: (1) heavy oil generation, where the vitrinite reflectance (Ro) is 0.3%–0.6%, and the average activation energy is about 220 kJ/mol; (2) normal oil generation, where the vitrinite reflectance is 0.6%–1.2%, and the average activation energy is approximately 250–270 kJ/mol; (3) condensate and gas generation, where the vitrinite reflectance is higher than 1.2% and the average activation energy is higher than 270 kJ/mol; and (4) gas “dead line” of kerogen, where the vitrinite reflectance is higher than 4.21% and the average activation energy is higher than 320 kJ/mol. 摘要: 利用Rock-Eval 6热解仪和Optkin动力学软件对中国南方不同类型海相烃源岩和浮游藻进行了生烃动力学分析。研究表明，海相烃源岩的生烃平均活化能表现为EAⅠ＜EAⅡ1＜EAⅡ2＜EAⅢ，在干酪根转化率10%～90%的有效生烃期间，生烃活化能跨度ΔE呈ΔEⅢ＞ΔEⅡ2＞ΔEⅡ1＞ΔEⅠ，最大生烃速率呈VmⅠ＞VmⅡ1＞VmⅡ2＞VmⅢ；浮游藻生烃活化能很低，可在未熟—低熟期大量生成重质油。结合热模拟实验和模拟残样动力学分析认为，海相烃源岩的生烃动力学过程可以分为4个阶段：重质油形成阶段，Ro值在0.3%～0.6%，生烃平均活化能在220 kJ/mol左右，小于250 kJ/mol；正常原油形成阶段，Ro值在0.6%～1.2%，生烃平均活化能在250～270 kJ/mol左右；凝析油和天然气生成阶段，Ro值大于1.2%，生烃平均活化能大于270 kJ/mol；干酪根生气死亡线，Ro值大于4.21%，生烃平均活化能大于320 kJ/mol。 Key words: marine source rock, kinetics, elemental composition, organic matter structure, activation energy, hydrocarbon generation process

A novel fluorinated diamine monomer (FPMDA ) was synthesized from p-fluorobenzaldehyde and 2, 6-dimethylaniline, and then reacted with pyromellitic anhydride to obtain a fluorinated polyimide (FPI). The structures of the synthesized FPMDA diamine monomer and polyimide were characterized by FTIR, nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry (MS) ;the thermal properties of the polyimide film were characterized using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that FPI has excellent solubility in solvents such as DMF, NMP, and THF. FPI also shows good thermal stability, under nitrogen environment, with thermal decomposition temperature Td5% of 550 °C, Td10% of 580 °C, and char yield of 58.7% at 1 000 °C, its glass transition temperature is greater than 400 °C . Short text semantic matching is a core issue in the field of natural language processing, which can be widely used in automatic question answering, search engines, and other fields. In the past, most of the work only considered the similar parts between texts, while ignoring the different parts between texts, making the model unable to fully utilize the key information to determine whether texts match. In response to the above issues, this paper proposes a short text semantic matching strategy based on BERT sentence vectors and differential attention. BERT is used to vectorize sentence pairs, BiLSTM is used, and a multi-header differential attention mechanism is introduced to obtain attention weights that represent intention differences between the current word vector and the global semantic information of the text. A one-dimensional convolutional neural network is used to reduce the dimension of the semantic feature vectors of the sentence pairs, Finally, the word sentence vector is spliced and sent to the full connection layer to calculate the semantic matching degree between the two sentences. Experiments on LCQMC and BQ datasets show that this strategy can effectively extract text semantic difference information, thereby enabling the model to display better results. According to the principle that the oxidation chemical reaction between metal calcium film and water vapor makes calcium film transparent, this experiment measures the corrosion area of calcium film to characterize the quality of water vapor passing through high barrier plastic film, so as to measure the water vapor transmission rate of high barrier plastic film. The effects of corrosion time, thickness of calcium film and barrier property of samples on the determination of water vapor permeability were analyzed with vacuum evaporation calcium film as pretreatment method and regular monitoring of calcium corrosion area as detection method. The results show that at 40 °C and 90% RH, the high barrier and ultra-high barrier plastic films with a thickness of 200 nm and a nominal water vapor permeability of 10-6~10-3 g/(m2·24 h) at the initial stage of calcium corrosion show a good linear relationship between the calcium corrosion area and the water vapor permeability. The water vapor permeability is 1.2x10-3 g/(m2·24 h) and 9.3x10-7 g/(m2·24 h), respectively, with RSD of 11.6% and 16.5%. The results of water vapor transmission of high barrier and ultra-high barrier plastic films by calcium etching method are good, and this method has a high application prospect in the measurement of water vapor transmission of high barrier and ultra-high barrier packaging materials in electronic components, solar cells and organic light emitting diodes. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease mediated by anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) antibodies and dependent on CD4 positive T lymphocytes (CD4+T) cells. MicroRNA (miRNA) is an endogenous small single-stranded non-coding RNA that involved in post-transcriptional regulation and plays an important role in differentiation and function of CD4+T cells. Increasing evidences have shown that changes of miRNAs happened in MG patients, which may participate in the occurrence and development of MG by regulating CD4+T cells, and miRNA may be a potential therapeutic target for MG. In this paper, relationship between miRNA and MG was reviewed in order to provide new ideas for further research on the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of MG. [Objective] Photothermal materials are materials that have strong absorption in the near-infrared region (760-1500 nm) and can convert the absorbed near-infrared light energy into heat, which have potential applications in the fields of energy conversion, photothermal imaging, bacterial infections, and photothermal treatment of tumors. However, the current preparation process of inorganic nano-photothermal materials has the problems of high cost, cumbersome synthesis process with long cycle time, and biocompatibility and cytotoxicity which bring some difficulties for clinical applications. In this paper, we propose to prepare near-infrared inorganic nanomaterials from pyritum (FeS2), a mineral drug included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which has low cost, simple preparation process, abundant raw material sources, and excellent biocompatibility. Pyritum has the efficacy of dispersing blood stasis, relieving pain, renewing tendons and bones, and is mostly used for the treatment of bruises and injuries, tendon and bone fractures, bruises and pain, and it is one of the commonly used medicines in Chinese medicine for injuries in all the editions of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which was firstly contained in Leigong Baozhi Lun in North and South Dynasties period, and has been used for more than 1,000 years, and there has not yet been any report on the preparation of nano-pyrophotothermal nanomaterials from the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine pyritum. [Methods] In this paper, the pyritum was calcined and then quenched in vinegar solution, after which it was finely ground into powder, which was mixed with surfactant F127 solution and put into ball mill for ball milling, and after ball milling, the powder was subjected to magnetic separation of impurities, and freeze-drying, which resulted in the desired photothermal nanomaterials of the mineral medicine pyritum. [Results] The prepared calcined pyritum nanoparticles are Fe7S8-dominated physical phase with Fe content of 60.62% at the calcination temperature of 800 °C, and have excellent light absorption properties in the wavelength range of 300 nm-800 nm,The pyritumprocessed product formed by roasting and vinegar quenching at 800 °C has many honeycomb and bubble-like protrusions and faults by acetic acid erosion, and is more easily crushed than the raw product. After ball milling for 6 h, the nanoparticles showed a hydrodynamic size of about 374.99 nm, an irregular spherical-like structure, and still in the physical phase of Fe7S8. Under the irradiation condition of near-infrared 808 nm wavelength light with a power of 0.39 W/cm², the temperature of the surface of the nanomaterials could be increased to 130.0 °C in 5 min, so they have an excellent photothermal effect. In the near-infrared five-cycle photothermal conversion experiments, the temperature of the 1st laser irradiated powder increased from 33.5 °C to 51.4 °C after 5 min; the temperature of the powder could be increased to -51 °C or so after 5 min of laser irradiation from the 2nd to the 5th time, which indicated that the photothermal performance of the concoction nanoparticles prepared by the pyritun fire calcination and vinegar quenching and ball milling and magnetic separation was stable. [Conclusion] This low-cost, simple preparation and synthesis process, good biocompatibility and excellent photothermal conversion ability of pyritum nanophotothermal materials have great potential for future applications in the biomedical field. In order to explore the characteristics and sources of carbonaceous species at different locations in Beijing in autumn and winter, online continuous observations of organic carbon (OC), element carbon (EC), PM2.5, O3, CO, NOx and meteorological factors were carried out simultaneously at urban and roadside sites in September and December 2020. The results showed that air quality was good during the study period, the p(OC), p(EC), p(PM2.5) were (5.66±3.54), (1.59±1.31), (32.9±25.1) μg/m³ at roadside site, respectively, which were 32%, 70% and 33% higher than urban site. PM2.5 pollution was heavier at roadside, vehicles may be a major contributor to the carbonaceous species especially EC, In autumn, there was no significant difference in OC concentration between two sites, and EC was 47% higher at roadside site, ω (total carbonaceous matter (TCM=1.4xOC+EC)) in PM2.5 were 29% and 25% at urban and roadside sites. In winter, OC and EC at roadside site were 54% and 83% higher than those at urban site, ω (TCM) were 27% and 31% at urban and roadside sites. PM2.5 and gaseous pollutants were higher in winter than in autumn, and higher at roadside than at urban site, except O3. Under weak wind conditions, the concentration of carbonaceous species at urban and roadside sites were 1.3~1.6 and 2.0~3.8 times of that under non-weak wind conditions. Therefore, it is crucial to take emission reduction measures under weak wind conditions to improve air quality. There were little difference between OC/EC ratios under weak wind conditions at two sites, OC/EC were 2.56 and 3.35 in autumn and winter. Local emission was the main influence factor under weak wind conditions, OC/EC were 2.99 and 1.86 at urban and roadside sites. The p (secondary organic carbon (SOC)) and SOC/OC, calculated using the minimum OC/EC (OC/EC)min in different meteorological conditions, were 1.99 μg/m³ and 47% at urban site, 3.13 μg/m³ and 55% at roadside site. In autumn SOC concentration was lower but accounted for a higher proportion of OC. In terms of diurnal variation, OC and EC kept low concentrations and fluctuated slightly throughout the day under non-weak wind conditions. Under weak wind conditions, OC at the two sites presented a bimodal distribution, with peaks around 12:00 and 19:00. Due to the atmospheric boundary layer changes and pollution emissions, the noon peak was not obvious and the concentration was prominent in the mid-night in winter. EC curve at urban site showed bimodal peaks in the morning and evening rush-hour with low concentration, EC showed a "V" shaped distribution and concentration continued to be high around midnight. In autumn, the correlation between PM2.5 and carbon components was weak, and roadside vehicles contributed more to carbon particles. In this paper, emulsified asphalt powder (EAP), VAE redispersible polymer powder, and SBA emulsion as admixtures were mixed into the cement mortar. Cement mortar strength, water absorption and SEM analysis before and after heat treatment were used to investigate the effect of addition of the three polymers on heat aging resistance of cement mortar at 70 °C. The results show that the addition of three polymers can all decrease the water absorption, and the water absorption decreases with the increase of polymer content. The film-forming property of SBA emulsion is better than that of redispersible polymer powder, so its modified-mortar has the best surface waterproof effect. Compared with VAE, the effect of EAP on mortar waterproofing modification is better after heat treatment. After heat treatment, asphalt component has certain viscous flow at high temperature, and the compressive strength of EAP-modified mortar decreases after heat treatment, and the flexural strength increases first and then decreases with the increase of EAP admixture, and its strength changes mainly reflect the characteristics of asphalt components under high temperature, while those VAE-modified mortar and SBA-modified mortar mainly reflect the characteristics of traditional polymer modified mortar, the polymer film structure hinders moisture migration at the early stage of heat treatment, and the flexible polymer film structure breaks down at the later stage of heat treatment causing strength higher than that before thermal aging. To improve the accuracy of short-term precipitation forecasts, a deep learning method is proposed to correct numerical model precipitation forecast products. This method extracts spatiotemporal features from numerical model forecasts and observations using a neural network and performs corrections based on a gated recurrent unit (GRU) framework. Additionally, an atmospheric physics adaptor module is meticulously designed to address systematic errors in the intensity and displacement of numerical model forecast by leveraging physical condition mechanisms. The module plays a crucial role within the overarching model framework, which consists of three integrated components: Feature network, recurrent-revising network, and physical adaptor. The feature network extracts precipitation intensity, distribution, motion characteristics and other related atmospheric physical features from precipitation in situ and numerical model forecast data, serving as input to the recurrent-revising network. Recurrent-revising network utilizes a recurrent neural network structure to adjust grid point forecast results on a time-step basis. Deep neural networks are used to extract spatiotemporal variation features from numerical model forecast data and historical observations, learning systematic errors in the evolution processes to correct the precipitation magnitude and distribution. The physical adaptor is an atmospheric physics adaptation module, which preprocesses numerical model forecast data using frequency distribution fitting and distribution deviation correction methods. In Guangxi convective-scale model precipitation forecast data, when there are significant differences between numerous samples and the precipitation in situ, the feature correlation is low, making it a challenge to capture systematic error characteristics during neural network training. By preprocessing the samples with the physical adaptor, differences between forecasts and observations are reduced, enhancing feature correlation between training input datasets and observations, thus facilitating better neural network training and achieving superior correction skills. This method not only adheres to but also integrates fundamental atmospheric physical laws governing precipitation evolution, thereby offering a robust and innovative approach for post-processing numerical model short-term precipitation forecasts. By incorporating these physical principles into the model framework, corrected forecasts not only reflect statistical patterns but also adhere closely to the underlying physical processes driving precipitation dynamics. Experimental results in Guangxi indicate that the model demonstrates positive threat score skills across various forecast times and precipitation intensitis. Specifically, for different precipitation intensities (average of all times), threat score skills for 0.1 mm·h-1, 2 mm·h-1, 7 mm·h-1, 15 mm·h-1, 25 mm·h-1, and 40 mm·h-1 are 5.67%, 3.59%, 2.18%, 1.46%, 1.01%, and 0.46%, respectively; for different lead times, threat score skills for 0-2 h, 2-4 h, and 4-6 h are 4.77%, 1.28%, and 0.91%, respectively; and the overall average threat score skill across all precipitation intensitis and times is 2.21%.

Electrical wiring diagrams， which represent the positions of electrical equipment and describe their wiring and cabling methods， need to be converted into XML for smart grid system scheduling and management. This conversion process is known as vectorization. To address the inefficiencies and time-consuming nature of manual vectorization， this paper proposes a solution for vectorizing electrical wiring diagrams. First， the paper introduces an attention mechanism-enhanced YOLOv3 method for precise recognition and localization of graphic elements in electrical wiring diagrams. Next， it proposes a text region detection algorithm based on multi-scale feature extraction to locate electrical text annotation areas on the diagrams， and uses a CRNN model to recognize their content. Finally， the paper presents a vectorization strategy based on template matching， which analyzes the relationships between electrical elements on the diagrams at the graphic element group level. This method has been practically deployed and can efficiently and accurately complete the vectorization of electrical wiring diagrams， meeting the application needs of power systems.

Objective To investigate the expression level of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) AL365181.2 in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL) and its effect on the functional characteristics of CHOL cells. Methods The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database was used to compare the expression level of lncRNA AL365181.2 between cancerous tissue and paracancerous tissue in CHOL patients, and the association between the expression level of lncRNA AL365181.2 and immune cell infiltration in CHOL tissue was analyzed. The Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis were performed for lncRNA AL365181.2. EdU assay, wound healing assay, Transwell assay, and xenograft tumor formation experiment were used to investigate the impact of lncRNA AL365181.2 on the proliferation, migration, invasion, and tumorigenic abilities of CHOL cells. Objective The advancing speed of shield machine is crucial not only for the tunnel excavation pace but also for the predicting construction schedule and cost. Therefore, it is necessary to predict and analyze the advancing speed of the shield machine. Method Taking the full-section limestone stratum of Longao Station-Olympic Sports Center West Station interval on Jinan Metro Line 3 as research object, data from shield machine excavation are collected and preprocessed using methods such as zero-push value, outlier removal, and data denoising. To improve prediction accuracy, the dataset is divided into training and validation sets. A model for predicting thrust speed is established from linear regression based on cutterhead torque and total thrust, and the influence law of excavation load on advancing speed is analyzed. Result & Conclusion In limestone stratum, the linear regression prediction accuracy of three advancing speed prediction models all exceeds 0.70, indicating that advancing speed can be accurately predicted based on cutterhead torque and total thrust. During excavation with the earth pressure balance shield machine, fluctuations in cutterhead rotation speed and advancing speed are minimal. As the cutterhead rotation speed increases, the cutterhead torque gradually decreases. Cutterhead torque positively influences the advancing speed; the greater the cutterhead torque, the higher the advancing speed. Under the same stratum and excavation conditions, due to the soil extrusion action of cutterhead, merely increasing the total thrust is not conducive to improving advancing speed, calling for the necessity of simultaneously increasing cutterhead rotation speed.

Objective To investigate the effects of gestational weight gain (GWG) on pregnancy outcomes in type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). Methods This study was a multicenter, prospective, observational cohort study. Pregnant women with T1DM who registered in 11 participating centers nationwide from January 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled. Maternal baseline characteristics, physical examination [height, body mass, body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio, etc.], and laboratory index [glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), hemoglobin (Hb), etc.] were collected throughout the whole pregnancy, and pregnancy outcomes (neonatal birth weight, birth length and macrosomia, etc.) were recorded. GWG was calculated and categorized into insufficient GWG group, adequate GWG group, and excessive GWG group according to recorded pre-pregnancy weight and antepartum weight. Analysis of variance, non-parametric test, χ² test were used to compare the differences among groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore factors associated with GWG. Linear regression analysis was used to determine the independent influencing factors of fetal birth weight. Results A total of 96 pregnant women with T1DM were included in the study. There were 17 cases (17.71%) in the insufficient GWG group, 47 cases (48.96%) in the appropriate GWG group, and 32 cases (33.33%) in the excessive GWG group. The incidence of macrosomia in the excessive GWG group was significantly higher than that in the adequate GWG group [18.75% (6/32) vs. 6.38% (3/47), P=0.038]. Pearson correlation analysis showed that GWG was positively correlated with antepartum weight, antepartum BMI, neonatal birth weight, and birth length (r=0.381, 0.380, 0.356, 0.303, all P<0.01) and negatively correlated with waist-to-hip ratio, pre-pregnancy weight and pre-pregnancy BMI (r=-0.398, -0.285, -0.342, all P<0.01). After adjusting for preconception/1st trimester HbA1c, Hb in the 1st trimester and pre-pregnancy BMI, GWG was significantly correlated with birth weight in the multiple linear regression (β =0.388, P<0.01). After adjusting for antepartum HbA1c, Hb in the 3rd trimester and antepartum BMI, GWG was significantly correlated with birth weight (β=0.264, P<0.05). The stereolithography 3D printing technology provides a new technical solution for the preparation of complex structure SiC ceramic parts， but the characteristics of high light absorption and high refractive index of SiC lead to a common problem that printing is difficult to cure. SiO2 with low absorbance and low refractive index was added to SiC ceramic matrix powder as filler to improve the curing property and printing accuracy of SiC ceramic paste. The effects of different amounts of SiO2 on the rheology， stability and curing properties of the slurry and its mechanism were studied. The green body with high precision and good surface quality was prepared by stereolithography 3D printing technology， and the microstructure and properties of the green body were tested and analyzed. The results show that the adding SiO2 to the SiC slurry can reduce the viscosity， improve the stability， and improve the curing property of the slurry. The addition of SiO2 can significantly improve the surface roughness of the SiC green body and make the bending strength increase at first and decrease then.

Objective: This study aimed to optimize the process conditions for the large-scale production of milk-derived casein glycomacropeptide （CGMP） and explore its hemagglutination inhibition （HI） ability against influenza virus. Methods: Using anion exchange resin as the separation medium and sialic acid content the activity detection index of the product,based on the preliminary small and medium-sized tests, the large-scale production of CGMP from whey powder was investigated from five process conditions: sample volume, loading flow, eluent concentration, eluent volume, and resin service cycle. Meanwhile, a hemagglutination inhibition test was used to verify the inhibitory activity of the product CGMP against the influenza virus. Results: The optimized technical route of CGMP product is as follows: loading volume 3BV, loading flow 0.8 L/min, elution volume 1BV, eluent concentration 0.6 mol/L, and suitable use cycle of resin 4 times. Under these conditions, the volume of whey powder solution was 108 L （2 160 g） and the resin was 36 L, and 21.183 g of CGMP product was obtained, with a yield of 0.981 g/100 g, the product purity of 89.032%, the recovery rate of 51.972% and the sialic acid content of 21.503 g/100 g. The minimum inhibitory concentration of CGMP products on influenza virus A （H1N1） and influenza virus B is 1.000 0 and 1.250 0 mg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: The purity and sialic acid content of CGMP produced by the optimized technical route were better than those of commercial CGMP, and had an obvious inhibitory effect on the influenza virus.

Damping alloys can dissipate vibration energy into thermal energy through defective motion with high mechanical properties and functional characteristics， which have a great significance in the development and research of aerospace and military fields. There are differences in microstucture between different alloy systems. The types of defects that play a dominant role in damping are different， and the properties of structureal defect （type， density， and movability） are the key factors affecting the damping performance of alloys. The types and characteristics of damping source for different damping alloys systems were summarized from the perspective of defects （plane defects， line defects， and point defects）. The relationship between damping capacity， mechanical properties， and functional properties （corrosion resistance， casting performance， etc.） was reviewed， the development status of various damping alloys was summarized， and then the development laws and differences of damping alloys were concluded. Finally， the research direction of damping alloys is prospected. The single type of damping source will seriously limit the improvement of the material damping capacity. While the design concepts of composite materials and high-entropy alloys allow for the coexistence of multiple damping sources， which produces the coupling effect of multiple damping mechanisms that can realize the two-dimensional expansion of damping capacity， and improve mechanical properties and functionalities. The design concepts will play a significant guide to enhance comprehensive performance of damping alloys.

Among the family of two-dimensional materials, the emerging MXenes materials have gained widespread popularity due to the unique properties such as ultra-thin structure, good electrical conductivity, tunable surface functionality, and excellent photothermal conversion. Improvement of a range of desalination materials with MXenes has led to the widespread application in the field of desalination. The aim of this paper is to review the recent developments in a range of desalination strategies using MXenes, and to discuss in detail the application and development of MXenes materials in the fields of capacitive deionization, solar interfacial evaporation, and pervaporation desalination. The excellent desalination capabilities of MXenes could provide a solution to the current growing freshwater crisis.

The effects of different storage time, pH value, metal ions, storage temperature and artificial simulation of digestive system on the antioxidant activities of fermented peptides Asp-Asp-Asp-Tyr (DDDY) and Asp-Tyr-Asp- Asp (DYDD) of Dendrobium aphyllum were investigated using DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging rate as indexes. The stability of the two fermented peptides was further studied. The results showed that the DPPH and ABTS clearance rates of DDDY and DYDD decreased significantly with the increase of storage time, and the DPPH clearance rate decreased by about 73. 43% and 73. 22%, respectively, after 16 hours of storage. The stability of DDDY and DYDD was better in acidic or weakly acidic environment, and the ABTS clearance rate of DDDY and DYDD decreased by about 66. 00% and 70. 81% when the pH value was 2. 0~12. 0, respectively. Metal ions could significantly improve the ABTS clearance rate of the two fermented peptides, which was greatly affected by three metal ions: Na+, K+ and Fe3+. Too high and too low storage temperature decreased the DPPH and ABTS clearance rates of the two fermented peptides, and the ABTS clearance rate of DYDD was greatly affected by storage temperature. The antioxidant activity of DDDY and DYDD decreased significantly with the prolongation of digestion time in the artificial simulated digestive system. The stability of the two fermented peptides was greatly affected by the environments, and the path to improve their stability could be further studied through embedding or group linking in the future. In order to explore the effect of ultrasonic-microwave assisted thawing on the preservation quality of red bayberry, five experimental groups (represented by A, B, C, D, and E) were set up, including normal temperature air, normal temperature water bath, microwave, ultrasound, and ultrasonic-microwave assisted thawing. The sensory evaluation of the unfrozen fruit of red bayberry was conducted, and the thawing time, juice loss rate, hardness value, color, and vitamin C content were measured The content of soluble solids and the activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), peroxidase (POD), and polyphenol oxidase (PPO). The data showed that after the waxberry was thawed, the highest comprehensive sensory score was in Group E, reaching 85.67 points; The shortest thawing process took 1.48 minutes in Group C, followed by 3.67 minutes in Group E; The minimum juice loss rate was 0.33% of group E; The maximum hardness value is 0.87 N of Group E; The highest content of vitamin C was 200.00 mg/100g in group E; The highest soluble solids content was still 10.83% of group E; It can be seen that ultrasonic-microwave assisted thawing can obtain the best quality waxberry in a relatively short time; In addition, in terms of the three representative enzymes PAL, POD, and PPO that characterize the degree of damage to red bayberry, group E has the lowest enzyme activity, which is 37.00 U/mg, 57.97 U/mg, and 43 U/mg, respectively, reflecting the smallest degree of damage to red bayberry caused by ultrasonic-microwave assisted thawing. [Objective] In order to solve the problem of uniformity of ice crystal distribution in the process of ice slurry filling. [Methods] Taking broccoli as the research object, the physical model of packing broccoli in carton was established, and the effects of ice filling speed and ice filling Angle on ice crystal distribution uniformity during the ice filling process were analyzed by CFD simulation, so as to determine appropriate ice filling process parameters. [Results] The ice-filling speed and filling angle significantly impact the uniformity of ice crystal distribution. Both excessively low and high ice-filling speeds were detrimental to achieving uniform ice distribution. Tilting the filling angle results in inadequate coverage of fluidized ice on the upper layers of broccoli within the container. [Conclusion] Maintaining a horizontal angle and an ice-filling speed of 3 m/s yields the most uniform distribution of ice crystals, meeting the pre-cooling requirements for broccoli and enabling a certain duration of low-temperature storage.

【Objective】 Water ascent in plant is driven by water evaporation from leaves, influenced by meteorological factors. Understanding its variation with these factors is important to unveil the mechanisms underlying plant transpiration. This paper is to investigate the correlation between sap flow and meteorological factors in a plantation located in the Chaohe mountain area. 【Method】 The experimental site is at the Dadaigou Experimental Station in Fengning County. Sap flow from May to October in different tree species including Larix principis-rupprechtii, Pinus tabulaeformis and Hippophae rhamnoides, was measured using the Granier-type thermal dissipation probe. Meteorological data measured during the same period were used to analyze their impact on the sap flows. 【Result】 ① In sunny days, sap flow measured in all species increased in daytime and decreased in evening; it was larger in sunny days than in rainy days. Sap flow in Hippophae rhamnoides was faster and more sensitive to rainfall than other two species. ② Hourly sap flow in all species was positively correlated to atmospheric temperature (Ta), vapor pressure deficit (VPD), net radiation (Rn) and wind velocity (W), and negatively correlated to rainfall and relative humidity (Rh). Rn is the factor affecting sap flow most, followed by VPD, Ta and Rh. ③ Daily sap flow in Larix principis-rupprechtii, Pinus tabulaeformis and Hippophae rhamnoides was 2.78, 1.44 and 5.27 mL/(cm2·h) separately, affected significantly by Rn, VPD and Ta. ④ There was a significant delay in the response of sap flow to changes in meteorological factors for all three species, with the response to changes in VPD and Rn delayed by 20 min and 60 min for Larix principis-rupprechtii, 40 min and 50 min for Pinus tabulaeformis, and 20 min and 50 min for Hippophae rhamnoides, respectively. 【Conclusion】 The meteorological factors that affect sap flow in the three species in the Chaohe mountain area were net radiation (Rn) and vapor pressure deficit (VPD). There was a significant delay in the response of sap flow to changes in meteorological factors. Studying plant transpiration and its variation with meteorological factors should consider such a delay.

Coking wastewater is one of refractory coal chemical wastewater with a high pollution load，complex organic pollutant composition and strong biological toxicity. The biochemical tail water still retains refractory organic compounds and exhibits a certain level of biological toxicity after conventional physical-chemical and biological treatment. COD fails to meet the discharge standards for pollutants from Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry （GB 16171-2012），and further processing is required. The characteristics of residual organic matter and biological toxicity in the biochemical tail water of coking wastewater were analyzed firstly. Subsequently，this review summarized the COD removal efficiency，the change rules of different organic components and biological toxicity in biochemical tail water after application of separation technologies （coagulation，adsorption，membrane filtration），transformation technologies （Fenton，catalytic ozone oxidation，electromagnetic enhanced oxidation technology，persulfate oxidation and electrochemical oxidation） and collaborative processes. It was pointed out that on the basis of understanding the characteristics of the biochemical tail water and biological toxicity transformation rules with various advanced technologies，the collaborative combination process and short process technology would be desired for the efficient treatment and the biological safety.

With the increasing moisture content of oil and gas in the main block and the further development of unconventional oil and gas resources，the amount of wastewater associated with oil and gas exploitation is increasing. Due to the continuous evolution of oil and gas extraction technology，wastewater quality exhibits characteristics of high oil content and strong emulsification stability，high suspended solids content and reduced suspended solids density. The removal of emulsified oil，dispersed oil and light suspended solids has become a key step in the treatment of oily wastewater. In this paper，the principles and influencing factors of coagulation and air flotation for oil removal were summarized. The research status of coagulation and air flotation systems were reviewed，including research progress on the generation of air flotation bubbles，the structure of air flotation tanks，and the coupling process of air flotation. On this basis，combining the swirl field with the eddy current field，and strengthening the degumming and coalescence separation efficiency of the composite functional pharmaceutical system in the eddy current field was proposed. The development and application of the coagulation air flotation reaction system integrating oxidation，degumming，flocculation，air flotation and separation would be the development trend of oil and gas field wastewater treatment in the future.

Food intake disorders are costly to treat, with an increasing prevalence over the years, and a higher risk of mortality compared to other psychiatric disorders. Avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) , as a relatively new type of food intake disorder, is more prevalent in children and adolescents than in other age groups, affecting their normal growth and development, as well as psychosocial functioning. Currently, there are more foreign studies, while domestic studies are still in the initial stage. Therefore, this paper reviews assessment tools, influencing factors and treatment approaches for ARFID in children and adolescents, with the aim of providing a reference for related research in China.

To increase the impulse mechanical strength of alumina, the pore structure of alumina was modified by surface coating. It was found that the impulse mechanical strength of alumina samples coated with aluminum chloride increases from 35 MPa to 51 MPa and the mechanical strength of alumina samples coated with aluminum-based complex increases from 21 MPa to 46 MPa at the calcination temperature range of 100 ℃ to 1100 ℃ by the DL-3 typed impulse mechanical strength test device, while the mechanical strength of uncoated alumina samples increases from 17 MPa to 39 MPa. According to scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, the surface coating of aluminum chloride has little influence on the crystal type of alumina materials after high temperature calcination. At the same time, it can effectively fill the matrix pore of alumina materials, increase the density of the support, and improve the mechanical strength of alumina materials. In addition, compared with the alumina sample coated with aluminum complex, the alumina material coated with aluminum chloride possesses larger surface area and smaller pore size after high temperature calcination. More importantly, the surface of the alumina sample coated with aluminum chloride formed a rough shape after high temperature calcination, which was beneficial to the loading and dispersion of the active metals.

Abstract [Objective] Salt stress is the most important environmental factor affecting wheat germination, growth, and production. In order to investigate the alleviation effect of the biological stimulator Desmodesmus sp. on growth and physiology of wheat seeds and early seedlings under salt stress as well as screening the best application concentration, the study can provide a basis for its application to alleviate the impact of salt stress on wheat. [Methods] Using the petri dish culture method, wheat seeds germinated under 100 mmol/L NaCl were treated with 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg/L of Desmodesmus sp. extracts (DAE), and germination and growth parameters were measured after 7 days. [Results] DAE alleviated the inhibitory effect of salt stress on seed germination and early seedling growth of wheat. DAE increased the seed germination rate and leaf water content of wheat under salt stress, enhanced the accumulation of biomass, the activity of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, ascorbate peroxidase, as well as the content of proline, total soluble sugars, soluble proteins, and chlorophyll, but reduced lipid peroxidation, malondialdehyde content, and membrane permeability in leaves. Under 100 mmol/L NaCl, 25 mg/L DAE had the best mitigating effect on wheat seed germination and early seedling growth. [Conclusion] By promoting the germination of wheat seeds, the Desmodesmus sp. extracts can improve the chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, and osmotic adjustment ability of wheat seedlings to enhance the adaptability of wheat seeds and young seedlings to salt stress

The by-products of Lingnan characteristic fruits are rich in active substances such as dietary fibers, pectins, polyphenols, functional oils, pigments and essential oils. Extraction and utilization of these active ingredients can turn waste into treasure, and increase the utilization rate and added value of raw materials. This paper reviewed the extraction technologies for the active components in the by-products of Lingnan characteristic fruits, including microwave extraction, ultrasonic extraction, enzymatic extraction, pulsed electric field extraction, high-voltage electrostatic field extraction, radio frequency extraction, supercritical extraction and multi-technology synergistic extraction. The Great Wall is a world cultural heritage, and mortar is the key material in its conservation and restoration. In this study, the composition, crystal structure and microscopic morphology of the Great Wall masonry mortar in Yanqing and Huairou areas and the mortar in different parts of the Great Wall of Yanqing were systematically analyzed by microscopic analysis and testing methods such as X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and Fourier infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the composition of the Great Wall masonry mortar in Yanqing and Huairou areas is quite different. The content of Mg, Si and organic matter in Huairou mortar is much higher than that in Yanqing mortar. This is because Huairou mortar stone material may contain more magnesite, and Huairou mortar contains a small amount of sand. The masonry mortars in both areas contain glutinous rice, which results in a smaller crystal grain size of CaCO3 and a denser structure. There are also differences in the composition of mortar for different parts in the same area. The grouting mortar is quite different from other types of mortar, and contains more sand and stone. And the stone joint mortar contains a small amount of fine sand. The pavement masonry mortar is not fully carbonized, and contains a small amount of Mg(OH)2 and Ca(OH)2 . The presence of glutinous rice is detected in brick masonry, jointing, and pavement masonry mortar, but no glutinous rice is detected in grouting and stone joint mortar. In order to optimize the hot working window of the novel TiZrAlHf Ti-based medium entropy alloy, the thermal deformation characteristics and microstructural evolution during thermal deformation were investigated by using hot compression simulation experiments and microstructural characterization methods. The results show that the microstructure of TiZrAlHf alloy ingot primarily consists of lamellar α phase and Widmanstatten structure at grain boundaries. The β transformation temperature (Tβ) of TiZr-AlHf alloys is 895 ℃. Within the α/α+β phase region (700-850 ℃) during deformation, an instability zone is identified within the temperature range of 700-750 ℃. The thermal deformation activation energy in the α/α+β phase region is 827.514 kJ/mol, the deformation microstructure predominantly comprised globular α phase, with the softening mechanism involving the globularization of lamellar α phase. When the alloy is deformed in the β phase region (900-1100 ℃) test process range, there is no instability zone in hot processing map, all samples remain intact without any signs of cracking. Consequently, free forging can be employed for roughing and finish forging operations. The hot deformation activation energy is 113.909 kJ/mol, and the deformation microstructure is mainly elongated β grains and acicular martensite α'. The softening mechanism in the region is dynamic recovery. The underlying nature of both deformation softening mechanisms lies in the proliferation of dislocations, slip and the evolution of cellular structures.

The transformer chart to text (TransChartText) model is proposed based on Transformer architecture in order to make the English caption generation model generate fluent, coherent and informative specific information annotations. By screening various scientific research papers and news article websites, a chart-based annotation description data set is made, which covers a wealth of data categories and logical reasoning. Data variables are introduced to replace the data values of the graph, which effectively improves the selection of the content of the captions generated by the model and promoted the model to generate coherent captions. In order to enhance the ability of learning the position relation between words and reduce the frequency of wrong word order, the spatial position embedding coding and cluster search algorithm are introduced into the encoder and decoder respectively. Experimental results show that TransChartText model achieves better scores on content selection (CS), content sequencing (CO), ROUGE and BLEU, and generates high-quality chartbased English captions.
